And today we have another trivia question.
Okay, this trivia question. TJ yes. Can I complete the notarial certificate before I get to my appointment? Not stamping it. Just enter the wording onto the certificate. Let me know what you think. What did you say? You can. Let me get my belt. Hold on. You cannot. No. You are supposed to fill that document out in front of your client, especially the state and county portion. Make sure that you're in the right spot. Fill that stuff out in front of your client. Do not fill it out beforehand. That's just a good rule. They need to witness you filling that document out. You're witnessing them, but they're witnessing you as well. So they can go back and say something about you in a court of law also. So just do it that way, y'. All. It's easier. It causes less headache. Yeah, yeah, don't do it. Just notarize. Complete the notarial section, stamp it. Do all of that in front of your client. All right, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. You know the drill. I love you. I'm rooting for you. If you have questions, write them down below. And again, this is just what I do. Look up the laws in your state. See if you can do it. I personally don't do it. I feel everything. I know it's faster, but I feel everything out in front of my client because I don't want any smoke by anybody. These documents are. Are very important documents. So just to be safe, that's what I do. If you have comments, comment below if you want to talk to me. Tjs Solutions by tj. Last but not least, subscribe to this channel. If you know somebody who's having trouble with their house, get at me, tj@solutionsbytj.com and guess what? When you refer people to me who are in trouble and there's some type of transaction, let's say they don't have the money to keep their house, right? If you don't have the money to keep your house, if you don't have an income, you have to downsize. That's just point blank, period. You can wait on God. That might not be the answer that he's giving you. So if there's a sale involved, I give 500 to $1,000 to whoever recommends me to people. Keep that in mind. It's another cash flow, part of cash flow for you. Just stay on the lookout for me, all right? I love you. God bless. Take care. By.
