Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by TJ Sunday Funday, and thank you guys for coming. What did y' all think about today's video? I uploaded a video today that discussed how to price your services for title companies. And I went through, you know, the extensive portion of what I do as far as market research to figure out what the pricing is in the market as well as, you know, I showed you guys what we price our stuff at. So what did you think?
I want to know what your thoughts were. This has been a good week for us.
We have.
You know, still doing short term rental ads, still doing the Google Business page ads. My guys in India are in the process of optimizing, from a search engine optimization standpoint, my Google business page. And of course, y' all know I'm gonna share that stuff with y', all. So as soon. Hey, as soon as I get stuff to work, I share with my family, right? So thank y' all for being here with me. Oh, I can't tell what my hair doing, child.
We are on both YouTube and.
YouTube and Facebook. I think it's kind of a better experience at YouTube because we can talk back and forth. And I'm gonna go on and open a room over here on Clubhouse as well. So if you want to hit me on Clubhouse and have a discussion, I prefer two way discussions because this ain't just about me, man. This is more so about you. I'm not on here for tj, okay? I come on here strictly to answer your questions. If y' all don't have questions, I have no need to be here. This is Sunday Funday for you.
For you and you alone.
Let me turn off my Internet, boy. This phone is.
I'm gonna open the room to anybody. Hey, Kenyatta, how are you?
I don't know what just happened. I tried to open a room. Okay, open the room to anyone. Just missed it. What the heck? Dismissed. That I'm trying to open a room on.
You are so welcome. Did you see my last video, Kenyatta? What did you think of it? Thank you so much for saying that because this is.
Good.
I'm glad I haven't seen you in a little while.
I'm trying to open a room on Clubhouse also.
Just so that we can talk back and forth.
I'm doing great. I cannot complain.
Yeah, so in the last video that I just posted, I was talking about how to price your services for a title company. Sunday Funday Notary.
Q A.
Okay, let's see if it does it this time. All right, Replays are On. And I am on. So y' all come on and join me at Clubhouse if you have the app downloaded. Ms. Kenyatta, what has been up with you?
This thing is saying poor connection, I don't know. Let me check my Internet. The Internet should be right, people.
Wi fi for unit 10. There we go.
Been lunch and now getting back at it. Okay. Hey you, Kenyatta, you gotta get back to it. You have to get back to it. I tell you, you know, you lose. Which way is my hair going?
Okay, that little piece of hell was bothering me. But when you stop. One thing that I noticed and I can tell you from everything that I've done, when you stop doing it, you lose momentum. So sometimes when you stop doing it, you can stop getting as many referrals to jobs, right? So not as many jobs come to you as were as there were before. And even on, hey, Natasha, Even on, on YouTube, you have to keep up a certain momentum. That's important. Consistency is extremely important in all of this stuff. It is super duper, duper important. So make sure that you are keeping up with your momentum.
I gotta add share my video to some of the Facebook groups.
But yeah, it is. It's been a good, good week for me. I, man, I can't complain at all. How have y' all been?
Still a lot that needs to be done as usual. Right. But what do you do? You just keep on keeping on. Hello.
Keep on keeping.
Hey, Anthony.
Oh, wow. Hey, Anthony. Thank you for your service and definitely let me know how I can help you. You can reach me at supportolutions by cj.com. so for me, March is going to be the title of March is marching into marketing. And what we're going to be doing.
I want to go over with my membership group and I'll post those videos here. But if you want to be live and get in on the fun, you got to be a part of the membership group. But what, what the plan is right now is for us to.
We will do, be doing role playing. For those of you who have a little bit of shyness as far as calling people and stopping by places and actually getting out there, because this is one of those businesses where, well, you got to put yourself out there, right? If you're just starting this business off, you have to put yourself out, out there. You cannot just apply to different companies and expect them to call you. You have to put yourself out there and call them. So we're going to be doing role playing. We are going to have the infamous Ms. Toni Taylor talking to us about networking. And I want to go over with you guys this coming weekend. We'll be talking about how to handle objections. So when you go to the title companies and or even when you sign up with the signing companies and say, and they say we only accept.
Notary public loan signing agents that have more than a year's worth of experience, I'm going to tell you exactly how to handle those things. You gotta be prepared to handle them. That's the main thing. You got to think of what question they may ask, what objection they may come up with. And we're all gonna. This ain't just me. You know, the whole family is gonna bring objections and we gonna knock them dead gum things down one by one. So you'll have an arsenal of things to tell them when you.
When you talk to them. Death row notary Sean in the house. What you that, that, that and for. Boy, I hear you come on here with that gangster stuff. I tell you what's going on, Sean.
Miss Natasha, how are you as well.
Sean been mia he didn't had covet and all kind of stuff. Boy, when it rained it poured on Poshon for real.
Trying to get my plan in the picture, y'.
All.
It ain't working. Okay, over there. We there?
No.
No. Okay.
Yeah. So those are the things that we're going to be talking about. I also want a sales specialist because.
You know, I just want. Hey, Frederick.
Foreign.
I've gotten signage here and there, but not as busy as I was in the months before. So you know what? We are actually not in the slow months. Frederick said, are we in the slow months? I've gotten signings here and there, but not as many as before. We are not in the slow months. The slow months start in June, July, August, all the way to October. So this is not the slow months.
And you man, my phone has been going crazy. Where are you located, Frederick?
Let me know what, what city and state are you?
Foreign?
I'm good, Natasha. But yeah, my phone has been going crazy. There have been a lot of sign ins especially for it to be the beginning of the month. My phone. Oh, you're in humble. So Frederick, you need to look at your I. Okay, so first of all, I get alerts for all over Houston. I don't just set my system up so that I'm only getting alerts from my area. I get them all over Houston. I because depending on how much it pays, I'll go, it's a hundred and some dollars. I'm there. Hello.
Blue, you have my Sock, why? So look at what your zip codes are. But yeah, you should have. You should be busy. I haven't seen a decline at all. I'll ask some other people. I don't think my cousin has either. The last part of last month was popping. How long has it been slow for you?
And that don't even matter though, Frederick, Because I'm thinking, so for the companies that you've worked for, when it slows down, that's when you get. Get, get back active and start giving them a call and saying, hey, do y' all have any. Do y' all have any jobs in Houston? In the Houston area? And that's when you got to start back calling again. The relationship is everything. Have you built like two weeks this month? Okay. Have you built relationships within the market? The signing companies that have hired you before? Do you have friends there that you can call and say, hey, what's going on? Why you send me something. Send me some jobs, send me some work. Hey, Amber.
That'S how you handle that?
Yep. That's how you handle that?
Yeah, yeah, that's good. Expanding your mileage, but do you have the actual zip codes in there? Hey, hey, hey, hey, Oswald, we're on. We are on. Hey, Bruce, let me let you up. I'm sorry.
Yes, I see, I see, I see.
How y' all doing this evening?
Hey, thank you. Bruce Hill, new school, new you. Are you doing a live Q A on another platform?
I am. So I'm on YouTube, Facebook and, and link LinkedIn and on here.
Oh, that's pretty cool. You have to show me how to do that. I was curious if you host, like, workshops. You know that's a seven second delay on YouTube.
Oh, gotcha. Okay. So do I Do I host workshops? I do. Depending on what type of workshop you're looking for. So I teach people how to go over the documents and I teach you how to do apostille work. What exactly? Huh.
Was looking for someone that coaches, trains, notaries.
Oh, yeah.
Because I help folks charge what they're worth. Too many notaries be giving. Giving away their knowledge, expertise, have that. Gotta let them. Gotta let them earn what they deserve.
Absolutely. I agree.
All right, I'm gonna follow you. Hopefully we can connect and cast value to the community.
Absolutely. I am support@solutionsbytj.com support@solutionsbytj.com if you go on YouTube, I'm on there as well.
Copy that.
Thank you.
All right. And are you real, real active on clubhouse, Bruce? Let me look your profile up.
Yeah, I mean, on There at least three times a week is my target, the minimum. And I'm hoping to increase that.
Okay, where are you located?
In Atlanta, Georgia, right now with Clubhouse.
Every Thursday at 3pm oh, and you.
Discuss notary stuff, specifically sales skills.
So I'm going to leave the notary expertise to you. But when people get that phone call or they say, hey, what's your price? I'm going to answer confidently. And so they're not losing business.
You know what? So I've been wanting to talk to you about that because we do have a workshop and I do want to. I do want someone to talk to us about that. As a matter of fact, I was just talking about. We're marching into marketing this month. That's the theme. And so it's a sales and marketing twist or theme for us this month. And this coming weekend, the topic is going to be how to handle objections.
Perfect. I've been doing this for about 15 years now. I'd love to be. I'd love to add some value.
That is awesome. Okay, do me a favor and email me at supportolutionsbytj.com I'll inbox that to you and I'll reach out to you this week and give you the information.
Yes, ma'. Am. I'm actually sending you an email right now. Support Solutions by TJ.com Yep. It'll come from new skills, New you.
Okay. And maybe we can. You can join us on our lives one day and we can just go over some sales stuff, live with. Because.
I'm, you know, my lives kind of go somewhere still. I have about 16,000 followers and. And we make it happen.
I'm flattered for the opportunity. Absolutely. Absolutely.
Well, thank you.
Okay, well, I'm gonna let you get back to the live Q A. Thank you for the opportunity to serve. Let me get that email typed up to you with my contact info.
All right. Thank you so much, Bruce.
My pleasure.
Thank you.
So, Anthony, I see that you're. You said that you're starting your website. Do you have a Google business page?
Because a Google business page is so much more important in this business than a website. And then depending upon what your. What you name your website, people may not be able to find it anyway. So there's some search engine optimization, which. You know what? LaShawn.
Yes, ma'. Am. Hi, TJ.
Hey, honey bunny. How are you?
I'm doing.
Do you have a training on search engine optimization?
I do. I do have a training on SEO optimization. Optimosity. Did someone have some questions about it?
Well, do you give us like all of the tools? Because you know, you, you know, you gotta, you have a toolkit out of this world, honey. So do you, do you tell us what tools you use in your training?
Yeah. So it breaks down about, you know, like what is search optimization and you know, how to actually apply it and use it on your website. And not only your website, but you know, as a, as a whole, exactly what it is and how it works. Because search engine optimization, to be honest, it's like a web, it's a big web and everything works together. There's a lot of moving pieces to it, you know, and like, it's like Google, my business is a part of it, it's a piece of it. But there's other pieces to it also in the same sense.
Absolutely. Oh boy. And see, I want you to come on and talk to our members because, boy, that's so important what you're saying. So, so, so, so, so important.
So even though, you know, Google, my business is great, but also too, you know, having your own website and having your own website and drawing the traffic to your website is what also helps build the search is optimization. Because I think a lot of people get into just doing things and paying for ads, anything. But you're not sending these people nowhere. You're just sending them to book with you. But not, not like you're not doing it right. It's like a process, you know, and that's what I had learned, that it was a process on how search engine optimization obviously works. And it goes down even to, you know, the words on your website, on the home page. And that's a lot. It's a lot.
It's a lot. It's a lot.
It's a lot. And I totally agree. So I believe in websites, but I think a lot of people.
Get websites and they think if you have a website, the people will come. And that's just not, that's not the case. It takes a lot more to get people to your website than just building a website, right?
Yeah. And the only reason I say it now, you know, it takes a lot more because I look at the aspect of back in the day, you know, when Google came out, what, 1996, 1998, one of them years.
That a lot of people wasn't online. And that's just the truth. A lot of people wasn't on the Internet trying to be found. I mean, there's probably a few businesses on air and that was it. So of course back in the day, having a website search this, it will show up. But now it's a lot more competitive to be online. Especially in some industries it's extremely competitive. So.
Having your website now is more of a strategy. You have to have a strategy website, building out your website. Yeah, it's more, it's more details. It's more, you know, making sure that when you're building your website that you're catering, you know, you know what audience you want to serve. You know, you have to be very specific about who you want to serve and how you serve those people so that you can draw that traffic to your website.
Yeah, we're going to have to dive deeper into that. LaShawn, I'm definitely going to hit you.
And I sent you my new number too, I believe.
Yeah, I got it in the back office. It's a nine. Five. Something starts with the nine.
Oh, did I send you the wrong one? I probably typed it wrong. Let me resend it.
Okay. Oh no, it starts with the two. I see it, I see it, I see it.
Yes, ma'. Am.
Okay, well, cool beans. What else have you been working on, lashawn?
I've been, you know, working on some secret little projects over here. Not secret projects, but honestly I, I really want to focus on teaching notaries about how they can become more independent, especially with getting their own clientele and building their own independent business. And not so much of, you know, I get the, you know, making that transition. Yes, you can rely on companies that give you work and things of that nature. But eventually you do need to start building your business to become more independent for you and not rely on the different platforms out there that do do the marketing for you and give you the assignments. Like I truly believe that notaries need to become more independent and getting clientele, you know, the same way how people search things, you know, the same way how when you know someone wants something, a notary or something done, some people say, oh, the title company is big, you know, and things of that nature. But I think that it should be towards the title companies. How they are kind of doing now is they do get on Google now and they're trying to find their own notaries right there. Some of them are honestly that some of them don't even want to use signing companies anymore. Yeah, you know, and there's nothing wrong with signing companies. I think that Sonic company, Snapdocs and a lot of platforms they do give notaries that they give them the word, you know, they do give them the work they there to help. But also, you know, I think that we shouldn't just rely on these companies to receive the work. We should be building our own clients. We should be looking to become more independent. And we can do it. It's. It's going to take time and it's a process. And you, you will have to use these other platforms. But you know, I want to teach notaries exactly like you need to start transitioning to be more independent, be an independent notary.
And so do you have a class that you're going to offer for that independent notary?
That's a great question.
I have something I may have, like this little things, but it's just trying to piece it together, trying to get the curriculum together, you know, exactly, you know what to teach. Because then it will go into tools and it's all kind of just little, little things. But it's just trying to figure out where to start on how to teach notaries to become more independent for their business so that they can draw their own clientele the same way Snapdragon their own clients.
Absolutely. Absolutely.
Are you still doing your podcast?
I do. I haven't recorded, I haven't made a video or a podcast in a long time because.
Really been focusing on teaching, like not under this independence, but the marketing tactics, techniques and tactics that people can apply. I have some videos pre recorded that already kind of made and stuff, but some of them, I don't think they're for the podcast because some of them like tutorials and things of that nature. But definitely for the podcast I have, I do actually have something, a person coming up on the podcast so that I have scheduled in about two weeks. That's a new tool that I have that's coming out. But the podcast is still there, still getting plays. It's still a timeless thing, to be honest with you. And I do still receive all of the, the voice messages. I just haven't had the chance to respond to everyone. But I still have it.
Yes, indeed.
My condolences to you. Lashawn lost her father and so she kind of took a bit of a hiatus and man, life, life, life. Okay, Life, man. That's all I can say. If.
Something else.
I'm gonna have to get with you though. Maybe we can collaborate on something because like I was telling everybody, I want this to. I want March to be something, something snazzy. March into marketing or have some snazzy name where every week we can, you know, talk about and teach something, some type of marketing subject to our, our family.
I want to help because I want to help with that. If you Want me to help with that?
I do, I do because I understand.
The different aspects of it and understanding, you know, the different forms of marketing, you know, and how to use social media to market your business because, you know, it's very. Each platform is different market and there's so many different aspects to marketing. And to be honest, it's a lot. It's a lot to it, yes, but it's definitely a lot to it. But especially like with social media, I believe that a lot of people tend to, you know, some people say they don't get clients from social media and things of that nature. But, you know, there's a certain way you have to use each social media platform. A certain way you use LinkedIn. Yeah, that's not my thing over there too much because, you know, it's extremely professional and things of that nature. And I'm professional, but it's just sometimes I like to get out the hat.
For real. Absolutely.
At times I just want to be, you know, I want to feel free.
Tied in. I mean, I spent seven years in the army in uniform every day. So, yeah, the last thing I'm trying to feel like I'm in back in somebody else's uniform. And LinkedIn is more that professional thing over there. But even with using Instagram, Facebook, you know, there's certain things that you have to do in certain ways. You have to use these programs in order to get the clientele that you want right on those platforms.
And that is such a big thing. I mean, what, what you said is like priceless because you have to know who your ideal customer is. What is your customer? Avatar, Right? Who are you going after? Are you going after title companies? Are you going after.
Apostille clients? Who is your ideal? Because some people are going after, you know, one thing that's big, man. There was a time when a whole bunch of banks were closing, bro, and people were going after.
Notarizing because when you close those safe deposit boxes, a notary has to be present. So that was a lot of money to be made in doing that. So knowing what your niche is and who, who your target audience is is like pivot.
Right? And so I don't know if you guys use.
You know, stream yard, but boy, there's this thing called vid iq and they have really up their game when it comes to this automated intelligence. I tell you.
I don't. I think I have big. Do I have a view? What would the bq Is it. Is it a chrome extension?
Yes, it is. Girl, they have really done something I mean, they help you come up with titles now and just all kinds of stuff. So it's amazing.
All of my keywords are that I have up right now. How to price your.
The.
So I just uploaded a video on how to price your services to title companies.
I want y' all to know something. A lot of people charge for that, for the information that I'm giving y' all for free. I have not seen anybody else give this information away for free. To talk to you about how to. How to do the market research, to price your general notary work, to price your services to title companies, and to price your apostille services. You don't see not a nail nowhere, because I searched. Where are people talking about that? Those are the things that I believe are important that I want to share. And because, man, we. We just. We all. I don't know what's wrong with Blue over here, her little leg twitching, but those are the type of things that. That are gonna make us great.
That stuff right there, that stuff is gonna make us get to the top so much faster when we just give the information and be free. Because I personally don't believe in. In competition. I think, man, people go toward people. There are some people who love lashawn and follow lashawn religiously. There are some people who follow Solutions by tj. I'm never in competition with Lashawn, Renee or anybody else because we all have different styles, right? And some people understand content the way that I explain it. Other people understand lashawn better. It's a personal thing. That's how I gravitate towards certain mentors because I understand their language. And I think that's just a general thing. We can all rise together by helping each other. And that is super duper important to me. So that's why I want. I want to make sure that everybody, everybody understands this business is equipped with the knowledge to know how to do the basics of this business, how to.
How to perform an acknowledgment, a jurat affirmation, or an oath. Know what certified copies are, when to use it, how to use it, when not to use it. All of that stuff is important. These are the basics. These are the type of videos that we need because we need stuff.
That educates, that provides a level of education, because as you educate yourself, you can only be better at what you do. This is a business, and it is a business that is based on a lot of detail. We deal with details all day long. So.
The biggest mistake that we can make as notary signing agents, in my opinion, is to become complacent and start thinking, oh, this, this. These are the types of documents that will be in a packet and just fly through it. Language and all types of stuff changes all the time. It is an ever changing industry, so we gotta stay on top of it, folks. I don't know if all of that made sense, but it was just on my heart. Hear me.
Good, Kimberly. I'm excited about marketing, too. Hey, Jim, how you doing?
Anybody have any questions for me?
What is Sean over here talking about?
Let me see.
What's your clubhouse audio?
I compete with TJ every single day. Even in the shower, Even at the church. Snoop. He's so dumb. Why Sean don't.
That's what happens, y', all, when your friends get on. Sean, are you gonna come to the stream? Are you gonna say something? He didn't just gave us a black screen. I have him on. On stream yard. There you are.
You're.
Boy. My poor friend, boy. Covert tried to take. Good boy. Are you a long haul, Covert? Kobe guy, are you over?
Yeah, no, it was long haul. It was long.
It was long haul.
Yeah, I caught it. It's been rough, but I'm good. You know, Caught it at. I was at. I had three funerals between Christmas and New Year, and then that's where I caught at one of the funerals, so.
But you know the crazy part, y', all about Sean. Sean don't really go nowhere.
He ain't out like that. He ain't at clubs. He not. He just. I mean.
The way that he caught it, it's like I beat that gum. You have. You have ducked it and dodged it all this time, man.
Right?
That was some bull crap. And you were 660.
Yeah, I was. I was down. I was down.
I said I pissed a couple people off in the notary world, you know, because I. I couldn't. I couldn't respond. I couldn't react. But, you know, I. I'll make it right when. When I. Once I catch up with him, you know?
Listen, can't nobody be mad at you for being sick, bro.
That's what I said. He was trying to judge me on how. How they got covered versus how I caught it. I'm like this. Everybody got a different strain and different reality.
Oh, for real? No, no, no, no, no, no. And this covet the. The fatigue.
Yeah, that's.
That's. That's.
I just got that back. I. I was. You know. I'm not even saying it's 100. I'm at like 95, 98 at this point. Like I just started working out again. But yeah, even when I was better over covet, I was still like not doing nothing, you know, I wasn't really working.
So.
Yeah, yeah, I mean, it affects. It's. It's interesting that it affects everybody differently, but I'm glad that you battle man my dog. Because I remember I text y' all was like, bro, are you okay? You yet hold it on you.
I was going down, but, you know, they tried to cheer me up. You know, Snoop Dogg, he tried to do a favor for me. You know, he bought Death Row on my birthday.
I saw that. I saw it. You brought.
Appreciate you, you know, so, you know, we'll be in contact. You might hear Death Row. No, he's on Death Row Records now, this Becky, but you never know.
All right, all right, all right. So you're doing any. You back to doing your remote notarization stuff?
Yeah, I'm on there now. I got some, you know, Sonic sort of breaking news. Like, I figured out a couple things. One, I know how to. You can become a. A remote notary in all 50 states now and then. Also, I know how to notarize any person in the world, you know, so stuff like that I figured out.
So you can become a remote. So have this various states authorized remote online notarizations?
Yeah, well, all states. Well, not all states have. Have ratified it, but I'm saying there's a way to do it, you know, as. As one, one person in multi states, you know. You know, I'll give away all the secrets on here.
But yeah, that's. That's what I've been working on. And most importantly, everybody knows if you're wrong, you run into issues with, you know, international customers that are. That are non U. S. I figured that one out as well. So trying to. I'm putting, you know, putting the package together on that as far as if I'm gonna release it or not, but.
Oh, you releasing some content, bro?
Well, no, no, no. I mean, you know how to do it, you know, type thing. That's all.
All right. What you need help with?
How can I serve you?
You probably either be the mouse pink for it or. Or I'll send it to you directly. I don't know, you know, you know, the camera ain't my thing. I. Come on, do I pop in, pop out?
All right.
I've been out with Kobe so bad. I said, let me. Let me at least come and let people know I'm alive and Then I'm gonna go back in my hole, you.
Know, I do.
Man. I'm glad you're here, bro. I'm glad you here because this is just a mess, I tell you. Me, me and my friend were talking about the other day, well, this last weekend, how last week was just. I don't know if it was universal, but it was heavy. Like the energy was just real heavy, heavy, heavy. Last week, I don't know if it's because it was the first and I was paying bills. I don't know what it was, but I was like, bro, I just want to go to sleep. I get. I kept telling people that, hey, hey, yo, leave me alone. I just want to go to sleep. Just let me wake up and it's over.
Yeah, all the stuff about the Ukraine and all of that.
Yeah, yeah, that messes. Well, I went totally down that rabbit hole as well doing the research on what's going on with that situation, you know, why Putin's doing it. There's a lot of back history to that from, you know, all the way.
Back from when the Soviet Union, the Cold War.
Yeah. You know, it's not just recent stuff. You know, they fighting back, Ukraine's fighting back. You know, this thing was happening with Crimea. But even I just read today, I think Anonymous is hacking Russia, hacking Putin directly. So they fighting back as well on that, messing this stuff up. So, yeah, to the people, right?
Yeah, they, they let some. My daughter showed me a tick tock video that Anonymous did the other day. So yeah, it's a lot going on. We have to be vigilant in taking care of our own health.
And just taking care of our business. How has. Have you as far as remote online notarizations? Does it slow down for you or has it picked up? How is that looking?
I've seen, I've seen a difference. I will say I was, I've been a little slack on notarized, but that's just me, you know, battling with COVID But I've seen the difference overall. I'm hearing people talk about it. I know, I know mobile nodes have definitely slowed down. You know, we're not as impacted as much as they are. But I'm seeing, you know, people like, oh, refi is a dead, you know, business is over. But again, when you, when you're Iran it, you're not as impacted as much as if you were just a regular notary dealing with like, you know, a specific state or county. So you can kind of bounce. That's the whole thing kind of Bounce around and, and then I, you know, I tell people, you gotta, you gotta think beyond just title companies too. You know what I'm saying? That cannot be your only source of leads and income. You gotta, you gotta broaden your rise a little bit.
Absolutely. And you know, what's his name? Mr. Frederick was on here saying that it was kind of slow for him in Houston. Kayla, let me know what you think. I haven't seen it slow down in Houston. I mean.
Notary public loan signing agent work is like this. If there aren't any refis, people are building and buying, you know, the, the new home.
The new homes are trending like everybody is buying new homes. It's always a cycle of something going on. It ain't, it ain't never just always over.
Right, Right. Yeah. It's transforming some other format of it. And let's, let's not forget this is March. We're, we're in, we're still in fiscal quarter, second one. This is like the real one. First, first fiscal quarter doesn't, well, we're at the end of the first one, but this is like the first cycle coming out. Yeah, you know, we, you know how it is. We had the gold rush in January and I missed all of that because I was sick. I mean, December.
Yeah, I was about to say you was dang, yeah, you were sick in.
December, I missed all of that. And in January, we're, you know, we're kind of like just resetting itself. February feels dead. That's why people saying feel is over. But then we're getting ready to hit right now. And it's really the end of first quarter, beginning of second. But you call it, it's really the first fiscal part of the quarter that you know, from, from here until September, you know.
So Ms. Natasha Alexander said it's not, it has not slown down in Houston. I'm also a realtor. We are still closing deals. Absolutely, Natasha. I mean it has not slown down. I, I, that's what I was telling Frederick. I don't know what you see because he's in, he's in the northern part of town. My phone has still been ringing and still been you know, getting all kinds of texts and everything else. So if you are not getting those texts and, and the assignments, that's, that's what the relationship, that's why I continuously preach relationships because you need to be in a position where you can call whoever you deal with at your signing company or title company and say, hey, what's going on? You know, Send me some work. It's just that simple. And I think that, look, Kayla said work is still jumping over here on YouTube. She said work is still jumping. It really is.
But yeah, those relationships are extremely important. You can't just work for somebody and they don't know your name just because they're sending you jobs. You gotta stay engaged with those people. But okay, so you're doing work or you're doing notarizations all over the world. Right? That's good.
Yeah. Like I said, you know, the biggest hurdle was the international clients. But I figured out how to do it. Some of these companies.
That you work for, the platforms, they're already doing it, but they're not giving up the game. I think I'm probably one of the, one of the only independent runs that know how to do it. You see what I'm saying? The company, platform companies, some of them have been doing it, but they're not going to tell you. They just want you to log on and you know, take care through. Through their platform. Rightfully so.
Yeah. But you know, Sean, I talk about that all the time.
Yeah, there is even today. And maybe I don't understand it because I'm so giving and I'm. I don't know, maybe I gotta learn another life lesson about it. But it just baffles me how sometimes some people can be so closed with information. Like it's gonna stop what they're doing.
Right.
You know what I mean? I mean, I understand everybody wants to get paid. I understand. But I think we just all win. We always.
It's enough to go around, you know.
But, you know, you definitely give all that. I'm learning too, as I go. I don't give all the keys to the kingdom away, you know? Yeah, but I'm not trying to be. I tell people all the time, I'm not trying to be Ron University, you know what I'm saying? I, I help those as I can, one on one. But I'm not trying to expand this and have like, you know, teachers under me and expand it, you know, saying it's not like this, it's going to be me. And then I'm still in the trenches. That's just the way it's going to be the whole time.
Me too. Me too. I'm still in the trenches. I did this thing, I've done a few things lately that I had never done before. Certified copies.
For Malaysia. That was a lot of fun. Oh, Lord. And the lady made some food for me. Jesus Christ.
Fire copy online.
No, I Did it in.
Oh, okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because they took that away from. At least here in Virginia they took that away from us as a run. It made sense. Why don't you certify copy and all you gotta do is print it out.
You know what I'm saying?
Right, Right.
One, the one I got hit up with that I don't feel comfortable messing with is the. I don't know the name of it. There's an official name. But you know when someone call you like hey, I'm doing a credit repair or something like that, I need you to be the, the.
Person and they got to respond as the notary. Gotta. All the letters are going to come to you and you gotta officially respond or receive them or some stuff.
Oh, I ain't never heard of that.
Yeah, I forgot the name, but I was like, I'm not dealing with this. It's. It. I didn't feel comfortable with it, but it's a thing.
Sounds like a lot.
Yeah, but yeah, because they're all coming to you and you gotta officially stamp them and respond to them. But I was like, nah, I'm good.
So Frederick just stated, ladies, family, send some work my way. On the real, Frederick, I'm telling you what to do. You have to call those people that you've already worked with. That's the low hanging fruit baby.
Hit on my class project. I got marketing as well. For. Specifically for. I don't know if he's a run or he's a mobile. I don't know.
He is. I don't know. He's in Houston and I. He was talking about loan signing assignments in Houston. So I'm not sure if he was.
Not sure which one it is.
I'm not sure.
But yeah.
So s rep said, is it debt resolution? Is that what it's called?
Maybe. So yeah, if that's what it felt like.
Seems like debt resolution is a little different because they aren't sending any mail to my house, you know.
No, it's. So say, say I'm trying to cure a debt on my own. Personal debt, credit or debt. Right.
Oh, okay.
And then I have to send out these letters to my creditors explaining what's going on. And then when they respond back, they're coming to me as the notary versus directly to the, to the person who, who owes the money and I have to officially stamp them as if they've been received or some, some weird stuff like I've seen it like I saw like a year ago, but I'm not messing with it. It's just. It sound like too much work. So.
It might be a niche market for you. Specialty. It just ain't my thing.
Gotcha. I see somebody's hand is raised.
Yeah, see, somebody. Somebody just said that. Oh, s. Rep. Yeah, my bad.
I had a couple of the. Oh, s. Rep said she had a couple of those that were not worth her time in Arizona on Clubhouse. I see somebody's hand is raised, but it doesn't show it on the profile. So take your hand down and raise it again because.
Oh, yeah, also, we're gonna. We're gonna fix that Clubhouse. What you mean? We're gonna plug it into the. To the YouTube channel so the audio is just as clear as me and you versus coming through your phone.
Oh.
Okay.
I thought about the screen share, that you can do that too. But, you know, I know you like, multitask. You might be talking to other people that. That aren't on Clubhouse side. Maybe that won't work for you.
I'm just talking to people on Clubhouse.
Okay, well, there's a. There's a app where you can. You. On an iPhone or Android.
IPhone.
Yeah. They got the app where you can throw it on the screen, on your computer screen at the same time so they can see who you're talking to. But at the same time, the audio will kick in. So it'll be. It won't just be phone audio. I don't know why a lot of podcasters don't do that. I've seen it even, like, on, like, drink champs. They don't. He'd be on the phone talking to them. I'm like, just plug it in.
Look, just because you, the I. T. Guy, Sean, do not make fun of the rest of the basic world who doesn't know how to do all of that. We're gonna have to talk about that once I get off because I'm. You got me looking for it, and I still don't see how to do it. But there's a certain app that you have to download to do that.
The screen share or the audio?
Both.
The screen share. Yes, the. The audio. You're gonna have to buy cable.
Okay. Yeah. You gonna have to tell me what kind of cable or send it to me.
Are you running straight off your laptop? You got a soundboard in your. In your studio?
I ain't got no soundboard.
I didn't. I don't know. Well, you can. You can still plug it into the. The laptop. It. It works off of usb.
I know what you're talking. Well, I gotta See the type of cord?
Yeah, yeah.
I'm just not seeing your stupid gift. You're so dumb, right? Oh, you dumb. You are dumb.
Good Lord. Okay. All right, folks, we've been. Dang boy. This time be flying by. I'm excited. So March is going to be an amazing month with this marketing thing because we. I'm gonna talk to you. I'm talking. We're gonna get it all together. We're gonna have some amazing stuff to give to people, right? So that'll be fun.
Shoot. You may. May even need to put on a.
Little happy with my. My lighting this time. Cameras.
Well, look at you.
I look light skinned. I'm so light on this joint.
Now, you usually be in the cave. I'm talking about crazy. Where's your lion or tiger, whatever the hell you be having in the background?
It's over here.
No. Okay.
Yeah. See, if I turn it, I might mess it up. I'm scared.
Don't leave it. Everything is perfect, bro. I didn't gained about 15 pounds. It feel like maybe 20 pounds. I feel so heavy.
Nah. Now, I saw you last week. I was like, okay. Before the concert, I was like, all right, Instagram gonna blow up a little bit. I saw that.
Oh, you saw. You. You okay, y'. All. Sean watching Sean, Listen, I ain't even know the boy had no Instagram because he's so funny acting. I don't like social media.
I don't have Instagram.
Well, how you know about Instagram?
Proxy.
Jay Z said I got 150 characters in these streets.
Oh, my God. You. You.
140 characters. My bad.
That don't make no sense.
Okay. Yeah, so I don't. I. I'm. Everybody seemed, you know. How you doing? Ah, you look fine. I mean, I feel so uncomfortable.
How you think? I feel like I had Kobe, man. I. I had. I was losing weight. Crazy. I was looking all emaciated like a. Like a runaway.
I can't imagine. I can imagine because you were there by yourself, huh?
Yeah, my mom was. She came through when it first happened because she was here for the funeral. But after that it was just, you know, I have a high metabolism, so I have to work out just to keep my weight on. So it was just like. And then nothing I could do about it. I didn't have any energy. So.
Were you eating?
I didn't eat solid foods for like a month. And then I was on chicken noodle soup for another month and I just started. Then it would go like in these weird pockets. I'd eat Like a whole pizza then. And then nothing at all. Then a whole chicken did nothing at all. And even now, I'm probably up to like one and a half, two meals a day, which is still low for me.
Yeah, yeah.
But I'm able to, you know, work out now. And.
Now it's just all mental, you know, being lazy. Like. Like, I gotta. I gotta get back out the rut.
But that's kind of what you think. It's lazy. It's like, man, it is something. I don't know.
I didn't even know there was a thing of Long Cove until I looked it up. I saw it on.
On the long haul.
Yeah, long. I was like, oh, that sounds like what I got. The stuff they were describing, it's like, oh, this is a thing. I said, this is exactly right.
That's crazy. That is absolutely crazy. And. And. And I was wondering, you know, dang, why am I so tired? Tired. I'm just tired.
Right.
I didn't have any other symptom. And it affects men so differently. Like, every man that I know has had stomach issues, headaches. It ain't got nothing to do with breathing. It's like they can't keep nothing down. Completely dehydrated, like.
Yep, that's. That's what it was.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Let me see where Madison hall is. My child, she went to the rodeo. I gotta go and get her, probably. Anybody have any questions for us about notary stuff? Anything at all? Anybody want to say anything now?
It's hot.
Okay.
For real. Let me see. Because it's. It shows a hand up over here on Clubhouse, but I don't see nothing.
Well, let me see over here.
Yeah, I think the app is broke. I've been saying it.
You see that?
Yeah, I don't know. I don't know.
Yeah.
What's the link that you shared? Huh?
Oh, that's your link to your video girl.
Okay.
Thank you. I appreciate it. Oh, I could share a link up here, huh? My little old butt.
But lashawn was talking about earlier, Sean, about just, you know, notaries getting direct work. Did you hear her? Were you on when she was talking about that?
I might have missed that part. Explain it again where she was just.
Saying instead of going through signing companies and title companies. Well, not title companies, but just being able to get your own direct work from through. Through marketing versus.
Oh, yeah, yeah, I. I definitely do that. I don't. I don't.
Well, here's the thing. I'll explain. I'll say when it comes to signing search. See my signing services versus title and escrow. Yeah, right. Me personally, I don't, I don't knock them. I don't. I have a few that are dedicated clients that are signed services because again, they're, they're on the lower end of my fees. But I'm not doing anything because it's not like I got to drive around, prep the documents or whatever. So I'm cool with it. You know, others may be like. But I got my other class that are, you know, direct title that I get my higher checks from, as well. So I do a mixture of both. I just make sure I'm not wasting my time, you know, you might have to renegotiate. When I first, the first one I took, I came in at a loss for. For a little bit. And then once I gained their confidence, you know, they were like, yeah, we, we love your work. I started up my fees and they had no problem with some, Some of them be like, you know, charge whatever. We just, I got, we got to get it done. Yeah, you know, of course, I don't abuse that, but I'm just saying, I. And these are signing services. I got some that are paying me title, company fees. You know, at this point, as a.
Ron, you know.
I get it.
You know, I got one, you know, you get one page for, you know, 50, 75. Okay.
No problem.
You know, it's not gonna complain about it or if it's 20 pages, you know.
Absolutely. Ms. Kenyatta said. You said. Ms. Kenyatta said Ron is in all 50 states. Repeat the.
No, it's, it's not, it's. It's in all 50 states. The capability is. What I'm saying is I'm in Virginia. I can do it in all 50 states. Becoming a Ron Notary is not in all 50 states. California, South Carolina, I think it's coming on sometime soon. They said spring, so, you know, that's, that's happening soon. And New York doesn't have it. Those are the last three that don't have that are holding them. And, you know, like I said, California's coming on. They got this weird legislation going on because they're going to be limited like Georgia, North Carolina, and I'm wondering how South Carolina is going to do it, since it's connected. North Carolina, but basically, if you're running that state, you can only do residents of that particular state. And that's how, that's how California's coming on, which is very limiting. I don't understand it. But you know that, that's just gonna be more business for me.
Absolutely.
T signs. You said what what package you would you buy to renew your NNA background? I normally get it depends on how long you've been doing this. I mean I've been doing it so long I get the cheapest one at this point.
But the second to the cheapest one. Hold on, let me take you with me to show you.
Georgia has a run.
They're run legal right now.
They got a special way of doing it. But it is wrong capability.
Latitude title is real in Sugar Land.
And if you have ever. I mean if you ever have a question if a title company is real, Google it.
Most of the time.
I've never had a request for a signing that was not real. What was I looking for on here? Oh, renew.
Why don't I say renew is a signing agent.
Okay, there it is.
Is.
All right. So I normally pick this 99 one.
What package should I buy to renew an NNA background check. Oh that's what you're doing right now?
Yeah, yeah.
It depends on your experience level with that really. When I, when I train my my students I have to, I have to check where they at in their wrong when they're notary stage.
And then I tell them you know and I do.
It for this NSA continuing education.
Yeah.
When I came in redo that.
Yeah when I came in new I took the, you know the, the main, the big package but that it's not always necessary for someone who's an experienced mobile signer.
I agree.
Making the transition to Iran. Yeah.
See Woody said what's the best run.
Now that are we gonna fight? See you at three o' clock like Madea. Because Ron. I trained Ron students in Georgia.
See Woody said. Hi TJ and Sean.
What's the best Ron platform.
Again depends on your state.
If you want to know what who's ranking, you know nationwide. You know I'll tell you. Notarize is the Amazon of Ron still. They got 80 market share. They got the best tool but you may not qualify for that. So you got to start going down list. You got some other ones. There's the one out of Texas. Everybody knows you know.
One notary stuff but it depends on what state you're in. You got those kind of questions if, if you're, if you're an existing Ron and you already do anything to send me an email. If you're brand new, reach out to me. Like I said, I got a whole training package for that.
And we'll break it down.
Perfect, perfect, perfect. And you know what? I've heard that too. So that has been. I'm glad that you're here because that people have asked me that question. Is it. I thought a couple of months ago it became legal in Georgia or something like that.
It's been there, but it's a certain way. You got to do it. That's what I'm saying. That's part of what I trained. A lot of them don't know. There's a difference. Just like there's. There's a. There's different avenues to approach notarized. It's not just one size fit all, you know also.
Huh.
You want to share your calendly link?
Yeah, if you have it, go ahead. If not, I'll send you an email.
Yeah, shoot it to me in an email.
All right. There you go. You don't know. Notarize his. Teamed up with Snapdocs. Keep that in mind, too.
I don't see it. You sent it to me via email.
I just did, so give it a second.
Okay.
Notary institution. What's up?
Where are you at?
I just replied to the. The one you sent me with the live link.
No, I don't see.
Could be Gmail. It's slow.
Another state that just came on board is New Jersey. I'm getting a lot of students from.
Okay, I got it. I'm putting Sean's link in. If you want to.
Have a consultation with him, sign up with him through Calendly.
Yeah, I got a fast track program I just added. Get you up and running. It's separate from. I have the beginner level coming to run, Understanding the run and marketing promo. But then I got this one section that I parsed out. Just fast track, get you up and running. You know, just, you know, some people just need it. They don't. They don't want the. The extra. I don't do a lot of fluff anyway. But they don't want. It's trimmed down even from that much, you know.
Awesome.
And you know, I can. I can send you guys reviews. You can check it out. I'm the real deal. You get to talk to me one on one, just like we're doing now. It's not going to be like some priest, you know, set video or a bunch of.
What am I trying to say?
I don't know, presentations and all that. I get you off when you leave my class. You ready? Walk out the next day or the same day. Start working.
I love it. That's my dude right here, y'. All. Boy, I love Sean.
Yeah. Yeah. Tj. No, look, she. She won't pull me. On the very beginning.
She.
She.
When we first met, I was. I was green. I knew a lot of stuff, but I wasn't like, you know, in there. But even the stuff I knew, she was the one that told me, like, you need to come on the show because no one else is putting this together like you. And I didn't believe it. I thought I was late to the party.
Not at all. Not at all. All right, guys, I need to go figure out where my child is.
I don't know. She's probably at my cousin's house. It don't make no sense.
Cousins. 1. One of my cousins. Who knows? So I gotta figure out where she is so I can take her to school tomorrow.
But God bless y'. All. Y' all have a great week. Thank you, Sean, for coming on. Thank you, Lashawn, as well as Mr. Oswald and everybody else in the family. We got good things coming. Coming together this month. Man, March is going to be amazing. It is already good. Hope y' all got something out of this. Man, every single Sunday, I promise you, I get at a minimum one nugget, so. And that's why I keep on doing this.
Yeah.
At least one time.
Yeah, yeah, you're right. You're right. And, yeah, I just want to emphasize, like I said, I cracked the code. I figure out how to. How to do it international and also in any state, meaning you as Iran. But you got to come see me. Some things are meant to, you know, for the public. Right off the bat, you make a decision how you want to, you know, conduct yourself accordingly with them.
All right. You know, I'm gonna call you. I'm gonna. I'll be on your line. And tomorrow, talk about I ain't up. Well, I'm calling you nine, one, one.
Oh, oh, oh.
Look, still. Bro, why is it nine o' clock and you still sleep?
I was asleep. I had. I think I had done some jobs late in China the night before. And. Yeah, because again, that's the look you. You on here trying to teach us how to be bosses. I was being a boss.
Set it down.
All right, Mr. Internationally Known on the microphone.
I'm doing my boss things like, I ain't working today. Click on.
Okay, okay, okay. All right, well, good job. Good job. And I'm fussing at you because I'm trying to get my apostille job done.
I'm sorry. We gotta get you a bat phone, so I know it's strictly you. And then you know it'll ring and I know to get up.
I figured it out. Look, I I. Hey, I figured my stuff on out, too.
I'm mad at you.
All right, y'. All. Y' all have a good week. I'll see y' all next week. And we are going to meet for the membership group this coming Saturday. Got some good stuff. I'll shoot an email out to you all. I love you all, and it ain't nothing you can do about it, man. God bless you. Good night.
Yeah, good night.
Bye.
