It look good.
Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. And I'm live.
You've been temporarily blocked from performing this action. Okay, whatever. So for whatever reason, I can't get on Facebook.
They can't see you.
Come over this way. This is Madison and Aries.
They are retarded. And that's blue in the background.
How is everyone? They went to Eris's friend's birthday party. And cheer. Cheer. What is it? Tryouts? Hey, close that door in there to Blur.
Hey, the four people that are on I don't know what's going on with Facebook. Let me try to.
See what's going on.
It says that Facebook didn't connect for some reason.
Don't know why, but.
I have no clue of why this didn't connect to Facebook. It didn't connect to Facebook last week either.
Interesting.
Oh, okay. I'm live on one on Facebook. Hold on. Let me see. Maybe if I try it again.
If at first you don't succeed.
Try again, die. I don't know the words to that song, y'. All. All right, so it did. It connected to every one of them. Let's see if I could do the Millennial master class.
How are y' all doing this week? This has been an amazing week for me. I'm excited. I have my good coffee over here. Hey, gold digger. Hey. I'm glad that you were able to join, too. Yeah. Y', all, this is my elementary school cup. J.C. sanderson elementary. Can y' all look. Let me turn it the other way. It's the old green. We were the bumblebees.
Y' all don't know nothing about that. Straight out of that Trinity Gardens.
Nah. Trend. That's. J.C. sanderson was my. My.
Elementary school. Yeah. Burbank Middle School. So I messed with this color a little bit, and I have on some new blush today. Y' all do me a favor. Madison, come here real quick.
Never mind. I got it.
All right. I flipped it. Oh. Get that blue cord and plug me into the.
To the whatchama thingy doodly do. Am I clear? Hey, IT guy. Just yourself off the tie again.
If at first you don't succeed. Okay, that's the words. You over there cracking up, laughing at me. That don't make no sense. How have you been? What have you been up to?
You don't say nothing until I do something dumb. Get the whole thing out of there, please.
Yeah, until. And it's a silly moment. Every Sunday Funday. Get the whole thing out of there. What didn't you understand? No. All of the blue needs to come out. You have to pick it up before you break it.
Hey, Kenyana, how are you? Thank you. I don't know how Shami put it in there, but it's all tangled.
Yes. So, yeah, it's been an amazing week, man. Let's see. I. I did some training. Oh, I did a lot.
So one of the things that I did, I went to.
A networking event.
Since I've been doing the short term rentals, you know, I've changed the auspice of what I do under the short term rentals. I used to call it short term rentals, but I have so many of them since I have nine. And I basically have a whole 10 unit apartment complex. I now call it a boutique hotel. That helps me to get in the mind frame of Chick. You are in the hospitality business, right? So boutique hotel. The name of it is Clue. Cliu. Join me on Instagram and, and Facebook under CLIU Houston. CLIU Houston. And I. I joined the Greater Houston Visit. Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau. And they had an awesome Christmas networking event. And let me tell you something about me. I talk a lot, but I. I have the nerve to be halfway shy. Y' all don't believe that. I'm serious. It is weird to just get up and talk to people like at an event that you don't know. That networking thing is different. Okay? I didn't turn the heat on. Do y' all see this personal summer I'm over? Did y' all see me just go through that whole personal summer? I'm about to pass out. Hold on. I'll be back.
It.
Okay, here I come, y'. All. I'm sorry.
Almost passed out. TJ is shy. I'm trying to tell you. I am. Because you're walking up to people that you do not know, have never met before. And you got to do this. Hi, my name is tj. I. I own a boutique hotel called Clue. It's like. And then they're in the midst of their own conversation.
It's weird and nerve wracking, but I force myself to do it. Like I jump out there and force myself to do it. I mean, even with cold calls, who wants to do it? Who likes doing that? But if you gonna win, man, you gotta go get it. That's just it. In all of these businesses that we talk about, in the notary business, in short term rentals, in everything that we do, we have to go get it. We have to talk to people, we have to network in order to get more business. So.
But it got. Listen. So I'm sitting in my living room and I don't see anybody in here. It's just a camera. I mean, I see y' all talking over there and everything, but I'm just on camera being silly. And you see. Wait, hold on, let me show you. You see that personal summer right? Right here. I'm glistening. Oh, babe, I didn't. Broke out into a full fledged sweat that don't make no tank Gone since.
I know, I know, I know. But it's still different. It's like nerve wracking at first when I first go out there and then I warm up and people are always nice and generous and one thing about the hotel industry in Houston, every single time I go out. So now they have African American people that are in the sales managerial positions within hotels. And.
Every time I see them, it's the. It's the black code, right? It's, you know, it ain't that many of us, girl. So we got you. And they start giving me all of these resources and giving me content. It's a blessing, man. I can't help. I'm gonna win. I'm gonna win. It's been a crazy start with this short term rental thing. That's why I did that video. Hey, look, don't know about. Don't let these people fool you like it's all grapes and Kool Aid. It's that it's, you know, it has its ups, it's downs, and it's side to side. And you have to be my personal opinion. Number one, I get a mentor that was in my city. Number two, I'd get a mentor that I can touch that if something goes wrong, she or he is right there with me the whole time next to me saying, look, we're gonna work this out. Calm yourself down. We got it. And they're there with you trying figuring it out with you, you know, while you're going through it. So.
Yeah. Yep, yep, yep. I've learned a whole lot this week, man. Whole, whole lot. Whole lot. Some awesome.
Yes, I am.
Oh, you know, I still have not gotten that black co hash. Is it appeal? I can't even imagine what black co hash looks like. I'm gonna have to Google it.
I'm gonna have to google it.
Hey, is your name Oswald? Tell me if I got it right. Oswald. I think that's it.
Good evening. How y' all doing?
Hola, Esmerci 09.18. I got it right. Yay.
Yeah. So.
Baby, what y' all think Black. Black cohosh look like. Oh, I gotta let me. Okay. We're going on a trip on our favorite rocket ship. Cause I'm shut the screen because I need to see black co hash.
I took the bee pollen y' all told me to take. It ain't do nothing.
Black.
Cohash cohosh.
Oh, okay. Let me see. It's just an appeal form.
Okay. I could do that.
Oh, hot flash relief.
Oh, okay.
Okay, I'm gonna get it. Thank you.
I do appreciate that. It's a vitamin. Gotcha. Okay. Cool beans. I did read my email. Thank you. Thank you. Well, okay, Oswald, I ain't gonna lie. I ain't read the whole thing, but I saw that you sent me an email. I started reading it, my ADD kicked in and God. Yeah, I think I read the first sentence. I looked at it. I was like, oh.
And so I'm gonna go back now that you said something. I'm gonna go back and I'm gonna read the whole thing. What was you talking about? Yeah.
Shut up, Blue. She think we in here having too much fun without her and she does not like it.
Can y' all see me clearly or is it fuzzy on yalls in And I hope the picture is better. It was. I had this yellow stuff going on in the picture, so I was trying to.
Okay, I'm about to read it now. Can I read it online, Oswald? Because we can go now. Oh, it ain't nothing to it but to do it. Let me close all these screens out.
Okay. Well, I don't know if you said yes or no, but we going.
You probably said yes. I'll look back. Hold on, hold on. Let me make sure. Oops.
Oh.
No. He is not happy. I'm not worried about Blue, though. She better sit herself down and relax.
Okay, Amanda.
Oswald. Okay.
I'm off to bed. After I send this email. This is for Mr. Oswald.
I have two cell phones with two numbers. One was issued for the company, so when 6pm hits, that phone is shut off. Okay.
I use. The cell phone company I use is hello Mobile. I don't care about having that. I know, right? Okay. I could be missing out on other opportunities for the day. Yeah, I don't care. Because I prefer normalcy over the rat race. You know what income level I want you do everything on the sun to get there. Me? No. 1099 operates my business, okay? Oh, Ring Boost.
That's where you bought the vanity number from.
Gotcha. I understood what you said about the vanity number last week. You use Google Voice for business too? The difference is after adding your cell phone number to it. I unlinked the cell number because it rang on its own through the app. I think a lot of people didn't understand that feature.
Okay. That alliance virtual business address.
And when Loot TV came out, I got this device sent to me at the business address. I don't personally use the device, but I will soon in my new project is Loop TV is like you going to an office to see there are TV screens all over. You're like, at some point. That is expensive cable. Nope. It's. Oh, okay. Okay. So I can share this with everyone.
Okay.
Let me see how to share. I'm just gonna copy and paste it into the chat. I don't know if it's gonna work. Giving you a cheat sheet on some products. Share if you choose Control C.
I don't see no cheat sheet. Let me see. There's no attachment on here as well.
You see.
I don't see a cheat sheet. But I put the information.
Over here.
Doesn't mean I am.
I'm gonna have to do it in. It went to three. Hold on. I'm gonna have to do it in sections, I suppose.
I suppose doesn't.
If first you don't succeed.
I had that song is stuck in my head. I see guy.
Then I got the nerve to be goofy, y'. All. Lord have mercy.
So a dishwasher. I'm sharing Oswald's email with y' all.
Just in case y' all wonder what is she doing. Lord.
Because he gave us information. So I am sharing it because that's what he asked me to do. I love that Loop TV thing that we talked about last Sunday. I gotta look through it some more.
So what's up, y'? All? What's up, Ms. Kenyatta?
How have y' all been this week? Oh, so I got. Oh, this is a good one. I got another Apostille job this week.
It included four documents that needed to be apostilled.
And they needed to be rushed.
Over a thousand dollars in 15 minutes. Each page was a little small page. Nothing real big, nothing real fancy. Thousand dollars. I also got a signing job.
For a power of attorney that I do tomorrow.
At a car dealership. I got that off of snapdocs.
It's not paying a whole lot, but it's. I mean, it's quick, it's easy, it's simple, you know, nothing to it. I've already printed my docs out. How do y' all prepare the night before? Because I have printed my docs out already. I'm ready to go to closing for these people. And they will have a witness there who is at the. At the automotive company. I'm excited about it.
I'm loving these Apostille jobs, y'. All. I promise you, if you do it, you gonna love it. Oh, my God.
Okay, so I gotta share with y'. All. Dang. I said I was gonna share this. I'm gonna post it. A conversation that I had this week with one of our very own. She was contacting me because she was like, okay, tj, I'm having a problem with pricing because it just don't feel right.
It just doesn't feel right. It feels like I'm not doing anything. She was contacted by university to do some Apostille jobs, and she ended up charging them, like, I think $900 and something. But she was going back and forth, and she was like, oh, my God, what if that? I mean, she was stressing out just about the charges, and I'm like, girl, charge it. And so we were talking back and forth. Hey, I love this stuff. I talked to more y' all this week, I promise, on the phone, just coaching y' all through various scenarios and. And stuff. It was so much fun and to. I don't know why that was. That's crazy in a way, but I enjoyed it. I enjoy it. I enjoy talking to y'. All. I enjoy the victories. I enjoy when y' all call me back and say, girl, look at that. Or text me back and. And show me the messages that the people sent you back when. And it's a victory. All of that stuff is just so much fun and so exciting to me. So.
Yeah, if y' all have not gotten on this Apostille stuff, I don't know what to tell you.
This. This older lady contacted me this week who. She's in the tribe with us.
And she was like, oh, I was scared of this at first. But you know what? I think I like this more than a sinus. I say, I told you. I've been trying to tell you.
So, yes, honey.
We are out here working. And so she. Her job was with the universities. So then when I saw that, I'm gonna hit up some universities. They're international. Dang. Let me find this email from this girl. I mean, this text.
U N I V E R.
Yeah, that ain't gonna get me there. Hold on one second. I gotta find it.
But the international department for a university.
Is who contacted her.
And.
Hold on.
One moment. Okay. Okay. So this is it. It was the liaison for International partnerships. And it's brand new. B R E N A W N A U.
University.
And so I'm gonna read the conversation to you.
Good morning. Your email said to text you.
And you call at your convenience. I'll be working today, but we'll take your call anytime throughout the day. Hey, Renee, this is tj. Call me when you have a chance. And then so we went back and forth a little bit on phone tag. Okay, so I got a win. This is her. I got a win from a law firm in New York. Best connection I made all day.
Because I told her when we spoke, you gotta go get it. You have to call these people. You can't just sign up with companies and then sit there, right? You gotta actively like, I'm, like I'm doing. I ain't telling y' all nothing that I'm not actively doing, right? So I told her to make phone calls once you follow up. Once you sign up with a signing company, follow up with them with a phone call if you want more direct work. And then go out within your neighborhood or within a certain distance, sit in your driveway.
Go to Apple maps and type in title company.
Call every title company or drive by all of the ones that are close to your house. Let them know, hey, I live within a 5, 10 minute drive of the title company. And. And the beauty of working with me is that I can drop docs off the same day. You can close the same day. You don't have to wait until the next day to get your docs because I'm right around the corner. You're on my way home. So those direct connections she made, she did. She made a direct connect with the law firm in New York. That was on the 29th. The following Monday, she called and said, Good morning, TJ. May I call you with a quick apostille pricing question? I said, yes. So she gave me all of her prices and everything. And I was like, girl, charge this, this and this. And she was like. I told her 700, she wanted to charge 600. A hundred. It was just a hundred dollar difference. She said, oh, Lord, the stress I feel with these numbers. Because her stress is something that I think all of us can relate to in pricing your services. You don't want to be too high, of course, and you don't want to be too low. Right? She didn't want to be too high.
And the Apostille job, once you start doing it and see how easy it is, it's like, oh, Lord, am I. Is this greedy? But that's what the industry pricing is. So.
I said, break the initial apostille fee down for them to show what I'll include. So she had.
0.56 miles for the mileage. Her total mileage cost would be $50.40. Add a carrier fee. I said, make the carrier fee $100.
And then the mileage $50, 300 for the initial posterior request. And then what happened with this organization is listen at this. Most of the companies, when you go to the secretary of state, I asked them, what is the number one thing that'll get your apostille rejected?
They said, the notary messing up on the dog on notarial certificate. So I'm gonna post another video tomorrow. Last week I posted something. I posted a video talking about how to complete an acknowledgment. Tomorrow or this week, I'm going to post another video on how to complete a jurat or an oath affirmation, all the same thing. So be on the lookout for that because I'm going to show you how to do it. And when you know how to do an acknowledgment and a jurat. And what is the difference between an oath and an affirmation? You pretty much got it right. The other things that you'll do are witnessing documents and stuff like that, but you got it tell you tell them. So she said, good afternoon. After all my worrying, here's how the contact responded to the email with invoices. Thank you for being an invaluable resource. These people said you are wonderful to work with and we are incredibly grateful and I'm sure we'll be in touch again a lot in the future. And I said, so what it. I said, I did a little. The little dancing emoji. Why my phone? What's wrong with you? Got diggity dog. Before I tell you this phone trip out. Okay. So I said, how much did you end up charging? She said, 950 for both. Oh, I was telling y' all what happened. So with this organization.
She. They were gonna have it notarized somewhere else. The person messed up on the notarization. She did the apostille process. The apostille for the job. It got rejected, so they had to come back and redo it with a new notarization. This time she did the notarization and the apostille, and that's what it was, a redo. So they were paying for the same thing twice. So she felt real uncomfortable with it. And she said, 950 for both. I said, easy wasn't it her response was. I was pressed, scared to answer my phone in case they were pissed about the fees for no reason. And I said no reason. I'm so glad that you went through this. You are worthy of your price. Your gift has made room for you. Can I share this without sharing your name as it may help others. So I, I, I. Because I do believe, man, there, there are others. You know, we, I've gone through this before, to be honest with you. I've gone through that before. But I force myself because I know. Oh, so let me tell you about this from a pricing standpoint.
I go through pricing crisis in my brain. Sometimes when I bring something else out like a training, even the apostille trainings, even the mentorship trainings, I go through it. Is it too high? Is it too low? What should I do? I wanna, I want it to be accessible to everyone. I go through that in my brain and then I remember.
These are the same people who are paying Mark Wills whatever price he asked for and never asked for a discount.
People will give money to who they want to give money to. And I personally believe that when you get T.J. and I'm not, I haven't taken any of Mark Will's stuff. So I don't know. I, I mean I, I'm not against anybody. I like everybody. I want everybody to win. But when you get my whole heart and everything that I have, if you've ever taken any of the trainings that I've given, I mean, you are going to walk away with a very clear and concise understanding of exactly what we're talking about about and how to execute and make money from it. That's the number one thing. So that's why I came up with the group mentorship so we can meet once a month. We had the, the one video that was talking about.
The short term rental stuff. I'm going to have another video this, this, this month in December. So I'm going to do two of them for the root mentorship and then for the.
Membership site. But. So yeah.
Okay, Gold digger. I'm a new notary. Should I gain more experience with General notary work and loan? No, no. Gold digger. What's your name, child? No, you don't have to. We teach you everything. You don't even have to really be a notary to do it. But it's good to be a notary so that you can. So that you can. It adds to your fee. Let me get Ms. Madison hall in here. Santiago, I got my package girl. I went to my mama's house. Let me. Madison.
She gonna be like me. She gonna hate her name. Were you like that when you were little? I. I was so sick of my mama saying Cherie, I know what to do. Sheree. You know your mama gonna sing the hell out of your name. Sheree. Sheree. She be singing my name in her sleep. Would you please a quick call with my dad? Come name. Hand me that. That box over there that says Fearless, love, balance. I got my package.
Oh, awesome. Cynthia. The lady was happy I was asking, because so many notaries don't ask, and they end up having to do double work. Oh, you are so welcome. Did you get her contact information and did you ask and we interview her for our group mentorship. Cynthia. Cynthia is one of the people that's helping me out with getting all of the stuff, getting our speakers together. Look at this, y'. All. You know something is fancy and quality, baby, when they give it to you in a box like this. Hold on, let me fold them back. Santiago sent me a present.
For no reason.
I ain't doing it right. But on the box.
This is the box. Look at that. Isn't that cute?
And it says something. Oh, it's her yoni parlor.
The yoni parlor. Isn't that cute?
So I don't know what to do with my yoni stuff. So you don't have to. You don't have to teach me, Cynthia. Let me show y' all her cards.
Oh, I think her business. What is the. Get snatched.
The yoni Parlor of Durham. This is in.
Wait, is it saying. Okay, I'm trying to get it to focus, y'. All. The yoni Parlor of Durham.
And then get snatched.
Laser lipo. Isn't that cool? Let me get my finger off of. That's real cool.
So let's open it. Look at the paper.
I have something in a bag. She gonna have to tell me. Oh, I think it's some yoni steam stuff. I have some herbs.
I have the little metal thing.
Oh.
Total eclipse. And some more her.
And this Erica stribling.
Something in this little bag. Look at her presentation, baby. I mean, she puts everything together for you, and it's so freaking cute. And now I gotta learn how to use it. So thank you, Ms. Santia. I finally got it. I don't know what happened to it. The last time he got sent back from my email. I mean, my address, but I love it. Oh, boy. Inside the box, it says, thank you for your purchase. I mean, this is too, too cute. Too cute. Santiago, can you Please.
I see, guys. So that means that you need to get your wife one, your girlfriend, whoever you have in your life. Isn't that a cute gift for Christmas? Yes. No. Maybe.
So, Santiago, share your website, please.
So that these people can go to the website.
Hey, Crystal. Oh, Get Snatched is for body contouring. Oh, that's your business partner. You are welcome.
I think I'll be cracking you up.
Hey, Kenyatta. Hey, Latasha.
Okay, Miss Rita. Yes, Rita. So you can. Rita, you can. If you want to talk more about the Apostille stuff, you can email me at Support Solutions by TJ.com and we can discuss it. Or you can go to my website at Support at solutions by tj.com scroll to the bottom of the page and then click on the graphic and it'll. It'll give you more information about it either way.
Yes.
Hey, Carlotta. How are you? You at work, girl?
All right.
You should get it for him. IT guy. You should get it for him. You never know. You know what I'm saying? I don't know what the benefits and stuff are. I do have a friend in Dallas who had a yoni parlor as well. And she had like.
I went to Dallas. My best friend is a doctor, and our friend who has the yoni parlor had my doctor speak. She had like an open house event. Nice food. My doctor spoke about yoni health. I mean, my best friend spoke about yoni health and possibly some of the benefits of the yoni steam.
Then she had some various vendors around the room just with health and wellness and facials and all of that. It was real cool. Let me tell y' all what I'm thinking about doing too. I know I'm all over the place a little bit, but get this. So I need yalls advice. Of course. Let me know if you think this is a good idea. So what I want to do for Christmas, for men or women, whoever, books, I don't really care. But for the short term rental units, I want to give an experience where. I don't know what to name it just yet, but it's gonna be where you take a. You Skip work on December 27th, it's gonna be a skip day. So you skip work. You come here just like you going to work. If you get to work at 8 o', clock, then you here at 8 o', clock. But it's gonna be a staycation when you get here. So my places are two bedroom, two bath. You can come, you can get a massage, we'll have breakfast prepared for you. You'll get lunch here. You can get a massage, facial, manicure, pedicure. You can also get reflexology.
After you get your good massage and everything, you can take you a nap, wake up, do lunch, watch tv. It's going to be a whole nice ambiance of aromatherapy. And you can take a nice bubble bath if you want. We'll have candles. And it's just, you know, a way to decompress before the new year comes. Right. It's after Christmas. So you've taken care of these doggone children. I'm from Texas. We say chilling children. Children or children. Okay, children. I know how to say it. I just. You know what I'm saying? But so you've taken care of your children for Christmas and now it's time for you. Now it's time for you to get your mind right going into the new year. And it's actually December 27th is what, three days? 27th, 28, 29, 30, 34 is four days before the new year.
So I want to name it Four days before or something. The New Year, Something like that. But it's to rejuvenate you, to get your mind right so that you can relax a day to think. So you can spend the night here for that night, or you can go home to your family. Either one. But it'll be between you and your, you know, it wouldn't just be an experience for you to do alone. You'd bring a friend with you or even a couple of friends. It just kind of depends. So it could be actually four women to a room because we have two bedroom king size beds, and I just think it'll be an awesome experience.
Hey, Raina.
Oh.
Okay.
Okay. Raina said. Hey, tj need some advice on marketing for general notary work, especially estate planning. I was thinking about going to assisted living and doing direct marketing there. I think that's an amazing idea. Absolutely. That is an amazing idea.
Perfect, perfect, perfect.
Miranda, I see you said the winterize experience. Rejuvenation experience. I like that.
Oh, rest and invest.
I like that.
Oh, thank you. Rita.
Come on. Come on, Rita. You gotta. You gotta get in the game and start using it. I was.
Oh, so let's talk about it. Since he had just texted me and said she's been planning the exact same event. Girl Cynthia. So I'm half crazy. I thought about this about two weeks ago and started playing it and it's already in the works. I have a nail tech ready with a freaking bus. She has a nail bus. Let me show y'. All. I'm retarded.
Y'. All. I don't know what y' all gonna do about y' all friend over here in Texas. Honey.
Let me see. Because I think I sent it to. I think I sent it to nico.
Oh, I like this lady.
I like this lady. There were a few people I like. See, I have short nails. So when you show short nails and show a variety.
Like, I love the short ones that are just real crisp and clear. So I liked her. And she's available, she's mobile. And then there's another lady with a bus. Let me see. I thought I sent it to Nico.
Maybe not. It's classy. Some. Oh, classy coats. This is it.
She hadn't answered me back yet. But I do love her work, though.
Maybe she'll answer me soon.
But so it's just little cute nails.
So I sure hope this is a before picture. Hello.
I think these are some before pictures, y'. All.
And then she has the after pictures. Okay.
But you see her little designs and stuff. So that's her. And then I already have the nail. I mean, the massage therapist who also does the reflexology, which I'm extremely excited about.
But let's talk about real quick.
More of Raina's question. You know Raina? I do. So Raina's question was about marketing ideas.
I love the fact that you said going to the assisted living places, what are you taking with you? Are you taking business cards?
I would say assisted living. That is perfect.
Oh.
I would also say look at the zip codes. Look up the highest.
The high income zip codes in your city.
And then go to assisted living places, 50 and up retirement communities over in that area.
I'd also say contact social workers at hospitals.
Send them an email with your information, Pass out your business cards so that people know you. But that is an excellent idea.
Absolutely. Raina, why not start there? Yes. I'm proud of you for even thinking of that. Yeah, go there. Talk to them. I was talking about when we first got on how I'm kind of shy, but I forced myself. I'm talking about I force myself. No, I just keep walking until it's over. I'm doing it. That's it. That's all. Do it scared. Hello? Do it scared. Don't let fear stop you.
It's been. I think it was 59, 61 degrees. It's cold here, Miranda.
Yay, Rain. Okay, cool. You taking your business cards? Awesome, awesome, awesome. And. And, oh, volunteer. Oh.
Now, Miranda then went too far. F A U far.
She said Volunteer in hospice once a month? I did. Now they be calling me for everything. Paid work, so. Miranda is a nurse by education.
She talking about for hospice? Baby, I have. We have dealt with hospice on several occasions in my family. I don't know if I could do that for nobody else. Jesus Christ. That's a calling. Oh, my God.
Oh, no problem, Oswald. I get it. Chamber of commerce as well, Raina. That's what IT Guy said. Oh, Lord. That volunteer at hospice.
But, I mean, you know, it's extreme. But when you do the extreme stuff, like volunteering at hospice that nobody else does, then they are going to call you and make the best money. You. If you want to get out of the bucket of where everybody else is, you go and do extreme stuff, right? So that is an amazing idea.
Girl. That hospice. How do you get in touch with hospice? There are various hospice agencies.
Because hospice, by the time you in hospice, it's too late for a notary, ain't it?
But I'm just saying, by the time you in hospice, hello.
You going down, down, baby, your street in the range roll.
Ready to let it go Give me Jimmy. Cocoa Puff lives to me now yeah, you. I thought she was you. It was over. They didn't call.
There's always a guardianship. Okay, but the individual who is transitioning, they can't. I mean, they can't sign anything. What if they don't? What if they haven't given guardianship rights to anyone.
Formally?
You have to walk me through that, Miranda.
What's respite? Here you go with these big words. What is respite? Let me look it up. Come on, y'. All, let's go look up.
Yes. Not for me. My mom worked in hospice care. Amen. Can y' all see somebody understand what the heck I'm saying?
We have done that in my house. What is R E S P I, T E? Definition?
A short period of rest or relief for something difficult. Okay.
Okay.
Respite. Okay. Got it.
All right, all right.
Understand.
That'S when the social worker calls you. Oh, okay, cool. So they just. Okay. So I could. I might be able to do respite.
The funny thing is, man, when people like my uncle passed away of colon cancer, my grandmother passed away of colon cancer.
My grandfather passed away. It would be like, when hospice came, they enjoyed our family because I don't know why we'd be having a dog on party. Because everybody would be there, everybody would sleep there. And then me and my aunt, we do this nervous eating thing.
We did this nervous eating thing. And we both look at each other and go grab a bag of chips. Child, we just be tan chips up. We could not stop eating. Oh, my God.
Oh. Gotcha. Hey, Natashine.
I'm glad you made it. It's been some good information. Thank you for coming. Hey, latest Better than never. Dang, man, we didn't been on here almost an hour. That's crazy.
Crazy. But yeah, some. Some good information, some good marketing information, all kinds of stuff.
Miranda, you gotta be into that hospital stuff, girl. That is a calling.
You're shy too, Raina.
Really? I get it, I get it, I get it.
I am. But I forced myself to keep going. Crystal, what's been up with you?
How are you doing in your notary business? What else is going on?
Latasha, what's going on with you?
Where my people at?
And Ms. Nada Jean, what's up? Okay, Crystal, hey, we like new people. Anything. Any questions you have that you want us to answer as a tribe? Do you have any questions for us? We are happy to answer any and all questions. Welcome to Solutions by tj.
We have fun over here. We're goofy. Sunday Funday is just that. Sunday Goofy Day is what it may as well be called. Oh.
Thank you. Hugs and kisses.
No worries that you haven't started, but you may have a question on how to start. Is this for you? What are the differences between this and that?
Whatever. So if you do, then, you know, let us know. Ms. Kenyatta, what you been up to this week?
Oh, cool, Crystal. Well, I tell you what, Crystal, if you do need me and you do have questions, just email me at Support Solutions by TJ.com and I'll give you a call.
Okay.
Yes, sheen, how do you pronounce your name? Cheney. C h e n e. Sinead.
Shanae, you gotta get in the. In the game. So. Support at solutions by tj.com is there a book that you can read on your own?
What is his name? Bill soroka, I believe, has a book. Hold on. Let's go on. Let's go on a. On a. On a trip.
Bill. S o r o k a. Oh. Sign and thrive. That's it. Sign and thrive. How to make six figures as a notary public loan signing agent. It's on Amazon.
I'd say get the paper back if I were you.
I'm trying to figure out how I can send you that gum. A link.
Hold on, family. Wait a minute. But I've heard only good things about this book. This Sign and Thrive. I actually have a copy of It. I thought it was a deck. Anyway, I'll put it in the thing. Sign and Thrive.
Miranda said it's a wonderful book by Bill Siroca.
I've never talked to him personally, but I heard he was a phenomenal guy.
All right, Miranda. Miranda just said for mystery shopping, they are paying double right now. So if y' all don't know about mystery shopping, go to solutionsbytj.com scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and look up. Look it up. Because it's a lot of extra money. It's the holidays, so I want y' all to be able to do some. Oh, Shane. Okay. I want y' all to be able to do not only something for your kids, but you need to have a little money to do something for you.
What are you buying yourself or what are you buying your spouse for Christmas? So that mystery shopping money, baby, it adds up those hundreds that. That can go towards your Christmas present for you, your getaway. And if you are in Houston, come and join us for the getaway experience that I am going to host. It's gonna be the.
I gotta think of a snazzy name before. Before staycation. Something. I don't know, it's gonna be Stazy Santiago. Call me because we gotta come up with names and various things to do.
But I think I pretty much have it. I have the masseuse, I have the nail tech, I have the food.
I have.
The person that's going to do the facials.
And lashes.
And her lashes are nice.
Yeah. So I think I have everything.
But yeah.
Kenyatta, you did a couple of signings.
So. Shane. Yes, honey bunny. You gotta get in the game, honey. I was talking to somebody.
Oh, you're also trying to build my financial literacy insurance business. You have a website for that? Kenyatta, send us a website.
Reina, did you. Did you see the course that we offered in mystery shopping? Baby, it's some good stuff in there.
Oh, okay.
Goodie bags for the guests.
Oh, you got a point.
So Raina said.
She just did some market research the day before Thanksgiving and didn't even have to leave the house. So I do market research. I have an old video about response respondent IO R E S P O N D E N T IO baby. They pay well. Three to six hundred dollars. Well, sometimes. I mean. Oh my God.
Oh, you are more than welcome. Sh.
Any live entertainment? Like what, Santia?
Live entertaining in. Like what?
Oh yeah, you told me about that. Miranda, you're taking pictures of solar panels for people in default I don't understand how you can get in default with these solar panels. That's really what I'm trying to figure out, because.
There was a group of guys here who were solar panel salesmen. What they said is there's really no cost for the installation of the solar panels on your home.
And then your electricity bill is cut.
By the amount of power that you give back to the power grid, so it lowers your electricity cost for your home.
And the solar panels themselves are actually paid for. I don't know. I don't know. I don't all the way understand it.
Oh, Josh booked.
What's today?
That gum? Josh just booked for one night. Hold on, y'. All.
Hold on. Saint Somebody just booked. Hey, Josh. Oh, two guests, five star rating. Okay, which place did you get?
Unit six. Okay, I'm sorry, y'. All. Somebody just booked with me, so I'm having to.
I am having to.
Set his thing things up. 0, 9, 7, 6.
Thank you, God. I appreciate it. I'll take it.
I will take it, Lord.
Okay. I had to set them them things. Okay. Oh, I delivered the letter of default to put on the door. They say, we'll cut you off. Oh.
Miranda. IT guy says, what company?
Oh, you have a jazz musician coming from Georgia. And so I think the difference in mine is you're gonna have for your event one location. All of these people will be spaced out into different rooms, different apartments. So I'm thinking of, at a minimum, 16 women or men who want to do this, and each of them will have a different unit. And.
I was thinking of using this lady. Hold on.
And doing some spiritual practices there. Like, let me show you. Hold on. Y' all don't think I'm crazy, but this is stuff that I be wanting to do. So I'm gonna take y' all on a trip on my favorite road.
Riddam riddam.
Riddh A m dot com. So I want to give this lady a call. The way that I found out about her is through Dr. Sue.
Thank you, Sue. M O R T E R.
Yeah. So I'm going through.
I'm going through Dr. Sue's energy codes book. And it is. I'm talking about this lady then gave a debt gum.
She's given a whole freaking workshop within this book you have. This is one of the book books that you have to sit down and actually take notes on. This is the book. It is a it. If you have never read a book or listened to a book, I dog on there. Need the physical copy or just to sit my Butt down and take notes. Because she goes in such great detail of just. I've had to listen to it three and four times just for certain parts. So that's her. And this lady has studied under her, and then so in her.
Some of the services that she offers are soul clearing and personal transformation. So I was thinking about offering an early morning soul clearing session.
Soul clearing. Assist you with gaining crystal clear, crystal clear clarity about your desires and goals. Spiritual alignment. Creating a sacred container. Creating safety and support by the universe.
Clients who are successful in this program tend to have the following things in common. Readiness to release past experience. Openness to new ideas and concepts. Inner knowledge of a unique path and higher purpose. The realization of taking a quantum leap requires transformation and a spirit, a spiritual commitment to their own lives. So.
What specific areas can I focus on? Becoming abundant. Attracting success. Change your energy. Change your health. Let money flow in. Say yes to life. Create harmonious relationships. So. So I'm thinking about doing this early in the morning before we hit the massages and all of that stuff. Do this clearing thing for like the first hour. And the way that we probably do it, she doesn't have to come here. We would have maybe a zoom call or something because she said she can do it remotely. So we would plan on.
We would plan on the times for each and every room when they get on the zoom call and she talked to them and we'd have those sessions. Bam.
Personal transformation program shifts inner programming by bringing transformation at the cellular level and by creating sustainable change in your outer reality. So I want to do it first and go through it and then have my people go through it. I think it just costs like 175 bucks.
Okay. Option one, pay full. Option two. Okay, so hopefully they got a group discount. Hello.
Yeah, hopefully they. They have a dead gum group discount.
This is another one soul clearing. Oh, this is the one that I was talking about, the soul clearing.
Where what a soul clearing do. Reprograms the subconscious and soul with positive energies. Programs your negative beliefs. This pattern stored in your subconscious. So, I mean, you know what I'm saying? This is kind of what I want to do. I'm gonna get off of it, but just FYI, I think that would be fun.
My event is two meals. Yoga Body contouring. Body contouring Detox services. Custom plush robes to keep. Oh, one night stay in a private room inside of a. Oh.
We have to talk. Where you getting your robes from.
And how much? Oh, you know, I'm a money person. How much is each? Each Each person paying. And how many people do you want or do you already have?
Where is it, Miranda? Because we missed the comment about the, the name of the company that with the solar panels. Honey, we missed it.
So please put it in the comments again.
Hold on, let me see.
Okay.
Hold on, y'. All. Mr. Man is asking me from some stuff.
I have to go. So I'll just bring y' all with me. Come on. So I have a guest who just booked my room and.
Who just booked unit seven.
And.
There'S a scheduled message. So in, in short term rentals, we have.
We have what's called hospitable. And this does a whole lot of the work for you in just setting up your messaging system. So this particular message was the check in message, that one that I just sent. And it gives him all of the check in information for, you know, what the door code is, what the how to work televisions, all kind of stuff. And then he'll get another message. It says at 10 tonight talking about no smoking in the units. I don't put that 29 times. And I have not since had an issue with smoking because I was having an issue with smoking all the time. But now that I told him it's a 500 charge, I ain't heard nothing else about it.
They get it.
Praise God, because I was so sick of that smoke.
Oh, that's from Burris. I don't need that anymore.
What was this? The Skype.
Okay, so.
Miss Kenyatta, let us know when you have your website. I'll definitely put you on.
10 women. Gotcha. Have six so far at 4:50. They'll also receive a 45 minute massage. I might need glasses because I've looked three times. I have two. Miranda, we don't see it. We don't see your comment with the text me and I'll put it in there because I don't see your comment with the name of the company.
For the solar panels.
I love it, Santiago. So I was thinking about.
$500 per person.
Oh, call me, girl. I'm excited.
She has said we still don't see it.
Leave me alone. I see guy. I know, I know, but at least somebody taught me how to.
How to close the tabs. I mean how to group the tabs. I know. I hate to close a tab because they help me remember what I was doing last. Leave me alone.
That is too funny. She talking about all them tabs. I know, I'm sorry. I know it's ridiculous. Okay?
Absolutely. Cynthia, we're gonna talk. I'm gonna take my shower and then we're gonna talk. Lord, it's 10:11. I gotta get off of here because y' all know I gotta wake up early in the morning, you laughing at me shy. Leave me alone.
Mariama. If she was sitting here, she would get full nervous with all these tabs open. It's like, girl, calm down. I just be needing my stuff open. Shoot.
Y' all don't understand. I need it open.
What?
It's probably fell on the side of the bed.
Okay, what's on top of the bed? Under something? One of those blankets.
But. Okay, guys, let me go on and go my little silly self to bed.
Because I gotta take Ms. Hall, and I'll be watching the. The kids next week.
