Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. Thank you for coming. Please don't hesitate to like and subscribe to this channel. So today I want to give you 10 reasons why you can get completely blocked by signing company. All of us want to make money, but if not, signing companies start blocking you. There goes your money, honey. So let's get started.
Number one, you fail to read the dadgum directions. Nobody's going to do your job for you. Read the directions that each company gives you and follow them to the letter. Number two, asking dumb questions. Now, tj, there is no dumb question. I thought you said that. You're right. I did. I said that. However, there's a dumb question to ask your boss. Some things you don't ask your boss. The signing company is your boss. You're supposed to know your job. Do it. You can ask dumb questions to the people you pay to ask dumb questions to. Your mentor. Ask all the dumb questions you want. The nna, any dumb question goes. The signing company, not so much. And so, tj, what is a dumb question? A dumb question is when the signing company specifically puts something in the directions and you still ask the question. Okay. They don't want you to do that. And if you have a question as to whether or not it's a dumb question, contact your mentor and they'll tell you. Yeah, don't ask them that. Let your mentor be the first line of defense and then they'll tell you. Yeah, that's something that's not common. Contact the signing company. What else can get you blocked? Arriving late to your appointments. How will they know? Because the signer call them. Asking where you are because you're late. One other thing. Not communicating. When you get a job within Snapdocs, you are to communicate that you have confirmed. Confirm the appointment with the signer every single step of the way. You are to communicate. I've printed the docs. The signing is complete. As soon as you complete the signing, log into Snapdocs. Let these people know what's going on. Let them know when you arrive at the appointment. Let them know. Over. Communicate versus under communicate. I promise they will appreciate it. Your attire. You arrive in jeans. You don't look very professional. Jeans and a T shirt. Jeans are not business casual. You are to dress appropriately. They want you to look professional. Business attire would be considered. Khakis and a polo shirt. No jeans allowed. How will they know? Because sometimes they follow up with the signers and ask those specific questions. Like what did they have on? They do a poll, a random Poll. You don't want to be the person that gets caught in that. And somebody says they had on a jeans and a T shirt and a baseball cap. Complaints. The number one thing that'll get you blocked is if the signer complains about anything that you did. True, false, or indifferent. If they complain, consider yourself blocked, baby. Out of there. Opinions. When you're going through documents, you are not paid to give your opinion. Oh, that's a high interest rate. Wow, I have never seen this. And then they're like, what? Never mind. You just made them uncomfortable. Don't give your opinions on anything. You're there just to. Just to help them go through the documents, sign their name, date it, you notarize it, and you're out. No opinions. Overbooking appointments. So you have one signing at 11, another at 12. You just overbooked. Why you didn't incorporate in your time, the drive time. Do you print all your documents? Do you have a mobile printer? Make sure that you don't overbook. Give yourself plenty of time. You don't even know what the signer looks like when you get the job. Maybe it's an elderly person that needs more time. So what could have taken you 45 minutes is now taking you two hours and you late for your other appointment. Not cool. Social media. You are considered a professional. These people will and do go on your social media platform and see you twerking, drinking all, you know, racial slurs. All of that stuff will get you blocked. You cannot do it. I mean, you can do it. You just have to keep your account private. It does not need to be a public account. It needs to be between you and your friends if you're gonna do that type of stuff. Didn't say don't do it. Don't let them see you do it. Okay. Yay. And last but not least, this will get you fined. Not dropping those debt gum documents off immediately. Don't wait unless the. Unless FedEx is closed. Don't wait till the next day. There are people who have been charged $3,000 fine that is not included in your E O Insurance for not dropping those docs off timely. It is important. Why? Because if they're not dropped off timely, then the lender may have to draft another check. It causes delays in the system and you don't want to be the one to cause any delays. Okay. Don't get blocked, y'. All. This is TJ with solutions by tj. Make sure that you like this video. Share it if you think it's worth it and subscribe to my channel. What are you doing?
