Makeover Mondays

Okay. Hey, this is TJ with solutions by tj. Listen. Oh, this weekend damn near blew my head off like Daffy Duck. You remember that cartoon where Daffy Duck and what's Yosemite Sound.

Shot Daffy Duck point blank in the face and Daffy Ducks grill turned to the back of his head. Yeah, that's me. God damn. I tell you, baby, this week has been woo. I don't know about for you. I got to turn that good heater off behind me. Oh my God. But I am here. I survived it. And guess what? You are here because you have survived 100% of your bad days. Okay? And so we good.

You know what I noticed. So wear two good outfits to look cute and I won't be feeling like looking cute every day. Not looking cute, but I don't feel like dressing up. Let me say that. I don't feel like dressing up every day. So what I have this week, what I didn't wear for last week. So I didn't wear this. Good. Number one, because I ain't feel like ironing it. And two, because when I bring these clothes on to you, I play with them to try them. You know what I'm saying? I gotta. I haven't tried it on, so I don't know how it's gonna look. I don't know how it's gonna work. And I don't even know if I'm gonna like it. So it takes a little time and oh, I don't be feeling like that all the time. Okay, So I didn't wear this.

I still may try it. Cuz what I'mma do is wear some gold shoes and I could try it tomorrow.

I don't know. We'll see.

Didn'T get a chance to wear this, this pink number with this skirt.

But I did wear some clothes, y'. All. I did put something on and I did put something new on that I hadn't wore. I didn't wear this either. See, half the stuff I got up here, I ain't walking, but I'm going to. So at least when I get ready to go somewhere, I ain't gotta just be hunting for something for real to put on. I got stuff that I can go grab and put on and go. You know what I'm saying? That alone makes a big difference.

But I got some new stuff for this week that I want to show you.

Okay? So this is one outfit. I thrifted this Ralph. No, it's Banana Republic shirt.

I don't know if you can see, but it has jewels. These are like a copper color. This is like a blue color. I don't know if y' all can see that clearly, but it's really cute. And they're like bees or something.

I'm gonna pair this with some jeans and with that copper color. I'm thinking about working with this copper color jacket. This is a real leather jacket that's thrifted.

And it's like a copper color.

It's a size 8 by et cetera, and it's heavy. So I'm gonna pair this.

These two with some jeans, man. And I'm. I'm out. That's it. This is the whole outfit. I don't know what color shoes just yet, but I ain't going too far, too deep or too wide with it. You know, I'm just staying in a real neutral zone and just, you know, something simple and cute. I don't feel like doing too much because I noticed when I'm trying to be creative, it just becomes too much sometimes. So I'm showing you my. This is. So when I say I don't feel like dressing up and just throwing something on. These camo pants, this polo Ralph Lauren shirt, top look, shirt with the little logo, put on some doggone booties, this color, throw my red purse and I'm gone. Red, lip red. That's it. This is my everyday. You can call it uniform. If I can have a uniform, it would be a polo shirt and some. And some pants. That's it. And I'm real cute. I can dress it up, dress it down. I still look nice, clean, little bit of money look, you know what I'm saying? And I'm good. But that's one day. This is one day when I don't feel like really putting on any clothes.

Another outfit that I have.

That I can. This may be a Friday outfit where I might go to happy hour or something. So I have this, this Gap shirt under here, but these are separate. I got this shirt from Akira. This is thrifted. And I put these together. Now this has a pleather collar. Vegan leather. Hello. Vegan leather collar. So that's why I'm gonna pair it with these vegan leather pants.

Have on some cute shoes.

And these are a little different because they have the slits in them. And another detail. These are from Fashion Nova. You can unzip the bottom so. So that they fall over your shoes, Right? But yeah, this one little outfit, it'll be cute. It's a little jazzy. And I'm out the door. I ain't gotta think about it. So this could be one of my weekend outfits. Weekend, weekday. That could go from. I'm running around. I can see some clients in it if I want to.

Not too much, not too little, a little jazzy, and keep it moving.

And then I have last but not least. So that is 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3. And then this is 4. Because, baby, I'm not dressing up every day. So you see what I have on? Like, I have a plethora of freaking workout clothes and just stuff to throw on. This is Adidas, and I'm a little cute. My shoes, I'm Adidas from head to toe.

But I'm doing this Monday makeovers to try to make myself wear these clothes. Because, baby, this is so easy, right? All right, so I got this jacket from Zara.

Real O. Just money green. Money green. You hear me? Money green. I love it. And I'm gonna pair this.

New Yorking company. These. These slats fit so well with this shirt from Akira up under it.

Now I'm thinking about doing the green and blue, but all of those colors are within this shirt. You probably can't see this shirt. And I don't know how in the world you put this mug on, so we gonna be fighting, but it's sort of like a little camisole that you wrap around.

And I'm just gonna do the little wraparound thing on my stomach to make it, you know, all the way, cover my stomach and throw a jacket on. So the jacket choices.

I can wear this green jack.

With the blue pants. You'll see this, and I'm cute. Or if I don't feel like being seen, which sometimes I just don't be feeling like being seen. And when I say seen, you know, I don't feel like putting on all the colors and stuff. I be trying. See, this is my thing. I'm trying. All of this stuff is a try for me. Like.

I am. I think I'm pretty low key, but I also have this. This jacket. This was thrifted. This is real leather. It sort of has these spikes on the side. So if I want to dress this down with those blue pants and just have more of a monochrome look.

I can put this jacket on.

Now, I don't know how this is gonna look because it's two different colors, but there's. I don't know. I don't know. I'd have to see it on.

I'd have to see it on to figure out the good part about it, though. In this shirt, I have both of these color blues, so that that makes it work and can bring it all in. I don't know if y' all can see it real good, but the. The hues in this go from, like, a light blue to a darker blue to a purple. You know what I'm saying? So both of these blues. This is the blue of the pants, and then this is the blue of the jacket, so it'll work.

Another thing that made me not wear this is I'm gonna be feeling like ironing. Boy, I got some issues, don't I? Okay, so those are my outfits for this week.

And I need to put together a video to show y' all what I wore last week. I was cute. I did something different. My little sister was in town from work, so I went out with her on.

Saturday.

So that was good. That was good. And we didn't say, oh, she normally. She want me to stay out a little longer. I a stay out that long. We were in the house by a good period of time, so. And we had a little fun and brought it on into the house. So that was good for me that I got out of the house. I was able to wear something. And I went to this little happy hour at Hbar in River Oaks, and I'm thinking, I want to do more stuff like that. I want to level up.

Circle. And so I went to this restaurant in River. In the. In the River Oats district. This one I know. No, no, no. I went to the Landry's Hotel, the guy that owned Tillman Fertita's hotel off of Posto. And it was this lady. I just went to the restroom, and she was bad to the bone. They were having a Galentine's day. She looked like money. Those are sort of the kind of people that I want to start putting in my circle. Real people, but leveling up. And that means that I need to look part. And so I'm trying to figure that out, because I ain't really got out that all the way figured out what she had on. Looked like something that I would have on, you know what I mean? There is another store. I told y' all, Caitlin's, that I'm gonna start just going in there and trying on clothes, and I'm gonna film it for y'. All. I'll film it and then put it on here just so that y' all can see that. That's gonna be fun. And these. These are Things that I'm doing just for fun. Because this here life be life. It. And it can get stress. Oh.

Yeah. From I think last Wednesday till today, baby, you'll see me this sound boom and knock my lips balance so it is well, though we working through it. God is with us. I'm pray for y'. All.
