And so today we are going to be talking about generational wealth, setting yourself up, setting you, your family up, getting those checks. Because I've been teaching y' all how to get the checks right. I've got, I've given you information on the best shops to sign up with, the best signing companies, best title companies to sign up with. If you have not gotten that list, it's in the group Solutions by tj, Notary networking, Q A. I mean notary networking and knowledge. I've also given you the mystery shopping opportunity. Hello. I'm always giving you stuff to get money. And then I came with, after you have all of your notary public loan signing agent stuff, how do you make even more money? The apostille stuff, right? So now that we, we are getting these checks, we have to set up our systems in our business. It's time to talk about business, y'. All. Time to talk about the financial structures, the financial stuff. And so that's what I'll be doing in the videos to come in this video, all of the videos for this week, we're going to be trying to get our finances in order. And I'm going to show you how to do that. So somebody on the last video, I can't remember if it was Henry or who it Was Henry. If it was you, let me know. But someone asked about.

Someone asked about mileage calculators and everybody said mile iq. Well, I met, you know, I was introduced to this system that has just every single thing that we need, you know, all in one freaking system. And it's so awesome. You can put your expenses in there, add your receipts, and it's all on a mobile app. Add your receipts. It helps you with planning your legacy, showing you where you are, and strategizing how to get to where you want to be for not only today, but for retirement. You know, you put everything that you want in there. I want to buy a car, I want to buy a house, I want to have this much money per month when I retire. All that. This system is completely encompassing of all of that stuff and more. It even has a freaking.

What is that called? Roadside assistance. Like the background to roadside assistance. Like if you wanted to have your own roadside assistance business, that's what this is. So much stuff. So I'm gonna show you that whenever. My mentor gets on. His name is Robert, Mr. Robert Webster, and he is awesome. So.

I'm gonna take over. No, I'm, I'm telling him, he's. He has a little one.

And I'm telling him to come when you can.

And so, yeah, I mean, the system that he's introduced me to, I was like, okay, you know what, I gotta tell the family about this because it's just too good. And of course, you know, ain't nothing free. Of course there's a. Because it's all encompassing. It's gonna be a charge for it, right? But if you do my like you, there's a charge for that. So you know, when you have to, this is a business. This isn't just, I'm replacing my income, this is a business. And for a lot of people who are getting into this notary opportunity, you've never been in business before. So you don't know the tax strategies, you don't know the mileage, you don't know the wealth accumulation strategies of the rich. That's the type of stuff I want to introduce you to. I think we're at that level now. You know, we're all making money. It's all good. Even in behind this thing. If you want to do your own credit versus having somebody else do it, it shows you how to do that too. Now you ain't gonna have time to do everything. That's why I give a whole bunch of stuff to other people and let them do, do it for me. And soon I'll have that connect for you, too. So we went back. We went to Big Bear, to snow, to snowboard. Oh, awesome. Five signings this week, Joan. Look at you.

Hey, it's gonna pick up. And it's gonna pick up very well for you. So make sure again, a few tips that you are putting those signings into Snapdocs because once you get to 25, they start giving you sending you more notifications, right? And a couple of things so on. We had a meeting for the Apostille opportunity, A Q and A and I all kind of stuff was happening that night. And so we've rescheduled that for this coming Tuesday at 7pm for those who are part of the Q A.

Oh, wow. Wow, Henry. Henry said, oh, man, Amrock did justice better than Snapdocs in my opinion. Okay, Henry.

So make sure y' all put it in Snapdocs because, hey, get all the money. I want y' all to have more than enough from different, different sources, Right? So what I was telling my peeps, who bought the cute, who bought the Apostille training regarding marketing, this goes for y' all too. Set up a Google Business Page. I'm gonna put the video on here probably this week of how to set up your Google Business Page. But I want you to check this out. Pay attention to this because this is the part that gets your Google Business Page seen. Don't put Ray Ray's notary signing agent in Apostille X nay, potato. Don't do it. Don't put Thomas Cena's Mobile notary and fingerprinting. No. Don't put level up, level one, level two Mobile notary and processor. No. The title that you put for your business is your area. They are not looking for the name of your business. They don't know you exist. But if you put like I did, my. The name of mine is Greater Houston, Mobile Notary and Apostille.

Greater Houston. Then in quotations, I have the areas. Spring Branch, the Woodlands, Humble Galleria. I start listing it out behind my name and I'm getting like, in a month, about 500 people are looking at my listing. And guess what? When you have a Google Business Page, it's going to rank much higher than your website, right?

Definitely. Your website may not list, period, because it takes search engine optimization to get your website to that level. But your Google Business Page will be listed when somebody searches for your area and the word notary or the word Apostille or the words process server, your listing will come up right under the people who paid for their listings to come up. And this is free to create a Google Business Page. So I want y' all to create those pages. Now, what type of work will that bring you? That'll bring you General notary Work that'll bring you signing, signing services that'll bring you all kinds of stuff. And yeah, so remember, if you don't hear nothing else, do not name your Google business page. Ray Ray's Notary Signing Service. No, name it after your, your area, city name.

And then go on. Right. City name, mobile, notary, or however you want to put it, Apostille server, whatever else you want to put after that. Then in quotations, the areas that you serve. You can look mine up if you want to. And so look at Ms. Thomasina. I'm at 200 people looking on a regular with Google and I'm making money. Exactly.

Thank you, Thomas Cena. Exactly. And I'm at 4 or 500. And so what I've read, what I've realized with it. With mine, I'm at 500 people looking at it and, and 400 and something people actually taking some type of action. Meaning they're scrolling through my pictures, they're making a phone call, they're looking at the website. So my website is associated with that site. I found this girl.

She actually did my sister's website. I told my sister, you know, people pay a whole bunch of money for websites. But.

I told my sister, girl, don't do that. Go to, go to Fiverr and hire somebody. So she hired this girl in South Africa who did an amazing job on her website. And so I want to pass that on to you guys, her information. She charges 180 bucks for a doggone website. My sister's website. And y' all know, look, I'm super professional. I like for stuff to look a certain way.

And I loved her work. So if you do want a website, then I just put her information in, in the chat.

And you can connect that website to Google Business. But one thing that I noticed is I think the people who are going to my Google Business listing, they're looking for the price. So they look through all of my pictures, look through the website, and I really do believe that people want to see up front what the price, how much you charge. Boo. Boo. And a lot of people are secretive about that. They want you to call and do this. So I think that people who are getting the most calls have at least a pricing range. Like for pastel services, sometimes it kind of depends on what you charge. You might not be able to give an exact charge for that, but.

But you can give ranges and allow people to call you. So that's my next step, is to change that and give them a range to a range of pricing. So that lady man, she is good. And if I could remember my sister's website. I think it's Texas tx.

Shoot. She just gave it to me. I want to show y' all just so that you can see my sister's website because I was really just so freaking impressed with it.

You know, I'm impressed by this because this lady finished it number one in a freaking week, which is awesome.

And this is her site. Now, of course, my sister is an aka.

But look at her website.

And it still looks good on. Wait a minute, hold on. No, this is her Google page.

This is her Google page. This is not her website.

She has a whole nother website.

But. So I'll just give you this information too. So she's doing test Prep. She has 17, 17 Google reviews and she comes up, you know, first under her search. So that's awesome as well. And I wish it would give me her real site because this isn't it.

But it looks amazing. This is the Google. This is the site that you create when you do just a Google website.

So this is not, you know, when you set up your website using the Google my business. This is how it's going to look and it's cool. But she has a whole nother website that I can't find right now.

Okay. Do I have an example?

Okay. What are you on pricing ranges? I'm looking for the different charges, that is mileage fees for the different notary services. Listen, for your area, I recommend number one, general notary services. Go to your secretary of State, find out what is.

What is.

Required there.

Look for Google different companies in your area. Some people have their prices listing and just see what feels comfortable for you. That's always the starting point. That's where your research starts. Your pricing research starts in your own area. Hey, Henry. I know, right?

Awesome. You just recently became A private investigator slash process service. And also. I get it. So, Henry, this. This thing that my mentor is going to introduce you to.

Listen, it's gonna be great for you because he showed me how to get an extra 500 in my pocket a month from my wages for my job. It was big. It was big. So now I'm able to put an extra. An extra $500. Like, that's. That's pretty big. That's a big deal. Big, big deal.

And we've done a video on it, so you guys will see all of that this week. Hopefully he can get on. He has a little baby son and he's. He's. He's coming, though, I believe. But if any of y' all have any questions as far as mileage, the system that we're going to talk about, it does mileage, too.

A lot went on this week, but it was good. I am preparing for a conference that we're going to have where I have people who are coming and talk to us. This is just one thing. Getting our finances together and our business together. After we go through the finances, then we'll. I'll introduce y' all to the legal stuff, which actually lashawn with the Notary Institute introduced me to. So that'll probably be. Not this coming week, but the week after that, I'll have somebody come on and talk to y' all about that. Because the thing that. The thing that LaShawn introduced me to is that, say, for instance, you're at a closing and you have a legal question, right? We can't give legal advice, but you can contact attorneys and ask them questions regarding how to fill out certain things as far as your. Your certificate. Because sometimes I don't know what's going on with some of these companies, but these certificates are looking real weird coming around from different cities and states. And they aren't, like, spacing it out. Right. It's just.

I like working with the same company over and over again. Because you know what to expect.

When you get a whole bunch of different. Oh, you got your planner. So I do. Because you know what to expect with that company's documents. When you work with a lot of companies, you see documents from all over just looking weird. And boy, Mariama and I have seen some real crazy stuff. And just call there and make friends. They are super friendly. They were. They were right out of Plano, right outside of Dallas. And I actually took a trip up there to go from Houston. They were giving me so much business. I said, listen, I gotta come meet the family. I gotta come meet y' all and see y' all face to face. And I, we. I spent the whole whole little evening up there with them because they treated me so well. They were so easy to deal with.

So easy to deal with.

Oh, you see, I keep getting off track. So I was talking about Sean. He's doing the Ron stuff, right? He's doing the remote online notarizations, mainly with notarize. He's said that he's meeting a ton of awesome people. He's even getting direct connects from attorneys who are on there, you know, sometimes and hey, just building relationships. Sometimes they want, you know, just to be able to call on somebody and he's there for them. So that is awesome. He is now doing the mortgages and making that money, which go takes him from the $5 jobs to $25 job and.

He's not feeling well. So yeah, he's doing the $25 jobs and in two days he had made like $500. So I mean, that's easily a thousand dollar week more than a thousand dollars if you making that type of.

He said he can finish a closing in like 15 minutes. A mortgage closing. So it's worth looking into.

If you don't call, you will not get the job. You answer them, respond in less than a minute. Then you google the name of the company that's on there and say, hey, I don't know your name. I'll say my name. Hey, this is Latonya. I saw that you guys just posted a job on Snapdocs and I hit the notification that I'm available. Can you please assign me that job? Bam. Normally they do. How many.

How many notifications are you getting from them? Platinum wealth and also what is your name? So when you respond in the comments say I'm getting such and such jobs from them a day or a week and My name is. Don't just say five, because I'm going to forget totally. What in the world we talking about?

How do I register a business name in Texas?

You can Google that, but it is with.

Hey, Dorothy. Thank you for asking. I appreciate that. My aunt passed away.

It's been. Wow, man. Time flies. It's been about a month now. She passed away in January.

So, yeah, she's not hurting anymore.

And since then, I've had a really, really dear childhood friend. 45 years old, went into the hospital for Covid.

And she passed away in February. So a couple of weeks ago, she was actually my. She wasn't my childhood friend. I'm sorry. She was my roommate's childhood friend. But I meet people in there. I'm notorious for stealing people's friends. So I met her through my.

Roommate from college, who's one of my best friends. And it's just heartbreaking. I mean, she's in her 40s, and she leaves behind a brand new husband and two beautiful kids. And it's just crazy. And the bad part about it is.

They are in there alone. That's what gets me when they. When you have to go to the hospital, you will be there by yourself. And I don't know about y', all, but my family is not used to that because somebody is spending every night with you. So I'm so glad that it hadn't hit like my Immediate family or anywhere close. Because that would. That's. That's unbelievable to me. I just don't understand it.

If you are a remote notary, you could contact whatever company hired you and say, hey, I know that we have a closing at 9am in the morning. Well, the weather is not going to permit any type of activity tomorrow, but I want to make sure that you close. Is it possible that we close your job remotely? Cool. I use a service you can use. One notary. Yeah. One notary. Yeah, one notary. Secured signings. If you have gotten the apostille offer, then I walk through the back end with you to show you how to. How to work secured signings to do remote notarization. So.

They did. Listen, always, always, always use every tool in your box. Right?

And that Way, you know they want that closing done. So they may just say, oh, you do? Really? And you'll be the person that gets all closings tomorrow. How about that? That would be amazing, right?
