Hey, y'. All. I am live and this is TJ Solutions by tj and you are here at Sunday Funday. Today, I want to discuss everything with you about anything you want to talk about regarding notary public loan signing agents doing apostille work as well as short term rentals. I'm happy to be here. I'm happy that you are here.
I'm excited. If you have not done so already, please, please, please.
Subscribe to this channel because I have updates all the time. Also.
Like this video. I want to get it out to as many people as possible and let everybody know we're here, man. We're here trying to help, trying to serve people and.
I'm glad that you're here. Hey, Felicia, how you doing?
1409 podcast. 1409. Do me a favor, look on my channel and get the bio from there if you could. Baby Blue, bad as ever. What? What is that Biggie Smalls thing?
Yeah, she. She is a mess. She is a full mess, baby. She's getting big.
Which is what we wanted. Hey. Shot 300. Violet the notary. Danny. Daniela Thomas Cena. Making it happen. Hey, Demetria.
Ms. Tasha Smith. Oh, okay. Ms. Tasha from Houston. Awesome.
Peace. Notary family. Mr. Andre Wood in the house.
Well, I'm glad y' all are here. It's been a heck of a week, baby.
So.
Hey, Kelly, I'm. Girl, I still think about that. I'm so glad you found that dog on check child.
Wayne Davis from Ann Arbor.
I love y' all to life. I'm glad that y' all are here.
It's been a heck of a week. So I'm talking about short term rental stuff first.
It's going well, you know, the. The most difficult part, I think for me is learning about the pricing and getting the pricing right for your market using a piece of software called Price Labs that is supposed to automatically adjust your pricing and just. That's a learning curve. But the places are booking, man. And I mean.
Life is good. Life is good. I'm gonna give it a chance to do what it does and see how it does it. I made a few changes tonight. I'm gonna look at it tomorrow. Let me tell Maddie to turn that ear down so that chiming noise will go away.
Blue is in her room, so when she opens the door, it might be the great escape. You know how Blue does.
So I just. Hey, Dolores, how are you?
So, yeah, that's the thing. So the units are beautiful and you know, y' all help me out. Y' all know anybody Coming to Houston, let them know to come and stay at my place. Man, they are gorgeous, y'. All. Seriously. I'm about to put the link. It's called HTTP://on, backslash. Backslash Houston.
Short Term Rentals.
That's my website, my direct booking website.
And you know, I've been asked.
Some people have asked me to mentor and all of that stuff regarding short term rentals. And to be honest with you, I could just tell you what I know. I ain't the guru. Hello. I'm just, you know, I'm saying this is since April. So, you know, I've done some stuff right and I've done some stuff wrong and that, you know, of course the wrong stuff that you do can always bless on somebody else because they know what not to do. And what not to do is sometimes is even better than what. Knowing what not to do sometimes is just as important as knowing what to do. Okay. Dolores, you have been in the hospital. Lord have mercy. Well, we're glad to have you back.
Yushika Taylor, Mississippi. How you doing? Kansas?
Yes. So. So.
You know, Mario, if you are looking, please text me again. I have not forgotten about you. Anybody who I owe anything to, text me. I know I gave y' all my number, so text me because I mean, as you know, I call people back now and as soon as I get a chance to. I will. We are still having the 2.0 training on Saturday, August 28th. Excited about that, y'. All.
That will be at.
I gotta look at the flyer. But it'll be. I gotta look at the flyer. Don't make me lie. Because it's either at 6pm or 7pm Central Standard Time. So, yes, we are having it. Hey, Rita, girl.
How are you?
Yes, we are having it. And also tell people about it because this is going to be a live training with me and Sean from Death Row Notaries Crazy Self. And this is the only live one we'll have. I mean, unless people have questions. So listen, with this apostille domination 2.0 training, don't come to. Just listen. I want you to come to participate, okay? Come to participate. Come to ask questions. As he's going through the documents. Ask questions. This is for you. And every question that you have is going to help somebody else down the line. Because remember when I asked that super dumb question in Apostille 1.0, hello? And I tried to ex go back over, you know, my understanding of everything that she had said in two hours and I was wrong about every last one of them.
Didn't that Help you get a greater understanding. So I want y' all to do the same thing. I want you to come ready to participate. This is not a presentation. This is a. We working through some things. It's a workshop. Let's call it a. A training workshop. Because I want y' all to be on board with making money through the Apostille business and doing it. That's why we're going over the paperwork. We're walking you through things. We're telling you some different stuff than we told you in. In 1.0. And we'll also be discussing the remote online notary stuff and how Sean gets through notarized. Right, because he's on top. I mean, you know, he. He's in the queue and getting jobs. And from what he has explained to me, it's a lot different than what a lot of people are doing. So I want y' all to be in the house. I want y' all to be in the house. Hey, Shayna.
What did you pay for, Shayna? I paid for one, and I didn't get it. What did you pay for? And you know what I've been noticing with quite a few people, so when they pay on PayPal, they use a different email address than what they're emailing me back saying, I didn't get it. So what email address is connected to PayPal? I've noticed that quite a bit.
So the workbook.
Y' all will have the workbook, I promise you. I ain't finished with it because. Okay, so this is why I haven't finished with it. Number one, I'm trying to make it perfect. Number two, I want it to be a working resource for you that you can use specifically.
To. As a manifestation tool in your notary business. We're gonna start there because, you know, that's what we all do. Then go from the notary business to other parts of your life. You know, getting your financial.
Your finances and your whole financial blueprint for your life in order like you want it and just seeing yourself in the magnitude that you want. So that's really what I'm working on. And I thought it was going to be a quick process, but, man, I want it to be so it. Now, the other stuff, have y' all looked at the playlist? Because I'm adding stuff onto that YouTube playlist every day, and it's some really good stuff. Like, I added one, I think, today with Joe Dispenza, and, man, it's amazing the way that he describes things and the science of the brain and and how science has actually caught up with all the woo stuff right there is proof that things happen in the brain that where you can.
Create the future reality in your brain and your body and neurons begin to create synapses that mimic or are that. How do I say that? He says it's a whole lot better than me. But basically, your body is in the future, and everything in your body is prepared and preparing. All of the. The emotions and everything, the. The. The chemistry, the. The hormones, everything are preparing for that future event. Because as he said, the mind is electric, the heart is magnetic. So you think it with your mind. You draw it to you with your heart by actually feeling it. It's cold. You know what I'm saying? Just go to the playlist. I'm telling you some good.
So, Kelly, in the email that you. That you got everything, all of the links to the replay to the playlist and all of that was in an email. So if you did not get that, email me at Leaping into new energy. That's exactly it. If you did not get that email, email me@supportolutionsbytj.com in that email, make sure that you put the name and email that. That you use on PayPal.
Because some people email me and don't put their real names, and I'm like, lord have mercy.
Okay, Honey Bunny.
Perfecta mundo.
But I just love it. And I've been going through. I've been really doing. Because it's a daily thing, right, to go through your morning routine to.
You know, create your reality. It's something that you do. It's. It's. It's. It's a daily thing to say your affirmations, to not only live in your present reality, but.
Live in your future reality as well and draw that to you. It's, of course, a lot, so. A lot. I'm excited about it. Super duper excited. And I'm gonna be spending more and more time doing just that.
I shared with y' all this morning meditation that Dr. Joe Dispenza. His voice sounds kind of weird on there to me, but I really like it. So once you get past his voice, it's some good stuff.
Really, really, really good stuff. So I've gotten some longer term.
Yes, absolutely. Thomasina, did you get the. Did you pay for that 37 thing so you could see all of the stuff that I sent out? Because I sent out some great stuff, man. It's stuff that I use every single day.
Yes. Your stomach is a whole nother brain. Exactly.
Exactly. Dr. Joe is amazing.
Yes, absolutely. We spend too much time critiquing things, you know, instead of creating things.
Dude, Thomasina, you're gonna have to share your playlist with me, too.
That is good. Good, good. So, yeah, I have, you know, last week, one thing that I started noticing is that I was getting longer term bookings on. On Airbnb, which is an awesome thing. I mean, of course I want. I want the extended stays. I do. I didn't know that at first, but I would prefer extended stays, meaning people who are staying longer than just a weekend, you know, they're staying three weeks to a month, to three months at a time, to 90 days. So those people have been reaching out to me. And, man, God is good. God is good. All right, Thomasina, you've been in the vortex for a while, girl. So do you talk about that stuff and how you get in the vortex and how you manifest the things that you manifest? And do you listen to, you know, Esther Hicks, Abraham, all that stuff? Because I've been listening to that since, what, October 13, 2013?
Yeah.
Absolutely.
So what's going on with y' all in the notary world and what questions do y' all have for me? Anybody in the house that's new?
Yes, Abraham, exactly.
So also, don't forget this coming weekend with 1409 podcast. You guys can see me in person if you'd like to. I don't know if y' all are coming to the. The training that we're having that night with Sean, but we also have something where you can come and meet me in person. 1409, you still there? Can you shoot the link in the chat if they want to sign up and come and, you know, we'll chat it up, have lunch together.
Danny, so you're new and you don't know where to start.
So when you say you don't know where to start, have you gotten your notary commission yet? That's the first place to start. The national notary association. National notary.org call them. Get your notary. Okay, Dana.
Call the National Notary Associate. Call. I always say call because I just don't do well with. And their website so doggone confused. And I don't recommend anybody to go to that website. So call them, get your notary for your state, and then after you get your notary commission, let them call them back. Let them know that you want to be a notary signing agent.
But you know what? First things first. You got to figure out exactly what you want to do. Do you want to be a notary public loan signing agent. What's your goal? Do you just want to make more money? Do you want to quit your job? What's your goal? Let me know that in the chat. What's your goal? And start out by saying, my goal is because I ain't gonna know what in the world you talking about when I look back.
Finding a bond. The NNA National Notary association offers a bond.
Joe Abraham, Reverend Ike. Jake. Oh, I never heard of Jake Ducey. I love Brian Scott.
They were Reverend Ike and Neville. Neville Goddard.
I think Neville Goddard is who.
Who.
Reverend Ike inspired. Reverend Ike.
Yeah, absolutely.
Make more money. Okay, Dana. Okay. So in this world of. Of notary stuff, there are a lot of different avenues that you can take to make more money. Some take more work than others. Most people start out in this business becoming a notary public loan signing agent. And that's where you help.
Homeowners or prospective homeowners to sign mortgage documents. Right. The documents can be anywhere from 150 to 200 and something pages. They do have loan modifications that can be anywhere from 11 pages to 30 pages. But that's one way then if you want to do that, you got to kind of figure out, do I want to go to people's houses and do it, or do I want to do it over the computer? If you do it over the computer, it's called remote online notary. You'll become a remote online notary.
So those are two things that you have to think about.
The 1409 podcast. Put it in the. In the chat.
Let me go ask him.
Let me ask him to put it in the chat.
Go to 1409. 1409.
Hold on, y'. All.
I'm texting him now. Okay. So hopefully he get my text.
Nico ain't here. Why y' all talking about. Hey, Nico. Where Nico at?
Elizabeth. Nico, girl. Bye.
Hey, Nico. And Al, your best. I miss my dog. I ain't seen her. Y' all pray for him. For my nephew Nico's son, he has the delta variant. He has not been feeling very well.
Okay, 1409 podcast has put the.
The link is there. It's at 1409podcast.com.
Let me see. Let me see if I. Www.1409podcast.com.
Yeah, Ron. Yep, it's Ron work.
And 1409 said virtual and in person. Tickets are available. The replay will be sent to all virtual ticket holders. So, Danny and Dana, my recommendation is that you join us, even if it's virtually at the 1409 podcast, because I'm going to Be going over everything, like brand new, step by step, how to become a notary public loan signing agent and what your options are.
So that'll be. That'll be a good time. If you're close in Houston, it'll be an excellent time.
Come on, nico. Shoes.
Yep. So, Nico, you have to join us then this coming Saturday because you know Sean is going to be talking about it and you may as well be there live.
You are so welcome.
When you go to the pot. See, so what that 1409 podcast is. This is going to be a live event that they are having, and I'm one of the speakers. So at that event, I'm going to be talking and introducing this opportunity to. To people who are new. So if you know other people who are new, then tell them to come on in. 1409 podcast, get in some of the notary rooms and talk to them about it as well.
Baby Dolores says she came out of the hospital and in 30 minutes, working with the public, made $500.
Hallelujah.
That is awesome. I wonder how. So y' all pray for Miranda, too? It's a lot of people who are. Who haven't been feeling too well. Miranda is good, though. She had surgery on something else.
But she's good. But just, you know, let's. Let's keep all of each other lifted up in this thing. Hey, Tawana Scott.
Okay, so I have not seen you via email. Tawana Scott, what email you sending it to?
Because I can't look at Facebook. You sent it to text, too. Hold on to why? Let me look.
T A J U A N A.
So, Tawana, the last thing I got, let me see. Was from June 6th. Now I'm texting you right now. I'm saying, hola, text me in the morning.
And Tawana, like I was saying, some people. Some people's.
PayPal email address is different from what they normally use. They'd have forgot. So make sure that the PayPal email address is the email address that you're thinking in your mind that you signed up with because you might have put. When it asked for your email address, you put one email address and. And then it sent the information to your PayPal email address. So just check both email addresses. Hello?
Hey, baby, I want you. Listen, worry me to death if I owe you anything. Worry me, honey, because I want y' all to win. Worry me. You are not bothering me at all. Ms. I had a few people.
Awesome. All right, lady.
Okay, so a few people that I've been working with, and that's how we figured out. Dang, this dog on text thing is, you know, the email thing is weird.
Okay. All right, Shayna. Well, shayna, email me supportolutionsbytj.com because I'm answering people on email, y'. All. I'm answering.
So support@solutionsbytj.com.
Gotcha.
Gotcha, gotcha.
So, yeah, it's gonna be awesome. It's gonna be amazing.
Right now is slow season. Are y'. All. Hey. Anybody? Thomasina, is it slow season for you? Because, you know, you be popping year round. Some people don't experience slow season because the show. You know, my cousin ain't experiencing those slow season. Mariama, it ain't slowed down at all. She is such a. A mess. We gotta get her on here so she can make y' all laugh.
Nico says, has anybody been working with notaries in action? The lawsuit settlements for Johnson and Johnson and Roundup. They've had me hella busy. It's just serving paperwork or tapping on doors. That's pretty cool. Thank you, Nico. Did y' all know about that? Nico, do they just google it to find out?
Thomasina saying she's doing. It's not slowing down for her. She's doing a lot of helocs and refis.
Anybody else? How is it in Yalls market?
Are y' all still real busy?
So, Thomasina, what do we have to do to get you to that 10 to $20,000 level?
Elizabeth, Nico said google notary in action. I think that's the name of. Is it notaries? Notaries in action. So Google notaries in action and reach out to them. Hey, April, how are you? So how do you become a notary? There are several ways to do it. I think Nico went through the American Notary Society or something. I went through the National Notary association, and that's what I tell everybody. I can't tell you to do nothing. I did. So Google National Notary association and then call them.
Nico said the payout for the lawsuits are forty to a hundred dollars.
Thomasina, you getting a lot of direct business for those refis and helocs? Is that what you're saying?
I hope so, girl, because that direct business hit different.
Yes, ma', am.
It hits different. I want you all to get it. Get it. Don't stop. Don't stop. Get it. Get it.
Yeah, it is. It's time to go. But, you know, so.
My cousin does not go direct, but she still gets the pricing. So if you've been working with the same people for a while and they see that you know, they always call you and give you jobs and. And it's the same people. That relationship that you've built will make them go up in their price.
So those relationships start calling on those people. Inch that price up by $25.
Yes. Yep. General notary work pays well as well.
So, April.
There is a link where I'm going to be talking about everything this weekend, about how to become a notary as well as a notary public loan signing agent. Hey, Sheila.
You are welcome.
But there's an event this weekend. Look, there's a link in the chat. Look for it. And I'll be starting from beginning to end. We appreciate all the ticket purchases, website visits, and subscriptions. Thank you. Thank you.
Rosalind. She said they're paying 40 to $100.
This is what Nico said. The payout for the lawsuits are 40 to $100.
Yes, indeed. So, yeah, y'. All.
Y' all stay safe out here. My poor nephew been sick for a couple of days. I. I wake up in the morning saying, how is he? Is he okay?
I'll hear from her. Hello. How he doing?
Yes, don't sleep on general notary work.
Because it pays and it pays well. And a lot of people that you don't think need a notary, need a notary. So make sure that you are letting everybody know what you do, passing out your cards and just everywhere, all the time. When you go out to eat, when you do anything. If they have a. A place where you can put your cars, put your card over there.
We buy cards and then never pass them out.
Keep some in your purse and put a stack.
Yep, yep, yep.
So my nieces are doing notary work, too, now. Asiana and.
Shoot, she got her little YouTube thing going on.
Okay, I'm gonna look at it.
I'm gonna look at it. Tawanda, Tawana. Right after I get off of here, my little butt is.
Lex is also doing it. I'm excited. I'm ready for them to get deep into it so they can make that 10 to 20, because I need my people to change their lives. All right, Paula. Paula said it's pretty busy here in Ohio. Praise God, man.
I love it. Being busy. Y'. All, listen, people are out here making money, so don't get it twisted. Don't think that things have slowed down for everybody, because it has not. Normally it's at a standstill during the.
During the summer months. Like, it's. When I say slow, I mean, you better try to find another source of income. But luckily.
That'S not the case for right now.
All right, y', all, I'm looking this up as we. As we speak. I'm going on to.
On here and looking it up.
Let me see what contacts we have.
So people.
And I'm seeing a lot of people aren't leaving their names. Like, what is that about?
Why would you put your name y'? All. And then you call me and say, well, I can't find you, baby. I ain't gonna be able to find you.
I'm not.
Let me go back a little further.
This year.
I'm gonna find a child.
I'm a little tired tonight. I got this thing on my wrist. The doctor told me that.
Because I feel my wrist like my hand goes to sleep when I'm sleep. So I'm tossing and turning all the time and trying to shake my little wrist to wake up some mess.
And so I don't know why. It's just getting worse and worse. So I'm gonna have to do something. So the doctor told me to wear this wrist thing for now.
And see how that works and then take some medicine. So, you know, I'm saying, let's see. Hey, listen.
Okay, So, y', all, I'm looking for this.
Okay?
S c o t t.
Okay, I see you here. I see the email, and it says.
It sent it out on the 25th.
Hold on.
22Nd.
I see what you're saying, chica.
Okay, let me. Let me work on this.
Oh, see, I'm sending it to my guys, and.
In India.
I'm doing it now, y', all, because I want to make sure it gets done so.
Hard on me.
Right here. Baby blue, she. Yo, but she giving Madison hell up there.
I hear them. They up there be. But I just spelled your name wrong. Hold on. I had to come back.
Okay, So I just sent that to him.
Let me see. What is Nico talking about? Yeah, I've seen her tick tock.
Making that bread. She's almost at 10k. Just. Wow.
Yes. So Nico is saying my. My niece Asia is almost at $10,000 just following my instructions.
That's a blessing. I love it. It's doable. Man.
Do not send no poncho over here. Ain't nobody tell you to get a dog. Ain't nobody tell Israel a little sick butt to get no dog.
Nico, do you have a link to notary in action? So, y', all, let's go and see what notaries in actions, huh?
Ain't nobody getting no dog. Nico got a Israel, Nico's son got a dog named Poncho.
He is the cutest. Girl, I'll show you. What kind of dog is that? It's like a French.
Notaries in action.
Y' all see my screen?
Notaries in action.
How do you get in touch with them? Nico?
Notaries in action. Phone number.
Yeah, Nico. I'm not finding it.
And you said notaries in action. Let me put these things around it.
Okay, let's see what this is. Wait.
Notary cafe?
Why isn't it coming up?
Oh, they're on Notary Dash. Is that how they're finding people?
Huh? Let me go back over here and see what Nico said, because I sure don't see it.
Nico, we can't find it.
Yep, it's solo. 10k a month is doable.
Hi, Mbeza. I know. Tida. Hi, tj. I have a question. I'm moving to Texas. Is notary loan signing good reason to move? Because I'm in New York in an attorney state. I have not received signings even through Snapdocs. Well, I mean.
I'm biased by Texas versus New York because you get just a better quality of living here. My personal opinion, your money goes further in Texas than it'll go in New York. I know plenty of people who are making a lot of money, though, as a notary public loan signing agent in New York as well. So I don't know if that's a reason to move, but you can definitely.
You can definitely move and, you know, have a. Have an awesome experience in Texas. But one thing that you have to think of, like, I tell everybody, this is not a bystander. Just, you know, build it and they will come type business. You gotta go get business. So if they have not called you, you need to start calling signing companies. You need to tell them that you're here. Tell them, you know, ask them for the. For the jobs. There's a list of companies on my Facebook page, Solutions by tj Notary Networking and Knowledge. Whole list of companies that you can call who are actively hiring notaries. So, hey, say, hey. My name is Latonya Johnson. I'm a notary, and I wanted to find out if you have any clients or any assignments in zip code, such and such and such.
That's how you start that conversation. I'd love to do it for you.
Thank you. 1409. Yeah, 1409 came to Houston. They did a whole podcast session inside of one of my units, y'. All. So listen, I love it. Thank y' all for the love, man.
When people love on you, you gotta love on Them back, right?
Dolores say texas. Do it big. Okay. Okay.
So, Tawana, you're in New York as well.
Who else here is in New York? Oh, man, you did four episodes in a B and B.
So the air. The Facebook group. Let's go. There it is. Hold on.
Hey, y'. All. This is my Airbnb page.
Cute, huh? That's the outside of the building.
Let me see if she added any photos now. She ain't added no photos yet. I have a.
An assistant who's doing a lot of stuff. This is the website.
It's coming on up. Y' all coming on. Moving on up.
Yeah. See.
It'S getting there.
I don't know why Google can't find it. Why did apartment 6 come up first? That's interesting. Oh, okay, there it is. All right, so I'm gonna get off of there, and I'm going to go home.
And then we are going to go to the Facebook page. This is it. Solutions by tj, Notary Networking and Knowledge. And as soon as you get on that page, at the very top, it says, here's a list of companies for you to contact for signage.
And let me approve. Everybody, come on in. Come on in the room.
I don't know what that's about. I'm not going to get distracted. Y' all know I'll do that squirrel thing in a minute, so you're away.
All right. Thank you. Rita, you gotta come by that. So, listen, y' all know anybody coming to Texas, I need for y' all to tell them, hey, man, come and experience solutions by TJ's units. And again, it's Houston Short Term. That Rentals. Houston Short term. Dot Rentals. That's my email. I mean, that's my web address.
I put it in there.
Houston short term rentals.
Okay, so Nico said I didn't have their information. They contacted me and I believe Prestige referred me. So do you have a number for them now, Nico, or. No?
So, Tawana, you said you're in New York also.
Anybody else in New York? Because I am certain there'd be people in here from New York and just be killing it, I'm telling you.
Anybody else from new york?
Okay, Nico says she doesn't have their direct phone number.
So.
Notaries in action. I don't know how else to tell y' all to find it.
But to look again. Notaries in action.
And.
Let's see what this says. What is this about, Jane? I don't understand that. Oh, Notaries in action.
Oh, this is a person.
Okay, so that Ain't it.
Featured in Notaries in Action?
I don't think that's it. At least.
Notary Jane.
I'm not sure. I don't know.
Oh, I got a booking request, y'. All. Hey, ho. W. Got to go.
Let me see. Does she have an I.D. she has an I.D.
Okay. She wants to come win.
I will let her come.
And I like to book this.
Except.
Okay, praise God for that. It's unit five.
You know what? I'm gonna change their unit.
That'll be the third.
But, yeah, I'll get back with them.
Yes, I know. Hallelujah.
Thank you, 1409. I appreciate it.
Tawana said she'd love to network from. With all from New York. Okay, so let's go back. Let's go back over here to Facebook, because I want to know who's from New York. So going over here.
Nope. That's the mentorship group.
We're going here.
And I want to see new.

That was october 2020.

Ruth garcia.
Let me see. So some people in here. Hold on.
If you get to this group, Jessica Smith.
Come into the group.
Because there's some people in here.
And correspond with them.
Ms. Susie.
Miss Chanel.
All right, so let me write a post in here.
Good evening.
Sam.
New York in the house.
If so.
How's business?
I spelled business wrong.
All right.
All right, Tawana, so I asked the question for you. We're gonna see what the response was.
Thank you.
Nico said she'd look up law offices that are handling.
Handling what? Lawsuits Are they. Johnson and Johnson lawsuits, Nico. What kind of lawsuits are they handling? Damn. Okay, see? Okay, so just this fast with this little. So something here is making my wrist hurt, because whatever I'm doing right now, it's like, ah, you're welcome. More than welcome.
Just this little activity. I ain't even doing much, so I must be having. Doing something. I'm not paying attention to how my hands are. My hands ain't like. I don't know.
Johnson and Johnson lawsuit. What? What? Notaries in action. Johnson and Johnson.
No, that ain't it. I thought she said Johnson and Johnson.
Yeah, that's what the doctor said. Hopefully I don't have to. Oh, Roundup lawsuit. Oh, and talcum powder. Johnson and Johnson. So it is the Johnson and Johnson class action lawsuit. Baby powder cancer lawsuit. Recovered over 2 billion in verdicts. Yikes.
It still don't say nothing about.
What does this say?
Control. F, n o t a r I e s n.
Urban dwellers were by far the most likely to see notaries in action. Notorial workshop. Whoa.
Okay. I don't know, y', all.
Aka tj don't know.
Is she cute?
I'm not sure if this is going to work, April, but the name is Solutions by TJ Notary Networking and Knowledge. But I just copied the link. I'm gonna put it in there. I don't know if it's gonna come.
Yeah, so she. That's what she said. It's the. Oh, and I do feel it in the middle of my hand.
You know how it has this little thing right here.
Y', all, Baby Dog has not gotten away from Madison tonight.
One for Madison 99 for baby dog because she usually be down here. Wa.
Madison is shook at this.
Awesome. Thank you, April.
Yes, I love it. So, y', all, I'm gonna make sure that y' all get everything that y' all need.
Kelly and. And Tawana, I'm gonna try my best to send that stuff tonight, look for it, and make sure that all everybody has, you know, the emails and all of that stuff.
Again, I will be in person this coming Saturday.
Saturday morning, I'll be in person with 1409 podcast and then later on that evening, I'll be with Sean from Death Row Notaries going over something that I love, that I want everybody to get into. Oh, I just heard the door. Which is the Apostille Domination 2.0 course. Listen, it's the truth, man. If you are interested in doing remote online notary work, you need to be there, for real. I'll be talking about that stuff all this week. I'm excited about it. I want y' all to tell everybody that y' all know. Again, help me to get the word out about it, because a lot of people.
Don'T know.
And it's major, major, major, major money, y'. All. Major money. I ain't lied to you yet.
So I'm gonna take my time, and y' all know my time is very valuable now. I don't have a whole bunch of it shoes. I'm doing my best, but I'm gonna take my time because I want y' all to come to, you know, be a part of what Sean and I are doing and ask questions because I don't want people to, you know, go away and feel like they still don't know. That's why we're doing the Postile Domination 2.0, because we're going through documents. Let's go there. You know what? I don't want to talk about it. Let's be about it. Let me show you what all we we doing over here.
I gotta go to my docs, y'. All. Don't, don't judge me. Don't judge me.
Because I don't have a link just out and Burris gave me a.
Let's see if it goes there.
So my links, they changed all of the links. So the TJ links are now tj.com solutions by TJ. Don't worry about it. If you don't have that, don't worry about it because it should just do it when you go to the website. But here's what you'll get from the Apostille Domination 2.0 program and in depth understanding of the business model, the pricing, what validates and invalidates and invalidates an apostille that is critical because that means that it doesn't go through. What is a reverse apostille? What is the new COVID 19 process versus the normal process? And the most important thing that we'll go through are the real world examples and scenarios, y'. All. And as a bonus, you know we're going to be talking about how to get jobs on notarized, remote online notary introduction and just going over tips and tricks to get the highest paying jobs on notarized. So.
I'll put this link in the chat if you have not already done so. I recommend, man, if this is something that interests you, be on the live call because this one is going to be live. I'm not doing it live again.
And when you're live, you have.
You have.
An opportunity to.
Ask questions live. I mean you can't do no better than that, you know, get a chance to have questions live.
Oh, it's called the roundup case. Okay, so hold on. Nico gave me some more stuff.
Notaries in action. The round of case.
Round up lymphoma lawsuit.
What's up? Oh, here. Go baby dog. Here they come with this garbage.
Good potty Blue. Don't come over here.
Stop punching on me. Hey, you gonna say hey to the peoples.
Okay, they're talking about it on Notary Cafe. Let's see what they're talking about.
So yeah, it's a little bit of information over there, y', all, but it still doesn't say like how to contact them.
She just kissing you. She loves Madison.
With a heavy long cell. Boy, that dog almost tallest Madison. Right now.
Blue is to Madison's chest.
That's crazy.
That's four months. April, May, June, July, August. Four months, man. She's born in April. April 12th.
All right. Dear friends, I hope y' all got something out of this. I sure did. As always, I thank you, Nico, for adding the value with that roundup lawsuit for Johnson and Johnson.
We appreciate that. And see now the dog on thing on here too tight now. I can't feel my whole. Don't. But, oh, my God.
I go from one extreme to the next. And imagine doing this all night in your sleep, waking up, trying to make sure I can feel my dog on arm.
I'mma have her go look at it.
Saturday time. Oops. Okay.
We. If it's not on here, you will get an email.
With further information about it. I could tell you. I don't. Okay, so I believe that he put it at 7pm Eastern Standard Time, which is 6pm Central Standard Time, to be honest with you.
But all of that stuff is in an email that you'll get.
So I'm texting him now.
Okay. So y' all do me a favor. I'm gonna be giving out prizes again this time.
Tell your friends about it.
Tell your friends about it.
Because I'll be giving out prizes again this time. So help me to spread the word.
Send it out, and I'll create a flyer and all of that stuff, too. All right. All right, good people, let me get off of here and take something for this dog on hand. I love y' all to life.
Ms. Solo, can you tell us how to get started? Did you purchase the properties or lease? Okay, so let's talk about that real quick. I can do that.
All right. So I was driving down the street and I saw this apartment complex. It was brand spanking new and it looked awesome. So I stopped by. It was a number outside, too, that. That said.
I love it, Dolores. I love it, I love it, I love it. The God in me is my health. The God in me is my wealth. Hallelujah.
So I stopped by.
Hold on one quick. I don't know what's going on here.
It.
Hold on one second, y'. All.
For five nights. Family of three. For five nights. Anyway, okay. He wants me to do 500 for five nights.
Total. Airbnb is going to take a lot of that. Okay. Anyway, I'm sorry. Let me tell y' all about the Airbnb. So I was driving down the street. Amazing apartment complex. Had a number. I called the guy, met the owner on site. I told him I wanted to lease out all of the apartments. Come to find out, you know, he and I had some things in common. We are pretty much from the same location in Houston. He's around my age, young guy, know, he's in his 40s. And he said, cool. I don't care who rents them. You can rent all of them or one of them. I mean, either way, it's all gonna get rented. So I told him what I was doing, what my thought process was, and he said, cool. We drew up a contract and the rest is history. So, yeah, I lease out all of the units. I'm blessed, man. I know I'm blessed from just stopping by and talking to somebody.
But that's for real how that started with me. I've been seeing him build it from the ground up, and then I just said, man, let me call him. And so my approach and what I believe works best is not these really, really huge apartment complexes that are run by multimillion dollar companies that have, you know, a management company, but these mom and pop places that look real nice that are, you know, some of them are newly built. They don't have no 500 units. They have anywhere from.
You know, 10 to 60 units. But they are brand new and they look nice, smaller apartment complexes.
So, yeah, that's. That's the story. I had them designed. As far as the interior design stuff, somebody did that for me. Her name is Latonya Keys. She is amazing.
She. She did the design on six units. And then the other two units, I have eight that are decorated. I use one for storage that I'm gonna move into soon. But she. My cousin did two units. My cousin did an awesome job as well. Brand new, gated. It's gated. Yep, it's gated.
And so, you know, I mean, that's.
That's a part of it.
That's how I got started. Yep. I leave some. Any other questions, Ms. Solo?
If not y', all, I'm gonna get my butt on alpha here because I gotta wake up. Madison has to be at school.
At School at 5:45.
Mr. Laura said you can do it with the extra room in your house. She lives down near downtown, and it's not a big tourist area, but it's near downtown. So I rent my extra room out.
On Airbnb for three nights. $600. Awesome. Mr. Loris, are you in Houston?
Good night, candy.
So I missed something. Creative, frugal, fun. You talking about a machine. Hold on. I ain't get the first part.
I missed. I missed it. Where is it?
I'm gonna probably have to go back and look for it. Oh, she's in Florida.
We love you too, Nico. Hey, creative, frugal, fun. Tell me about what what the machine is and where I can get it, honey. And it really might be in my shoulder.
But let me know in the chat because I don't see where you where your other comment is. All right, good people, I'm about to get off of here. I love y' all to life. Y' all take care. Have an excellent week. Do what I'm telling y' all to do, man. As far as, oh, three chats up. I don't say it.
Do what I'm telling y' all to do. As far as. No, it's not on mine.
As far as getting out here and doing your manifestation exercises and doing everything that you have to do, need to do to change your life and the lives of your family, man, because it is worth it. God bless y'. All. Y' all take care. And what I love you to life.
I love y'. All. For real, for real, for real. All right. Y' all take care. Bye.
