NNA Notary Signing Agent| Remote Loan Signing Agent|

Hey, friend. It's Solutions by TJ once again. And I wanted to come on here because I've gotten so many questions about what we're doing during COVID 19 regarding the mobile notaries. Well, my cousins and I, my whole family, all of us are notaries, by the way. So we've decided to become verified in the state of Texas as remote notaries. Now, there's a distinction between a remote notary and an electronic notary. This is the difference. An electronic notary can. You can sign a document electronically, anywhere. Remote means that you and the person are in different locations. So when you sign up, there are two different things. You have to specifically sign up in your state as a remote notary. And the platform that we're choosing to use is what you see on the screen. It's called DocVerify.

This is the easiest one that we found so far to use a lot of the other platforms, they only allow you to sign one page and then you have to create a whole nother document. It's really cumbersome. So through trial and error, this is the one that we've decided to use. So let me take you through this real quick so you can see for yourself.

You see, that's the electronic signature and they have a lot of. They have a whole lot of.

Videos. And I'll put those in the description that'll show you exactly what you do there. You know, you have to go to your state in order to find out what's required in your state. State of Texas requires that you have what's called a digital certificate and you be verified by the Secretary of State. So this is the subscription that we got, the enterprise per user per month. So I paid, I think $250 up front, and then we're paid. Then we're charged $50 a month after that in order to use this platform. But if you have any issues with this, like at first I made a mistake and paid $488, and that was for the entire year. But I emailed them, they were very, very responsive and got back with me quickly. Get this, we have a friend that's making $1,000 a day doing this, so it's worth it. Especially about how to make money. So many people are unemployed right now. And look, if you can do this from the comfort of Your own home. You don't have people sneezing and coughing on you in their environments and you can still make money. Yeah, better jump on this. So let me show you the inside of this and I'm going to take you to my account. So right here, if you see that finger, that's where you click. Once you sign in and you go to my account. There's also this notary portal over here and when you get ready to sign up, you sign up by clicking on new E notary application. So let's go to the tab so that I can show you what's behind this. And in order to get to your account, you click on this my account button in the top left hand corner and then you go to, you'll see this information and so you'll go to the notary info tab and when you first sign up, you'll see that this status is inactive. Well, once you they go through a process where they validate and verify your information that you're currently assigning notary signing agent. And for me that took about a week. However for my cousin it took 28 days. So my suggestion, the thing that I did differently I think is you know, I talked to him, I opened a ticket and any question that I had, I corresponded with them all the time. So there was one little lady, her name was Linda and I think she kind of pushed my stuff through. So that's just.

But.

Here you get an enotary ID and this is where you will find once your status is active, you'll be able to download your digital certificate. And when you sign up, go on back here. And if you don't have a digital certificate, which I didn't go on and purchase right here, say I want to purchase a new digital certificate. A new digital certificate. Go on and do that. And once you get that digital certificate, you can go to this stamped miscellaneous info and download all of this because this is the information that you'll have to supply to the Secretary of State. Again, for Texas, it's a two part process.

Yeah, you just fill all of this stuff in and it's pretty simple. Let me go back and show you. So again we have the enterprise edition, the monthly subscription and you have credit and I'm going to come back to you guys and show you once, you know, I set everything up, how I set it up. Because some of this stuff, baby is not intuitive. And if you're anything like me, we're in COVID 19 I didn't necessarily want to be in people's houses with anybody coughing and sneezing. I want to be safe. And this, my personal opinion, is the safest way for you to do this and still be able to make money. And, you know, we have a friend who's doing it, making $1,000 a day because he just does notaries all day long. And because he is remote, several people, several title companies, several lenders are going to the remote system. So, hey, get on it now. That's my recommendation to you.
