It's that time once again, for you to tell me how I can help you be as successful as you can be in 2022.

I need yalls input horribly. I have some, of course, you know, everybody has insight of their own, and I can build a whole List of 12 months of what I think that you need. But I also want to make sure that I incorporate things that, you know, you need in this business. For instance, a few of the things that we're. I'm Already thinking about is stuff that they mentioned this morning that I need to, I need somebody to come in and help us with time management. We're going to talk about pricing and get further into pricing strategies for notaries. Of course, I ain't going to tell you what to price, but I'm going to give you some ideas of how to price your products and your services.

See what a few other things are.

That time management is really, really big. But we have a whole bunch of different stuff that, you know, we are definitely going to allow people to come in.

And.

Come in and help us with and talk to us about.

And so that is a part of the reason that I'm here this evening as well is because, you know, I want to know from you guys. So anybody type into the chat if you have any ideas of what you need. We're going to go over the process serving, we're going over wedding officiant, transcription services, field services, field rep services, all of the extra things that can make you money in this business. But I still want to.

Make sure that, I still want to make sure that I have every single thing that we've crossed all eyes dotted, all T's as far as what you guys need.

The apostille training that I did, going through the docs, I didn't just make that up. Y' all actually asked me to do that. And y' all know when I do something, I'm gonna do it for the box of rocks method and I'm gonna go hard. And when you get that training and you got everything, it ain't gonna be nothing else you need. So unless you have analysis paralysis, you gonna have every single piece of information that you need. If you've ever gone through any type of training with me, you know that about me. Like, I'm gonna go hard, period. So.

And we need to start creating schedules. I want to go through that time management, man, and marketing and creating a marketing plan so that you're not just flying by the seat of your pants. You actually have something to go with. And go along with you where you can look at it on paper and say, this is what I'm doing. This is who I'm going to see.

I'm also thinking about, oh, I'll get some of the bigger companies to come on, blue. Sit your butt down. I'll get some of the big companies to come on. Let me contact some amrocks. If anybody has contacts with the Amrocks and these signing services, let me know because I'll get them to come on and talk to us and we'll talk directly with them to see how we can get more signings and more business and see if as a solutions by TJ family, we can get them to do it that way. It's hard to get into what Miss, Miss Terrica.

Hard to get into the notary business.

Yep, yep, yep. Oh, I get it. I get it. 1,000%. So Crystal Davis with the government contracts. So I went, I had a meeting with PTAC and the web address is actually a P T A C A P T A C. And I went with. I went to the. Went there because I want to be able to get government contracts for both my notary stuff as well as for my short term rental stuff, mainly my short term rentals. And it went very well. I mean.

The guy is Indian and he spoke really, really fast and sometimes I was having a hard time understanding him. But of course, you know me, I made him slow down so that I can understand what you're saying because he was excited, I was excited. And we were just about to do a high five and a chest bunt all at the same time. Okay, so.

What it is is they offer free information on how to get you government contracts starting from the beginning of setting up your DUNS number, getting you the SAM's number, the CAGE number, all the way to the marketing aspects. Hey, Asia, how are you? All the way to the marketing aspects and. And just to the point of getting an actual contract. And every time I said something, he was like, think bigger, think national. You know, because I'm trying to get people in my nine units or, you know, if the. When Sean builds the other one, it'll be 19 units. So I'm thinking that he was like, nah, you need to be able to house people all over the United States who are looking for short term rentals. I was like, oh, so I need to be building a network of short term rental operators throughout the United States. Got it. Okay, y', all, my niece in the house. And Miss Asia.

Yeah. So it went very well. If you have not gone, I mean, and. And you have any type of interest in a government contract, please Please, please go and take it out. You know what? I know that. I know that. I know. Oh, thank you, God. I ain't perfect, y'. All Let me say that I am not perfect, but I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and God knows that I ain't perfect. So, hey, don't be looking at me crazy when I cuss and praise God at the same time. Leave me alone. He got me, okay? But he just brought into my spirit. There are so many of us who have gifts. And the word of God says that your gift will make room for you. Your gift can be. You are an excellent painter, right? Your gift can be. You are. You can organize your butt off. Your gift can be. You can just put Christmas lights like nobody's business and just. I mean, just go crazy with it. Your gift will make room for you. But what are you doing outside of notary? We use notary, this notary world, as a stepping stone into what we want to do. So we so say, for instance, you have a job in Corporate America making $8,000 a month. Make it $5,000 a month. You use the notary world to be able to take care of your household expenses and all of your expenses. And then, hey, my family came on. But you use the notary world to take care of all of your expenses. And as the notary world is taking care of your spirit defenses, then you can go on and do what you want to do, what you are called to do. So you begin making products and building services like ebooks and getting on YouTube channels not to follow what everybody else is doing, but to get in your own doggone lane of expertise and genius. Does that make sense to everybody?

All right. So now that. Not at. Now that my favorite people are on, let's go through how I was bullied.

Well, you know, it's the holidays and we have been through covet and everything, so we deserve something special. It's a lot of us working from home. You know, the nine to fives are just not getting it anymore. Things have went up at the grocery store. I grocery shop every day, y'. All.

I got to cook for this six foot fold son of mine. That's 22 all the time. So listen, so I thought about, we need a holiday special and we need a break. So I asked. I kind of did it a little bit myself when she came on board, I said, we need a special. I said, we need to learn how to be NSA's proper NSAs. Which meant, excuse me, documentation is key. I said, TJ, we need all your programs. Give us something, condense it so that we can go review it, and we can be out here better than any NSAs, any pro.

I don't care.

I'm not gonna say no names, but TJ and Miranda, that's the best programs that I've ever taken when it comes to apostille nsa, even my marketing. So I'm like, I need a crash course. Because getting that documentation and getting it right is key in this game. Because all it takes is one. One discrepancy and they go, they sue that insurance. Trust me, I know y', all.

I know.

So I'm like, let's get something together for the holidays and let's just do something because we need it and we need extra income in this household. Don't y' all agree? Everybody raise a show of hands? I. I an extra 5 to 10,000, to 20,000amonth.

Ah, okay. And so the midget is in. In Africa, because she never would have approved of no mess like this. Mariama is in Africa. She gonna come home, and, you know, Miko, Nico gonna be at her good house. And then I'm gonna have to be running from. Running for Mariama, because, baby, she. Her thing is, man, we work so hard behind the scenes to make all of this take place. And I totally understand exactly what, you know, what's going on in the world and what people need. And before I even get into what the blessing is for this season, I want the people who have already purchased my products at full price to know, listen, I got so much more to give you. So it's like if you can just sit there and go through those documents with her and take notes, you know it all. There's no reason why you cannot tackle any freaking package that any title company or anybody else can throw you in your notary business. And I'm not freaking exaggerating about it. Was anybody in that training with me and Mariama.

It's the most important part for me. You know what I went through these last few months with Documents and just not. Even though we went through it and even though there have been other programs I have tried, I still had no. I was blindsided. And it was, it was terrifying.

Yeah. And I get it. It's sometimes one of those things. No matter how much you go through it, when you get a new package of docs, you can miss the signature at the bottom of the page where you supposed to initial. It's easy to miss something until you've seen it over and over and over and over and you have an idea of where those initials and signatures will go. And then you get a new title company and it starts all over again because their documents look different. Right. But once you see what Mariama goes through, it's. It's awesome and it's. It's amazing. So, okay, we have those two trainings also in this bundle. I'm throwing in Apostille Domination 1.0. That tells you what an Apostille is and how to process those documents and how to make money from it. Good, I'm glad to see you. So just to let y' all know, the people who are just now getting here, we are talking about a couple of things. Number one, we were talking about, what do you need to make 2022 your best year ever? What do you need from me to help you get there? What knowledge, what information, what training? I've heard marketing. I've heard information trainings on time management. I've heard marketing. Marketing. Marketing. I've heard pricing strategies. Those are three that I'm hearing.

Absolutely. We ended to win it. Another thing that we're going to go into is business credit. Now, I know other people online are going through business credit, and everybody learns differently from different people. I personally use my niece. That's who I Solutions by tju. So of course, I'm gonna have Asiana come and help us and talk to all of us about it. Right? So, Asian, Asia, tell us a little bit about your credit program.

Okay, so of course, my business am consulting agency. I specialize in personal and business credit. My specialty is the business credit, though, because I know a lot of us here. I started off as a notary. My aunt TJ trained me and, you know, you know, investing in my business. You starting off as a notary, you need to buy paper. Even as an apostille, you have to have those Materials. Done. And at the time. At the time, I was stressing out my personal finances all the time, and I came across business credit. So basically what I did was build that to fund my business, to be able to do the things I needed to do. Recently, I just got approved for a credit line with capital on tap for 25k. Just building my business credit the proper way, adding trade lines. I could. I just spoke with my leasing office, spoke with my leasing office about, you know, corporate leasing. All you need is business credit and to make three times the rent, you don't have to go through any verification that you would need with your personal information. Having your business credit, it will literally help you and become an entrepreneur. So that way you don't have to stress out your personal finances. People have kids, people have rent. People go through things every day. But once you learn how to utilize your credit and leverage it for your business and your dreams, you won't have to stress about that at all. So that is something I specialize in, and that is something that I do help my aunt and my mom here with.

So, yeah, I. I don't know what I would do without either one of them. With TJ or Asia, y', all, I am not organized. They're coming to help me clean my room before Christmas.

No goddamn sense.

I like to shop, but I'm calming down. I have a new attitude, but she helps me. Even, you know, as a notary, we get paid sometimes monthly, and you have to keep up with those payments because they will try not to pay. You act like, oh, I forgot, it's 64 days.

And you forgot.

So she helps me do all that, keep that organized, all of that. And, you know, it goes along with everything. So business credit, her AM consultant, agency. I wouldn't be able to do it without TJ and Asia. So I'm just happy. And my family, of course, y' all help me, too. A lot of us in the group, a lot of people in the group just reach out, and it's like, right on time. So I appreciate all of you guys.

At the same time, even with business credit, you can even leverage that to open up multiple streams of income, like obtaining a car and putting that on Turo. Yeah, the stream of income for you.

Another stream of income.

And you can do that while you're becoming a notary, while you're out doing signings, you have somebody else running your car because people like to visit, people like to travel. They're going to want to rent a car. You can use your business credit like I said for corporate leasing, you can get you an Airbnb. You see how easy it is? That's how when you build business credit properly and use it for the proper use it properly, you'll be able to get what you need done.

So, and that's it.

So, Ms. Terrica, you were saying, you don't, you've been building it, but you don't see the need. Continue to build it because the need is coming. Like I was saying in the beginning of this training, your, your gift will make room for you. You use the notary business as a stepping stone to do what you love to do. So whatever you love to do, whatever business that is, then you can invest in the marketing, right? You can invest in the marketing through business credit. You can invest in materials. And like Asiana said, okay, so I have these short term rental units. That's one stream of income. Then I put a couple of cars out there, put some Toyotas, you know, Acuras, whatever, in the unit, and then I rent them out to people who come through Turo who are already in my unit. That's another stream of income. So y' all understand what I'm saying?

Does that make sense?

And to piggyback off of you, tj, you know, the average wealthy person has several streams of income. There's always a need, especially when it comes to credit, because credit rules the world. You can have as much cash as you want, but when you have your credit right, you don't even have to worry about spending all your, all of your cash. Tj, for example, she has multiple streams of income. She has the vehicle, she has notary, she has a apostille, she has Airbnb, all funded off of business credit. You see? So there is a need for it. You just have to figure out how to leverage it. Like, we were just at the mall the other day. Actually, we were at the mall on Saturday. My mom, TJ.

Oh, TJ's a stylist too.

She's a stylist too. She stabbed me for my business photo shoot and how I funded my business photo shoot. I think we spent over at least like 600 in the mall. And I didn't touch any of my personal finances, none of my personal cards. I used all of my business cards. Straight up. AM consulting agency funded my business photo shoot. So you see how easy it is and how convenient it is. You know, say, for example, if I had kids, I would have to worry about, you know, getting my kids things for Christmas. I wouldn't be able to do what I need to do for my photo shoot. But me having my business credit cards and not touching my personal, my personal finances, it was so easy for me to separate and so easy for me to keep up with. I was able to do what I need to do to leverage my business credit and also market my business for 2022. Because I hope you guys are preparing for 2022. I was able to do what I need to do for my business and handle what I need to needed to handle at home. So there's always a need for it.

And so a question came up about am I going to discuss real estate as well for those people who are in the monthly membership? Like I said, 97 has dropped to $67. And I'm going to teach everything that y' all want me to teach. This is your opportunity to pick my brain every single month for 67. Now, there's a catch. As usual, there's a catch. I ain't gonna have that many people because I cannot handle that many people. So I'm only opening this up and I'm shutting it down. When I get the number of people that I know that I can handle, I can't handle no hundreds of people. No. I want to be one on one. I want to be able to talk to you. What we call a notary here and a notario is different, an authorio in Mexico, they do two different things. Right? So when you get into the apostille world though.

You can process apostilles through that country in the way that that country does, but you'll understand how to get it through to the United States better because you, you've been in the United States, now you're over there, Right? So the Notary portion has to be in the United States. You got to be on this ground to notarize because of the way we do things. It's called something else in other places. But the apostille process, those processes, man, you can take that wherever you go. Anybody in the hay convention, of course they have their own processes. But you know how to get it through to the United States because you've been here and you've done that. Does that make sense? Okay, yes. Do you have a RON course included in your membership? Mark Will's courses. Well, it. It wasn't as personal as it will be with tj. I'm not just saying that just because she's my aunt. I literally got trained by. By both people just because I wanted to know exactly what it is that I should be doing. Not saying that she didn't tell me enough. Not saying that he didn't tell me enough. It's just the way he trains is completely different and it's very fast paced and I think it's. Well, not. I think, I know it's only like really structured towards people in the state of California. Like he, he doesn't really talk to people. He doesn't really help people in attorney states much. Not to say I'm an attorney state, but it's just not. It wasn't really good for me. It wasn't. The price wasn't really good.

Wasn't worth it.

No, it wasn't worth it at all. It was very fast paced though. But it wasn't really.

And you still ended up going back to who teacher. Should we forgive him?

I still ended up calling my aunt every time I needed help. I would still always call my mom because I still didn't understand everything. Even though he would put like contracts in there, the contracts wouldn't apply because I don't stay in California. So how could I read a California contract when I'm in Texas? So it was just very difficult. I. I didn't really like it, so I didn't really.

What do you think you needed more of?

I just needed more of that personal one on one. Like if I had a question, I would like it if he would answer me directly and not somebody else in the class. Like, you know, that's what it is. Like he doesn't. He says that he will answer call, but it's really just other classmates that's just been in that Facebook group and they're just all answering questions but nobody really knows anything. They're just all learning so nobody really understands if that makes sense.

Ah, yeah.

So that's what that was. I never really had a proper response. I don't think I've ever spoke with him, but I've. I spoke with a lot of people that, you know, took the class and they end up taking other trainings as well.

So that's what happens to a lot of us though. We all end up spending extra money. We've spent. I know I've spent well over $3,000 just to see what stuff was out, if it was any different or something I was missing and I wasn't what I noticed a lot of people mimic. They take TJ's course, they run with it and they begin to try to be a coach and they're not proficient in this. She's been in this for years. Her Mariama are the queens, the gurus of this right now. A lot of people. I started off what it's been two years now. I saw on YouTube because it wasn't.

A lot of people.

Remember I told you this the other day. Tj, nsa, it wasn't really a lot of people on there, but now it's a lot. But the people that started, you don't even see them anymore. But TJ gives you more than enough information. I'm serious, the overflow, you will be brimming over with information. And she makes it clear because me, I have to read things three and four times to kind of get it. But she explains it to where I understand it. And the other courses, I just lost money. Yeah, I'm just be honest with you. I just spent money on something that I already had the whole time.

I even got the notary to notary course too. It's still, that one's like self paced where you can go through the modules, but it's still not the same. You don't really get the personal one on one questions that you would get with tj. You're still sitting there wondering, you're still sitting there asking yourself questions. You're still, you would still find yourself getting on YouTube, trying to find things out. And, and it just proves like with tj, her longevity in the business, how passionate she is about it. If she's not about the money, it just lets you know, like, okay, this is actually a real training and I can actually get the information that I need versus buying trainings because an affiliate marketed it on YouTube. You can tell when it's affiliate marketed because they put their affiliate links in the bike, in their bios on YouTube. So it just wasn't as personal with either or.

And the mentorship is, I'm telling you, get the mentorship because without the mentorship, you're not gonna make. You'll get your burnout fast. You'll tell because you don't know what to do or how to graduate from certain places. You don't want to be stuck with one company signing. You want to learn how to go direct. But her mentorship helps you with that. If I didn't have that teacher, you know, I was frantic. I had to go to an oil and gas industry and I went to the top and he was up there. He had bodyguards and everything.

And he was.

It was scary.

It was already scary.

I understand what a lot of the words said on there, but if it was not being able to, to talk to tj, I got her directly. I let her know what time I had to be there and we got through it. Do you get what I'm saying? We Got through it. But I'm like, you're gonna meet some very important people, people that we probably would never see on a regular basis. You know what I'm saying? And you need to know your stuff when you're in there. So get that mentorship because if you don't, you're missing out. You're missing. Are you gonna do group mentorships again when we can all come in, or is that coming later and later down the line?

But what I tell my one on one clients is you stand on my experience. So when they ask you that question, say, I was trained by Solutions, by TJ. She's my private mentor. She's done over over 3,000 signings and she's been doing this since 2013. She'll be walking me through these documents. I will not make a mistake.

And you're going to do so many mock signings. You have done several times. You've done hundreds of them. Because you're going to do a lot of mock signings things. You're going to practice and practice and.

Practice and practice every day.

You're going to make your own forms up at home. You're going to practice with your mentor, tj and you're gonna have it down pat, you know, because at least that way when Wisconsin, when they ask you, you are ready, okay, you're TTG trained to go, baby.
