Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. And today I want to talk to you about how I'm running five different businesses as a working single mom. So I want you to look at this video until the absolute end because I'm sure you're gonna see yourself somewhere in this video. Make sure that you like this video and subscribe to my channel because I'm giving away all types of awesome information. So let me name these five businesses that I have. One is a child care business, Child care consulting. We also have a notary public loan signing agent business where we send notaries out. I invest in real estate, I mentor in real estate and I mentor notary signing agent. And you know what? I forgot about one of my businesses, YouTube. YouTube alone is a full time business business. It requires a lot of work. So let me go through this. So how do I do it? So with complete, which is our childcare business, my family has owned a franchise of five daycare centers and the franchise was within the family. It was all family owned and it was sold. Now we teach people how to open childcare centers and that is an extremely lucrative business. No other business that we've seen has been as lucrative as childcare. And my cousins have systemized that thing to the point where you can travel the world and your business will run like clockwork. Nobody misses a beat. No children left anywhere. I mean it runs like clockwork. So that's one. So now we consult people about opening child care centers and managing and running those operating those centers. We also offer education. Childcare workers, at least in Texas are required to have 24 clock hours and we provide that clock hour training. My notary business, we hire notaries to go out into the public and help individuals sign loan documents. So that's another one of our businesses. I'm sure a lot of people looking at this channel are familiar with the loan sign of business real estate. I invest in real estate and I also perform coaching in real estate. My real estate coaching is super high because I just don't have to do it. It's a labor of love. And if I am going to coach somebody, I got to know they're serious and have skin in the game. So it's expensive, it's $5,000 minimum. And then of course I mentor notaries who are just coming into the business to show them how to set up their businesses, how to, how to get clients. I even send clients their way when they sign up with me and walk them through the documents just to make sure that they understand what the documents are and can efficiently and comfortably go through the documents with their clients. So how in the world do I do this? So, number one, I have a morning routine. Every day when I wake up, I come downstairs, make my little coffee, then I sit down. Either I go outside or I sit on my sofa and I just realize that I'm alive, man, and just enjoy the space, enjoy the room, or go outside and enjoy the chill of the air and the birds sing. That's important. Just to stop and realize, man, I'm alive and God, let me open my eyes one more day. And then while I'm in the car, I sit down and I have this thing on my phone. I've shared my morning routine in other videos where I go through what I'm grateful for regarding my life right now. And I normally go through about five or 10 of those. Then I write down what would make today an awesome day for me where I feel like I've really accomplished something and it was good. Then I go through and just make a list of all of the to do's. Now I'm one person. I ain't going to get through all of those to do's today, but at least I have a list of them and I can look back on that list and constantly scratch them off as I complete them, right? So that's my morning routine. The other thing is a schedule. You know, I think it's really important that you join me and my cousin on Clubhouse. We're going to start being on Clubhouse every Wednesday night. Clubhouse is an app for the iPhone and we are going to start being on there every Wednesday night where you can talk back and forth to us. One of the things that my cousin said that was so pivotal this week regarding how to begin making 10,000 to $20,000 a month as a notary signing agent is scheduling. Mapping out every single thing that you have to do that day. In the morning, mapping out all of your appointments, where are they located, put it in your GPS in the morning so that you know, so that you'll have an idea how long it takes for you to get to each spot, knowing what clients you have, what types of documents you have, where it's located, have all of your supplies together. That planning and scheduling and mapping out your day is the only way you'll ever get in the notary signing agent business and in any business to become a millionaire or even to get to 10 to $20,000. You have to schedule one super duper thing that my cousins taught me this year during the pandemic too is for the appointments that you have. Like, I get reminders on my phone. Cool. It's a silent reminder. But I set an alarm on my phone for every single thing and every appointment that I have. And it may not be an appointment for a person, but it may just be, stop doing that. And now it's time to start doing this. I set an alarm for that on my phone that, you know, is just like a wake up alarm, man, that'll change your life. And you actually label the alarm what it's for. So if it's for a meeting with somebody, you label it meeting with Sharon. If it's for time to start shooting videos, you label it that just to keep everything in context. Third, you know, I have help doing it all. I don't run five, six businesses by myself. I'd be lying to say if I did.
Regarding the childcare business, I do that with my cousins. We all do that together. It's mainly family. And then we have people who have worked with us in the past, like worked for us, who are now working with us on the education side of consulting and also for elite. Everybody in my family, we have our own. For the businesses that we do together, which are the daycare business and the notary, everybody has their own spot. I stay in my lane. I have a cousin who is the cfo, she handles the finances. A cousin who handles the operations, she's the coo. And I guess you could call me the CEO because I go out and get all the business. So you can either call me the CEO or the business development manager. We don't get into all of that. We just stay in our lane and do what we're supposed to do. Now can, you know, if something jumps off, I can easily get into and do what my cousins do. If something happens and we switch roles very seldom on a needed basis, but we can do it. But normally we do what we do best and we make all of the decisions that are required in our lane. So it makes it easy. Within childcare, we were having conferences once a quarter. The training things, they were once a quarter. So that's not an everyday job. Regarding recruiting businesses for notary, our notary business, you know, I could say I can do that, sit down and just spend a whole day just doing that at least once a month. And in that day, I'll call about 150 different businesses, talk to people. Then after those hundred calls, then I'll go out to, to the people who were interested within that month and sit down and talk to them face to face or go take donuts or something like that. So of course I have help. I'm not doing all of this by myself. And then discipline. You have to have the discipline to stick to the morning routine, the schedule, and to stay in your own dadgum lane. You have to have the discipline to do the things that you don't necessarily want to do. Because. Because everything in your business, until you get the money to pay somebody to do it, you'll be doing it yourself. So you have to have the discipline to do it. That's point blank. And last but not least, the purpose. I have a purpose for doing all of this. And my purpose is really my legacy. When I'm dead and gone, I'll have you all to thank because somebody out there is going to say, TJ changed my life, man. And I'm so glad that I found her on YouTube. I'm so glad that she told me about this opportunity. I'm so glad that she just took the time to make them doggone videos and keep it real and tell us the truth. Because she changed my life. That's a part of my legacy. Another part of my legacy is my wonderful daughter. She's my purpose. My purpose in life, in my life is to spread love. That's just who I am. You looking at me, I am the embodiment of love. So the way that I spread love is to spread my knowledge. And that is my purpose in life. So I hope you enjoyed that. I just wanted to share with you how I'm doing all of this stuff and hopefully you get something out of it. If you want to know more, if you want my morning routine, there's another video that you can take a look at for this morning routine. And I super duper hope that you enjoyed it. Let me know what you think in the comments. Don't forget to like it, don't forget to share it. And hey, man, I'm rooting for you. I know you can do it. You're great, too. God bless. Take care.
