Hey, this is TJ with solutions by tj. And today is Sunday fun day.
All right, you trying to figure out why the hell is she screaming in this. In this phone, honey, in this computer? Wow. It's been so much going on. So I took a couple of weeks to take a break.
I try to get out for some real Sunday Funday. I live in the center of everything. Like all of the nice, you know, African American to do things are right around the corner from my house. So I'm trying to live, y'. All. I'm making a conscious effort to live. But a couple of things have happened since we saw each other last time. Oh, I'm so conflicted.
My baby Blue. I feel so bad, but I had to give Blue up.
It's been three weeks now.
I sent her to training because she has started biting me. And one time she bit me hard. It almost broke the skin. So I decided to send her to training. And it's just been a. It's been hard. I don't even know. I mean, it feels like I've given one of my children away. And it's. I dreamed about her last night. And the trainer's response are about Blue is she's very strong willed. She needs a dominant figure who's gonna stay on her neck.
And I don't play with Blue, but I don't want to be on her neck all the time. I like. I don't have the energy to be on her neck all the time.
And he said that those bites was kind of her trying me to see how far she could go and that I was gonna have to just really get at her and show her that I was crazier than she is. And y', all, to be honest, I don't have the energy to do it, man. I don't. I just want to love. I just want to love. I just want us to cuddle. I don't feel like fighting you. I don't feel like you can't pay no bills in this motherfucker. Excuse my French for all the people who don't cuss. But, I mean, you can't be the alpha female in him. It's just one me.
So for me to have to knock her in the head with a frying pan or. Oh, man, it's just too much. But I love her. And I. I'm. I feel bad.
Because I sort of feel like it's like, you know, with your child, you can't get your child up. You just gonna have to hit the. Hit her in the Head with a frying pan.
But. So I was living in the house with two teenagers. I have Madison, who's. Who'll be 15, May 7th.
We're having a dinner for her. She's going to be beautiful. Blah, blah, blah. And then I had Blue, who was going through her teenage stuff. So Blue had gone through her cycle, her first heat cycle. And even during her. When she starts going in the heat, that's when she really started, like, getting a little bit more aggressive toward me.
I'm kind of feeling herself. So we wasn't getting along right before that heat cycle. Then she got to the point where I couldn't. She didn't want me to put the little pad thing on her because I can't take all of that all over my floor. Oh. Oh. So she started kind of nipping in my hand about that. And she's just getting worse and worse. And I told her, look, like she didn't speak English. I told her, you're gonna make me hurt you. Like I'd be telling that little girl, hey, hey, quit playing with me. I'm being. Did something to you now. I ain't that stable. So I don't know. I just. I think she'd be a better dog for a man. Thank you, Pamela. Cause, girl.
My baby. Oh, my God. You know, even when your kids do stuff and, you know, they butt heads, man, it's just. Yo, they gonna kid, you know?
But anyway, how are y' all doing? It's Sunday Funday. I went down to. It's called 50 15. Two clubs that are right across from each other down the street. 50:15 and faces. I went down there for a hot minute. It was very nice. Huge crowds. A lot of people out in Houston on this Sunday.
And, yeah, I mean, so I did one Apostille job last week. It was a repeat client. The first one that I did for her was her mother passed away in Serbia. And we did a power of attorney, and then she contacted me to get her marriage certificate and her husband's death certificate Apostille to go over to Serbia. So I love it, man. You get repeat business, and people are just wonderful. Oh, my God. I don't know if y' all like this part of the business, but one of the major things that I've loved is seeing some of these beautiful houses, honey, in neighborhoods that I ain't even know existed. And the wonderful people who you come into their home, baby, if they are eating, they want you to eat and will not let you leave without eating. And I'll be Like, no, I'm good. I'm good. Girl, you gonna taste something. Okay. So you just making families all over Houston. I mean, and, you know, with my. My title companies just. It's just a big old family thing. So the people in this business make it so wonderful to me.
What have y' all been up to, Pamela? What have you been up to?
That's the main thing that I've done, is trying to figure out Blue and, oh, my God, my heart is hurting about my dog.
I don't know if I can do it. I don't know if I can let her just go.
I don't know if I can let her go. I was supposed to go this weekend to pick her up in Dallas. Her trainer is actually the guy that bred her, the guy that I got her from.
I don't know.
I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Any thoughts, any comments?
I mean, Blue shoe. Blue weighs what, 90 pounds now? She damn near big as me.
I don't feel like boxing Blue. Lord, but I miss her. Little crazy off this is.
Anyway, what's going on in the notary world?
Have y' all done any fun jobs? Anything? Comments? If you are on Facebook, please feel free to join us on YouTube. A little better experience on YouTube, because we can talk back and forth and you can even talk back and forth on. On Facebook, but you have to log in. I think when you're on YouTube, you're already logged in, so you have to log in the stream yard on Facebook. But, hey, I want to hear from y', all, man.
I definitely want to hear from y'. All. I thank y' all for coming because I've been trying my best to figure out what in the world I'm going to talk about. Hey, Frank, how are you?
Lower Alabama from la. You know, I ain't never heard of LA as Lower Alabama.
Thank you for coming.
Is the notary world booming in Lower Alabama, Frank? Is there a whole lot of work there? There's something that I wanted to show y', all, so I did a video today that I posted. If you haven't taken a look at it, please go and take a look. It's really for people who either need to replace their printer or for new notary public loan signing agents who do not have printers. And I'm gonna do another video because I bought a new notary bag for myself and I've done a couple of videos on that. But have y' all seen this? So there, you know, How a lot of people are going mobile.
And having, like, the battery in their car hooked up to where they can plug in their printer. And I don't do that, but this has worked for me for the longest. Now we use a Samsung. Okay. So let me go to Amazon.
I'mma show y' all my. Oh, really? Why you doing all of this? See, why you. Okay. Excel.
Okay, so I'm gonna go here and.
Car plug.
So I don't know if y' all use these.
But this is what I use to plug in my printer. And it just fits into the lighter. You can have one. I like this one with two plugs. And then you also can plug in your phone if you want to. Let me show you the one that I have. Specifically, though, it fits in my cup holder.
If I could find it.
Yep, looks like this, but mine is red.
Doesn't look exactly like this because I don't know what those two ports are. I have two plugs and then a little thing right there for.
Let me see. I'm just gonna click on this one, but I have two plugs.
And a place to plug in my phone.
See?
Yep. This is it right here.
And I've never had any problems with my battery.
Never, never, never. So this thing works well for me. I don't know what y' all use, but this is what I use. And when I need to. When I'm in the car and have a few pages that didn't come out right, or if I'm on my way.
I can go on and, you know, plug it in, plug in my scanner. I don't plug both of them in at the same time. Plug in my scanner or my printer. I'm gonna look for this Samsung.
Samsung laser printer.
I wanted to show y' all something.
It's a printer that Mariama has.
That'S in her car. Hello.
Hold on. Let me find the name of it real quick.
I haven't gotten to this point. I. I haven't needed it in my car yet. But she. That gum sure does. And.
Why is my phone doing this? Oh, there it is.
Oh, no, that's not it. One moment.
I know good and doggone what. Oh, that's what I did.
Hold on.
I deleted my dog on. I was saving it for y' all and then deleted the dagum thing.
Because I was trying to find.
Ah.
One moment. It's good enough for me to. For y' all to hold on, because I'm telling you.
I love the printer that she uses, and I never would have thought of. Okay, It's a Samsung Express.
Xp ress.
Samsung Express. That gun, I can't see the other numbers on it.
Yep, Samsung.
Let me take this off.
No, it has to be a laser printer.
Okay, the one that she has looks like this.
But I'm not sure it looks exactly like that. I'm not sure that's the exact printer, but that's the one that she. That's in her car. And I can't tell from the picture that she sent me. It looks like M.
Yeah. M 2020W. This is the exact printer. Now, I wonder.
Can you find that dog on thing chicable. Because, baby, that's a heck of a printer.
But she might have paid that much for it.
The printers that I showed y'. All. But this is the printer that stays in her car.
Let me see what the other offers are used for.180. I probably get that one.
No, I'd get used. Very good.
But, yeah, so that's it. And then.
There was also a scanner. And I'll show y'. All. I'll do a video of all of this stuff. But, yeah, I want to know what y' all use, too.
Hey, Red, you said, can you operate a brother printer using this? Using what? You can purchase a brother printer. Look in that video that I just. I just did, because my mother and sister both have brother printers. I had an hp. I have an hp Hewlett Packard, and they love their brother printers. You just have to make sure that it is a laser printer. That's the main thing. It has to be a laser printer. Cannot be a inkjet or anything like that. Has to be a laser printer. That's the main thing.
And I don't know about the other brands like the Canon. I don't know how well it operates, but one of the major things that was super important to me, as I stated in that last video, are the pages per minute, baby. Oh, Lord. The thing about being a notary public loan signing agent that got on my nerves the most was that damn printer. Oh, my goodness. Getting in a jet. You know how Murphy's Law, right? You rush home. This is me. I'm rushing home from work trying to print these documents out. And sure enough, that doggone printer jams. But at first, I had a printer that printed only 25 pages per minute, and it seemed like it just took forever. Then the doggone thing would jam. And here I go. Oh, my God. Going into a spiral. Then I bought another printer that printed 38 pages per minute. Now, that is a big deal. 30 to 40 pages. It just goes. Goes, goes. So you definitely want to. Want to do that.
Okay. Frank, you only do general notary work. Two to three calls a week, but no call in two weeks. It'll pick up, you know. Yeah, it always does. Absolutely.
Absolutely lutely.
Yep, yep, yep. So those are the two things.
Those are the two things that I wanted to show y' all was that doggone. That portable thing where you can plug in your. Your electronics and then the printer. And of course, I'll do another video on the scanner. And.
Yeah, those are the two things.
Pamela, where you at? What have you been up to?
Austin. Okay.
Hey, B, how are you? What is my opinion on remote online notarizations? Here's my opinion. You can make just as much. Close to just as much money as a Ron as you can as a notary public loan signing agent.
I have a friend, Sean Cofield, who makes.
Who makes about 1500 a week.
If you do. This is my opinion. These days.
I personally don't just do one thing. So to have that Ron in your repertoire. Yes. You need to. You really do. Because it's one more thing that'll make money, and it's sitting at your house in front of a computer, and it's pretty easy.
And where are you located, B? What state?
Hey, Pamela. It hadn't been real slow for me. I'm gonna have to ask Mariama how it's been for her in Texas.
The liability is not risky. I mean, it's legal. It's legal in Texas, and it's legal in several states throughout the United States.
So, no, I don't. Oh, you're in California. Okay. Yeah. No, I mean, it's legal here. You have to check with your secretary of state to find out whether or not it's legal in California. For whatever reason I thought it was, especially with all of the lockdowns that were in California. A lot of organ. A lot of states.
Allowed a temporary.
They temporarily allowed remote online notarizations, but I think Cali. Let's look it up. We may as well.
Remote online notarizations.
Legal in California? Yes, you are allowed to use remote online notarization in California.
Okay.
And I don't know if notarized.
Notarized.Com states.
I'm just trying to see which state.
How did it do that?
Notarizes only in certain states.
I'm trying to see if California is one of them.
Okay. So now it's Florida.
I think that Nevada. Is it Nevada? Texas, Virginia, Tennessee, and Washington.
I just want to see What? It does?
Yes. I already do have an account. Okay. So I was trying to see if California was on notarized, but it doesn't look like it is.
But, yeah.
It said that it's legal in Cali. That's what the Internet just said. It is legal. Ron is legal in Cali. So is that wrong? You'd have to go to the Secretary of State. Is it necessary to have multiple screens when performing? Ron, it's not you. I've done it with one screen for the longest.
Now, Sean probably has multiple screens knowing him. But Sean is a tech guy. That's what he does. So he's gonna have multiple screens. I just have my laptop. That's it. And people can perform like your client can do it on their phone. It's that easy. So, yeah, I definitely would. I recommend it highly.
How are you, nikki?
Yeah, I highly recommend it.
Any other questions?
I don't know why my. Why this light keeps going up and down on the computer? Because it's not doing that in the house. That's weird as I'll get out.
Okay.
Okay. Well, family, let me tell you. I am. I love y' all to life and still working on, you know, what to do about the channel, how to grow the channel, what information y' all need. So whatever you can give me is going to be helpful. Thank y' all for reaching out to me, for those who love me and reaching out to figure out was I I doing well and you know, where I was, man, y' all are my lifeblood. I promise you. It's a two way street.
You don't. I don't just help you, you help me too. So when I know that you are here for me to help, it makes me show up. So thank you for the calls for the groups and all that. Y' all told me to join, so, yeah, I'm gonna figure this thing out. We're gonna figure it out together because I know that there's a place for me here. I know that some people need me, and I want to be here to continue to provide the service that I provide for y'. All.
Any other questions?
You are very welcome, Ms. Nikki.
Hey, Ken. How are you? I love you, too. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You know, I'm just trying to figure out new content. To be honest with you. I don't talk y' all everything I know now what? Right.
Frank? Okay, legal. But some. Most receptors require wet signature and stamp on most docs. Gotcha.
Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.
Okay.
Gotcha. Well, I tell you what I'm gonna get off of here for the evening. If y' all have any questions, comments, suggestions, whatever, put it in the I do check the comments and I respond as quickly as I can. If you need me, man, I am here for you. I love y' all to life and y' all take care. God bless.
