Because TJ could be in her good bed, and you guys are what I think about most of the time. How to, you know, how to serve y', all and. And how to.
How to make the community better, right? And make us all better.
So. Hey, Death row notaries in the building.
What it do, Sean?
What it do? Let me know. Put it in the comments. Sean, if you want to come up, I'll send you a link. It's up to you. I ain't. You know what I'm saying? You want to sit in the crowd. You don't want to dance with the artist tonight, you can just stay back where you are. We all good. Hey, Ms. Davis. Hey, girl. Hey.
How y' all doing? Yeah, so I had a little time. Yes, it hurt. I put on a little makeup for y' all tonight because, baby, I have been okay, so. Oh, I get a chance to see this little.
This foundation in the light.
It looked good in the bathroom light. I'm looking at it now, and I ain't too sure. What do y' all think?
So I have some real good stuff to tell y' all tonight.
I'm gonna wait until a few more people get on so that we have a pretty good audience. But thank you guys who come early. Thank y' all for. For coming. I appreciate it. Let me know you in the house. It's 11 people here, so I know it gotta be a good. What? Okay, 13. So it's 11 at least that are on Facebook. So my Facebook family and everywhere else, thank y' all for joining us. If you're joining us from LinkedIn now, you can join us directly from your LinkedIn account. And that is amazing. We're about to take this thing to a whole nother level. With Solutions by tj, I am about to invest fully in the game. Guess who's back in the mother, huh? Yeah, that's me. Solutions by TJ. I'm excited because I have written out at least 15 days worth of video ideas, and I'm still. Still writing some out. You know, when you do these YouTube, the YouTube channel.
You start repeating yourself with videos, and I'm not good with repeating myself. Like, when I've said something and I've taught something, I feel like, okay, if I do it again, I'm just doing it for the gram, you know, or I'm sorry, I'm doing it for the tube. I'm not on the world. I'm doing it for YouTube. I'm doing it for the likes. But I guess that's what you have to do for the new people who are coming in. For my regular people, though, I. I like giving fresh content. I like giving a new handle on something. And there aren't a lot of ways to give a new handle on stuff that you've already talked about, so I'm trying to figure that out. But I do have at least 15 days worth of new material. So if you guys have any type of.
Hip hop notary live. Shut up, Sean. If you guys have any ideas or any content, any. Any topics that you want to talk about or that you want me, please don't hesitate to put it in the comments. That would be perfect. Hey, Ms. Libby. Sean. Stupid butt talking about we just signed a television deal called Hip Hop Notary Lives of Atlanta. You're the dumbest pit bull.
Somebody from Chi town is texting me. Please text Boo. I'm in a meeting with my family.
Yeah, but if there's anything that y' all want to discuss, then please, please, please do me a favor and put that in the comments and I'll get with it. Like, if there's something that you guys are seeing in the notary world that you just say, tj, listen, this is puzzling me, and I want to talk about it.
There are a few things I thought about. Having a monthly group mentorship.
Call, and I need to know what y' all think about that. Me, personally, I don't know what we talk about every. Every month. I. I have no clue. Because to me, the documents change a lot. Like, what will we talk about?
I don't know. So let me know your thoughts about it. We've already gone over the documents. We went through one with Mariama, man. Me and Mariama got sick after we did that video because it was so freaking. Oh, it was the. It was the doggone loan documents from hell. It was every single thing that you could think of that you wouldn't know what to do was in that loan packet. So, I mean, once you've done that.
You know, what else do you. Where do you go from there? So we've gone through the. The actual loan document. So if you have not reviewed that training, it is the group mentorship. If you need a link for that, then let me know and I'll give that to you. You can actually go to Solutions by TJ.com and it should be on that at the bottom of that front page. And all things need a Jean said, do you prefer Apostille alone signings? I prefer Apostille jobs. I prefer Apostille 9,000%. Sean said, Apostille too. You ain't printing 200, 400, because 200 is just one copy. Hello. Not printing that. You're only printing maybe one certificate or something. If that Sean does it remotely, I do it mobile and I'm gonna start doing remote. But I mean, man, the money is great and I'm in the process of.
What is she trying to do? Here come Baby Dog. Big butt. Let her go. See what she's trying to do. I'm in the process. You always want to be with you. What you do to her.
You're always. I'm in the process of growing that business through YouTube. Hey, now, see, you see Hot. Y' all remember Baby It Out. Don't hit the computer.
She looking at the camera. You hit that camera, I'mma beat you. Beat the gray off of you. I promise.
That's Baby Dog.
Going on. Sit down. So, yeah, I prefer. Definitely prefer Apostille Jobs to anything else because you notarize it. If it's a document that needs to be notarized, you fill out the form that the Secretary of State requires and then send it to the Secretary of State and get it back. It's simple, easy peasy.
And so those are a couple of things that I'm going to be talking about on. On various videos.
I'm excited about it. Excited, excited, excited. So another thing. So I don't know if y' all had a chance to look at the description of this video, but tonight.
Is your chance to join my monthly membership.
Site. Monthly membership. Every single month, we are going to have guest speakers or guest topics. There will be a different topic every single month. Fingerprinting process, serving.
Transcriptions.
What is that called? When you sit for. What is that called.
That gum it on a drill blank. But it's when you sit for court. Oh, my God. It's like you're a moderator. I can't remember the name of it, but we're talking about it. Hello. So we have various people coming. We have a topic I've chosen. Oh, you know what? Why am I trying to think about it when I have the topics? I'm tripping. I have 12 topics already planned out for you guys. And let me open.
Is.
Okay, so we'll be talking about remote online notary stuff, apostille field inspections, fingerprinting, immigration services, I9 form processing process, serving, wedding officiant, being a signing agent.
Deposition, witness. That's what I was talking about. Witnessing depositions, as well as witnessing the opening of safe deposit boxes and personal concierge. We'll be talking about all that stuff. And not only that. So that's about 13 topics. We're gonna go one a month at a minimum. Now, this is, you know, how I do it. Y' all know it's gonna be top of the line, and it's gonna be actionable thing. When. When. When I create a topic and we sit down and I take my time. I will. Here she go with this. Madison. Start. Don't start. No, ma', am. No.
Give me, give me.
She didn't got big. Now I can't get the door. Don't. Now she running from Madison.
You ain't gonna act right. Go have.
Go make her get in a cab.
Okay, so sorry about that. So you. Oh, permit processor. That's it. Okay, let me put that down, too, Sean. Thank you.
Permit runner. Is it permit process or a permit runner?
Okay, so those are the topics. And not only that, we are going to start interviewing the Secretary of State for various states. I'm going to start with Texas because I've already been in contact with them. We're going to do Texas, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina. Did I mention Georgia already?
And I think those are the ones that I have that I have in mind right now.
Okay. Yep, yep, yep. So we're also gonna go. We're gonna start diving deeper to understand exactly what they want and what they need. And, you know, from the ones that I've spoken to, everybody is saying the same thing. The main issue that they have is people messing up with the notarial certificate. That's crazy, because that's the main part that we should know. We don't have to know anything else about the documents that we're processing, but. But we should Be able to get that part right. So in the upcoming videos, I'm going to go over. Hey, Maddie, close that door. I'm going to go over again how to.
How to complete an acknowledgment. Jurat, all that stuff.
So that's very.
Yeah. So, yep, yep, yep. That basic notary stuff never dies, y'. All. It's a part of our job. It's some things that we need to understand. Like if somebody asks you right now, hey, make sure that that bottom one is locked. I know this is real ghetto. I'm sorry. You know how we do. But baby dog. And not trying to tell the whole cage down because she ain't in here.
But.
So if somebody asks you right now what is a warranty deed, how would you answer that question?
Because those are the basics of what we do. That's one of the basics. Can you answer some of these basic questions as a loan signing agent right off the top of your head? If not, you haven't mastered your job yet and there's still time, but you need to. There are some things that you need to know. What is an affidavit?
What, what is, what is a notary's job?
There are some things that you need to know right off the top of your head very, very quickly that I want to go over. And I want you guys to learn and go over too.
Clear title and right to sell. That. What is that? Clear title and right to sell. That's the definition of a warranty. Or are you saying what is clear title.
And right to sale? Sean, now you know I can't stand them little, little answers. Them little half that's, you gonna make me cuss them little half answers you typing down.
Sean, stop it. But yeah. So those are the type of things that we're going to be going over. So the link to the, to the monthly membership program is in the description. I can give it to you guys now. It's on the website as well. I put a link here, but it's on the website as well.
Under monthly membership, it's 37 bucks. You can't freaking beat that. Now this is who I want because I don't want everybody. So listen, I want people who are action takers and money makers. I do not want people who are just there to absorb information. If you are just doing this and paying 37amonth just to absorb information and you too scared to make a move, it's probably not for you. Because I, I, I don't know why that just bothers my spirit.
I need for you to make money. I don't need for you just to get knowledge.
You need for you to make money. Hell, you need that. It's like for me, I want you ready to take action. We have somebody speak. You figure out if that's something that you want to add to your repertoire of notary stuff and you take action. Other than that, you wasting your money. And I. I want a clear conscious.
That I'm not just taking your money, baby. So I want action takers. I want people who are motivated. I want people who say, dang, $30, that ain't nothing. Let me go and sign up today if that's not you. Listen, I have a limited amount of space and a limited amount of time in my limited brain to think about this stuff. So I have to focus on the people who are ready to go because it's a lot of money out here. So in this monthly membership, that's not all that you'll get. Right. If I come out with another product, say for instance, because one. One thing that I'm working on right now, I want to teach you guys how to do paid advertising. Right now, in order to build my apostille business, I'm using Google Ads along with my Google business page. So if you are a member, you'll never pay full price again. So if I come out with something that's $347, guess what? My members ain't paying $347. Not at all. Not at all.
Will they pay half of that? More than likely. Not more than likely. They'll get about a 75% discount off of everything that I have just for sticking with me on a monthly basis. And I'm just putting stuff out because this ain't for me, man. Anybody that has taken my trainings, no, it ain't for me. Like when we do these trainings.
Everybody that is there is as much of a part of that thing as I am, right? We all answer each other's questions. That's this whole Solutions by TJ family. We answer each other's questions. We put. I'm just the curator of this. I'm just putting this together for you guys. And then you build the training by asking the questions that you need, right? And then we all come to a better understanding of exactly what all of this stuff is, and we figure out how to do it, how to maneuver, and we all make money. That is what it's about.
37Amonth.
That's it. That's it.
Sean, go on and pay your 37 you know you're an action taker now it might take you a little while to do some action, but guess God dog it, once you get your motor running and you stop losing emails and all that foolishness.
Yes.
You know you're an action taker friend.
So yeah, go on. And.
I'm not dependable and I'm shy. Count you out. Of what? Sean. You're not Sean.
He is. I don't know what this fake shy stuff is. He is a little shy. How you 99 years old and still shy? Stop it.
I can see shy. God dog on 19. After 19, it's over.
She's a grown ass man talking about he's shy, I'm shy, you don't shut up. But anyway, y', all. So that's the monthly membership site. I'm excited about it. Oh, it's gonna be good. And we're making money, so.
It'S exciting. Exciting, exciting, exciting, exciting. So there is the link. Go on and sign up. If you have any issues signing up, then Let me know.
Ms. Davis, how you doing? What you talking about? You close. What? You close what daily you said? Oh, I close those daily. Lord. You close what? Oh, bad signers. Sean on here cutting up the night talking about he's shy. All this foolishness in my comments. But so how has yalls week been? What do y' all have? What's going on? This is a bit, you know what I, I have had for me to get on here and have a smile on my face. Hello. I didn't have a heck of a day, y'. All. I didn't teared up at least once. My cousin and her fiance took me out to eat. I teared up once and I woke up. Well, I don't know where my decline went. I don't know what happened. I, I, I don't know. I think I, I cut one of my friend's hair and I don't know if the, if some energy transferred. I have no clue, baby, but I got thrown off. So praise be to God, I got it back together. And I don't know what helped, but.
Sean talking about he working on the other 98 problems and shyness ain't one. Shut the heck of Sean. He is a mess.
So I'm just, I'm really glad that I made it and I feel a lot better. I actually felt good enough to, to put, to, to look like somebody for y' all this evening because baby.
You don't know what people be going through.
Hey, Ms. Lucy, how are you?
Ms. Stephanie Oliver.
Court. Reporting. Okay, I'll miss Nada Jean.
All right, so what's been going on in yalls world? Where's Ms. Thomasina? She hadn't gotten on yet. I don't know why this thing is.
Looking a bit weird. Let me see how I look on YouTube because I can't. I can't tell. Does it look. It's saying my. My Internet.
And I'm plugged in. I can't stand it when that happens, bro. I don't understand how your Internet can mess up and you plugged in.
That's foolishness.
Okay. Looks good. Okay.
Thank you.
Oh. Hola. Thank you. S Mercede 09.18. What's your name?
I appreciate that.
Y'. All. Send love my way. Please send love my way. Because sometimes, baby, listen. As a single woman doing all of the stuff I do, there are. I would say 98 of the time, I feel like I'm swinging at this life by myself.
For real. So send me some love. Because that had been. Hey, Sonia. Thank you. That had been on my heart.
Sean said, is that Mercede from Puerto Rico? But that had been on my heart. My heart had been heavy for that man because I do so much. And it's me. It's just this. This little old lady that you see with this green background and this. What is this? Is this leopard? This leopard shirt? Yeah. It just be me, Father God. So.
Whoo. These shoulders are not me. A man's shoulders, but I carry a whole bunch of weight on these shoulders, baby.
And try to keep a smile on my face and keep baby girl happy. So please send me some love from, From. From your heart to mine. I'll be needing it.
Hey, Tawana Scott. Thank you. Ayanna and Stephanie Oliver. I do appreciate the black love.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it's some other single moms out there, and, you know, all of us are getting it, but I tell you, there is a difference.
When you can at least lay in the bed and have somebody to talk to to tell about your day or to look over and ask a question to.
Sandy. I don't want to be strong all the time.
I sound like I had to laugh at that because that's how I sound, like I was talking to my mama. I don't want to be strong all the time. Shoot. Thank you, though. I appreciate it. Thank you. Thank you, thank you.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Yes, Sonia, thank you for saying that.
It's a lot. It could be a lot. And at times, it. Well, the more you do it and the more you put on your shoulders, it starts weighing on you. Maybe I got a lot on my shoulders and I can't. I can't look to the. To the right or to the left and say, baby, what we gonna do? It's on me. What.
Baby? Need a new pair of shoes? It's on me. She got a daddy.
It's on me. You hear me? On me. So.
Yeah.
What do you mean, Nata Jean, Open up your options.
Let's talk about it.
But so, yeah, in the notary world, what's been going on with you guys? Hey, Stani.
God got you. I know, Sonia, I know. God got me. I. I know, I know. But you get it, right? I know, I know. I talk to him all the time, but sometimes, I mean, we. We on earth and we physical. So. Baby, that just.
Oh, and I don't. Not at all. I don't just limit myself to brothers. I'm open. Yeah, I'm open.
Sandy. I am.
I am.
Yeah, I'm definitely open. I mean, I don't close myself off.
I'm a very open person. I'm open minded.
Thank you, Sonia. I appreciate it.
I appreciate it. I appreciate it. So I wanted to share with y' all and, man, so I did a. An apostille job this week that came back and I meant to take pictures so that I could show y' all what those documents look like without sharing any names and all of that stuff. But it's such a simple process. It's such an easy document. Of course you do. You know, there can be complexities in everything. It depends on what. What the deal is with them. And praise be to God, I can call Sean and worry the dickens out of him. Where did he go? Now he ain't got nothing to say. Hey, Amber.
Now he ain't got nothing to say. Oh, now he didn't. Went back to shy. Shut the heck up, Sean.
But the jobs are super duper easy. I mean, Sean has come across some complex ones, but, boy, it's nothing to be afraid of. So, Ms. Stephanie Oliver. Let me see what you're saying. I had a notary job for an estate planning. Two witnesses were needed, four notarizations and about 40 signatures. How much did you charge for that, Stephanie?
That sounds like a good. A good amount. That sound like at least a 200 job.
For real.
That I promise you. That sound like 200 to me. I'm listening to how much you're charged.
I'm closed. No female aliens from space. What are you.
I'm gonna have to get my belt on, Sean, because he cutting up tonight.
Sean talking about. I'm closed. No female aliens from space. What are you talking about, friend?
I know that's right, Ms. Ayanna. Same here. But we got this, baby. We ain't got no choice. We better have it. Who else gonna have it? Sh.
Oh, okay. Sean said y' all open. I'm closed. No female alias for. Ah.
I get it. You so dumb. You're dumb.
That's why. That's my boy.
He is silly, isn't he? Oh, he's silly. He is comic relief. Stephanie, I need to know how much you charge for that.
Because I know that should have been okay. She actually canceled the appointment. But I need to get a fee plan for that. Like for my time. Professional service. It needs to be. It needs to be about $200.
Now let's ask the room. Hey, Jennifer, thank you for coming. I'm glad you're here. Ask. Ask any question you want. Anything notary related. Well, anything. I don't care. Nothing is off limits for you.
So just ask and we will.
We will oblige.
Hey, girl. Hey.
So, okay. So y' all saw what Stephanie. What Stephanie posted, right? I want y' all to put a number in the chat of how much you charge for this? She says, I had a notary signing, a notary job for an estate planning. Two witnesses were needed, four notarizations and about 40 signatures. How much would you charge your client for this?
I want. I want to hear from y'. All.
How much would you charge for it?
Oh, let me leave it up. How about that?
Put it in the chat. You can just put a number. Stephanie, you thought about 200? It's not a bad price.
Death row notaries. What do you think, Ms. Levy? I quoted 75. They gave me a hundred.
That's real cheap. Ms. Libby, you need to. You. You need. That's cheap.
Anybody else?
Ms. Sonia? Anay?
Nada. Jean.
What would y' all charge for that job?
Let me see. I would say 220. Okay.
Sean said as a Ron, the minimum is a hundred dollars. 25 per stamp. And it goes up from there. Travel time.
Prep time ettery. As a wet mobile. As a mobile wet notary.
So Sean said for a RON job, at a minimum.
It would be a hundred dollars.
Yeah, well, I mean, you can call what you want professional fee, processing fee, administration fee. It be $200? Yeah.
Okay, Ms. Amber. 250 at least. Yeah.
Okay. Do you need to purchase an NNA background check every year or can I Purchase a background check from identical.
I am not sure. Well, why are you asking that question? Number one, because the reason that I get the background check is because.
It allows me to stay active and relevant with the National Notary association and, and with SnapDocs. So if SnapDocs, where I make my money, will accept identical, I would. So I don't know that question. Anybody? I don't know that answer. Can anybody else answer that?
Okay, peace. Was thinking 220.
Okay, Ron. Prep time. Ron equals prep time. And $25 a stamp. Electronic mobile notary equals travel. Sean, Dang it. Give us a price. God.
Jesus.
If it's Ron, okay, we got it. A hundred dollars. If it's a wet stamp and you gotta travel, what's your other price?
I know, I thought she. You know what? I know she said I didn't go and I went with it. But in my mind I was thinking identity.
I was.
If you're doing a signings. If you are doing signing service work, some of the companies specifically want background check. Yeah, I agree.
And I just use everything NNA because it's recognized throughout our industry. Right. They are the authority in our industry. So I haven't had a problem with it. The only thing that I think I don't is that E and O insurance from Viberk.
Hey, Miranda.
Shout out to Miranda. She's helping me get some topics too.
I'm gonna go in our. Go in our notary group and look through some questions in there and create some stuff.
Oh, my gosh. Shot is stupid. What are you talking about? Don't be an.
Lol. Okay, so however much you make on your day job per hour, that's your starting price. I can't find a middle finger.
I don't agree with that. However much you make an hour on your day job, that ain't the truth.
This ain't got nothing to do with how much you make on your day job an hour. The price is about $200 at a minimum. That's what I would charge. He told me I can't find a middle finger emoji. You're stupid.
Oh, boy.
Yeah. So we were all around the same price. And of course, I mean, if they balk at that, which I doubt they will, what I would do too is of course Google is your friend.
I would look up.
Or start calling other notaries to get their rates, but I would. That's. That's how much I charge. If I had to go down, it would still be like 175.
Yeah.
If I just had to if they were like, oh, we can't afford that. But most people who are doing estate planning can't afford that. Just FYI, you know what I'm saying? You know how many people don't do estate planning?
You have your witnesses and everybody else. I got to deal with all of these people and coordinate and. And, yeah.
Any other questions? I love that, though. Stephanie, you go.
I'm not going to say. You sure? I'm not going to entertain you. Oh, that.
I am not.
So where's my new friend? I forgot her name. That gummy. Okay, Ms. Jennifer, what are you up to?
What are you doing in the notary world right now?
Have you gotten started? Are you curious or where are you? So we can help you out?
So while she's coming up, I'll tell y'. All.
So when you go all guns blazing, right? When you just enter an endeavor and say, you know what, man? I'm just gonna put it out there. I'm go all the way. It takes a lot of heart. It takes a lot of courage, and.
Yeah, yeah. I'm on a faithful. A faith walk right now, and I'm doing a lot. I tell you, man, you learn so much in the fire. Golly, I cannot wait until I have.
A class on short term rental. I doggone there feel like just coming out with a class and giving y' all the real raw, uncut truth about this thing within the next two weeks, because I got some real stuff to say. Everybody wants to get into this short term rental business, but I. There are some things that your butt needs to know before you do it that these people are not telling you.
And I, you know, I'm learning and a whole bunch of. Man, oh, boy. God has me. It's a bunch of great stuff going on. I just.
The materialization of all of it. I'm ready for it. You know what I'm saying? I'm ready for all of it to come true. And come on, get here fast so that we can go. I'm trying to figure out now, I tried to be nice to baby dog and let her out, and did you see her get that same toy?
She don't mess with that toy. I swear to God. She don't mess with that toy until I get on here. She does not. She has not picked that toy up in months.
So, yeah.
Oh, yeah, Raina. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I have some real good things to say. I feel like just doing an impromptu something.
I' ma charge for it. I'm definitely gonna charge for it. I mean, because What I have to say, I'mma save you a whole lot of money and a whole lot of heartache and show you some real, real, real life stuff. Right? So.
I would love to do it.
Yeah, there's going to be an investment. So people again, who are in my membership, course, y' all ain't gonna pay the same. I mean in my. Who are a part of the members, the membership, y' all won't pay the same thing, but everybody else something, it's gonna be well worth it. I don't know if I want to have it on Clubhouse. I kind of want to have it on Clubhouse, but then I want to have it on LinkedIn too. So that, because I want to.
I want people, you know what if I could figure out how to have it between.
Zoom, LinkedIn and Clubhouse, that'll work.
Oh, girl, I can definitely tell you where to start.
Definitely, definitely. So this weekend I, I got this crazy. This just fell in my lap. I'm in a mastermind with a whole bunch of other ladies in the Houston area who have short term rentals. And one of the ladies was supp. Supposed to speak at the African American Realtors Association's conference and she couldn't do it. So she said, is anybody available? I said, sure, I'll do it, no problem. And so I talked to them about the short term rental business in Houston and boy, it was amazing. I mean, I gave them so much information within that hour.
It was awesome. The link is in the comments.
Try to put it in here again. The membership link. Yeah, there it is. Membership link is in the comments again.
And so Raina, email me so that.
So that when, when I do it, I'll be able to contact you and let you know.
Because that'll be a good one. I mean, that'll be my, you know, I'm.
Yeah, that'll be a good one. Really, really, really powerful. Really, really good one.
That'll be a good one. I'm excited about it.
That'll be a good one, y'. All.
I just thought of that because the, the, the, the conversation that we had this weekend was so great. Just going over the Houston market, what's going on in the Houston market, the increase in influx of people who have.
Started within the short term rental business from this time. Statistically. Right. They looked at it in July, so from January to July in Houston.
How much of an increase there was. And people are thinking about coming into the Houston market. And so, yeah, we. City council has data. It's very, very, very interesting. So I pull out all of that. And, man, you know you get the goods with me. I'm gonna tell you the truth. I'm gonna tell you my truth. I ain't gonna tell you nobody else's truth. But that's all you can ever do, right? So, yeah, I can get you started, most definitely.
I'm also thinking about.
Taking on a few. If you need mentorship, taking on a few mentoring clients. So reach out to me with that, just so that you can be able to call me and I can walk you through getting set up. If that's what you so wish to do, I can do that.
And yeah, man, y', all, for somebody who don't be wanting to get on here sometimes I don't been on here 43 minutes. That's crazy.
And I say that, baby, because I go through. I boy, I just be battling. I just be battling. But this week, I'm coming up with content.
Not coming up with content. I'm filming for you guys various videos. I'm also.
I have a conference this coming Thursday.
For the short term rental business that I'm going to. I joined the Houston Visitors Bureau, so I'm going there, meeting a whole bunch of people, shaking hands and kissing babies. And so I'm excited about it. This should be an amazing week. I'm so glad. I feel better than I felt earlier today, Father God, I don't know what that was. It wasn't fun, though.
But it's over.
So hopefully I can get a good night's rest tonight.
Anybody have any questions for me?
Anybody? Going once. Going twice. Three times, lady, and I.
Will always love you. Y' all know that. Once, twice.
Three times later. Who is that? Was that Richard? Oh, I mean, was that Linear Richie?
Maybe I'm dating myself. Never mind.
Anybody have any questions? No. Yes. No. Maybe.
Because that's all I had, honey.
So do yourself a favor, go on and sign up for that $37. That was no Lou Rawls. Was.

You play too much. I swear.
It was Lionel Richie. See, I just Waterhead Boppadop looking.

If you can't afford 37, I can't do nothing for you, man, because that's as low as I can go. Don't email me about that.
But you're gonna be glad you're gonna be very, very glad that you did. I promise you. All right, so since y' all don't have any questions and I don't have anything else, we are gonna call it a night. Going once, going twice.
Just listen to Drake and Future every morning.
Yeah, I'm not gonna do that, Sean. But.
Thank y' all so much. Y' all have a super blessed week, man. May the good Lord cover y'. All. And y' all just have an amazing attitude and make a whole bunch of money, man. Just, you know, keep up. Ms. Rita Allen has started her one on one face to face. It's amazing. I'll let her tell you about it once she. Once she's finished, but I know, man, you know Mariama is a beast, right? So.
Yeah, I know. It's good. Did she just text me? Not at Shaman. What are you saying?
Stop it, Sean. I'm online. Okay. All right, y'. All. So y' all have a great night. I love y' all to life. We're not gonna have Baby Dog on next time. It's not gonna be ghetto next week. I so.
