And yeah, everybody makes fun of my morning voice or my sleep voice, so it's too funny.

But I shot videos on.

I'm going to show y' all how to create a Google business page and have all of the search engine optimization so that somebody can find you. And. And what I found interesting was this didn't used to be when I first created my page. Now you can create a website directly through your Google business site. And that is completely awesome because you can't get better search engine optimization than you can with going through Google itself. It's crazy, right? So when somebody types in something like.

Apostille near me, then your area will automatically come up if you enter the zip codes and all the information that I tell you to enter. It's crazy good, right? I'm excited for y' all to get it. You should have it this week. So I'm excited about that. So I created the Google page video to show y' all how to do that with the search engine optimization. I also created additional videos on definitions. Right. Because, you know, a lot of you are just coming into this industry as a notary public loan signing agent and, you know, like, with any industry that you go into, there's new lingo that you don't know. So I'm creating videos so that when you're writing, you can put the definitions playlist on. It's under Notary Basics, and just spaz out to those definitions and let them play over and over and over again. And. Yeah, I hope y' all like that.

And I'm just going to let y' all know my business thoughts about this, because what I want to do, I want to give certain people exclusive videos and updates, and we really get to know each other. Not just you get to know me, but. But we get to know each other through our interactions. Right. So I'm trying to figure out how to do that. And this may sound crazy, I don't know if y' all know, but. Okay, so you can do it. You can create a membership on YouTube and they give you 70%.

The people who are members can join for a percentage. And the, you know, the. The prices will be really small. I mean, I'm thinking anywhere from, like.

I don't know, a dollar to $5 or something like that, and that's a month. But of that, YouTube takes 70% and. No, no, no, I'm sorry, I. I take 70%. YouTube takes 30%. I was also looking at only fans, right? And no, I'm not getting butt naked on only fans. I was looking at it from the standpoint of creating a community, because only fans is about a whole lot more than just that, that a lot of people don't know about. They have a whole bunch of business stuff on there, and it's really turning into a great community. It was. They had an article on Bloomberg, and that's what made me look into it. But they're split. They take 20%. So you have more of a percentage when you use only fans versus YouTube. And then there's this other platform that.

Sean told me about called Library that some. I put it in here. It's L. I had never heard of it. And it's focused on bitcoin, but it's L, B, R, Y.

And so you can put paid content on there. And so I'm thinking about that too. And you get a hundred percent of the proceeds from there. But, you know, I don't know, it's just kind of different with YouTube because I want to create something like family tiers, where it depends on how the family wants to support me. You can do it for a dollar a month. You could do it for $5 a month. I mean, it's 9,000 people on here. So if I get a certain amount of support, I can support y' all better and be able to create more content and be able to be, you know, more one on one with y' all is what I'm trying to say. So.

I know we deal mainly with Notary, but I didn't make this channel specifically for Notary, but I noticed that people aren't giving y' all enough information, so I dove deeper into it to make sure that y' all get everything and. But I want to introduce y' all to other subjects as well.

And, you know, I know so much. I have all kind of marketing stuff that I'm going to introduce on how you can create your own website through WordPress, you can create your own website through Square. It's just all kinds of stuff that you will be able to get access to from me. So I'm excited to. I'm excited about that. The 2021 stuff is going to be not only a forecast of what I think will be going on in 2021 regarding real estate.

And just to give you a briefing of it right here, you know, I'm not sure if when Biden gets back in office, since our Covid numbers are up, will we have another shutdown?

Who knows? The COVID numbers are definitely up and we have to do something about it. And he's mentioned that before, that if it were him, he would have shut the country down and kept it down long enough for the numbers to go down and gradually phase it back in.

And so I'm projecting that he may do that once he's in office. And if he does as notaries, how does that affect us? Well, again, we have the remote notary opportunity. So if you've already signed up for that, cool. If you have not signed up for that, I would consider it seriously before the first of the year. There are also other business opportunities that I want to introduce you to that may deal with what you do for your career, because you just never know how you can help people remotely with the information that you already know and already have. They might not be anything remotely today, but tomorrow you gotta look every day. And it's the same with snapdocs, right? It's the same with respondent. I don't know. I gave y' all an opportunity called respondent IO a long time ago. I don't know who if y' all looked at it or not, but it's filling out surveys and. And, boy, I was making a good $400 a month just doing surveys. I've gotten so caught up in other stuff, I hadn't had a time to do it. But, baby.

When they're. They. They. They need to sell real quick. So sometimes you can do that if you're in a really hot area. Other times you better. You better move. You better like. And when I say move, I'm not saying move out of your house. I'm saying make a move. You cannot sit still and think about stuff for another 41 days. You have to make a move. And I get it. I have been so in a place in my life where I couldn't think till I couldn't make a move. But that is the main reason why I want you to call me. Because I told God during that time, I said, man, I know what it feels like. And I think the best part of what I can do for people is to be an honest person and think when you can't think. And I'm gonna give you the truth now.

I have to say, you know.

Do I know everything? I don't. I can give you my honest opinion. Let me say that I can give you my honest opinion. I can give you my honest, unbiased opinion. Because even though I'm a real estate investor, issues, I. I had all that knowledge and still lost my own doggone house, y'. All. Why? Because you can know everything. You could be in the industry for years, but if something happens to your brain or your body or something else where you just can't think clearly, all that knowledge goes through, down the drain, and you need somebody to think for you. And at that time, it would have been better. Me getting something out of everything that I had would have been better than me getting nothing and somebody stepping up to say, listen, I don't know everything, but let me try to help you. Let me see, okay, let's try to put a plan together to see what we can do. That would have been golden. So I offer that. That's. That's what I offer to you.

I. You know what? So when I'm doing these lives, I don't even edit them. Edit them. If you look back, I'm looking when the system didn't work, baby, all of that is still on YouTube so I don't know what new people be thinking like Jesus Christ, what was she thinking? But yeah, all of my mistakes are there. I don't edit those. However I do have other videos. When I first started, I edited every single thing and it takes a while.

Sometimes to do. Now since I'm growing up a little bit, I have some YouTube revenue coming in. So Vash in India is helping me out and he edits the videos, right? So I started YouTube seriously in May. I probably had the channel before then. May have posted maybe one or two videos on the channel. But I started seriously saying okay, I'm gonna post something once a week. That was the, that was my commitment. That was as much as I could do. One time Per week. One video per week.

And I committed to that in May, and it is now. I got monetized in August. In August, I made. Between August and September, I made 800. Between September and October, I made like 1200 from YouTube.

Last month, I made.

Maybe 1700. And I haven't. I don't know how much I've made this month. But I mean, hey, it's money, and it's going up, it's going. It's increasing. You know, it depends on what your topic is. Of course, it depends on.

People wanting to see what you have. But there's a way to figure out what people are looking for when they're searching on YouTube. And I tapped into it and it. And I didn't do it the first time because, again, this channel was created for homeowners trying to help homeowners. So I still get to slide that in with y'. All. But, nah, we mainly talk about notary stuff here, mystery shopping, other opportunities, you know, make money type stuff.

Put it on top of this background. And then I'll add different words using this online image editor. I'll add text. So this is the text. You bring it over here. You can change the colors to white, red, blue, whatever you want to change it to. You can change the size.

You know, and so this is what I use. I'll put the link in the bottom. But when I just want to do a quick editing job, this is what I use on my YouTube, on my things.

So Ms. Admin Mobile LLC says, has anyone had any big success testimonials with the mystery shopping? I mean, man, you know what? From what I've seen, they're making money all, all day, every day. The people who have purchased it made their hundred dollars back because that's always my goal. If I buy something, I want to add a minimum, make my money back.

But they made their money back in more. So I'd say that alone is a success.

And Dolores said they told her she had to have two years. It depends sometimes I think on who you talk to with Amrock regarding that experience.

Because some people I know don't have that two years of experience.

So toy. And other people are saying two years toying and said they told her a year. And then some people just get straight on. So you know what I'm saying? That's why I tell y', all, you got to be strategic and start hitting people at different times, different shifts, talk to different people. If you don't get the answer and the response that you want, call at a different time of day. If you called in the Morning call in the evening call, at lunch call when the shifts change.

I'm sure that, you know, all of the regular notary stuff is required. If you already have that, which you should. If you're already a notary, Tracy, then you don't need anything else. You. You can just forward them what you already have through the nna.

Is loan signing different from regular notary signing? And is there a different certification to get each? Yes, there is. Yes, they are different. Regular notaries get paid 6 to $10. We get paid 75 to $200. It's a big difference. And I recommend that you go to the National Notary association and that's how you sign up. I have a lot of other videos that are talking about that.

And Miranda was just saying that she gets to. Which, I mean, a lot of people are doing test drive luxury cars for $75 each.

I've heard about that opportunity quite a bit.
