Trip. Trip. Trivia. Trivia. We do trivia. Yeah. Okay, this is TJ with some more trivia. Now, when should you stop assigning? That's right. Don't do it. Just say no. There are some times when you should just say no to doing a signing. Right? These are the main two times. Let's go.
The first instance where you should just say no to a signing is when the signer seems like they are under duress. That's right. If they seem like they are being pressured by someone to sign, you just say no. Stop it. Pack up all of your docs. That's right. Never leave docs at a client's house. And you get the heck out of there. Okay. Number two, you feel uncomfortable. Something about the environment just doesn't seem right. You feel unsafe, get the heck out of there. The money is not worth it. I've never experienced that. My cousin has experienced that once, but I have never experienced that because these people are signing away hundreds of thousands of dollars. So we have all of their information, we have their driver's license, we have their social, we have everything that we need to prosecute. So nine times out of nine, people know that and they are going to act right and you'll be safe. However, if there ever comes a time when you don't feel safe, get out of there. Alright. This is TJ with Solutions by tj. As always like this video, subscribe to my channel and if you know somebody who is having trouble with their home, please have them to contact me.
