Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. And man, I am so excited that y' all are here. You know that I'm always thinking about you, right? And so now is no different than always. I believe that since a lot of you are new to business and new to the notary business specifically, there are a few things that you need to know and understand about doing business and just living your life as a business owner. So I brought in one of my mentors, Mr. Robert Webster, to teach us about that. And of course, I'm gonna show you some tools to do it, because that's how I roll, right, Robert? I don't know if you know, but this is my family. Let me introduce you to my family. I give them everything that I learn. I give it to them and show them how to do the exact same thing. So some people take it. It may be for them, it may not some things, but I always want to show them what I'm into. And I've invested in him, so of course I believe that. So, Mr. Webster, please, you take the floor.
Hello, everybody. My name is Robert L. Webster. I'm humbly called the financial Robin Hood. Because what I like to do is I like to steal the strategies, the wealth building strategies from the rich, and I like to share them with all of us, the poor, so we can eventually build some wealth as well. I've been a business owner for the past 25 years. Just a little bit about me. I've been a business owner for the past 25 years. I've owned and ran a successful trucking company. And right now I run a successful marketing company and a security firm. And I just love teaching financial strategies.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. So you shared some amazing information with me. And just like in 2008, when there was a huge transfer of wealth, right. When I say transfer of wealth, real estate was available. The stock market crash, you remember 2008, everything just went haywire. Where, well, we're at that point again in the world. I know you see what's going on in the stock market. As soon as this moratorium is lifted on foreclosures, then that'll be another market that's opening wide up. So Mr. Webster is going to show us how to get that money, keep it, and even invest and make more money, even if you're still working and have a 9 to 5. He's going to show us how to put more money into our pockets and to build our wealth on what we have and the other things that we're bringing in through this through the notary opportunity.
Awesome. Awesome. You ready for me to share my screen?
Yes, sir.
All right, folks, so what I'm going to show you here is.
How we can all attain personal financial success. We need income for life, because that is the solution. So when you're working, during working your job, during your regular working years, this is when you're doing your 9 to 5, you're making your salary. That's your income. That's going to maintain you. But we also need to be building assets that's going to maintain that very same lifestyle after we stop working. So we need to be put in a position where we're putting more than 1, 2, 3, or 4 or 5% of our gross pay into our 401k, because that's mostly what most people are doing because they're living paycheck to paycheck. But there's a solution to that. So now I'm going to take an average person making $75,000 a year, all right? So this person making $75,000 a Year working their job, all right, they're making $6,250 a month, all right? And then on top of that, they're losing a third party, which is 25% of that right off the top, that's 1,500. They're bringing home 4,700amonth. But what they need to actually be able to bring home is the entire 6250. And the reason being is because you're going to need at least 10 times the amount of money you make per year. So if this person is making $75,000 and they can get themselves a 10% rate of return on that money, then they're going to need 750,000 in their 401k just to get that same 75,000 every year. If they have some form of financial literacy, they may be able to get a 10% return. If they don't have too much education with stocks and bonds and mutual funds, then they might get a 7.5% or even a 5% return. Well, then they're going to need more money in their 401k. A million up to 1.5 million. Because, you see, if you look at it, we're going to assume already you're losing 25% of taxes. Now you're going to have a mortgage, another 1200. You're going to have a car payment, your credit card, student loans, furniture. That's another 45%, all right, of your income. Now, you already lost 25% to taxes. You got 45% from your debt to income ratio. That's 70% of your gross pay. All right, now we're going to talk about your recurring expenses. You got utilities, you got to have cell phone, cable, Internet, you got insurance, you have to eat, so you gotta buy your food. You need gas to get to and fro, you gotta have a cell phone. People can't live without their cell phone today, so that's another 26%. So we're already at 96% of our gross income and we haven't even talked about lifestyle. You got health insurance, you got childcare, if you have any children, entertainment, you gotta go get your hair cut, you gotta go get your hair and nails done. You know, every now and then you need to do some self care and get you a massage. So now we're at 116% of our gross income. Now we need more cash flow because we haven't even talked about retirement, charitable contributions or an emergency fund. People saw during this past experience that they need to have an emergency fund. And an emergency fund is going to be at least three to six months worth of your living expenses stacked away. You need to have that. But people aren't in the position right now. So monthly cash flow needed. We need another $2,500 in order to live this lifestyle and make things happen. So what we need is to start a part time or full time business using our income shifting membership. You see, income shifting is going to be the solution. All right, I want to switch and go to a different video and show you the exact numbers, if I may.
Absolutely.
Okay, so I'm gonna go here and stop this share and I'm gonna share my iPad, okay? Oh, that's great. Okay, here we go. All right.
So let me go ahead and do a quick little clear the page. So it doesn't matter whether you are a doctor, a lawyer, a school teacher, a bus driver, police officer, fireman. We all have the same two financial objectives. Objective number one is to earn income for today to maintain your current lifestyle. Objective number two is to acquire assets that's going to maintain that very same lifestyle at retirement. Now I'm going to take a median household income of 60,000. That's $5,000 per month. Now what this person needs, we always say you have to have at least 10 times the amount of money per year. All right? 10 times the amount of money you make per year in your investment account if you want to be successful at retirement. So this person is going to need 600,000 in their 401k. And like I said earlier, they can get themselves a 10% rate of return. Then they'd make the same 60,000 and have replacement income. But if you look at today's statistics, we're not getting that done. And here's the reason why. Off the top, we're facing some obstacles. Obstacle number one, we got $1,500 coming out for taxes. Off the top, that's 30%. That's a third of that. I'm gonna keep the numbers round just to keep it easy. So now we're bringing home $3,500. Most of you have financed a car and financed the house. You know, once you graduate college, you wanna live in a nice neighborhood, drive a nice car. But when you go to finance these things, because you don't have 200,000 cash to pop down on a house or 30,000 cash for a car. So. So you go finance it. Finance person tells you, come on down. No credit, bad credit, doesn't matter, whatever it is, come on, we'll finance you. All right? And then you create debt. Now, on most of the debt that we create, most of that payment goes towards interest. So that's another 30%. So now that's another 1500. Now, you don't have to be a mathematician to see that you're losing 30% off the top to taxes and then another third going to bills. So that's going right out the window. 60% of your gross household income out the window, and you're left with 40%. And you're expected to build an investment account. You see, this is why people can only put 1, 2, 3, maybe 4% into their 401k, because what's left over has to pay for food, gas.
Childcare. All right, clothing. You see, we have too many expenses left over. But now we like to teach a strategy called income shifting. Income shifting allows you to shift your income from a higher tax bracket to a lower tax bracket so that you can bring home more money on a monthly basis. So joining our income shifting membership, on an average, a person is able to bring home another 200 to $1,000 every month simply by minimizing their taxes. You see, what we want to show you how to do is to eliminate the debt. First, minimize the taxes, Shift this money to your debt. Say you bring home an extra $500 every month just by legally getting Uncle Sam out your pocket. Then you shift that money to taxes or to your debt and eliminate the debt. Now, soon you have more money left over at the end of the month to funnel and into your 401k to purchase a rental property or into your current business that you're trying to fund and build. You see, income shifting is what wealthy people do in order to maintain their wealth. Have you ever wondered why wealthy people can make a million, 2 million and only pay 750 to $1,000 in taxes when you're making 60, 70, $80,000 a year and you're paying 10 to 15, $20,000 in taxes? Is because they use a strategy called income shifting, and they're able to shift that income back into their pockets.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. So, y'.
All.
I mean, when I first saw this, of course, this is. This is me. Like, I'm a single mom. As all of you know, I'm a single mom. I'm doing this by myself. And I haven't had enough to put in into my retirement account. So in working in corporate America, in corporate America, I'm trying to live. You know, I told my mother the other day, I said, man, you would have never made it, because just in the school system, Madison needs, at a minimum, $20 every other day. It seems like for something at school, my mother would have never made it with two kids as a school teacher. So I'm sure that you can see that what he's talking about makes sense. Right? On the other video. We're going to follow us to another video, and I'm going to let Mr. Webster show you exactly how you can implement this strateg. Okay? All right, we'll see you on the other side. Thank you. God bless. And make sure that you like this video. Subscribe to my channel because I'm giving you all the good. I love y', all. And we'll see you on the other side.
