Of course notary is always going to be involved because I believe, My personal belief is that the notary opportunity is a good jumping off place, right? It's a good place for you to supplement or replace your income so that you can get free from corporate America and start working on your dream. So my goal is to get people from the point of being in corporate America to replacing their money. And I want to even be on this journey. See, it's a whole freaking journey. It didn't feel like it was gonna ever be over. We had so much stuff and I didn't. Until you get in there and you start dealing with the, the, the most minute Things like utensils.

Suitcase racks, just, I mean we, we provided in those short term rentals every single thing that you could need or a mat, everything that's in your house, we had it in there. It's been a very emotional process for me. Nobody likes to lose. I know that. I learned a whole, whole lot. I could run a whole freaking hotel.

I could.

I learned a lot.

But I do not take that experience as a win for me. Because the wind did not. No, it was no win for me. That ain't how that wind looked. Because the business, you know, we had occupancy issues from day one. Occupancy issues got better, then they got worse, then they got better, then they got worse. And it was just, you know, one of my friends who I'll have on the show said it's like 12 months of, of New Year's. 12 new years every 30 days, right? So every 30 days I'm starting off at a brand new set. Am I gonna be able to make rent or not? Man, that don't feel good.

It doesn't. Super duper stressful.

You know one thing that I get every time I advertise is a lot of spots Spanish speaking calls in Texas. And I mean those keywords would. Baby, if you speak Spanish and you advertise, you just gonna be a millionaire because they need help. They don't speak English and they need help and I cannot properly help them.
