Burris shared some stuff with me from India that I want to share with you all.

In India, they are fighting this thing with a gallant fight. And there is a concoction, a drink that they drink to stay healthy. And it is. You know, it's having some really good effects. He said some people are being cured in as little as three days, and the country is getting all the way back to normal. So I definitely want to share that with you.

And you have three people who are doing the whole thing, as you grow, of course your customer service will get better because there are more hands on deck. Okay, Tammy, so what do I charge for mentorship? I charge $350 for the first month. That includes us, me and my cousin going over each page with you. Each and every page. Once you get a job, however many times you need for us to do it after that first month, then the cost is $50 for the next three months. So it's a total of four months? I think so. 350 the first month and then the next three months at $50.

Anita, Do I need to create a business name before I set up my Google training? I don't know what you mean. Your Google training.

All of the information on how to set up your Google business page is in that video. Don't, don't, don't get a name before you look at that video because it tells you about the naming and that's one of the most important parts.

I'm not sure, Tammy, but I tell you what, having a Google business page is one of the most important things that you can do to grow your business because you are number one in your area. Number get at the top page of Google. So I'm not sure when I'll release that.

I haven't even thought about it just yet. But I will, I'll consider it.

I will definitely consider it. I want my people who, who were in my training programs to go on and put their pages up. That's super important.

Hello, everyone. So, as I said, you know, the training for the apostille went super, super, super, super well. And I have some videos that are coming up. I'm actually going to do a demonstration walking you through, doing an apostille for myself as soon as I get one.

I'm gonna walk you through some mystery shopping stuff. Maybe not while I'm there, but kind of walking you through some of my setup process and all of that.

And talking to you more along the lines of the mystery shopping.

So, Shareese, you became a remote notary, a remote online notary last week. Clarify what you mean.

And just to let you all know, Sean is doing well.

Right? Okay, gotcha. Sean is doing very well with his business. He is making money as a remote online notary through one notary and notarized. I think he said that his main source for income right now is notarized and he can just sit there and make money whenever he wants to, which is awesome. So if you are, are a remote notary, then definitely get on notarized.

That is awesome.

Oh yes, Shy Mary. For those who are setting up Google my business pages, be careful if you're using a virtual address. Her account was suspended because of that and she had to use her residential address until after the verification. So one thing about setting up your page, and let me make this clear, if you tell them that you are mobile, that you are mobile, they do not list an address. So it's okay to use your personal address because it will not be listed. However, you do have to have an address where they will send your verification card. And for most of us, that's our home address, but it will not be listed. And as you go through it, you'll see where there are options to list your business address or to not list it, but you have to list a valid address.

You know, it's the end of the year. There's a lot of planning going on. I woke up this morning and talked to Burris in India and we are planning out the content that we are going to give you. And I'm going to be putting up some polls for you all also. You know, I know that a lot of people are into remote notarizations, they're into the notary world, but I have so much to give. And I just wanted to know, you know, I'm gonna put a poll up. Are you guys interested in making money in other ways?

Because there are a whole bunch of different ways. Of course you have to, you know, focus on something and the notarization can definitely either supplement or replace your full time income. It is that much money to be made. But then you have other little ways that you can make money as well. So I want to, I want to start talking about that on this channel as well. I don't, I don't necessarily want to just block everybody into the notary world because there's a big old world of other stuff too.

But that's a demographics question. It's public information. So I'm sure if you search, you'll be able to find it somewhere. How many notary signing agents are in? Let's see if somewhere else comes up. Oh, this is all. How. How much do they make? How many.

And how do you find out about getting the different documents? So as a signing agent, I can tell you in Texas, we get documents from all over California, Florida, you know, just all over Ohio, Wisconsin. There is a book called the Loan Sourcing Book that's sold by the National Notary association, the loan source book. And from what it looks like to me, most of those docs come from California. However, it will show you some of the documents and you know, just some of the layout. Now in my Facebook group, I also have a copy of the documents. I can't remember which ones that you can download from my Facebook group and take a look at those. And I have a couple of videos that walk you through. I think I go over a credit refinance document, packet of documents, and my cousin goes over.

A line of credit or vice versa. But I have videos on that if you want to check those out. But let me be honest and let me be clear, those documents change all the time. So there is no real way that you can get to know the documents. My recommendation to you is one thing that I've seen far too much of in this notary world is people are looking at way too much information and it's making them anxious when it comes time to really do it. So they're messing up more because they're listening to this person say this and this person say that and he says, you know, put the documents in a certain order. And I say, leave all of the documents exactly as they came. Listen.

Don'T overstimulate yourself with information. The best thing that you can do is get a mentor who will go through your documents with you page by page. That way you know you're not making a mistake. Don't worry about the documents at all. You will have an opportunity to go through it with your mentor page by page. There's no way to learn the documents because they keep changing. They're different, you know, based on where you are and who you're working for. Different lenders have a way of doing their documents. Various title companies like their documents in a different format. So that's really hard to say. I want to see the documents because even if you buy the loan sourcing book, most of those documents come from California. Okay, you're in Indiana.

You know, I really don't believe. Okay, so I'm in Texas. I'm in what, third, fourth largest state. And we are not, we are not saturated in my opinion because I'm still seeing a lot of people who are doing a whole bunch of work, especially right now as we go into the beginning of the year. Normally that increases all the way up until about May, June, and then we go through somewhat of a lax period through August. I mean through. Yeah, through October.

But even here I don't see it as being saturated because people are still able to make a gang of money. So I personally don't know about Indiana, but I dog on show. Don't believe it is saturated. Now what you can do, what I would recommend that you do is Google it1 and go to Facebook.

Find your local notary public loan signing agent group and ask within the group how they feel about it. Get various opinions from there.

So you mentioned about the Google business page and it being suspended.

That never happened to me because I just put in my home address the first time and then I said my, my location is mobile. I'm a mobile business. I'm not a brick and mortar business. So I'll have to look up on how to remove that suspension. But you can always create another page too.

And name it something different.

Because an active notary just means that you have the commission and a lot of people have the commission but don't know how to make money with it.

That would help you in your business and to be able to launch your business because, man, this can be expensive, especially when you're buying printers and all of that stuff.

We've combed through everything, and we find the shops that pay the most. That actually pay. Right. Because that's important. Everybody just don't pay. You can do something and not get your money. Pay the most. They pay, and they pay on time. So that's big. And that's. That's what. That's the information that we give you to put you through the front of the line. Now, as far as the $103, you can make that back within your first week of doing it. And I have loads of people who have purchased this who can be a testament to. Yeah, absolutely. You can make your money back as quickly as you pay for it.

Don't use it on there because when they send you out something, they have to have a physical address. Now, that physical address does not have to be listed. You can be listed as mobile.

Where can you. You know, there are a lot of.

Virtual. If you Google it, you'll find plenty in your zip code. So a lot of these large office buildings in my zip code offer a virtual option where you can actually come in and use their conference room if you need to do a closing, all kinds of stuff. But you can get your mail there. You can get your phone number there. So, yeah, it's. It's real easy. You just. Just Google it.

This is an excellent question, Amber. When a loan signing service asks you how much you charge, what is a reasonable amount? Amber, I take no less than a hundred dollars, depending on where it is. And like, around Christmas, like, for real holidays. Oh, my God, you can get paid Christmas Day. You can get about 200. $200 per watt. New Year's Day is coming again. You can get $200, like, because a lot of people, a lot of notary public loan signing agents are not working. So you can name your price, but a hundred between $101 $25 is reasonable. Very much so. Especially in Houston, in Texas now, you know.

Tammy, what's reasonable in Virginia?

Miranda, what's reasonable in Florida for notary public loan signing agents to, you know, name their price.

And of course old Florida. In Florida, build relationships, baby. All over the United States, build relationships and you can get anywhere from 125 to 200,000. And that's no joke. Everything is about relationships. The same that occurs in the notary world is the same in mystery shopping. You want to get the best mystery shops, start being friends with the schedulers, make friends with the schedulers in mystery shopping. And in the notary world, make friends with the schedulers and you get the best of the best. Know them by name, know their children's names, make jokes, have fun with them.

And in Virginia, Tammy says $90 is the lowest she takes with no scan backs. But My rate is 100 minimum. Absolutely. That's my minimum rate is 100. I'm not going below 100. It's just not worth it for.

Okay, T. Scott, will you talk more about the apostille for notary? What specifically do you want to know?

One thing that I can tell you about the apostille training. So on the call, one thing that we found out from Ms. Judith is you can make anywhere from $145 for one document all the way up to a thousand plus dollars for more than one document. For processing an apostille for Various clients in your local area. We looked up Texas, man. It might have been four or five in whole Texas. Four or five valid listings, right? Not many at all, I'd say at the max. I saw eight when you Google it. We looked up other places as well when we were online. And an apostille is simply this. When you need to send, say, for instance, you are from China, however, you went to school in America, but you have to send your transcript back to China, you get the document.
