You know, this channel is only great because we support each other and, you know, everybody adds to it. So my friend Nico told me about an opportunity that for real, I just could not believe.

She'S gonna talk about with us today how you can make a hundred dollars in fifteen minutes with only a hundred dollar investment.

Now, I don't know about you, but when she said that, I was like, so who am I robbing to get a hundred dollars, right? It is super simple, it is super easy, and it is super real, people.

Okay, so I didn't know that you could be a mystery shopper for real estate.

Oh, no. And who knew it paid so well? Okay, so it's your turn, Nico. I'm pass it over to you because you know all about it, man.

Okay, let's start. So how I found out about, you know, since the pan. Since everything is going on with COVID we have to find new inventive ways to make money, right?

Yep.

So with the mystery shop. And I tried it, but they kept asking me to pay into it to, you know, to. To find out how to do it. And every time I did it, it was a scam.

I connected with someone that does it from 9 to 5, Monday through Saturday. And they hooked me up. It was so amazing. It was so easy. So we started. I said, I want the highest paying mystery shopping job. I don't want the five ten dollar grocery shopping ones.

Yeah.

And I don't Want one where I have to wait to be reimbursed. I want a paycheck coming at least bi weekly, if possible. But it comes once a month. So she introduced me to an amazing company, and it was for real estate, it was for apartment shops, it was for new development places that were open, or if you wanted, you were looking to buy a place, they have you do all of that. Now, of course, you cannot let them know that you are a mystery shopper. She trained me on all of that. And then when I got into the actual site to see what they were paying, and I'm thinking, okay, I can do one a day. No, you're only allowed to spend 15 to 30 minutes, which was really good. So you're gonna give me 35, 45, 55. Some are 75. Just for 15 to 30 minutes of my time just to pretend I'm somebody else's. My acting debut. Walk in, walk out, with goody bags as well. And that's all I have to do. So you put your zip code in. They send you a list of apartments or whatever it is that you're looking for, as far as leasing or whatever, what they have, assigned what they have for that day, and you can never get them done because there's so many.

That's the way we like it. It was.

It was amazing. It was the easiest money that I have ever made. Now, I do have to say, you do need to be mobile to do this, because you're going from place to place, and they're usually, like, within two to five miles apart a lot of times. You know what I mean? So you cover them, but you just kind of. You call first. They give you a script. They tell you exactly what to say in their recording. They give you a number. A lot of them want you to download an app on your phone where they can actually hear the recording. You submit that they listen to it. You ask for a specific person. They're going to tell you. So you. Basically, you're a spy. Okay, yes, fine. You have to listen. You're an operative. And so whatever. Whatever they're telling you to do, you. You working? What is it? Charlie's Angels. You remember Charlie's Angels?

Yes.

Girl, whatever Bosley is telling you to do, angel, you need to do it and follow it to a T. And make sure you have your watch set or whatever. It's like you do not want to go over that certain time. And you look you like, okay, I just made 45 here. I've just done. Let's say, let's Give it a day. In an eight hour day, I've just done maybe six or seven places, and I was paid $45 for each place, and I only spent 15 to 30 minutes at that. And in between, I stopped for lunch. And a lot of them I didn't even have to go to and see because of COVID I have to do it virtually. How easy is that?

So $45 for six places, right?

For each one. For each one.

Okay, so that's $270. So look, I'm. Let me fix my light, y'. All. Y' all know I'm. I'm. I'm YouTube ghetto over here.

Just. Just for y' all who don't know, if you want to make $10,000 a month, all you have to make is $335. Around that amount a day.

$335 a day. Whether you're doing notary sign ins, whether you get on some secret shopper stuff. $335 a day. Calculate it for yourself.

So what's the hard part about this? Like, let's. Let's give the people the real, real.

Well, if you're like me, I am paperwork challenged a lot of times, which I cannot be anymore because I'm officially nsa. So paperwork will not be my challenge. But your paperwork, you need to fill it out the way they want you to fill it out. But they give instructions on the site. They have a lot of tutorial videos that are maybe like 5. I'm stretching it by saying 10 minutes long that you watch, and you just watch it over and over and just fill the paperwork out. And a lot of it. You can do a copy and paste. They're going to have you ask fair housing questions, things like that, to see how the person that they asked you to ask for answers. That.

So, yeah, Say, well, Latonya said this, this. And she said, well, we don't went to those people. I've had some people to say that. Those people, you need to document that and let them know what she said because they want to love it. So you're going to learn a lot in the process. And it's pretty. It's really cool. It's really cool. And you can give them your real name, or you can give them. You can be Zsa Za, whoever you want to be.

Well, what you need to do is actually email TJ and let her know you're interested and we can put something together. We only need 30 to 45 minutes of your time. There is a fee for that. It is $100 fee and I will give you the places you go. They don't ask. There's no more fees for that at all. I will give you the mystery shop that you need to go to. Sign up and you can start as soon as today. Well, actually everything is usually from 9 to 5, but you can start as soon as tomorrow morning if you get everything done tonight. So you do an application with them, you give them everything, either ein or your social, whatever you want to do, fill it out. They ask you to follow, follow on Twitter, Facebook, whatever social media you have. They even have referral bonuses for people that you referral. So it's a great program. It's really easy. It's like that. Even watching the tutorials, you can do everything in a night and start the next day. That's what I did. I Learned at about 1:00am in the morning and by 12:00 the afternoon, I was already started. That was it. So in my area alone there were six, there were actually six shops. And it was good. And it was. I was like, I needed it. It was perfect. So basically I have people that have come on with me. They use it to pay mortgage, they use it to pay car note and insurance. And they get to keep majority of their nine to five check to themselves. This is just side when they sit in their bed and call and say, hello, thank you. Hello, I'm so and so, so and so and I need to speak with Latonya. If she comes to the phone, that's good right away. But they ask you to keep calling until she comes. You ask those specific questions, boom, you're on to the next shot. Because you can only see it virtually with a lot of them.

You cannot go in.

So you're basically doing a lot from your room, from the comfort of your home or Starbucks or wherever you want to go and do this.

So Lori has another Question. She said do you get to schedule the time for your shop? Like do you get to schedule when you'll go there and when you'll, you know what I'm saying? Like is it anytime during that day or do you have to, is there a schedule?

You never tell them specifically when you're coming in. They want you, they like you to just let them know that they're interested but never give them a time because they want you to do the surprise thing. They want you to do the surprise thing. So you never have to schedule a set time but they will like on your assignment they're going to show you exactly how long your window is before you know you have to go between the 11th and the 14th, you have to be there whatever they ask for, whether it be virtually or whether it be come in, you know, come in or what, however they ask you.

So there are day restrictions, not necessarily time restrictions.

That's it, not necessary time restrictions this day, just office hours usually most shops like that. And when you're doing anything from, from the apartments or homes it's going to be from like 8 to 5 or 9 to 5, you know.

So hold on, do you have a schedule? She Mary said can this be done on a part time basis? She it sounds like it, it sounds like it. So yeah, absolutely.

I'm talking to you right now. I just got, because I put up, I put the site up. How many did they give me? Because you have schedulers, they will actually sometimes, very seldom would they call but they'll email you first and I highly recommend make a separate email for this because you're going to be flooded with assignments. So they see I'm on now so they just sent me 25 shops, we call them shops. 25 shops to go to in my area alone. And each of them are, and they're offering a bonus. So these, oh, these are 50 shops. So they're 50 each with a five dollar bonus. So 55 each reach going through that is not fast. And you can accept or reject, you don't have to do it. And they'll say they'll get desperate a lot of times and right now they're getting desperate. They're like well please we need, we have these six shops that need to be done today. Can you do it? We're paying 30. That's when you have the option to negotiate a price. Now you're pushing if you say give me 50, but it's no harm in asking. So if you say I'll do it if you give me 50 and she was like, well, they'll say, well, we can give you 35, we'll give you 40. Take it and run. Because there's nothing to do but call and be another person. You can never do the same place twice, you know, but there's so many to be done, you won't miss anything at all.

So Ms. Anita Ruffin said, did you say we had to pay a hundred for this? And Ms. Nicole said, why is a hundred dollars required to join? So Nicole and Anita, this is the deal. I have Ms. Nico on, and I want to pay her for her time in giving us this valuable information. My Latonya Cherie Johnson's time is. I'm billed at 350 bucks for notary stuff and then $500. No, $5,000 per person for real estate client. So I wanted to figure out a way where I can get y' all making money for faster than, you know, when you say 350, dang, I gotta come up with 350. That can kind of it. But a hundred bucks. I said, okay, let's make it to where it's easy. The injury is easy for them. A hundred bucks. You can come up with a hundred bucks. And if you do not have that and you are in a pandemic constraint, talk to me, because this ain't about money for me. Like, from the beginning, this has been about me disseminating a whole bunch of free information just to get y' all started. I had no clue this even existed. So if it wasn't for Elizabeth, I would not have even known. I was so shocked. You can see how excited my little silly self is because I thought secret shoppers was like, you go to Kroger, you may go sit in a restaurant.

Something like that. I didn't know they did it for real estate, for new home buyers, for apartment everything. My.

I have a associate that I do who trained me. I want you guys to know when I found out about it. Look, I have. I just. I lost three people at one time. I lost my mom, my dad, and my aunt all in within the last seven months time. And I was gone in another state. I live here in Houston, but I was in another state. I didn't care about the job or anything. I literally lost everything I had. I'm like, okay, I need a car and this. I didn't have any other way to make some money. And I was like, lord, it's got to be something better. What can I do? And she just called me out the clear blue goddess, and she Was like, hey, are you ready to do this? And I'm like. She said, well, I'm doing the workshop. And she said, well, she actually charged me 150 to learn everything. And she said, well, this will help you get home. Because I was literally stranded in another state because I had exhausted my savings and everything. Job was ceased, everything.

And.

And my household here. I live with my. Me and my two brothers were here, and we were all, like, corporate was shut down. We were all scared. This has saved our household. It pays the rent, gas bill, electric. It has paid off a car. It has done so much for me.

It was the.

That's all I had. I gave her my last 150. But guess what? I made it back the next day when I started because I did so many shots, you know, and I took my daughter along with me. It was fun. It was fun. And as you get deeper into it, you learn, like, there's a shop. She does it her whole life. She travels for free and everything. So she does a shop with Southwest. So let's say she gets paid to fly. She pays for. But she still gets reimbursed and paid to fly. She gets paid for her hotel. She gets paid to inspect the airport. Then she'll go and do an apartment shop while she's out of state. So we're out of state having fun girl time, and she's working. We don't even know. And we get paid to eat because we're doing a shop. She's looking like, okay, we're gonna go here. You know what I mean? So.

So. So listen.

So, Nico, everybody is saying, where is this available? Where can I do this? Is it available in Alabama, Michigan, California, North Carolina, dmv, Wherever, Consumer shop?

Wherever there's a. Wherever you pay to get a service or product mystery shopping is available. I was just like, you guys, I'm like, wait, hold up. Excuse me. It's so much. It's so overwhelming. You're like, wow. I'm like, right now, I'm in the process. I'm being. I'm learning on ATVs how to do the ATVs and how. You know the fun stuff, how to go.

Jumping out of planes. Oh, she does all of that. I'm like, I would love to do that. I'm a daredevil. I like stuff. I just got to make sure it can hold me. I don't want my weight to push.

Me down further than everything else.

But, yeah, don't take me fast. Take me quick, but don't take me Fast.

We're looking for something where we can have more time with our families. And those of you who have children who are being homeschooled right now or they need us, and this is the easiest thing to do to make side money, vacation money, get you out of debt, or just put some money in the savings. Some of you may be savings for your escape. I don't know.

I don't know.

Go in, ask a couple of questions, look around, write a little survey out and leave a hundred dollars. 75. You can do that all freaking day. So I wanted to be able to, to bless Nico. We have to. Because when, when our tribe gives us something, we gotta give back. And you know, I know it's an investment, it's not a big investment, but this is not, man, don't miss out thinking that everything is a scam. You want your money back after hearing about it, see me. You can do shops in between there. You can just do mystery chops in between that. You know what I'm saying? So you're still making money around the clock. And honestly, it's worth the sacrifice. I made a sacrifice, you guys, and look what I did. It's a business for her. She charged me 150 to do it and now I have the goal and you'll have the go and you're able to make it back by charging somebody that wants to come on. But I have an idea. Teacher, tell me if you agree to this. I'm thinking for every one person that brings on two people that pay, theirs is free.

Okay, we can do that.

So if you have two people that are willing, that are paying and coming on, you're that one person. Yours is free. So that means you have some work to do. If you don't have any income at all, guess what, your mouth still works, your social media works. Talk to people. When that doesn't work, talk to more people. Because there is two people out of all the people you know that will come on and want to do this.

So we are talking about mystery shopping 101 and we just call it Shop. So basically we're dealing with real estate, mystery shops and what you are paid to do. Are you paid to be someone else to go in and basically be a spy and check out the property, the facility and see if everything is going up to, to par for the company that you are contracted by. They pay the lowest amount is like 25 to $50. They usually range between there and they always give a little bonus. So it range from that. And you spend about 15 to 30 minutes of your time doing that right now because it's Covid you're doing a lot from home or from your car. A lot of us do it from our car in between signings.

And you're making money now. They pay once a month, every 22nd of every month. So you want to make sure you have men, you want to make sure you start and just keep a track record of everything you're doing. But I haven't had any trouble at all or anyone else that has taken this with me that has come on board. We haven't had any trouble. We do it when we feel like it. And if you don't feel like doing shops, then you don't.

But it's a blessing. It is. I'm gonna tell you it is. Financially, those checks help. When you got a 1200 check coming in or a 500 way, that helps a lot. A lot.

And that's what I said about part time notary.

So how do you know what to say when you don't even know what question to ask? For real, man. I really, really do.

What this will help. If you have kids in college, you can even, your kids can even do this with you. They do surveys where they want you to have your 13 year old or 6 year old see if they can do an R rated movie without adult provision. They pay for things like that. So it's fun. So the whole thing, my whole family, my three children, my 21 year old does it, my 27 year old and my 22 year old, they all do it in their spare time because they like, you know, they like to hang out.
