Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj and thank you so much for coming to this page. Please like this video, share it with all your friends because I'm about to give you the real business. The truth about becoming a notary loan signing agent. Let's get into it.
All right, so you know, I get this question quite a bit, Latonya. I want to become a loan signing agent. What do I need to do? It's like a lot of people are interested in this opportunity right now. There are tons of people who are coming into this industry in droves because they see the amount of money that can be made. Right? Number one is the cost of entry. A lot of people have lost their jobs and it takes anywhere from 700 to $1,000 just to get into this business just to start being a notary public loan signing agent. That's not bad. That's not bad for you to have a whole business to yourself. That's really not that bad. Things that you can expect to pay for are, number one, being certified or getting certified. That can cost anywhere From I think $250 to $300 alone. You have to get your supplies, get you a printer, and also pay for mentorship. And those are just a few things. So you can expect to pay anywhere from 700 to $1,000 just on that. Is it worth it? Absolutely. Absolutely it's worth it. It is a fun and lucrative career. The second thing that I want us to talk to you about, a lot of people don't know that.
When you are a notary, there are other options other than just being a notary signing agent. You can also just do general notary work. I know a lot of people. I've heard my friend LaShawn from the Notary institution talk about general notary work and being able to make $5,000 a month just off doing that. You can also be a remote online notary, go to notarize and they actually give you business in order for you to build your career. I know people who are doing that half time and, and making almost $3,000 a month. And that's as a remote online notary. And then if you want to know how to make anywhere from eight to $10,000 a month with light work, start doing apostilles and processing apostille documents because the money is so very lucrative in doing that. And all you have to be is a general notary, right? It's you're processing documents just in case real quick. You don't know what that is. With an Apostille, you are basically notarizing documents that will be going to a foreign country and you will. The processing part of that is that you notarize the documents and then you send the documents off for your client to the Secretary of State. So the Secretary of State then can certify that, that your notarization seal is valid and accurate. And there's a cost that you can charge your clients for that extremely lucrative business. If you're interested in finding out more about that, look at the videos that I have on that and also check out that link below, because we did a whole training to go from beginning to end on how to set up your Apostille business, what it is and everything. And guess what? The queen of Apostilles is the one teaching the class. So you will not be disappointed. Okay, so that is another thing that I just wanted to tell you also the grind behind it. You know, so many people get into this business, man, and I don't know if they think it's like a job where somebody's going to give you work, but this is a business. This is the hustle. You have to go out and get it. It's not going to come to you. You have to sign up for various companies. And not just sign up and say, well, I signed up for 100 different companies and ain't nobody called me. No, you have to sign up, you have to call them, you can email them, you can harass the hell out of them until they say, hey, who is this? Let me give her a call. That's what you have to do. Be aggressive, be assertive. Don't take no for an answer. Make them contact you. And if you get on snapdocs, which is one of the platforms, I give a whole list of platforms in my group. It's called on facebook.com it's called Solutions by TJ Notary, networking and Knowledge. I have a whole list of organizations that you can start reaching out to in order to get jobs. But let me give you one right now. Now I'm gonna give you two service link and the, the URL for that is svclnk. They're giving out a lot of business service link svclnk.com and also signing order. Sign up with signing order. I think the price is 299. And they start sending you a lot of good jobs. But listen, you have to go out there and get it. I hope I'm sending that home to you. And another thing is, if you are entering into this and this is a new job for You. You have to treat it like any other job. You have to treat it like you are learning the industry. You have to know the lingo of the industry, the documents of the industry, the process. You have to treat it like it's something that, that you want to make a career out of and be the best at it that you can possibly be. You have to make sure that your accuracy is undeniably on point all the time, that you don't skip a line, that you don't make a mistake. Because in the back end of this thing, when people hire you, what we see on the back end, other people will write notes about inefficiencies and what you did wrong. And you'll never know that because you can't see that part of the profiles, but we can. And people will blackball you. So make sure that you are effective, efficient, professional, and always just at the top of your game and doing a wonderful job. I created a bunch of videos that are talking about definitions and glossaries. You know, just definitions. That's important. Put those on playlists and just let them play because that's stuff that you need. If you are just coming into this industry, it's not just about making money for you. You have a very important job. You are helping people sign documents that will affect them for the next 15 to 30 years. It's one of the biggest investments of their lifetime. Take this very seriously. It's not just about the money. We have different discussions on Clubhouse about this. If you haven't joined Clubhouse, please, please, please, please go over there because it's a whole bunch of fun and you get a chance to talk back and forth. It's not just me talking to you, it's us having a conversation. And it's only available for the iPhone app, but it's a lot of fun. So look me up on there SolutionsbyTJ. Also, if you are in contact with somebody who is losing their home or is having a hard time, tell them to contact me because I can help. I've been through that process. Supportolutionsbytj.com Again, that's supportolutionsbytj.com and have them reach out to me and I will help them in all honesty, as best I can. Okay, so that's it for this video. I love y'. All to life. And listen, I want you to know that you can do this. It's lucrative. It's wonderful, but it's work.
It is work. You better believe it. All right, now get out there and make money. You take care. God bless.
