Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. And thank you guys so much for coming this evening. This has been an incredible week, and I'm excited to share with you everything that's going on in my life and more. So to answer any questions that you guys have for me in your notary signing agent business, it's important to me that you get to what we call. Called. You know, what I called for, for our New Year's resolution. I'm still on that. And it's June. Hello.
I told you that I want everybody that is associated with me to make 10 to $20,000 a month. And I'm still on that, y'. All. So ask me any, any, any questions that you have. Join me on YouTube, join me on Facebook, but come on in. Come on in the room and. And put questions in, and we'll go from there. Let me adjust my mic real quick to make sure that y' all can hear me. Well, all right. That should be better.
Yeah. But so this week with me, we have a lot going on. I've been dealing a lot with the. The airbnb side of the business. Just trying to make sure that everything is okay. You know, when you get into a new venture.
Or. You know what? Let's talk about this. Because when you get into anything new, right, everybody wants something. I want to have a baby. I want a husband. I want, I want, I want. I want. I want a house. I want a new, expensive car. Let me tell you something.
Everything in life has a good and a bad. And when you get. When you acquire something that you want, it's gonna come with both. It's gonna come with the yin and the yang. It's gonna come with the part that you love and the part that you hate, and that includes your husband, your kids, that new house that's so big that it still needs to be cleaned in the maintenance, that brand new car, if you have a car note on it or if it needs repairs, the repairs are as expensive as the car note. So I just want y' all to think about that. Like, all of us are always. It seems like in this wanting stage and with everything, like, even my investments in Airbnb, there's things that I absolutely love about it and things that are like, oh, Jesus. But it's all gravy because that's what comes with being a business owner, right? You have to take in all of that. And, you know, my sister has a new business, so it's. It's just those things. It's. You. You're gonna do things, have to do things that you don't like. Even as a notary public loan signing agent, you might be like me. I didn't like printing out all of those dog on pages. My name is latonya. I hated it. Why? Because it seemed like the, the companies would drop those dots at the last minute, and then I'm scrambling to print out.
Two copies of 200 pages, and I mean, boy, it seemed inevitable for that stupid printer to do something ignorant. So that was, you know, that's my experience.
Hey, Kimmy. LaWanda, Linda, Elaine, Anita, Ms. Kim, Yvette. How y' all doing this evening?
I'm glad that y' all are here. Demetria.
Awesome, Demetri. I think I, I put you in the Facebook group.
Let's look at it. Let's. Let me look at it because I thought I'd let you in. Can you check now and, and see.
Awesome, Anita. I'm glad that y' all are doing well. I was just saying. I don't know if y' all heard that part of what I was saying. Where, you know, let me know if you did. Where I was talking about the new levels and people want a new baby or want a husband and, or want a bigger house or, you know, and, and even investments and what comes with that. With every good thing that you get, there's something about it that you're not gonna like. Even with your husband, even with your kids. You had them. So.
Yeah, that's pretty. That's pretty interesting. So how. Hey, Ms. Bessie. How. How are y' all doing? How was your week? Did y' all have any questions for me? Demetrius said, explain to me into becoming a full time notary public, how I did it. And she asked me about the notary public loan signing agent, Facebook group, and I gotta look at that. I'll look at that for you. So to be honest with you, I was never full time notary. I've always done that part time, always.
My cousin has been full time. But if you let her tell it, she still does it part time, but she does, like, because of the nature of the business, like, she can make $10,000 a month and not work every day. She makes most of her money at the end of the month or at the be, you know, well, mainly at the end of the month in this business. So there are. Are sometimes weeks or days that she doesn't work, and then all of a sudden it picks up at the end and then she works every day. So it kind of just depends. So when you Say full time.
It kind of depends on what you mean.
Okay. Kimmy vet, who is unorthodox tie. So she can explain. Oh, okay. She explains. Permit runner. Let me write that down. Unorthodox Thai.
I'll look her up, see if she's interested to. Come on. Hey, Kayla. How are you? Ms. Kayla, so since we went to that conference, what have you done? I need to know what has been your action.
I need to know. I need to know what's your action.
Isn't that interesting, though, that you can still. You can do this business part time and still make 10, $10,000. Like, I have client who contacted me and she's doing it part time and she made her first 6,000 and then she made another 6,000. She was just going for two. But then she said, well, when you talked about the ability to make 10,000, I was like, well, shoot, let me try that. And she did. And hey, six is closer than two. And you keep going and you'll be at 10.
So, Demetria, let me tell you what I would do. So do you have an. Do you have enough business right now.
To sustain your household and your. And your. All of your expenses and realize, like, I'm not sure of what's going to go on this year. Last year we didn't have a slow season, but realize July we're entering into the slow season in notary. So do you have enough money saved up? And if you don't have enough money saved up, do is remote online notary available in your area? Because you can still make $5,000 a month at a minimum doing that, just depending on how you're doing it, you know.
Awesome, awesome, awesome.
Kayla, let's talk about your cold calling and. And what's going on with that. Hey, Andre, how are you?
Rosalind.
I understand that. I understand that, Demetra. And I mean, it will come. Just.
I get it. I mean, you know, once you can pay all of your bills and sustain that. That's the. That's the key, right? When you can pay all of your bills every single month. Not just a fluke of one month, but you can consistently make sure that your household is taken care of and then have some savings, like an emergency fund and stuff like that.
New Jersey should be a good place to do this.
My godfather lives in New Jersey, but New Jersey should be a good place.
Should be a good place to do it.
Have you spoken to anybody else who is in New Jersey? Just to find out. Anybody else in the room? Anybody close to Jersey or in Jersey to find out, like, the quantity of work that's there. Is it? I'm sure it's enough.
Miss linda.
Good evening. Good evening.
All right, Stephanie, cool. So what. What companies have you signed up with, Stephanie?
Because one thing about it, so I tell people all the time, you can't just sit around and wait. You got to be aggressive. You got a call, you got to worry the heck out of people. That's what it is.
Probate list. Cold calling with the approach of what can I help take off your plate to ease the probate process.
Okay. Probate. Probate. Probate. Gotcha.
So, DocuSign. So are you, Stephanie, are you only doing remote, or are you doing in person as well?
Kayla, you remember he talked about that.
Utilities list? That might be a better list, that utilities list.
Calling people whose utilities have been recently turned off. So you're calling people.
Who have. Whose family member or somebody has recently passed away.
Okay, so, Stephanie, Kayla is saying in New Jersey and New York, the Apostille work is fire.
That's awesome. Yes. Utilities and code violations. That's what I was thinking. Code violations. I couldn't think of the name of that for nothing. I was thinking of code violations. Oh, I got a bump in my ear.
Yeah, that might be a better list because, you know. You know. You know, they might be going through something, right?
I mean, and the probate people are, too. A lot of times, they are just so freaking overwhelmed with whatever is going on from that passing. And a lot of people may be calling them. I don't. I think with the. With the code violation, because that is a list that you have to actually physically go down and get a lot of people too lazy to do that. So.
Demetria, where are you getting a training on Apostilles right now?
I'll put my Apostille training in the. In the. In the banner.
That's my personal Apostille training. And it's available, like, immediately. So if you go there, then you have access to it.
Oh, awesome, awesome, awesome. Well, good. Go through that. And only in person. I have to take the class for becoming remote. So DocuSign. So, Stephanie, we have a whole Facebook group called Solutions by TJ Notary, Networking and Knowledge. And in that group, there's a list at the very top of companies that you can sign up for.
And that may be a good deal for you to sign up with those companies, because you cannot wait for. For signage to come to you. You got to go to them. So once you sign up, then you start calling them. Right? And if you get. If you get any type of notification from snapdocs or anybody else, you have less than a minute to respond. So it has to be immediate. So if you look at your phone and they contacted you two, three minutes ago, it's gone. Right.
So that's a little bit of information. And I talk about that quite a bit in other videos, so you can take a look at those as well. But yeah, you have to actively call these people, actively reach out to them, because they are not going to reach out to you sometimes, I mean, you may get lucky. Some. Some people do, but. But I would call and worry the heck out of them. That's what I personally do.
Right.
Let me look at something.
Yes. And high definition.
Okay.
Kim Yvette, also immigration form specialist. Big, big, big. But only can be done in certain states, you know, Kim Yvette, it seems like New York would be a big state for immigration. I know Texas is huge, but it seems like because of the immigrant population in New York and Jersey, it would be hot too. My godfather is Panamanian, so I know there's a huge immigrant population.
It's at the top in the announcements. Okay, let's go there now. Let's. We're going on a trip in our favorite rocket ship.
I'll share my screen with you guys.
I'm just gonna put this all the way up there. Okay. Facebook.
Solutions by tj.
And.
Oh, that's the wrong one. I was like, where is it? Solutions by tj, Notary Networking and Knowledge.
All right, so look, it's right. I mean, when you get to the page, it's at the top.
The announcements.
So here are all the companies. Here's a list of companies for you that you can contact. If you don't find them, then companies to get more signing jobs. Like in this portion over here where it says topics in the group.
Pin topics. So you just say see more and you see all of these companies.
That's quite a few.
Some of my favorites right now are signing order notary 1, 2, 3, which is like a board service link.
You have to put all of your addresses in there. Snapdocs for a lot of, you know, snapdocs is kind of iffy because some people.
Some people get in right away and then other people don't. Let me let people in the group.
Other people don't. And I don't know what the criteria is. Maybe it's the area, I don't know. But even in Houston, like some of my clients get, you know, get stuff the very same day and then Other clients are like, nah, I haven't gotten anything from snapdoc. So it's right there. Let me see if I can get a link.
Okay. Yeah, not right there. I could put it in the chat.
Copy. Okay. I was able to get a link.
All right, so I'm putting a link in the chat for you to the group.
There is a special training for the immigration to learn about how to be the immigration specialist. I don't perform that.
But, yeah, you know what? They might have that on the notary. National Notary association, where you can learn more about it.
Yes. So, hey, Thomasina. Thomasina said no. This is Kayla. Kayla said yes. Immigration document translation, being a certified translator, if you speak another language, document processing assistance, apostille fingerprinting. All of that is huge in New York and New Jersey.
I need to go to New Jersey. Golly. Hey, Janice.
Thomasina said the NNA has a training for it.
For the immigration specialist.
I'm so glad. I get. So glad to see all y'. All.
Oh, okay. So, Stephanie, you are saying that it hadn't changed? There have been a few changes. I mean, I posted it in April, but I've. I've. I know I added the top three not that long ago, so. Yeah, it was. It was April.
Well, it was August when I posted this. But I'm steady, steadily adding stuff. So if you've already been there and you've seen that, then it's probably. It might not be anything new. I think that's what you're saying.
I don't see anything that has changed since April 21st.
Yeah, I haven't posted anything new, but those are the companies. So, Stephanie, let me know if you already have all those companies that are there.
Oh, wow. So really, in Philadelphia, y' all don't do immigration? That's interesting. I didn't know that.
Interesting, interesting, interesting.
So, guys, I have been doing my Airbnb thing lately. I need to get back on YouTube and make some more videos. That is.
That's gonna be. I'm trying my best because I have a real important. Some real important videos to get out. So.
You know, I need to just buckle my butt down and do it.
That's it. That's it. That's all.
But I've been working. So today, one of the issues that we had, you know, with the Airbnb thing that a lot of people may not know, is that.
So we have these smart locks on the door, and I have an alarm system in my units, so sometimes people don't know how to use the smart locks, are they coming in drunk? And if they can't get in the door, guess who they gonna call it? 2 o' clock in the morning. Yeah. So you gotta wake up out of your sleep, make sure that that door opens. That's not that bad at all because you can do all of that remotely. I can do it on my phone, but it's gonna wake me up out of my sleep. So if an alarm goes off, if they can't open the door, anything like that, those are things that will happen. One of the things that I'm, I'm happy about and me and my cousin were talking about it, is that in any business when you first start off, you can't just go in hiring people because you don't know what all it takes. So you need to kind of, in my personal opinion, you need to kind of.
Look at it and know how it works and then hire people. So in July, I'm going to be hiring people.
To take care of a lot of stuff because I know like the whole Airbnb system, it had a glitch today. I don't allow people to check in early, especially when it's like a last minute check in. And on the weekends, maybe during the week, but I don't allow people to check in early because my cleaners have to clean right. They. So you can't check in normally until 4pm Somehow the system glitched today and told the lady she could check in at 9am well, my checkout isn't until 11, so how could that be right? It was crazy. So she was so upset, I gave her $50 so that they could go and eat, but she was tired. She and her sister had driven in from Louisiana, blah, blah, blah. Wasn't my fault. Wasn't her fault. But like they say in the old days, it ain't my fault, but it is my problem. So I was trying to solve that.
Man. Poor lady. It was just crazy. It was crazy. But it's a little stuff like that that the, the, the behind the scenes of Airbnb, right? Or short term rentals.
That's it.
Ms. Thomas Sander said, if you're in Georgia, you can make big dollars as an immigration consultant.
That is awesome.
Ah.
That is cool. Yeah, I enjoyed. I don't know if y' all saw that, but I did. I enjoyed the interview with Larry. My. I want to take my copy of it down because it came out looking all fuzzy. Theirs came out looking phenomenal. Matter of fact, let's go on another trip on our favorite Rocket ship. Let's go on YouTube.
We're not gonna look at it, but I want to.
Just show y' all they Doggone Boy.
Crime Real Estate Network. This is their YouTube channel. Oh, this guy was really good, too.
Yeah. This is the podcast. Hold on. I'm.
I have the sound off, but I want to share it with y' all so that y' all can look at it.
I enjoyed it. It was so good.
It was so.
What is this stuff?
I guess this is a commercial. Okay, but look how good their dog on camera is. Is my camera that good? Let me see. What must. I mean. Dang, I missed myself. Hold on.
Oh, wait a minute. Oh. Oh, there I am. Look. I look like I'm glowing and everything. Is my camera that good?
Look at that. Maybe it's my settings on YouTube. Hold on. Oh, I'm on. Okay, wait a minute. I want HD settings.
I know y' all like, what is she doing? Oh, that's a little better. I don't know everything. Maybe it's my eyes, man. Everything is looking foggy to me.
Anyway.
Thank you. I enjoy doing that interview, too.
It was fun.
Absolutely. Kim. Yvette. So you can make passive income with Airbnb by investing in somebody who's doing Airbnb and going out and actively getting them. I am offering people the opportunity to do that because I'm going to acquire.
I'm about to acquire a whole lot more of them in the near future. But so what? My thing is depending on. You know, let's talk about it. Let's talk about what you have, because, like, I have private investors now, some of them who are going to invest maybe $300,000 and get a return of $24,000, right? So that's like an 8% return. So if you have a 401k, you can transfer that money to a private custodian called Quest. I think that's the name of them. And then you can use those funds to invest in your own 401k through that program. And it doesn't matter, really how much you have. I mean, whatever you have, you can still get that 8%. It doesn't have to be 300,000. Right? But if that's what you have, then. Hey, so if you want to talk to me more about that, hit me at Support Solutions by TJ.com.
And, Kayla, if you want to do some interviews, I mean, I know. I know. I know Larry and Rick personally, so you have my number. Reach out.
Y'. All. I'm about to go on a diet Hello. Because my. My one nerve. One has been bad. And so my boyfriend's name is Dessert. Hello. Yeah. And I loves him.
So I have to. We gotta break up, though, because dessert is not treating my body well. So me and Mr. Dessert gonna break up today. We quit.
And so start Monday, me and dessert. I got a detox from Mr. Dessert. You know I'm saying chocolate. No. So I am gonna be on turkey ground turkey with my little garlic vegetables, my little California mix. That's it. And some avocado. That's it.
All right. Oh, Thomas Cena. Why you do that?
Girl? I. I know my baby. My boyfriend, Mr. Dessert, is a cheetah, honey. But he is so sweet. Oh. Oh, my God.
Girl. But you see, I feel like I'm getting a little double chin on the channel.
Hey, Tasha. Ms. Latasha. I'm glad to see you this week.
Hey, beautiful heart. Yeah, so, yeah, I just gotta keep it together, because when I don't. When I start eating bad, I feel it, you know, It. It messes with my energy a little bit. So I just gotta start eating better starting today. Well, maybe not today, because I did go to this restaurant called RuPaul, and they had these fried green tomatoes with this shrimp and crawfish fondue stuff. Oh. Oh, it was good. So I had cheat with my little boyfriend one more time.
I know y' all said she is crazy as a road lesson.
Kimmy Vet. Jesus, you might be a heaven sent. So do you know about keto? Because I really need help. Okay? I've tried it before. I'm a keto failure. Hello. I don't know what I did.
But I think I wasn't eating enough carbs. Because when I started eating carbs, I started losing weight. But if you know anything, I need just to. All I need to know is portions, I think, because I. And how to start? Because my trainer had me starting with just eating chicken wings. And, baby, that chicken right now looks like it has jaundice. Why is the skin on chicken in stores? Yellow, y'. All. That ain't normal.
And I went to Chick Fil A the other day, got my normal salad, everything the same. That chicken had a little sour, funny taste. Oh, no, I'm good. Until we're out of the chicken shortage, TJ will not be eating chicken. I'm a turkey fan now, but I could get some turkey wings.
They just so doggone big.
I don't know. I think about it.
Drink lemon water. Drinking lemon water put you in ketosis.
Oh, Kimmy vet, please, I need to talk to you.
Yeah, but that skin. I'm not accustomed to the skin on the chicken being yellow. That's. That's just red flag for me, Miranda.
That's just a red flag. I do do lemon water.
Okay. Hey, look, I am up for some.
I'm up for that. I don't know if I can afford it right now, but I can at least talk to her.
So give me a keto trainer. Email it to me or put it in the link, whichever is easier.
Whichever is easier. Hey, Tawana Scott. How are you?
And see. Okay, so can I be transparent?
I am an emotional eater. So I don't have to be hungry, y'. All. I'm not. I'm not hungry. Thomasina. No, I'm not hungry. That's the problem. When my nerve get bad.
When my nerve get bad. Me and my boyfriend. There we go.
I'm going straight to go to my boyfriend. He, you know, I met him at Dairy Queen one time. Because I love the turtle pecan blizzard. I try to get a mini, but lately I've been tripping. The other day I went to Water Burger. Me and my boyfriend went to Waterburger. Strawberry shake, baby. What are you doing? I don't know. You know, I just. I. I didn't drink the whole thing, but I had one.
Yeah, and. And you know, my friend Nico has lost a lot of weight on keto before. It's just a matter of getting into it. And it's quick. I mean, it's gonna be fast. It's not gonna take a long time. It's gonna be easy. I'm accustomed to it. I just gotta do it. I gotta do it.
Fish, shrimp, ground turkey. Huh? And organic grass fed beef. Okay, so. Oh, you get your beef from a local farm in Katie. You don't live far from me. Then. Kayla, you know what? We need a whooping because I have not. We live right next each other.
Okay, Tawana, you said you had a question.
What was your question?
You over there laughing. Oh, that. Oh, that strawberry cheesecake.
Oh, that's my. That's my sweetest boyfriend right there, baby. Oh, my God.
Ah. Cheryl, I know. I. I'm trying not to marry my boyfriend. See, I keep. Okay, so I broke up with turtle pecan cluster blizzard. That boyfriend. And then I went on to the strawberry cheesecake boyfriend. And today I was at RuPaul. My boyfriend showed up, Mr. Banana Foster. And I said, no, baby, not today. I can't. I can't. I gotta get home to the kids. I can't do it. So I was strong, and I left him sitting there.
I regret it, though, because I still want that banana fossil. Oh, it's so good.
Jesus.
Jesus, be a banana foster, okay? I'm trying not to marry him. Thank you for my nails. Oh, I wish y' all could see my toes because I. They match my nails, but they're not the same color because they're black with this stripe of. Of lime in them. They're real cute.
That. Real cute.
Oh, yoga.
You know, I ain't okay. I have done yoga, Thomasina. I swear to God, I have never seen how people lose weight in yoga. But I've never been brave enough to try those super hard yoga classes either. The ones where people be in there sweating.
Because to me, yoga and relaxation go together. Yoga and sweat. Just, you know, I'm saying I'm a punk, I guess.
Oh, gotcha. And see, it's. It's the dessert for me. That's, you know, that's. That's what it is.
Okay. And so I can moderate, but, like, I need to moderate after. I can moderate. I can moderate.
The game changers. Oh.
Latasha, where are you located? I'm writing that down. The game changers.
My daughter was running track, and, oh.
I was there today. See, Kayla, you see what I'm talking about? You see, that's a bunch of bull. Come you be at @rupaul without me, and I'm right down the street from it. The brunch is everything. Yeah, that's the one I go to. I live right down the way from Memorial City.
Okay, Ms. Tawana, I was contacted by a company named Notary Locate. They said to join them for 319 and I'll get exposed. No, ma'. Am, no, no. Don't pay anybody 319. If you gonna pay somebody.
This notary. 1, 2, 3. And try signing order. Signing order, I know is like 2.99, and if you put enough zip codes in there, you are going to get some notifications. Notary. 1, 2, 3. You get so many different varieties of notary type jobs, signing jobs, I mean, direct title, company jobs. It's all kinds of stuff. So the exposure is well worth the price that you pay for that one. 300 and something dollars. Don't do it. I wouldn't even. I've seen some for 49 that I've never done, so. No, ma'. Am. No, ma'. Am. What kind of exposure are they getting you? What?
Let me look at your thing again. Hold on. I gotta study this.
I was contacted by a company Named Notary Locate. Let's go on a trip, y'. All. Let's look at this notary locate.
$319.
Ain't nobody. Oh, okay. It sent me to reviews automatic.
Is it locate notary.com.
Or notary locate?
Oh, here's a notary locate.
Increase your notary business thousands. Enter coupon code, become a lifetime member.
Diamond for 125.
Receive reviews. Link your web. Man, I wouldn't do this mess. Ain't none of that work. That if you ain't getting me no jobs. Submission to Google and all of that. Okay. Listed second in the search results. First access leads. How many leads do y' all get though.
Title companies?
Browse categories.
See, we want a.
Why they got traveling notary? Because you can't travel anywhere but in your state. Let's look up mobile notary and. Oh, wait, did they have notary public loan signing agent on there? Go back. Okay, let's look up notary public loan signing agent.
Well, they're getting people to pay that 125.
But then once you pay it, will you be, you know, behind all of these people?
And then this is from all over.
What if you buy location? Let's say Texas?
Just interested. I'm just looking, y'. All.
So you know what I do if I really wanted to know?
Huh?
If I really wanted to know, I would call one of these people on here and say, hey, I noticed that you had signed up for notary Locate. Are you getting a lot of business from them?
That's what I do. I call somebody who has already spent their money and signed up with them.
Okay. Bye, y'. All. See you next time.
Yeah, I get it. And it might be good, Ms. Tawana, but that's exactly what I would do, is contact them. Contact somebody who already has it.
What is. What is Cheryl talking about? Hold on. I missed it.
Wait a minute. Okay. She talking about my diet and stuff. Stuff.
You and Mr. Mr. Chocolate Ice Cream having an affair.
Just chocolate? No Rocky road. No Millennium Crunch. Nothing like that. Girl, y. Girl, you and your baby is boring. Girl.
Oh, I wish y' all could see the toes. They cute. They cute.
I tried something different.
Yeah, these kids are. No.
No. Are y' all playing? She just sitting there.
So these children are in here talking about the raccoon is back. I had a raccoon.
Who was really honorary. She made her residence in my laundry.
In my laundry, on my patio in a basket. And she was pregnant. So she was planning on nesting and having her babies there. I'd Hit the basket. She'd do this little thing like, leave me alone. And when she was awake, she'd look up like, what?
You don't wanna. What?
Go, go. Go to the other side of the house. Like, this was her house, you know? So I had to get rid of her. Now the kids are saying she's at the front door just waiting and looking.
This is a country foolish mess. Lord, why Jesus.
Oh.
Thomasina, you're cheating on your vegan ice cream.
What kind of vegan ice cream? You know, I heard. So. So I'm on clubhouse quite a bit, and this lady was talking about.
Some cashew. I think it was Cashew ice cream. That is divine.
Okay, you're in Duncanville, Latasha. I'm in Dallas quite a bit.
Wow. So the price has gone up to 319. That is crazy.
Wow.
Absolutely.
I've never tried cashew ice cream.
Now, see, that should be keto, but cashews are not really keto. Hey, Lucy.
Girl. Is he still out there?
See, she crazy that. That raccoon. She is so honorary. Has such a bad attitude. Raccoona. That's what I call her. I gave her a name and everything. She thought we were roommates. She wasn't paying no rent. You got to go. She is a real trip.
Hey, Pamela.
Oh, let me see. So you posted the. Kim. Yvette. You posted the.
The lady up here. The. The keto lady. Hold on. I'm going up because, you know, on my end, there's a delay in the comments, and then all of a sudden, it jumps to the end like something crazy. So I missed some stuff. Stuff.
I'm looking. I'm looking.
Kim. Event. Damn it. On it. I almost cussed live, y'. All. I don't see it. Kim, Vet. You posted the trainer. Oh, you know what? If you posted her phone number or something, it's gonna block it. So you may have to.
You may have email it to me, because if you post contact information, it's going to automatically block it.
Look. So Tawana Kelly said notary 1, 2, 3 is the best. I like them, too. You get real business.
Hey, Bessie.
Yeah? I think they blocked it.
Oh, cashew nuts are keto, but I thought that. I guess it's in ration.
Where do you buy cashew ice cream at Kroger's.
Or where.
I'm on live.
Y' all let me know. Do I have to go to, like, Whole Foods? Do I have to go to Aldi? Can I just go to, like, Kroger? Because I'm I'm take y' all up on it. Oh, I do like ice cream, and I know everything in moderation. Right. So don't eat the whole dad gum gallon ice cream. Jesus. Oh, whole foods. Okay, I got it. I'm on it.
Yep, yep, yep. You see how we just get all off a topic, right? We didn't went. We have gone from.
Notary. What is it? Notary boards, notary directories to raccoons to nails.
Keto.
We do it all here. Thank you for joining. Solutions by tj. I got a solution. If I don't have a solution, somebody in my comments has a solution. And that cashew. That cashew ice cream might be my solution. Okay.
To my. To me breaking up with my boyfriend because see if I could cheat with the cashew ice cream and have a Porsche side.
Yes.
Absolutely. So.
Kimmy, I mean, Thomasina, what is the notary life? Oh, you're just talking about going on and off a topic. I know, right?
I know.
Let me hide this.
So what all have y' all seen? Has work picked up in your areas? As far as notary work, has it. Is it picking up? Is it slowing down? What are you seeing, like, in Pennsylvania, in Florida? What.
What are y' all seeing in yalls areas.
In Houston? It seems to be pretty stable.
I haven't seen a slowdown last month. I think April might have been a little slower for whatever reason. That was weird.
Awesome. Yep. I mean, that general notary work is not. Not anything to play with. You can make real money.
Oh, Stephanie, she has a channel. Stephanie Keto person.
All her is in the description area. Okay.
Can you do me a favor, Kimmy vet.
And post a link to her channel if you can?
Because I see her. Let me check. Okay. Let's go on another trip, y'. All. Let me see if I can find her. Stephanie Keto. Oh.
I'm gonna search YouTube. You let me know if this is the right person.
Stephanie Keto person. That's it.
I thought you were just saying.
Oh, I think I follow her on instagram.
Yeah. This lady is, like, in her 50s.
I remember her. Stephanie Keto person. Okay, got it.
That's her. Okay, perfect. Okay.
How to lower your blood sugar.
She looks amazing.
She's. This lady is 53.
She looks freaking amazing.
Girl. Stop it.
Skin is beautiful.
That is awesome.
She has full abs.
Let me go to her about.
Oh, she's a skater. Why doesn't she have a dog on.
Website?
I'm gonna have to find her my top magnesium supplement.
Okay, I'm sorry. I'm off. I'm off task. I got it. She's 54. She is serious, but good. So do you. Do you just get her information off of YouTube or Do. Do you hire her as your personal trainer, as your personal nutrition person? I want to know because.
I want to do this, like, asap.
Oh, Latasha. Oh, peanut M M's. Oh, I like Reese's Pieces too. I used to like Snickers, but they started hurting my teeth for some reason.
Kim, Yvette, what are you saying you can do?
Which one?
Ah, Kelly said it's picked up. Still looking for a few title companies. So you've called all the ones in your area or stopped by? Kelly.
Contact me to let me know what you've done regarding those title companies.
Because I may have some additional ideas for you.
Okay, yeah, let me know. Because.
You know what, man? I mean, one thing about title companies, it is timing.
And builders. People are still building. It's a lot of new building going on. So let's talk about that to see if we can get you some more title companies.
Gotcha. Gotcha. Kim. Yvette. Thank you.
Y' all know an hour? It's 50. I've been on here 54 minutes already. That's crazy.
That is crazy.
But, yeah. So that's what my week is going to be comprised of. I need to make some videos. I have to force myself.
To make these videos, and I got to get back on track with making y' all videos too. Making videos for you all, because that's actually something that I enjoy. But this other portion of me having to make, like.
Sales videos, it's, like.
So hard.
But I gotta. I gotta study it and just make it easier for me. I have to do it because there are programs that I want to get out that I know people need, right? And if I don't start advertising, then people won't get the information. And that's the most important thing to me, that. Because.
Oh, you like the daily tips?
Okay. But that's the most important thing for me, is that people have accurate and correct information, because it's a whole bunch of people that have entered into this industry, and there are a lot of new people who are. Who are teaching new people, and it's just, you know, you just got to know the right thing to do. I mean, it's little stuff, too, like professionalism. I'm have to go over a whole video about professionalism. This is a culture where when you take the code of conduct from the National Notary association, you are Representing a company. When you're representing a company, you dress accordingly. Like, you. You are professional. You go in business casual attire. Business casual is not jeans. Business casual is not slacks with a jean jacket. Business casual is. You know what I'm saying? I mean, yeah, we're gonna have to get into that some, because a lot of them don't like any jean material. Is. They feel like even if you have on slacks, it's too casual. So.
Yeah, so, yeah, I'm. I'm gonna do that. And I can do the daily tips. Okay, that's cool. We'll go over that.
What is appropriate, what isn't appropriate, what is business casual.
And you know what? One thing that. That we did that was awesome is we started getting polos.
Made. Polo shirts with, like, if you just want to make it easy, have business attire that's business casual, you have on your, you know, polo T shirt or polo shirt. Not polo T shirt, but polo collared shirt with your logo on it. And people, you know, that's a part of your advertising. That's a tax write off.
Yeah.
But a lot of people are just doing whatever they want to do. I mean, you know, and saying, well, they'll be okay. No, you wouldn't do that to your job. So you can't treat that like this and then say that it's not working or that you're not getting, you know, enough signings. So.
Oh, that's cool, Thomasina. That's really cool.
That is really, really cool. A lookbook video.
That's a good one.
Because that attire is important. You have to look the part.
So. I love y' all life. Thank you for joining me. I am grateful that y' all show up each and every time, you know, and there are certain faces that I expect to see, and I'm always excited to see them. I'm getting back on task, y'. All. I have a lot to share, and as soon as my everything gets right with latonya Johnson, then I'm gonna be going full blast. So my birthday is coming up June 5th.
And I'm gonna try to get everything that I need to get done. Not everything, but all of these videos and stuff done prior to that. Because.
I was told that once my birthday hits, then I'm gonna be like in this spiritual place. Yay. June baby. June baby. June baby. June 5th.
Oh, wow. So Tommy said. Oh, well, that makes sense too. So Tommy said, I just took on a new signing service, and their stipulation states I can't wear my logo apparel. And part of That I. I agree. Because you're representing that company. So the people, when you're at their house, they think that you work for the company that has contracted you to go out. So they don't want logo to payroll. I get. Oh, okay. All right. Janice. June 27th. 29th. I love it.
Yes. I'm June 20th. June 5th.
My daughter is May 7th, so she just turned 14.
I do not feel like going out here fighting this doggone raccoon, but I left my dog on RuPaul in the truck, so I have to go out here and.
Talk to this lady. Lord. That's a message. Okay, y', all, I love you. To life. Oh, shy 300. Oh, okay. May 31st. Your birthday is tomorrow. Happy birthday.
Happy birthday. Well, awesome.
Yes.
I love a good dress shirt with the spaghetti. Exactly. I like that, too. It's one part because I'm always cold, so absolutely. Oh, 45. So I will be 46 on 46 on June 5th. Yeah, I'll be 46 my 46th birthday. 45 tomorrow. Happy birthday to you Happy birthday to you Happy birthday. Happy birthday day shy 300.
I know y' all think I'm crazy. All right, I love y'. All. I'm gonna get off of here and go to Walgreens and go run off this crazy raccoon. So y' all be blessed. If you need me, I am here. Most y' all have my contact information. If you don't, just email me@support solutionsbytj.com and I will get back to you as quick. Quickly as I can. Thank y' all so much. I am excited about this week. Yes. We need to have a June baby birthday party. Absolutely. Y' all have a good night. And I love y' all a life, and I am here for you. Thank everybody, and y' all go have a good night. God bless.
