$unDay FunDay: Notary Q&A

LaTonya Johnson hosts a live YouTube Q&A ("$unDay FunDay: Notary Q&A") for aspiring and current notary public loan signing agents. She answers audience questions about which NNA membership/package to buy (recommends the $250 package for notary guide + E&O insurance), printer recommendations (prefers Brother laser/dual-tray; laser mandatory), insurance levels (recommends minimum E&O $50k, preferably $100k), platforms and lead sources (Snapdocs, signingagent.com, Maverick/mavsign.com, Snapdocs verification tips), alternative income (mystery shopping, apostille services, RON/remote notarizations, auto contract signings via Mavsign), marketing (create a Google My Business page, call title companies directly, collect Google reviews), and business operations (use PO box/virtual address for privacy, bookkeeping via Snapdocs or hire bookkeeper, ClickUp for task management, Square for payments). She also promotes mentorship (email tjsolutionsbytj), a mystery-shopping masterclass (bit.ly/remysteryshopping), and daily/playlist video plans for how-tos.

Hello.
Hey, how are y' all doing? I am excited to be here. Let me put this dog on. Mic on. Hopefully y' all can hear me.
Please type in and let me know that you can hear me clearly.
Okay. Hey, sandra. Hey, kimberly. Hey, Ms. Nico.
Okay. Hey, TJ to be a notary public loan signing agent, I need to apply with the nna. Which one should I pay for? Good question. So Kimberly says, which plan should she get? Kimberly, if you can, I would definitely get the $250 plan because it includes the notary guide and how to book and they will not let you buy that anywhere else separately. And that thing, I mean, takes you throughout the complete test. Plus the EO insurance comes with that with that package as well. So you gonna need everything in that $250 package, so you may as well go on and get it. That's my opinion.
Also. Please note to show your profile and name. If you're on Facebook, please Visit the link streamyard.com Facebook and they will ask you a couple of questions and allow you to show yourself your profile and your name while you're posting. So that I know who I'm talking to. So please do that. Thank you. TC hey, Helia D. Bell. Awesome. Thank y'. All. Hey, Shy. Mary Kim Turner. Ms. Ladonna. Hey, Sal.
What's up? Good vibes. Good vibes. Ms. Davis. Ms. Beverly Shirley. How are you?
The questions are coming in. Kenneth says quick question. When printing documents, do we print on legal or letter size paper?
I have never had a problem printing on all legal size paper unless they specify otherwise within the closing package. I always print on legal size. It's cheaper. Really? Just about, you know, one size paper. It's cost effective. And if you ever have a question as to whether or not you do need the dual tray and the print in different sizes, ask the people who hired you what their preference is. And if you only have legal size paper, then let them know that normally they are fine with it. I personally haven't had an experience where they aren't. And this is a question that Mariama has gotten quite a bit and she hasn't either.
Hey.
Von Delerie, I think that's how you pronounce your name. Okay, Jacqueline got the book. Oh, okay. Jacqueline says that she got the book in the $179 package. Jacqueline, did you also get E and O insurance? Because you have to have E and O insurance as well. And Ladonna says that the 250 package comes with and E&O insurance of 100,000.
But I want 100,000. What do I do? I don't understand. Ladonna, the 250 package comes with Eno. Ladonna, look what you wrote. What? What you mean, girl? I can't understand that.
Please rewrite it.
Hello, everybody. Janice Snow. How did your closing go? Janice?
Yay. Janice. We is one of the people that we are mentoring, and Mariama went over the docs with her and, oh, it was so awesome. I believe that she was extremely prepared for her first closing. She had a package for real. I mean, it was one of those packages that had pretty much everything that you can expect expect in a package to see over a period of time. It was all in that one packet. So she'll be good. She'll recognize all of this stuff the next time.
So that's good. TC TC says, I completed my very first signing. I'm only getting jobs from notary to Go, and they are only paying $60 for refinances.
So TC take those $60 jobs, add them to Snapdocs. When you get up to. I think it's like 20 jobs in snapdocs, then you'll start getting more notifications from Snapdocs. So for now, just take those jobs.
I said last time that if you want somebody in your city to send you notifications that are coming from Snapdocs, the ones that they don't want, go to signingagent.com, look up somebody's name, see if their profile picture looks friendly, and give them a call and see if you can pay them to send you notifications. If they don't want it, just say, hey, text me the notification. I put the instructions that I give to my mentees when I send them notifications. I put it in the Facebook group. Solutions by tj.
Greetings from Detroit.
Hey, Monique.
Okay. Hey, checks. I remember you from Instagram. I told you to quit playing and just go on and do it. And you did it. It looks like. I tell you what.
His question is. Can general notary work be as lucrative as loan signing, or should you just jump straight in the loan signing baby? Just jump straight in. You'll be fine. Contact me if you need me. If you need mentorship, just get at me. You'll be fine. Just jump directly into it. General notary work is not as lucrative, and so you can't make a full living off of general notary work, but you can off of being a notary public loan signing agent. My cousin and several others are making 7 to 10,000. Well, actually $20,000 a month doing loan Signings, general notary work. I have not heard of those numbers.
Vondelier. I love it. Vondelier. Okay, got it.
Vandelier. I love that.
Okay, I'm going through the questions, y'. All.
Okay, $25,030. Okay.
Hi, tj. Sal says hi, tj. Do you have any links for Brother dual tray to make the printer work on both paper sizes? I can't get Brother to help me. Okay, so, Sal, you need a brother printer that prints dual. A dual. A brother dual tray printer, right? Say yes or no.
Okay, so, Kim, it says 10,000, but she wants a hundred thousand. Got it. Okay, so call them. When I sign up with the. With the National Notary Association, I always call because, I don't know, it's just too hard trying to go through those options for me. And if I want to change something, it's like a process. So call them. Let them know to upgrade your EO insurance. And I would definitely do it before I buy that package. I call them and buy it on the phone with them, because sometimes people have run into trouble buying it online and then wanting to upgrade and then not getting it in time. So call them. I tell everybody, call the nna. That website is real hit or miss people, so be sure to call them.
Ladonna, you can upgrade to 100,000 coverage after purchasing the package. You'll just pay the additional. I agree. But your best bet, if you have not already paid for it, go on and call them tomorrow, because I'm telling you, it's a hassle. I've heard of all kinds of stuff, and I talk to people all the time. What just happened to my thing? Y' all.
Hold on.
I'll be back. I'm here.
It's just. I touched something. Boy, I can't stand this.
Okay, let me try it again.
Okay, so we'll work with this. Forget it.
Okay, gotcha.
Thank you, n51. I appreciate it.
Karen Witherspoon. How can I receive mentoring from you? All you have to do is, Karen, email me@tjsolutionsbytj.com again, that's tjolutionsbytj.com put in the subject line mentoring. Add your name and phone number when you're available. And be ready, because I move quick. I move very, very quickly. So just be ready. That's my thing. I don't have a whole bunch of time to go over programs and go back and forth and do a lot of stuff.
And a lot of people want me to, and I just don't have time to do it.
So if you're not ready, let me know in the email exactly what you need. If you need pricing, if you haven't gotten all of your credentials from the nna, if you don't have your printer, then you are not ready yet. But if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me any questions. I just can't talk on the phone because I have a lot to do and I have so much to tell y'. All. So this was an awesome week for me. So our family is growing, right? We have, I think, 7,600 people that join us on our. Our lives and just on the channel period that interact with us. And so I introduced the mystery shopping opportunity with Nico a couple of weeks ago. And if you have signed up for the mystery shopping opportunity, please check your email, make sure that my emails are marked as safe. So go into your spam. If it's in your spam, either mark it not junk or not spam, or just simply move it to the inbox. And if you don't know how to do that, reach out to me and we'll put together some instructions. But so this week, because, you know, when you grow, even in your notary business, when you start doing. When you go from doing one signing a day to four or five signing signings a day, you have to put in a different process, right? You can't keep doing the same thing.
You have one closing. You can print the documents at home, go to the client, come back home, scan the documents. But if you have four different closings all over the city and in Houston, you can drive an hour and still be in Houston pretty much. So you have to come up with a different strategy or else you will drive yourself crazy. And so that's what I. Because, you know, with 7,600 people, I like to keep our family small enough to touch y', all, Right? Small enough for me to put my hands on you, for me to talk to you, and for us to be close. I don't want to be. I mean, I want to grow, but I also want that feel of being able to communicate with y'. All. So a couple of people from our family reached out to me after last week's live and said, hey, tj, Let me know how I can help. So I have two ladies that are among us that are on board. One is Ashley and the other is Tiana. And so far, they are.
God sent. For real. Oh, my gosh. And this is just since Wednesday. Like, we did an onboarding Wednesday, and I work. I Gave Ashley a list, right? Ashley was like, this is the job of about five different people. This is five different jobs. And I was like, yeah, it's just little old me doing all of them right now. So brought on some people. That was one of the highlights of my week. I'm really happy about that. Introduced them to a system called ClickUp. If you haven't heard of ClickUp, look it up. C L I C K U P It's an app and it's an online project management tool for busy people. And it allows you to just do so much and it's free. And I can't tell you, I mean, it has templates. It's just all kinds of stuff in ClickUp. You can add teams. It's just all kinds of stuff. So check that out. Another thing that I did this week, I've set up all of my cameras, all of my systems so that I don't have to be fighting setting this mess up on Sunday because it's more than a notion. I shot five videos tonight or today. My goal was to have seven videos. I'm going to start having a video out every day because one of the things that y' all have commented about in the comments is, hey, tj, put out more content on our how to's. We love the doggone Sunday fun days, but. But give us some more how tos. And that is exactly what I'm doing. And some of the videos will be longer, others will be 5 to 10 minute how to videos. I'm going to add some trivia questions in there. It's important that you understand definitions and I'm going to put it in playlists where you can just let it run. Like when you're doing your errands or washing your car or driving home from work, you can just let these run and just listen. Okay? Because those definitions, it's like, you know, in engineering we have our own lingo. I'm sure in your field of employment there's certain lingo. Notary public loan, signing agents are just the same. It's a whole field with different lingo. So I'm giving you all of that.
What else? What else? I think I told you to please mark my emails as safe. Regarding the mystery shopping opportunity. Ash Ashley uploaded this amazing video that she did. I did not talk pay her to do that. She joined the mystery mystery shopping opportunity just like y' all did and she started and went for it and made her money back in a little bit of time, plus some. So if you have not looked at the Mystery shopping opportunity. I recommend that you do so because that's how you can buy your printer. That's how you can pay for, you know, all of the extra little supplies and bags and pins and all of the stuff that you need for a notary. Not to mention, man, I mean, it's just real good money. And Nico and Professor Camille have created, like, I think, a top eight jobs list where the top eight sites that they've already looked at, we vetted them and we're putting them in a document for you. So if you haven't looked into the mystery shopping thing. $100 in an hour. 15 minutes to an hour. And I believe that that hour includes, you know, putting all of the documents, all of the surveys and the paperwork and everything. But do you make a hundred dollars an hour at your job? I did not make a hundred dollars an hour as an engineer. No, no, no, no. $100 an hour is good. $100 in 15 minutes is even better. But I take a hundred dollars in an hour. So if you have not gotten that, it's still open. It's. I'll put the link here for the mystery shopping. It is bit Lee.
Backslash. R E M Y S T E R Y.
P T I N G. There's the link.
So don't hesitate to go on and buy that because it's good money and it's a real opportunity. I'm gonna have some other people, if they will start making some testimonial videos for y' all so y' all can see and let me go down and see what my people are commenting.
Oh, I love your name, Vandelier.
Hey, Tammy. Do you suggest we market. Siri. I'm not talking to you, sir. You're talking about. I did not mention her name. Okay, Missy. L said, do you suggest we market direct to title companies and lenders? Absolutely. Absolutely. Market yourself directly to title companies, lenders, hospitals, nursing homes, all kinds of different businesses. Have cards, Pass out your cards. Create a Google Local. I think it's Google Local. Let's see. I'm going to bring you all with me real quick.
To share my screen because I've been meaning to do this on.
On Google Local myself.
I'm already on there. But what I wanted to do was just see, because Sean.
Almost argued me down about, you have to pay for this. And you, when we are, when we were on there.
Google Local services.
Not Google Ads.
Not Google Ads. What is it? Google business.
Google my business. That's it.
That's it. Google my business. What was I saying, boy, I tell y' all can murder a hit. Kayna. Okay, engage with customers on Google for free. See that, Sean? Told you this thing is priceless. We are on here as elite mobile notary, but you can add your services here and make sure that you add, you know, all of your services, everything that you offer right on here, your location, everything. So let me copy this link and place it in the comments for you.
And there it is.
Okay, Janice, everything went well. Yay.
Okay, so Sal, you're saying that you have a Brother printer or what are you saying about that printer?
And Ms. Tammy, let me look at this.
I click one thing and this doggone thing just goes haywire.
Tammy, I cannot. For some reason I can't copy that YouTube address, but I'll try to after this is over. I don't know what that is. Let me know what that YouTube address is. Tammy, how much E insurance do you think is necessary? Vondelier, I'm in Arizona. I have 100,000. My recommendation is for EO insurance, you at a minimum have 50,000. Because a lot of these lenders will not even look your way with just 25,000. So at a minimum, 50,000. Best case scenario, I would say 100,000.
Okay, Sal, Ms. Angie is saying brother's website gives instructions on how to get your dual printer set up to print the way you want it. So go to the website, they're saying.
Holly A. Beckford, I purchased the notary package and I took your advice and called and they switched it to a hundred thousand. Easily just paid the difference. Awesome. Perfect.
Perfect, perfect. Sometimes it goes well, other times it doesn't. I just want peace. I don't want to fight, okay? I just want peace. Can you go over any tax write offs? I know a tax professional can help, but I'm also curious, Ladonna. I cannot do that, but I'll try to find somebody who can. I don't feel comfortable doing it because I get somebody to do my taxes. He does a very good job and writes everything off and has all of my banking account information. So I give it to him and I don't even look at it. Hey, Monique.
I'm a newbie to your channel and signing. Which make and model printer would you suggest? So, Monique, I did an entire video on that. The best printers to use.
Me and my family, we use a combo printer, meaning it it has the ability to print, scan and fax if necessary. Other people just get the print printing. Just a printer, right? And the Brother brand is what we found. Works very Well, I have an hp, but my mom and my sister have the brother, and they paid like two times less than I did. My feelings were hurt. So I recommend the brother, but just take a look at that video and it'll give you everything you need. Also, if you are not a member here, please become one of our family members and subscribe to this channel because, yeah, we're giving all the business. Also, y' all, listen, like I said a million times before, this channel was created to help homeowners who are struggling, people who have lost their jobs, they're going through divorce, they've been ill, and they are in financial distress. If you know those people, listen, send them my way. Have them contact me at tjsolutionsbytj or on Facebook. Just DM me their name and their name and phone number, and I. If they don't want to call me, you contact me and give me their name and phone number. The call. I really want to help people, and it's a lot going on, y'. All. I mean, you may not be in trouble or having an issue, but look around you and try to help everybody. That is, because it's a lot going on, for real. I mean, that's what I'm doing here. Like, you know, I'm trying to figure out how to still make my good money and help y' all because I understand it's a lot going on and y' all need this information. Me personally, I don't have to do notary. I don't have to do mystery shopping, and I'm gonna be just fine. But I know that there are other people who need this information. Do I do it absodagum lutely because I'm cheap. Number one, I love a good bargain. And I want extra money to be able to go on trips and to be able to do different stuff for Madison. So I've always used this opportunity as some extra money. However, you know, my little cousin is making more money than I am doing it full time. So, you know, I. I am looking at other options, but, you know, her situation is different from mine. She just had a kid, dude. I have a 13 year old. So stability has been one of the major things that has kept me in corporate America. And when my income gets to a certain level, then I'll feel comfortable enough to. To do something else. But until that time, I got to be stable for Ms. Madison, right? So I'm on here with everybody else. We're all in the mud, man. I'm not. I'm right there with you. So I'm doing so that you and I can help other people. So if you know somebody who needs help, long story short, send them to me. Homeowners, I'm going to email you for mentorship. Absolutely.
Oh, look at this. Vondelier says I have two brother dual tray printers for sale. Vondelier, how do they get in touch with you and where are you located?
Because you will get bombarded. Everybody is looking for a printer.
Missy, you do not need to be near me. We offer mentorship now nationwide. It was Mariama's call and she said let's go for. For it. So, yeah, contact me and we offer.
We offer those videos.
Sharon, if you want to do the mystery shopping.
I put the link in there. Let me know if that link worked for you. Go there now and come back and let me know if it worked for you. I'll place it here again.
And it's bit ly re like realestate mystery shopping.com and just to let you know, the mystery shopping offers a whole lot more than just real estate. Now the real estate that I've seen is mainly apartment leases, but they do have opportunities for going into new properties and just all kinds of stuff. I mean, there's mystery shopping for purchasing an automobile, for purchasing cell phones, for opening bank accounts. And you make $100 a pop on some of these. Not just $100, but then there are bonuses, whereas you know already $130 job and then they'll give you a $25 bonus. It's just crazy. Then on this you can become what's called an inspector slash auditorium for $15 and you get paid even more money. You can't beat it, y'. All. I'm trying to tell you.
Don'T forget to like this video if y' all have not already. When you like these videos and comment, it helps our family. It helps other people who in need find out about us. Thank you, Ladonna.
Ms. Kristen.
Hello, tj. I'm concerned about a housing slowdown. If I am going to focus only on loan signings, that puts me in a compromised position financially. What other specialties can I focus on?
Hey, Kristin. So.
Housing slowdown in the loan signing agent world, good and bad, we make money.
During the housing slowdown. When foreclosures were up, loan modifications were up as well. And notary public loan signing agents do a whole lot of loan modifications. When houses go into foreclosure.
Various documents still need to be notarized. When those homes are sold again, they still need to be notarized so there really isn't a financial downturn in the notary world, per se. However, there is other work. Now, listen, with me doing all of this stuff, I really kind of started falling off, just having too much to do in all of my businesses. And tonight, I wanted this guy named Machiavelli to come on and talk to y' all about what he does. This is the guy that we hired during the beginning of the pandemic. I told y' all he was making a thousand dollars a day as a remote notary. I talked to him last week, and I was supposed to email him. And I hope I have not ruined our relationship, honey, because I still want him to come on and talk. I got so busy that I could not freaking email him because. Oh, my God. Anyway, I hate when you get overloaded. You start dropping stuff, and that's not cute, but it happens. It's part of your growth phase. I just don't like it. So, anyway, he was telling me about the apostille, and. Let me spell that for you. A P, O, S, T, I, L, L, E. Look that up. He said, that is an excellent opportunity where people are paying $300 a pop for you to do apostille notarizations on apostille documents. And if you don't know what that is, it is.
People from other companies need documents notarized. And the Hague Convention made it to where certain companies devised a process to make it easier where they can get all of those documents notarized in the United States and several other countries. And so the apostilles are a part of that. And like he said, I mean, you know, I've looked online. Some people are charging base charge 195. Then they upcharge it. If you want it faster, it goes all the way up to 375. So it's a lot of money in the. In that. So look up that opportunity as a specialty. Kristin, also look up doing wills. Wills and probate, because they require a lot of notarizations.
Okay, Cece, question. I was driving my delivery truck. You create a big dirt hole near your house, and you made me fall down into the dirt hole. Are you trying to be funny? Seriously, why would you do that, huh?
What you talking about, Cece?
Okay. Yes. Cheeks. Yeah. That vocabulary is gonna be crazy. It's really. It really is. I'm excited about it. I am, because people just don't know the lingo, and it's important.
I'm going down on these.
Comments, y'. All. I'm Slow. I'm sorry. And then, you know, when I try to do it up, it does some weird stuff.
Okay. Sal has a brother. Dual tray printer.
Okay. Can you go over possible tax credits? I know a tax professional can help, but I'm just curious.
I need a new upgrade iPhone for the ClickUp app. Oh.
Yeah. Definitely agree with you. Sec.
What are y' all talking about? I don't get the joke.
Y' all gotta tell me.
Thank you. Better for, better me for you.
I think I'm saying that right. I signed up with Snapdocs, but the verification is taking quite a bit of time. It's been two weeks. Is there a number that I can call to follow up? I opened up a ticket, but not sure if that's the best approach. The ticket is the best approach. As well as an email? You can email them directly, but yeah, there is no telephone number that I found. But they are. They aren't bad at answering emails. Make sure that you check your spam.
Because sometimes their emails go there.
Monique, what are your thoughts about thumbtack? I haven't tried thumbtack, but I have.
I have heard of other people who've had success on thumbtack. I just hadn't tried it. The only thing that I use personally is Snapdocs, and it works. But if I was just starting out, you know, I try all kinds of stuff.
So let me know.
Nico is saying she needs an NSA Houston study buddy. Nico, what do you need a study buddy for? What are you studying?
Ms. Davis?
Ms. Davis said vandelier. I'm in Arizona, too. Y' all link up.
Good checks. You got your Google postcard yesterday. That's what I'm talking about. Okay.
Mark says I have a hundred thousand. Also, I'm in Arizona. What's your approach to title companies? That's a good question, Mark. Okay, so this is it. So I generally call title companies. And of course, we have a notary business, me and my cousins. And.
I call and I generally say, hey, this is latonya. How you doing? Whoever the receptionist is or who's answering the phone and I say, mass, please speak to the person who hires notaries or the scheduler. The notary scheduler or the person who hires notaries. And then when I get that person on the phone, I just say, hey. I'll say, Elizabeth. Hey, Elizabeth. This is latonya. I am in the area. I live near your office. And I just wanted to call you and introduce myself because I would love to do business with y'. All. I can drop docs off the same day. So you don't have to wait. You don't have to FedEx. If y' all have a Dropbox, I can drop them off on my way back home. But I would love to work with y'. All. How many times do you all use a mobile notary? In a week? In a day? Do y' all use remote notaries? Awesome. Can I send over my credentials? Perfect. How should I follow back up with you to see if jobs are available?
Okay, perfect. All right, well, I will forward my credentials to you and I will be in touch. Thank you so much. All right, you take care. Bye. That was my little fake conversation there you had.
Oh, Mark says he's also a tax preparer. So, Mark, can you. Somewhere in the comments let us know the common deductions for notaries if you know that information, please.
Would you suggest paying for a website hosting service or just creating a Google Page? I would create the doggone Google Page because the SEO on that is going to be amazing if you don't do nothing else. Create that Google Page, Possibly create an. Or, you know.
What am I trying to say?
Create a Google Page and.
Add your services. That's what I'm trying to say. So let's go back over here. I want to see something real quick. I'm going to go to.
Mobile signing agent.
Houston, Texas.
And so when you're here and you create a Google Page. Are y' all seeing this? Oh, yeah. Okay. Sorry. You come up here, right?
You can't get closer to the top. Now, your website, I doubt if it's gonna get under the ads. The ads are paid content. You come right under the paid content. Okay, so mobile notary and signing agent. Rhonda's mobile notary and signing agent. Let's view all of them. I think this is Machiavelli.
I'm not sure.
But let's look at it. Let's look at these services and see what they have. So this is what it looks like. Your website can be listed or you can call. There is a phone number.
Can I go down? Can I hide this?
Okay.
We're just looking at his stuff. The mission of Houston Notary Pro is to consistently provide accurate, confidential, and courteous service.
This is good.
Hold on one second, y'. All.
I know I'm getting cussed out. Okay. I was trying to see if that was a number that I recognized, but he has a Facebook profile.
And this is him on Snapdocs. This is also this person on Facebook again.
And so that. Yeah. So do you have to Have a website. I say you don't have to have a website, but it's super important that you have a Google page because this is where it comes up. Whether you have a website or not, they can call you. This person takes appointments straight from Facebook because Facebook has that.
Has that functionality.
Now I'm going to put in Mobile Notary.
And see what comes up.
Houston Mobile Notary Public Services. Houston Mobile Notary Service.
Everybody in Houston has something to say about Houston, huh?
Okay.
But this is good. So let's look at. Okay, so people also will rate you on here, which is good because the more ratings you have, you know, the more business you'll get. This person has 24 ratings and a 4.6, you know, score. So when you're out and about, ask people to give you a rating that you have worked for. Rating, right? If you do work for somebody, ask them for a rating. I mean, this guy is super intelligent to do that.
And you can see all of his reviews. Awesome experience with Gary. I mean, these reviews look great.
Right?
He's only had one low score. And it's always going to be somebody. Trust me, out of 100 people, somebody ain't gonna like you. And some of these people have super low scores. They need to just go on and take their little page down.
But these scores do mean a lot.
Official Texas Mobile notary.
They have 20 reviews. Look at their seal.
Questions and answers, mainly good stuff. All of these Google reviews.
The web results that mention them, really, really good.
Now let's look at Houston Apostille.
And these are the people who are making money with that. I love it. Look at this. Houston Mobile Notary and Apostille Services. Now, when you're naming your Google page, listen, put in what you do. AJ's, you know, don't be too creative with this. If you offer mobile notary or mobile signing agent and Apostille services, put that in that title. It's important to let people know exactly what you do. Look at this. I mean, this is so high up. How can you not call this person? This person is also a translator. If you speak another language, that is perfect.
Okay. These people are in Sugar Land. Dang. Look at this. This is 250.
I mean, yeah, 251 freaking reviews for fingerprinting notary and Apostille services.
Hey, look. So you get the idea, right?
Okay, I'll get off of that. I'm off of my soapbox with that.
I hope that helped.
So to answer your question more directly, would I suggest paying for website hosting? Services or just create a Google page. I'd create a Google page before I do website hosting, especially in the beginning because you haven't started generating revenue from this yet.
Awesome.
Kamiyah.
I think I'm pronouncing your name right, but thank you so much. Make sure you subscribe to the channel.
Thank you.
Amarla. Amarlia ladonna. That would be awesome to have a tech professional on. And Sunday Funday.
Awesome.
Oh, okay. So Sal, Tammy put in a link for the brother printer. This is a link to Sal's request for help with the brother 6200 DWT and printing mixed paper types. So she put a link in there. You're probably at home on your computer, so go in and copy that link.
Is what pinned you saying? Is it pinned? Is what pinned?
Sharon the.
Mystery Shopping. Is it called Millennial Masterclass? Yes, it is. Look at it. I'll go there now.
This is what it looks like.
This is what that invoice looks like. It'll be $103.20.
And you can pay all. We accept Google pay and all other payment methods. So.
That'S what it looks like. But yes, it's Millennial Masterclass.
Amalia says, is anyone from Virginia? Sean is from Virginia. Marlia, looking to connect.
Go to my Facebook join Facebook. I have a post where everybody. It's a post, it's a pin post where everybody states where they're from and just start connecting with those people there. That's a good way, too.
And Nico, tomorrow we all need to dedicate ourselves to calling title companies, making that direct connect, sending them our information. If you do nothing else. See, people, in my opinion, are wasting time looking through documents and studying documents. Maybe it ain't a waste of time, but it is for me. Because I learned by doing. I don't learn by seeing. I don't learn by hearing. I learn when it means something to me, when it's attached to me. And the best way that I learned it, I got it when I was under fire. And it was my own documents and it was go time because that forced me to hone in and remember line by line. And not to mention that even if you don't remember it line by line, Mariama and I are a phone call away while you're at the closing table. So you can call us if you have a question and we'll answer it right away. So. So the more you do it, the more you learn. Going through a million YouTube videos and all of that stuff, unless it's for the document portion My opinion, it doesn't do me much good. I don't need to see that.
Some videos that I am creating is showing you how to complete.
The certificates that notaries have to complete. And I believe that that is helpful because those certificates change all the time. You have to be able to identify what type of certificate you're notarizing. So finding that language, finding that wording, knowing what to look for, knowing where to put what is priceless. Okay, so I'm creating videos on that.
Lydia says she's in Virginia Beach.
All right, Amalia, you have two people, Sean and Lydia.
Okay, so Sean has this group.
Father God, I don't even know if he's on here tonight. But it's called.
What is it called? Death Row Notaries or something foolish. Where Tupac is in there. Mavelli. I mean, Tupac, Suge Knight. It's. It's. But it's his little group of people, and they're doing remote notary stuff together. They're all into the remote thing. So be good. Be. You know, I think that creating groups is a really, really, really good, good way to go about this.
Hey, Tracy, Vanetta is from Chicago.
So cheek, cheeks. Make sure the cannons work. I don't know about the image class, but it has to be a dual tray printer. Let me look that up. Canon D 1620.
As long as it's a laser printer.
Oh, it's an expensive printer.
So it should be good. Oh, yeah, yeah. It's a black and white laser printer. That'll do it. That'll do it, my friend.
It should do the job.
Find a Lear. Don't be putting your telephone number on dog on the Internet.
Lord have mercy.
I can't put your telephone number on now, sweetie. It's not safe on the World Wide web as your email address.
So ladonna says Mark, Ms. Mark Senior. I'm curious about. Write off what can be written off and I'm going down. I need a mentor, Nikki. Get at me. You need a mentor.
What's not working? You said somebody said it's not working.
What's not working?
How long do we get calls for signing? Snapdocs finally verified me.
Miss Alpha lady, how long do we get calls for signing? Snapdocs finally verified me. Now I hear you need a hundred thousand. I don't know. I don't understand that. How long do we get calls? I don't. I don't understand what you're asking me for.
Sharon, you asked, is it called Millennial Masterclass? It is, but is what call is the mystery shopping. I mean, I showed you all the invoice.
I'll show it to you again.
Control. A.
Re Mystery shopping. Re Mystery Shopping. It's a bitly link.
And it looks like this. It's Millennial Masterclass. Million dollar Mystery Shopping. So if this is what you see, then you're in the right place.
And again, that's re Mystery shopping. Bit ly Remystery shopping. The link is in the chat.
Hey, Douglas. How are you?
If you are interested. If y' all are interested in mentorship, please email me at TJ Solutions by tj. Let me put that here. Oh, wait, let me see. Sometimes I have banners. So.
Okay.
Yeah, that's my banner. Okay. So if you're interested in Mystery Shop. I mean, not Mystery Shopping. Lord. If you are interested in mentorship, there's my email address.
Tammy.
Wait a minute. Wait a minute.
Okay. Hello, tj. Are you still offering money back guarantee on the mystery Shopping? I already mystery shop, but not for new homes, which is what I'm interested in, Ms. Panther. It's no. No money back guarantees.
Yep. There's no refunds, no money back guarantees, and it's not necessarily for new homes. I mean, I haven't seen a lot of homes, but I've been told, come up where you go in and, you know, act like you're looking for a new house. Different shops come up all the time. The one that I see a lot of is for leases, and those are.
Lucrative as well. So it depends on what you want. I mean, if you're doing the notary job and you get paid $100, it'll take you, you know, if you count in drive time, it'll take you about when you get good 45 minutes to do the actual notarization. 30 minutes come in 30 minutes going you out of about three, you know, at least two to three hours. Mystery shopping. You can make that same money of 100 bucks in an hour versus two to three.
So I don't know if it'll be worth it for you. I'm not. I'm not sure what you already have or which ones you know about, so I can't say.
And Tammy said, what about doing bank safe deposit box for work for banks? You know, Tammy, I had never thought of that. But one new thing that I did find out, I forgot. I've been forgetting to tell y' all this for weeks now. Don't be mad. It's about doing notary work for automobile loans. Hold on, let me get you to. Let me get you the site Because I have it in my phone. That's bad when you can see better without your glasses.
Than with your dadgum glasses. Give me a minute, y'. All.
Here it is.
Okay, I'm about to put it in. Add the stream. M A V E r, I C, Mavericks.
Mav, sign.com mavsign.com.
The leader and the nationwide authority in off site automotive contract signings. Sign up here, folks.
Y' all gonna just say, tj, you're the best. You do it all the time. Just go tell me. Give me my credit.
Because this one was hard to find. And I've been having this for a while and every single Sunday, I forget to tell you, boy, if y' all miss these lies, you never know what you missing. So these are from notaries testimonials. Let's see what it says for notaries.
If you. If you are a notary interested in working with the nation's premier signing service, please register below. Yep. Y' all register here.
On mavsign.com.
I'Ll put it in the chat.
But you were asking me, Tammy, about the banks and the safe deposit work. Let me look into that and let me know how that goes, because I'm interested in finding out. I had never even thought of that. So. That is amazing. That is really, really good.
So Sharon says, did he say where he learned the apostille? So, Sharon, hopefully he's not mad at me and he'll be on next Sunday. But if he didn't, we're going to find it. Gonna figure it out.
Bev. Shirley, what is it called? What is what called?
Oh, okay. Dealing with overseas nerd. Okay, gotcha.
Then this thing jumps. I'm, I'm. I'm about to put a formal complaint in.
Everybody's saying the mystery linking shop wasn't working.
Okay, y', all, I don't understand because when I type it in. Let me try. B I T dot L Y backslash, R E M Y S T E R Y S H O.
That's come somebody gonna look at this and be like, lord, why is she spelling? Okay, so I just copied my own link. I'm pasting it here.
And bam. It's working for me. Y'. All.
Are you on a phone? I mean, how are you doing it? I'm gonna do it one more time.
And so if that link does not work for you, email me@tjsolutionsbytj.com try it again though, because this is the best place to do it.
Tj@solutionsbytj.com.
Time flies. When I'm on with y', all, I swear. Jesus.
Thank you, Sal. I love y' all so much.
It's a lot of comments, y'. All. I'm sorry. I'm just going through it.
Oh, people. Oh, it's so much good stuff. I hope y' all reading these comments. Boy, okay. Yes, I've heard of that. I wish to do Ron. Okay, Cheeks, where are you located? Because Sean does a lot of Ron work.
I'm going to remove that and I'm going to keep that bitly link down there.
That's the mystery shopping link.
And Sean has figured out a whole lot of stuff regarding the mystery shopping work, how to.
Sign up. He has done all kind of everything that you could think of to.
I'm not gonna blast you, Sean. But yeah, he's had some been mad as all get out, and it was his fault. Sean. Oh, my God. But he's gotten through it. So, hey, whenever you go through all of that, you can show somebody the quick and easy way to do it. So I'm gonna let shine on and we'll go through that with him.
You can do Ron. Absolutely. Sean is signed up with notarized and one notary. And it was a process. It was. It was a process.
Oh, ladonna, you are the freaking best. I love y' all so much. I know y' all get sick of me saying that. Okay, loving this convo. Then don't forget to, like, now, Levana Ladonna is telling y' all like the videos. Like it, like it, like it on Facebook, on YouTube. Please give me my likes, y'. All. Yes. Where do you get the right training for the apostles Speak truth. I need to improve the quality of my life for my family. Ain't that the truth, Kim? I found a lot of different jobs on Indeed. Look at this. So, Beth, Shirley says. Said I found a lot of different jobs on Indeed for notary public loan signing agents. So maybe you could look there for your state. And I wonder, are there some of those, like, part time jobs? Are they salaried contract jobs? That's really cool. That's something good to look into, y'. All. I'm excited.
Miss Davis Vondelier wants you to call her. She left her number.
Nico talking about I am so over Snapdocs. Lord to Jesus. Girl, you just got on now. They're coming.
They're coming.
Cheeks. Okay, so dang okay. Oh, that's a good, good, good thing, though. I mean, good observation. So Cheeks just said, I want to do a pastel, but I looked up my state requirements, and I need a color laser printer, and I just bought a black and white. Only I ain't even know that now I have a color printer. But I didn't even know that some of the state requirements or that you have a color printer. I didn't know that. That's. Wow. Reading is fundamental, y'. All. That's a good job, cheeks. Okay, T.J. i have a question about Snapdocs. You said that you put zip codes in there. I surely do. I do. Y' all want to see my snapdocs? Let's go to.
I'll go to it here.
Houston.
Signing agent.
I hear Madison up there upstairs, she gonna be coming down here saying, you all. Are you off live with your family?
No.
Okay, so let's see what page I'm on. I'm just curious.
Gennario, on page number one. This is my friend here.
This is my cousin.
I ain't on page one. I was on page three. They're on page two, so I should be in here. Oh, Lord, I done got kicked off of page two.
Okay. I'm on page four. So this is. This is my snapdocs, and I can't find that picture nowhere. Oh, I like that picture. I was in my office and just shot the cutest little picture. Okay, so this is what I have. I'm an NNA certified, an NNA member. My schedule is flexible, and I have all. I service cities of the cities of Houston. These are the surrounding cities in Houston. I service all of these zip codes. 18 years of experience in real estate investment properties. I've done numerous closings, refinance. So, yeah, if you want to just go ahead and copy this and put in your information.
I always think that's the easiest thing to do is just. Sometimes, man, just don't, don't, don't remake the whole doggone wheel. Just copy it off of somebody else and be done with it. I've done it so that you don't have to.
Nico, don't memorize that stuff. Spend your time, people on money making opportunities, memorizing.
You can write and memorize terms and stuff, but you do not need to memorize those documents.
Okay. I would like to join a Houston NSA group. Please let me know if you know of any. I don't, but that's a really good idea. Let me think about that.
I think there are a couple of. A couple of them on Facebook, and I want to have a mixer. I think I said that. So just give me. Give me some time to process that and get all of my other stuff in order. Process of setting up my LLC as well.
Man, y' all ask all the right questions. Okay, so, Danielle, I'm in the process of setting up my LLC as well as my Google profile. Should I use my home address or post office main address? Okay, great question. So I just changed my address.
Through the Secretary of state.
To my P.O. box. So for both of those, if I were you, I'd use my P.O. box on snapdocs. If you can see, it gives Houston, Texas and your zip code. Right? So that's still fine. You'll still get signings in your area.
So.
Yeah, I would say no, don't use your home address on any of the documents. Use a PO Box.
Because then your home address is public information. People out here can be easy. And yeah, don't do that.
Okay, brother. Dual tray printer. You have to set it up in the tray settings, then go into the control panel of your computer, click on it, and go to the printer properties and set it to recognize the trays. You get that, Sal?
Alicia's telling you how to do that printer. Oh, I love y' all so much because I surely wouldn't know that. But, man, that level of detail, I thank y'. All.
Yeah, so I answered that question about your home address.
Okay. Ms. Trina says no, you're not off topic. We talk about all kind of stuff. But the Mystery Shopper link you posted on Masterclass for 103.20. Yes, that's the correct page. It's $103.20. And that $3.20 is for fees that I'm charged for processing y' all.
Setting up your llc. The info that you put will become public information and searchable on the Secretary of State site. Most use a virtual address for some privacy. Thank you, IT guy. I love it. Appreciate it.
Okay, Joelle, I have a cousin named Josel. J O S E L L E hi TJ. I found you on YouTube and it's my first time tuning in live. Thank you so much, Joel. I appreciate it. Please don't hesitate to subscribe. And like me, I use square payments Cheeks.
So if I heard the Square appointments is free for individuals. It is. All of square stuff is pretty much free for you to use. Of course they have their fees. You know, their processing fees. But pan square squareup.com is really, really good for taking payments as a payment processor and just all kinds of stuff. They even allow you to do some marketing. Even though my doggone email addresses are bouncing from people for Whatever reason. But again, just in case you didn't hear me before, Mark, my emails as safe so that you don't miss anything. Check your spam. Make sure that if you search in the top TJ at SolutionsByTJ or search mystery Shopping, make sure that my emails are marked as safe so that you get them all and don't miss anything.
Hello. Do you know a good loan signing course?
I can't. I don't. I don't know personally, but what I've heard is Mark Will's course is excellent.
Haven't heard a whole bunch about other people's courses, but that's one that I have heard.
Trina, they are making cash out here offering fingerprinting, notary and apostille services. That is awesome.
Okay, Ms. Davis, look in the comments.
On Facebook. I'm broadcasting on Facebook also.
And I'm broadcasting on my personal page and my Solutions by TJ page. So look on there and get Vandelier's information if you would. Vondelier, if. And Ms. Davis, if both of y' all could please join the group, then communicate that way. That would be best. So, yeah, reach out to Vondelier on Facebook if you would, Mrs. Ms. Davis. Okay, Ms. J.P.
Do we need to have a W9 before we start doing signings? Every time I think I'm ready to go, there's one more thing. Snapdocs has you to fill out a W9. And the companies that you work for, if you work for various platforms, you'll have to fill out a W9. If you're doing it independently, you don't have to. That'll just be between you and your tax preparer. Can someone tell me why I haven't received a single assignment, been done with everything since September? Lavinia.
So I take it that you're on snapdocs. A couple of things that I tell everybody. You got to be proactive and you got to hustle. If they're not coming to you, you got to go to them. You got to call. You got to call. You have to call. I have a list of notary companies, title companies, and all different kinds of stuff on my Facebook page. There's a whole list that you can go through and just call those people, see who's in your area, who's offering closings, who's offering signings, and just call them and let them know you're available. Let them know that you're qualified. You can go into Snapdocs and actually share your credentials with various organizations. So that's my recommendation.
I think this thing went up too far.
So, Lavinia, what. How much. How much EO insurance do you have? You said you have 10,000. Yeah. That could be why you aren't getting any assignment case, because they won't even look at you if you have 25,000. I've heard that several times. So 10,000, you might just be getting looked over for that mere fact. So you may need to up. Up it a bit.
Make sure, also, Lavinia, that you saw my snapdocs profile. Make sure that you have the zip codes, the areas, the counties, all information that will help them find you. Make sure your profiles are set up correctly.
You're in St. Louis, Missouri. You should be doing good. I know some people are killing it.
Bev asked tj what are your true thoughts about Ron?
So, Bev, this is what I think. I think it's new, and the people who are doing it now are pioneering what's to come. Because I do believe that we'll get to a point where that'll just be the norm. Are we there? Not at all. A lot of people are really, really bucking it. But then, you know, for general notary work, I think you can do good.
I think you can. So checks. That's something for you, too. Join those. Those Ron. You know, become a Ron and join Notarize and one notary and just do general notary work while you're waiting on your. Your.
Notary signing certification stuff. Because you can do that. You can do that while. And it doesn't take long to become Iran. It's not a whole certification. It's just filling out some paperwork and paying some money to the Secretary of State. But regarding Ron, I think it's the way of the future. I really do. You know, some of the platforms are a little bit clunky. There are things that are coming on. One notary is about to start, if they haven't already. I think they're in beta right now offering.
Loan signings because they were just, you know, single document signings, nothing. No big loan packages, but they're beginning to offer that. So I personally think it's, you know, it's the way of the future.
Okay. Do you offer payment services for just phone calls for people who have questions about documents? I do, and I do that on Clarity fm. Let me see if I can find something.
Let me make sure this is the right link.
And it is.
Okay. So that. That Clarity fm, Latonya Johnson, is where you can contact me for a dollar a minute, and I answer questions about Documents. And if I can't answer it, of course I'll bring in the expert who is my cousin.
But yeah, those one off questions like that.
Huh? Tanika, please email me at tjsolutionsbytj and I'll forward the mystery shopping link to you.
Monica. Monica said, I started making Mondays my admin day. And yes, calling title companies is a part of that day. Awesome.
How much money did you make your first year as a notary? I make about my first year. I made about $800 a month. So. 800 times 12, whatever that is.
$9,600. So probably a little more than that because I went crazy over Christmas. It was so much work over Christmas. I couldn't contain myself. I was. Man, I. I took off for basically the whole month of December because I had that mission time. Just did notary work and I did it from sun up to sundown. It was so much money out there. I was so tired after Christmas break until I needed another freaking vacation. It was ridiculous. So I'm sure it says 9,600, but.
In December alone I made.
I was making more than a thousand dollars a week. It was. It was crazy. It was real crazy. I was making at least $2,000 a week or more. It was crazy.
No, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm saying a week. I made a thousand to $2,000 a day over Christmas. At a minimum, a thousand dollars a day. I'm. Excuse me. And I'm not lying.
I worked my butt off, but I enjoyed it. It was a lot of fun. But I was worn out.
Hey, Felicia.
Okay, if you are Iran, can you do signings in a different state other than the one you're commissioned in? You can. So if I'm in Texas and someone in California needs a document notarized, I can notarize that document for them as a remote online notary.
Okay. Ms. Davis says I miss Vandelier's info because I'm cooking and cleaning. But if she or anyone else in Arizona wants to link up, I'm in Ms. TJ's Facebook group. So, Ms. Davis, what is your. Oh, there she is. I was just about to ask you. My name is Anastasia Davis. That's my little niece's name, Anastasia. I love it.
And she is beautiful.
Okay, how long before we get calls for signing assignments? Snapdocs finally verified me. Do we need 100,000? Eo, you need 50 to 100,000. I personally have 100,000.
And how long before you start seeing assignments? Hey, it varies per person because Some within. You know, I have mentees who saw signings within the first day, second day, and then I have people who never saw them and I had to send them to them. So that just kind of depends.
Hey, Adina.
Houston in the house.
Do you get different 1099 tax forms for multiple companies or one from snapdocs? You just get one from snapdocs.
Thank you, Douglas.
Hey, Kim. She says I'm in California. Are the mystery shop rates the same in California? I do not know, but I'm sure that they are lucrative. I'm pretty sure it ain't just Houston it has or Texas. From what I've been told by Nico, Professor Camille is in Arkansas. And you know, if they're making a lot of money in Arkansas.
California is making a killing.
Oh, look at this. Dana Allen says I do signings for Maverick. They're a good option for these types of signings. Yay.
Dana, why didn't you tell us? We knew nothing about this. If y' all have information for the family, please share it so that I can get it out.
Thank you, janice.
Brilliantly bankable. What do they offer and pay? Who are you talking about, Mav? Signs.
Okay, this thing bounced again.
Janice, mentorship with TJ Solutions is the best decision I have made since we call. Thank you.
Thank you.
Miranda. I love them too.
I do too. Thank you.
Danielle says, can we get away with not having a dual tray printer?
I just purchased a really good printer, but it's not dual tray or a laser. So, Danielle, you can get away without having dual tray, but that laser is mandatory. So I know you just purchased it, but you have to take it back. Can't get away with not having a laser printer. Has to be a laser printer. I don't have dual tray, but I have the ability to open like this front flap and feed in paper.
If I need another paper size. So.
Yeah, so I don't have dual tray. So you can get away without the dual tray, but you have to have laser.
Miranda said I'm gonna stop playing and get my rhyme before they go up in price. And you know they will because let me tell you something, if you have not already gotten on the nna, they have gone from one day to the next. Their prices are going up.
Jacqueline said 25k is sufficient. I'm on Snapdocs. I'm in Virginia. Jacqueline, do you get a lot of work? Do you get a lot of notifications in Virginia?
Okay. Miranda is saying Mark is good with marketing. However, Notary 2 Pro and Smart Sign and Thrive was better for documentation. So if you are looking for courses.
If you're looking for training, for notary information, she said Mark is good with marketing. However, Notary 2 Pro and Sign and Thrive was better from a documentation standpoint. That's what Ms. Miranda said.
Dang. Ms. Davis.
Ms. Davis said memorial Day this year, I pulled in over 3,000 in one day. I was so tired, baby.
Hey, I understand. I was like a dog with my tongue hanging out. I was like, okay, I gotta stop. This is ridiculous. This is ridiculous. I didn't even feel good. Tired. You have to just let some of this money go. Don't work yourself into the hole.
For real. Ms. Davis is saying she's telling the truth about the holidays. Yes, I am. Memorial Day weekend. $3,000 in a day, baby. It's money out here.
Yes, Miss Miranda, the mystery shopping is available. The link is in the comments.
So just take a look at it there.
Thank you. Tammy. I took Mark Will's course. I did find that they provided great sample documents but would have preferred one on one mentorship. Boy, TC when I tell you everybody says that after taking the class.
After taking whatever he offers, they still come to me for one on one mentorship. And like I was saying in the very beginning of this, it depends on how you learn best, right? If you are a person who learns by doing one on one mentorship is best for you. If you learn by seeing and hearing, then maybe the online stuff will work.
Tammy is saying Bill Soroka, the notary coach, also hosts Tuesday Notary Titans on Facebook every Tuesday at 2pm Houston time. You can sign up on his website, the notary coach. Really, really cool.
Jacqueline said, that's not true. I have 20k and I have plenty of Texas. I just did my first yesterday and really starting this week I have one from.
Coast to coast for a $60 quick loan app and I'll be full all this week. And where'd you say you were, Jacqueline? Are you in Virginia? Because some states are different. If they don't have a lot of notaries where you are, then yeah, that'll work for you in other states. It's a million of us in Houston. So you just don't, I mean, you know, it's kind of, it kind of depends. It's not one way or not. You understand.
For the person who asked about the loan signing training, I signed up with notary coach. He has a lot of good material on learning all the documents. His name is Bill Siroca. That's what Kristen said.
It guy says tj what do you use for bookkeeping? I use Snapdocs because they pay out right there, and it's everything that I need, really, all in one spot. I'm about to hire a bookkeeper, though, because I have a lot of different businesses. Like, this is just one of my businesses, but I have. I'm starting to lose count.
So, yeah, I got other businesses, so I'm hiring a bookkeeper.
Is there a script to use. Is there a script to use for the document signings or for calling title companies? Is there a script to use for what? I can create a script and get it to y'. All. Let me think about that.
Let me write that on a to do list. Create scripts.
You know what? I'm gonna show y' all my ClickUp. See, I don't even have to do that. Okay, this is our ClickUp with my full group, and this is our group to do list. So I am going to make an open task.
And I'm going to say create.
Scripts.
For.

Document and going through the docs.
And in ClickUp. While I'm doing this, I can assign it to people.

I can set a priority on it if it's urgent. I can set a due date, I can add tags, and I can just do all kinds of stuff.

Okay.
All right, y'. All. So I am.
I'm gonna get off of here because I'm tired, y'. All. I gotta wake up early in the morning.
Thank y' all so much. This is TJ with solutions by tj. Y' all are amazing, man. I love my family here. I couldn't ask for anything better. I mean, I enjoy this. I'm sitting on here on my Sunday night and normally I'm sleep by 10:30. Hello.
That's hilarious. But that's the truth. I'm usually sleep by 9:30. So for me to be on here for 10:30, that is amazing.
But I love y' all so much and I thank y' all for everything. I thank you for showing up Sunday after Sunday to come and talk to me, man. I appreciate it. My, my. My goal in doing all of this is to provide value for you all and for you all to make a gang of freaking money. I want you to know that there is no reason for you to be broke. None whatsoever. If you are struggling, I get it. I have been in a position before where I couldn't even buy underwear. I get it. But if you can clear your mind, somehow clear your brain, you have some type of skill that will allow you to make money with what you have right now. And that mystery shopping thing, real, real cheap. Cost of entry, a hundred dollars. That's all you paying. Maybe $15 more if you want to become an auditor. So it's $103 and 20 cent, just base price to get all of the information from us. That includes our experience. That includes.
Going to shops that you know somebody has taken a look at aren't gonna get scammed. You're gonna get your money, and it's worth it. They pay well. Those are the shops that we recommend. So you got a shot, man. To make money. I recommend that you jump on it. It's bitly backslash. Remysteryshopping.com no, not dot com. Get it out of the comments, y'. All, or just text or just email me at tj solutions by tj.com make sure that you like this video. Share it with all your friends.
You know, make sure you subscribe to the channel. I got a whole bunch of good stuff coming. I'm excited about it. Yay. And if you know people who are struggling in real estate who have homes, send them my way. If you need to contact me, please don't hesitate to reach out to me because I'm available to you. I do this for you. I don't do this. I do this for you. Okay? So I love y'. All. Y' all have a great week. Get ready to tell me about your week next Sunday, and I'll see y' all at the top. God bless, and y' all have a great night.
