Hello, beautiful people. How are you, Miss Thomasina and Kelly, Man, I saw the videos and, yeah, it made me. It made me emotional, y'. All. I gotta admit, I was excited. I was happy. Thank y' all so much. Kelly, I did see your email about the ratings. I was gonna contact you, but of course, I've been super busy. Let me know if that's ratings within snapdocs or where are you talking about?
Let me know.
And I will definitely look for that for you. Put it in the chat.
And.
I am excited, y'. All. Everything is going very well. I have an awesome candle in front of me that I'm gonna demonstrate to y'. All. This is somebody. I'm in this group in the morning called hello, Houston. And I don't know how to get this doggone glare out of this. Out of these doggone. Hey. Hey, how are you? Oh, that's my friend. Hey, Faheem, how are you? I'm glad you're doing well. Hey, Ms. Miranda. Hey, sassy V. Rivers. So, Fahim, listen, I'm putting a link in the description right in the chat about these candles. So this is called the Butt Naked Candle. When I tell you this one little candle, I don't know if y' all can see that. I'm trying to. It's hard to see, isn't it?
Maybe that's better. Okay. Is that better?
It's called the Butt Naked Candle. I put it in the chat, but it has a wooden wick. And I'm in this group in the morning called hello, Houston.
And you light this thing, it smells up the whole house instantly that she has different smells, of course, but this one is called Butt Naked. It's JJ. Love Candle Company. If you like candles, no joke. We love this freaking candle. It's called the Butt Naked with J. Love. I'll put it in the. In the chat. Once again. Hey, beautiful heart. Shayna Boykin. How are y'? All.
Ms. Solo?
Ms. Pennsylvania? All right.
I'm glad y' all are here.
So, Kelly, answer my question down below of. Hey, Pamela, what you were talking about, where you wanted to know where ratings were coming from. I can't tell y' all enough about this doggone candle, though. And the reason that I keep talking about it is because I lit it. Madison came in the house and said, oh, that smells good. Then she came back and said, mama, I smell this candle all upstairs like this candle. I'm gonna have to put it out in a minute because it's too close to me and it's kind of strong. I mean, it puts aroma throughout your house, and it's really pleasing and nice. And then this. This wooden wick, it's just amazing. She has a whole story about the wooden wick. I don't necessarily know about the story. She has candle care tips. Do not burn candle for more than four hours of time. Trim the wooden wick 18 prior to each burn. Don't let the wick trimmings, ash, dust, or debris accumulate in the wax pool. So, I mean, she has a few things that.
You have to kind of. To put it out. You have to put it out by the. With the actual wax in the camera, I mean, in the candle. So you gotta let it burn a little bit and then close it and. And rotate it to create an even burn. I love it, though. Love it, love it, love it. So if you're into candles, I just thought I'd share that. Of course, I share with y' all everything that I get, so. But, man, when I think a lot of it, I'm like, oh, I gotta tell them about this. This. This thing is just amazing.
Okay, I'm gonna leave the candle alone. How's everybody doing? It's one of those things that you're not supposed to blow out, though. That's crazy. Oh, I'm sexy. Thank you.
Thank you, thank you. I appreciate it. I try. I didn't used to wear makeup at all. I've never been a makeup person, so 2020 was my year of makeup. And. And I actually did it for y' all so I could look nice. I'm trying to get that glare out of my doggone glasses. Let me see. See, I can't read no comments like this, so it might be cute, but I'm blind as two bats and a fish. A fish with the film. You know how when they about to die, they get that film? Yeah, that's me. I have to put my glasses back on. Saint Y' all want me to see anything? Hey, Kimmy. Vet Pamela, Miss Anita. Thank y' all again for my awesome testimonials. I do appreciate it. It made me feel extremely special.
I want to really know what y' all want to talk about tonight. I mean, of course I have my ideas because I wanted to get Sean on here. Sean with crazy butt.
And just chat it up, see if y' all have any questions for him. And if you do, you can definitely ask him, but, you know, that's my dog. Have yalls week been. Did y' all get a lot of business? It's been a man. My phone has been Ringing with text messages and everything else with people working to, you know, close loans. So have y' all gotten a lot of pings on your phone? Have you done a lot of closings? Do you see, I want. You know what? Put a one in the, in the chat, if you see how you could make 10 to $20,000 a month in this, in this field.
Does that seem hard to you? Does that seem doable? Do you see how it's done? Put a 1 in the chat if you see how that's done. That's important to me because it's doable. So I want to know how many people, how many of you see that that's possible? Are you seeing that in the marketplace? Are you seeing how that's possible? Because again, when you get direct jobs, you're getting them at 175 to $200 a job.
And I know y' all know $500 a week, that's $10,000 a month. Three jobs at $200 a piece. Two, four, six. That's $600 in a week. So you're gonna make over 10,000 in a month. Three days, three closings. I'm sorry, three closings a week if you get direct business. So I want you to understand that it's doable, man. And you ain't killing yourself when you go direct. You need three jobs a week. Three.
Surely that's easy.
Put a two in the chat if you are making or are close to making that 10 to 20.
Close to it. You making it? Are you close to it?
And Ms. Solo, I need to understand why you are not getting a lot of notifications because I don't understand that. Have you signed up with.
Notarize, I mean not notarize, signing order? Do you have a lot of zip codes? You know, are you willing to go all over. You know what? So I had an idea. I'm so glad you said that, Lynn. About that doggone printer. For individuals who are looking for a printer, I thought of something because we use printers, paper and all of this stuff all the time. Why are we buying printers? Let's think about that. In jobs, even in corporate America, they don't buy those printers, they rent them.
So there are places in my city, in your city that will rent a printer. And when it breaks down, we are not trying to figure out how to fix this doggone printer, right? It may cost us $100 a month for the printer, but that's a tax write off.
Haha. That's a tax write off for that, right? And it's low entry. You can rent a printer for, I'm sure shoot a hundred dollars or less for the type of printers that I remember when I had a office, because I had a whole office building and I'm, I can tell you for sure, I probably spent 250 for those industrial size printers that have all of the trays. I mean the big old huge printer, I was leasing it for 250. So I think it would be really, really nice if you took a look at that. Ashley did. Oh, thank you Cicely, I appreciate it. Ashley did some research for me and looking for those printers. I have to follow up with her. Let me send Sean a message to let him know that I sent emailed him.
But yeah, I thought of that. I mean I think it's a good idea. Of course, you know, when I'm sure you're thinking, well why would I pay a hundred dollars a month possibly. I doubt if it's a hundred dollars because if that big open was 250, why in the world with that small one smaller wouldn't be a hundred. But it's worth looking at, especially for the tax write off purposes. Yeah, it's coming out of your money, but it's something to think about. If you don't have any, if you don't have the money to get a 300, $400 printer, you can get the top of the line printer and lease it. And you want a printer that prints out, a laser printer that prints out super quickly. Right.
You know Michelle, cost effective.
From the standpoint of when my hp, when I had problems with that HP and I needed somebody to come out and repair it. From a leasing standpoint, you just get a whole nother printer.
If you are doing enough jobs, which in my household we were, it was cost effective. Absolutely. Because that printer stayed hot. Like I mean if you think in one day somebody doing four or five signings, think about that. Four or five signings, 400 pages each. Let's just use that. So what, what is that number of pages? So let's say four sign ins times 400 pages, that's what? 1600, 1600 whatchamacallit.
Mariama is texting me. She just is crazy. But yeah, so.
Oh thank you Lynn. Yeah, but so I mean it depends on your situation of whether or not that's cost effective. There are people out there who have not started doing their notarizations because they're waiting on a printer. So this is just an option for those people to go on and get you started. See if you can rent one. You know, there was a backlog on printers where a lot of printers weren't available. See if you can rent one. Is it cost effective? My personal opinion, if you have enough. If you have the volume of jobs, it is, because that's wear and tear on a printer, too. So one day you're gonna have a job and that printer is going to be tripping and you're gonna lose your mind because you have a close thing. Yeah, done that before.
Hey, Sean.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. Oh, Robin, you do rip yours. That's awesome. So. So how much is it, Robin, for you to rent your printer?
And my candle is over here. So for the new people who are just coming in, I was telling everybody. I'm trying to find a light. I was telling everybody about my butt naked candle.
That's it. And I put the link in. In the description. It has a wooden wicked. It sounds like a chimney crackling over here. This. This little small candle has lit up my whole house. It's called Butt Naked. The fragrance is everything.
I love it, love it, love it. So I wanted to share it with y'. All. The way you put it out is with the actual.
With the wax, so it's interesting.
Okay. I did an intro notary class this weekend that was very successful. 20 attendees. I see the promised land.
Okay, so, wow, that's really, really good. Okay, so when you say you see the 10 to 20, do you see it from an educational standpoint or do you see it from actually doing the notary public loan signing agent work?
It's open book. Sassy. V. Do not be nervous about that test girl going to get it over with.
I promise you it's not that hard. So $37 a month. Robin said that she's renting her printer for $37 a month. So, Michelle, there you go.
It's not a hundred. Like I said, that big old industrial printer was 250. Now, that printer for what we do, man, that was worth it because it prints so fast. You're not waiting. You can walk away from it. Who? I loved my printer. I just don't have room for it. Let me bring Sean on. Hey.
You are muted.
Your mic, it says. Okay, there you go. How are you?
You saying something, Sean?
It's always me that can't hear.
It says you're muted again.
I don't know what is on what is on mine where I can't hear.
You are welcome. You are welcome. Okay, so can y' all hear me clearly? I just Want to make sure. I don't know why when certain people come on man, I can't hear them. That's just crazy as I'll get out. It's irritating. So, okay, so y' all can see the promised land. Okay, now I can hear. Sean.
I heard you a little bit. Say something.
Hello. I switched cameras. The one you don't like. I was trying to get you on a clear camera.
I wonder why I couldn't hear you.
I don't know. Can you hear me now?
I can. Hey, Cynthia. That's my friend. That's my friend.
Everybody, as you guys come into the room, I want to thank you again for all of the testimonials. It warmed my heart. What I needed that day was to see yalls faces because like here some of y' all have your picture up. The picture I'm talking about is smaller than small, so I can't see it. Some people don't have a picture up. So I. I feel like sometimes I'm talking to myself on here. Even though I'm looking at the chat, it's still not a two way full conversation. So I wanted to see Yalls faces and I appreciate y' all for doing that for me. Ms. Beautiful Heart asked a question here. She said, TJ, do you think New York is too competitive to make good money? Do we have anybody in New York in the house? And. And Sean just shook his head no, absolutely not.
I have a New York notary contact. She's not even official.
Loan signing agent and she's making a killing. She's already with signing a signing the title companies. She's already skipped past signing stuff.
I love it.
Yeah.
So beautiful heart, that answers your question. And, and I don't believe that anyway, man, it's always enough money because for one what I'm seeing is a lot of people are coming into this business and they are not getting the proper education that they need. One reason maybe because they can't afford it. Another reason because a lot of people think they can figure stuff out on their own and they're making a lot of mistakes. When you make a lot of mistakes, you get barred. And in the back end people will not start, will not send you jobs. And when other companies look they can see those comments against you. So they're like, eh, I don't want to deal with it. And they won't even give you a chance. So that's one thing. And then you know you have a lot of new people on YouTube. I commend everyone for getting their hustle on. I do. But watch who you take recommendations from on how to fill these documents out and what these people are looking for. If somebody has the exact same experience as you versus been doing this since 2013, 2016, who has more experience. Experience and has seen more of a variety of what. What's going on in the market. And I'm not saying don't follow them, because I do, too. I follow their journey. I love seeing them. I mean, I'm rooting for y' all 1000%, but when it comes to. And I'm not hating, I promise to God. But I just want y' all to be accurate. Right? Provide accurate information. Hey, Chantelle. Chantelle Said. Chantelle Banks is asking about the Detroit area. Do y'. All. Anybody in Detroit. Does anybody think that the Detroit area is saturated? If Houston ain't saturated, Nowhere is saturated. That's just my. My opinion.
I mean, I think it's doable. Shunlock. Shun. Shunlock Queen, why have you not gotten any jobs?
What companies are you signed up with? Why do you think you haven't gotten any jobs yet?
Awesome. Awesome, awesome.
I'm just looking back over the comments here.
Okay, so Thomasina said.
Yep. Truth be extremely mindful because the title companies are beginning to see the errors from newbies and they don't like it. No, they don't. And this is a job where, man, I mean, you have to be accurate because people are trying to close on their homes. And let me tell you what's going on with me. I'm probably in the market to buy a house. I would like to house hack, but I don't see anything available right now in my market for me to do that. So I don't know. I'm probably just gonna get. Get a house for me in Madison. And I want my documents right. Because that slows down my closing and I can't close them myself. So guess what? I'm gonna have to get one of y'. All. I don't feel like my stuff being wrong. Look, I don't want to be sitting at the closing table with you checking your. Checking my documents to make sure you ain't make no mistakes. So.
So you're going to do them electronically with Death row notary, right?
Oh.
Tell us about that, Sean. How's that going?
Yeah, the. The wrong world is. Has been good to me. I'm doing a lot of closings online, specifically with notarized.com.
For all those who, you know, don't know about it. I moved up pretty fast. You Know, I started in the, what they call the traditional notary.
Started from the bottom. Now we're here.
Yeah, and then I went to the business queue. Now I'm in the real estate queue. And then the next one, the next level is going to be.
The what they call BYOT Q. So basically, basically it's bringing your own transactions to it.
Yeah, there's no ETA for that, but that's, that's the next level. But the real estate Q, I, E, you know, loan signing agent Q, it's the real deal I don't have.
So you know what question I always ask you, Sean? What's that?
What?
How much money you making?
Okay, so I topped out at 2, 000 so far in one week. And these are 25 transactions. $2,000, that was my highest gross. And that again, I'm, I haven't pushed it all the way live yet. And I, I did that probably the last two weeks of the month.
I do notice that, you know, you're gonna, you know, like, like traditional notaries when you're closing, when you do loan closings and stuff from the 15th until end of the month is hopping. You still get your business going the 1st to the 15th, but 15 to end it is jumping on there.
Wow. Okay, so 2,000 a week, you've capped out.
Why do you think that's my highest Grossing week was 2000. I can, I can do a thousand a week with my eyes closed, easy.
And I'm averaging.
30 to 45 minutes per closing. Like the lender side, meaning a buyer is trying, is doing a closing. Those run me about 45. You got to fill out all the, you know, the Patriot act and the, the deed. Their documents are longer if it's on the seller side. They run pretty quick sometimes. One transaction might be seven pages, but I'm still getting paid 25. So that's like 10 minutes of work.
All right, so Ms. Anita said, how do you get into the real estate queue?
You, you have to have stellar performance with your, your customer rating. You have to have like, I think it's a 4.5 or better. It's 5 stars. So I think you gotta have like, you know, 4.8, 4.9, something like that. Excuse me, 4.4 or better. But the first thing is step one, you got to do 50 signings. Excuse me, 50. Notorio Acts Error free in the traditional notary queue. Step two, you get promoted to the business queue. The business queue is no joke either. You're getting five dollar transactions, but they're coming in Fast and furious. It's this form called the 1583 form. Everybody and their mama are filling this form out for the United States post office. So even then I was still averaging, I don't know, maybe.
5, 6, $700. Doing that in the beginning.
You get proficient, and then at that point now you have an option to bounce between the traditional notary queue and the business queue. And then you get the 401k rollovers, etc, coming through there. Yeah. So basically it's a structured queue with structured client documentation. You know what's coming at you, you know where you got to fill it out, do your certificates and your stamps and keep it pushing. When you go into the, the retail queue, it's just a free for all. You don't know what you're getting, what's going on. But it's more like it's called business for a reason. You're doing a lot of vital statistics.
Notarizations, you know, people trying to get the birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate, whatever, 401k. And that 1583 form, that's the one that'll wear you out.
Okay.
Question. So she says she's done 200 signings already, 200 transactions, and notarized.
What's the time frame? Well, I'm curious to know. I've done. I'm at, I don't know, 1200.
And I'm still on the low end. There's people out there who's done like 20,000.
Okay.
Okay, but when do you get to the, when do you get to the real estate realm? Like, I mean, you know, the real estate closes. You said you just need 50, right?
No, 50 is for the business queue. After that you have to do.
I did double. I think it's like 150.
It might be 150, 200, something like that. And then what you have to do is you gotta start, you know, reaching out, letting them know, hey, I'm ready to, to go to the next level. And you know, your eno has to be a hundred thousand. So if you got 20, because they only require 25 as a, as a run. I started with 50 by default. And then I went up to when I got in the business queue, thinking I could, you know, get in there fast. I went, I went ahead and already have my hundred thousand because I'm doing independent Ron stuff anyway. So by the time I was ready and qualified to go into real estate Q, my credentials and my profile didn't need to change. They just said, okay, he's ready to go. Let's let's add him on in there.
Gotcha. Okay.
And they put you through a training class. And I highly recommend, like I said, know your traditional notorial certificate acts.
Be already a comfortable loan signing agent. You know, they're going there half stepping. They'll call you out. They won't even. You got, you got to pass. They won't even let you through. There's a training class just like on the general side.
Awesome. What cities can, what, what states are, what states can notarize with notarized. Like what, what, what states?
It's Virginia.
Florida, Nevada and Texas.
Okay. And how do you find. Ms. Anita said, how do you find your rating on notarized?
It's right on your profile. You can look at it anytime. They don't hide it from you.
And Ms. Lynn said, is there room for a newbie to do Ron?
That's why I recommend you start if you're a newbie, think of notarized as the same level as a signing service versus jumping straight into a title company. Go there to make your mistakes.
Understand what you're doing, figure it out.
Will they ban you though, like they do in the, in the, you know.
No, they send, what they do is they send the customer back. When you're at that low level, they just send the customer back for free.
Okay.
And they.
Correct the mistakes or whatever, you know, say, I'm not saying going there and like abuse it. But what I'm saying is even when I, when I first stepped foot in the Ron world, I knew the regular rules to become a notary and how.
To notarize the common certificates.
Right. I already knew the rules. I was versed in that. So this is just a digital format of doing the same thing you do on paper.
And so if you need more information on how to, how to notarize the combinatorial documents, certificates, I have a video on that. Just look through my videos and you'll see it. Ms. Kim Yvette said, what type of signings do you do for the $25?
I'm doing deeds. I'm doing.
Land.
Mortgage related, right?
Yeah, they're all, they're all mortgage related.
Okay.
Okay. And what are some good RON companies for newbies?
Again, notarized. Now, outside of that, I'm still doing some research because I want to go back and find some because not everybody can be in those four states. Obviously.
The fastest thing to do is check your local.
SOS website. Look under the application to become Iran and they have a listing, a recommended listing for their state they'll tell you what they allow. And it's like I said, it's not an end all, be all list. But they'll have at least, you know, anywhere from four to 10 recommendations right off the bat. That's your best. That's the fastest way to understand what you qualify for in your state.
So you said Virginia, Texas, where else?
Nevada and Florida. That's notarized.com. you can sign up to be on a waiting list. And I do recommend that because they have an option if your state's not in, that is not ready to be, go live, just sign up in the waiting list because you never know, you know what time they're going to open that up and you'll get notified, but don't wait on it. In particular, I'll say, like Texas is in there. But I also know Texas has a. They have some local RON company that they only need. They only want Texas notaries that are runs based on the documents. It's a RON platform. I don't remember the name of it.
So let's look it up. Texas RON platform.
Oh, shot. You gotta give me that information.
I have to dig it out because.
I'm not seeing it. I'm searching for it now, y'. All.
Yeah, dig it out for me so that I can let everybody know.
Texas land entitled Doc Verify.
Somebody's asking about New York. I'll tell you now. New York is under a, an emergency executive order. They don't have the credentials to become Iran. You can become Iran in New York. You can't work for notarized is what I'm saying. But they have the RON credentials. I mean, they don't have the RON credentials to work for notarized dot com. But you can become a wrong for the New York State. It's a whole different process. They're very manual.
Okay.
How long does it take to get accepted with notarized?
Like a couple days. I, I've had note, I've had notaries come in my queue and I'm notarizing their application to work for notarized. That was a crazy one too.
And so with the training videos and all that stuff that you have to take with Notarize, it just takes like you said, a day or two.
Their training is one hour and it's one day. Then they, they send you off into a simulation queue and they let you play with that and study the material until you're comfortable to schedule a test taken with your trainer. And they're just going to say, you know, watch you and See, are you familiar? Are you comfortable with the platform? Once you get comfortable platform and you know, they. It's the. The test is. Is designed to help you pass. It's not. They're not like, you know, standing over you waiting for you to mess up and be like, oh, you don't pass. Not like, you know, taking your driver's license or something like that.
And they'll coach you, tell you what you're missing, and then send you on your way.
So, Sean, what would you do if you are not in a state that. Where notarized accepts clients? What would you do? Would you Google?
How would you find a company where you can perform run jobs? What platforms allow it in your state?
I. I would. The first thing I did. Excuse me, was Google.
Ron Jobs.
Ron platforms. And again, the Secretary of State gave me a lot of ideas. Get on pavaso.com and see who they associate themselves with. I learned that even from you. They've changed their website around, but they used to have this link where you could go in and see on the back end all the companies they associate themselves with. And then from that point, you start reaching out.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. And Ms. Paula said, go ahead, you can go.
No. And that's for. Again, we're talking the independent, the contractor side of it.
Okay. Ms. Paula said, what state are you in?
Virginia.
And Ms. Lynn said Maryland has RON platforms as well.
Right, exactly. And ironically, Virginia and Maryland right next to each other, and they're not on the. They're not on notarized platform, which is, you know, it crazy to me, but they would have, for whatever reason. They have a good reason not to be. But locally, somebody's running a platform within that state. And that's what I'm saying about the states that. That aren't listed on notarized. Check your local listings. That they would say. And somebody's running a statewide RON platform for you to get on. I've seen some in Arizona as well. Some of those, they were even paying $50 a transaction.
Anonymous, what's your name? Anonymous. Anonymous says Seattle side Hustle has a free list. You can make a donation, but it isn't required.
Yeah, Seattle side Hustle is very good at what she does.
What is. That's a YouTube channel.
Yes. So, yeah, it's a young lady, she's.
Oh, that's awesome. Yeah, that's awesome. So, yeah, I mean, if somebody is giving y' all something, make a donation, $5.
You probably should have her on. On your show, to be honest.
Okay, let me write her Down. Write her name down. I love people, man. I'm. I. Hey, listen, Seattle side hustle. I never. You know, man, I'm so doggone busy. I see.
But I don't. I definitely don't mind shouting people out. Okay. Ms. Vicki for Ron. She did the research. Awesome. I definitely will. Perfect. Perfect. Ms. Chelsea Williams, say hi from Virginia.
Hello. Hello.
Why doing your bare white voice tonight? What's going on with you?
This is normal.
I'm just sexy like that.
What you mean bare white? Yeah, boy, stop playing. Hello. No, I'm just playing you.
Wow.
My dog. All right, beautiful people. Do y' all have any other questions for Sean or any question period?
Yeah, yeah. Fire them away. Get what you can.
Absolutely.
So while y' all are writing in your questions, I wanted to let you know once again about the group training that we are offering.
It will be held. One moment.
The boss, Mariama, said it'll be held on the weekend of April 3rd. Let me go back to her text.
We fight so much. If y' all saw these texts, y' all would be like, y' all are really crazy. Like full fledged. Okay. She said April 3rd from 6 to 8. April 3rd from 6pm to 8pm Central Standard Time. April 3rd. If you need the URL, it is. I'll put it down here. HTTP.

Notary Mentorship.
Let me make sure if anybody wants to do that conversion of becoming a. From a traditional to Iran. I, you know, I offer my training class as well.
Absolutely.
And let me put in your. Do you know the link, Sean?
No. You have it. I don't. I wasn't. You know how you always hit me up last minute so I'll add gone.
C, A, L, E, N D.
E, N, D L, Y. Let me look it up.
I know it, but I don't know it like that.
I thought you had it like on hot link or something, you know, ready to go.
I don't. I just know it in my brain because you my dog and everything, but.
I know it's a calendar link and they can.
It is.
And how much is it for them to contact you and go through?
I give them a discount, 85. I normally chose 100, but I do it for 85. That's mentorship. If you want the DYI was it do it yourself DY then that's $20. It's just. It's a document and you can go through it. So it just depends on whatever your. Your budget, your, you know, discipline.
I see myself. So I'm on my phone Y', all, I have to.
Oh, there it is.
I'm goofy. All right, I just put the calendar link in there.
So there's Sean's calendar link. I think I put it in there, y'. All. Dang. Did it go?
I wonder, can you pin a couple of messages? Okay, so let me see. Did I pin it? Yes, it went. Yay. Tj.
What is gnw UN notarized? What is that? Are there any gnw UN notarized?
Hey, Pamela.
Where did you see G and notary? Oh, general notary work. That's not.
That's what you start off in the retail queue.
You start off with general notary work on notarized Kim event.
Dang, I forgot to put what that was.
Let me see. DJ Sean, should I go through my state or nnat get started with Ron?
Depends on how your answer. This is from Angela Art. I'm gonna butcher her name. I'll call her Ms. Williams.
But basically, to answer your question, if you have a commission, check your Secretary of State website. Does it require any additional application to become a commission? Remote electronic notary. And then from there.
NNA has, you know, credentials. If you want a tutorial, there's a book, there's all kind of stuff. But this is the stuff I cover in my.
Mentoring class. Like I said, it's not. It's not for everybody. Some people are good at digging out their own information.
So.
Arisha said, TJ, what's going on? April 3rd again? That's my group mentorship. April 3rd, from 6 to 8, Central Standard Time. And the link is here. Bit. Ly.
Notary mentorship.
Okay. And that's Central Standard Time, Group membership. Group mentorship. And there it is. I put it in there again. So what will we be doing in the group mentorship? Real quick, for those of you who want to know.
So a lot of people could not afford $300, but they still want mentorship. Cool. I want everybody to get this thing right. So my cousin and I will be going through the loan document source book that was created by the National Notary Association. The reason that we're doing that is because they're general documents. One, it takes a whole bunch of work to take one of our jobs and black out all of the doggone products. Pertinent confidential information. That's too hard.
And number two, so we'll be going through that book. So my recommendation is for you to get that $40 book and go through it with us. If you don't, that's fine. We'll give you the documents, we'll have them online so that you can see us as we go through it and we'll walk you through various forms of documents. You can also, when you join this program, say for instance, you're currently doing closings and I recommend that if you have only been doing closings from 0 to 12 months, you join this class because you are gonna learn something. I learned something from this girl all the time. There is this freaking black line that looks like a border on the page. A border on the bottom of the dad gum page. That's what I thought it was. I got a ding because I didn't put a signature on the border to pay. That's really what it didn't have. You know, a signature line or how the heck would I have known that? But she knew my cousin say, oh yeah, that happens quite a bit. They want you to sign the client's name there. Why isn't it just a regular like line, A signature line. Anyway, stuff like that. She has all of the tricks, all of the, all of the tricks to the trade. Another good thing that she told me, putting a period. If you don't see a period at the end of a sentence in your notorial certificate, that's a problem. That's a big problem. As a matter of fact, you have to put that period. So she'll be going over things like that, common things that most people miss, that I know only because I've seen, I've worked with her. And we are allowing you, if you're already doing documents, say for instance, you are at a closing and it's just something, you start looking through it and you fill it out but you're not quite sure. You can take a picture of that portion of the document. Make sure that you cross out any confidential information. We don't want to see it. Right. You take a picture of it and email it to supportolutionsbytj.com and we will discuss every little section that y' all give us in that group training as well. So it's a one time payment of $47. One time. You will get access though to the library. So as we continue, continue, continue to do these trainings. If you still want to go in the back end and take a look at what's new and what's going on, get some up to date information. You'll have access to it. So.
That is what is going on. And if you know anybody who wants to become a notary, we'll be discussing that too. So it's going to be Amazing. It's going to be awesome. I'm really excited about it. I know it's going to be great. So pass the word along, people.
All right. See, Hunter, what don't you see?
Oh, I type. I typed that in wrong. HTTP.
Colon, backslash, backslash, bit.ly.
Notary, M, E, N, T, R, S, H, I, P. See, that's what happens when you're doing too much.
Now we always talking about the newbies. I want to also talk about the, the veteran loan signing.
Absolutely.
Agents. If you're already a traditional mobile notary and you just haven't converted to the online world when it comes to loan closings, what I recommend is the platform one notary.
And basically you're bringing your own clients to this platform.
And they have, they have a, they have their own notary queue. But it works a different way. It's independent. So you have to bring 50 clients to them and then they turn you on to their clients and then you kind of work like you're doing in notarized and you're going to get a bigger cut. When you come on to one notary. They have a two payment system, two way payment system. The first way is if I bring a random client that's mine, they charge 25 because that's the run limit. I don't, I think every state might be different, but I know In Virginia it's 25. Out of that 25.
One notary gets 15, I get 10. Now let's say I have a real closing, that I landed a client to do a full closing. So you don't want to seem unprofessional and say, hey, pay this 25 here and then I'm gonna get you on the back. And there's too many transactions. So what one notary out they have is an option, it's a toggle switch. Instead of charging the customer $25, they charge you the notary 25. So let's say you have $125 closing. You're going to make $100 profit because you're going to pay your, your $25 fee up front on the back end. So the, the client doesn't see any of this happening. They just show up with their documents that you close the loan and you go home, you're done.
But, but you have to figure out another way for your client to pay you. Whether it's PayPal, Zelle, Stripe, whatever, they need to pay you a different way. They can't pay you through the platform at that point and they've also upgraded their platform before. You could just log in and throw up any kind of document, whether it's just a quick notarization of a single page, whatever, it's a loan. They actually now have a, A queue. So it depends on what type of document you have. Excuse me. If you have a, you know, just a general notary, you, you go into the general notary section of one notary. Do your, do your job or whatever. If you have a, an actual loan closing, you go into the, the loan signing section of it. And I think that the main difference is.
How many pages you can, you know, upload at one time because, you know, loan packets are pretty big versus like, you know, I got a power of attorney that I'm just trying to notarize for somebody.
Perfect. So y', all, who is that? Anonymous asked Vicki. Girl, you have to change that name on this thing from Anonymous to Vicky. Vicki asked how much is the group mentorship? It's $147. 147.
Oh.
Does it? Because I'm on here.
The link says 149. Does it? I'm in here. I'm seeing. I don't know why. Because I see it anonymous. Are you sure?
Because I'm on here and I'm seeing 147. Let me, let me, let me include y' all on my page.
I'm going to share my screen.
And y' all let me know if y' all are seeing this same thing. Okay, so this is the, this is the training I'm seeing. 147. You can pay through PayPal or PayPal Credit. And so with PayPal Credit, you can pay over time. I can tell you now I've had a three thousand dollar loan for, for, from PayPal where I just pay dog only $28 a month. That's crazy, isn't it? Through paying it off now, but yeah, it's 147. So let me know if y' all see this because this is what it is.
Okay. And then also.
J Love Candle Company.
I wanted y' all to see this one more time because boy, these kind, these candles are the business J Love Candle Company. Oh, the breathe one with the eucalyptus. That's cool. This is the one that I have the butt naked and this cashmere Madison. I don't know. She might be up there. They last a long time. She has a candle in her room as well. Oh wow. That's the wick clipping thing. Rose gold wick trimmers. And see, they aren't even expensive. Like, these are some very good prices. What is the butt naked? So that's a 17 candle, but this thing is gonna last me for centuries. I gotta get my cousin one. My cousin will burn a dog on candle.
So they are awesome, y'. All. Just FYI. Let me see what her gallery. I know, I'm going. I went on to something totally different. I went from notary to candles. I know y'. All. My ADD is acting up today, but look at this.
I'm gonna have to get me one of them Wick. Oh, she has cheerio candles, so she hand makes them. She makes all of these herself. Fruit loops. Yeah, she's amazing. Straight out of H town. All right, let me stop sharing.
Okay, okay. You see now? Thank you. You see? 147. Yay.
I appreciate your platform being open to anyone. Absolutely. Love, man. I. I started doing this for y', all, and. No, that's fine. That's fine. I started doing this for you all, so I'm here for you. I'm not here for me. I want to answer any and every question. No question is dumb. That's why I bring. Oh. If I don't have the expertise in something, then I bring people on. Who do I support? Everybody. You know, even other channels, so. Oh, Linger, you gotta try that camp dog. I know I keep talking about it, but.
The truth. But I love y' all so much. So any other questions? If not, we're gonna get off here. This is so nice, tj. Thanks for sharing. I love you, Alicia, my little lovey dovey self. I'm a mess, huh? Sean? Oh, my God.
What you gonna do with me?
Keep you on the YouTube channel so I don't have to do this every day.
Well, I bring you on when it's necessary.
Thank you, Lynn. I love you. I love you. All right, y', all, so I guess this is it for us this evening. Hope y' all got some value out of this. The candles, the training, especially Sean coming on to bless us with his. His knowledge. If y' all have any questions for him, I put a link in the description or in the chat where you can reach out to Sean for his. His mentorship. How long is Sean's mentorship?
Oh, it's.
It's like an hour. But I, you know.
Get on the call. I'll let you answer all your questions. I don't. I. I book. I space out my appointments enough to give you time, so, you know, I'm not rushing you off or anything, but I get straight to the point. You know, like, like TJ said, box of rocks. You understand plain English? What's going on? I give you all the, the detail pointers. It's one on one. Also make you work the screen. I'm not just talking and presenting. I make you open up your laptop, share your screen. I'm telling you what to click, where to save, save this favorite. You know, go to this website, run example, stuff like that. I'm. It's very interactive. I'm not just spewing information with a Pre. With a PowerPoint or anything like that. You're on the real sites that I go to and you're learning by doing.
I love it. That's good, Sean. That's good. Now for this camera downstairs, you need to get another doggone webcam.
Turn on my other invite. It's.
It's there.
That's the clear camera, but you can't hear me.
What other invite?
You don't. I'm sitting in the queue on, on the back with your. Backstage with another camera. You don't see it?
No, I don't.
Yeah, it says you're. You're backstage waiting.
No, it's just one. You just. There's just one. I only see one.
Hold on.
Oh, there you go.
Oh, don't unmute it. Try not to, but yeah, so that sounds good. I love that. And you said you normally charge a hundred, but if people are interested. How you gonna know? Just, they just need to tell you that they saw you on.
Yes. TJ's name and you get, you get the discount.
Okay. Sean, they said, what made you become a notary?
I came.
I.
Look, I've always wanted to do something in real estate, so what I did was I explored every level. First, I explored the real estate agent section. I explored the, the broker priced opinion. I explored flipping, I explored wholesaling, I explored.
Property preservation, every aspect of it. And I landed in the notary. My mother's a notary. And I didn't realize, you know, what, you know, that had all these opportunities, so I hit a certain age and I, I wanted, you know, do my own thing, write my own ticket, make my own hours, and also want to have time to enjoy not thinking. Because let's be real, you're doing, you're pointing and clicking, telling people where to sign. Just like a loan signing agent. It's. It's not rocket science. Once you understand long, you do a good job knowing, you know, the documents, learning documents and keeping up with all the notorial acts and laws. Yeah, I just want to simplify my life. And I like, I enjoy changing people's lives when they're signed, signing for their home, selling their home, making great business contacts, you know, talking to people all around the world. That's the other. That's the other advantage of being a remote notary versus a traditional. You traditionals are dealing with, you know, county wide and, you know, they got to stop it, you know, not, you know, nine, ten o'. Clock. Don't worry about in your house late. I'm a remote note. I do 24 hours a day. I'm making friends in France, Africa, as well as, you know, the 50 states. So I'm lazy. I like to sit home and be on my computer. If I leave my house, I'm going to another state or another country on some vacation. I don't really want to go out the house and, you know, covet. It just didn't work. You know, it works out. So I became. Because this is my lane for real estate. I'm. I'm in. I'm in the. I'm like a. What do you call it? A arms dealer. I don't care who's on side of the war. I'm in the middle. I got the bullets. You got to go through me with the transaction of the paperwork between the buyer and the seller. That's how. That's where I roll. And that's what. That's why I became a notary, because I'm. I'm smacking the middle. It doesn't matter if there's a upside in the market. Real estate market, doesn't matter. Downside. You know, like they said, wealth is not lost, it's just transferred. So in the middle of the transfer is me.
I love that. So that's why that was good. Okay, Sean, I'm steal that because that is. That's. That was good. That was good. Y'. All, Real quick, please like this video. If you are getting good information, please do not leave here without liking this video. If you are new to the channel, subscribe. Subscribe. Bobby, what are you saying? 4.3 47. What is that?
You are welcome, Lynn Platinum. Well said. Thank you for answering my question. And I love it. I know. Middle of the transfer. Okay. I thought the baby. That was good. That was good. We got a new one. All right. So, Ali Mac. Hi.
I am new and just received my commission letter in the state of South Carolina.
Right. What is the next step in becoming a mobile notary public loan signing agent? And is there any mentorship in Charleston, South Carolina, that you'd recommend? So the next step is to go to the National Notary Association. Call them. Do not go on that doggone website. Because I don't know why. It's just getting. It's a lot. Call them. That's the easiest way. Let them know that you want to become a notary public loan signing agent in your state. They are going to offer you different platforms. I personally got the most expensive offer that they had.
Which is I think 200 and something dollars. That's what I got because it comes with the notary public loan signing agent book. And the book for their certification on NNA is an open book untimed test. So it's super simple.
So book right here.
Hold it up.
Yeah, I'm trying to get the page so I can give everybody this free nugget.
Oh, yes.
It'S the book.
She's talking about.
School back some. Yep. Hold. Go up some. Hold it up. That's it, y'. All. Okay, now what pages?
Start on page 72. Code of conduct or what is the.
Name of the book?
Study guide. Yeah.
Let'S see.
Yeah, you can zoom in and see.
The.
Notary public loan signing agent certification.
There's also NNA has a link for the code of conduct. You can.
Online as far as the answers. But page 72 of that book is where you pass the test. That's a free nugget. It's open book test. Anyway, you can't really mess it up. But from 72 on is how you.
Pass the test from 72 pages.
72.
It's called the coder code of conduct.
Typing it in for y'. All.
All right, that was a nugget. Now you hear that, Ali Mac? He just told you the page to pass the doggone test. Amazing.
Okay, let me see. All right. Open book. Yep. Ali Mac got the information she needed. Amber Richardson, what platform do you recommend for e notary Sean?
Amber, are you doing your own documents or are you wanting for wanting to get clients from a platform?
Also Let me wash while she answers that. Let me give you guys the distinction between an electronic notary and a remote notary. Remote notary is what I can do from a distance. Electronic notary is what you can do up close and personal like a traditional notary with your laptop. The only difference is you don't have paper. You don't have to deal with a printer. You're just walking in there with your laptop and your Adobe PDF files of a loan packet, and you having them sign digitally, electronically. That's an electronic notary. And, yes, you can do that. So even if your state doesn't qualify for.
Notarized.Com.
But your state has remote notarization or electron notarization credentials, commissions get the commission and then become an electronic notary. You just riding around with your laptop closing loans.
I love it.
Okay, so. Oh, you also asked, where could you get mentorship? So I'm offering group mentorship for 147 doll. I have pinned.
The link within the whatchamacallit. Let me pin another one.
Hold on.
I don't see it. Okay, there.
I'll pin this one instead. So I pinned the message in there for the group mentorship. It's $147.
And we also offer one on one mentorship. The one on one mentorship is $300. Get this. But after you take this group mentorship, and you still want me to look at your documents, your documents with you, you'll just pay the difference between that 147 and that 300, right?
So you can't lose. You cannot lose. And, y', all, I want to fill this thing up. I want a whole bunch of people there.
Mariama said no, only 67 people. She's mean. Mean little old girl, mean. But I said, okay, 67. So y' all come on. I'm gonna let you in. Don't she. We just not gonna tell her. But I'm gonna let you in. So you tell your friends. Come on.
Okay, guys, so it is. We are at an hour and five minutes. I love it. I love it, I love it. Thank y'. All. Make sure that you like this channel, subscribe, turn on the notification bell, and like this video. It's important to me. I thank y' all for everything. We are here for you. We're giving you all of the doggone nuggets that we can on Sunday. You could be doing anything else, but you choose. You chose to join me, and I am so appreciative. This is TJ with solutions by tj. Along with Sean, I wish he put his name on there with Death Row Notary with his crazy self. So I. I gotta say this real quick. Sean does not like getting on video.
I only do.
Tj. I do not like it.
He cuss, scream, and fuss the whole time. Be on here. So I appreciate you, my dog. Thank you so much. And y' all have a great evening and great week. Make it epic. I'm looking for y' all to be great. All right. Good night.
Good night.
