Listen, stop negating the skills that you have because people need those skills. Don't be too a diddy and too afraid to use and sell what you know how to do. For instance, I paid my cleaner $75,000 last year for the short term rental. $75,000? Yeah. $75,000 to clean these units. That's $75 per unit. For eight units in a year, they made $75,000. I don't know. A lot of people make that on their job. Hello. Another thing, if you write, you, you. Okay, so physical labor ain't your thing. Cool. If you write. There is a way now that you can use artificial intelligence to start writing blog posts for people to start writing articles. People pay for that stuff, y'. All. Seriously. You can go to sites like Upwork or Fiverr and people are paying you for it. And with AI, man, it's nothing. You can put in some information, ask AI to write the whole article. All you have to do is rephrase it possibly and then check it for plagiarism so that it's not, you know, the exact article that somebody else wrote and bam, you got an article that you can sell to someone. There's also artificial intelligence software that creates photos or people need graphic design. This is the day, people, where you ain't got to do a lot of work because artificial intelligence is doing most of the work for you. And it ain't a lot of us that's really using it. So focus on some trends and that's how you really make money. Learn that new skill. It's out there. It's a trillion videos, trillion videos to teach you how to use AI. Okay. The second side hustle is online surveys or joining an expert network. So there are a few expert networks that I want to talk to you about today. And I'm going to show you behind the scenes of what this thing does. They are amazing. And what an expert network does is they pay people who have expertise. Who's a salon owner or. You know what I'm saying? If you're a hairdresser, if you, if you know crypto, it goes from the bottom to the top. If you are cpa, if you have tax information. You know what I'm saying? If you. If you prepare taxes. There are all types of jobs that they pay people for their opinion. And it's good money. I mean, I've made anywhere from $100 to really $500 in 60 minutes just doing that. I've told y' all about one of them before, and we'll go back over that one. It's called Respondent IO, But I'm gonna show you some other ones I've been fooling with. It's cold. Okay. All right, so that is online surveys. The next one is open box furniture. Reselling Open box furniture. It's some people who will buy refrigerator. The refrigerator got a little bit of scratch, and they bring it back. But when they bring it back to the store or even. So I bought a. Let me tell you what I just did. I bought a refrigerator, and the tray is. I mean, it's all the way crap. That's. They brought that price down $200 for that tray being broke. Yeah, $200. And it's a very, very, very nice refrigerator. So, you know, you just get another tray and then resell that thing on offerup. You can resell it on Facebook Marketplace. There are plenty of places that you can resell it and get what you paid for it back, plus another at least $50, because you're selling it for a cheaper price than what you bought it for. And it's gonna sell. People. People are still moving. People are still looking for brand new refrigerators. This is a brand new refrigerator in store. It cost this, but you can sell it for that. And that doesn't go just for appliances like a refrigerator. That goes for furniture. You can find furniture. There's a store here called High Fashion, and my friend James just went up there, and there are. They had these chairs. $400 chairs. The leg may have been broken or split down a leg. He basically fixed that $400 chair. He got each chair for $35. Fix the leg, sold that chair for 100 bucks. And there you go. You just made your money. But since he bought several of those chairs, you can sell it for $100 each chair. You didn't really made your money. I mean, putting some. Some whatever kind of wood glue on that chair wasn't nothing for him. Okay. And the last one, of course, is the one that I love the most. Listen, this is what I've been doing. This is my addiction right now, and it's thrifting. I'mma tell you this. I don't like going with James sometimes. Thrifting. See, I'm 5:3. James can see on top of the doggone cart, right? And see up there, It'll be some good stuff. He bought this bottle opener and what he. Okay, so he didn't put me on game, y'. All. He didn't put me on game. He'll take a picture of it in Google image and Google image will look that thing up and tell you what, what price you can get it for on ebay or poshmark. The resale value of it. It was a gold little bottle opener. Didn't look. You know what I'm saying? That thing, that thing was a $300 bottle opener that was just laying on the counter. I thrift because I like clothes. I love clothes. So if you are a kind of a unique person, you can get some of the live stuff at these thrift shops like Goodwill as well as consignment shops. A lot of consignment shops cost a little more sometimes, but I mean, it's still under $20. A lot of the times with the stuff that I buy and I mean it's fashionable, very, very, very nice stuff to give you a really, really unique look. Those are the ways that I make money. James bought that can opener, but they gave it to him for $1. They know $300 can opener he got for $1. Somebody is looking for that can opener, y', all, for real. And somebody is going to buy it because they understand value. So that's something that you can do. These. That thrifting thing is something that you can do when you don't have no money, but you got 5, 10, $20 and you can go in the thrift shop and find name brand clothes. Resell it on ebay, just post it, resell it on Facebook, Marketplace. There are plenty of places where you can resell clothes. So try those side hustles out.
