Hey, everyone, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. Hey, Zara, Tracy, and Patrice. I'm so glad that y' all are here today. Listen, I got a lot to talk about and a lot to tell y' all about. Who? It's been a crazy week. I don't know about you, but a lot is going on in my world. I'm moving. I didn't want to move, but I'm moving. I'm buying a new house because I have to.
Didn't want to. Wasn't ready to, but I am. But I was thinking and talking to some of my colleagues, and I just did a video for you guys. I have so much to talk to y' all about, man. So.
We. We had a meeting today with a lot of title companies and signing services, and the consensus is that a whole lot of new agents are making a ton of mistakes on the document. And it's happening so much to the point where the people that work with us just don't even contact you back. We just try to handle the problem on the back end because it's just. It's too much. So I want to. I decided that we are putting our group mentorship program out there. I know. I've been talking about that, me and my cousin.
And I'm gonna put a link in the. In the.
In the chat. I need for y' all to talk back to me today. Okay. There's the link. If. Okay, so Zara, Tracy, Patrice, everybody, the eight people that are on. It's Palm Sunday, so maybe people are at church tonight. I'm not sure. You see, I got a new background.
But I want to know, how do y' all feel about going through the documents? Do you feel comfortable? Are there times when you see docs and you're like, ooh, what goes here? I'm not quite sure of that. And you. I mean, this is a safe place. You can definitely be honest. My name is Latonya Johnson. I'll go first.
So I still see docs that I don't understand. I'm just going to be honest. I do this part time, not full time. My cousin has done way more closings than I have. She has seen everything, no joke. And if I don't understand something, to be honest with you, I call her because the documents change from company to company, from signing service to signing service, from state to state, city to city, and day by day, and rules are constantly changing. So, you know, in all honesty, it might be something I'm looking like, oh, this is new. Where. Where do I put this. And so I want to know from your standpoint, do you feel comfortable walking your clients through the documents? Do you feel like you have a. A good grasp of it, or is it possible that you're making mistakes and since nobody has told you and contacted you and said, hey, look, this, we had to fix this, that you think you're doing okay, because that was the conversation today. People think they're doing okay, but then they're putting these notes in the back end of snapdocs, and you're being blackballed on the back end. So some of even my clients.
Who are not checking back with us when they have a question are getting dings. I don't like that. If you are my client, I need for you to ask questions if you have them and if you know regardless. I mean, hey, this is important, y'. All. Accuracy is everything in this business. And a lot of people have come into this business in the last zero to six months or even only been a notary public loan signing agent for one year. There is no way you could go on a job and know everything about that job in one year. It normally takes five years to know everything. So.
Normally there is also training that you get from the institution that walks you through this. Well, in our industry, the notary public loan signing agent industry, a lot of people tell you how to get started, how to make money, how to market yourself.
Who I want y' all to put in the. In the doggone chat? Who is teaching you how to go through the documents? What other trainer is teaching you that, page by page, how to go through the documents with your client and giving you a thorough explanation to the point where you leave and you feel comfortable? So I see Thomasina saying. Thomasina saying, I feel comfortable. I read all of the instructions and call before I go to the signings. Who do you call? Thomasina. Hey, June.
Do you call the title company? If you have questions, who do you call?
Hey, Shayna. Janice. Ms. Melody. Denise. Hey, Tracy.
We have two Tracy. Ms. Tracy Nicole. Ms. Tracy Hightower. Ms. Pamela. Catrice. I just applied to get my notary. I'm a nurse looking to do part time from Virginia. Catrice, you came at a good. I had a great time.
Awesome. So Mark Wills. Imani. Mark Wills walks you through the documents page by page. Right.
And when you finish this course, you felt absolutely comfortable of how to sit down with your clients and go through these docs. Just let me know, okay? Every time I try calling them, no one answers. Melody, we get that. All the. Let me Tell you something, Liberty Bird, Liberty Secret.
We have issues answering the phone because there are so many calls. So our people are on the phone 24 7. And I understand totally what you're saying. You call them, but nobody answers the phone, so you can't ask questions. I get it. I speak directly with the signing company and sometimes the title company. It depends on what instructions they suggest. Got it. Okay, Brandy. So Mark Wills walked you through the documents page by page. You have a thorough understanding of what to do. Janice says, TJ I call the title company or the signing company. How can you find out if you have made a seed? And that's the thing. How can you find out if you've made a mistake? They are doing so many things on the back end. That was the discussion today. They.
A lot of times they just write a note and fix the issue without even calling.
I mean, I don't like it, but. Hey, see, Hunter.
Okay, so Imani said something like that. No, it's going to take time to remember the documents and what they're for.
Let me see.
Let me go back to your original.
So today we're talking about the documents that you guys fill out with your clients and whether or not you're comfortable filling those documents out. Are you getting really, really, really good and thorough training on how to go through the docs? Different trainers teach different things for different states, too, right?
Some trainers teach that you are supposed to separate the documents into piles. We don't teach that because every title company, and let me be clear, I'm in Texas, but we get documents from Virginia, Ohio. We get documents from all over the United States. And you probably will, too. You'll have a closing where somebody else is coming to Texas or going to Texas. It just works like that. So there are no Texas documents. Right. They come from all over Ohio, Wisconsin. I mean, you name it. So.
What we've learned in dealing with the title companies that we deal with, you do not sort those documents out and put them in whatever order you want to put them in. You leave them exactly as they have them. The exact same order you print them out is the exact same order that you take them to the title company or you drop them off at FedEx. They don't want you to go through them and separate them into groups or X name. No, no, no. They hate it. Hate makes more work for them because now they're looking for stuff. So they have an order. They know that they put them this way every single time. When you mix it up, you break that order.
Okay, so Kenna said, I actually went to talk to my title company that I was doing my wholesale deals with, depending on the types of docs, refi, cash out, reverse mortgage. Okay, awesome, Kenneth. And what was the response that they gave you?
Loan packaging is different in every state, but then every state, there's a crossover. If you're doing a whole bunch of signings, you're going to see some Ohio documents in Wisconsin, Kentucky, you're going to see different states in your own state.
And. And Thomasina, you can follow my personal opinion and all of this time that I've been, you can follow the instructions. 1000% title companies make mistakes, too.
And in some instances, they expect and love for the notary to catch that mistake and be one of their partners in the business and be their second part of a second source of eyes. So when you get to that point, right, some people are wondering, well, shoes, why can't I make 175, $175 a closing or $200?
My cousin is like a title company partner in signings. She knows what goes on every line. She can tell them if they've. If they're missing something. I mean, that's when you get to the point where even with Snapdocs other signing services, you can command your price. There are tricks to the trade. I mean, hey, you can start out, you could bump your head, you can figure it out, or you can get mentored by somebody who's doing this, who understands the tricks to the trade and can level you up, help you skip the path in learning this information. And so we're oftener training. I've been saying this for a long time. Now we're offering group mentorship where we are going over the documents with you. I love it that y' all are already doing signings because I know for a fact you've come over some type of document. You said, man, what is that?
I'm not sure. I'll call the signing company. Sometimes they know. Sometimes they don't even freaking know. But we're going to allow y' all to look at the documents, go back over your documents, and if there was something, some page or some section that you did not understand, black out the confidential information. Take a clear picture of it. I ain't trying to. I'm throwing it away. If I can't read it, I ain't in the mood. All right, take a clear picture of it. Send it to supportolutionsbytj.com we're going over all of these anomalies and we're going to show you bit by bit and keep a whole library of different anomalies that we see from state to state and how to fill those things out. And guess What? Tonight, for 24 hours only, until tomorrow at about 10:00', clock, the price is $147. Now, let me tell you this. It's $147.
But we're doing it through PayPal. And PayPal offers a zero interest credit. Right. So you can buy this training, you can pay it off within the next six months with zero percent interest. You can't lose. You cannot lose.
All right, so Kenneth says they were open to helping.
As we had a previous relationship. Relationship. They keep calling me and I need to bring some more deals. Okay. Okay. So do they give you closings, Kenneth? Do they. Do they give you. Do they give you work and keep you fed as well? Hey, Sarah. Hey. Hey, Miranda.
Okay. Ms. Melody said they send a list on how they want it. I agree. I totally agree. But certain documents is still. I mean, you can follow the instructions. I 1000% agree. Nico showed me some instructions that. I mean, Coast to coast does so well with showing you blank by blank what to do. A lot of these companies do not like. You don't have an example to go by with their documents.
Most companies, because their documents change and signing companies, their documents. They're getting different documents from various title companies throughout the United States. Those documents change people. So that's where we come in and that's why we're offering training. I need your help for all new notary public loan signing agents. I want y' all in the room. I want to. Okay, so the training is going to be April 3rd.
Which is a Saturday.
Mariama is going to be going over the documents this coming Saturday. But I also want to get with y' all this coming Friday for all of the new notary public loan signing agents. It'll just be me, Latonya Johnson, talking to you just about the notary public loan signing agent business and answering any questions you have. I'm going to walk you personally through how to sign up, what to do, where to go, all of that stuff. So that'll be Friday evening at 7pm the going through the docs will be Saturday evening at 7pm we're doing both of these for the low price of $147 or over the next 24 hours.
Any questions?
June, Miranda. June wants to contact you.
She says, how can I contact you? Hey.
Dorat Dobbins.
I love coast to Coast. They offer zoom training on documents every week.
Ah. So Nico is sitting over here playing on this phone, and she has some stuff that she learned. And I want to know if y' all have heard this too. Hey, Rachel.
Ready to work and get started? Hey, Monique. Well, you're in the right place. Awesome. Awesome. So, like I said, we're offering group training. The link is in the chat. Sign up tonight. The price is 147 with a 0% interest loan or line of credit that you can use to get it. And you don't have to pay for it tonight. You can pay for it in small payments over the next six months. After 24 hours, it's gonna be up to 247.
Oh, Nico just said that's three mystery shops, apartment shops to pay for $147.
You can do really one, but if you do apartment shops at 50, 50, 50, then it'll take three. But you can. You can pay for it. So all of you new people, this coming Friday, 7pm I'm gonna walk y' all through how to get started and show you how to start really getting into the money of this thing. And for all of the people who are always on this, and you know you're already doing signings, I just want to make sure y' all have these documents right? I ain't trying to scare nobody, but I'm just saying that I can see the back. The back end of Snapdocs because we are one of the vendors, and some people who think that they have a good name don't.
For real. All right, so come on, Nico, get up. She's sitting over here under this blanket. She talking about the blanket is good.
Oh, she's gonna put her hat on. Do I need to. I need to move.
Why you don't ever have a guest chair?
Like. Cause it's Solutions by tj, not Solutions and friends. Oh, Lord. Come on, Saint. You get over here. Sit in the chair.
Okay.
Hello, everyone. Well, this position.
She cute. That's my God.
We got on camera.
We looking. Yes.
Okay, so. Hello. How are you? Oh, I'm there. Hey, everybody. Okay, so this is what I want to share. What she's saying is so true. I was so stressed on Friday because I got a call from the CEO of the company because I did something wrong. But thank God they don't have to call and contact you and say, well, hey there, you did something wrong on this particular. Oh, I'm messing stuff up.
Sorry.
Be awesome.
So.
So this is what I did. I actually, instead of signing, putting the date you know, our expiration date. I actually put my notary number there. I wasn't thinking. I was just moving so fast. And I must have did it like three times. And so she called me. The actual title company actually wanted to say, don't use her anymore. But she decided because I've done so many signings successfully with them, she was like, we can't let her go. This is just something that happened.
So.
But basically what I did, they. They penalized me. They took away six signings that I was assigned to. You know, that's messing with my bag. So I was broken. Like, TJ called. It's like she could feel me. She's like, what's up? What's wrong? And she said, you need to learn how to do the paperwork properly. So, of course, what do I have to do? I have to get in a group session with y'.
All.
I gotta do a couple of mystery shops, and I'm about to do it, so that's that. But I'm recommend. I'm telling you, it's so easy to overlook something. The paperwork was a little different than what they usually send me, so. So that got me off. So usually where I put, you know, my ID number, it was just all mixed up. So I was mixed up rushing.
And so that leads me to another point. When you do a lot of these. Say, for instance, you doing three a day, they're all over town, and you running around, right by the end of the day, you ready to get through. If a lot of times, you know, they drop docks late. You. You print them out, you haven't had a chance to go over it. So you feel like you know these documents because you've done them and you just start signing. Well, guess what? It's a different set of docs, so they don't move stuff around. It's not always the same. You cannot get complacent because it's small details that'll get you knocked out the box. Okay?
And we'll take that money out of your pocket as well. They will offer you the little bit. And like, okay, she's still new, so let's throw her, you know, let's throw her the bad stuff. You take the $30 ones because we don't need to pay 125 and up anymore. Because making this is a simple thing to do. How can you overlook that? That's how they look at it. But I was so thankful that literally the CEO called. We talked on the phone for an hour and 30 minutes, literally. And I was so thankful. I was like, well, I thank you for your favor. Limitless. Because they don't do. That's unheard of. No one in this notary has heard, well, the CEO of the company calls and say, hey, we want to do this. We don't want this to happen. But you can't do this again. You have no more chances, so be careful. So when TJ Said she was off, first, I thought like, well, I don't need it.
I do.
I need it. I do. I need it. I need the mentorship. I need group. I need everything. Because I don't ever want to lose. I lost six signings at one time. Do you know what that feels like?
And guess what? I'm tj. My name is TJ Like I said, I need it. And I've been doing this since 2016. But I don't do it full time. I don't do it every day. But guess what? My cousin does. That's why I lean on her. That's why I'm giving her to y'. All.
Please do it. I mean, I could live if you want. If you want receipts, I got it in the phone. It says unassigned. Unassigned. I mean, all at one time. It took them one minute to unassign me from all that. And I was like.
Because I had that plan.
I'm like, okay, I'm gonna do this, this, and this.
But.
But now I can't. So now I'm actually. They're throwing me just little scraps, but that's okay. I need to make up for what I did, and I cannot wait. When does it start?
When do we start? April 3rd.
April 3rd. My birthday.
April 6th, y'. All. The Friday. That Friday. April 2nd. Okay, I'll be with the new people. Okay, on the screen. April 2nd. If you're a newbie, I'm going to be with you talking about the notary public loan signing agent opportunity, showing you where to sign up, what to do and how to be successful. Successful. Doing a whole Q and A just for you, for the people who are already doing this. And new people can come, too, because this is something that you gotta learn. My cousin is going to be showing you how to thoroughly go over those documents. And we're staying on the phone until all questions are answered. Period.
It's the truth. Remember this? My late mom said this all the time. Repetition is the mother of all learning. Never stop going over the paperwork. Never stop signing up for these trainings. Because things change daily.
Daily.
They change daily. And don't get so where I know this by heart because it can change like that. So repetition, continuing to do it, continuing to stay plugged in. Don't worry. If you worry about the money, you'll.
Never get it done.
But you have something. You have something to lean on. Go mystery shop.
Get it.
Don't think about it. It's not coming out your pocket. It's coming out the mystery shoppers Company. Pocket.
Shop.
Do these trainings refer, people.
Refer, refer, refer.
So we don't have to mess up. Let's take over this game.
Okay?
Let's evolve. Are you going to give us some bonuses?
Well, before we do that, I want you to tell them. So Nico gave me small game. I didn't know, right. About certain companies only giving $30 or something.
Oh, yeah. There was a big meeting that just took place. So apparently there's something. Would you call it a merger or takeover? One big company. I don't want to say names.
Yeah.
On there. So. But one big company has actually bought out the smaller title companies, and they're not offering any more for these signings for the loan mods or anything. They're not offering any more than $30, period. I don't care how far it is. Or that. And this is what they're saying. Well, if you don't want to take it, you're too much. We can't afford you. We'll find a notary in the. In the neighborhood that will take. And they're leaning on new notaries who don't know any better that you should be making more money than this.
Okay. Because what are we gonna do with $30?
That's gas and tolls right there.
So let me jump in real quick for my new people, those $30 jobs. A lot of people don't make $30 on their job today.
True.
Right. In 30 minutes, those $30 jobs, if it's close to you and you're new, it gets your feet wet, and you have an opportunity to be in front of your client, go through the docs and get the experience, and then you'll feel better next time if it's close to you. But $30, it needs to be five, 10 minutes away, max. If it's further than 10 minutes, the drive and even printing the docs is just totally not worth it. It's not. Unless you just want to get the experience like an intern. You know what I'm saying? I mean, don't you. It shouldn't cost you money to do this.
True. And you know, you want them piled up. So usually if they Send me the $30 ones. They have to send me at least six at one time. And they have to be close, no more than five miles apart. I'm just so sorry.
You know, I talk with my hand.
I'm like, new edition, dude.
You know?
But listen. I know, right?
But anyhow, those.
They add up.
So I'm just thinking when I get in 30. When I do 30 ones, usually when that check comes, because you get paid once a month, a lot of times with these. And sometimes lately, some of them are doing once, I think, is it notary go? Yeah, that's two weeks. But with the monthly, when I finally get that check. Cause I've forgotten about after I've done it, it's usually about 5:30. And that's just for doing the $30 ones. But they're all right by each other. I actually. I put it in the maps and the GPS and see how many miles it is from where I am or where I'm going to be stationed that day, doing signings.
So, yeah.
So I don't have anything else to say. I just say, everybody sign up. Tell a friend, go into groups, post it. Post, post, post. Tell them your name, say, refer. Let TJ Know that whoever's on here told you to sign up and you signed up.
So do that.
And I'm gonna let TJ Finish telling me what we're gonna get, because I know she gonna throw us some good gifts in here. You know, My birthday is April 6th, y'. All.
Okay. You're not my kind of girl. I love y'. All.
Oh, baby, she talking about she cold in my house. I mean.
All right, so.
Yeah, I mean, that's what we're doing. Like I said, It's April 2nd for new people who want to learn more about the business, how to get started, what printer to buy, all that type of stuff. And then Friday, I'm going through the documents with all of you.
Let me see Sheffield for a whole.
Yeah, I get it.
Absolutely. Game givers. Thank you. Okay. Miranda. I still take the. Yeah. If they're five minutes away.
You can. You can earn 30. Exactly. And. And when she told me this. Because the funny part was we were on the phone and she got this call. So I can vouch for it. Man, she is telling the truth. It's crazy.
The big company, does it end in the letter T? Title?
That's all I'm giving. Ain't coming no more for me.
Okay.
Look, now she's talking about, does the company end in the letter K by no? Does that.
She's dumb. We cannot tell y' all that, but just know. And that was for what kind of closings? Loan mods.
That was loan mods. Yeah, that was all loan mods.
That's it.
Okay, so I'm gonna put a banner up.
So that's 75, six times.
So that is for the mentorship.
Go on and sign up. I know we silly, huh? Thomasina, she. She's silly. She is silly. We've been silly all day. Let me tell y' all this joke. So Nico is horrible with this phone.
I was telling her today, I said, you know, when I get real old, I just hope that with new technology, you know, I can still do it. And I'm not like, oh, I don't want to use this phone. I ain't sending no email. I ain't sending no text. I still got flip. I don't. You know, I want to be up to date. But I said, shoot. Madison was in the car. I say, shoot. By the time Madison35, we might just have to blink our eyes twice and go to the left. And. And then I was saying, well, you know, she gonna be giving me instructions. Mama, tilt your head to the left two times. Oh, that was right. Oh, dang. Where am I? I'm in Bathsheba. Oh, Lord. Y' all done lost, Mama, I'm in Egypt. Okay?
I don't know my left from my right, man. Hey, she was. I'm gonna be one of them old people, Mama, Blink your eyes. You're gonna be able to operate everything just by doing a little motion or something. And I'm a motion the wrong way and be somewhere. Oh, my God. Anyway.
Look at Davis talking about.
What about the letter S. Last one. Last one.
Trying to get the tea.
I know. No, Amrock does pay good. How does she get them to give her multiple loan modifications?
By doing well with your loan, but getting them out fast. As long as I get them, I actually start on execute it right away. I get it to FedEx. They like that. The faster you execute, get those notes in the system, the more you get. And they just kind of just send.
Me, and I can.
Even now, I have the authority where I can reassign this to another notary. If I want to ship, I don't want that assignment. I can just email them, and they'll say, okay, we'll give to that notary if they're registered with the company.
So, long story short, she's built rapport with the company, which I tell you that all the time. She's Built rapport. She has friends there. They understand her, they like her. That's why the CEO can call her. Because they knew this was an anomaly. Right? This is not like her. Her work is normally spot on and accurate. And when you operate in that level of efficiency, they'll contact you and give you things that they don't give everybody else. They make things available to you that they don't make to everybody else. So when you build that rapport, you can ask them for things that other people can't ask them for. Right? Closed mouth, don't get fed. Ask them if you want multiple mod, long mods, ask them. They are quick and easy, but you got to do it right.
Solidify has been good to me. So ss you get a lot of jobs from Solidify? I've never heard of Solidify.
S O L I D I F Y. Anybody else work with Solidify.
And ss? What state are you in.
Kayla? Tavia c. Shelfield. Sean santia came in the house. Shayla ray.
Okay, so. Hey, Kelly. Kelly. You have my number, baby. You can call me if you need me sometimes, y'. All. Oh, let me tell y' all this. If you contact me via Instagram and Facebook, I can't look at all of that. Supportolutionsbytj.com and if you have my number, it is often better to text me because I'm moving, I'm doing short term rentals. I got all kind of stuff going on. So blame it to my head and not my heart, but don't hesitate to ping me again and say, hey, TJ over here. Because I love y', all, man. I ain't. I. I am not Hollywood. So get the information on the takeover.
I put it.
If you go down here, it's scrolling at the bottom of the screen.
Go down to the bottom of the screen and you will see it. That's the, the.
The link to the mentorship. Like I said before, mentorship starts Friday night for the new people, where I'm going through the whole notary opportunity. How to get started, how to make the real money, what companies to sign up with, what printers are the best. I'll be there answering all of your questions until you don't have any questions. Okay.
Saturday, my cousin, who is super good. Now, if y' all have had my cousin, raise your hand because I know you know how to go through the docs. Ms. Janice.
Sarah, I. You know, it's some people on here. I know that they are good, good. And I know they've contacted her and worked with her until they are excellent, right? So that excites me. So if y' all could just let them know how thorough she is when going through that stuff and how. How good she is. So she'll be going through the documents with you. She's been doing this full time for a long time. She's done more, more closings than all of us. She's been doing this since 2013. It's a long time.
Especially when a lot of people are just brand new from, you know, a year or less. So she has it in the bag, y'. All.
So please go sign up now. The price is going to change tomorrow night at 10pm it's gonna go from 147 to 247. So I want y' all to go on and get this. I'm gonna broadcast it out. I'm gonna send out emails to my people. Tonight after I get off of here, I'm going to put up a video. I really want y' all to take advantage of this.
We're going through PayPal. Like I said before, it's a 0% interest line of credit that you can get. If you don't have $147 tonight.
They give you six months to pay it off with no interest. You can't beat that.
So the. Yeah, from my understanding. So the mentorship. The link is scrolling at the bottom of the screen and it is also in the chat. I put it in the chat. Hey, Christina.
And just in case y' all don't know, June said Zoom and Amrock have been great. I like amrock. I like Zoom.
Oh, she said it's. It's solidified with an I.
And Miranda, you get a lot of closings from Solidify. Tennessee. SS is from Tennessee.
Okay. It's quite a few people.
That have worked with Solidify.
That's cool. Okay, let me see. On docs, do you accept autograph signatures or do you ask them to sign exactly as shown on the docs?
When you say an autograph signature, meaning like the doctor's signature, the little squiggly stuff, if that's somebody's signature, actually, that's somebody's signature. Now, does it need to be legible where we can tell that's your name? If the document says Emmanuel P. Perez, they have to sign their name as Emmanuel P. Perez. However that document says sign your name, it needs to say Emmanuel P. Perez. It can't just say Emmanuel Perez. Ex, nay, potato. And what Mariama is going to teach you is about this good. Period. There is a. You are supposed to put A period in a certain place on the notary signing agent, on the notary, on the. On the notary certificate, every single time after the. After the date. And I'm going to make sure that she tells y' all that and reminds you over and over again, because that is something big, y'. All. I mean, a period is a big deal.
Yes. In our world, with fraud prevention and all that we do, that period is a big freaking deal. And if they don't have it, if the title company didn't put it, it's your responsibility on your certificate that you are certifying only that part that you need to make sure that that period and the punctuation is correct. And we're going to go over that as well.
Okay, I'll text you on Monday. I did send an email about finding. Hold on. It's. The page went up.
One moment. My page goes all the way up, y'. All.
Okay. On Monday, I did send you an email about finding out back how well I'm doing for companies. Kelly, I will try to do that, but, man, I gotta tell you, I've been super busy. Let me ask.
Mariama. Do it.
We will try, but we are super busy and we can't really fulfill requests like that. So I don't even want to start, but I'll try.
I'll try.
Will Friday be on Zoom or Facebook?
More than likely both.
I'm going to send you an email, and all of this information is also going to be in the Facebook group. Once you pay, you get access to our Facebook group, right? That is the spot where all information will reside.
All training type, going over the docs type information will reside. So you'll definitely be in the loop. So it'll probably be broadcast on Facebook and Zoom.
Yeah, we knew about this opportunity before most people did. Did you get bitten?
Okay.
So, June, if you haven't gotten paid by somebody, you need to contact them, contact them, contact them. Don't listen when somebody has your money. Listen closely. Don't keep sending no dadgum emails. I'll get so sick of that call.
It's important. Leave a voicemail. And if you have not signed up with Legal Shield.
Contact Phil today and tell him TJ sent you. Let me see if I can find his information. It was on another video. But contact Phil. I gotta find his information. I'll put it in the description. Let me write that down.
Because when you're not getting paid, the lawyers at LegalShield can send a demand letter on your behalf.
When you have legal questions about the Documents. Legal Shield can talk to you about those documents. Use your resources. See, there are things in this business that you have to have people. A good attorney is one of them.
Somebody that you can call and ask questions to. That's one of them.
Mentorship, that's another.
The right documents that show you what to do. That's good to have.
That's good to have. That's why we decided to keep a whole library of the documents. So if you send something, if you see a mistake, and you put it in the. And you blank out all pertinent information, I can't say that enough. Do not send me anybody's personal information. I don't want it. Don't want to see it. We cannot do that. Okay. I want you to block it out and ask me the question. You can easily block it out with a black pen. Take a picture of it, send it to supportolutionsbytj.com and we will look through those for the training and go over all of those during our training. Now, if you. I know some people are wanting to pay for this. Guess what? I got you covered, too. Tinyurl.com remysteryshopping.
Like I said with PayPal, it's a 0% interest, 0% interest loan over six months. However, if you want to go on and pay for this training like you pay tonight with your own good cash, you can do one mystery shop or break it up into three and have all your money back this week.
That's why I do all of this, y'. All. I do this so that I'm not just teaching you something. I'm teaching you how to get paid and how to pay for stuff. Does that make sense? I hope so, because the stuff that you need. Okay, June. Yeah, I. Shoot. I tell you what. When you pay for our training, my cousin is in your back pocket. We're doing this one. This is a group training, so. But when we do our individual training. So this training. $147.
For. For a group training, our individual one on one training is when we look over your documents with you. Not just some general documents. We look over your documents with you. So we go through them page by page. And she's super at it. And then if you're at the closing table and something comes up, you forget something or y' all have gone through it, but you can't remember, you simply call us and say, hi, this is June Fuller. I'm at the Robinson closing. I have a question on page 25. Can you please tell me what goes in that. In that portion. And it's just like that. We act as your back Office. That's for $325 for the first month and then $50 every month thereafter. So for $50 a month, you get that service. The first month we're going through the documents with you. But after that first month, trust me, most people don't need us because she's so daggum thorough.
Then it's a $50 charge per month where we're just at your beckoning call. And so if you have questions, you know, it used to be a time when I trusted.
I trusted the National Notary association wholeheartedly. I really did. I still believe that they are an awesome organization. I am a paying member. But we've seen during this pandemic a lot of transition with a bunch of new people. And what I've noticed is you just cannot trust all of the responses that you get. When I talk to people who have been there for a long time, I know I'm getting great information. The newer people, not so much. So you gotta take what they tell you. If it doesn't sound right, you gotta go somewhere else, find another source and ask them. That's where the legal shield attorneys come in. You can ask them. That's where your mentor can come in.
And other people who are, who are seasoned in this.
Rhonda. April 3rd at 7pm the training will be both April 2nd and 3rd at 7pm Both times there is on the community.
Within. You know, I posted it on our YouTube channel. That information is there as well. I don't think that I added the Friday because I just came up with that because people were asking, hey, tj, I'm just getting started. Or I'm not even started yet. I just signed up as a notary. What's the next step? So I wanted to be able to give those people something too and walk them through it where they're with me walking through it. So you see exactly what I'm telling you and there's no mistake. Okay.
June, why do you hate PayPal?
Miranda.
Rosalind. Rosalind is saying, how did you make Zoom Direct? They want to know. The people have asked.
Okay, see, Hunter is saying you can do the four payment installment with PayPal as well with the classic price. Thank you. See, Hunter, I love y' all so much. Boy.
That's a very good question. So Christina, Christina asked, is it a lifetime membership or does it expire? So right now we are creating a library. Will that library always be free? I'm not certain. Can't tell you that maybe one day we'll charge $37 per month for access to it. For right now, you pay $147. And until we make it a price, it's free. When will TJ make it a price? When I gotta pay for it more. So as I create this, increase the storage, and we, you know, when. When costs start going up, I'm gonna have to pass those costs on. I'm a businesswoman. Y' all are business people. You gotta know you get it. So. But right now, you take this training, and every time we do it and add on to it, you're a part of it.
But what I really want y' all to do. Listen, if you are on Facebook groups, if you have family that's thinking about this opportunity, I need for y' all to pass this along and tell everybody that you know. Tell them now so that they can sign up for the good price like you're signing up for, because it's really not fair that you keep it to yourself, especially when it's cheap. Why you gonna let them pay $247? And then y' all gonna be calling me saying, well, T.J. i just found out about it. Can I say, man, tell your people. Tell everybody. Share the doggone post on Facebook.
Look at the top of the screen, the URL, the web addresses at the top. Copy that and put it in your groups on Facebook. I need for y' all to help me to get the word out about this.
And so Miranda said, rosalind, creating a relationship and asking a great price. I love it.
Boy, we talked. Miranda. Well, what I love about Miranda is Miranda is a doer. Like, you tell her to do something, and she's gonna do it like you tell her to do it. And she's not gonna, you know, try to create her own way. She's gonna take what you tell her and do it to the T. I love that because, I mean, even my cousin, you know, when she tells you something, that's how it is. Like, there's no need to try to figure it out. Do ABC 1, 2, 3, and you'll get it right.
Okay, I answered Miranda's question. April 3rd.
April, I'm putting it in the chat. April 2nd and 3rd.
At 7:00pm Central Standard Time. Let me say that you will receive a link, and I'll put the information in the Facebook group. Once you pay, you get access to the Facebook group. And more than likely, I'm really thinking about.
All right, so see, Sheffield, please. If you contact Phil, please, please, please use My link. Let him know that TJ sent you. That's very important. Let him know that TJ sent you.
Yeah, you will know it didn't tell me.
Just my receipt, please, and thank you, Monique. I will receive. Will I receive an email? How do I start? So, Monique, you should have gotten information on a Facebook group. Join that Facebook group. You're going to know everything. I'm really considering broadcasting out of that Facebook group directly because you can do that through Zoom as well. So we'll be both on Zoom and on. On Facebook. But.
You know how. You know, sometimes this stuff can be a little wonky. I don't know. We're gonna do what we do. We'll see. Is there a book we need for the mentorship? I personally. We are going to go through the loan source, the loan document source book that the NNA provides. The loan document source book that the NNA provides. We're going through that.
If anybody has a template for a signing with no pertinent information on it, please reach out to me@supportolutionsbytj.com we can also go over that just to help people out. So just let me know. Awesome, Christina. Thank you.
Okay, the link above is for Mystery Shopping. Where is the other one? So.
Both of them are above. So there is the mentorship link. That one is above. And Mystery Shopping is above as well. I can place the banner there as well.
Okay.
All right.
So, yeah, y' all help me get the word out about this. I appreciate y' all tremendously. I want everybody to do well.
I love y'. All. I'm rooting for you. You see this? It says be awesome today. Today. Right now. I want y' all to be good, man. This is important. You know, I. I recommended that a lot of you people, a lot of you get on this journey to be notaries. And I'm not gonna leave you alone. I'm not gonna leave you out here not knowing what to do. I'm not gonna leave you out here confused. And I'm not trying to break the bank with, you know, getting training, but I do want action takers, and that's why I'm toggling the price. The action takers are going to go on and take this opportunity tonight for $147, not wait and contemplate till tomorrow when it's $247. You have six months to pay at 0% interest on PayPal. You can't beat it. You're not going to get another deal like this.
Shayna. Shanna. So what are you asking about the mystery shopping?
Mystery shopping is when, say for instance.
Apple, the Apple iPhone. Apple wants you to go into T Mobile stores and find out whether the reps are really trying to sell the iPhone 12. So they contact you and ask you to go into the store and ask a certain rep or any rep. It kind of depends on what they want. Certain questions like, you know, they're going to ask you. You'll fill out a survey after you're done, they'll say, well, did the rep mention the iPhone 12? Did they show you the features? What price was it listed at? Did they actually do a demonstration for you? You fill that out, you get paid. That's mystery shopping.
Nico and I have gone through, there are 300 mystery shops. Anybody can look this information up. But we have gone through, there are 300 shops. We've gone through those shops. We've looked for the ones that pay, that pay well and that pay on time and the pay and that pay the highest as well. So we've compiled the list and we, you know, the Ms. That's what the mystery shopping is. We give you that list so that you can get started making even more money. And you're saying, tj, how does this go with the notary stuff? Well, guess what, you have cost to pay as a notary. You have that good printer, right? And you can be at a signing job way across town. How do you get more money from that signing job?
You do a mystery shop on that side too. So I'm over here, I'm making $100 for doing a signing. I look and see, are there any mystery shops in the area and make another 50 to $100. That's how you really get paid. I'm just saying.
The price, Stacy, is good for the 147. Hey Henry.
That'S my brother. Thank you for coming. That price of $147 is good for until tomorrow at 10:00pm but listen.
I mean PayPal, if you go through PayPal, you can get that and not have to pay it for, you know, you could pay it over a six month period at 0% interest. So don't just, you know, don't delay on this. Go on and do it now. Okay? Anybody have any questions for me?
Bruno. I was trying to come up to the restaurant and give y' all a hug on my sister birthday but boy, that traffic. Oh my God, there was no parking at that restaurant. It's crazy. We drove around for like 20 minutes. I was like, man, you're not gonna make it.
Me and you shall never part. Lucky Da da. That was me with my. Me with my. My best friend. It was her birthday.
Okay, guys, so we have 55 minutes. I love y'. All. To life. Nico, you have anything you want to add? I hope everybody's gonna be in the.
Zoom in the group so we can lean on each other and learn. So that's the only thing I want to add, is that it's so important.
I'm really.
I'm sad about that mistake. I'm sad about it.
Listen, when Nico made that mistake, oh, it just deflated her. Like, what was I at this morning? She was in the hospital.
Blood pressure, all her.
Oh, my God. Like, she internalized it a lot. And this happened. That was Wednesday when you got that call?
No, that happened Friday. That's Friday.
Oh, wow. So that happened Friday. She was sounding okay to me. She was still a little chipper, but internally it was bothering her. So her blood pressure went sky high. And she was in the hospital this morning. She got out around noon. Around noon.
I was in Hospital from 7am till about 12, 12:30.
7Am to 12. They were getting her blood pressure down, so she's better. But that really bothered her especially, you know, you build these relationships, you doing well, and then you make this mistake that you. Ah, it's just one of those things. But praise be to God, when you build relationships and you rock with people, man, they rock with you back, and they'll give you a second chance. And that's why you got to build relationships. Right?
Get the train. That's what I have to say.
Get it. Awesome.
So the 147 is for that training class or mentorship. So we call it group training. Group mentorship. It's interchangeable. That's what the 147 is for. It's for the group training.
Yeah. June said it deflated me with my Amrock mistake. Oh, it does. It really does. It does. Oh, it does. I get it.
You work so hard to get to that point.
I know.
Be proficient at it.
And so.
Ms. Davis said, Blessings be upon you.
Thank you.
And so, Bianca. And you can pay the 147 or the 247. And six. Six months, zero percent interest. That's correct.
That's correct.
This one mistake will get you blackballed.
Oh, I do. Oh, Miranda. I do. Oh, Miranda was upset about that mistake.
Miranda made a mistake. I was on the phone with her. She was. It. It does deflate you. And June was saying she was in 45. 45 days. Signing jail.
Yeah. Yeah.
At Least it was that. And they didn't want to use you at all.
Right, because, and Amrock is good about that. They'll give you a minute, they'll put you on sign in jail and then pick you back up. Miranda actually called them and talked to somebody and explained to them what happened and they, they reinstated her a lot sooner because it really, you know, it wasn't her fault. So I'm glad that she called them and actually talked to somebody. Relationships, relationships, relationships.
PayPal is the only method.
You want a cash out.
I have square up.
Chaya Ray, what's wrong with PayPal? You don't have a PayPal account. The issue is when I take a whole bunch of different payments from different people, I can't keep up with it as good y'. All. It has to be some structure and it has to be from one place.
And then if you pay via PayPal, how you gonna get the link? So now you working me because when you pay through PayPal, you automatically get the link. You automatically get everything you need. Now you making me double work. I, I mean of course I want you to be there. I want you to do it, but.
I can't tell the cash have somebody that's got paper.
Okay, you heard, you heard your friends.
Nico talking about cash out. Somebody who has PayPal. But I, you know it's gonna make more work and I just can't do more right now I'm trying to buy this stack up house and do all kind of stuff. I'm getting kicked out my house. Don't make no sense.
Just to put me out.
We all are, we all gotta move.
What is this move season?
It gotta say move. It's time to go higher. Higher heights, deeper day.
I ain't want to move.
I know. It's a cute little 850 condo, boy. I know.
Isn't this nice? Nice. We got, we have square footages, room and spacious 1200 square feet. You can't find nothing in the world as nice as where I live for 850amonth.
That's all over now.
TJ. Why are you still renting? I only pay 850amonth. You would too.
It wasn't gonna be 850 if I would have bought it.
Anyway.
Okay, are we gonna do I mirage talking about TJ out here telling my business. Girl, you. Girl, you know you was destroy girl.
I know.
Oh, Jay Larae. You said I just paid them off. I'm not trying to be difficult. I know, I know, I know, I know. I get it. I Just don't know what else to do other than what about.
The problem, even if I say square is you getting the link to the thing. Now I'm gonna have to email you the information and I can tell you I'm just not good at that. I'm gonna be honest with you. I. I got too much going on the little girl up there.
I get it. June, I don't know what to tell you.
Find a friend that's got.
I mean, yeah, I want them to be. I want them to be in there. I just don't. I mean, I. That's how I feel about strength. So if you got something with stripe. Oh, no, you gonna miss me saying. But then maybe I have to send it to my sister and let her do it. But.
Okay. When you in business, you gotta have multiple ways to pay. I totally agree. PayPal is a multiple way. You can pay Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
I get it, I get it, I get it. But right now, I don't have a staff. It's just me. It's just me. So, I mean, June.
Yeah. You got to be a member of Facebook in order to get into the Facebook group. It's a whole little system that we have, right? A whole little system that, that we've developed to make sure that you get the information and the best information and community. Because it's not just you. It's a whole community of us asking each other specific questions. Right. And when you join these little communities, all of y' all are working towards a common goal. So that's what. That's why I know, June. Virtual assistant, baby. When I can afford a virtual assistant, I get one.
I promise.
It's a lot going on. It's a lot going on.
They don't realize how much you do or how many business that you have successfully running.
Yeah. And it's just you. And you need six people to do one person's job. And. And right now, where I am, to be honest with you guys, I am in the process of automating everything and doing.
I mean, I'm. I'm doing a lot. So I have the. The nine short term rentals we have, they'll be up by no later than the second, third week of April in Houston, in third ward area. They. It's a brand new building. It's beautiful.
They are gonna look so nice. I'll give y' all pictures and stuff. But they are awesome and I'm truly excited about it. So I have the nine short term rentals that are coming on scene. We're Also in the process of automating my back end with notary training and all of that stuff so that, you know, it's automated with mystery shopping when you buy Mystery shopping right now, you got to email me after you purchase so that I can forward you the link. I don't want to do that. I can't. I don't have time. So we're automating all of that, and we're automating a system for advertising to get the word out to people so that they know how to get money, that they understand what's going on, right? It's a lot of misinformation coming out in the streets today. A lot of misinformation in the notary community by new people telling new people. And so I just want to help. I just want to help. But I mean, as I've told y' all before, my money comes from real estate most of the time. I love the notary public loan signing agent opportunity. It is the. It is the thing that TJ and her family will always rely on. It has been good to us. If all else fails, we can do this. We lose a job, we can do this. Something burns out, we can do this. I mean it, baby. It's the best thing that we have experienced because we use the notary public loan signing agent opportunity as a launch pad to other things. So I use this money, save this pocket of money from notary to do this.
Right? So that's what it is. And if I saved every dime, say, for instance, I'm still working in corporate America, which I am. I have not quit yet. So I'm working in corporate America. I say, I'd say I'm gonna make 800amonth during the notary public loan signing agent opportunity. I don't touch that $800, right? I don't spend it, but I don't put it in a bank account. I start buying gold and silver.
I use that $800, put it in gold and silver. You can borrow against gold and silver 80%. And your money still continues to build on the. The level that. That gold and silver are at, even though you've borrowed on it when you need the money, right? I mean, it's a lot of. I'm learning so much about wealth building tricks and trades. I don't know if y' all are interested in that.
I'm signing up for that early, girl.
When I start talking about stuff, different stuff that I'm doing on the channel, it's like my videos don't get looked at. And get like. So I. I just think a lot of people just want notary information. Is that true, y', all or not? Because I try to share, you know, I mean, I done figured out how to invest in music royalties. Hey, and the music royalty thing? Oh, it's hot songs like Felis Navi Dies. Who knows that song? I do. I want to wish you a merry Christmas. And what's that?
Those songs make a Killing and Mariah Carey's Christmas song Boys to Me and Christmas Beyonce songs. You can invest in these songs through music royalties. There's a certain website. I mean, I have it. I have all of that. So I don't. I want to share all of that with y', all, you know, But I don't know. It's like when I start sharing other stuff by legal shield and all that. Y'. All. Y' all stop watching my dadgum videos.
Okay? Angela said, check out Filipino virtual assistants. Heard good things and affordable. Okay, Angela, do you have a website that I can go to?
Okay. Do you have mentorship on that for how to invest in short term rental properties? I probably will, Ramona. I'm doing nine right now. My goal is to have 20 by June. I don't do nothing small, boo boo. I be going. So that's what I'm saying. Like, ooh, I got a lot going on, so. But, yeah, I will.
It goes so well with the notary. You know, it makes sense to do the NSA and then the short term just to learn to do that. I can't wait. I'm very excited about these.
Yeah.
All right, Ramona. I got it. I got it. I want to give it all to y'. All. I just, you know, that's why I sent that email out the other day. Like, dang. I mean, am I doing any good here? Because I can shut up and not do this and go make my money. It'll be a little easier because YouTube is a job. I mean, it's stuff that you gotta do. Like, this is not free. I pay somebody right now to edit some of those videos or all of my videos. The Sunday Funday videos don't get edited. But the other videos, I'm paying somebody to edit those videos. So, I mean, in certain aspects, I do have virtual assistants. Nico over here with her hand raised up like she in the third grade.
Because, you know, I started.
You stop.
I stopped watching so many videos. But honestly, you're the only mentor person I can reach that will respond to me without giving me a commercial or so you gave me more free game than you did before I started paying for anything. Like, you started me with that first 15k. 15k.
I mean, 15,000, y', all, in less than 30 days.
So she started, and that was just on GP. That was just because it was in her heart, and you really wanted me to.
I can't reach them.
I can't call them. They're not personable. And when you do get a chance to speak with them, it's a commercial and a sales pitch. So I want the organic, transparent person that really, genuinely wants to help me. Yeah, that's why I said that's why I stalk you. Like, I forced this friendship, y'.
All. I stalk her.
I mean, and a lot of y' all on here have my personal telephone number. Like, y', all.
They don't do that.
No, I'm serious. It's a lot of people here on my channel that have my personal phone number.
And you make yourself available. You give everybody.
I. I try. I'm one person. I can't do it all. I can't look at Facebook, Instagram, tech idea. I try, but yeah.
Okay. Santiago.
Oh, she.
All of the information. Okay. I'm excited. I'm excited. Tamika. I love it.
Yes.
I love Santia, too. Interesting. In wealth building. I want to invest in Whitney. Look, Miranda, for real. For real. You know what? Hold on. Let me tell you. Let me see. Hold on. Just one moment.
Let me see.
Now y' all tell me. Tj. Now, see, a lot of people don't be going through these Sunday fun days and listening to the end, but I'm about to give y' all a million dollars worth of game. I'm looking for the site with the deck gum. That gum.
Music royalties.
So we got gold music royalties in there. Don't forget NFT.
And Tron dollars.
Forex socks. Oh, okay, here it is.
It's called royaltyexchange.com O, baby.
Royalty. O R O T E X C-H-A-N- dot com. Million dollars worth of game. YouTube. HTTP://backslash. Backslash. Royalty. Ex. I didn't spelled it wrong. Royalty exchange dot com. All right, that's for the royalties. Now let me see if I can find information fast enough to invest in gold and silver.
I'll give it to you right now. You want it? Let me see if I can find it.
Hold on. Saint.
My idol started twitching.
I don't know where I wrote it. Guys. Hey, guys.
Might be up here. Guys. This is my panda book, by the way. My panda planner. Remember, I told y' all about that panda planner.
Which way am I going? Oh, that's the best. The panda planner. I love this thing.
So I'm looking through my panda planner.
I wrote it in here. But, y', all, I write like a chicken.
So I have to decode what the heck. I wrote that comment. I'll give it to y' all later. About the gold and silver. There's a website.
I know I have it, but I'll give it to you later.
If I do not remember, do not let me forget. I know it's on this page. I can't just. I just can't see it right now.
But anyway, don't let me forget that, y'. All. Please, somebody remind me.
Don't let me forget that Charles Thompson just said. Said I have. I have to work on Friday evening. Can I still get the training? If I can't make it in on.
Friday.
You will watch the replay of the training.
Yeah, you'll watch the replay of the training.
Oh, Ramona said, invest in Tesla.
I'm gonna find that gold and silver. I know I have it somewhere, boy. It's sitting right next to me, and I can't see it because everything is sitting here.
And I hate to have y' all on here waiting on me looking for it. Anyway, anywho. Okay, guys, so please, in the groups and Facebook groups and everywhere else, please, please, please, tell everybody about the training. Tell everybody about Solutions by tj. Pass this video along. I'm about to upload another video onto my channel and on to YouTube letting everybody know. I'm gonna send out emails. I'm trying to get everybody in. So help me out, y'. All.
All right, I'm gonna. Ramona, I'm gonna. I'm gonna remember, be here next Sunday. And don't let me forget, because I'm gonna write it down somewhere where I can find it, and I'm gonna write it legibly so that I don't have to decode my own handwriting. How about that? The training this Friday and Saturday. Friday is for newbies who have just signed up or are thinking about signing up for the notary public loan signing agent opportunity. I'm going to walk you through how to get started, how to build your business, where to go. All that Saturday will be completely about going through the documents page by page, line by line. We'll also be taking your documents. So again, if you've run across sections on documents that you did not understand, you had a question about. You were a little iffy about it. Cross out the pertinent information Take a very clear picture of it. If it's not a clear picture, I'm just deleting it because I don't have time to be trying to figure it out. If you taking it and it's shaded and all that, not on a flat surface where I can see it. Well, I'm not going to use it. But take a clear picture of it. After you remove all of the pertinent information with a black marker or some white out or whatever you can use and send it to supportolutionsbytj.com again that supportolutions by tj.com and I'll go over all of that information. All right. After you join the training. The Training will be $147 until tomorrow at 10pm after that it's going up to 247.
All right.
All right. Ms. Davis said, since you've been so nice, I'll give you a nugget too. Lucid will be the luxury line of Tesla. Pay attention to the news in the summer.
Huh? Lucid. L U C I D Lucid will be the luxury line of Tesla. I hope it looks better than these Teslas because they ugly to me and.
They sound like wind up cars. Like little one that you body.
I mean but I know, you know everybody's saying how great the features are but Jesus, that little. It looks sort of like hatchbackish to me. I just. Dang.
My clients hate their test. But she said it was the worst investment she ever made.
Really?
Yes.
But I know people who love them.
Why in the car just kind of sat there in the driveway, huh?
So guys, what I'm thinking about doing for my short term rentals too is I'm going. I might.
Finance some type of cars maybe. You know, I like Hondas, I like Camrys, I like stuff that's gonna, you know, be around for a while. So I'm thinking about financing two or three cars, putting them in my short term rental, the parking space, parking lot and running them through Toro. So you come to my short term rental, you can rent a car for me. Haha, y' all get it man. I'm getting money. She gonna get money. Get the bag.
You get in the bank. You ain't getting the bag, you get in the bank.

As I get it, like, real time, like, I told y' all about my candle from Joni. I mean, my butt naked candle. Madison done stole my dadgum candle. It was on my desk. My daughter got it.
She didn't took my candle.
That's how good it is, though. My 13 year old comes to find my candle, so she burned her candle out. Now she's on mine. But I mean, little stuff that I get. I just share everything with y'. All. And I just ask that you keep me in your prayers. That you ask the Lord to lift me up, to protect me, to send his angels to surround me. That my foot does not dash upon a stone. That my prosperity continues to increase. That my mind and my brain and my clarity continue to increase. That my heart remains humble. And that I abide in his presence by day and by night, because that's my desire. You know what I'm saying? I ain't trying to go too far. Anyway, good night, y'. All. I'm out of here. I'm out of here. I love y', all, though. I love y'. All. I appreciate y' all so much. Y' all are so wonderful. Y' all are my good family. So y', all, thank you so much and good night.
