Hey, beautiful people, this is TJ with solutions by tj, coming at you once again with Sunday Funday. I hope that you guys had an amazing week.
You know, hey, listen, mine was filled with some highs and with some lows and with some everything in betweens, but praise be to God, we are here.
You know what? Right now I am listening to a book that was recommended with me on YouTube University. Recommended to me on YouTube University. And it's called Resurrection by Neville Goddard. Resurrection by Neville Goddard. And if you have never checked it out, it is very interesting. Very, very interesting. I listened to it once and had to listen to it again because you know how you watch a movie and, and you don't understand nothing in the doggone movie, so you watch it again and then you pick up some stuff and be like, oh, snap, I'm getting it. So I listened to it a third time. I'm on my. I might be on the fifth time listening to it. Don't. Don't judge me if I'm a little slow. Okay? You listen to the book and then you tell me how you figure it out. But.
So I might be on my fifth time and it's. Yeah, it's interesting, man. It is very interesting. So if you, if you have audible, check it out. It's Neville Goddard's resurrection. Really, really good. Hey, Veronica and Shayna, how y' all doing tonight? All the 11 people that are here. Thank you. Thank you. Have some real exciting stuff that's coming in the pipeline. You know, tell you the truth, life is such a learning process for all of us. This is Earth School, right? Hey, Shana, Shauna.
It's Earth School. I mean, you, you learn until you leave this place. And that's what I'm doing. I'm, I'm learning how to juggle all of this. And. Hey, Ms. D. And Miranda. And so I'm juggling, you know, the, the new stuff that I'm learning, which in all honesty, y' all haven't seen me a lot on YouTube and making new videos because I, I've been inundated with this baby over here with the Airbnb properties, with the short term rentals and making this business work. You know, man, I put a lot into this for us. A lot of blood, sweat. And I entered into an industry that I knew nothing about, nothing about, and, and, and did not have the best guidance from a mentor standpoint for me, you know what I'm saying? That could look at my situation, deal with me individually and tell me which way to go looking at the stuff that I'm dealing with. That's why I tell y', all, man, that mentorship thing is serious and real.
Never pay for a group mentor. Don't make no sense. If you need individual help, if that's what. Where you are in the process now, if it's something general, you know what I'm saying? Where you just. Okay, I just need to see these documents. Somebody go through these documents. Cool. Group is fine. But if you know that you like me and you need the box of rocks. Method. Hello. Pay for somebody that's gonna be there and hold your hand, man. You have to. And so, yeah, I knew that when I got my mentor, but, you know, in the process, they were saying, well, you gonna be able to speak to him. But it's, you know, still not the same speaking to somebody in a group because you still feel kind of rushed, and, you know, you. You need more access to somebody anyway.
Hey, Ms. D. Ms. Pamela.
Shauna, Coco.
And so what I've decided, you know, just trying to balance it all, I want to get back into making more, putting out more information for y'. All. As I'm learning new stuff. I've been.
Getting more apostille jobs by creating ads on Google. So that's one of the things that I want to bring to y', all, is to show you how to do that. Now, one thing about me, I do not tell you things that I ain't done right? I try it out, test it out. If it starts working for me, I show it to you. So my daily minimum for ads is $6 a day. That's it. $6. That's it. That's all $6. With that $6, I've gotten.
You know, at least four jobs. One for 125, couple for 150. And, of course, as I get better and better, I'm raising the price. And, you know, as I get more and more comfortable, I'm raising the price.
If it's a rush, of course, you know, you automatically put more money onto that. So, yeah, it is. It's an interesting thing, and I want to show that to y'. All. And so what I've been thinking about, We've talked about this. When I say we, me and you and, you know, the rest of the family, we've talked about putting something together where when I pull something out, there's a cost to me. When I make that, I pay for Zoom, for instance, if you get on Zoom, that's a cost for me to put information out. That's a cost for Me to buy equipment to video with. All of that it costs, y'? All. Yeah, it ain't free for me, so I want to make it to where, you know, of course.
Everybody has access.
And so in order to do that, I am thinking of coming up with something.
Like a monthly membership where we talk about a lot of the things that y' all want to talk about. One is ads on. On Google Pages, you know, on Google. The other, how to draw business, right, how to draw a general notary business, apostille business, another business through ads on. On Google. The other one is.
Process serving.
Transcription services, field inspections, all of that stuff. So the. All of the ancillary services that you can do as a notary, I want to start having the experts come and talk to us on a monthly basis to talk about that.
Okay? So, yeah, we. We are putting that together. I'll have that for y' all this week along with a full agenda of what we're doing for the next 12, 12 months. Because I'm gonna put it together for. For one a month, one big one a month. And then we may just have some impromptu ones come up that I say, okay, y', all, I got something big, and we just get on, right?
And of course, it's my time, you know, it takes. It's to take me a little time to do this. So I'm gonna have to be compensated for my time and energy of. Of leading our community and putting stuff together where we all learn and we all can make money. That is that clear to everybody. Give me your thoughts on it. Let me know what you think.
Thank you. Ms. Miranda said she signed up for that immediate. And it's going to be 37, $47, something like that, a month. And so when you sign up for it, when a new product or something comes out, you know what I'm. You know, if I have something new, you won't pay.
If anything, full price for it. Of course you won't pay. You'll get, I mean, a tremendous discount. Only the people who are not a part of our community. Community will pay full price.
Okay. The Go Direct Challenge. Cool beans.
Yeah. You won't pay full price at all. You'll pay.
A tremendous discount. And it'll be well worth it. It'll be well worth it. So instead of you having to pay 347 for an apostille course you already in, you might pay 47. You already. Know what I'm saying? And that's it. And we keep it moving. All right, C.J. thank you. Thank you. Carissa. Perfect. Okay, so I'm start working on that. That's one of my things for this week that I'm going to be working on because I want y' all to just understand and know all of the stuff that's out here because it's. There's a lot. The other thing that I was thinking about this.
This, this week was that it's not going to be accessible to all. So it's only, only gonna be for first come, first serve one. Because I don't want. I'm an action taker. My name is Latonya Johnson. Everybody say, hey, latonya, how you doing? Yeah, I am an action taker. If I see it, I want it, I do it, I get it, period. I cannot be around people who do not take action. I cannot afford in my spirit to drag anybody along, right? Because I just can't take the load with me right now because I'm doing too much. So I can't take somebody I got to convince to move. So this is gonna only be open for people who are ready to take action, not people who want to consume a whole bunch of content and just pay for stuff and then never use it. I want people who are saying, okay, TJ, that's a good deal. 47, 37. Cool, let's do it. And then I bring it to you, you try it, and we move on. And you make money other than that, I just be taking your money for nothing. And that's just ridiculous to me. So it's only going to be for a short amount of time. It's first come, first serve, first movers get in, and then it's going to be closed. And I'm not saying that it's going to be, you know, 100 people to I don't know, but it's going to be closed soon because I don't. I do not want tire kickers. I do not want people who are.
Who have analysis paralysis. Because I'm clear. Like, when I tell you something, I'm clear. And if I'm not clear, then I'll make something else to where it's clear. And then when I do have people on my on with me to come and teach y' all something, we all collect. That's what I love about our family. We all collectively ask questions to gain clarity. So you just let us work this system and everybody wins because we get down to the. For what? Box of rocks. For real. So I love it that we don't. We don't.
We don't leave confused. But when you listen to too many people and you follow this person, that person, this person, that person, you bound to get confused, baby. Because people do things in different ways. And when you find somebody that you connect with that you understand their language, right? Because I found this. I mean, you know, this goes for friendships, relationships, mentors, teachers, all of that. I need somebody that I can understand their language because I cannot understand everybody's language. I listen. I can't learn from everybody. Some words they use may confuse me. I'm real, real simple. I might be a chemical engineer, bro, but I like 1, 2, 3, 4. Yeah, that's what I like. Don't. Don't try to be sounding too smart. Don't use a whole bunch of big unnecessary words and sound smart. 1, 2, 3, 4. That's it.
Okay, I'm on a rant now. Hey, CJ. Awesome.
Yeah, no question is a dumb question at all.
So, yeah, so we're gonna do that. And I want the people who stand up and say, okay, I'm ready to make money. I'm ready to go. Let's go. Let's get it. Those are the people that I want. Those are the people that are going to get in. And we may open it up at another time to let other people who are like that in. So I'm telling you right now, get your money together. Get your 37 freaking dollars together, because this is what we doing, you know? 37.47. However much it's gonna cost. Hey, see, Hunter. Hey. I always say we. You and I need to talk, girl. We. We really need to get together, though.
Carissa, you say I pay for another group and I feel like it's car sales. Interesting.
Carissa, reach out to me on support at solutions by tj.com because I want to make sure I don't. I dang on show. Don't want to feel like I don't want people to. Okay, I didn't say nothing right there. I got that. I don't want people to come and feel like every time they talking to me, they getting sold, too. I don't like that. I want you to come and learn and learn to the point where you can say, I got it. But then if you need additional help and I bring an expert on, then you could pay for that expert. You know what I'm saying? If you need additional help. But I don't wanna. I don't want to bring people on.
In that old salesy. Oh, I can't stand that. I just. Oh. Oh.
No.
I know. See, hon, I Know you ain't. I know. I know you ain't talking because your butt stays busy, too.
I know. Cj, right? I have a whole. I already actually have the membership page up, but I'm gonna put it up, probably. I'll get on y', all, make sure that you are. No, no. Blah, blah, blah, blah. Your notifications are on because I'm gonna come on again this week.
I hate to say Tuesday, but I want to say Tuesday and give y' all a link.
Because I already have everything.
I get it. D. Hey, listen, D, I. I totally understand for people to have. Failure to launch, because I'm. This is full transparency, y'. All. Again, my name is tj. I need for. When I say my name is tj I need for y' all to type in or Write in. Hey, T.J. how you doing? This is AAA for me. Okay? This is my third pot.
So. You know what? I'm noticing something in me that I have never noticed before, and I don't like it.
I got a lot going on. It's a lot on these little slim shoulders of mine, right?
Internally. I can feel angst at times, and I have seen something that I ain't never seen in me before, and that's having to push myself to act, push myself to do. Get up, T.J. do it now. Forcing myself. Get up. Do. Getting on here tonight. That's why I'm halfway looking crazy. I ain't put on no. You know what I'm saying? I'll be trying to be cute. This was no tj. Get up. Go on, get up. They need you. The family needs you. This was a push for me. I've seen some procrastination in my spirit, honey, that I don't like. And some of it has been out of fear, Some of it has been out of confusion. Some of it has been from.
Overwhelm. You know what I'm saying? So y' all keep me in your prayers. I. I rebuke all of that. You know, I'm. Hey, I'm. I'm. I ain't trying to speak no negativity. I'm going high and above and positive in seeing the future that I want to create. But I'm just being real with you. I'm just being. You know what I'm saying? Hey, that's how I feel sometimes.
So if that is you and you haven't started something, Ms. D, that's cool. I get it. I'm mainly talking about the people who go in a circle for over a year looking at this Person, this person and this person. And to the point where they. So that gum confused. They can't make a move. Like.
That'S not a good thing. You can, you don't. Don't watch all of these videos, y'. All. I'm telling you, make a move, make a move.
For real.
I get it, miranda. Thank you. Hey, Ms. Anita.
Oh, thank you, Carissa. I appreciate that. I don't know how to be anybody but me. I don't know how to be. I don't feel like being corporate. I don't.
All I can be is my little old Trinity garden self. Hello, Saint. So.
Yeah, and yeah, absolutely, it's. I, I have identified it and step by step, I'm pushing myself.
To get over it. And I do. I mean, don't get me wrong. For the. When I say my procrastination, if you saw the level of performance that I operate in, you'd be like, what are you talking about, bro? Like, shut up. But for me internally, I know that it's like, nah, man. My brain processes. I mean, ridiculous amounts of information. So yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. But anywho, we getting it. You know what I'm saying? We're. We're back on track. I need to make a calendar of topics. Go on, sit down. This week. And so the things that I need to do for y', all, I need to make a 30 day calendar of topics on video. Topics that. They ain't gonna be real long. They're gonna be anywhere from 7 to 11 minute videos. They're gonna be short.
I'm.
They may be longer than that because I may have some stuff, some more stuff, but I'm start. I'm gonna start fooling with that. Then we'll be talking about the community.
The monthly thing.
Yeah, we're gonna talk about the monthly thing. I'm gonna get that together for y'. All. And.
I want to tell y' all too. I had an A meeting this week with the Houston Visitors Bureau and the manager of sales. She is incredible, remarkable lady. And I must encourage you again, if you are not the type of person who has ever done sales before and you feel comfortable staying behind something, doing emails or, you know.
Man, there is nothing more powerful than face to face or even phone to phone conversation. Nothing more power. Face to face is number one. But you get on that phone with somebody, it can be just as powerful if you are talking about something that they need or that they want. Right? It's just as powerful.
We talked this weekend and I mean well, this last Friday and I received something from her that God just blessed me, put it in my lap. So I'm about to go hard with the information.
Okay. So I, you know, I think that may be Chrome that's messing me up. I'm sorry, y' all frozen. No sound. I'm back. I think that might be Google Chrome that does that. We'll see if I'm on Mozilla now.
So I'm back.
All right, Ms. Barry, thank you. Awesome.
Yeah, I know.
Direct phone to phone is super powerful. Hey, Carlito's way. Hey, Shayna.
So hopefully we won't freeze again. I think that's Google Chrome for real. That that freezes me. I don't understand because I have plenty of connection on this dog on WI Fi.
So how were y' all this week? Let me know what your wins were. Did anybody do any of pastille jobs? Oh boy, I'm loving it more and more and more and more. Ms. Miranda called me today and said she found somebody to take her stuff in Florida to the Secretary of state for $20. So if you in Florida hit up Ms. Mar, talk to her. Cuz, you know, I mean, she's doing it, they're doing it. It's a good deal.
Awesome. Smart cookie.
Hey, Miss Alberta.
Yeah, so.
That'S amazing. $20 when you can charge somebody at a minimum 125 to freaking.
$1500 for one. You know, it's. It's amazing. It's good.
It's really, really good.
Absolutely.
Let me know what your wins were this week because. Hey, look who's here. Hey, Ms. Notary Consultant Renee is in. How y' all doing? Renee, you have any words for us? Anything you need for me to tell everybody?
Okay, Melissa, let me look.
Okay. D M D says she finally bought a printer and set up her Google business page. Let me see. Creative, frugal, fun. Miss Melissa. I don't see it.
Type it in again. Miss Melissa. I don't see it.
I don't know why I don't see it, but I sure don't for whatever reason. You just let me see if I can get on on online. I love that as a windy because that's a real win, man. You know, people are still telling me that are coming on.
That those doggone printers are still y'. All. Did y' all know there's a shortage on toilet paper?
I went to Sam's. Now you know it's bad when Sam's warehouse don't have any toilet paper. There's a shortage on toilet paper. Didn't know that I went to Sam's and. Yeah, they said that there was no freaking toilet paper. I wasn't happy about that at all.
Okay, I'm looking for your post above.
It's not here. I don't know why it didn't show up, Ms. Melissa.
So if you could post it again, I'd appreciate it.
About some book on Amazon.
All Things Notary. You created an ebook for notaries. Okay. What is your ebook about.
Miss? All. All things Nada. Jean, I've never seen you before. I don't think.
What is your ebook about?
But that's a win. I mean, shoes. Congratulations on that. Congratulations on that. But tell us what is. What is it about? Why should we look at your ebook? What will it tell us how to do?
Okay. Yes. Charge is starting already seeing it on Turkey day food. Whoa.
Ms. Melissa say she already seen it on Turkey Day food. The shortages wait for the sales a week before, but I worry about supplies. Yeah.
Wow, that's crazy.
That toilet paper got me though, because I didn't know that. And I know.
I know a lot of people. Dang. I thought maybe a lot of people were buying it up, but, you know, the supply chain is backed up at the ports, so they need more people to carry supplies out to the stores and stuff.
So. Yeah.
Oh, you ordered the printer directly from the manufacturer? And how. How long did it take for you to receive it?
Smart cookie. Do you need an E journal outside of notarized? No. They really give you everything that you need. And I believe that they record. They have the ability to record the sessions as well. So they supply stuff for you to be able to.
Be fully equipped when you get on their platform. Now, Ms. Miranda asked me a question today about.
Miranda, Are you there? Clarify where that message came from. Did that come from Notarize?
Oh, okay, cool. Ms. D. She said for the printer. The manufacturer shipped and delivered it super fast. What type of printer did you get.
Three business days to deliver? I bought a bundle that included two years of. Oh, that's cool. What's the. What's the make and model of the printer that you got?
Ah. Okay. So creative, Frugal fun says that it's an Amazon. The Amazon book is a pastel agent survival guide. It teaches a lot. Okay.
Awesome. I will check that out.
Let's go on. Let's go on a trip on our favorite rocket ship.
I mean, do that. Hold on. I want to share the screen so we can all go.
Okay. Gonna go over here.
To Amazon.com.
I want you to move out of the way apls.
Apostille agent survival guide.
Oh, cool. So it's by Judy and Matt. Oh, okay. She just made this.
Cool beans.
All right.
Okay, so she said it's packed.
Let me add myself back to the screen. Okay, so you said it's packed with information. Cool beans. Okay, so Ms. D got a brother printer, and those are the specifications, and she got it from the manufacturer.
Thank you, Ms. Dean. We needed that.
Miss Melissa said, has anybody gotten any Ron work from places like Fiverr?
That's a good question. I never even thought of that. Ms. Anita says Sam's club has been having problems for a while. There's a limit on the number of bathroom tissue and paper towels. Wow. Okay. I didn't know that because normally I. I order from Amazon and the type of paper towels and tissue that I order is gone. It's out of stock. So then I went to Sam's and I was like, maybe this isn't.
Something crazy that's going on. Ms. D said, I got a brother because your video suggested that. Yeah.
That's cool. Because that is what I do.
Yep. Yep.
I didn't know Fiverr had notary work either.
Okay, let's go back.
Let's go back over here and see what Fiverr has. Let me make sure y' all are okay. Y' all with me? F I, V V F I V E R, R. Yeah.
Let's look up. I want to look up notary, period.
No, I don't want to sign in.
No, I don't want to sign in. Okay, thanks for not making me.
So this is creating products and services, design notary lead capture websites and business cards and stuff.
Yeah, I don't see any notary services.
Okay, hold on. Here we go. I will provide notary online. I will provide online notary services. I'll make custom notary public by still service promo videos.
This person has gotten three jobs. From here, it looks like.
I'll do an apostille notary service for $200. They haven't gotten anything. I'll be your mobile notary service provider.
Okay.
Now where's the top.
That gum? Why can't I.
Subscription services? Where is the tech gum?
Stop. Go back. Because now I'm gonna look for a remote online notary. Okay. Yeah.
I'll do remote online notarizations.
I will do it. Notary work. 1583 forms. Huh? Now this is pretty good. She has 241. 41 people.
This person has six.
I'm just looking at how many jobs and reviews people have.
One thing about it. They're not saturated. And if I were to.
If I were to look at somebody for a reference, I would look at this person, you know.
5.0.
That's interesting.
Yeah. Fiber has everything.
Hey, Ms. Demetria. Todd.
Hey, Melissa. She's saying what Sean talked about, about having a notary commission in multiple states based on residency. Like states that are real close together. And I have heard of this. I've heard of people doing that before. How to do it, I don't know. But yeah, I have heard of people doing that for sure.
What's on the slow side, Ms. D. Notarized for getting their training completed.
Yeah. That's interesting.
About. About five of them, Melissa. That's cool. Yeah, we're gonna. Well, I don't know how we gonna keep that a secret. And we just said it on. On live with people coming up to watch the video. But hey, I get it.
I get it. Go on and list yourself on there and let me know how that works, because it looks like, man, somebody is killing it. 241 jobs, $25 a pop that take no more than five minutes. Come on now.
Oh, okay. Trying to get notarized to schedule your assessment. It's a lot of big stuff coming down the pipeline. A lot. A lot of moving parts.
So I totally understand, totally understand. I understand the need for various departments when you're the business owner, right. And you have to be every department. Hello.
That's why that breath work comes into play, right? Keep on breathing in and out. Have y' all set yalls clocks? Because, baby, right now I would have been sleep. Maybe that's why I was saying I ain't going. Oh, God.
Anybody else with a win this week? Anybody else do anything interesting in the notary world? You know something that somebody had told me a while back too.
Was.
The banks. Banks closing and having to go into that safe deposit box. I want to find out more about that too. Like how banks find a notary to do that. And it seems that's weird though, because banks hire. Well, it's a bank that has already closed or that is closing, but banks already have notaries there. So I'm wondering why they would have to hire an outside notary to do that.
Yeah, it does feel like.
I know, man, it's. And again, it got dark at five o', clock, bro. I was in my bed with my eyes closed and baby doll with her worst and dirt. Some looking self.
Was it. My God.
She just be wanting to play.
Oh, cool. Carissa, girl, you Better go over to Notarize.
Just try it. Like I said, the first time is gonna be scary. Second time you're gonna be like, I don't know why in the world. I was just scared of this. All right. Smart cookie. No, man. Hey, that is a win.
Listen, it don't have to be a notary win. We talking about just wins of the week, period.
Virtual mailbox.
Yeah, tell us more about that. Miss. Miss Anita.
That is amazing. I'm happy for you. Your crypto went up. Which one do you. Which. Which crypto currency do you invest in, smart cookie?
Miss Nata Jean, did you. Did you tell us about your book?
Where is it? What is it? Or you can contact me at Support Solutions by tj if you want to talk to me.
And I'll get the email and we'll go from there.
Oh, okay. She was saying Ms. Anita said she has a virtual address for her business so that she doesn't have to use her home address. Oh, Sheba. I heard about Sheba.
Okay. Mana and Ethereum.
I've heard about Ethereum. I've never heard about Mana before.
Today is not a Republic day.
Okay, I never heard of that.
They got a day favorite thing, don't they? Y' all better be making that no republic money. I know that.
Make it, make it, get it, get it.
You know what? Let me look and make sure I got your number. Kayla, I know we've talked on the phone before.
Yep, there it is.
Perfect.
Yeah. Because they asked for your. Your.
Address on several different platforms, including Snapdocs. So that is good that you don't have to put your home address there. That you'll have a virtual address. That's pretty cool. Plus, you can use your virtual address for building credit, depending on what kind of address it is. They don't take all of them.
There's some special nuances to that.
Adding more streams of income. Renovating a bowling center that will house a work training program for adults with autism.
I love it.
Okay, so wait a minute, tj. What is up with Young Dumb stupid on your shirt? You are young, but not the other. So.
There'S a comedian in Houston called Jeff Shelley, and he does these acts, right? And I said I'd just be supporting people. So it's this uncle. This is Uncle Jimmy.
And look him up. He's on Instagram. His name is Jeff Shelley. S H E L L E Y. Go follow him on Instagram. He is hilarious. So I met him in person and. And I bought this shirt. Young dumb stupid. That's what he says about kids today, I thought it was funny and cute. Young, dumb, stupid ML. He was talking to one of his nephews about some stuff and his nephew was saying some real off the wall crazy stuff. I thought it was cute and I ain't even remember I had this shirt.
Melissa. I didn't remember I had this shirt on.
But it's a Jeff Shelley skit. I'm gonna send it to y'. All. Look at IG at Jeff. S H E L L E Y Right? S H e L L E Y.
Shout out to Mr. Jeff Shelley. He is funny. He used to do this thing with.

He's super funny to me. So, yeah, you gotta go all the way down and look at his old post. That boy is just silly for no reason. Stupid.
Yeah, he has a million doggone posts, but he's funny.
Shout out to Mr. Jeff Shelley.
Anything else, family? Anything else y' all want to share? Like I said earlier, we got some big things coming up.
TJ is going to get on the ball. I know I've been saying that I'm going to get on the ball with some content, but I'm really making those moves this week.
To get on the doggone ball. If you know people who are still interested in. Because I've been lately, you know.
There'S still a lot of people who hear about the notary opportunity and are trying to figure out where exactly they fit in. And that's great because there's room for everybody. It's a whole bunch of stuff to do. That's part of the reason why this membership site is important, because I want to talk about all of the things that you can do as a notary. Right? And that's exciting. Really, really exciting. So.
I've been getting a lot of people that have been calling and talking to me about it and just kind of not knowing which way to go. And my personal opinion, you know what I would do if I were just getting in now? I doubt I would.
I do the apostille stuff. I'm not gonna lie. I'm not gonna lie. I would.
You ain't gotta buy that big old printer. You can just have a regular printer because all you're printing out are the just regular acknowledgment certificate you're at. You know, that's it. You aren't printing out legal documents, you aren't printing out loan documents.
And so I would have started building that business. But I'm glad, you know, I'm blessed, man. And we all came across that opportunity.
And, you know, as a backup plan, I think my second thing to do, I would do remote online notarization.
And then probably third, I'd get into the mortgages. But mortgages pay Mariama every month, full salary. So, hey, it's money in it. It's money in it all. Pick one and roll with it and go full speed, go hard, stay consistent, and you'll get there. That's the name of the game. Pick one. Don't be all over the place trying to, you know, do every single thing. It's cool to understand and know how to do different things. So if you have a client and they contact you about anything, notarization, you can do it. But pick some specialties and roll. Especially if you're brand new, pick one, roll with it till the end, learn how to do it, master it, and then find something else and add that to your repertoire. Things that you know how.
Oh, thank you. Awesome.
Well, you know what, smart cookie, to me, Ron pays well, it depends. It's all relative. I mean, Sean makes about 1500 a week. That ain't bad to me because I know my boy. I know Sean ain't sitting out stressing, and he ain't being a maniac like. Like his friend over here would be maniac. I'm gonna do the most. He's not doing that. He real chill, real slow, real relaxed, and he making 1500. Yeah.
Yeah. A week. So that's not bad.
Right? Not bad at all.
I don't know what changed, but my videos are clearer. Like, I'm looking at the screen on the screen that you guys see in my videos are clear. I don't know if it was. That might have been Google Chrome, y', all, because it looks a lot better now.
Yeah, I thought so, too. And so Melissa said, I do Ron for AMROP refinance. Takes a minimum of 15 minutes, $65.
Does he use a platform? Yeah, he uses notarized D.
As you can do them anywhere around the world as long as you're sitting in the state that you were certified in.

All right, good people, I'm about to head on off of here. I love y' all life, man. Y' all have a great week. I'm about to do my maniac thing this week. Going out and talking to hospitals and doing a whole bunch of stuff.
Drumming up business for this place because I still need to book out throughout the week. That's important. So this weekend and in the short term notary world, we did. I mean, short term rental land, we were. We booked out all units, which is amazing. It's awesome. But yeah, I still need to do everything to get it booked up during the week. And what I want are.
The hospital client. Awesome. Tiffany, I'm glad you had a chance to meet with Sean. He's amazing. You are welcome.
Well, so creative. Melissa. You can only do notarizations in your state, but when you're doing it remotely, the. As long as you are sitting in your. Your behind is in your state and somebody from out of your state contacts you and says, I need a remote notarization. It is where your body is located, right? As long as your body is in your state, then you're doing it in your state. They are coming to you over a platform from another state, but you. Your body has to be in your state.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Y' all are just, you know, I tell y' all all the time, boy, y' all are just as much a blessing to me. I love y' all to life. You might not have to go into into retard mode like me, but that's how I gotta do it, y'. All. So I'm trying to musk up my strength right now. That's why I'm going to bed.
