Hello, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. And tonight is another Sunday Funday. So I hope that you are ready to get started. I want to hear all about your week. I want to hear about what you manifested. I want to hear about how your business is going. Hey, Kelly, how are you? It has been an interesting week for me. God is good, man. I mean, you know, that's one thing that I can say. God is definitely good. So before we get started and going too far, let me tell y' all a little story about this shirt. I got this shirt probably two years ago. It's a Coca Cola shirt. It don't look like much. You know what I'm saying? It's kind of cute. I liked it, but the reason that I got this shirt is because I saw this lady who was a fitness model, and she was super fine, and I said, you know what? I'm gonna get super fine, and I'm gonna wear that shirt with, like, some cute underwear like she has, and just be real natural and cute. I ain't got that yet, y', all, so. But I got to go on and wear my shirt. Shoes. I didn't have this shirt for two years. I'm wearing my shirt. Okay, yes. Moral of the story is, listen, you have today. You have right now. You are beautiful and wonderful just as you are. Wear the goddamn shirt now. When you get fine and sexy, still wear the shirt again, but wear it today because you're ready. Okay? Hey, Sarah. Hey, Shayna. How y' all doing? So that is my spill on the shirt.
I still like this shirt, but I'll do. I. You know, I have a few goals when I get where I'm going. I'm probably going to be in a fitness competition or something. We gonna see how it goes. I'm excited about that. That's one day, not today. Hello. Because that's a lot of work, and it. You have to be in a certain mind state in order to do it. So one day. One day, I'm gonna get there.
Sarah, how has your week been? Hey, Brenda. Hey, Patina. I think I emailed you back. Patina and I let you in a few groups. Hey, Demetria, I emailed you back to. Okay, so today was my day of emailing people. I emailed you guys back.
Information that you had requested. Y' all know I'm running and blowing and going, so I wanted to follow up with as many people as I could. And. Yeah. Hey, Evelyn, you made it. Awesome sauce.
I know, I know. So, yeah. Ms. Hall is preparing to Go back to school as well. She was. She had a volleyball scrimmage last Friday and Saturday and hurt her knee. So we have to wake up and go to the doctor in the morning.
Y', all. Listen.
How did this crawl on the ground? You know how in the. In the horror stories, right, when there's a monster chasing after somebody and the monster bites that person's leg off and the person is trying to get away from the monster and they. They on the ground and they crawling on their elbows. Ah, that was haul on the ground in the volleyball court.
It was 5, 000 tons of full drama. Hello. You would have thought that her whole leg was off. Now a heavyset girl kind of fell on her leg. Okay, but girl, stop it. Get up. That's me as her mama. I was like, you need. You know what?
I couldn't even take her seriously. I ain't know whether she was hurt or not because she did all of the drama stuff. It swollen up a little bit. She not dead, though. She just real dramatic.
Yeah. Kelly.
So you said the. Everything that you. I. Okay, I've noticed everything I get from you goes to my spam folder. I need to send another email. I'm still missing items, so let me know what you're missing and just go to one of those emails that you've gotten from that spam folder. And.
There'S this. When you go to the settings for that email, you can label it as not spam. Sometimes you have to, like, right click the email and just label it not spam, and then you'll get all the rest of them.
Hey, Toyin, Ms. Solo.
But, yeah, that girl was so dramatic on that ground. I said, oh, you need to stop. Everybody in the whole gym was like, nah, come on.
She is a mess. She's funny and baby blue. Had her first day of training today.
She did really good. She has a pronged collar that she hates. One of. It's a training collar. Animal activists would probably say that it's cruel and unjust punishment, but this is a big dog and she needs to be able to listen. And she did very well. As you know, you don't have to use it much. It's a. It's a light little tap to remind her, hey, get on task. Focus. Right? And she did really good for her first time. She's so doggone smart. So I was super duper proud of her. She got everything good. She fit, figured it out, and. And I'm kind of excited to go back. It was far.
We had to drive like 37:30. Seven minutes away from my house. But we really, really enjoyed it, so.
Yeah.
So everybody is getting the kids ready to go back to school. School clothes, all that stuff. How is business going for you guys? How. How is the notary world? My. Let me see if this does. Do I look dark to y'? All? Like, I have my screen down so that my glasses won't look as blue, but I can't tell if they look blue or not, to be honest. And my curtain is open.
Wait, where am I seeing something?
Oh, right here.
Okay, never mind.
Yeah. So how is business going for you guys? Slow, fast, medium? I hate the glare on this. These glasses. But when I tell you, if I do not wear these glasses, I will not be able to read the comments, and that's just no fun. Can y' all hear me clearly? Is everything cool on Yalls in.
Miranda? I was thinking about you the other day.
I'm gonna pray for my sister. She just got out of surgery. Awesome sauce. You're a fighter. I know you gonna do well. And look, you just got out of surgery, and you gonna come see you girl. Boy ain't nothing, boy. That's why I love my. My family.
I love it. I love it. Thank you.
Last month was a little slower than June, but this month is picked up. Yeah, that's good. That's good. Sarah, have you started doing apostilles Apostille work yet?
I don't know why this shirt not. I'm not gonna be fighting this shirt all night, y'. All. It better try to act right. There's my cute shirt dog on it, and you need to just.
Hey, Cindy. Busy. Between Snapdocs signing order and my direct title client. Yes. Booked and busy. Let me tell y', all, by Cindy. So Cindy was one of those people who came and she was like, I don't know if this gonna work. I ain't getting nothing on Snapdocs. I. I'm not getting anything on Snapdots. There's nothing on Snapdots. I still haven't gotten anything on Snapdot. I said, okay, Cindy, just calm your energy down. And it started flowing in. And when it did, she has been off and going, so. Yes. And she got a direct title client and signing order. Oh, she killing the game. I love it.
Kelly said, okay, let me put this on the screen. I miss seeing your face too, Cindy. I learned something new with signing order. They have a job board for openings. Openings for notaries in the area. Oh, wow. Okay. Where's the job board?
All the. Hey, don't Give. Hey, listen, I was just there to just calm you down. All glory goes to God, Cindy. All of it. I don't want any of it at all. Because I just. I was just there to hold the faith for you to just say, he. He got it. He got it. Okay, just hold on a little longer. It's coming. Because we did everything right, you know?
Awesome. Are you doing your own Apostilles as well, Sarah, though? Like, have you gotten any Apostille clients where you're processing documents from them? Kelly, you still not gotten anything from Snapdocs? So, Kelly, enter this question. Have you.
For the other jobs that you get, are you posting those into snapdocs? Because Cindy told us a long time ago, once you get to 25 jobs in Snapdocs, regardless of whether they come from Snapdocs or not, when you get to that 25 number, you start getting more notifications.
I'm texting madison.
To turn the AC up.
So, yes, you gave over 175 jobs in snapdocs.
All right, Miranda. I love it. So you got the signing service and you have the fingerprinting that you have to do. When you get your butt out of that bed, girl, I pray in the mighty name of Jesus for your fast healing.
You're gonna be better than ever.
Cindy said for. I think this is for signing order, right? It's in the menu side of the. It's. It's on the menu side.
On the left side of the page for signing order where she was talking about that notary. The postings area. Postings.
Well, Sarah, you know, if you get one of those jobs, we gonna walk you through it. You have. If you get the job we got you, it's when you see how easy it is, you're gonna be like, man, I've been missing money. I promise you, I ain't lied to you yet. Today ain't the day.
Christina. What are you talking about? Does it apply to general notary work?
So, Kelly, answer the question completely, like, in one little thread. How many jobs do you have in snapdocs? And when you answer, say, I have 175 jobs in snapdocs.
Hey.
Okay. Dee Dee said she started her Apostille 1.0 training. What do you think about it so far?
I know. Where's Thomasina? She's coming. I bet you she comes. She's coming a little later.
Yeah, we have a whole little network, so I'm sure that whatever question you have, we can find the answer. Okay. Does Snapdocs job apply to General Notary? Work. I do tons of acknowledgments for my full time job daily. But not any loan signings yet. No, I think that pertains to. Well, I don't know. You know, I can't answer that question.
I cannot answer that question.
So can anybody answer Christina's question? Can she put general notary jobs in Snapdocs and will that count as far? I've never tried that, so I can't answer it. Okay. Kelly, have you emailed Snapdocs? Because. Yeah, you should have enough to. For them to start sending you work.
You definitely have enough for them to start sending you work.
So I would email them. If they have a phone number, I will call them, ask them what's the dealio? Because you should. You're at that point. You should be there now. We should have been there a long time ago.
Awesome. D. Awesome, awesome, awesome. Is the information easy to follow in the apostille domination 1.0 training?
Mm, I get it, Kelly.
But they still. They should have answered you by now. I mean, it should have. This has been long enough. It should have picked up.
It should have picked up. And you should be good by now. Seriously.
Yeah, that's. That's too long. And you have enough work in the system to say, hey, really out here working, so there's no reason whatsoever. The only thing that I can think of, your zip code.
I want to look at your account.
Kelly, where are you? What. What city? And.
So creative, Frugal said, no reason you could not put general notary work in Snapdocs. The info you give is so minimal. Thank you for answering that.
And Miranda said, ellie, ask the people you worked for for a review.
And they'll give you a thumbs up. Where do. Where do they put that review? Miranda, when she asked them for a review, where. Where should they write the review?
Okay. Spanaway, Washington. Okay, y', all, let's go on a trip.
I want to see your profile on signingagent.com.
Y' all ain't gotta see me.
Okay. K, e, l, l, y.
Hold on. Let me make sure I don't spell your name wrong. Jim.
Hey, that's you.
Okay, 2020.
Okay, let's go to your profile.
Oh, let me tell y' all something. So I had a conversation today with Ms. Moore, and we were talking about this address, right? And the primary address. You can even if so your. If this is your personal address, right? Then everybody can see it. So just be cognizant of that. If you don't want people to know your personal address, just Add your city, state and zip code.
And they can find out the delivery address later if they need to.
Okay. Commission information, service areas. This is not enough service areas for one.
What? All counties are all around you.
Is it just two? Because in in Houston I have Harris, Liberty, Montgomery.
Fort Bend, Galveston. I put every county within an hour from me.
I am.
Willing to travel 26 to 50 miles. So yeah, I put every county within a 50 mile radius.
Okay. So down here, Kelly, in additional information you also need to put your zip codes.
So let's go to my profile.
Okay, so this is mine. As you can see, I don't have that delivery address but I do have Houston, Texas and a zip code is my primary address.
Service areas, all of these chambers, Fort Bend, Harris, Liberty. The only one I didn't put is is Galveston.
I put the same thing you did for distance. Mobile platforms. I put in all of the mobile platforms. I don't know why I did that, but I did.
So diverse business type. I can't remember whether you put woman owned business. I don't know if you're a disabled vet or small business or you are a small business and you can be a small disadvantaged business by being woman owned. So look at what I put.
In the additional information.
So I put my times again, my service area and the zip codes in my service area and you know what other experience I have outside of just notary work.
And yeah. So I will put this additional information. I'm going to copy this for you guys. Control C. I'm putting it over here in the comments.
Come on down Saint.
I'm putting it in the comments just so y' all have something. But that could be one thing of one reason why people aren't finding you as well as you would like for them to because you need more zip codes, dresses, stuff for them to be able to find you.
Now let me go up and see if y' all have any questions.
Let me remove that.
Hey June.
Oh, I love that. Cindy says I always, I always ask for a thumbs up in the comment section within the snapdocs order. I love it.
I don't know where y' all talking about. Hold on. Let's go back on another trip on our favorite rocket ship because I want to see where.
Where this is.
So you said under the profile. It.
This is the profile. My profile.
I don't see anywhere under the profile where you can ask for.
I don't see anywhere where you can ask for.
I gotta resolve my stuff.
But I don't see anywhere where you can ask for thumbs up.
In the background of snapdocs on her profile.
Oh, that's smart too. Miranda says she always sends an email to ask for more jobs as well.
Cindy said she asked for a thumbs up.
Where's Christina? What. What. What question did Christina ask? Oh, about the general notary work.
Oh, wow. So zoom is, like, no longer available. Mir.
Yes, she can provide a. She can provide a whatchamacallit, a P.O. box. That's definitely true. But, I mean, it doesn't have to be. You know, if they want you, they're gonna call you. They just need to be know the zip code so you don't have to put your public address on there. If they want you, they're gonna. They're gonna reach out to you.
Oh, okay. So Kelly said, those are my counties, and they are very big. I don't get asked to drive further away. And I accept if they are willing. Okay, Absolutely. Most work I get is between 60 to $85.
It should be more than that.
We're gonna have to figure that out together. That one thing that I told you, though, with adding those zip codes as well. If the county is that big, then the zip codes will help to nail down exactly where you are.
You know, by adding a few zip codes.
Yeah.
Let'S get on the phone and brainstorm about it when you get an opportunity.
So Cindy said, how can you see your ranking in snapdoc? She tried, but she can't see it. Hey, Latasha.
And Christina also said she's trying to get more experience. Does anyone use thumbtacks?
So Kayla mentioned something the other day about.
Well, a lot of people on here have mentioned stuff about being in various niches and people who need general notary work, like child care centers who have to have backgrounds when they hire new employees. And their new employees also need documents notarized. And, you know, families sometimes come to the child care center and. And they may ask, is there a notary? And then they can refer you out as well.
Gotcha.
Okay, Garen, I see you on your back, Rhonda, talking about some. You hitting the pavement in some red bottoms. Okay? You get it, girl.
You believe you. You see it, believe it, and you can achieve it, right? Cindy said, if you're looking for that ranking in snapdocs, the ranking is on the left hand side, halfway down. When you log in on your snapdocs profile, the main screen.
Patrice, for you know what? It depends on the area. I. I don't even know the formula for snapdocs, to be honest with you. Because I've had clients who came to me one week and they were getting a whole bunch of jobs from snapdocs. The day that they came, then I had people like Cindy where I was like, okay, hold on, Cindy, come on, hold on. Just keep calling. Keep, you know, worrying the heck out of people. They're gonna send you something, I promise. And then it. It started happening. So you might get jobs from other places, have to put them in snapdocs. And then as it grows, then snapdocs recognizes you. But yeah, I mean, when I was a brand new notary, I went through snapdocs.
And you're in Florida. What part of Florida? Ms. Patrice?
Oh, you're in Jacksonville. This thing is coming across a lot faster. Boy, I used to have to wait for a reply. Shoot, now I'm seeing replies quick. They didn't sped the system up.
You're in Jacksonville.
Okay. I was trying to see if you were where Miranda is, but you in a different spot. She's not in Jacksonville. She's in Florida though. But they are friendly to new notaries. I listen here. So we have solutions by TJ Notary Networking and Knowledge Group on Facebook. And at the top of that group under announcements, it's a whole lot of companies that I've compiled that I know right now are active. They pay and they pay well. So I would say for you to go there and sign up with those companies and you can't just sign up. You gotta call and worry the heck out of people and. Yeah, be a. Be a menace to society. Hey, Ms. Anita. I just put it at the bottom of the screen. I'll also.
Put.
Link.
As well.
In the ch.
Let me find the link. Okay, there it is.
You know what? I'll put all of these in the chat. So I'm gonna put all of these links in the chat. The Apostille 1 course, Apostille 2, as well as the VIP event. If you missed it, man, you missed a treat. We had an awesome time.
It was really good. I enjoyed it. I've gotten a lot, a lot of good feedback about it, man. I'm. I'm grateful.
I don't know what just happened. Okay.
So.
All right. I just put those links in there.
Let me see. I think Kelly had said something.
Oh, I went up too far.
I'm looking at the comments, y'. All.
Okay, Ms. Solo.
Miss Solo says, Sarah, you have to call Notary Go. They will pay the room fee, but still want you to accept $60 for the signing for a total of 110. That's been my experience, but I pass on them. Gotcha.
Well, if you can get a room, if you have an attorney who. Who you work with, where you don't have to pay a room fee, that's good, too.
Absolutely, Christina. All right, Ms. Anita, that. I put the link for the apostille training, too. It's scrolling at the bottom, and I put it in the chat.
Whoa. What you say, Kelly? Okay. I also got the worst call of my life. The title company did not receive the cashier's check. So you attach the cashier's check to the closing documents after the closing.
Right. They did get the scanned copy, but they did not get the physical copy. Is that what you're saying? And when you answer it, say correct. They did not. They got the scanned copy, but not the physical copy and the check. So that I know.
So, Kelly, did you have. When you dropped it off at FedEx? I always keep my receipts as proof that I dropped a packet off. Did you keep your receipt?
The workbook? I'm still in the process of creating the workbook, Miranda, because I didn't like the previous one that the guys in India created.
It was sort of a communication issue, so I'm recreating it. So give me a minute with it. Will it be downloadable? You can definitely download it and print it if you want to.
Oh, that's good. Patina said she always puts the cashier's check in its own envelope with the signer's name and file number on the front.
But I want to know, did you save the receipt? You know, the FedEx receipt. That's what I want to know.
Because that's. That's all. That's always your saving grace, is to have that dog on FedEx receipt.
I know. I do, too. I am.
I take pictures of my receipts just in case, too, because is. You just never know. And what I do. So I normally. Okay, so here's what I do with my receipt. I normally take a picture of my receipt and upload my receipt to Snap Docs, too. So once I drop those docs, I put a note in the snapdocs that I just dropped docs along with a receipt that, you know, the receipt that I received from them so they see I dropped the docs.
Okay. So if you have your receipts, then that is an issue. It's not on you. That's an issue with. With the FedEx or.
Yeah. And yeah, Cindy does the same thing. She says she uploads her FedEx receipts to every Snapdocs order. Yeah.
Yeah. So that's on, that's on the, the care. The carrier, then that's not on you. There's. I mean, as long as you have communicated everything that you needed to communicate to the signing company, you've done your part. There was nothing else for you to do. There are no next steps.
What did they say when they called you? Because all you have to do is tell them, yeah, I dropped the docs off. I uploaded my receipt to show that everything was dropped off to FedEx. And I also put a copy of the cashier's check that was scanned within the package as well.
Yep.
Miranda said that she. I paper clip them. I always staple the check and take pictures of those cashiers checks attached to paperwork, especially those big ones. One thing about it though, Miranda, with staples, they don't like holes in the paper.
So use a paper clip if you can.
Awesome, Kelly.
That's a good, That's a good one.
Okay, so Ms. Pull. Pullman said, if you have more than one package, do you put all packs on one receipt or do you get individual receipts? I get individual receipts because if I have more than one package, are they all from the same signing company or title company? Even still? Even if they are, they should give you.
A mailing slip for each individual loan package. It shouldn't just be one. So. No, I, I would, I would not put them all together.
I personally wouldn't. I want individual receipts.
Wow. Ms. Solo says she had the same thing happen to her. The borrower had two checks. The title company said they received one, but not the other. And they were both in the same envelope. That's crazy. Sarah said the color envelopes. What color envelopes? Sarah at the, at UPS and FedEx. Hey, Lucy. Long time no see.
Yep. Individual receipts.
So Lotus Wave said. So did they receive the documents from you, Kelly? But. But they're just missing the check or did they not get the documents or the check?
Oh, gotcha. Okay.
Darkness Fall said in Virginia they can't even. They don't deal with the money at all. The title company will send the, the, the, the borrower or your client their own FedEx label so that they can send the money themselves. That's true.
I am, I know that's nerve wracking, Kelly, for real. But it's not your fault. And it does happen through some of those carriers. That's why you have to baby hold your receipts like gold.
Patina said it might, you know, it might have fallen out at the title company when they opened it up.
The links aren't working.
Let Me see. I'll send them one by one. Let's see if this works.
Okay, let me know if this one works.
June. Let me know if that one works.
Oh, okay. So Sarah said that she puts the borrower's checks in a bright colored envelope. Now, that makes sense. Like, if you put it, like, in a loud yellow envelope, like, you can't miss that. That's a good idea.
That's a good idea.
I know. Sorry that happened to you.
Ms. Solo says she does the same thing. I use bright neon envelopes and put the check at the front.
Oh, yeah. Y' all got some good ideas. So, Ms. Mom G3, insert the cashier's check in a separate, clear FedEx mailing envelope, along with a bright color paper. Insert, insert stating cashier's check. I like that as well.
So Kelly said, yes, they got the documents, but the check is missing. Why would the envelope have even been open? Like, how could that be? You know what I'm saying?
That's just crazy.
Yeah. Something. Something is weird about it. Something they're overlooking something because the envelope should not have even been opened.
So somewhere in the process, possibly in their office, it got thrown around.
Yeah.
Darkness Falls said, my stomach is in knots for you, Kelly. You know what? I. To be honest with you, Kelly, when. Don't worry about it. Because when you've done all that you can do and you've proven your point that it ain't you, you didn't lose it, and you sent it, that's all you can do. They can't fault you for that.
All right, Kayla, that link was working.
Kelly said the person who called her was the one who opened the envelope of the Docs.
I know. That's right. Kelly says she'd prefer I know a cashier's check.
That they. You know, instead of a cashier's check, they just wire it, Right?
Mm.
Darkness Fall says she. She tries to encourage them to wire fund. I know. Miranda, these are some excellent ideas, huh? Especially that neon doggone envelope. I never thought of that. But that's a good idea. And write on the name of it and the file number. It's a great ide.
And Kelly says she's gonna start telling them on their. On their notes pages that the cashier's check is in the colored envelope. Exactly. Exactly.
Now, see my back. Okay? The lady in the office probably ripped the check and the envelope, so she has to cover her butt now. Yes. That is. That happens. That happens for sure.
That does happen.
Okay, so I'm gonna send this one so that was apostille 1.0. I'm gonna send these links since that work. Hey, Lashawn, I'm gonna send these links individually. I just sent Apostille 2.0.
And if you are interested in the VIP event, y', all, listen, it was off the chain.
It really was. I'm not just saying that because I did it, you know, I'm saying.
It was. It was fun, it was nice, it went over well, and.
Everybody was just beautiful, man.
So I just sent all of the links.
Oh, Kelly said, I'm sorry, she was not the one who opened the documents. Gotcha.
That's a good idea, too. And, you know, I think I do. You know what I do. Wow. So that's crazy that you said that. Darkness falls said, Ms. Tammy said, I double seal the envelopes with packing tape and take a picture just to be extra sure. So I. I don't know if I've ever mentioned that before, but I seal it, like, with their seal. So I get the little wet stuff and I seal it. And I have my own, you know, a little stamp that's kind of moist where you can seal it, and then I tape it.
So if you get in here, somebody gonna know, you know, you can't just do the little steam thing and get in my envelope. No, you're gonna have to test them. You're gonna have to tear this whole thing down to get in my envelope. And I have tape within my bag. My notary supplies. I have tape. So I tape all of my stuff.
That is very true.
Yeah.
Yeah. That's good, too. Ms. Patina.
A blue separate envelope with the client's name, file number on the blue envelope. And I paper clip it to the documents. Yeah.
Miss Creative Frugal Fund said, Regarding Ms. Kelly's situation, could someone at FedEx have open opened it, taking the check out, and used a new envelope with the same shipping? You know, anything is possible, but with a cashier's check, what can you do with it?
Anything is possible. But that's why I say, you know, I want to make it tamper proof. If you. If somebody opened it, then you're gonna have to cut up some tape. It ain't no way that you just gonna be able to make it pretty because I done made. I didn't take the whole thing around like a crazy lady.
I think Mariama taught me to do that.
Yep. And I'm sure the. The. Yeah, that's also good. Check with the bank to see and. And that's something for the title company to Do. So if I had questions, I would. Kelly. I would contact the title company and ask them have they contacted the bank to make sure to see whether or not that cashier's check was cashed.
And the main part where you need that tape. So, you know, I overdo it. Now, that's. That's my middle name, od. So I don't just put like one strand of tape. I make about two layers, and then I make the vertical. Yeah, you gotta tell the whole thing up. Fooling with me.
Yeah, but the main parts are those sides, right? Because you gotta cut open the sides.
Thomasina, everybody was asking about you.
Thomasina said, hey, all pa in the house. I always take the FedEx envelope with me. I seal the FedEx envelope myself and always get the receipt. And I always upload it to snapdocs. I don't trust humans. Hello. Exactly.
Ms. Solo says she uses the plastic poly bags at FedEx and UPS and then take the label sleeve and put it over the perforated part of the envelope so it can't come. Oh, that's okay.
You know, Tammy, it seems like they would have done that. I mean, as soon as they realized that the check wasn't there, they should have put a stop payment on. On that cashier's check. Hey, Mari.
Yeah?
Sarah said, I know this is a little extra, but sometimes when a check or money order is involved, I record myself putting the check in the envelope and seal the FedEx envelope. Baby. That, my friend, is not extra these days. Because I don't want no smoke. I just want everybody to know it wasn't me. Hello? It was not me, people. It wasn't me. So I get it.
Yep. Take those sides up really good. They're the key.
Oh, boy, Kelly, that was a good one. Golly.
Kelly said the killer part of this mess is that this was a new to all God dog.
I don't care. You didn't covered yourself. They should be fine. They really should follow back up with them. That's what I would do. My next step would be to follow up with them, make sure that they cancel the cashier's check. Ask them that they need you to do anything else. Did they? That they need for you to go and go back out to the client and pick up another check and ask them, do they have any other assignments for you to do. You did your part. You didn't mess that up.
There's nothing else that you could have done.
Frugal Fun said my aunt used to wrap Christmas packages with too much tape. We'd always say, she must have been from Joy. Okay, now I can add. This must be from tj. Okay. You ain't lying. Oh, yeah. This must be from DJ for real. You know, I'm that one. You trying to get open. You like. God, Doc, this is ridiculous. That's me.
That's me.
Yes. The most ridiculous present that you can't get into.
Oh, cool. The order came through. In. Through signing order. Gotcha.
I call them. I definitely call them and say, hey, you know, I'd follow up with them, see if they needed anything else, did they find it, make friends with the girl and, you know, go from there.
Yes. I'm on Joy. Creative, frugal, fun. That's me.
Tammy said, did you. Did you.
Check around the scale. Wait, hold on. Did you double check around the scanner just for the heck of it? Turn everything upside down. Yeah.
Oh, Thomasina. I know, girl. Oh.
Excited for you, too. What have you done so far?
How are you getting. How are you getting the word out that you. You perform apostilles? Have you talked to any.
Any attorneys? What have you done so far?
Look, Kelly said. I did. I flipped it. I flipped everything and dusted. Okay, I know the feeling. I know. Listen, Kelly, I. You were on your knees looking under every. Listen with your heart in your stomach. I get it. Like, oh, my God. I get it.
I do. That's not a good feeling.
Not at all.
But, I mean, it's a doable thing, because there's nothing that you can do with a certified check. You can't cash it. Everybody knows that. It's a hassle just to, you know, have to go back and get another certified check. But they can stop that check, go get another one. And you can easily call them and say, hey, would y' all like for me to go out and pick up the check and take it back to FedEx for you? Bam. Done. Moving on.
Okay, Tammy, she's talking about. I did flip and dust. Okay.
Exactly.
Exactly. Thomasina, Miranda, Somebody up, up, up at the top was asking for you a little bit a little while ago.
Hey, Sarah, have you done any mystery shopping work lately?
Let us know. Let us know.
Yes, indeed. So I think I told y' all at the very beginning, Baby Blue went to doggy training school today. Oh, why does this big old dog, the trainer's dog, kind of got after Blue a little bit because she was jealous because he had petted her and gave her some food.
Oh, yeah. Sarah, I was saying, have you done any mystery shopping lately?
And baby. Baby Blue ducked down she was like, wow. Big alpha after me. Big old dog. Big old. Big old he. He has a cane Corso too.
She didn't bite her or anything, but she kind of came at her fast. And oh.
Yeah.
It was interesting.
That Kelly say I went hunting and came up empty. I know. Just if they just wired the doggone funds, that's the best thing.
Absolutely.
Yes, yes, yes. Okay. So Tammy says she's been doing virtual mystery shops for apartments.
She says she loves those because they take 5, 5 to $10 and for just quick 10 minutes. Awesome. Yeah, they still have some good ones on, man. They really do.
Oh, cool. Tell your fiance I said hello.
Tell him I said hello. Tell the kids I said hello.
That is awesome. Awesome. Dang, y', all, we've been on here for an hour already. It's 56 minutes. That's crazy. Time flies when you having fun, doesn't it?
I know. She is so mad because she is in blue is upstairs in the room. I heard her holler like a grown woman.
From in my bedroom because she's in her cab, so she's extra.
Okay. I don't know what happened.
That was crazy.
That don't make no sense.
Okay.
I did. I froze. I don't know what happened. The whole dadgum thing just went bye, bye. Maybe I have too many doggone screens open. Let's close some of this stuff out.
Maybe that was what it was.
Yeah, my butt froze. I was like, hello, Hello. And then I saw myself in it.
This little pose.
That y' all texted me.
Thank you. Yes, I'm back.
I am back. Jesus.
Okay, what y' all talking about? Thank you, June.
Thank you, thank you.
I don't know what happened. I really don't. My screen has never frozen like that. I probably. You know what? I probably need to delete some of those old videos. I'm gonna do that too. I have no reason to keep them, those old videos from my computer.
Just because I'm using a lot of space probably because of those old videos. So I may as well just sell delete all of that mess.
Old videos from YouTube and everything else. I'm gonna knock that out.
You know.
Nico is around, she gotta come back. I'm. Hey, see Sheffield, how you doing?
Yeah, Nico is around. She's doing good. Think she took one of those. I can't remember what type of. She said you had told her about it, June. A part time job or something.
Oh, that's a good idea, Lashawn.
Really good idea.
Really, really good idea. Should I just erase them from my computer, because I can even put them on a cloud or something.
Because I'm gonna need a pretty big external drive.
Y' all be sure and like this video, give me a thumbs up so other people can find it.
Yeah.
Model home sitting right?
Yes. I'm gonna have to tell her, but to get back on here. That's my dog. I still talk to her probably at least no less than two to three times a week. Resource staffing.
Yeah, she had to get some things done.
Look, why am I on live yawning, y'? All? That's. That's just ridiculous.
See, Hunter said. What is model home staffing? Model home city.
Gotcha. So you never erase those old videos, Lean.
You have them like, all of your old videos. I'm thinking about just erasing them.
But what if something happens to my channel.
You know, and then I have to, like, restart uploading some more stuff.
That's true. Latasha. I'm gonna have to get 1, 2. Tetrabot. What is TB? Tetrabot. Is it Tetrabytes? Yeah.
I can do that. That's a good idea. I'm gonna do that.
And at least they'll be there, and I ain't got to worry about it.
Okay. Got it.
Cool beans. Well, beautiful people, we've been on here a little bit over an hour. I love y', all, but I have gotten sleepy, so I'm gonna go up there with Ms. Blue. She's in her cab, and she gonna stop hollering when I get up there because she's such a baby.
Oh, that's a good idea, June. I do it to meet realtors and leave my notary flyer with with them at the model home, baby. Oh, you so. Oh.
That'S a good idea, June.
Good idea.
Good night, y'. All. I love y' all to life. I'm gonna go on and hit this bed, and if y' all need me, I am here. I am here. Somebody above said, how's the Airbnb business going? You know what? It's going good. It's going good. I can't complain.
Before I went dead on here, I was saying that I manifested this guy who is also out of Houston, who has Airbnbs. And, you know, you know, we're talking about some things. I'm learning a lot. I learned a lot from him last week, so we'll see where that goes. You know, I have some more meetings this week to talk about pricing, management, and other things, so it's all a learning process, but it's. Everything is going Well, I hired a customer experience manager who will take care of everything on the Airbnb side from the platform, like, correspond with clients and just all of the little stuff so I don't have to do it. I'll still be involved because I want to be involved on the experience side.
What I. I also hired my cousin as to be over, like, the operations portion to go after the cleaners, make sure that everything is straight, everything is done, and stuff like that. So.
Yeah, I'm hiring. I'm ready for everything to get automated.
Because I don't want to give myself a job. You know, I wanted to. The goal is for it to run by itself and run well. And so, yeah, that's what's going on.
So I'm, you know, we got it. We got it going. All right, y', all, God bless. Y' all have a great night. And I'm going to bed. Y' all have a good week.
I love y' all to life. Bye.
