Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. And thank you so much for coming. I ain't come to stay today. Now my allergies. I'm sounding like a grown man, okay? So excuse me, but I'm excited to be here. I'm excited for you all. And so a couple of exciting things that are going on with me. I've been processing Apostilles and, you know, listen, I'm not gassing this up for no reason. It's a trip. Boy, I tell you, people be late to the show because they just be late to the show. You know, sometimes we are too scary to make a move, we are too skeptical to make a move, and we are too slow to make a move. Right? This is one of those times people took the class.
And still haven't started. And I just don't get it.
Unless you're super busy. But this is the easiest. That gum money that I have made, it's easy. It is easy. I'm telling you. 15 minutes of work.
The base pay is 125. If they expedite, it's an automatic hundred dollars extra. You had 200. So if you have not gotten on the Apostille train, I don't know what you waiting on. Saying, I don't know what you waiting on. I don't know what you're waiting on.
But it is. It's fun. And I love finding new stuff and doing new stuff, and, man, it's easy money. I don't know what to tell y'. All. I'm gonna tell y' all today, though, what I found out.
Because I've been making phone calls, right? So I'm gonna tell y' all why in the world.
90% of people fail in this business.
I'm gonna tell y' all in a minute. So give me a. Give me a minute.
Hey, Ms. Sheila. Happy to see you, too. Demetria Dodd. Ms. Miranda. Glad you feeling better, chica. Hey. Never doubt yourselves. Y' all are amazing. I done told you what to do, just go do it. It works every time. You know, when you build relationships with people, those relationships matter. That's why I always say build relationships. Not just base type relationships. I'm talking about deep relationships. Know how many kids people have? No. No. If they married, you know, build friendships. Hey, Macy. Marcy.
Hello. T.J. is CX Choice. What is CX Choice? I don't know what that is. Hey, Kelly.
I don't know what CX Choice is. Let me look at it.
I can't tell what it is.
CxChoice combines technology and service to allow signings. The Closing Exchange is an integrated signing service.
Hmm, I've never heard of it.
But why do you say it's. Why do you say. Is it a joke?
The Closing Exchange out of Long Beach, California.
Don't know. Saint. Let me look at their services real quick. Modern signing services for today and tomorrow.
Did you get a job from them or something?
Okay.
Smart cookie, did you get a job from them?
Oh, my God, Kelly.
That is a yuck.
Hey, smart cookie, what's your name?
Okay, Kelly. Kelly, telling you down there, what are exactly what I'm gonna say. Miranda, too.
After you accept, you have to call. That's the only way you're gonna ever get a job. You can't just accept. You have to call. You can't just sign up with these companies. You have to call them. You gotta call them.
That's what this thing is all about. You. You have to call them. If you just hit that button, man, they gonna go to the next person. Why? Because they already have a relationship with somebody and they're just putting it on there to. For that person to hit the okay button. You know, it goes out. So you have to call them. I'm not talking about five minutes late. I'm talking about immediately call them.
Yep, yep, yep.
That's it. So when people are signing up, I've been making phone calls and in. In my description today, I said I'm going to let you know why 90% of notary public loan signing agents fail and notaries and, you know, when you doing mobile signings, general notary work, Apostilles, whatever.
Why people are failing.
Listen to me closely. Y' all are not answering the damn phone.
Tj why do you say that? Because I've been calling people. A lot of my, you know, a lot of everybody in. In. In notary land.
And I get voicemails and I'm talking about. I'm making like a hundred calls a day. I'm calling y'.
All.
I'm calling people who follow Solutions by tj. Why? Well, tj, why are you calling? Well, I'm calling just to talk to y' all and see how I could be of service, how I can help.
If you see a number that you don't know, you don't answer the phone. Baby, it's a million dollars on that other side of the phone, and you're not answering the phone.
So you want your clients to leave a message.
I don't leave messages because I hate when people leave a message. I don't check my messages, number one, but this is up. This is. This is money to me, this phone. This is money.
This is money. I. When this phone rings, if you gotta get another phone for just notary stuff, you have to answer the phone.
I'm talking about. I can maybe 1 out of every 10.
Calls, people answer the phone.
So out of a hundred times, it's so 10% of the time, people really answer the phone. Never call back. Hey, I missed your call.
Never call back. Y' all gotta answer the phone. If you have your number down, if you have a Google voice number, if you scared to answer the phone, why are you doing this? Like, it could be a title company, it could be General notary, work it. If you have a Google page, you have to answer the dang on phone.
So. Wow, that's crazy to me.
Yes, kelly. What? Listen.
Yeah.
Yeah, you gotta answer the phone. I was. I'm so. I'm just tripping on how many calls that I've made. And I've been doing this for like three weeks. And I'm just calling just to talk to y', all, just to see, hey, how can I serve you? How can I help you? What don't you understand? Where's the bottleneck? Because I've gotten, you know, some people, some of my. My regular people who are saying, hey, listen, this is what's going on, or people that I talked to months ago that called me, that are calling me back saying, man, T.J. okay, I fell off. Okay, okay, okay, now I'm ready. And so I'm taking them back through some processes that I talked to y' all about and taught y' all a long time ago. And I'm just making calls just because that's how you build relationships with people. Like, I can't build a real relationship with Y' all through YouTube. I mean, I appreciate, you know, y' all showing up to my Sunday Funday. Hello. But in order to build a relationship, I want to talk to y'. All. I want to know about, you know, about your family. That's what I'm talking about. It has to be the same exact thing with these sign in services. You got to talk to them. You got to make calls, honey. You got to know who you're talking to. I. I don't just. I don't just talk it. I walk it, for real. So I'm reaching out. I'm calling people, I'm seeing. How you doing? If you signed up to my email list, you know, there's an option on all of my stuff for you to add. Add your number. And so I'm making phone calls.
So let me see what Kelly is saying. Kelly, I found that most companies.
Are on Eastern Standard Time. I got by.
I got by mailing at 5:30am My time. It was 8:30am.
It does not matter where. I don't understand what you're saying, Kelly. It does not matter where they are located.
Hold on. Maybe I missed something.
Let me go up. Yeah, I don't know what you're talking about, Kelly.
Jeff. Jeff says signing services do not want you to call them. They never call me, and I always answer.
And Jeff, that's why I get the jobs. Because I don't care who want me to call, I'm calling. I'm gonna get the job. Of course they don't want everybody calling them. They don't want their phones inundated. But you know, they gonna say, latonya will not leave me alone. She's a stalker. Let me go on and give her a job so that she will leave me alone. And I keep calling and I make a friend and I'm. I'm goofy. Hey, girl, I know you want me to stop following you, girl. I know, I know, I know. This TJ again. Give me a job, though. Y' all don't have nothing in Houston. Oh, I don't know why you act like that. If you just go and give me a job, I'm not gonna call you tomorrow, I promise. I mean, I'm just. Just being goofy.
Just being goofy. So when you. When they send you. Jeff, when they send you.
Why is LinkedIn not on here?
Hold on, y'. All. Okay.
Hold on.
When they send you a request, Jeff.
When they send you a request, do you just accept and then not call them? That's what we're talking about here. They send you a request, and then you call them to follow up and say, hey, I just saw your request. Can you please assign that job to me?
Miranda said, jeff, I've been calling these signed in services, building relationships, not just calling.
Okay? Kelly is saying call them on Eastern Standard Time.
Jeff.
When you accept. When you accept the job. And then you. So you're not just calling them, and then I. I call them anyway. What is. Sean.
I'm a. What's up? Oh, Shawna, there you go. Sean. I don't know. Let me see. Let me see if I can get Sean Butt on here. Hold on. Saint.
Sean, you ready to get on here? Are you just getting on? Just saying hello?
Because I ain't gonna bother you today, if you in your gruffy mode, you know, you. Why all of my stuff didn't come up.
Yeah, that call is super important. No, normally they don't call. They just send out. They just send out a text message saying, okay, this is.
We have a job available.
They don't normally call.
Acting up. Y' all might not be on here forever.
Okay. I just sent you the email. Sean.
I don't know what's going on with mellow Internet.
But, yeah, I mean, it makes a big, big, big, big, big, big, big, big, big difference, Jeff. I promise you, it makes a big difference when you follow up with a phone call.
And even still, you might not get all of them, because some of them.
However, you will get way more than you would not call it. Frederick Greenough.
He says, I get a lot of work from notary.
Orders, but you really. You be quick. I don't know why that camera keeps going off. I don't understand what the. Because I'm plugged into the. To the land, so I don't know what that is.
Yeah, your response has to be quick. If you.
Jeff, when you get in on a lot of these, and this is saying, my Internet is slow. What the heck? Why are you on Internet.
Sean?
When you get in. When you really get in with them and you've built relationships, you can ask them to increase that price.
And a lot of times, even if you do respond and get the job, go and talk to them and let them know, hey, this is 90 miles one way.
Do y' all pay for any type of transportation fees? Talk to them.
Talk to them.
But I'mma go here with you. I'mma go here with you.
You don't have to do all of that with the Apostille jobs. You do not.
At a minimum, I'm paid 125.
And I'm talking directly to clients. And we decide where we're gonna meet.
And it ain't no printing. They bring the document to me.
Get in. I'm trying to tell y'. All.
I am trying to tell y'. All.
Okay, there's Sean. Look at Sean. What kind of shirt you got on, Sean? I'm cutting in and out. I don't know what's wrong with this stupid Internet.
Oh, good, good.
I don't know why I'm cutting in and out, because I haven't.
Maybe I do. Madison.
Bring me my. My cord. My charger for the phone. Guess I'll use my hotspot. I don't know what's going on.
Hey, Sean.
Hello.
What kind of shirt you got on, Saint?
That's my Bruce Lee shirt.
Okay.
How you doing? I'm trying. I'm still struggling. You know, I'm not professional at this. I'm trying to get my lighting right, but it ain't. It ain't looking right here.
Yeah, you need some light to the. Oh, that's better. Well, what you doing? What you doing?
Better.
Yeah, that's a little better.
Yeah. Look, this is why I don't do this for a living like you did. See?
Oh, man. I don't do it for a living saying, I wish I did. I shoot some. I need to make them that living money.
I got a better camera, so I'm getting there.
Let me see if I can do my hot spot.
On this phone. I don't know why in the world it's breaking. Okay, Sean, Sean, stop it. It's getting worse. No, that's right. Put it back like. Okay, it said. Why is it saying no Internet on the deck? I'm phone. What's up?
Yeah, it was fine, and then you kept messing with it.
Look, all right.
When I said it was fine. Leave it alone.
Let me see for my hot spot.
Oh, boy. I don't know what's going on with my hotspot, y'. All.
Are you plugged in?
I am. And people are still saying I'm going in and out.
Yeah. Yeah, you were. How long would it take you to. To do a reboot? Too long.
Miss Smart Cookie. Absolutely.
Absolutely. I'd be begging for jobs on the phone. Whatever it take.
Okay, I'm clear now. Okay, cool. Sean, what's up? What's going on with you?
This. Every day, you know, trying to make this $15 cent. Doing a cocktail, doing. Doing the clothing. That's. It doesn't really change.
All right, how's the. How is the remote notary stuff going on?
Notarized off the chain.
They. They brought in a new client. So Friday, they had, like, man, I made. I must have made, I don't know, 300 in one day. You know, this Friday alone, you know, at 25 a piece, mind, it's 25 a piece. But, yeah, they were jumping, and it's probably going to continue on from this point on. There is something. There's something bubbling with them in Snapdocs, too, for those who don't know.
Yeah, I've seen that.
So I'm just waiting to see how that's going to pan out. But, yeah, they just. They're constantly growing, and like I said, if you're in, if you're in that state, take advantage of it even if you're not. If you're in the state where you can do the independent notary side of it, you know, get the software and find your own clients. Or I will say this, a lot of people, a lot of notaries or notary public loan signing agents, the mobile ones are, they're either scared that they, they just don't know. But the ones who are mobile and you already have an established relationship with a signing service or title company, you guys are in the best position to become Ron because you've already proven yourself to the title company. All you need to do at this point is educate yourself on how to become Iran. And then you, you walk in there and let them know, you know, I got this. Ron, step down. I want to start transition over to Ron accounts or Ron closing. Because a lot of these title companies, they're ready, they're just scared and they need somebody who's an expert. And the other thing I'm starting to see the trend is if you're a Spanish speaking Ron, you are in high demand on notarized on any wrong platform with any title company directly. I, I have a few that reached out to me that I deal with and I was like, they were like, I need you to get some Spanish speaking Ron's on your team. I'm like, I'm on. So I've already signed up three. But you said if you're bilingual, take advantage of. You're going to be in super. You're going to be more high demand than just a regular run. You're at another level.
You know, I was looking at that today for the apostille business because a lot of the clients who are reaching out to me are Spanish speaking. So I was trying to figure out is there an app, like some type of translation app that you can use over the phone that'll translate while you're on the phone?
I think there is, but I just trust having a.
Bilingual human that I can.
I mean, of course, of course, but.
You know, yeah, definitely, there definitely is. I've had these a few times, even on my own. Ron call.
So.
What app do you use for that?
I'm using Google Translate. I'm not using the actual app. I just know they're out there.
But.
I've heard other people talk about them.
I think you're frozen.
Hello? Hello? Can anybody hear me?
Am I on here by myself?
Okay.
All right, yeah. Was it prepared? I think she set me up trying to make me the main host that's not gonna happen. If you guys have questions, feel free to type them in. I can answer. That's the best I can do. I wasn't prepared to become the start the show.
This is crazy.
Okay, we'll give TJ a few minutes again. If you got some questions, type them in there. I'll be happy to answer because I. I have no. I was not prepared to do this.
Yes, that's correct. I'm gonna take me to learn, notarize.
The platform, maybe a day or two.
How do I. Y' all gotta slow down with these questions. Okay? How do I perform Apostle over Ron there. You. You. There's a combination of both because you have to have a. A document notarized. Doing a postil.
Is it necessary to pay for a Ron course if you're already NNA certified?
It depends on your determination whether you want to. You learn faster on your own or you need some assistance. So that, that just depends on.
What platform do you use? I'm on notarized.
That's the platform I use.
Macy. Yes, this is. I don't know if I'm. I might be infamous, but I'm more than famous. But yes, this is me.
Link to book in the session. Give me one second, I'll send you that.
There you go. That's the link.
Are you okay? Sheila says are you all going to be holding any more training courses for the apostille? I'm happy to help with that. If.
TJ wants to set up a, you know, a notification, let you guys know, I'm. I'm happy to do another training. We had a lot of fun the first time. So yes.
If you want to hit me up individually, I have. I have my own as well. But I'm happy to do a group training.
For North Carolina. North Carolina. You guys are a RIN state. You're not Iran state yet. Veronica, you have to.
Basically you're using Zoom and.
Like. Like email format.
Like Adobe. You guys aren't full blown Ron yet, but it's still lucrative to become a Wren in North Carolina. So consider that because they are changing the rules. They're. They're having meetings right now as we speak. Thinking about doing that. I'm signing up on notarized. Okay. Valerie, I'm signed up on notarized and just haven't gotten started. Okay. Valley got. Got to get across that factor. I did the same thing. I messed around for like a whole month before I actually took it serious.
I put the link in there. It's in the chat. Send it again.
Hey, everybody, I'm sorry about that.
She did that on purpose, everybody. She wanted me to host by myself. Hey, Dash is a mug. I'm gonna get her.
All right.
Milton, what platform is good for Maryland? You guys have an approved vendor list, so you got to go on your SOS website and check it out.
Sean, they say they not seeing your link.
Oh, maybe.
I'm gonna send it to you and you post it for me. Okay.
All.
Right, hold it down.
Hold it down.
That was a setup.
Perfect timing. That's okay. Just having to go out after I log in. I got you.
I love it. That's my boy.
I see that, boy. You was holding it down, too.
I was trying. Almost. Almost logged up.
Almost. No, you didn't.
Yeah. No message. I wouldn't. Do you like that.
You put it in the private chat, Sean.
No, I sent it to your email, and you can. I did put it in the private chat, but I sent you an email. You can blast it on the screen.
I don't know why it's in there, but put. Check your email.
Oh, Father God be with us. This thing is cutting up. I don't even understand why.
Okay, I got it in the email. Are y' all there? Hello? Hello?
You're not sure if you listen to. Oh, maybe. That's probably. Yeah, okay. Yeah. What about Florida, Sean? Marcy, what do you want to know about Florida in particular? You qualify for notarized as a. As a call center notary independent or preferred notary if you use a detailed. I mean, a dedicated signing service or title agent.
Did I go out again?
Hang on. Crystal, that's not true. Georgia does allow runs, but you're like North Carolina. You're a Ren State.
Hit me up. I just trained somebody in Georgia to do Ren.
Okay, I just sent the link.
All right.
Sean with death row notaries. Sean, explain to the good people why you with death row notaries. Can you do that?
Okay, so Death Row notaries came about. Oh, hey, while you were gone, my phone actually rang, so they might have heard my little. My little west coast ringtone. I thought it was you calling me.
You got a West coast ringtone, bro?
Call it. Call her real quick. You hear it?
No, no, let me call you. So silly.
I don't hear it.
Oh, it won't. It won't go loud. Now that you.
Okay, that's all right.
It would work fine.
So Crystal Davis said, is it Ren or Ron?
Crystal is in. If you're in Georgia or North Carolina, it's Ren. If you're in Connecticut, It's Wren if you're in New York. It used to be Ren.
Sean is in Virginia.
Yeah. No, yeah, I'm in. I'm in Virginia. Sheila. Oh, yeah. See, Demetria heard it. She heard it.
Why didn't I hear it?
I don't know. The volume just went down all of a sudden.
Now that you call, what song is it?
Dr. Dre and Snoop Still Dre. It's gonna be at the Super Bowl. Y' all gonna hear it. But anyway, so the story was.
In the beginning. Eons ago. I. I needed something to kind of motivate me to keep this, you know, this Ron business. I. I got on this chat. No, I was. I was in one of the community groups with notarized. We're in a training class. So in the training class, there was a lady named.
Ah, what was her name? Her last name was.
Broadest. Broadest is Snoop Dogg's real name, his last name. And then there was another lady named Young. Andre Young is Dr. Dre's real name. So you can't tell now, but if I shave and do my thing, I'll probably send the pick and let you have fun with it, tj. But my friends and family have always called me Pop. Growing up, I'm either Pac or Rakim. Take your pick.
Just depends on what day I do see Rakim.
Yeah. So then I ran into another lady who. Her name was.
Robin White, but that rhyme would Suge Knight. So I. She shook Knight in the group, and then you. And then, you know, back in the day when we first got into the pastel game, we literally had Machiavelli. So it was like. It was just a no brainer to go ahead and call it Death Row Notary.
This is too funny.
That's where I came from. I knew it was going to stick out, you know, like a sore thumb. People would hit me up, be like, what is this? Death Throw? No shake. It created the buzz. I got it going, and I just. I just left it at that. So that's. That's the birth of Death Row Notary.
You don't be dancing on the video.
Yep. It's still. Still the same. Yep. No dancing on the videos.
You know, making all the records. Singing on the records.
Yeah.
Hollering on the notarization calls. Nope. You want to make some money? Come on down to Death Row Notaries. That's how we do.
Yeah. You were crazy. That's my boy. Too funny.
I love it. I love it. I love it. All right.
So they got a lot of information about the Ron Loren and all of that stuff. Sean. Right. How many apostille jobs are you doing?
They. They come and go, so maybe I average on a slow movement, you're looking at maybe one a week. On. On an uptick, I might do five, you know, in a week. Just depends. They fluctuate.
Okay. What's the base price that you charge?
My base price is 125.
Okay.
And, oh, while you were gone, there's demand. They want another class, so you might want to set something up. They want another posterior class? I couldn't answer until you got back. They want a group class again.
They want another one?
Yeah, it was in the chat.
What don't you. What it. Okay.
Looking for it? Yeah.
Do y' all just want a live one or.
Yeah, that's. That's what they meant. They want a live training.
Okay.
What are we talking about this time? Because we didn't say it. Everything.
Look, I guess they just, you know, they want that one on one because, you know, I still do that on my own. I get more. I get more feedback and better reviews from that within. Somebody just, you know, sending out a video preaching, you know, I do. I'm very interactive, so I think it's invaluable that way. So I continue to do it that way. I don't have a big desire to make this all automated and, you know, quote unquote, Ron University or anything like that. It's not. That's not my goal.
Yes, Marcy, Florida is Iran State. I'm actually trying to get my commission down there. For those who don't know, you can't have multiple commissions.
Yes, Latasha, I do have a membership with the nna. That's vital.
I would recommend taking their immigration training.
Miranda is right. It's the perfect time for the mystery shopping during the holidays. It really pumps up.
It really, really.
All right, you got some. You got some bots in here with this Hitler crap. Go ahead and block them.
I blocked it. I blocked one of them. It's another one.
Yeah. Oh.
Yeah, block one of them.
I'll put the link in the. In the chat for the.
Osteel training. I mean, not the apostille. The whatchamacallit, if you're interested. Because I need to know how many people are interested in having another.
I put a link for mystery shopping, but if you are interested in having another training for the apostille, hit me on supportolutionsbytj.com I want to talk to you.
Support at solutions by tj.com.
This weather has changed in Houston, you know, it's freezing to us. It's about 70 degrees.
Yeah.
So my nose all stopped up. I'm sounding like a grown man on, on here. I ain't feeling too well. Look, I done took sick. The weather didn't change because, I don't know, it just ignites my allergies.
Thank you for the shout out, Ms. Simeon. You took my class and I appreciate the feedback.
Yeah, Sean is amazing.
Sean is amazing. What is. Okay, please. 45. What's 45, Kelly? I don't know what you what? You tell me.
What is that.
Kelly, we lost. Oh, 45.
Oh, degrees.
Washington state. 70 degrees is nice in Georgia. Oh, boy, I got so sick in Georgia with all them doggone trees. And then y' all got some different type of trees. My allergies were on 99.
All right, Milton says, how can you have multiple commissions in different states? Do you have to have a corporate or business address? So every state has what they call proof of residence once, and their criteria can be different in every state. So once you look up what that is, that's how you qualify for multiple commissions. Some states, like Nevada, have an automatic default of what they call bordering states, meaning if you're connected in Utah, Arizona, California, one other one, you default it, you automatically qualify. But every state's different. You have to look up on the website to see what they constitute as a, you know, proof of residence or what their qualifying criteria is to have multiple commissions.
So, Sean, how long did it take you to get to the 25 level?
It took me.
I don't know, maybe a week at that most. Not even that, Less than a week. It's so long ago. Less than a week. He's called it rolling in. Yeah.
Because it's 50 car you can do, huh?
They leveled you up to 25 per signing on notarizing in about a week.
Oh, I thought you meant from the very beginning, like the five dollar call all the way. Oh, so you mean from, from start. From a retail all the way till I got to the, the real estate, the loan signing stuff. Yeah, that took me, me personally, it took me about.
I think two months now. I had a conversation with the trainer, right? This was, this was maybe six months ago, because I've been doing this, you know, over a year now. The I said, what is your average speed of, you know, transitioning? They told me a crazy number, like a week. And I'm like, how is that possible? Because when I did it, you had to have 50 calls to get on Notarized in the beginning. Excuse me. Yeah, 50. Then you moved up to the business. Then you got from one. They said at 150, you qualified. But I still didn't get pulled over until I hit, like, maybe my 200th call. And then after that, I became in. But since then, they've dropped it. It's 25 on the retail side. I still say maybe the average is maybe 150 to get through business. But again, that thing is rolling. That's the busiest queue out of all of them. You get through that, you. You know, your ratings are up, and then you're invited to do real estate, and then from there, it's easy street.
Okay, awesome. Lucy Mao is in the house.
Crystal, I literally just trained somebody on becoming Iran. I'm gonna say this politely. When I got into this game.
I guess this is how I ended up being a trainer or subject matter expert, whatever you want to call it. I was also learning that these Secretary of State offices don't know everything. They should, you would think, but they don't. I've had to call Connecticut and kind of politely educate them on what their policies are based on their website. I'm. I'm sending them source links saying, hey, this is what your website said I had to do to my own state, Virginia. They might have something on there. And I'm like, well, I'm getting conflicting information. Oh. Then I get a, you know, response, oh, my bad. We meant to update it. Oh, okay. This is what it is. Or they don't. They don't always know. So the laws are going to be in your notary handbook, but I'm telling you, I just.
Trained one in Georgia. And don't forget, you guys are a. An attorney state, so you have to go through your attorney as well.
Crystal Davis said they don't know. They terrible down here.
Okay, okay. Right, right. It happens.
So I put Sean's link in the chat. Did y' all see that link?
I can do it again if y' all need me. Need for me.
Demetrius in New Jersey. Demetria, have you started doing apostille jobs?
So let me give you the angle, Crystal, about Georgia.
Again.
If. If the consensus is, oh, you can't do it, but you really can because nobody's reading the fine print. You're going to corner the market. Right? When you approach these attorneys and say, hey, I know how to do this online, and it's legal, and, you know, here's the. Here's the information off the website to substantiate my claims, they're going to feel comfortable and then they're going to be curious because now you're making their life that much easier. And you can become a preferred notary with, with an attorney. And I don't have to be just about real estate. I just did a.
Some documents signing it all the way in Las Vegas, Nevada. You know, they gave me five pages. I got paid. 125 to the five pages.
Wasn't a real estate closing, but it was an attorney.
All right, y' all don't get quiet now. Come on.
I know, right? I'm sorry. I got quiet too. I'm sorry.
No, you good. I'm talking about. I'm talking about the audience. You know, I'll be on here very often. You better get it while it's hot.
I know.
Not yet. I'm waiting to be released on full duty. Okay. Gotcha. Ms. Mom G, how are you? Got my commission in Virginia in June. Want to learn how to become Iran. But I have become frozen.
And.
Take, take my class or, or reach out to tj. Either one. I can help you with that. I get you over the fear factor.
Yeah. Ms. Mom G, we put the. Sean's link inside the. It's in this.
In the chat.
It is in the chat. That's my guy for the Ryan stuff. Shoes. He teaches me.
I gotta get on it.
Easy money also again. Well, yeah, I already talked about the whole Spanish speaking. So I'm gonna show you some of the projections that I've seen out here. Right. I want you guys to understand pre and post Covet Ron is where it's at because everybody is migrating now that they can work remote. They're moving all across the nation. All right? They're talking about the next 10 years. The real estate market is going to be at this steady pace, all right? Because everybody is moving to where they really want to be working remote. The next thing. Again, if you're in Texas or you're in any, any Latinx community on any, any part of the nation. They have projected. These are for my bilinguals. They have projected the next five years there's going to be the highest demographic of Latin X new homeowners. So that's going to be popping too.
All.
Right.
All right. That's pretty cool.
I know. I need to take some more. You know what, man?
Yeah, you're right, Miranda. I'm with you on that.
Yeah. I wish I knew Spanish. I, I ended up taking. Trying to be cool, took French. Did it come in handy on notarized hell? Yes, absolutely.
I had A spot, y', all, on my screen. I keep moving because when I move a certain way, it looks like a Marilyn Monroe mole. Let me move it.
We can't see it. We don't.
It's cute. I need a mold. Wait, wait, it's on this side. I need a mole. Like right here. Like right, right there, baby. Come on, Jesus. I need a mole right there. All these moles on my face and I don't have the sexy mold. Why? What the. Jesus? I think I'm gonna start doing more stuff on Tick Tock too, y'. All. So if. If your. If your spirit is light.
Follow me on TikTok. If you want to laugh, though, it's gonna be Comedy Central because this weekend, this was Madison's homecoming week. Boy. Lord Jesus, I don't know how my mama would have paid all of the money that it takes to be a teenager these days. Jesus. I mean, just my. My child going through school. There has not been any time when she ain't all gonna need $20 a day for something, right? A day. God, they asked for money every day. Jesus. She would have been in trouble. But they looked real cute. Didn't look. Girl had the nerve to talk about Halloween. Girl, you better go as a homecoming zombie. I don't know what you did. Anybody know? Halloween costume?
So she was hurt. This is her first year not going trick or treating. But mama is tired. Mama ain't feeling all that great, so.
Yeah, I didn't even turn the lights on this time.
Yeah.
All right, Crystal. How can you notice make money in the auto industry?
Tow truck service.

So any. Any. Any new or used car sales companies need to have documents notarized. That's your way in.
Ms. Latasha says she did some general notary work this past Tuesday for a friend and ended up notarizing something for someone looking for a notary. While there, don't forget to add them to your Snapdocs account, okay?
Absolutely. Okay. So, Crystal, you're with Mav already?
Awesome. Awesome. All right, y'. All. I love y'.
