Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. And I am here with you once again for our infamous Sunday Funday. Listen, this has been an amazing week. I'm super excited about everything that's going on and I'm excited to hear from you guys to see what is going on in your world. Also.
See, Baby Blue is over there with the new bone. If you hear her crunching, let me know so that I can go and put her butt up because she cannot.
Impose on my live moment with you. I know she's gonna try to. I was trying to give her a bone to make sure that she didn't come over here, but why is she crunching so loud? Saint, anywho.
Let me know what you've done this week. I'm. I'm so interested in hearing about your successes, answering any questions that you have about this business, and just, you know, making sure that you get to that ten to twenty thousand dollar level that I always speak about.
Hey, Ms. Violet. Here she come. You. She must have heard you. Go back. Go, go, Saint. Go.
Looking crazy. She heard me on here. See when I. When my voice changes. Here she come.
Hold on, y'. All.
That was crazy, wasn't it? Okay, Ms. Violet. So I had to get rid of her bone because she was gonna have that bone under me crunching half the night. Now she's looking for it. Hey, Kelly. So hopefully she gets a toy that is not loud and obnoxious to come up under me and have a seat, get something. Since she know when I'm on Live Normally, I have her up, but. Well, most of the time I try to, but she's been up for most of the day because it was raining and I tried to get some rest. How have y' all been?
Let me know what's going on in your world.
Kelly, was that you that had the. The.
Deal last week where they couldn't find the doggone check? Was that somebody else? Hey, Andre and Veronica. How are y' all this evening?
All is well on my end. The Airbnb's were booked this weekend, so I was excited about that. Just, you know, wanting, of course, to have some consistency with it.
And it's one of those things that you kind of have to play with and, you know, just keep going and keep at it. God is good. And has sent me some amazing people.
Who. Oh, they found that check. Where was it?
You found it or they found it.
But yeah, he sent me some amazing people in the Airbnb space to help me out in doing what I need to Do. So I'm super duper happy about that. You know, one thing about this whole deal, y', all, in finding a mentor, period, whether it be for any endeavor that you choose in your life, right? Notary or whatever, you have to understand, number one, how you learn. I learned I'm not a needy mentee, right? You can tell me what to do. I'm gonna trust that you know what you're doing. And I'm gonna go, that's me. Tell me what to do. And I go.
You have to know how you learn. It's always best to have a mentor with a character that's like a character and values that are like your own. So you need to kind of watch that people and that person and see how they move and figure out whether or not they have the same, you know, type of character as you. I think in my mentorship, I'm a people person. So there may be things that I do in my business sometimes that.
Are not as stringent, I guess, as other people. And I don't know if stringent is the right word, y'. All. I don't know. I don't know. I mean, this is a business, right? You have to treat it as a business. And. And when you get away from that, you start losing money. I get that completely. And I get that. I am a female that's doing business, and I want my people to win number one, my number one goal. So I really want. I like mentors who believe in themselves so much that they can put their money where their mouths are. You know what I'm saying? If I invest in you and I can put my money down, then you can do the same. If something goes wrong, you can put your money on the line, just like you asked me to put my money online. Especially when you paying high dollar for a mentor. Especially because, look, I know what I'm doing so well that you will. Do you see? Do you see? Baby dog, Baby dog ain't no baby no more. She's still a baby, but she is a. The biggest doggone baby. And why is she up here? What are you licking?
But, you know, she made me forget what the hell I was saying.
Go somewhere. Go get a toy. Not allow. But so, you know, especially when you're paying a lot of money, you want to be. You want somebody to have the same values. For instance, say, for instance, you are doing, you know, say, for instance, you're paying me $2,000 a month, and you don't have. You have not gotten any notary work. What would be Your expectation. Would you expect to not have any notary work but still have to pay me the next month when I say that I'm your mentor and I know that you can make 10 to $20,000 a month? It's on the floor kicking the table.
I. I don't think so. I don't think so. I think you say, well, T.J. i can't afford to pay you because I don't have any jobs, right? So in that instance, if I'm as good as I say I am, then I would simply say, you know what? Don't worry about it. This month, I'm about to help you get some jobs. I'm stopping everything that I'm doing to make sure that you are successful and that you have everything that you need, right? Because, I mean, I'm a millionaire. Shoot. $2,000 to me. Your $2,000, I'm gonna make that back on the back end because you're gonna buy another product for me, and I'm gonna have your loyalty for life, because why? I show you that you and I are in this game together. It's not just you. And then I don't. You know, and I make my money. Here she go with this toy.
The loudest toy in the room, saying, it's a pig. Let me show the people the pig. Let me see. So this is.
This is. This is a toy that she chooses to go and get that I'm gonna put on my table and hope she don't jump up here. Go get another toy.
Oh. Oh, She's a Cane Corso.
Stop, girl, Stop.
Hey, Thomasina, how are you.
Exactly? You spending that kind of money, you be expecting more jobs from me.
So you can make that kind of money, Andre, really? Just off of Snapdocs and just by doing loan signings, you stop now. Sit.
Sit, sit. No, sit.
She's showing out. She's showing out for the people.
Yeah, you can make that kind of money just doing loan signings. But since the loan signing business, there are so many people in it, I always recommend that you have something else that you're doing as well. My personal favorite is the apostille work, because, one, you don't have as many pages. I knew she was coming up here for this toy.
Come on.
Madison ain't at home. I can't get Madison to come and get her.
But, yeah, so.
I like the apostille work. Not as many pages. You know, they bring their own documents to you, and it's pretty much covered. And it's a lot of money to be made one page, you can make 135 to $165. If it's a rush, you can make even more.
She bit me a little too hard. Trying to nibble on my hand and gonna bite down hard. Crazy self. Hey. 1409 podcast. Soul family. Let me. I'm so glad you came. 1409 podcast. Listen, if you are in the Houston or Dallas area, we are having an event. I'll be there with 1409 podcast. Check my Instagram at Solutions by TJ. That's my Instagram handle. Solutions by TJ and you'll get all of the information. 1409 podcast. Do you have any? Any. Give them the dates and give them, you know, in the chat put the dates as well as the. The time and location so you'll get a chance to see me live. Everybody been talking about I want to see you live. Come on, Saint. If you are in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, all of the surrounding places, come because I want to see you live too.
Angela. Snapdocs gives a million and one sign ins. I promise they do. Unfortunately, they. Some people don't get them. I don't know what the deal is, but answer in the chat whether or not you have 25 plus jobs.
Listed in Snapdocs, whether they're jobs from Snapdocs or not. Are they jobs that you've gotten and you've put them in Snapdocs? Because from what I've been told that when you get to that spot.
Not Violet, I'm gonna knock a whole block off. You heard me. When you get to 25 jobs in snapdocs, then they start sending you more notifications. But they do they. Man, my cousin. That's how she eats, period.
Hey, Monique. Well, awesome. So, Monique, I'm gonna put.
I am going to put. So my guys are working on my website right now. Guys.
And we can actually go there. Let's take a trip. Because we had to do some recoding to the doggone workshop. I have a personal.
I have a personal.
What is it called? I have a page. Facebook page where you can get training. We go through the docs with you. Just let me know exactly what you need. Monique, have you already gotten your certification through the National Notary association or where exactly are you in the process this. I want to take a trip real quick to look at my website, y'. All. Let me see if it's up.
Hold on.
All right. TJ.com. let's see what this does. Okay. It's not reachable. Solutions by tj.com okay, let's see if that club is still available. It should be available by tomorrow.
All right. Yeah, here we go. So click on coaching.
And group mentorship. So just to let you know, we have a group mentorship as well as an individual mentorship program. The group mentorship is $147. And we walk you through the documents so that when you get in front of your clients, you are not lost. You know what to look for and what to do. And Mariama gave the docs from hell in the one on one mentorship program. The price is 375. And we walk you by the hand through everything that you need. So, yeah, if you want to sign up for this group mentorship.
I say if you want to. I say if. I say, yeah, I see they're working on it. They're getting back to all of this stuff.
So it's not.
So I can't even give y' all the page just today, but give me till next week, it'll be back up.
That's bad. You know, and. And so if you are not getting a lot from Snapdocs, then.
If you are not getting a lot from Snapdocs, there are a whole lot of other companies, right? We have a whole list of companies that are on solutions by TJ Networking and Knowledge, Facebook group. Reach out to them. But when you get jobs, don't forget to put them in snapdocs to let snapdocs know that you're available. And reach out to them if you're not getting jobs. Not worried the heck out of them.
Andre said, what are the best services to offer as a notary during the slow season? You know what?
So, Andre, right now there are a million of them. I mean, you know, I like the apostille service, but they have permit runners because there's a lot of construction still going on. So people who are needing permits drawn. You have the fingerprinting. You know, it's just a million other things. The reason that I like a pastilla is because you make more money than all the rest of them. But you have fingerprinting.
Permit running. What else?
I'm seeing it in my head. It's a million of them, though. I mean, if you go to the national notary association, you'll see all other kind of things. So permit running, fingerprinting, field inspections. It's a lot of stuff that you can do. Hey, Kayla. Hey, Sheila.
We are having a good time.
Oh. So, Kelly, you said that that dog on check was in your notary book. I'm so Glad you found it. That is good. But you know what? Sometimes it just. It. Yeah, it happens.
It happens. So Andre, we are doing the. The apostille. Did you get the Apostille 1.0, Andre? Because we've, we. That training is already out. And 2.0 will be out on the last weekend of. Of August. That's when we'll be doing that. The last Saturday in August. Hey, Angela. Thomasina.
I'm going through these things.
Yeah, Thomasina. And a lot of people get plenty of sign ins from Snapdocs, man. And the, the funny part was I had two mentees that started around the same time. One got them off the bat. The other one, it took about maybe a month before she started getting them. So what is the secret sauce, man? I mean, I tell both of them put I want to see what's going on across the whole city. I'm not just putting five zip codes. I'm putting zip codes across the whole city. So.
Yeah, she boss. Look at it again. Signing order. Awesome.
All right, so 1409 podcast. The 2021 Wealth Workshop featuring solutions by TJ. We will be face to face. It'll be held August 27th and 28th in Houston. This event will cover how to make 10 to $20,000 a month as a notary public loan signing agent, how to obtain government contracts for your business, and how to obtain business credit. Plus a whole lot more virtual and in person tickets are available.
Latasha, how baby dog get under this dog on couch with her big old self. Get from under there.
She looking because she just stopped. I heard her.
So Latasha, do you get jobs from Snapdocs?
And yes, she boss. You can put even the ones that don't come from Snapdocs on there.
Oh, she was going after her ball.
Oh.
Really, Monique? I didn't even know JT Hustles knew about the. Your girl. Solutions by tj. I gotta look the man up.
Well, listen.
Monique, hit me on@superstandsolutionsbytj.com again. That's. That's my email address.
Support at solutions by tj.com we had a comedian and the family comedian in the house over here with Blue doing the most.
That's good. She boss Amrock. That's good.
That's good about Amrock because all you need really is. I mean, so, so.
What was the name of that title? It used to be Carrington Title Company. One title company would feed me. And I'm not, I'm not just talking about me. Me, my mama, my sister, my cousins, all of us. We got all of their jobs because I went in and got that connection. So you gotta get. It just takes one or two. Two doggone.
Title companies, you know, you do not need a certification to be to process apostille documents.
None whatsoever.
It's best to be a notary, in my opinion. But you really don't even have to be a notary. You can get somebody to notarize it.
Andre, do the same for me. If you want training, hit me on supportolutionsbytj.com.
So Simone, go to. You want to get more signings? Go and sign up on the companies on our Facebook group at Solutions by TJ Networking and knowledge. It's on Facebook.
Yeah, the site will be. It should be tomorrow because we're about to start advertising.
Oh, Kelly, that's good. That is good. I know you were like.
Girl.
Yes, I can. I can imagine. Hey, Tawana.
It'S your birthday. Go, Patrice. It's your birthday. Go, Patrice. It's your birthday. Ah. And she's here with me on her birthday. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for coming. I appreciate that.
So she boss is saying, where do you put the zip codes? So you can put it in your description.
Normally you can put it down in your description. It's just a part where you have 10 texting. I can't think of it right now. Let me see if I can get in there easily right now.
Because I did something to my computer and it's being a weirdo.
So let me see if I can get in there real quick. But on signing order, it says additional. I mean, not signing order. Notary public loan, signingAgent.com. let's go down. Shoot. I ain't doing good at that.
That's moving slowly. So let's see. Signing agent. No. Nope.
Signing agent.
I did not know jt. I think I was trying to reach out to old Mr. J.T.
Just typing in my name.
And look for me.
My nose is itching.
All right, so you have all of this information. You go straight down to the bottom where it says additional information. Can. Are y' all with me? Okay. Yeah, y'. All. So you go straight down to the bottom where it says additional information and see where I have. My service area is comprised of zip codes in these parts of town. I also service other surrounding areas. Blah, blah, blah, blah. You can copy this exactly and put your own information in it if you want to. I'll put it in the chat.
It does not move me none for you to copy.
And snap. Docs didn't come Up.
Maybe it'll help if snap the ocs.com. maybe it'll help if I don't call it snapdoc, like my mama be doing. Where's snapdoc? Girl, snap dogs. Girl, stop it. I went on snapdot. She refuses to put that S in there. Honey.
Refuse. Let me see. I'm supposed to be getting a text. Okay, hold on.
I have to update my information in snapdocs.
Okay, so.
Let me go back over here and hide that. And here we are in snapdocs. So tell us about yourself. Use this section to talk about your work and history. And this is where I put it on Snapdocs. Right at the top.
Tell us about yourself. That's where it goes.
Okay.
I'm looking through the doggone. Thank you, Kelly. You signed up for the 2.0. Yes. I love it.
I know, girl. I can imagine the look on your face.
Whoo. Boy. Thomasina gave some good information. She said locate an area not too far from where you live, but further out than most will go. Put that in Snapdocs. Let them know your special areas. This may get you some signings. That's really good.
Yeah. Lord. I know.
They normally choose. Well, the algorithm does both. It chooses by zip codes, proximity, and, you know, and your mailing address. So I just put it all on there and we looked at.
It's on Snapdocs.
Let's see. Hold on. So I ain't lying. We may as well go and go back on a field trip, y'. All.
How does Snap Docs work? Let's try that.
How does snapdocs.
Choose.
Signing agents?
Oh, I spelled that wrong.
Okay. How Snapdocs notifications work? Chrome.
While you may have encountered other systems, sophisticated algorithm notifications are sent one at a time. Companies select the signing agent. They want.
The highest ranked signing agents in the search. Result is notified. There's a delay between. When one notification gets sent in the next. Subsequent signing agents get notifications so long as the assignment remains open. Once the company assigns it, it's closed.
I'll put this in the chat. Learn how to boost your ranking. There is one.
That gum.
I know. We. We were on here one time and we saw where.
They were talking about exactly how they choose. I can't find it right now, but I'll put this in the chat for y'. All.
Thank you. She boss. I appreciate it. Hey, Santia. Girl, you look so cute in your pictures and in your dress from Ghana with your hers. Baby girl. I love it. I love, love. That is awesome.
That's cool. So Latasha said that she has found another resource of income by being a notary for the automotive industry. I have something in my phone about that too.
Let me see. Hold on.
Maverick signings.
M A V E R I C K S I G N.
Maverick signings. Automotive notary service.
How we work, if y' all ever heard of this. Maverick Signings is the combination of mobile notary and retail automotive management professionals that have realized the obvious and increasing need for securing off site and out of area contract signings. I'll put this in the chat.
Had y' all ever seen that before?
Here comes Madison. See now Baby Dog about to really go crazy. I gotta stop what I'm doing to go open the door. It's all kind of ghetto stuff going on in the.
Okay. She got her ain't a key. Praise God.
Baby Dog stuck under the couch with her big horse looking silk.
Did y' all see what I gave about automotive industry?
And yeah, Latasha, tell us more about that. Tell us your. Your experiences with that also.
Oh, okay.
Huh? You can come say hey. Madison time. I can. I come say hey on your live. Can you take that off, please?
She got her hair done.
That's how you wanted it.
I kind of probably would have gotten it a little different. I like the big ones with the little ones. Look at Baby Dog acting. Say hi. Look into the camera.
Hey, I'm Madison. I'm her daughter.
Looking like her daddy.
Yeah. And Baby dog is going crazy, so. Yeah. She starts high school tomorrow.
Baby dog thinks she owned me and run me. So whenever somebody comes to give me a hug, Baby doll. Gotta. Gotta block. Block her. Get off my mama.
Then she gonna knock the whole table up. Yay.
This is a good thumbnail one.
She's so ridic.
You have. You like your hair?
Yeah.
As long as you like it, that's all that matters.
Oh, Ms. Libby says I've had seven signings with Maddox Maverick. Thank y'. All. They're saying she's so beautiful. Oh, Madison.
Baby doc, stop.
Thank you.
You gotta look there.
Oh, sorry.
Thank you.
Thank you. Can you take Baby Dog upstairs?
Stop. Oh, Lord. She didn't. Ran into the window.
Oh, okay. Ms. Libby, your Madison. Hey, take Baby Dog. She on her way after you anyway.
They sound like a gang of horses running up the stairs. It's ridiculous. Yeah. So.
What'S the latest open time you would advise for notary business? Maybe when the money stops. Shoes. When everybody else is closed, that's when you open. I mean, you know, it just kind of depends. If you have a lot of business, then, you know, I'd leave it up.
She running from Madison now. I'd leave it open 247 until I got the business because I want to see who contacts me when.
So. Yeah.
Okay. So Paula said, when you get a chance. I haven't been able to get in touch with anybody about the replay. Vip. Here's my email address. It was paid for. So, Paula, did you. Did you email me?
Let me know in the chat. Supportolutionsbytj.com.
You'Re gonna get in truck. Come get her.
Baby. Dog runs from Madison. They think it's a game.
They slack. Boy, it's a mess over here.
So you have a pretty little Miss Madison too, who's gonna be a freshman. You look so pretty. Wash your face, please.
Go Blue.
Did I put mavericksinings.com okay, there it is.
All right. Mr. Andre said, congrats on high school. Do you hear?
I don't care.
Stop breathing on my foot. Blue, if you do something.
Go, you go.
You know what? Forget you in your home.
It is so funny seeing them fight.
Hey, Miranda, how have you been?
So, Paula, that email address is Support@solutions by TJ.com Again, support atsolutions by TJ.com.
Okay, Miranda, you stay in my prayers. Honey bunny. You've been drinking your tea. How have you been feeling since your surgery?
She's so bad. She growling at Madison and everything. Boy, she really believe that's her sister. Then Madison tried to come around me and she growling. That's ridiculous, y'. All. I gotta remind her. Madison, my first child.
She'S something else.
But there are a lot of things that you can do to fill up any space. Like during the slow season again. I mean, if you have not checked out that Apostille training.
It may be tripping because they are working on my website. But take these.
Take these addresses down anyway. Take these web addresses down. Just copy them because my website should be back up tomorrow.
Here's the Apostille 1.0 program.
That I'm putting in the chat.
And then I'll put the Apostille 2.0 program, which will happen later this month.
And listen, guys, I'm only one person. I can't. I. For support. Solution. Support at solutions by tj.com I can't go to 29 different Facebook messages and all of that stuff. So that's why I tell y' all to go to one place, because it's the only place I can look.
You are definitely in my prayers.
Sheila. Sheila. Ms. Sheila said please, please, please, everyone be safe out there. Wear your mask, people.
Stay positive, Miranda. Yes, ma'. Am. Ms. Angela. Support@solutions by tj.com and I'll get back with you as quickly as possible.
It was actually an email that went out with all the information as far as the links for the replay. And look in your spam. Make sure that you don't have it in your spam.
Yeah. Ms. Miranda had surgery not that long ago, y'. All. Please keep her in your prayers.
So what's the difference between 1.0 and 2.0? I took the original. Okay, so, Mr. Andre, 1.0. As you know, we were going through the basics. What an apostille is, how to get jobs, how to set up your business. But then there were some people who still didn't feel comfortable all the way doing it. So now we're going 2.0. We're going to go through examples, samples, more.
More, you know, filling out the documents, talking about more details, going into more details. So we're actually going to do it because some people just still need a little more, a little more. See a little more of what's going on in it. Let me see if it's.
I'm trying to open my site.
Before I take you there. It's just redirecting. Boy, I tell you.
Thomasina said, hey, listen, mask up on those signings. Even if they say they're vaccinated, I agree.
So, Ms. Angela, we had the replays. Yeah. So, Ms. Angela, did you get the email or. No, because I'm confused.
The only thing that I have not sent out yet is that freaking workbook. But I'm working on it because I want it to be awesome.
Okay? Perfect.
And so. So here's the big news, guys, because at Ms. They are not in the spring branch in Madison school. They are not requiring masks. So.
She wanted to get the vaccine.
And I said, you know what? I'll do it too then. Because, hey, if my child anything. Baby, listen. So, hey, as a mother, let's go on and get it done. Because I was, you know, how you. Huh. You know, I was not too pleased about it.
Because of all of this retarded stuff. You cannot blame people for feeling this way with all of the stuff that's going on on a worldwide stage.
It's too much, y'. All. It's too much. So anyway.
Too, too much. Anybody else have any questions?
But she's ready. She has been to her school all summer. She went to strengthen strength and conditioning training. Yeah, you can come on. She Wants to tell you guys about it. Yeah. You gotta get down. Yeah.
I went to sack camp.
Nobody knows what sack is.
Strength and conditioning training. All summer. I'm on the volleyball team, but a girl fell on my knee and now I can't play.
So can you tell them how you were on the floor?
I was not doing that. She did. You know how on the Predator when the Predator would, like, snap somebody's leg off and they were trying to get away from the Predator and they'd be on the floor, like, crawling with their own. Why does folk. Yeah, that's what she did.
No, I was not doing that. A girl fell on me and. Yeah.
Yeah, she was.
And I'm like. And I'm ready for school. I guess I don't like school.
Are you nervous? Excited? No. No. What?
I don't care.
So you're not excited. So you will sleep well tonight?
Nope. We gotta get up at 5 or.
Something for practice in the morning. Yep. Okay.
And like, I can't.
The Marine crawl. Kayla, what in the fra. Jeezy. I stood up and said, madison, stop it. She was the most. It was the most dramatic Jada Pinkett fall you have ever seen in your life.
A girl. I got tackled in a volleyball game. I've never been tackled before. I don't know how I feel.
Yep. But she goes crying, mama.
It was only because I didn't see my mom and she wasn't there. And she's always there. Like, I had got a concussion on this one time because a girl had stepped on my foot and I had.
Failed playing basketball and she had a big knot on her head.
Yeah. Thought I had a concussion for a little bit.
She had to go to the emergency room. Yeah. She is a mess.
But anyways, my first day of school is tomorrow. I don't want to go.
You have to go.
I don't even show up to school on Fridays, guys.
And don't tell America that, please.
I have to go to school, like, every day.
Every Friday. This lady has some sad story. So, mom, do I have to go to school? Yeah. Can you come pick me up early? When? 2 o'. Clock. School. Get out at 3. Madison, you may as well stay. Well, I'm just in gym. I mean, she is a mess. Just come on now.
S. Yes.
I don't.
Nope. I don't like on Fridays. I just feel like school is irrelevant. But because what are you doing on a Friday other than at home? Chilling.
What do y' all do at school on Fridays? Nothing. Y' all do something so they don't teach on Fridays.
Well, we just be, like, review or, like, playing a game. Nothing too major.
Okay.
And that's why I don't like going to school on Fridays, because it's irrelevant to me, and I don't see why I have to go, and I'm not learning anything.
Yeah.
So we. We have a. She talking about. Yes, mom, because she sees. But she was talking about. You're embarrassing her. We have a house of comedy over here. But I promise you, if you would have seen that Marine Crawl, you'd know what I'm talking about.
Nope.
She looked like a daddy.
Yeah. Y. Yeah.
I don't want to go to school, guys. I'm not ready. Well, I'm not. This is just the fact that I don't want to go to school.
Why?
