DJ with Solutions by tj. And you know what? I'm back. How y' all doing? Hey, Jason.
I am so excited. We kicked off the first week of the Get Money challenge, and they are getting money. Okay. We've had some success stories. Some people have started off a little slow because you know what, man? Life can just.
Be life, right? So in the back of the challenge, I gave them everything, everything I have. So I'm telling them. Last week was about calling title companies. I gave everybody a script. Last night we did some role playing of what to say when you call, what to say when you go by certain gifts to give. Man, I gave him the whole playbook. So y' all come on in. Hey, General Davis, Ms. Deborah, Miranda, Tisha. I'm excited to see y'.
All.
And Nico is in the background. I don't know why she filming on her phone, but so I can show.
You how cute you look.
Okay. She's doing the. She's doing the B roll.
So, yeah, we had an exciting week. It's been crazy, man. You know what, boy? Life is full of ups, downs, and then you just go side to side sometimes. And that's kind of how my week has been. Full of just what? Yay. Oh, yeah, that's it.
One of my dear, dear friends went on to glory this last week. Young lady, 45 years old with the same age, and she passed away of COVID Had been in the hospital since December. And my heart was broken because I know I've announced it before, but we're still in the midst of the earthquake fast. I think I'm on day 15.
And so we've been fasting and praying for her and her family. And she had two teenage children and a brand new husband. And yeah, so that's part of my down.
My up has been seeing the winds and talking to my crew on the Get Money challenge during the week, and all of us just loving on each other and supporting each other. That's one of my wins. I'm just getting back from St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. It was amazing. It was beautiful. And yeah, that's what's going on with me. So I wanted to. Hey, Ms. Alexis.
Michelle.
The cube. Okay, so for the Apostille folks, everything is in the back now. The Q and A was already back there, but for some reason, it wasn't playing the first Q and A. Some reason something was wrong with the volume, so we fixed that issue. That's in the back. The information regarding the Ron training is in the back as well.
So go check it out. If you have access, then it's all in the back. If you would like access to the apostille training. Let me put the banner up.
Let me. I said let me. I said let me put the banner up.
If I could find a banner, y'.
All.
I have to create a banner. Okay, give me a second while I create a banner.
Is www.solutionsbytj.com backslash launch.
HTTP. You have to add that www or it just won't work.
I'm gonna get my guys to change it. Also, y' all pray for Burris. He had a family member that was ill and he's been going through this week as well. That's my guys in India. So pray for everybody, y'. All. And we are definitely praying for y'. All.
So Solutions by tj.com backslash launch.
Good evening, everyone. Hey, Ms. Anita. Mom, G3. Hey, Joan.
Thank you. Thank you, Jason. I appreciate that.
How do we get to the back for Ron? So that's within the Ron stuff is in the apostille course. Hey, tj, Are we making money tonight? Ain't nobody studding the stupid. Okay, so listen, I wanted to talk about a couple of things tonight. First thing that I wanted to talk about is professionalism and being a remote notary. I think it's very important that we have this conversation because a lot of people are just getting into this business and just don't know. And, you know, sometimes you can take it for granted, I guess, that people know stuff, but I don't take anything for granted. I'm. I'm that box of rocks girl. Right? So attire.
What is. What is. What is acceptable? Business casual attire is acceptable. Jeans are never acceptable. I don't care if you have on jeans and heels. Jeans are never acceptable for women. It should be slacks and a polo shirt, slacks and a blouse. You know, something like that. You can wear a skirt, dress, whatever. It's business casual for men. It has to be slacks as well. No jeans. Can you wear boots? I'm a Texas girl. So y' all like boots?
Boots.
We wear boots. And that's business cash. Okay.
Yes, but, yeah, you can wear boots as long as you have on pants. You can even get a little cool little notary shirt made with your logo and name of your business on it and just make it really, really simple and easy. And that is still considered business casual, but looks super professional. Right.
Make sure that your correspondence is with your clients and with the signing services. I know I tell you all to make friends and be silly. I am, but I'm also very, very professional. At the same time, when it comes to business, I'm super professional and I know who and how to play with different folks. Some people don't, but I don't know if that's a skill. I don't know. I'm. I'm silly and goofy. So I just, I don't know. I just, I know when there's a time to show that I am professional, that I offer efficiency and accuracy with my documents, and then I can also blend in, play with that. So just be cognizant of that, that you still have to maintain a level of professionalism with them. Make sure that when you're writing them in snapdocs that you're spelling stuff correctly. Spell check stuff in emails when you are talking to anybody that's not.
Part of your family, one of your good friends treat them that way. It's a business arrangement, right? It's a business arrangement at all times. Don't get so.
You know, when you're emailing somebody and talking to them on the phone about certain things that pertain to business, keep it at a business level. Right now, on my job, we play all the time. We talk. We, you know, we're comrades, right? So we talk about different things. We know about each other's families and that's the type of stuff we joke and all of that. But again, know when to.
Know when to play and when not to play. Hey, Ms. Janice.
Oh, I thank you, Ms. Janice. I feel the same way. I feel the same way. I'm so glad that y' all are here. Thank you, Ms. Janice, for praying for us.
This is where the money resides. Y' all on this call.
So that was one of the things that I wanted to talk about. Professionalism in your attire, in your conversation, and in your email correspondences. Another thing that I wanted to talk about is I want us to discuss what. Where y' all making money, right? Put in the, in the comments, what signing agencies are paying you and giving you consistent business because this is a family. So we want to put everybody on just like I put y' all on in my amrock service link firma. Right? Who else? Bank serve? Who are, who are y' all making money with right now?
It needs to go down in the DMS. Zoom.
Xome. Okay, thank you, Ms. Ms. Miranda. Who else? I know y' all are making money.
So let us know. Share the wealth.
For anybody who's looking at this who does not know, I have a full list under Solutions by TJ Notary Networking and Knowledge in my Facebook group, and it's one of the pinned posts. So as soon as you go there, you'll see just a whole list of different title companies. Field Choice. I like that. Snapdocs. That's good. Janice, a lot of people do not get business from Snapdocs, which is weird because some people get all the business. Like, I have one client who is in. In Sugarland. He came through the door knocking down a thousand dollars a week, and I'm just so. I'm so happy for him. So Field Choice, Solidify. Thank you. Okay, everybody else, are y' all making money or what's going on?
What's going on, y'? All? Okay, signing order. Signing order is a big one, y'. All. Ms. Turner, thank you. Miranda, thank you.
Because I want people to be able to look back at this and know where the money resides. Ms. Deborah, are you making money yet?
Michelle.
It'S Anita. Y' all let me know.
Because if you are not, we need to know so that we can help y' all out.
Y' all make sure to like this video as well.
I'm excited. I'm steadily putting stuff in the back of the apostille. Offer my apologies for things that have gone a little bit slow. I don't do the certificates, y'. All. That ain't. I didn't tell y' all I was gonna get certificates. Miss. That's Miss Judy's thing. And then I pass it along to y'. All. So, Timios. Okay.
The closing E. What's. I. I saw. What is the closing E.
Hey, Tynetta. Tynetta. We are talking about where y' all are making money, what title companies are. Are sending y' all good business and paying well. Whoa. Ms. Deborah said yes. Making dollar dollar, dollar signs, baby. Quit my job and went into the business full time February 1st.
Dang. Deborah, tell her.
Share her secrets.
Share your secrets. Deborah, we need to know. Hey, Tracy. So, Deborah, who sends you the most signings? Closing exchange. Thank you. ISO.
Miss Solo is saying, do you need experience for Timios? Yeah, you got to put something in there. Ms. Jennifer, are you making money yet?
Let us know. Jason, what about you, Michelle? Alexis, Felicia, Anita, Veronica, Tisha, Come on now. General Davis, are y' all making money yet? I need to know, because this is the one where the money resides. I need. That's. That needs to be the name of this thing. So it's gonna be Notary Professionalism and Where the Money Resides, that needs to be the title of this video, right? Because we need to share with each other. I'm getting out here, getting my hustle on. Okay. Snapdocs Direct clients, Amrock Superior Notary Services. Signing salute. Yes. That's what I'm talking about.
All right. Still not working on tip. What is tip?
Michelle.
Jason, what we got to do to get you money? Let us know in the comments. What type of support do you need to to get out here and start making money?
Oh, Lashawn, thanks to Mariama and tj, I'm getting paid on the regular. Thank you so much. Oh, that's such a cute picture with your kids kissing you.
Yes.
Absolutely.
Oh, Title insurance producer.
Yes. Miranda saying coast to Coast. I know that's right. Nico is over here. Shey. She made a killing with coast to Coast. Full killing.
So that is awesome.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. So don't forget Miranda said zoom. Miranda made an awesome friend over there. Ms. Janice is saying Snapdocs. Miranda put up field choice and then solidify.
I am in Houston, Texas. Michelle.
Shanika said, I get a lot of work from Notary Go, but the pay is really low. So hey.
Yeah, do some signings with them. This is my thing, Shanika. When I'm starting out, I take that low pay and show them that I am worthy and worth it. I show them that when I bring back a document, it's going to be accurate every time. And my communication is good. And when I say communication, this is key, guys. This is what really makes you money. When you communicate before, during and after the closing, every little step you're communicating with your client. The signing company or the title company, they love that. They don't want to be in the dark. You cannot over communicate. And the accuracy of your documents, there aren't any mistakes on the documents. That's why you hire a mentor. That's what Mariama is best at, right? So once you are in there and you've worked with Notary Go for a while and you are accurate. They like your work. You've made a friend there. Ask them to increase your pay. Hey, I've been working for y' all for a while and I was just wondering, is it possible that I can get $100 for. For the signings? Ask what are. You know, all people can say is no. So ask. M. Turner said. Amra Miranda said signing order. Ms. Turner says signing order of two.
And I just gotta put this up here and sit back for a while.
My girl Deborah said this is where the money resides. February 1st, she went full time. Ms. Deborah, how long ago did you start for you to be able to quit your job and what type of job did you have before you quit? Let us know in the comments. The closing Exchange is what Ms. ISO said simply notary Miranda sand.
Miss Deborah says she's out here getting a hustle on ISO says signature closings.
Ms. Deborah said snapdocs Direct Clients, Amrock Superior Notary Services and Signing Solutions. Hey, we're letting y' all know where exactly to get these jobs.
Yeah. Ms. Dobbins, you need to contact Snapdocs and see, you know, what's going on with them.
And don't, don't hate on coast to coast because listen, so Ms. Nico started out with the coast to coast jobs as well. She was getting the what they were 30 jobs. She did those thirty dollar jobs. Did. She did three of them for thirty.
And then I got tired of the thirty.
Then she got tired of the thirty.
Out to the person on my email and I talk to them.
She reached out to the person on her email, talked to them. And now you're making what now?
The lowest is 75.
The lowest job is 75.
Yeah. And it takes me about 15 minutes for each one.
But. And those are the. Look, that's those same 30 jobs that are 11 to 17 pages. So some people are making 30, she's making 75 and it takes her 15 minutes.
75 and 200 depending on the distance.
Oh, 75 to 200, depending on how far away it is from her house. And that's with coast to Coast. So that's, that's free game. Jason.
Jason, come here.
Jason. Why you ain't got your supplies and a printer? It's money out here. Don't let that printer stop you. If they don't have a printer where you live, then print those documents out.
Somewhere else. Go to a professional printer and spend, you know, because it's legal size. Go to maybe a FedEx or Kinko's or somewhere. Make sure that you don't leave anybody's information on that printer and it is on your disk and nothing is saved. But get out there and start making money. Go on and do this. Don't wait another day. Hey, Henry.
How are you? Mr. Palmer?
Tisha. Okay.
Awesome. So Tisha says she's currently training with loan signing service, but she's giving emails every day.
Awesome. I'm proud of y'. All. I'm so proud of y'. All.
Hey, Latavia. Latavia. Legit services in the building. Okay, so Ms. Deborah says started in August of 2020, part time. Previously worked as a trademark paralegal. So I gotta work smart and Hard because it's earned. I was earning a good living. But the excitement of being self. Oh, man, I love it. The excitement of being self employed is great. So that brings something else up. Guys.
Listen, all my people here, all right? Now, this message is not for everybody. Let me start. That I am a woman of a pride of. Of other women, right? And, and I say pride because it's like we are lionesses. We take care of each other. We groom together, we hunt together. So I just want to know who's a part of my tribe because God is calling me to pull my tribe together because we have work to do. Now, let me tell you what I mean. This is who my tribe is.
Women between the ages of 35 to 55 who are wealth minded.
Who have gone through something in their life. I have been called to remind you of who in the heck you are.
I was told that I got put through so much.
For such a time as this so that I can lift you up and tell you who you are.
So you are not scared. You've been through a lot. You're a professional woman. Could be professional, you know, in a professional type job.
Single, maybe kids, empty nester. I need for y' all to raise your hand in the comments if that's you. If you're part of my tribe, I want to identify y'. All. I need for y' all to reach out to me at solution@supportolutionsbytj.com Let me put my email address up here and I'm serious about this because this was laid on my heart and I just. I can't let it go.
Because there's something that, that God has put in me for you.
And why do I say that? Why is that my tribe? Because that's what I've been through. So I have something to share with you that's set apart from everybody else.
Okay, good question.
Let me see. I'm back to our regularly scheduled program.
Okay, Ms. Solo, I'm in Texas. Does anyone get notifications from snapdocs? I haven't gotten any and I'm snapdocs verified. What part of Texas are you from? Have you put all of your jobs you got over you gotta have over if you're doing jobs. I've said this before. You have to put at a minimum 25 jobs in snapdocs.
I'll get back to you.
When y' all see me just throw my keys that way. That's Nico sitting over there bothering me.
I did. I know. I said yes.
25. And you'll start if you're doing jobs for another company, put all of that information in Snapdocs. Once you get to 25, they start sending you more notifications. We figured out that that was the number.
Okay, gotcha.
Latavia, what part of Texas are you in? Oh, you're in Dallas. And.
Tracy, sign up with some more services. And if you haven't heard anything, you know my motto. Don't wait for them to. Don't wait to hear from them. You ain't heard nothing. Call them, talk to them.
Henry. Henry said it's all good. Just jumped in with Amrock work. Started working direct now. And. And let me make this clear. So a pride does have male lions, right? We do have male lions. So, please, if you are a man who fits that category, you'd have been through some things and you getting up. I need to speak into your life. It's not just for women. Let me make that clear. It's not just for women because.
I'm a strong woman out of necessity. But I was raised by a real freaking man eater.
I was raised by the king of the jungle, and he did not play. And he was every bit of a man. I mean, just regal. If he was a lion, he just would have. Just regal in all sorts. And we bow down to him. So I don't want to make it seem like I just, you know, I'm the feminist of feminists, you know, where. I don't need a man. I don't believe in men. That's not who I am. But let me speak into your life.
All right? Tanetta, Miranda, Christian, Alexis, Tracy.
Call me. Y' all email me. I'm not playing. Oh, Ms. Solo. You're in Houston.
Are you in Houston or Dallas? I just got confused. Tamika, Mom. G, Tasha. No, see, there's a reason that I said this. Ms. Carolyn, 56 of work. Come on in. Saint.
56 and part of your tribe. Come on, I need to talk to y'.
All.
We need to get, like, on a zoom call. I'm serious. Where we talk and we can see each other. We gotta. We gotta get together. So.
I'm gonna put something together.
Miss Elaine, come on in. Miss Elaine, I was just, you know, I know you're a viable. A viable individual with a lot to give and provide. I do understand that.
I guess that age group. I don't know. I can't tell you why God told me that. Well, I'm about to try to lie. I don't know. That's what he gave me. But you can come on in. You water. Welcome to email me. And you could be on the zoom call, because we're going to talk. I. I just know that. That I don't know what it is about that I can't tell you. But it's a strong something that I have that I have to give to them. And, hey, I ask you to come on in if you have something to give to all of us. Please.
Please, please, please.
So, yes, Ms. Elaine, come on in.
I love that I'm not the only one. I mean, you know, hey, God, tell you something. You just gotta roll with it. I can't. I can't. You're gonna make me lie on him on what he want. Okay.
Oh, this is a good one from Ms. Solo.
M. Turner is asking, is the 299 worth it? Ms. Solo? 299 is worth it. I have several clients who tell me all the time they get a ton of jobs from signing order. Girl, why is you worried about 299? $2.99. Even if it ain't worth it. It's just $2.
So try it, because it does work. But there are others out there that I wouldn't try, so I wouldn't try any. I wouldn't try anything. That's 50, $70. I haven't heard anybody saying that those work, so I would not.
What?
Yeah, 50. See Nico over here bothering me? She making faces at me, y'. All. I'm gonna call my mama. She's saying 50 and 70, and they aren't bringing leads. Correct. They are not giving you leads. But signing order for 299 is giving leads.
Yes, they really are.
Oh, no, no. Okay, so Ms. Turner was telling Ms. Solo about the 299. Gotcha. I'm sorry. My bad.
My bad, my bad, my bad.
I'm in Solo in Houston. Tiger wood. Okay, so.
Ms. Solo, so what I do for my mentorship students. I don't know if you need mentorship, but when they get on with me, I send them. I send them notifications that I get from snapdocs. So if you need for me to do that for you for a week. Now, one thing that my mentees do do that irritates me is they'll go out of town and not tell me. And I'm still sending notifications saying I have other things that I could be doing.
I did just roll my eyes.
So that does. But please let me know.
Okay? Ms. Tamika, you need to talk to who? If you need to talk to me, hit me at Support Solutions by TJ.com what age group? I said age group of. Of 30. I see. Ms. Elaine got me second guessing God, because I said 35 to 55. And then she says she's 69 and got a lot to give. I get it. Everybody is welcome.
But that's just what was put on my heart. That was the age group. And if you look at this video and it's later than today, and this resonates with your soul, I promise you, I got something for you. I do. And I'm gonna get all of us on a zoom call so that we can know each other, help each other grow. Because.
I.
We. We gotta start hunting in a pack.
Yeah. That's how it's gonna roll. We, as the lion pride, have to start hunting in a pack. And there's more to come with that.
Awesome. Awesome.
Okay. Signing order gave me a chance. Awesome.
I hear only good things about them. Yes, ma'. Am. Tisha.
Yes, ma'. Am. I'm appreciative, y'. All. Thank you so much.
So.
We have coming in March.
The weekend of March 20th and the 21st, I am planning a conference. I can't tell y' all a whole, whole, whole lot about it, but I will tell you this. I'm showing people, and I'm having all of my friends who are real freaking money makers who have transferred from corporate America as professional women making 75,000 up to 200,000 plus.
They have left corporate America to work in their passion. Right? And we're going to be showing everybody how to do the same. That'll be the weekend of the 20th through the 21st. I'm just putting that out there. I don't have a link yet, but just keep looking for it because I'm excited about it, man. It's going to be phenomenal. I'm trying to get some of the coldest women that I know to come and talk to us, come and motivate us, show us directions. We talking about everything from if you don't have an idea how to figure out what your purpose and passion is, if you do have an idea how to birth that idea into a six or seven figure business, how to get organized, your legal structure, your tax strategies, giving it all to you, how to set up your business online and automated, all of that will be a part of this conference.
Tony Tonery.
Wow. Hey, Tony. Tony. I get it.
Okay? My job is the only thing. So can you do this? You can't do it after hours, like after 5 o'. Clock. Because in Houston, I was always able to get something I got off at. I get off at 4:30 and I'd be scrambling, but I would make it there by 5:30. So I. I'd have a 5:30 closing and a 7:00 clock closing. 5:30 and 7:30. Those would be my two 7:30. Well, I've done eight. Let me quit lying. I was about to say that 7530 was my latest, but I've done it at 8. I've even done it at 9.
I signed up with Snapdocs and was sent an assignment today. Dang. I was sending an assignment the next day. Y' all know I'm on here trying to read and half can't see. Tisha. I signed up with Snapdocs and was sent an assignment the next day. Did you get the assignment and where are you located? Because that's a good.
Good, good information. Good evening. PA in the house. Hey, Timothy, how are you?
Yeah, Ms. Tisha, let us know where you are and because surely some other people in here. And I had. I spoke to a guy this Cincinnati. Is anybody from Cincinnati, Ohio here? Because he wanted to know.
He wanted to know how the business is in Cincinnati also. Ms. Carla, anybody in D.C. raise yalls hand or if y' all are in Cincinnati, in Ohio or in D.C.
Okay, so Tisha is in Michigan. She signed up with Snapdocs and got a job on Snapdocs the next day. Tisha, did you. Were you accepted on the job? Because one of the keys for you getting a job on Snapdocs, when you hit I'm available is to call. Call that company. Like, hurry up, Google the name and call them and say, hey, I just saw that you posted a job on Snapdocs and I wanted to know if you'd assign me that job. I hit that. I'm available and they'll give it to you most of the time.
Ms. Tasha, it kind of depends regarding being Snapdoc. Snapdocs verified, man. It really depends. Some people it happens in a week. Other people is taking two months. So I just, I'm annoying. I just worry the heck out of people until I get what I want.
That's me. I'm annoying.
But that's good. So, Ms. Thomasina, I had a signing outside in the snow. $110. 25 minutes.
Yes, honey.
25 minutes. 120. I mean, $110. Wait, what did I just say? $110 in 25 minutes.
You know what I'm saying?
That's awesome. I love to hear y' all making money. I Love it.
I email them over and over. I'm annoying as well. Okay.
Yeah.
For real.
Okay. Henry says.
Question. I had a title company ask me if I was Fidelity insured.
Is that different from E and O insured?
I've heard that before from somebody else. I don't know the answer to that. Anybody in the room know the answer to that? Because I'm not about to lie to Henry. Can y' all please tell us answer? Because I don't know.
Is he talking about fidelity bonding?
Fidelity bonding? Is that what they meant? Google that real quick. Somebody.
They pay that covers for that, things like that.
Google that, y', all and see what that Fidelity insured mean. I used to do signings on snapdocs. When they changed the algorithm, the snapdocs highly verified has never again. I am signed up with other millions of.
Okay, Oswald, I don't understand. When they change the algorithm, the SnapDocs Highly Verified has never again. What does that mean? I don't understand what you're trying to say.
Anybody know can answer Henry's question? Let me put it back up.
Had a title company ask him about being Fidelity insured and he wants to know if that's different.
So you want to come over here? I can't stand people who be trying to talk to you, whispering behind the camera. And then she limping because our covert foot ain't woke up from when she had covered way in December. Baby, I'm not even supposed to attack your nerves. It attacks your nervous system. Okay? Where you at? There. There you are. Hello. So Fidelity bonding insurance.
I'm going right back to that couch. My legs.
Killer.
Fidelity bonding insurance is for. Let's just say if you're a felon, you committed a crime or whatever it ensures.
Like, let's say if I punch her.
In the face, she can sue and she's insured for 2050 up to 100,000. That's usually what Fidelity bonding insurance is. But yet Google it just to make sure. Okay, so I don't understand why they would need that.
That's.
I love y', all, but bye bye. I'm limping on back.
Why did her example have to be somebody punching me in my face?
You know, I lose these people gonna see these people gonna see the ninja after I fall back in this chair.
And rattle around like a dead roach for a little while trying to figure out what happened and get up.
But I got Fidelity bonding insurance.
If you better have Fidelity bonding insurance, okay, you better be Fidelity verified that.
If you are a risk that way. But tell Them to look it up. Still get all the facts.
Rhonda said. Can you ask Nico if I need to pay for the upgraded background check for higher paid mystery shops?
If you want to do it, yeah.
The higher pay comes.
What? I'm coming. I'm living.
You know what?
Tell Miranda.
She coming back with the dead foot because something happened with her. Nervous? She talking about she gonna have to buy her leg. Something happened and she couldn't feel her. She still ain't feeling all the way her feet. Okay, where are we?
Over here. Okay, so what you need to do, honestly, you can pay the 15 for the background check. Yeah, that would be nice. Can I take this one right here? Leon Black. So nice. So nice. Hello, everyone. It's Elizabeth Nicole.
Seriously.
You can basically pay the $15 just to do for the inspectors and the adjusters, things like that. But after you do between, it takes.
About 10 jobs, usually 10 jobs. You talk to them, email, you can get the higher pay jobs.
Whether you do that or not, you can still get them.
Just do some jobs, do them successfully.
Do your paperwork and. And they'll send you those good jobs.
Any more questions? How do you read that?
I know, right? It's not that easy. You see why I have to have my glasses on. Then you talking about you have to have them on.
I else I'm gonna sleep.
Okay. I have heard Ms. Deborah said. I have heard of being fidelity. Approved. I have to. Not certain. Not insured. Ms. Nico.
Answer my question. Okay, she came back. I love that. Can't wait for the conference. Yes, Keith.
Libby. That's a great starting point. Oh, I use my. Oh. Oh, boy. I know.
I've never done that before. I don't know what you're talking about.
Her mama named Libby. Her mama's name was Libby.
Ms. Living.
So she see your name and she getting emotional over here.
I know, Ms. Libby.
I know you've been. Hey, Libby. Miss a mama.
Absolutely.
Okay.
Anybody else have any more questions?
Did you buy a separate device for hybrids and Amarok?
Did you buy a separate device to do hybrids? Why would you need a separate device? Miranda?
Hey. See Hunter.
I like your little profile picture. You look so cute, girl.
Oh, wow. Yeah.
Ms. Hunter says she miss our mama, too. Oh, look at Ms. Libby with the little halo thing, y'.
All.
Hey, Cynthia.
Can you print the customers? What? Can you print the customer's comply on letter, even if the escrow officer needs their copy? No. Can you print the customer's copy on letterhead? No. Print both of them. It's unprofessional. To do that, so print both of them on legal size paper.
Okay. For the client to sign the E Signal paperwork.
Miranda, you making me work? Because I'm trying. Okay, do. Did you buy a separate device to do hybrids for Amro? For the client to sign the E Signal paperwork. I'm gonna have to go whoop some children because I done told them I'm online.
Hold on. I'm gonna put y' all on mute real quick.
Hello. Okay, can someone tell me the best act to trap your mileage for signings? Have you had tried notary gadgets? Oh, there's another one that's loose leaving my mind too. I can't even think of it that gummy. Anybody else have can answer Henry's question.
Miranda, I can't answer your question.
See, the GPS helps me because it tells you. You know what I mean? How many miles you're going.
You talking to me or him?
Oh, I'm sorry. So I'm not used to this, y'.
All.
My gps, because I Google everywhere because Houston is huge.
So it.
I just write that down what the mileage is, and if I forget to.
Do it, I can always put that.
Address back in there and lets me know how far I was from my destination. That's how I keep track of it.
Ms. Tommy. That is what I was thinking, Y'. All mile IQ it. Ms. Tommy and Ms. Louise said it's $59 a year. Yes, Ms. Libby, too. $59 a year.
And Ms. Miranda said notary Assist is an app that can help you with that.
Somebody asked a question.
Miss Tasha. Who should I use as references since I don't have any experience. Do you have a mentor, Ms. Tasha? Because what I tell people that I mentor is right off of my experience, right off of Mariama's experience. Let them know that, you know, you have mentors who have been doing this since 2013 and have closed over 2000 signings. That's what I tell people who I mentor, because we're not going to let you get it wrong.
So if you have a mentor, then. Then you then do that.
And if I'm your mentor, Lord, I'm sorry, I'll be doing too much because some of these names, y', all, I. You have, like, your nickname. I'm not sure. Then you talk to me next week and be mad like, that was me. I'm sorry, I'm doing too much. And the way. And listen. What? When you're on the back end, it's hard to read, right? And keep up with it. It really is.
I'm looking at this, and I don't know how she's doing it. And it's so much coming up at one time.
Okay, M. Turner at Miranda. I haven't done a hybrid with Amrock yet, but based on my research, just a regular laptop or tablet. You will need Internet and you help them close out the docks online. Hold on, y' all.
Goofy. Sir, my nephew is over here bothering me.
I told him to be quiet up upstairs. You're welcome, Henry.
Trying to hide some of my cleavage. Let me put this there.
Sunday, y'. All. She's so goofy. She just.
Because I see it.
That's why she. Can't you see what I'm saying? Can't nobody see your cleavage.
Oh, they can see that. I can see this, like, looking at me.
They can't see you not go.
They can't see that.
No, look. Right, Look. See, that's what they see.
I just covered that up.
Oh, it was down further than that. Whoa.
It's not professional. Don't go in like this unless you want to seal the deal.
Don't go in like that. X, nay, potato.
Don't do that.
Oh, my God.
Greetings, ladies. I want to train with both you ladies and already bought the Apostille training. Better me for if. Better me. Oh, life.
Yeah, Okay. I like that.
Still haven't had a signing yet, though. Waiting for a response. Email or thorough device advice. You emailed me at Support Solutions by TJ.com. if not, email me at Support Solutions by TJ.com now. Listen, guys. Okay, so check this out.
My name is Latonya Johnson.
My hand over my heart. If you have some time to help me, please reach out because I need help. I know I'm telling y' all to email me, but I'm doing, like, I'm setting up the conference. I'm doing other videos, trying to make sure that I'm still giving y' all great information. So I'm in a position where I need somebody to assist me and I need another assistant. So if you have time to do it and be on the background and helping me answer people's emails, I would greatly appreciate it.
If you do that. If you contact me at Support Solutions by tj, raise your hand and say, hey, I'm. I'm willing to help. I would appreciate it.
Because I'm telling everybody to email me and I'm doing 5 million things, but trust me, I'm gonna get to it by next week. For all of you who raise your hands, we're Gonna get on a zoom call, honey, because I gotta talk to my tribe. And I'm winning. We in that earthquake fact.
We in earthquake fast.
Shake it up.
Yeah. We in the earthquake fast. And we are telling the devil to somersault backwards and die by your backbone. Yes. So, yeah, Burn in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
You stupid. But that's why she can't be on here with me.
She goofy and she makes me be goofier.
That's what makes her so great, though. She is perfect to be around you business. You're laughing, but she makes it fun.
The We Go look app provides free training to become a field inspector. I took it last night. It was really easy. Awesome. I gotta sneeze.
Oh, Covid. Lord, Lord.
I know.
I got. I gotta see. I gotta see it again.
That's the proper way. Yes.
What did I do the first. Oh, I did.
I'm sorry. At least the plant got it. They needed to be watered.
Poor plant.
And here that little boy go, y'. All. He keeps sniffing around it. They're not gonna be satisfied till I bring my belt out. Hey, in.
Awesome.
Leave me alone until I get offline.
Okay?
Is it best to find a mentor in the same state as the notary mentee?
Hi, Lynn.
It depends on your learning style. To be honest with you, Lynn.
Right now, with everything that's going on, even if somebody is in your state, you aren't seeing them face to face. A lot of the documents are coming from throughout the United States. Like, we are signing documents from Ohio.
New York, California, all over. So even though you're in that location, your docs may come from all over the United States. So we actually mentor people from everywhere. Like, we have people from Tennessee. We have people in New York.
It depends. So what I say. I don't. I was really hesitant to take on mentees when I first started who were not in Texas. So I do totally understand your question, but we've done well in helping people with the docs throughout the United States. And you can just ask the people in the. You know, I have mentees who are in the chat. Y' all raise yalls hands who are not in Texas. And let Ms. Lynn know that, hey, what your experience has been by having a mentor that's in Texas while you live somebody else somewhere else. Yeah, I just said somebody else. I didn't mean that. Hey, in.
Okay.
Hold on, y'. All. Okay, so can you hold this for me real quick?
Hold on. Because I'mma go. I'mma go, y'. All. Hold On. You want to talk? No, you can talk.
Okay.
Okay.
Yeah. I don't have my glasses on, so I'm gonna try to attend to all of your questions.
Let me see who we have now.
Hey, Santa.
Okay, let me mute you guys a little bit.
We did land from miranda.
Sea hunter.
Gonna leave me here, and she know I'm. I'm camera shy, y'.
All.
Okay, Got it. I thought the laws were.
Okay, good.
Okay, Lynn, you got it.
I'm in florida.
Okay.
Lynn.
My best.
Let me see.
Is it the best mental required assignment?
Oh, here's a good question. Okay.
Mona Edwards is asking, is it best not to respond to signings that you cannot accept or should or should we acknowledge them? So you're not accepting the signings because, what, you don't have all of your certifications yet or. Why aren't you accepting the signings?
You're on mute. This is mute right here.
Okay, so my thought on that is on that.
Mona, did y' all hear all of that? Foolish.
I pray now. I pray.
Sorry, y', all if y' all heard that, but these kids are here, and. Yeah, I'm sorry.
So.
If you heard it, they heard it.
Y' all heard all of that.
They're preparing for one of Tyler Perry's new plays, but he disciplines the grandkids. Yes.
Yes. Oh, boy. Okay, so I do not respond. There's no reason for you to respond. If you can't go.
And it's no mark against you. If you do not respond, I recommend that you do not respond.
That's my response. So Ms. Thomas Cena said I respond regardless. Your response rate is being rated. I don't. I never have responded. If I can't make it, then what they normally count.
In on Snapdocs in my.
In my years of doing this is whether or not, like, you're going days and days.
Get out. Oh, my God. Hey, y', all, I gotta. I gotta go because I don't know what's going on in my house. I hope y' all didn't hear all of that.
It's getting some water because she got.
These children know when I get online, don't come. They getting water. I mean, all kinds of stuff.
Tonight was posh. She was.
They're losing it.
She was posh. Y' all understand getting some water, right? It's okay.
Y' all heard all of that. What is the yes for Miss. Miss Irene?
Oh, Lord.
Sunday Fun day With Solutions by tj.
We have had a great day, too. It's. It's oozing. Off into this. So I hope you guys are having a lot of joy brought into your lives in your house today, because we have just had a day full of joy, you know, business and joy on Sunday.
I tell you. Lord, they bothering me. Okay, Ms. Jennifer's talking about. Yes, we heard it. Oh, Jennifer. I'm sorry, y'. All. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm gonna have to delete the whole video where I was in. I'm gonna have to delete everything after the 30 minutes worth of video because these children playing with me. Okay, some are last minute. What is this? Some are last minute and show $40 partial sign ins. We didn't hear it. Smiles.
44 partial signs.
I don't know. We missed something. See, when you scrolling on this thing, it jumps. Oh.
Oh, okay, That's Mona still talking somewhere for last minute and show partial signage. Thomasina, why Is your rate 89%? Snapdoc shows a response rate and my rate is high. And I'm.
Why is my rate high? Because I'm really not responding like that.
Why should I register all of my sign ins on snapdocs as well? Because when you do.
When you put your signings on snapdocs, when you get to 25 signings, they start sending you more notifications. That's what we. Me and my mentees have tried this, and it is true. It worked for one person. Then we tried it with two, and now everybody does it and they start receiving notifications. I can't tell you why it works. It just works. But do you have an issue with putting them on there? That's my question. Like, is there a reason that you feel like I don't want to put them all in there? For one, with me, it helps me keep everything in one place. All of my signings and how much I was paid, it helps me to remember whether I was paid or not because everything is in one place. So that's how I use it anyway.
Kelly, y' all heard it.
Miranda, quit laughing at me.
Negotiate that last minute. $40 per person. That should be at least 75 to 125, especially depending on location, distance, because you still have to print out a.
Lot of paper for partial signings.
For partial signage. Yeah, I have a lot of paper. It's over 64 pages.
When I do well, that's what coast.
To coast for partial signings is a hundred and something pages you can do.
It's over. Yeah, it's like 100 pages. They send me a lot and they have to sign the Same paper twice. They send me a thick packet. Okay. Because I'm on my third think of toner now. Just dealing with. That's why I'm so excited about the run. I'd rather just do. Because it costs so much to keep buying the toner with them. But you have to ask more. You need to ask them. Get a physical person and ask them. Can just negotiate more for your time, your travel and it's last minute. She may be able to get 80.
Well, if you're just starting out, take what you can get, get your accuracy up and then negotiate. That's my always. My recommendation is to get your foot. Foot in the. Get your foot in the door before you start commanding higher prices. Because people don't know like, you know what I'm saying. You. This is a new job. This is. They want to see whether you do it, whether you do it accurately, what your business acumen is. And then do a couple, three of them and. And then ask them that question.
I had a good mentor though, so I lucked out. Yeah, you got me that, that, that money.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
I call them incomplete bill. Oh, okay.
So Amber is Talking to you, Ms. Miranda. I call and have them complete the electronic portion on their device the day before. That's a good idea. I go in after them and click save on my device at home. That's awesome.
Oh, see, it just jumped.
Why does it do that?
It's the platform. I don't know.
Okay, when all of the tabs to the left of the document are green, it's a go. I only bring to the signing the copies for a wet signature. Oh, Amber, you are amazing. Thank you so much.
Is she in Houston?
Don't know. Amber, are you in Houston?
Why did Nico ask me that? Like I know? Carmen, where can I learn more about splits?
Cheerleaders? I don't know what type of.
Show up split. Oh, the split.
You can do the splits. You just somersaulted off the stairs.
Now he's 11 years old and he.
Can move like the wimps.
Okay, he ran outside.
Okay, let me know what you mean. Ms. Carmen, about the splits. Where can I learn more about splits?
Does she mean when the two notaries are doing something together? Just one assignment, but two of you assigned to it?
I have no clue because I don't see anything. That was before that.
And she over there died laughing. Better. Better. What is it Better me for life.
I think that's it.
Okay.
Hey, Derek, what did. Every time on my phone with dead. That's A lot of sinus for me to put it. What? Well, OSWALD Put all 66. I just said 25. Put 25 in and see if you start getting notifications and let come back and let us know. All right. She said put in 25. I did it. Now I'm getting notifications because I always need proof. So just put 25. Don't put all 66.
Ah, there's Janice. She said my experience has been great. Janice is one of my mentees and she's awesome. Awesome, awesome. She does not live in Texas. I can't remember where she lives right now, but it's not Texas.
Then ISO talking about Tabasina, how you keep them drunk. Dr. Dry signing in the snow. I know, right? That's a good question.
Okay, coast to coast tried to offer me $50 for an hour and a half distance x nate potato.
She didn't call her.
Yeah, exactly. Call them. Split closings. Okay, gotcha. Hold on. I'm going back up the dog on thing.
Okay, hold.
On.
You have to do coast to coast like you just did the kids. You got to get your belt and you have to call them and literally crack the whip and say, now look, I live an hour and a half away because they don't know that it's that far. But once you talk to them, they help you negotiate. They'll give you as much as they can on the phone and then send the email up to their financial department, whoever that is, and say, look, she's going to need or he's going to need this much because this is how far it is.
So.
Yeah, I'm sorry. I'm clicking with my nails again.
You hate that. I do.
Okay, Ms. Kelly said, I'm trying to get with another signing company. I'm doing a lot with notary. Go. Other signing companies are sending me notifications, but not getting anything with them. Kelly, when you tell them that you are available, call them. That's the key. If you just get it and click. I'm available for working with new people. You have to call them.
Derek said, thank you. Ms. Amber. Ms. Amber, you're in Houston. Dang. See, I'm losing.
Amber, you're awesome.
Yay. Thank you, Amber. My phone went dead on my husband's phone.
Oh, that's.
You on your husband's. That's Miranda.
Oh, wow.
Her phone went dead. Okay, split closings. One document, two people in different states. Let me. But dang. Now what was the other part of your question?
Hold on.
Where can I learn more about splits? Carmen is quite simple. Because you'll only be closing with one person. Even though it's a split closing, it's the same thing. You ain't got to worry about what's happening in the other state. You'll get the documents for the person that is in your city or state. You help them close those documents. That's all you need to worry about. So don't worry about what else is going on. Look at the paperwork, look at the documents. It's pretty self explanatory. Make sure that you understand where they're supposed to sign, what, where your, where your certificates are and what you need to sign and fill in. It's all the same. Let me know if that helped.
Oh, Janice, I love you. I live in virginia and I'm TJ's mentee. The help I received was made. Has made my rating go up to a high rating with Snapdocs. Oh.
Thank you.
Thank you. Thank you y'. All.
Hey, Latavia.
In the dfw.
Oh.
So Oswald, I'm confused.
You have 66 snapdocs. You have 66 signings from snapdocs, right?
Are they sent? They got to be sending you notifications then. I thought you weren't getting any notifications. So I'm telling people who are not getting any notifications from Snapdocs to if you're working at a different company like say for instance if you get closings from coast to coast or Amra put those closings in Snapdocs and once you get to 25, they'll snapdocs will start sending you more notifications from their organization.
I'm curious, is he getting assignments from Snapdocs?
So he said no, the 66 is from snapdocs. Actual signings I accepted. So they're already within snapdocs. Okay. We looking at the same thing?
Yeah, but you got your glasses on. I don't have mine. So I need literally a magnifying glass to see that.
See, you told me not to wear my glasses.
I'm sitting up and I'm sorry cuz.
She thinks I look better without my glasses. But I can't see what you want.
Thomas S Said she was on the porch freezing for that hundred and ten dollars. That's right. Get that money.
I use a HP laser for something. NW printer 478. I think my mother uses a brother printer. I got a whole video on printers. So check that out.
No, I didn't, but now I know too. That's why I need trader for view, ladies. Okay. Awesome.
Mom. Oh that Come in.
Here's the Fidelity again. So Fidelity is a list.
Hold on. Where can I get their number? When they send an email. But as you click the link, it shows another business name. Most go through Snapdocs, but some show as another company. So I Google the company name. That's what I do every time. Like I hurry up and Google the name of the company that, that. Because you don't, you don't contact Snapdocs. They're just like the marketing company, right? The actual person that's sending that to you is the signing company or the title company. So that's who I hurry up and Google the business name and then call them.
She's beautiful, isn't she?
Pretty.
I've been a Fidelity list of approval approved notaries via coast to coast early in my career, like two weeks because I did a privately wealthy client. How long should I wait to get the Fidelity approval?
Any more information on this?
I don't understand what you're saying. I.
I don't understand what you're trying to say. I've been a Fidelity list of approval approved. Note. I've been on the list of Fidelity approved notaries via coast to coast since early in my career, like two weeks because I did a privately wealthy client. How long should I wait to get the adult Fidelity approval directly? I don't know that answer, Mr. Oswald.
I would call.
I would call. Well, he wants to get it directly. I call Fidelities. Yeah, I call Fidelity.
Okay. I'm receiving Random Jobs from Express Notary as text messages. The only thing I haven't gotten out the only thing is I haven't gotten out into the field yet. Nor do I have any contact information online yet. Is this a scam? Express Notary is real.
So when you click the link, it should tell you a company name. You, you, you click the link, tell them you're available, and then call whatever company is on there.
Latavia. Make it work.
Make it work.
It's a lot of people that need printers. I have one of my mentees, she's waiting on her printer. She's ordered it, but she's waiting on it. And I mean, you know, even my cousin is saying that when she's out and about and she runs out of ink or something on her printer that's in her car, she might have to go to FedEx. Yeah, if you getting paid $100 and you got to pay $30 for printing, you still made $70 until your printer gets here. So you have to think, you know, think along those lines.
Do what you got to do until you can do what you want to do.
Ms. Purple Star. The Purple Star said, has it been lucrative for anyone in Georgia?
Oh, Oswald. So there's an answer to your question from Deborah. To the best of my understanding, to be fidelity approved directly requires you to be sponsored by an escrow officer or title officer.
I just got contacted from there as well. I accepted, but they said they pick whomever responds. I heard they're legit. Yeah, Santia saying I've been receiving text from Express notary lately. Also, my phone keeps sending it to spam. Thanks for. Yeah, they're. They're legit.
I get all my assignments via text.
So Miranda is saying, do I have to wait 30 days to get out of Amrock Jail for a client put in the wrong date. But you know what? I get it. But you. It is your responsibility to make sure that everything on those documents is accurate and correct. So I don't know how long it is. It ain't 30 days, is it? For Amrock? I'll ask my cousin. I'll let you know. Miranda, I'll call you.
Offer them a free signing for them to say, you know, apologies. See if they'll you learning.
Boy, you got it. I got a good mentor.
Have you?
This girl here, she understands that. She understands. She finally freaking gets it. Make a way. I don't care. I'm only God. Do it for free. What? I gotta do one on me. I'm sorry. I apologize.
And always make extra copies. I do it on purpose.
Oh, wow. They didn't sent you like seven jobs. You better get on it.
Tommy says you shouldn't print documents at FedEx or UPS stores.
Why?
Well, because there's confidential information on those documents. But what I ask them when I go in is which printers? Because some of those printers, like, if you tell them that they can erase any memory on there for you. And they will.
Okay.
If you tell them. Hey, well, how do you know. How do I erase any memory that this was put into the system? They will.
Okay.
Because it's their socials and stuff.
I didn't think about that because they usually shred it right away. But I didn't think about the memory part. So now I'll ask that if I ever have to use them.
Yeah, and I'm. I thank you, Tommy, for saying that. Because that is crucial if you do have to. No, I mean, it's. Nobody wants to. It's under a special circumstance.
But it has happened.
Any New York notaries on here? But thank you, Tommy. I appreciate that.
Okay. Guys, we've been on here almost an hour and 30 minutes.
Wow.
True confidentiality. Make sure you have good EO. Yeah.
That'S true. But make sure that that stuff is deleted as well, because they do not want you printing it on. They want you to use a private printer. So I totally agree.
But they can erase it.
So I agree. Good information. I emailed you.
Okay. All right, guys, so my phone is blowing up. I don't know who in the world this is, but you see, these kids are quiet.
Yay. It's amazing. Okay, so y' all have a great night. I'm about to take my nephew home. Ms. Nico, she popped a pill, talking about she had 30 minutes to go home prescribed pill. Okay.
They know you didn't been out. They know your foot is still.
What cover did is attack the nerve system. So I kind of have a. Yeah, some.
My foot's numb.
It's numb.
The dead foot syndrome.
So.
Yeah, I walk with a lift a little bit. No, seriously.
I know it's gonna leave, though, friend. It is.
It's a.
We commanded.
It's gotta. I've gotten better.
I don't walk like a zombie anymore. I kind of.
It's a little normal. It's a little normal.
Oh.
All right.
Be single forever.
You just gotta be cool like they did in old days.
You know what I'm saying?
Just. Oh, you gotta hop with it or something, y'. All.
We got to get rid of Kobe. Kobe got to go.
We're not supposed to say that on YouTube. We know. No, we can't. We gotta say Rona.
We gotta get rid of the Rona for real. We just got to go. Rona got to go. Can't say it on YouTube because, I don't know, they.
They lower your ratings or something.
That is so crazy. Conspiracy.
All right, peeps. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I love y'. All. Thank you to Ms. Thomasina. Y' all have a good one. If you need me, I am here for you, my tribe. Don't forget to email me at support at solutions by tj. I am so freaking proud of y' all for getting out here and getting it and making a way.
I think it's wonderful and I'm proud of everybody. I am happy that y' all are making money now. Let's get out here this week and make even more money. Don't stop there. You know, we. We. We are breaking free of bondage in corporate America. Let's get to that. 10 to 20, 000.
Let's do it.
All right. Y' all take care. Bye.
Your nail color is awesome, too. I like those colors. The orange and the pink.
Thank you.
Rolls going like.
