Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by TJ and I teach everyday ordinary people how to make 10 to 20 thousand dollars in the notary signing agent opportunity. And today is Sunday Funday. I am so glad that you are here. This is a day where, you know, it's just for you. Like, I want you to ask any question that you have. We have an entire family here and this week has been an awesome and amazing week.
Just a lot of stuff going on within the family. We're trying different things. We have another training coming up where we're going to go over the documents with you May 1st. The last one that we had was absolutely awesome. I am completely excited about all of the stuff that we have going on. Thank y' all for joining me today. And if you'll notice in the comments, I put a couple of links right, because I want to give a shout out to some amazing people that are right here in Houston. And the first one is my boy, G5. He has a podcast called the Five Cast. The number 5F the number 5I V E then cast. And if you are interested in knowing more about me, man, I got on G5's podcast and whoa. He asked me questions like that I hadn't thought of in years. So if you want to see me sitting there because I was starving because Madison ate all my food, sit there and stuff my mouth with cookies and talk to G5 about all my good business, go over to G5's podcast on YouTube. It says TJ on 5cast. That's the link that's above. Go there and watch that. I also. And you know what? G5, remember I was telling y' all about that butt naked candle by JCO Candle Company. Look at this. Why that boy got his own candle, y'. All. Isn't that cute? And it smells so good. Y' all hear that?
It's just crackling and popping. I love it. And so he also did a couple of real live interviews, too. There's another young lady in Houston that I am just extremely proud of. If you have anybody in your family or friends or whoever that's interested in trucking J Rich Trucking Academy. I bought this really cool shirt from her. She's right here in Houston. Very young lady. But you see that? And I would have worn my good shirt, but I want the hat to go with it so I could just be totally, totally live. But it's called Road to Riches Trucking Academy. And I went to one of her classes and why wasn't I wasn't even interested in Trucking, but she was talking about how to make a passive income in trucking and made it sound so easy, bro. Not only did she talk about it, why does she pull out her phone and start giving her contacts? Like, those are the type of people that I like to deal with, you know, people who understand that there's enough money for everybody. If I give you my direct connect, you're not gonna bring me down, because, listen, I'm just trying to raise everybody up. And that's her spirit. That's g spirit. They are amazing people right here in Houston. I also added Jay riches. She's on YouTube. She has about, I think, $22,000. $22,000. 22,000 subscribers. If you know anybody who is into trucking, go check her out, because she just gives away so much game, and it's not. You know, she said that the reason that she started doing this is because she was looking for that same thing, right? She was looking for the information and couldn't find what she was looking for, so she bumped her head a lot. She had been homeless, and now she just has an amazingly big heart to give, and that's why I love her so much. So y' all go check out. Thank you. Hey, y'. All. Hey. Darkness falls. Ms. Tammy, Ms. Congeniality. June. Thank you, Blanca. Yolanda, Robin, Bessie in the house. Ms. Solo. But, yeah, go check out J. Rich trucking. Oh, did y' all see my good shirt?
Look at that. Road to riches. And y', all, these ain't no sales pictures, because they don't even know I'm talking about them. I'm just trying to, you know, like, hey, fam. When I say, hey, listen, when I get good information, what do I do? I pass it on. I don't know if y' all are interested in trucking or if you have family members who are interested in trucking, but I'm telling you, she's. Man, that young lady, bro, she is. She is amazing. For real.
Detailed, very, very detailed.
Information that she gives four dummies. You know how I like it? The box of rocks methods. That's how she broke it down. And it was just. She's so good. Really. One more person that I want to shout out. I told you all about five cast. Go over that a five cast and subscribe. And look at the. Look at the episode that I did, y'. All. This candle from five cast. His. The guy's name is G. Five is what we call him. That's his candle, and this smells like him. I don't know If y' all can hear this doggone candle. But it's just over here popping. And wait, I'm trying to get a good light on it.
Ah, okay. But that's his. That's his thing. It's over here popping and glistening. And it smells so good. I gotta get my allergies messing up, so I'm gonna have to put it over here.
But yes. And this is my good water. I ain't got my drinking drink. My head hurting.
Hey, Miranda. So, yeah, go over there to G5's podcast. And a young lady stayed with me this weekend. They had an event in town.
And her name is Pretty Pockets. Another young lady from California, y'. All.
These young people, man, are millionaire minded. I mean, they're doing things in a really big way that I just never even thought of. But her story is so motivational to all of the people who are just out here trying to get it. And she's. She's a visionary in her family. And everybody started calling in. It got emotional. I. I was over there talking about my eyes sweating because, like, her mom, her sister, everybody just started calling in saying how proud they are of her and how much they love her. And, you know.
That'S amazing, right? I mean, I, I heard my sister tell me that on Clubhouse. And that's just a good feeling because you don't hear that like, my sister. I never told me that. For real. So when. I mean, you're not for real, but, like, when we're talking, that's just nothing, you hear? So I know that was just a feeling, like, wow, to just be supported and loved. My allergies, I don't know about around the world, but these allergies in Houston, Texas.
I gotta let the candle out.
Because it's igniting my good allergies, honey.
So, yeah, y' all check out Ms. Pretty Pockets. She stayed at the spot this week. Also check out 5cast and J candle company. That was on the last episode when I had my good candle, baby. That candle popping. I love it. And Ms. Nico is on tonight. Hey, family.
And y', all, let me acknowledge my friend, bro.
Hey, Stephanie, thank you. I appreciate that.
Yeah, let me acknowledge Nico, y'. All. So.
I, I, I'm a loner. Like, I don't hang with a lot of people, just in real life, I'm by myself most of the time. And Nico found me here on YouTube. And she has become just such a great support system for me.
She called the other day and was like, what's wrong with you? And I was like, Nothing. I'm good. I'm. Girl, I'm good. I'm good. And she was like, no, no, I feel it. You're not good. And I was like, no, girl, I'm good. She's like, tj, I feel it. You are not good. And I was like, oh. And then I just started going go in. Into what was wrong. But let me tell you, when you have problems from now on, when you have printer problems, when you have issues going to your jobs and doing all of that, just say, girl, but don't worry about it, baby. That's rich people problems. That's rich people problems. Just start claiming it. Just start claiming it all the time. Your car broke down because you on your way to a job, baby. That's rich people problems. You going to make money, okay? That ain't no poor people's problem. So when we whining about certain things. Listen, rich people problems. But yeah, y. Okay. A company. Oh, Ms. Thomasina says, let me. Let me put you on for a second.
A company picked up on my power of attorney notorization, sending me a ton of business. They went from paying $40 for two page notorizations to $65 for two pages. I have three signings with them, Tom.
Wonderful. A company picked up on my power of attorney notarization. I love it.
I love it. How did you find that company, Thomasina? Or did they find you.
June? You talking about Miranda Chambers? Miranda. Last name ain't Chambers. Girl.
I can't remember her last name, but it ain't Chambers. Where Miranda go? Belthrop. That's it.
You know what, Kimmy? That I have heard of bee pollen. I just don't understand it. And then the guy that told me about the bee pollen, do you take it in a pill? How much do you take? Like. And he told me it was going to take some years to start working. Honey, I need something to work yesterday. Bee pollen.
How do you take bee pollen? Because I'm confused.
Oh, I love it. June.
Yes. Oh, they found you through Snapdocs. That's awesome. So Thomasina said they found her through Snapdocs. That is awesome, y'. All. I mean, you. You get some amazing opportunities through Snapdocs and just everywhere. So. Oh, you mix it in your juice. Jennifer Joseph said you mix it in your juice. So when you say be pollen.
Where do I get that from? Is it. Does it come in a pill? Is it a powder? And does it work? Immediately Help your girl out, because y' all gonna make me go get some today because these Allergies, bro. My head is hurting. You hear I sound all nasally.
Okay, granules.
And can I get it from, like, Whole Foods or somewhere? Is there a certain brand I need to get?
Oh, Miranda has her first wedding that she's officiating on September 9th.
Everybody. Everybody knows about the doggone.
So all y' all know about the bee piling, and I'm the only one. I just didn't understand it. I couldn't figure out how to do it. How quickly does it work?
Oh, you can get it from a herbal store online. Well, y' all give me a link. It can be an affiliate link, whatever. Because you hear I'm sounding like a grown man on YouTube.
No, it don't take years. More like a couple of days. And you can take in granule or pills. Works wonders. You can get it at Whole Food. That's. I'm talking about Kimmy. Vic, give me all answers. All Thomasina said, it works immediately. What time does they close.
Now? Girl, you hear me sounding like a grown man on YouTube?
Well, that is awesome, because I need that.
And I'm serious. Y' all go check me out on 5cast. The links are up in the top of the chat, so if you scroll up, you'll get a chance to see it. G5, man, we went into.
So many things that I just never talk about, and I'm just not. You know what I'm saying? I'm reserved. I'm kind of to myself. I don't talk to a lot of people. But let me tell you about G. He's a really tall, just good guy. And. And his thing is, he just, you know, he roots for you like nobody else. Nobody else that I've seen. Like, he pumps up other businesses and makes sure that you're good. And in return, he's good. He's just a good. You know, it's a. It's. He's a good guy, man. Really, really, really, really good guy. Really good guy. So, hey, Tony, are you back from Florida? Lady, we gotta get in. Get.
Get.
Get together.
Yeah. So y' all gotta check out G5's podcast. It's awesome.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. So, Miranda, you're asking about a logo?
It's other people on Fiverr that do speak English. Just. Just keep looking for one on Fiverr because that's where I got mine done.
Okay, well, have fun in Florida. Thank you for hopping on.
I appreciate it. All right, y', all, so what's going on with y'? All? Miss. Miss Thomasina over here making all the money. She said two pages for 65, baby. But y' all know that Apostille work. You can do one page for 165, right? I better get on that Apostille stuff, man. I'm trying to. Told you. It is amazing.
Amazing. And why your girl got two Apostille calls right? Back to back. So.
I've been super busy. Haven't been watching the news a lot, but whatever is going on with immigration and Joe Biden right now, everybody is trying to get their little documents together, and Houston is popping with this Apostille stuff. So do.
Do figure out what you need to do. And I know it's not just Houston. It's probably, you know, people from other countries all over the United States who are getting their paperwork together. And hey, hey, hey. It's money for us. Don't let it pass you by. When they call, you need to be ready. And guess what? Even if you are not ready, honey, because I'm not ready. But I'm gonna be ready. I'm gonna call Sean, I'm gonna call.
Judith. Whoever I need to call, I'm taking the jobs. And if I have questions, they just gonna have to walk me through it.
So listen, y'. All. All right. Miss that money if you want to. And so it's. I want you to be cognizant that our slow season is around the corner. What you gon do if this is your first year as a notary public loan signing agent? I told y' all from the beginning, our slow season starts around June. It starts slowing down. So this is April. You need to start trying to figure that out. Are you going to do Apostilles? Are you going to do remote work? Because that work is continuous.
How are you building your. Your workup outside of signing agent stuff? And, well, you know, last year didn't slow down, so maybe this year it won't either.
Awesome. Thomasina. Thomasina, did you take the. Did you take my Apostille course?
Let me put a banner up with the Apostille course here.
There's the banner for the Apostille Corps.
Hey, Robin, thank you for asking for it. But, yeah, there is the. There's the link.
So, yeah, I just want all of y' all to be prepared. In every season, you have to be prepared for that dip. Because if you're not and then it slows down and you have bills, baby, that's just not cute, right? It's not cute. It's not cute. So I want y' all to be prepared. I got my little earrings On. Y' all see my little earrings? I hadn't been wearing them because I feel like, you know, my head, you know, you can't see my good earrings from the side. Yeah, you're welcome.
Hey, Stephanie. So.
The notary public loan signing agent stuff is where you go. You help people sign mortgage documents, and it slows down because that's a part of the real estate cycle. A lot of people.
Just move less during that time. People move less during the. During those summer months. They're vacationing with their kids. They're doing other stuff. So that's why.
There are permit runners for notaries.
Y'. All. So sweet. Thank you, Jennifer.
Look, Thomasina said that general notary work is awesome, too. It's that now money. Okay? So, okay, Thomasina, do you have your Google page up? Because, baby, that general notary notary work comes through so often on my Google business page. Like, that is where you get that general notary work.
Thank you. Miranda said the apostille training was awesome. That's my dog, y'. All.
That's my friend, too. That's my friend, too.
Ah. So Thomasina said, yes, she has her Google business page up, and that's where all of her general notary work comes from. There are ways to keep on making money, and it's not just a little bit of money to be made. I mean, even in general notary work, people were asking, well, if you just can just pay, you know, just charge $6 in Texas, how are people charging 35, 45, $75 for a document? And here's how. Because you can charge $6 per page, and I'm not all clean on the rules for Texas. Right. So I have to look at it. I have a sheet, a fee sheet, and I look at it every time because I don't do it all the time.
But you can charge $6. You can charge for your mileage at the IRS's rate, and you can charge a processing fee. Some people call it. What's the other name of that fee that you charge that you can charge? Thomasina, they call it something else. But that fee. So you have the $6. You have your mileage, which can be. I don't know, it could be 15, $20. And then you have your fee, and your fee can be $50. My fee is normally 35, $45. Dispatch fee. Well, no, it's not a dispatch fee. It's more. I can't remember the name of it, but it's more like a processing fee when you use your stamp.
So, yeah, Administrative fee. So Thomasina calls it an administrative fee. I call it a processing fee. But when you call it an administrative fee, that actually makes more sense, Especially if you're going to them as a mobile notary. You just get to charge more, man. So, I mean, it could be a, you know, general notary work. One, two pages, you can make 65, $75. It's not that hard.
And so, Moses, I saw another.
Bessie Morley. When do you offer the apostille training? It's ongoing, Bessie. If you click that link, girl, we were on there for four hours. We went through everything. So if you click that link, it's a replay of the training. And then we need to do another q A. Haven't had an opportunity to do it this month, but we're gonna get to it. I've been doing a lot.
And I'm sitting up here right now with a full headache because of these doggone allergies, like. And, you know, it's my sinuses because it's all in here around my eyes.
Oh, here she go. Thank you, Blanca, baby. Blanca came through. So there's a processing fee and a traveling fee, and normally, as soon as you walk out the door, that's $20. Wow. Processing fee. See, that's what I call it. But I know other people. I've heard lashawn call it something else, and I can never remember what she calls it because I call it a processing fee. So I like the word administrative fee, too. So it's $20 as soon as you walk out the door. And then it could be more money on top of that.
So. Chris the queen. Hey, Chris. Thank you for joining us. And she's saying that she's thinking about becoming a notary public loan signing agent. She's here in Houston, and she wants to know what. What courses I recommend. So I actually have a whole video on that. I recommend that you take the NNA's course, the certification course, if you already have your notary or if you don't. If you don't, then you can go through the NNA and get everything. They will hook you up to become a notary, get you certified to become a notary public loan signing agent. And the only thing that I probably would not get from them is my e. O Insurance. And I would go through a company called by Burke bi b R K to do that.
And we offer training at solutions by TJ. We have.
A group training that we did. That was ridiculous. It was so off the chain, y'. All. And I'm not just Saying that because it was because we did it. Because I, you know, I'm silly. I was as astounded as y'. All. My cousin brought this dog on packet that was just ridiculously stupid. Number one, it felt like we were never going to get through the thing. It was so long gone. And it was every single.
Glitch, mistake. Everything was in that packet. It was like you really had to do. Oh, it was horrible. But if you can get through a packet like that, you can get through anything because it showed you every different scenario. And we're going to do that again May 1st. So with this whole mentorship group. Mentorship training, we have a Facebook group. And after you pay and take the training, there are replays in there where you can see us going over docs for other documents, but we're going to create a whole library of documents. So as you take that course right now, you. Eventually I'm gonna make it a membership course where you pay 147 and then $37 or $27 something per month. But right now, man, hey, get in there. Because it's all in there. Once you just pay 147. I haven't done everything else, so. And when I do, when it does become a monthly thing, like the people who pay monthly are going to get. Get crazy discounts on all other kind of stuff and exclusive exclusives. We're setting up a whole program.
Robin. Yeah, Most people not charging enough, girl.
I know. Kayla, listen.
These. This sinus. Mrs. No pump.
All right, Nikki said good evening back and just passed her LSS course.
All right.
Perfect.
Ah, thank you, Tawana.
Okay, so Tawana said. She said I'm looking lovely. I have a question. Who can I sign up with for apostille training? I know you and Judy Lawrence was talking. I want to start asap. So that link that's going on the bottom of the screen, you have to type in the www, but let me type it in here because that's the link to our training. And then we do.
Then we do.
Various Q and A's. And the Q and A's are always good.
And our family that's in there. So freaking incredible, y'. All.
So freaking incredible. Everybody just does so well. Thank you, Bessie. I appreciate it. So, yeah, that's the link to the apostille training. And once you pay, you just get it right away.
Congratulations, Ms. Nikki.
I'm glad you found me, too.
Pamela said yes. It was off the chain. Oh, it was good. It was good. I'm not lying, y'. All. I'm not just saying that. Not just saying that. It was good. It was good. It was good. And we were on for, like, three freaking hours. Three hours and 20 minutes.
I went through high flashes and everything. Fooling with my cousin. It was a lot.
But I learned something, and I always. Every time I sit with her, I learned something new.
So, Kim, Yvette, also in Texas. We trying to get the notary stamp fee. Yes to $10. It was only 6 for notaries at Texas governor office. To pass it, please call in to your district leaders in Texas. That's a good one. I love it. Kim, Yvette, y' all hear that? Call in to your district leaders to get that pass where they increase the fee from $6 to $10 in Texas.
Ms. D. Hayward. Hey, Ms. T.J. i went ahead and got certified to be a general notary, an E agent, and a signing agent in Texas.
Now I don't know where to start. Do you have a course that helps one get started? Okay, so you are a general notary.
An E agent, and a notary public loan signing agent. Okay, so now you need to sign up for.
You need to sign up with some companies, and I have a list of companies in my Facebook group. At the very top is P. To the top of the page.
I'll tell you a few right now that I like. Oh, this is what I meant to tell y'. All.
Thomasina, all of y'. All. So I. I told. I was on the phone with.
That Gummet.
I can't remember her name right now. She gonna kill me. But she was telling me about Notary 1, 2, 3, and how she gets, like. You were talking about that. That power of attorney for $65 for two pages. She gets all kind of different stuff just by being. She said it is worth the money to be Posted on notary 1, 2, 3. So y' all go and do that, because she got a job that she was telling me about where banks close down and they have safe deposit boxes.
And in order for them to, you know, they can't get in touch with some of the people, so they have to have a notary there to notarize the document saying that, you know, verifying whatever they did. So she was paid on a daily basis to go through these. Sit there while they went through these things and notarize them. Man, that's. Isn't that cool? That's just one other thing that you might not even know about. But they're looking for somebody, and, man, that's awesome. So, yeah, that would Be. My first step is to sign up with some companies. D. And if you want somebody to go through the documents with you, like I said, we have another training coming up on May 1st.
I think May 1st is a Saturday.
Yes, this coming Saturday. So Mariama wants to do it at 6. I guess I will oblige her and do it at 6:00pm Central Standard Time. I personally wanted seven. She was whining. You know how she do. So I go and do what she say. So, yeah, it's gonna be at 6, and I'll put that in the group as well.
Pamela, where you take. You took 15 pages of notes at the Apostille training girls off the chain.
I'm telling you because, like, one of my things is.
I want everybody to be good. Good. Like when I. When. When I put something together, I want you to get so much freaking value from it. I want it to be where there are no questions. Like, you can look back at it, pause it, and go back and say, okay, what was this? We talked about putting a period in the right place and when a lot. Mariama had told me about that a long time ago, and it blew my mind that. That period thing. I was like, oh, what? I didn't know that. So it's just so much. So much little stuff that you just like, oh, wow.
Thank you, Chris.
I appreciate it.
So I missed something. What happened with Ms. Latonya? A whole lot. Hey, just passed my loan signing agent for you, Demi. I received the mobile notary public loan signing agent. All right. Latonya. Look at you. I love with your head up on your hip when I did. You did. We did. I love it. Teresa Jones is in Houston.
Come on, y'. All.
You know. You know, Nikki, I was talking to somebody else. I need to come to North Carolina. It's a lot of places. I want to come to Atlanta. I want us to have a mixer in Houston, in Dallas, North Carolina. That's just a few of the places. But of course, I can't do everything myself, so. So if you set it up, I will fly in.
Just contact me and let me know when you want me there.
Oh, that's sweet. So paranotary. While I haven't paid for any trainings yet, all the free nuggets you dropped, I'll be paying for the Apostille training after I get back from vacation. Yeah, man. And I try to, you know, I try to put it all together for y', all, but when I have different people come in, because for one, my cousin has done way more documents than I have. That's why when. When you hire us for one on one training, I'm putting you over there now. Can I go through the docs with you? I can, but she just does it so much better to me than me to me, so. And then why would I. I mean, I call her so why wouldn't I send her to you? I send you to her. You know what I'm trying to say?
I do, though. I call her all the time. She'd be like, sherry, that's my middle name. Okay, Thomasina. Always coming with that good information, bro. Did you know that companies like pack to Ship who do virtual mailing addresses, addresses require their applications to be notarized. I didn't contact these companies and ask for their business, man. Thomas seem to be dropping knowledge. Thank you. She comes over here and adds value and I do appreciate that, Thomasina. Thank you so much. I. I definitely value your presence and you coming over here because you really don't have to.
And that's for all of y', all, man. I'm. I really. Y' all are my friends. I appreciate it.
So Paran notary says I've done the bank deposit jobs here in north Houston. Made $200 in three and a half hours. And I know they pay even more.
Always. Wow, cool beans.
That's not bad, y'. All.
That's not bad at all.
Latonya, can you be a mortgage lender and a real estate agent too? And you can.
You can, but you. What I would pre. What I would recommend is that you don't co. Mingle. For instance, if you are getting paid as a real estate agent, you don't want to be. Well, you cannot be the closing agent as well, right? You have a fiduciary responsibility to separate those so you can help other people close where you not getting paid on it. But.
You can't co. Mingle all three of those titles together. So you can't do the loan, be the real estate agent and be the notary. Don't do that. That'll get you to jail, honey.
My little light up there, popping and cracking.
Ah, don't forget the word valid. A title company. Ah.
Yes. And so Miranda is talking about the word valid because.
My cousin got on us about that word valid. So there's a portion in your certificate, your notorial certificate, where you're supposed to put valid. And we're in Texas, so I'm going to say valid Texas driver's license or valid North Carolina driver's license. That word valid means that it has not expired. So that is critical that you put valid. Right? And Miranda said a title company told her to pay attention to details. That's the truth. Details, y' all are what gets you paid or fired. Don't let them details go into your money.
All right? Latonya. Latonya, you in Wisconsin.
That's where Nico is from.
Girl. Okay.
All right. I do need to come now. Miranda is my other sister from another mother, so I definitely need to come to her because she's an only child and I just adopted her as my own. So I have to go see her.
See Nico. They calling yacht. Let me. Let me make sure she on here. They calling you out. I know, right? We are supposed to be having our mixer, and she talk. She talked to me. She mentioned somebody is putting it together. I just don't think they're finished yet. But she's been looking for a place. It.
Looking for a place in Houston. So if you know of a place and can make some recommendations, she kind of has this thing where she wants it to be.
You know, a whole vibe. So get with Nico, man, because I'm ready whenever y' all are. She's supposed to be, though. Absolutely.
Oh, thank you.
Nikki. T.J. the bomb. I should have bought my printer when I first saw your printer video, and I didn't, but I bought a big Brother.
With the scan on a tray. Yeah, that's it. That's the front of my mother has.
Oh, Thomasina, I appreciate it. She said, thank you, tj. You made a huge difference in my life when you told me to jump. Oh, I'm glad. And I'm glad y' all are making that money. And I was so emotional that day that I did that video because I was halfway mad at y' all because everybody was like, oh, I'm scared. Oh, I'm scared. And I'm about to push you off the cliff because I'm like, we ain't doing this fear thing. Just go. And so.
That was a crazy video. I wonder, do people look back at that video and be like, she done lost her mind?
Oh, thank you. Yes. Miranda said, thomasina, I love watching your journey. You're gonna get to six figures, baby. Look, Miranda is getting the six figures, too. She had her ten thousand dollar month. So congratulations to you.
I do. I love seeing the journey of all of y'. All.
Miranda is getting there. Pray for her. And let's all keep each other in our prayers.
So, Thomasina, somebody said, what are packed to ship places? Give me an example.
Okay. Some mortgage companies Won't let you hold a real estate license, but I know there are some that do. I was thinking to become a mortgage loan officer as well.
And I know people who have both. I just don't believe in co Mingling that stuff because that's a good way to get yourself caught up.
But if you. If you can do them separately and then help your friends close their documents, like when you have friends who have closing, say, girl, let me. Let me close that loan. Yeah.
That'S an excellent way.
Okay, latonya, I need to do that. So you know what I want to do? Latonya says I'm waiting on the video on how to start on the Airbnb business.
So.
I want to do from when I first.
I just need to put it all together. I think I have pictures of it of, like, me standing in the parking lot and Nico did like, a video of us walking through the property and stuff and just going through the whole thing. It's just like, right now, my time is so ridiculous and crazy, but I do. I. I want to. And in full transparency with y', all.
Keep me in your prayers, because I have.
Who. It's been a lot.
I don't know if y' all have ever felt overwhelmed, but because I do so much and have a full time job and the pandemic and all of this, just a lot of stuff going on with the kids and all of that, I just felt overwhelmed. And that overwhelm is coming in, like, a point where I don't know, like, right now I'm sitting here with a headache, and I know that's my allergies. I'm gonna have to take something. I need to go get that bee pollen, like, now, because it's been like this for the, like, last three days. But.
Just keep me in your prayers, please, please, please. And I'm keep y'. All. I always do y'. All. Tell me something, baby. If you call, if you talk to me on the phone and you have something going on, I'm gonna be praying for you. Like, it's my problem. You heard me.
So please.
I love it. Yeah. But I mean, you know, I'm thinking about I'm gonna get some counseling because I don't talk to a lot of people, and I think there are things that I need to dig into and dig through.
I'm single, so, you know.
I'm not that single person that's like, oh, I don't need a man. Oh, I don't all of it. No, no, no, no. I want companionship. I do.
And I guess there's a difference between need and want. But there is somewhat of a need too. Man. If we realistic shoes, God didn't just make woman and woman or man and man. He made man and woman. He told Adam, it's not good that you should be alone. So, heck, it ain't good for TJ to be alone. Hello. So.
Girl, now, Thomasina, I am not married.
All this cuteness, and I ain't married. All of this potential and, you know, go get her. And no.
I'm not.
So. But. But I say that to say that sometimes you just. I would like another soul that I could just talk to. And it has to be the right person. Right? I need a dude that's like, first of all, I want somebody that can teach me something, because I can't pull nobody up. I can't help nobody out. I'm done with that phase of my life. I want somebody that knows more than me at this point and can say, all right, baby, I got you. Listen, all right, I understand do this. And I'm saying, oh, okay, cool. That's a good idea. Like, we can work through things together. You know, when I have an issue or thoughts or whatever, and I know it's possible, I know, you know.
God made somebody for everybody.
Okay, so Thomasina said, they are the ship to pack are virtual mailing address companies.
Thank you, Nikki. I appreciate that.
Lorant said, are the notarized calls coming? Calls come and go too fast for anyone. What does that mean, Lorenz? Do they come and go too fast?
What do you mean? Are you not able to get them because they, like, pass by too fast? What does that mean?
I'm gonna do my Airbnb thing, y'. All. Doula, doula, moolah. I love that doula, moolah. All right. He say, I've been doing the unclaimed money. So far, it made me about a 500. That's. Huh. They need a notary for that doula Mula.
Thank you, Nikki. I appreciate your prayers. Look, Dana is saying the same thing. How did you get involved with the unclaimed money? And what. What is that about? Like, what do you do with that?
Nikki, I don't do journaling.
I don't like writing. I'm a good writer, but I don't. I don't be feeling like it.
Yeah. So I don't do journaling.
All right, Tony. Yes, I love it. I'mma call you, but I want you to be on vacation. Tony, you are on vacation. I'm not calling you until you get back.
But if you just want to talk on your vacation, honey, you can call me anytime. I'm available to you.
Oh, Janice, I did not feel freaking know that.
She has people in her home who tested positive for covet. So the whole house.
Girl, that stuff is I. It.
2020 was a mess. And all of this Covid stuff is still like, boy, it's a lot that has happened from losing people to even just seeing all the. And maybe I'm just too sensitive, but it's a lot of stars that have died, man. DMX passed away. They in shock. G is like, God dang.
Tanya said Latonya said, all we need to do is just say, Jesus, take the problem away.
All we need to do just say Jesus, take the problem always. All right.
Absolutely.
Yes. High value that can add and not subtract.
Huh? Okay. Stacy, I heard someone on another YouTube channel say they had to take a purpose part pause. Wow, I've never heard of that. A purpose pause.
I like the way it sounds.
But. So for me.
I'm not ready to pause, but I do need to somehow refuel. And I gotta figure out how to like, refuel and pour back into myself. I gotta figure out how to get my energy.
Back because my. I give out a lot of energy and I. I'm. I don't know yet how to. How to fill myself back up.
So that's my problem.
But I'm in a phase. You know, I told y' all last year, 2021 is my phase of building. 2022 is going to be my phase of all of this is built. We just tweaking and making money. That's what 2022 is going to be about, y', all. For real. I'm putting systems and processes in place, like even this weekend. As far as the short term rentals.
I had two. I had two units where people were checking out and people were checking right back in. And so I had cleaners there. But me and my cousin have been cleaning these units. One of the reasons is because we wanted to know how long it takes to clean a unit, right? What all has to be done. I'm talking about wiping under stuff over stuff. I believe that when you in business, if I do it first, and I know what you have to do, then I can better look at and grade how good of a job you're doing, right? How long it took you. You know what I'm saying? I know where to look under this over that for each unit, because each unit is totally different.
And so I'M making up beds. I thought, listen, let me blow yalls my. I know this ain't got nothing to do with notary, right? I did not know how to put on a duvet cover. And so the value of mentorship, my mentor for the short term rentals told me about this, this.
This video on YouTube for a technique called the California Roll on how to put on a duvet in five minutes. Baby, it saved my life. Putting on a duvet is a full time struggle. But that California roll, I need to rename it to the Tootsie Roll because, oh, I got it down pat.
I'm fast now with it, y'. All.
Look at that. Look at doula moolah, Dana. Tick tock. So pretty much you type in Google state, Google state funds, put in your state and government search engine pops up.
Okay, Dulamoula, how are you connected with them?
So he means those alerts.
Anyone can so doula moolah. Okay, so we need the dummies now that government, we need the dummies version of this. So step one, you Google the stuff and find out who owes money.
And then step two, what do you do?
Do you. What do you do?
Step one, step two, step three.
I know, Janice. I am praying. And I mean, I know that. You know, just the whole quarantine thing, it's a lot.
Okay, Thomasina, I'm sitting up here now, my eye twitching. That don't make no sense. God, why can I not journal? I've tried to do that before, but I'm not consistent with it.
And Latonya said dulamula. Are you claiming someone else's property? I doubt it. That's kind of impossible. But he may be helping them get their property. I don't know. We're gonna wait for his reply.
Oh, y'. All. So you have to be super quick to get the calls. So.
With that, baby, Sean has all of the tricks to the trade for that me and Sean gotta do. Oh.
Okay. So Sean and I are gonna schedule a run something for the Ron training.
And we'll put that in the group.
Yeah, I'll get with him because he has some tricks, baby, he has some tricks. He has some tricks for the apostille stuff and some tricks for the Ron stuff that are just gonna blow your mind.
Okay. For unclaimed money. I had. I had one to claim before you print off the form and it has to be notarized. Ah.
Okay, gotcha. So you contact the people who have unclaimed money and let them know that you'll notarize the documents for them. Okay, that makes sense.
Okay. Thomasina, she said write three things every day that you can be grateful for.
All right. I gotta get my home. Since. Since I've been on this performance review thing with my job.
My whole world just got kind of turned upside down, bro.
So.
I gotta. Yeah, so I used to. And I'm. I paused because I used to wake up and I. I would take time in the truck, write everything out. I would do that. That was my morning routine. And I have not been doing that for a while. And just take time to listen to the birds. I've been running like a full man.
Oh, okay, Tony, that is perfect.
Okay. Latonya. Yes, but you have to.
Proof of sign agreement and your free in order claim. Latonya. Yes, but you have to show proof. I don't know what you saying here, Doula.
He was typing fast. I don't know what. I can't understand it. But thank you. That's all I won't say. Because we show. Look, we are sure trying to get these steps, honey.
Girl. Tammy, you better not be in Houston and you haven't told me.
Nikki.
Girl, that duvet. And so, Nikki, you know how to put the duvet on and off? Girl, that thing was about to send me to Jesus.
Okay? Not deal, baby, deal.
No, I don't think Doula is charging people to claim their money. I think Doula is charging people to notarize the documents that are required to claim their money.
Okay. And see, I have unclaimed money, but from what I was told, I gotta go to small claims court because it was in a title company that got closed down. It's a whole bunch of mess and I just don't have time to fight. I don't feel like fighting.
Oh, Doula got the steps going on. Did I miss a step? Doula says step two, you need a last name and an area. Step three, file claim verification. Then it gives you a quote on how much they owe. All right.
Your fee is your fee. Dang it. Did I miss step one?
And he's talking about the finder's fee. Hold on, Doula. God damn diggity dog.
This thing be jumping. I think I missed Doula. Step one.
Maybe this would. Doula. What's step one again?
I don't see it. Okay, Yeah, I don't. I don't see step one. Do this. Yes, but you have to. I don't know what that means. Is that step one.
Doula type slower.
But this is good, baby. Doula then gave us Step one, step two, and step three. I love it.
Oh, that's a good one, Stephanie. I started journaling by just writing words. No specific order, just thoughts I eventually wrote down. Oh.
I feel so much even when I breathe. Like, I feel so much tension just in my breath.
Yeah, I'm gonna have to. I got. I'm have to take off.
Girl, that's my birthday. Girl. Come to my birthday month. Yes. Come back, Tammy. My birthday is June 5th.
No, he's not charging a finder's fee. He's charging for his notarization.
Okay, what Doola Mula is doing is great and better than the locators because the fee is modest and you are not charging finders fees.
Absolutely.
Baby. Y' all writing so fast on this thing. Stacy said para. All right, what's the steps to find out about what banks going out of business and how to get them bank deposits to too.
See, Hunter, So Doula is doing reclaim fund recovery. He's charging a fee for the recovery.
D, I think we confused, because I think what I'm hearing Doula say is that he. He finds out who has unclaimed funds. Those documents have to be notarized. And he contacts them to let them know that he can know that they have that. One, that they have unclaimed funds, and two, that he can help them get those funds and notarize the documents for them.
So it's not necessarily. It's sort of an. I guess it's the same thing. Fee for recovering the fund. So it's you charging for your notarization, and just the notarization is a fee. Like you make $75 a pop or however much just on that. Okay, so step one, just find your state website. Gotcha.
Thomasina, where are you? Are you in Texas? Because we're gonna have to do a whole thing now.
Oh, bonita. June 4, 2, 4. We gonna have to do a birthday. My bag, y'. All.
Okay. Thank you, Miranda. I appreciate it. Okay. Yeah. You just said that 5 million times that you're in Pennsylvania.
In case y' all weren't here earlier, I want to go back to the beginning. Y' all check out my really cool shirt from Jay Rich's Trucking Academy.
Let me move the dad gum thing out. Okay. This is my shirt from Road to Riches. Whoa.
So that what this is, is.
Maybe that's better.
I can't get this right. Oh, over here. Anyway, so I put some links at the top of the page. Some amazing people in Houston that I wanted to tell y'. All About y' all know, fam, when I find something out, I share it. So Jay Rich is this really young lady who's in Houston that's killing the trucking game. And I was at a conference called the focus conference. Remember when Andy was on here and it was Andy's conference and Jay Rich spoke at the conference? Well, I wasn't even interested in trucking, but she made me look at it a little differently as far as passive income is concerned. And what I love about Jay Rich, man, she did gives the four dummies step one, step two, step three. You could tell she just wants you to win.
And that she's genuine. And she pulled out her phone and said, look, this the guy that I use for this. This the guy that. I mean, just crazy, right? So I love it.
Everybody is texting me for late checkout. I love that too, because I'm. I'm charging for. For late checkout. But.
So I was talking about Jay Rich. Yeah, she's a real cool lady. If you scroll to the top of the chat, I put all of these links. I was on a podcast called Five Cast with my boy G5, and man, he just brought out so much G5 when took me all the way back to my childhood. So it's a whole bunch of stuff that I don't even think I've. That has come out of my mouth before. So it's really cool.
I know, right? So if y' all have anybody who is interested in the trucking industry, then hit up Jay Rich, because I think part of it was even free, like her academy, the real stuff. It's really, really cool.
Y' all are so welcome.
Thank you, Patrice. I appreciate that.
All right, my good people, I love y' all to life. I've been on here an hour when I'm telling you, I don't know what it is about days, especially with these allergies and my eyes halfway closed. But I'll be like, dang, I'm surprised I made it an hour because y' all hear me sounding like a grown man. You hear this nasly stuff. I wish that I could go get my bee pollen now.
Nikki. So you're. You're talking about Turo for your personal vehicle.
Because I know people who have gotten like these five dollar, I'm five dollar, who have gone to the auction, got a five hundred car, five thousand dollar car with low miles, good car, and they put it on Turo.
Oh.
All right. Doula, hit me@supportolutionsbytj.com so we can write us down some step.
So hit me so I can call you and we'll talk about it.
All right, Nikki, that's not a bad idea. If it's an additional vehicle. I've heard that it's good. I've never done it before, but shoot, why not?
I haven't. Have you heard of people wrecking those cars or something?
Absolutely. All right, Thomasina, I. I love y'. All. Thank you for everything. It's always good to come amongst family, right? Y' all are so wonderful. I love y'. All. Janice, I'm praying for you and your family to get better and off of quarantine. Honey bunny, I' ma go to bed. My eyes feel low, so I'm gonna go to bed. I'm. I didn't already took some medicine. Just don't make no sense. Okay. But I love y' all to life. I'm getting off here. God bless y' all and see y' all next Sunday. If you have not subscribed, then please subscribe to this channel.
