Solutions by TJ and hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. And thank you so much for coming to what Sunday Funday with Solutions by tj. So I'm excited, as usual. This has been a really interesting week. All of this rain in Houston. I have. Man, I have not stopped going.
I had a whole lot of appointments this week just trying to get everything with my spirit and my health and just my everything just going and up and running. But you know what? Today is absolutely about you all, man. I want to know what your most pressing questions are. You know, one thing that I'm finding to be so freaking interesting is that, you know, I started thinking since I've been doing this channel, right, that I've hit a whole bunch of people and. And, you know, I'm still seeing growth in the channel. I didn't know that I'm. I didn't know that I was reaching so many new people that are coming into this industry and still trying to figure out, okay, what do I do? How do I do it? How do I get started? And so. Hey, Kelly, how are you? Thank you for coming.
I want to start, you know, coming back to the beginning in a way and still helping everybody as much as possible, like helping, you know, everybody from the very beginning all the way to those who are currently in the business and ready to just go to the next level. Hey, Thomasina, how are you? So today I want to talk about what y' all are seeing in the industry and how this month has been, you know, we're in May now. How has the money been in the market? Have you seen a slowdown in the market? Have you seen upticks? I mean, I can tell you from. From our experience. And I have to ask other people, because when you've been doing this so long and your accuracy is on point, like Mariama always talks about, you keep getting jobs. So when other people aren't working, your stuff is consistent, right? And little things that I'm seeing a lot of people take for granted. For instance, using a blue pen versus a black pen. Whether they ask you or not.
Makes a dadgum difference. It makes a difference because just think about it. When you photocopy a blue pen, it's different from when you photocopy a black pen. You know that a blue pen is going to be way more authentic. It cannot be duplicated and made counterfeit as easily as a black pen can. That's why it's just zero questions asked. Always use a blue pen. Other things that Mariama mentioned always completely spell out the month. Don't put 0507. If it is May 1st, then put the number 1st. And so I'm just seeing a whole bunch of stuff in the. In the system that, like, people are just, man, you know, there are a lot of people coming into this industry, but there's so many people doing this thing wrong with small mistakes. Super small mistakes. Awesome. So, hey, Thomasina said I stay busy. I'm learning consistency. And I always ask before I assume. I never, ever assume. That's, you know, that is really, really good. This month has been wonderful. No slowdown for me in Pennsylvania. I love it. Might have been the same TJ Pride myself. This is Miranda on good work ethic. Awesome. So. So just to be clear, put a 1 in the chat if y' all are reaching the 10,000 and up level.
If you don't mind saying that. Have y'. All, you know what. What level are y' all aspiring to achieve? When you say I'm ready to level up, that's an important question. Hey, shayna. Ms. Congeniality. Ms. Pam Rosalind. How are you? My friend Miranda's in the.
Okay. So, Ms. Thomasina, you. Okay. So I get it. I get it. And in Pennsylvania, you should be able to level up quite easily. Hey, Sandra. You should be able to level up quite easily.
To that level and above. And let me ask y' all another question. Do y' all have, like, I know people have friends who are full time realtors, real estate agents.
Let me know that question because I want to know, are you supported by your friends who are in the industry? Do they understand one, what you do as a notary public loan signing agent? Do they understand what you do? Have you talked to them and not just told them what you do, but ask them for their business? Every time you close, I want to be at the table. I. I want to support you.
Answer that question. Hey, Lashan is in the house. My dog. Thank you for joining us. Yeah, y' all know I'm goofy and locked them stupid keys in the car. You know how you close the door and I'm talking about before the door leaves your hand. Good. You know you locked them key. I was like, oh, my goodness. But luckily they came out real quick and. And got me. Got me together. Well, 45 minutes, that ain't real quick, but it could have been worse.
So that's good. Thomas Cena. So awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Sandra says, no, I have no friends in real estate. So do you go to networking mixers with realtors? How do y' all do with networking. My name is Latonya Johnson and I am not a good networker. Hello, baby. Kayla. So see Hunter, she's on. On YouTube. I don't know if she's here today. So we went to this event in Houston this weekend called Business over breakfast. Bob, it was fun. It was fun. It was a bunch of young people younger than me. Okay. But it was so. I mean, the energy in that room was magnetic. It was a whole bunch of money in the room. And, you know, of course you want to go around and meet people and. Yeah. So I can do that in small doses. But I don't know what to say when networking. Hi, my name is tj. I mean, I don't know. I'm Goof. I don't know. I got. I need. I need a coach on that. I need a networking coach.
Yes. Oh, Thomasina, you're good at it. Okay.
Absolutely. Chamber of commerce. And I'm about to tear it up in a minute. I know, Libby. I know. I'm telling you because I don't know, like, for people that I don't know, how do you just walk up to people you don't know and interject yourself in a conversation? I just. I. Okay, y' all could tell me how to do this, and I'm sure that it's gonna bless somebody else. Like, when you're networking.
How do you.
Just. Do you just go up and say, hi, my name is tj. How are you? Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Are you enjoying the event? All right, cool. So what do you do? Is that how it goes?
That two minute elevator commercial be sounding fake? Thomas Cena.
All right, D. Hayward, now you. You. Okay, wait, let me put this on the dadgum screen. D. Let me. Chica. Why are you not utilizing what you have? And when you talk about all of these connect, you have to. It's time to get on the phone. Like, I'm not talking about next month. I'm talking about you need to be on the phone on Monday morning, sis. Calling people that you know and asking for their business, asking for their support. How. And. And let's talk about this. This. You know, let's role play this. I kind of wish we were on Clubhouse so that we could.
So that we could talk back and forth because, you know, I want to know how you are going to.
Ask people for their business. Ask them to support you. Number one is, you know, for the people that you haven't talked to. Hey, girl. I know you're in real estate and I'm a notary public loan Signing agent. And I just wanted to know, like, do how many. How often do your clients use a notary public loan signing agent. Sometimes, but not always. Why not always?
And don't over talk. Don't oversell yourself, right? Listen to what they have to say.
And when they say not always because, you know, they don't want to pay the 100, $200 or such. Well, what do you give them as a. As a housewarming gift?
Do you give them the gift of convenience for that 100, $200, or do you give them a set of knives.
Hello. Sign. You know.
Do you think that they would value being able to close at their own convenience versus having to leave their kids, leave their job, you know, go to the title company for hours, possibly wait. It's on their terms. At the comfort of. In the comfort of their home.
Justice professional. So. Okay. All right, so let me see what y' all talking about over here. Okay. Yeah, D, you gotta utilize. Thank you, Miranda. Two minute elevator pitch Boy. Thomasina, we're gonna have to get on. Get on clubhouse after this because I need to hear your elevator pitch and how you sell yourself.
Now. Oh, okay. So, Miranda, that's a good one. Hey, girl, I like your shoes. Now. That's a good one.
Okay.
Give a compliment. That's a good one. All right. I'm learning. I'm learning. Okay, so how do you keep it real, Thomasini? I need details. Hey, Tammy, the. The Chamber of commerce out here in Northern VA charge around $300 to join. So are you going to join Tammy?
And how much can you make from the connections that you make at the Chamber of Commerce? Like, it costs you 300. But what's your return on that $300 investment? Because that's how you got to think about it. You know what I'm saying? What other businesses are currently in a part of the chamber and how. What is their structure for. For referrals for each of the businesses? Those are the types of things that you have to ask before you make that type of investment.
So Kimmy Vet said, make sure you have your business card and start with that. What do you mean? Just.
Pull out? Okay. So I. Y' all know I use that hi, hello app, and I turned this guy onto it and he was so happy. He set his up this weekend. One of the guys that I met that was super incredible at this event, he was one of the hosts. Let me show y' all the app that I'm using.
Okay. Y' all see that purple one? I'm trying to get it close enough. Okay. Y' all can't see that. It's the purple one that says hi, hello. Hopefully y' all saw it. But the app is called hi, hello. It's a digital business card the Ms. LaShawn with the notary Institute institution told me about. And I've been using it and I love it. I'm thinking about upgrading that one because they have another, another tier that you can go to, but. So what am I supposed to do with my business card? Hi, I'm. Hi, my name is tj. That's so goofy to me. Just walking up to people telling them my name and saying hello. What if they just turn back around and start talking to each other?
Okay, so Sandra, Clubhouse is an app. Look on your phone if you have. They just came over to Android. So look on your phone, look for the apps in the Google Play store or in the Apple. Apple under Apple apps and search for Clubhouse. One word and it's a place where, you know, you could think of it like a hotel that's having a convention. And you're on one floor, there are rooms on that floor and you walk into the hallway and all of the doors have a title that tell you what their conversation is about. That's Clubhouse.
Okay, so Thomasina, how are you? Awesome event. How is your John Hancock? How is your John Hancock? What that mean? Your signature? They laugh. Then I let them know that I'm a mobile notary public loan signing agent.
How's your John Hancock? Okay, okay. Hey, Santia.
Yeah, that's true. Laughter is always key.
Realtors here in this area do not generally know what an NSA is and have never been a part some. So Cheryl, that is where we come in. And I totally agree. I totally agree. They don't understand the value of what you do. So you have to educate them.
And so many people to me just dumb. I mean people outside of this industry dumb the notary down like, oh, she's a notary. Because they think it's six to ten dollars. Right? When we making way more than that.
So we have to educate people. And the, you know, the low hanging fruit is all family, right? So that's what we should go after first.
So darkness fall. No, that's $300 times five counties.
Oh, that's not bad.
Wait a minute. $300 per county? Or are all counties in that $300?
Jesus. I hope you saying that all counties in that 500. You see me clinch my pearls. Jesus.
So that's $1500 if that's the case for five counties. But why don't you just. Well, can you start out with just the county in your area and can you get in and then get on, like, boards and become active and then really just meet everybody? You know what I'm saying?
Oh, per county. God dang.
Okay.
But you kill. But. Okay, so Tammy.
Tammy, put a one in the chat.
If you are close to or at $10,000 a month, like, do you have enough business? What. What. What level are you at? I need to know that.
Because you should be at a pretty high level because, man, I. Man, Virginia is booming all the time in everything, in my opinion.
So Marika says that, you know, she has several friends in real estate, but. But she just doesn't know how to approach them. So, you know, this is. This is marketing mayhem. And I'm going to have more.
Discussions with you guys on marketing because that's how we get more business and grow to those levels. Now, I might not be good at a networking event like large events, where it's a whole bunch of people. It feels like people are high side and everybody is trying to be cute. Some people are in low, low groups and huddles and clicks. I don't. That's not my best operation. However, I can stop at builders offices. I can talk to my friends. I do better one on one or in small groups. But I want to learn how to work the crowd in larger groups too. And there's also something that I want us to invest in.
And I gotta figure that out. It's called Mix TRO M I X T R O Z. And what that does is it costs $5,000, number one. Well, let me show y'. All. Shoot. Hold on, Saints.
We're going on a trip on our favorite rocket ship. M I X T R O Z. Oh, z dot com. See if that works.
And you can try it for free. Can y'. All. Oh, y' all can't see me yet. Hold on.
Okay, so let me know if y' all can see me. Okay, Y' all can see me. I'm there. I want to take me totally off of the screen. Okay, There we go. So this is mixed Rose, right? And.
This is what it does.
Okay, so let me see. I wonder if y' all can hear my screen.
Hold on one second, y'. All. Oh, wait.
So this is one of my sorors, her daughter. They are the ones that created this app. And it. It is. I mean, it's really amazing. I love it. I'm trying to get y' all in about.
What the app does.
So, long story short, they were attending these conferences conferences for a networking opportunity.
And the event host suggested attendees go up to someone with the same color dot on their name tag. Ashley deemed that networking activity awkward and enjoyed lunch with her smartphone, but had made zero connections. Later that same day, Ashley shared this experience with her mother, Carrie, who ironically had a similar experience that same week. Which is what I'm talking about. Like, people don't unders. You know, don't. It's just awkward. So the soon to be founders discussed at length the awkwardness of meeting people at events, and then they found a solution for that called Mixtures. Okay, so.
Let'S see if y' all can hear this.
I am Ashley. I see so many familiar faces and that's amazing. Okay, so let me know in the chat if y' all can hear it. If you cannot, I need to know that too.
Can y' all hear it? Type yes in.
If y' all can hear me when I'm playing that video.
Okay, perfect. Okay. I don't know what this out of state absentee thing is. Is going now on my banners.
Hold on, y'. All. Let me change that.
Don't know what that is.
That's the one I want there. Okay. Okay, so I'm back here. Many of you know, but if you don't. I am an extrovert. I love meeting new people. I love interesting conversation. Yet for some reason, when I go to networking events, it leaves me feeling kind of like this. Have you been here? Are you here right now to feel this way? I am Ashley Ammons. I am the co founder and daughter of the Mixture as Dean. And I am Carrie Schrader. I'm the co founder and her mother. I partnered with my mom, Carrie Schrader, a former host. Oh, my God. Carrie is also my same mom. So here's the. Yeah. I'm going to talk a little bit about how we build this and how this experience, what you've experienced today, will allow you to build creative in the know of technology. So face to face is everything. Your phone is great. All of this technology is awesome. But there is not going to be a technology in our lifetime that replaces face to face connectivity. Remember that. Talk to everyone. You give everyone a chance. Because you never know. 100%. This is the feeling.
Okay, so I'm trying to find a demo that gumm. Hold on. Okay. How it works. I'm sorry, that's what I was looking for. How it works. Oh, come on back. Okay. Create your own custom gathering or event with your own branding. Use Your step by step interface to enter all the details, group size, time of the event, and then everyone downloads the app. And then as they as attendees, answer questions. Because you can. You can. Okay. At your gathering, attendees launch the Mixtros app to join your mix. They create a virtual name tag, snap a selfie, answer questions, all in under 2.5 minutes. When the mix is launched, they are assigned a group based on their preferences and are guided to that group for a curated networking session. Right. So automatically you have. You understand people who are like you, right? And who are looking for the same things in that event that you're looking for. So collect your data as your groups meet as attendees, answer questions in our app and meet with their groups. The mixture of meeting and event platform analyzes the data you're collecting real time, compares individual and group data easily to bring your event in an event dashboard. So, you know, it lets you know who's in there. I mean, long story short, I'm sorry, it lets you know who's in the room and who's like you, right? You see their name tag, you see what their interests are. You already have a conversation starter, and it puts y' all together in a group. Say, for instance, it's everybody from Pennsylvania, everybody from Delaware that are notary public loan signing agents. Wouldn't that be awesome? Just to be able to talk to people and. And get information with people who are in your city, in your group. I'm saying all this to say I eventually want us to invest in something like that.
I hope that was worth it for y', all because I was just letting y' all know what I'm trying, what I'm thinking about.
Okay, so let me see.
I'm going back.
Okay, sassy girl. The 300 is for Tammy, which is Darkness Falls, to join the her chamber of commerce in her area. Ms. Kimmy vet said notary is best kept secret because I was gonna get in the industry five years ago. You cannot join all counties. There are applications. Oh, wow.
I can try one, But I feel my way around my county, my county chamber of commerce as I go. Okay, cool. Hey, Cheryl, where are you located? Are you in Virginia also?
Hey, sassy girl.
Hey, Kayla. Let's see. Kayla, I was talking about you earlier, letting people know about the event, and I'm talking about networking and how awkward my silly self is. So we're going over, you know, kind of creative ways to network. And I was showing everyone that Mixtros app that makes it so much easier, in my opinion. And it lets you gather Data on each other, where more people in one area can get together. And that's so. Man. I mean, it's awesome for several reasons. One, because you know every single person who's in the room, right? Just like right now, I know a lot of y', all, but then there are some people who are new who are coming today. I don't know y', all, but I want to. I want to be able to look at something, to know where everybody is with their location, you know, how long they've been in the business. All of that information, you can get it through mixture app. So the more that I know about people, I can start.
Pairing new people with some of you guys that are here. And, you know, if they want to go through the docs, if you've already taken my course, then I can recommend them to you. And if they want something one on one, I mean, it's just different things that we can do. You know, when you know who's in the room and you have contact information and all of that. That's what I'm saying. Okay. Is there an app or system that will auto reply for me for signing jobs? Sometimes I miss a notice by four to five minutes. Oh, baby. Four to five minutes is definitely gone. It's gone after one. After 60 seconds is gone.
So.
I'm not sure. But let us.
Let us look real quick. I'm gonna go back here and I want to look at Zapier because there may be an integration here.
Zapier.com I ain't sure if this will work, but automatic response to text messages.
Explore resources terms.
I know it can automatically hook up with Facebook.
Create zaps. I'm trying to see what all it integrates with.
Okay. Over 3,000 apps.
Because normally they come through text message.
Did it say Gmail? So if it integrates with Google Drive. Oh, it does integrate with Gmail. So if you get them through mail, you can create an automatic reply. But I want to see if you get it through some type of text message. Can you give an automatic reply? Let me see all apps.
Txt.
Okay, so it can. I want to see what it does with the iPhone.
Hi, iPhone customers. IPhone has not yet built an integration on zapier.
IPhone has not yet built an integration on zapier. Okay, so let's go back.
I want to see if Android has.
That's a good question. That means that you'll never miss. Android has not built an integration with Zapier.
Let's look at automatic.
Text replies.
On iPhone. Let's see now this might go good.
Okay. This is how you find out information.
So, in iOS 11, there's a new feature, do Not Disturb while Driving, that allows you to set up an automated text response. It is intended to be used while driving. However, you can turn it on manually whenever you'd like. Open your settings, do not disturb, then scroll down, then scroll to Do Not Disturb while Driving. Now, that's really cool.
Y'. All. That's. That's cool. I'm. Put this. Hold on, Let me see.
Oh, then it gives this thing. So client calls your phone, and then you send an auto response. So your client would be like snapdocs. And then you send. I'm available. Boy, that's cold. You hear me? You'll never miss another one. Now, if you came here tonight, that's a million dollars.
Because.
That is good. Just put the link to that if it shows up.
I thought I put a link. Hello, Saint.
Hold on, y'.
All. Okay, it didn't copy the link. Control C.
And Control V. There you go. So there's the article that I was talking about. We can look for that on Android as well.
But you see, you. You see how to. You know how to find it yourself. You just Google it. If. I mean, man, today is the information age, right? We can find any and everything if we just search for it.
So thank you for asking that question. Creative, frugal, fun. Because that. That is amazing. Like, you can have an auto reply to get right out there. And, you know.
That'S big. Okay, Cheryl. Different prices in different counties here in the dmv. Gotcha.
Okay.
Hey, Miss Rita. That's my friend.
Yeah, marketing. Oh, now you wanna. Okay, so listen, I might need to get Rita on the show, baby, because Rita is Miss Personality. I don't. I. I cannot imagine Rita not making friends any and everywhere. Like, she's the person that I see. Can just see somebody walking down the street and hey, girl. And just start a full conversation. I think she's amazing at that. So, Rita, how is your. How is your marketing going for the notary public loan signing agent stuff?
I know. So Tammy talked about. I. I can do the 300. I'm just mad. College tuition is due for the Offspring, and I'm. Oh, and I'm. Cash rolling. Part of it. I get it. Okay.
You better.
But I mean, that $300 investment, right, might help with that tuition, but you got to check it out first. Like, I'd have to talk to them and find out what their referral processes are. What is the value of me joining that Chamber of commerce, how do they. You know how many realtors are there? Do they? Can I make a presentation? As far as you know what notary signing agents do, are there builders associations in your city? Because if you know, you think chamber of commerce, that's cool. You think of Rotary clubs, that's cool. BNI networking events. There are realtors there, and they are.
Seriously geared toward referrals. That's your referral network. Right.
So those are a few ideas. I just need to get off the signing services, train for a minute and go direct. Exactly. Those services are addictive and they pay me more than what? But I mean, if they paying you more, Tammy, then why. Why do you need to get off of it?
Because they're paying. I mean, so my cousin does not do direct. All of her business comes from Snapdocs and they pay her more all the time.
Between 125 to 175 is average. Sometimes she'll get in the 200s, but when you work for a title company, you're in the 200s more often. I mean, that's the base. You know what I'm saying?
So, no, you don't need to get off the train, but I do want you to.
If you gonna make. If you're gonna level up and get to the point where you want to get, you need to get paid more per job. And the ways to do that is one, networking. Making sure that your paperwork is extremely accurate is number two. That's why I have that notary mentorship at the bottom. If y' all know people who need mentorship, man, we going through these documents and it is precise, very thorough, and stuff that I learned, like, every time Mariama opens her mouth, it just gets better and better.
So.
Knowing those documents, the precision, and then.
What was. What was. I haven't lost my whole. That gum thought. What was I even talking about? Hold on, hold on.
Yeah, I ain't got it. It'll come back to me.
Okay. I'm still looking through comment. Hey, Tarshe.
Which app you talking about? Cheryl?
Which? Appreciate.
Kayla. What was interesting, me navigating through that room.
I just be feeling like I look awkward.
Hey, audrey. Yay, audrey. You can do it.
So creative, frugal. It will be set to accept your response is I'm available. So if you receive a text from Snapdocs, right? Then it'll automatically send a response back to them saying, I'm available.
Because that's what snapdocs requires. So you have responded and that is accepting it. Oh, but I Do see what you're saying? I do see what you're saying because you have to click a link within snapdocs. Got it. Yeah. That ain't quite it. But there are other services that.
Thank you, Alonda. There are other services that will allow you to.
That will say, I'm available. I've seen those on for other. Not Snapdocs, but for other platforms. It'll ask, are you available for this sign? And then you just click in there. Yes, I'm available. I think that's what I was thinking about.
So I got what you're saying. Hey, Cason, could you let me know the site that your surety bond is through by Burke? I'm going to put it in bonding. Putting it in here.
Oh, you know what? My bond is actually through the national. Through the National Notary Association. My E and O insurance.
Is through Biber, but I think they offer bonding as well. I don't know. Don't make me lie.
But you can always check them out. B I, B E R K.
If anybody else here knows, let. Let my man know. Cason or my. My friend. I'm sorry.
Okay. Yes, you can get a million dollars of insurance. Game changer. Okay.
Oh, okay. That's called Mixtros. M I, X T R O Z is the networking app.
And I'm gonna get mixed stroke. So I am going to support her because I do believe that as I start y', all, I still want to do a tour to come out and meet y', all, especially since the world is opening back up. But like I said before, I just can't put all of it together because it is a process. So me and. And Kayla were talking about it.
And so she's going to help me do something in Houston.
But anybody who wants to step up and put something together, let me know. I'll. I'll. I'll flew. I'll fly out.
Oh, wow. Sandra said she got it bonded through her car insurance.
Co beans. Yeah, it's Mixtros.
Hey, johaney.
Y' all are so funny. Oh, see, Hunter said Toastmasters is a win win. You learn network and meet new clients. I was awkward in text in Toastmasters. I'm telling you, I was so awkward.
So did y' all know what I was talking about regarding that. That app thing, you know, changing? So what it said was go into the do not disturb settings and have y' all ever gotten text messages like that to say, are you available? Because that's awesome. If you could just automatically text back, I'm available real fast. Like, that's a game changer.
I know. Kimmy Vet.
I know, right?
Awesome.
I'm going to come with that Airbnb. Airbnb video, and so I can give y' all an update on that as well. Everything is going good. You know, what I'm seeing right now is that I'm working on my pricing. There is. There are apps that let you know what the historical data is for Airbnb and vrbo. Now there are. That's. Those are the two that it includes. It doesn't include the others. So it's a. It's. Airbnb is one of the largest platforms, so that's good. But you just have to know it's not all inclusive all across the industry, and that is called Air DNA. So if you're looking to start an Airbnb and want to see kind of what's, you know, what's going on in your area, then that's what you. That's what you get with the Air DNA. And I'll create a video on that. But.
So I was talking about my pricing, and according to Air DNA, June is like the month that it sets on fire. So far, I've been getting a whole bunch of bookings, like, every freaking weekend. Thursday to Sunday. Well, Thursday to Monday, a lot of times I'm packed. But during the week, I want business from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. You see what I'm saying? So.
I want people to. To spend the night those three days as well. And so I've been playing with the pricing with that, because $10 is better than $0 on those days. Right?
So not necessarily 10, but if it can cover my cost.
It'Ll be good.
Okay, hold on. Let me show this. So, LaShawn, are you still here?
Oh, she's been teaching classes in Austin. So when is your class in.
Dallas? Did this thing just jump by itself? Oh, C. Hunter said, when is your class in Dallas and what is the class about?
And will the class be virtual or in person? Will the class be in person and. Or virtual at a different price?
So let us know that.
Yay. That's my friend. That's my friend.
Oh, it's an in person class. Awesome. And what are you talking about?
Do you have a link?
You can definitely share a link. You're my friend. You know how we do come through with the link?
Yes, yes, yes. So she's having an in person class. That is amazing. And I want to do the same. Oh, Lord. So I need some. I need. Okay, so any keto experts here? Because I need A keto like teacher.
Okay. She's gathering everything up now.
So she'll let us know in a second. One second.
So I need a keto teacher. I need somebody to set up these doggone things I want to do. Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, and North Carolina. And I want to go to Florida. But those are like the three ones that are soon.
Airbnb, it's called actually short term rentals or corporate leasing. And yes, it's an excellent idea in real estate.
Excellent, excellent.
Right now I have nine. Good Lord, say the same. I'm going to have.
20 by the end of the summer.
And if any of you have a 401k and you're interested in investing in short term rentals, if you got a 401k and you're making like 2 to 3%. So let's calculate that.
Hold on, Saint.
401K. Let's say, for instance, you have $300,000 in your 401k. This is just hypothetical times 3%.
So that means every year you get $9,000. Let's say you get 5%. So $300,000 times 9%, you get 27.
Okay, so what I want to do.
I want some investors.
Who want to want some passive money and want to make anywhere between 24,000 to $27,000 on the money that they invest. The time that you invest will be anywhere from six months to a year.
More.
More, more. So probably a year.
But I'm working on that. So if you are interested, email me at supportolutionsbytj.com supportolutionsbytj.com because this thing is blowing up, y'. All. So if you, if you just have money sitting there and it's not making, you know, you $24,000, it's just making you 9,000, I can do better than.
Okay, so the short term rentals, what about short term rentals for nurses? Traveling nurses are awesome. That's a good niche. Traveling business people, period. All of those are great niches. Niches that pay very, very well are insurance companies. Super. Well, I mean, when we had the storm, my cousin is staying at a, at a hotel now. She's been there since the doggone winter storm. Crazy winter storm. Who has a winter storm in, in Houston.
But anyway, so she's been staying there and they pay very well. Like $4,000 a month. Well, so.
Yep, I've heard. Yeah, Miranda Fleet cars on business credit for Turo. I've heard about that as well. Please do call me and talk to me about it. Let me know how Everything is going too. Yeah, let's talk about that. We can talk later if you'd like.
Absolutely. Cheryl, call me, because I'm. I'm going to offer tutoring, offer classes. Dang, y'. All. Y'. All. Okay. I gotta contact a guy. What's. Where's Kayla? I hooked up with. I met a guy here who I've been trying to get in touch with.
His name is T.J. also T.J. tahani. And so, you know, I reached out to him on Instagram, and this is a story for us all because, boy, this social media and trying to get in touch with people. I reached out to him on Instagram and kind of thought he was high side. I ain't gonna lie. But he is the sweetest person in the world. He was so humble when I met him in person, and. And I just love his spirit. But I did. I was like, well.
How dare you? I'm sweet to everybody, man. I. I mean, golly, I reached out a couple of times, so he was like, oh, no, it was too cute. So you just have to thank Mr. Webinar. Look at you. Ah, yeah, Mr. Webinar. I did. He sent me a link to a webinar. I was like, no, I need to talk to you. I'm ready to spend money because I wanted him to be my ment in Houston right off the bat, right? I didn't want to necessarily go to J. Massey because I wanted somebody here, and he's right here in Houston. So what would have been better than that? So I just left it alone because I don't wait on people. So, you know, I found Jay Massey, and we went from there, bro. And everything is going well. Everything is going well. Hey, Lucy. Long time no see.
But, yeah, So I need someone to help me set up my place for Airbnb. If there's anyone who can help me get my house set up, I'll pay. I need a decorator, and I'm in Austin.
Contact me at Support Solutions by tj. I may have a somebody who. Well, the lady who decorated my places.
Is available. I just need to know how much you are interested in paying. And I'm gonna let y' all see. Mariama's is in the process of putting together two units for me. She just spent so much money. Jesus.
Because you have to buy everything, like pots, pants, forks, knives, seasoning, you name it. So it's not just furniture and decorations that you're buying. You buy everything. So she's putting those together, and she said, oh, I'd be willing to do this for other people. So. Yeah, but you got to get her quick because that little lady, she gonna be moving to California for a couple of months soon. So.
For another one of our businesses. She does daycare consulting too. Okay, so lashawn came back. She says learn how to start a profitable, profitable notary loan signing agent company by watching step by step training videos. Learn an easy, efficient method for getting loan signing jobs as soon as this week.
Okay.
Hold on one second.
So, lashawn, did you give us a link? Oh, girl, that's on my birthday. Girl, hold on.
June 5th. That's my birthday. Austin training is $249 until Monday night. Only six people. Only six more people can enroll. So it's full. Perfect. Okay, June 10th, Dallas link will be available later this week. Fifteen people, max. I love it. Florida, July 10th. Thirteen more people can enroll. There is no virtual option at the moment.
Girl, when is your birthday? Girl.
We'Re gonna have to do something. Don't be crazy like me.
My birthday passes every year and I don't do anything. Okay, so let me see what Cheryl was talking about. I organize. I'm an organizer. Have a DMV wholesale and rehab meetup. I'm going to rev it up. Hopefully I can schedule you as a speaker to help you with getting investors. Absolutely. Sure. I'd love that. Thank you so much for the offer. You just never know who who's interested until you put it out there. I don't know if y' all have seen my short term rentals yet. Let's.
We're going on a trip on our favorite rocket ship. There it is. I think I showed them to y' all before.
This is one of my favorites. I'm gonna get new pictures made because I like these pictures, but they are not like my favorite.
I'm gonna do preview listing.
Come on, Internet. Get off the struggle bus. So these are the pictures.
So that is like the living room. This is one of my favorite units. We call this the black and white room. I'm gonna stop talking like that, y'. All. That's the kitchen.
Bathrooms, closets.
One of the bedrooms, master bedroom. I mean bathroom. This is the other bedroom. So all of them are two bedrooms, two bath. I'm gonna show y' all my other favorite unit. It's number seven.
I like all of them, but these are two of my faves. I don't know why I always come back to these two.
So this is a look from the television view.
That's one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom. All of them have washers, dryers, cups, and all of that. Number seven and number nine are kid friendly. So I have these pack n plays and high chairs. Thinking about making them pet friendly.
I haven't decided just yet. But you see every little bitty thing. I mean, you have to have coffee makers, blenders, I mean, just anything that people may need while they're there. So that's just two of them. I have nine of them. They are going very well, y'. All. I won't complain.
Yeah. So please, if y' all know people who have 401ks who would be interested in investing. Let me put my dog on email address back up.
If I could find it.
There it is. Supportolutionsbytj.com.
Okay, good night all. Time to turn in. 8:00am okay, Thomasina, see you later. You probably gone, but see you later.
Oh, she got sinus, baby. I know. That's right.
Oh, awesome. Thank you. Santilla, let's talk. I don't know what's going on in Houston with these doggone gnats, but I'm tired of fighting. I'm tired of it. Now.
Everybody is talking about gnats in their houses. And then I have gnats at the doggone place I need them to go.
Okay.
Okay. Let me see if my friend gave us a link.
Okay. They saying Anything in Houston.
LaShawn?
Oh, you're May 30th.
And you're celebrating in Dallas this weekend. What am I doing this weekend.
Dog? My birthday coming up.
Sheesh. I got so much going on. Lord.
Okay, we're in Florida.
Awesome. Awesome.
No, no pets. Okay, gotcha. But I' ma charge like $250.
For the pet deposit. So if they mess up anything, tap my floors or anything, I'm gonna get my money.
And then it'll be. So the deposit will be 250. The pet itself will be an extra hundred dollar fee.
No pets, no smoking. Gotcha now. I mean, of course, no smoking. Even though they try it.
They try it.
Okay. Carolyn says she's been researching self directed ira. So I don't know where you are, Carolyn, but I'm going to share my screen again.
Here. And so this is where.
Q U est. Oh.
What is the heck is going on? That's my bookkeeper. Qu est?
So there's a company here called Quest.
Self directed IRAs for real estate. And I don't know where else they operate.
But this is the company that everybody here goes through.
And I've had, you know, as people with my organization.
Different organizations that I'm in. I know a lot of people who have gone through them, so I trust these people. Now, am I making a direct. You know what I'm saying? A direct.
Referral. I'm not. Of course. Check everything out yourself.
I'm just saying.
If you're looking for something, that may be the answer. Okay.
Let me remove this.
I'm looking at.
Lashawn. Did you share a link? Did I miss it?
Thank you, sonora.
Okay, I don't know what's going on. So I tried the sticky tape about these gnats. Now I'm trying the little ghetto method that I. I read online. I don't know if it's ghetto or not, but it's with the apple cider dawn dishwashing liquid and sugar.
We gonna.
Thank you, lashawn. I need. I need to do something because I never do, but I got so much stuff going on. This is going to be a pivotal week for me because I want to start advertising and I. I actually have to force myself to create these freaking videos for this advertising. I don't know why this has been so hard on.
You are more than welcome, Ms. Carolyn. I ain't see no link, Lashon.
Oh, baking soda and vinegar. Okay, hold on. Let me see. Let me find lashawn's link, y'. All. Wait a minute.
But as long as y' all have it.
Lashawn, I do not see a link.
Can you please share it again? Does anybody see a link in the chat? Did I miss something?
Okay, I will. I'll change the water out every day.
Because I did not know that, honey.
But I did try it. Okay.
Oh, gotcha. Okay.
I like it. Okay.
I didn't see where it did that, but HTTPs colon. Shut up, tj.
So, Lashawn, is Samantha coming with you?
Associatesap.com Let me make sure this works. Control C.
Trovy.
Okay, so this is. Oh, I'm Lashan. Oh, girl, you did not. Did me with the societal. Look at you, helping thousands of entrepreneurs build, grow, and scale. I love it. Look how beautiful she is. Okay, so. Yes, the Florida notary training. Texas Mobile notary training. You got a misspelling right here, Ms. LaShawn. Okay.
Okay, got it. So this is where it is. I'm gonna put the link in the thing.
Florida training Net. So do you have all of them up here? Oh, wait, there's. That says big old training programs. Like, I can't see.
You gonna work for me or not?
Okay, that one did.
Okay.
Hold on. Let me see.
Okay, so cool. These are The Texas ones.
Beautiful. I love it. You did that Saint. Too cute.
Okay, so hold on, Saints. Let me get back.
All right?
Hey, zara.
And how do you know to deduct your taxes?
Okay, so listen, I'm not an affiliate of this company either. Boy, I just be giving out so much, man. I tell you. But I love this thing. I've bought it myself. And I, you know, I'll be one. Y' all think TJ Just be on that selling. I just tell y' all what I do. So I'm show y' all this little thing. This is one of my best kept secrets. And this thing is so the bomb, because when it comes down to deductions, I was having a hard time with this. So it's called Taxbot.
Link. It's dot com.
It's an app that goes on your phone, right? My. It automatically tracks your mileage, and it can automatically track your expenses. And it is awesome. They have it for Android and Android and iPhone, and it looks just like this. So when you're. Every trip you go on, you can categorize it as business or personal.
And for all of your expenses, you can categorize those as business or personal. You can take copies of your receipts, and it'll automatically match that receipt to say, for instance, they email you a receipt. It'll email receipts you receive in your inbox. TXTBox automatically imports photos of receipts you take in the app, email receipts you receive in your inbox, and bank and credit card transactions. Txtbot reads your photo and email receipts and matches them to the correct bank.
Car charge. I love this thing. I'm really enjoying. Keeps me accountable because it talks to me all the time, so I like it. This ain't no affiliate link. There it is.
Okay. Lashawn said no, Samantha is in company. Okay, quick question. Did you pay yourself from your business account to your personal via your llc? And do you know what to pay yourself.
And how often if making daily deposits?
So, yes, I do pay myself, and I write myself a check from my business account to my personal account, and then it's like a mobile check, and I just do the mobile check thing at my bank. And so how do you know how much to pay yourself? So here I go again. All right, baby. Y' all getting some juice today. All right, so this is what I use, and this is what actually my mentor Jay Massey recommended. And I like it. I like it, y'. All. So it's called Profit First.
Hold on. P R O F I T F R S T. It's a book. You can get it in audiobook form because Lord knows I don't, I don't have time to be trying to read.
So get it in paperback, audio or however. It's by Mike.
McClaus. Wealth deal. I'm not gonna mess it up. But. So this is, this is Profit First. And what Profit first talks about. Hold on, let me see.
It talks about creating different accounts and paying yourself first, right? Transform your business from a cash eating monster to a money making machine. Profit is not an event. Profit is a habit. It is really good because this stuff is not common sense.
How to like pay yourself, you know, what, what accounts to create one. It tells you to create different accounts based on.
Based on what your expenses are. So you have a tax account, you have a profit account, you have, you have an operating account. You have all of these accounts where different money goes. So say for instance, you pay a fee every month for some type of software. Software that would be one of your operating expenses. Your, your printers, the ink, all of that stuff, those are operating expenses for us. So.
This is it. You can buy this book on Amazon or wherever. I'm, I'm coming on over and bringing the link.
Read that book and that'll answer your question, Zara, and let me know how that goes.
Okay.
And how do you know.
How. And how do you know to deduct your taxes? So on Taxbot, it automatically categorizes deductions and creates a financial sheet at the end of the year for you. Let me go back.
Okay, so hold on.
Scroll down, scroll down.
Audit Safe reporting. Taxbox is one of the only accounting products that focuses on IRS and CRA compliance. At the end of the year, you can print off an Audit Safe report. Send this report to your accountant. Accountant. And it will make tax preparation easy. You get a profit and loss statement, complete driving log and pictures of all of your receipts and notes for compliance.
So I mean, it puts everything together for you. So from a deduction standpoint, you, I mean, you just, if you have business expenses, it's really a no brainer. Let me show you, let me show you on the phone. It's not that. It's, you know, it puts out everything for you.
Okay, I'm thinking that you can see this. But hold on, hold on. Let me get, you, let me get myself off.
So.
Okay, I'm trying to see how close. Okay, right there. So right there, it's already showing you. I got, I have 22,000 that is collected so far in deductions.
Just from me entering receipts. And if you look at the bottom, I don't know if y' all can see it.
I'm trying to make it to where y' all can. You can't see that. Hold on.
You can't see the black part.
Hold on.
You can't see that part. But when you download it, it's real. It's real intuitive. Super intuitive.
So it just makes your life easier.
I do. I use Taxbot for everything. So what I did with Taxbot is I set up all of my business account. You can enter, you know, you can sync all of your accounts to Taxbot. So I think all of my accounts there and just let it do what it does.
What link did you want me to share.
Lashawn? Taxpot. I ain't put it in the thing. Taxpot.com.
You are so welcome.
Y' all are welcome. You're welcome. Ms. Bessie.
Ms. Tanny.
Ms. Minor. What. What link did you need, lashawn?
Sadosha Johnson. She writing it down. You taking notes, chick?
No, girl, you can ask as many questions as you want.
So.
I do not. Hold on. Let me find it before I take y' all there.
Let me take you.
I am going to use this quest.
I have. I'm going to use a bookkeeper. She's in Texas, but she was referred to me by.
That comment. What's her name?
She was referred to me.
By my mentor.
Because I got so much going on, I gotta have a bookkeeper.
Hold on. Okay, there it is. There it is. Let me show y'. All. I had to find her website first, so she's a. She deals specifically with Profit first.
And North Bay Bookkeeping Services.
Her name is Tara. She has no clue that I'm doing this.
But you schedule an appointment and see. You know what I'm saying? The services that she offers, which I like, is a tailored approach. Every business has unique needs. So this is the one that I really love. New business, startup packages, software installation, company file creation, and then.
Hold on. No, that's another one.
So this is what I get, the bookkeeping services. But there is another one where she looks at your profit and loss.
And she goes through and shows you how to make more money. I do not see that on here. It's a training that she has. I don't see it, but I know she offers that. I just freaking saw it, man. I hate it when I get online and can't see good.
Payroll services beyond the basics. I'm telling you, I don't see it on here. But she. She.
I know. I saw that now I can't stand it when it be getting Hollywood. Then you don't see it anymore. But anyway, so I'll share her information with you too. She's in Texas, but that doesn't matter. I mean, she's in Cedar park, so she's right in Dallas.
But if you need somebody somewhere else, then let me know.
Yes, I'm still offering the notary signing agent course. And let me give you the link.
It's a bitly link. That's it. Bit ly.
Notary mentorship. I'll put it in the chat as well.
Yeah.
You are so welcome.
You are so welcome. Yeah, I don't use QuickBooks, but I got a lot of stuff going on and I'm not good at that. I mean, you know what? I stay in my lane because a bookkeeper, I mean, I found a long time ago a bookkeeper for a hundred. A hundred dollars to do my books. That wasn't that bad. You know what I'm saying? That's one job for y' all in a week. So to keep everything squared away, all. All of the stuff that you need, that's not a bad price. So if you find somebody who can do it for you, hire a bookkeeper.
Okay? She write you right? The mystery shopping is still killing. It's still killing. If y' all need extra money, mystery shopping is still alive and well, y'. All.
Oh, let me show y' all my new website. I don't know if they're finished, but we'll look at what's going on now. They haven't converted everything over, so my bad if it still looks a little crazy. It's Solutions by tj.
It's not dot com, it's Dot club right now, but it will be dot com.
Yep. They haven't changed it yet.
So.
This is it. You know, this thing looks different on different screens because when I was looking at my guys screen in India, it didn't look like this. Hold on, let me try to do something real quick. Hold on. Saints. Give me a minute. Where's settings?
Oh, there you go. Hold on, y'. All. Okay, so let me zoom a little bit. Oh, this is kind of how theirs looked.
So they're zoomed to 80%.
Yeah, that's too much.
Anyway, so this is the website.
And it has everything here. They're still doing a few things to perfect it.
These pictures are changing those. They put the links to the mystery shopping and everything. So all of my programs will be here.
So you can go to solutionsbytj.com and just find everything. Here's the initial video about Mystery Shop and they've done an excellent job.
I'm gonna have to go through and test everything out, but so all of my coaching and training, everything is right here, Right? And then.
Yeah. So you could just go down. Everything is here.
Isn't that cool? I like it. So let me give you the mystery shopping. So right now I still have them doing some other things, and that's the reason I'm saying that. So right now, if you are interested in mystery shopping, pay and then email me at Support Solutions by TJ.com and I will send over the information.
To you.
Thank you. We just. Girl, we goofy child. Tinyurl.com backslash.
Why would I type? I gotta talk.
I gotta spell everything out. So I just put the link there.
Where do you go to get social media titles templates to create your YouTube thumbnails?
Why didn't. Why didn't my thing go. An error occurred.
Why didn't this go.
Hold on. So they create my. My guys in India create my thumbnails when I was creating them myself.
What did I. What do I need to re.
Girl, what I need to reread. What do I miss? Where do you go to get social media templates created or YouTube thumbnails? Slash editing? So I use.
What do I use?
Okay, let me go back to it. I'm gonna add y' all to my screen.
What I need to read. What I do. I messed up. Let me see. So I use.
Okay, this free online image editor. And I gotta type it in the same way every time, baby, because I can't never remember. And so when I do my own bootleg stuff, this is exactly what I use.
So let me show you.
Go to downloads, see if I could find a picture.
I'm just gonna use any picture. Don't matter.
But I can add all of my text. I can change colors. I can, you know, make stuff darker. LaShawn, what do you use to create your thumbnails? You can even go to Canva, though. Canva has some really good stuff as well.
But this is free, it's cheap, it's fast, and it works. And of course, this photo is too big. I'd have to.
Resize it.
So I can resize it there. I can put some text over here. You can add text. Why you just gonna get back to where you was like that? Who told you to do. Oh, I didn't. I didn't apply it.
And then click apply. And then you can change colors. You can do all kinds of stuff. So that's the quick way.
But Canva has all kind of templates as well. And, you know, so Canva to me is like this store that I can go into and get lost.
Okay. I don't have time. I tell you, baby. Me either.
I don't want to create it myself either. I get it.
My guys in India do it, and they are super booked right now. I would get you to connect, but, man.
They are. You know me. I don't mind.
Thank y' all for telling me I'm pretty. I appreciate it.
Oh, I said it correctly this time. What did I say? Did I pronounce your name wrong or something?
Yeah, so.
So for that editing, you know. Okay, so let's go look at some editing. Or for thumbnails. This is what I would do. If I have my guys in India, this is definitely what I would do. Why not? I go to Fiverr.
And I would say YouTube.
Thumbnails.
And I see who I like and what they charge. Now what. What am I willing to pay for thumbnails? I'm not paying no $5. I mean, $10 per thumbnail. Especially if I'm creating 30. You know what I'm saying? A video a day, that's too much. I'll pay $5.
So I go through here and see which ones I like, see which ones are catchy to me, and try to work with one of some of these people. Like, for instance, I like this one. That looks really nice to me. So let's see what else he has. Well, let's just click on it.
I'll go down. Yeah. See, I like this.
I don't quite like that one. That one is cute.
Fuego.
I don't quite like that one. I don't like that one.
Not my favorite hit or miss.
Nah. No.
Kind of like that one in a way too corporate. Looks homemade.
Can y' all see this with me? Oh, yeah, you can. Sorry.
Don't like that one. This one's kind of cute. Don't like that one.
That one is simple. It's all right. Don't like that one. Don't like that one. Don't like that one. Yeah, I like that one. I mean.
So you get two YouTube thumbnails for $5. That's not bad. But I only want him to use something like this. You know what I'm saying? His stuff was kind of hit or miss for me. I'll add his stuff stuff to the chat for you.
Just so you'll have it. Since we're researching this foolishness.
Oh, wow.
Oh, they do gaming.
Thumbnails.
This is not bad. It's.
Not for YouTube. That one is kind of cool.
These aren't bad.
But so I just go through these and see which ones I like. And look, my crazy self can do this all day long because I have a certain look that I'm looking for.
And I'm, you know, I'm always trying stuff and doing different stuff. So see, I like these.
These are pretty cool to me.
But anyway, so what is this guy's name? It's a guy on YouTube that I like.
Small YouTubers.
Hold on. Dang. What is his name? He always has these super eclectic.
Thumbnails.
Who does he Tube Buddy? No, he doesn't use tubebuddy.
Oh, I hope I can find him so I can show y', all, like, the thumbnails that I really, really like. Like Anna Bay. I learned a whole bunch from her. She is the goat. For real. Anna Dube.
Hold on. Let me go to my.
Let me go to my subscriptions and see.
See if I can find it.
I do like, meet kevin. He's funny.
Oh, morning fame.
So hold on, morn.
So that's one resource that I used to use. I don't use it as much anymore. But there's this guy who talks about Morning Fame a lot.
This guy right here. I love Brian G. Johnson. How the heck did I forget about that Brian? But I love how dynamic his thumbnails are.
Like, this is who I'd love to model. My. You see how dynamic that is? I'm all off task. We ain't talking nothing about notary right now, but look at this. I like his thumbnails. They're catchy, easy. You know what I'm saying?
Okay, I'm gonna get back on test. Sorry, y'. All. Somebody got me off task.
And y' all know my add. All you got to do something say squirrel. And I'm gonna go squirrel. And I'm off. Copy and paste. What? What you need me to copy and paste.
Y'? All? You know what? Y' all just be adding these 12 words. I don't know what the heck y' all talking about. We are not on Clubhouse. I can't understand what you're talking about.
I mean, you know, you gotta really, like, look through those fiverr people. It takes a. It takes a while to go through it and find somebody that you like. Does this glare in my glasses irritate y'? All? It irritates the diggity dog out of me. I hate that Blue.
No, I copied and pasted. What did you copy and paste? Care. I missed something. Five bucks and a happy Meal on Fiverr. I missed something.
Oh, got content. But I need to hit up India.
You stupid. I don't have no twin. Girl, I wish I didn't have a twin. That would be so much fun to dress up like somebody all the time.
Oh, what's the link to my website? So it will be solutions by tj.com right now. They're still working on it because it's not all the way right. There's some things I don't like about it, and I. We're going back to the drawing board for one. I don't like how the words are over my body. I wanted my pictures to be Photoshopped because all that makeup. You see my Facebook, I don't wear a whole bunch of makeup. So when I did that photo shoot, I like the pictures, but it doesn't all the way look like me. So I need to dumb that down some and do some touches on it, you know, to make it glammed up. So I. So the one now is Solutions by TJ Club. You see how I went? Squirrel went all the way on a tangent. God, dog. I wish y' all could just type in all caps. Girl.
Get back on the subject, please.
Okay.
Zara, I told them you wasn't here when I was talking about the Airbnbs and I showed the picture. Everything is going well, girl. I'm just trying to figure out how to get them booked through the week. The weekends are booked, but come June, when people are out of school, everybody should. You know, it's gonna be a whole lot. A whole lot of more traffic coming into the city. And. And then I'm doing some search engine optimization on it as well. Y' all make sure that you like this video.
Like it, like it, like it. Because engagement is the thing, right? They want to know that people like it and when we stop liking it. Like, I got 54 people on here, and I didn't. Gave up so much. Doggone game tonight, baby.
So. Yeah. So make sure y' all like this video.
Y' all are so welcome.
So Fiverr didn't do you right either.
Yeah, I do. I get a delayed response on this thing.
Oh, thank you. Absolutely. We are working, man. We are working. I like it, but it's not perfect, right? It's gonna be everything that I want it to be because I pay for it. So I need for it to be everything that I need for it to be.
And it Will be. I mean, it looks good. It looks good. You know, they're. They're close, but they're not all the way there. And I need a new logo. My.
So is Walter. Walter is saying this video is terrible. Is my video coming through bad, or is Walter a scammer?
Like a, you know, one of those people who come on here doing crazy stuff?
Kim event? I think I did a video on wholesaling real estate. It's on my other real estate channel. I have another real estate channel.
Walter Scott, are you on here? Trying to. Oh, he's a troll.
Don't come on here with that, Walter. You will get Blizzard.
I know. So does anybody. So Miranda is asking, can anybody get her a logo? And if you answer that question, I need one, too. I mean, have you looked on.
Have you looked on Instagram? Because there are graphic designers all over Instagram.
Okay, so let's block this guy.
Walter Scott by.

All right, well, y'. All. I love y' all to life. Keep me in your prayers. You know, I do a lot. Keep me in your prayers. I'm in the process of rehabilitating myself and getting my energy back up, getting my mental and emotional self back straight. Because sometimes I'm retarded and I can just overdo it, and a lot of stuff can weigh on me, and I just keep going. Right. So I'm in the process of just, you know, getting back to tj.
Oh, Lashan sent Me some more stuff. Oh.
I like this. Oh, this is nice.
Hold on. I gotta figure out how to give it to y'. All.
I think I have to go into YouTube. I like this fiverr one.

He does a great job.
See, you just have to look through them. Y'. All. Y'. All. Y' all don't have no patience. Oh, Jasmine Smith and company. That's too cute.
But anyway.
He does a great job. I like it.
Exactly. You learn how to vet people on fiber.
I'm getting there. I feel better today. I actually took a nap right before I got on here. I was probably a little crazy before.
I had to take a nap, and I need to take, like, some more time off and meditate more, but I'm getting there.
I'm getting there. All right, my loves, it's almost been two hours. I hope that I've been a blessing to y'. All. Y' all always excite me, make me happy. And then I just go on and on and on and do my squirrel thing. I just. Jesus. But so please make sure that y' all like this video. If you are new to my channel, please do subscribe. Hey, Ms. Ashley. Subscribe to this channel because I'm about to get back on it from a YouTube standpoint and start putting out more content.
I had taken a break from that.
So please, if you have ideas of what you want me to talk about, do not hesitate to email me at support support@solutionsbytj.com and give me those ideas, and I'll definitely create videos for them. Cheryl, I heard you about the real estate videos. I'm. I'm gonna get those done, you know, But I'm gonna get back on my notary videos, too. So all of it is in good time.
All of it is in good time.
All right, well, I love y'. All. Thank y' all so much. Y' all take care. And, Miranda, call me when you get a chance to. It don't have to be tonight, girl, because I'm about to go take my shower and go to bed. But I love y' all to life. Y' all take care. Bye.
