Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. And, man, I missed y' all last week. Thank y' all for being here today. I'm extremely appreciative every week when I see y'. All. Y' all give me so much energy, and I'm excited. There has been a lot of stuff going on. So.
Let'S begin. I have, you know, I've been talking about a new apostille, you know, going over some new stuff that Sean with Death Row notaries has found. And, you know, going over the mobile notary stuff. Well, it is coming. Hey, Cynthia. How are you?
I was out last week because of my birthday. And I'm. You know what? I'm gonna be fully transparent with y'. All. I'm still, like, recuperating. I don't know. I went through some type of PTSD or something, and I'm still recuperating from whatever. Whatever that was is whatever. But anyway, I'm getting better and better every day. Trying to rest. I've been sleep all day. Felt like I slept. Me and my child and the dog, we have a new baby in the house. Her name is Blue. She's a Cane Corso, and she is beautiful. She got her ears clipped. So I'll show y' all Miss Blue one day. She's like a. A blue brindle. Cane Corso. So she's beautiful. Hey, Demetria. Todd. How are you?
Awesome. Awesome. So, yeah, so we got a Cane Corso. She's a baby. She's eight weeks. Good little dog. She's real, real smart. This has been a lot of stuff going on. I mean, you know, let me tell you something. I don't know what people think, but I'm human just like everybody else. I go through things, you know, this is nothing that. I'm human. I'm human. I don't know what else to say. Santia said the retrograde is making everyone tired. It'll be over on June 23rd. It's making everyone feel out of whack. Okay. And see, I've heard that before, Cynthia. So I guess that. Man.
Why do they do that? It is. It is insane.
But hopefully I get back to. Get back to normal. Yeah. Even my daughter was real tired, so. Hey, Ms. Davis.
How y' all doing? Come on in the room. I'm glad to be back, though. For my birthday, I have a friend in Dallas. My best friend lives in Dallas. And so I went to Dallas, and she let me rest. I slept. So, you know, I don't know why, you know, I get in my own bed and it's like a million thoughts start running through my mind for whatever reason, and I can't go to sleep. So I'm laying there tossing and turning. I turn on Insight timer, right, and start listening to meditations. And that helps me sometimes. Sometimes it doesn't.
Last night, for whatever reason, I had to put the dog in the bed because I was going through some type of crazy anxiety. I don't know what the hell, but when I. When she got in the bed with me, I went to sleep. But when I was in Dallas, I slept like a baby because I guess I just turned my brain off because I knew I was out of town. One of our good friends was having her 50th celebration. She's born in June as well. So that was really, really cool just to spend time with her. Thank you. Yeah, I did, Libby. I had a good time. I did what I wanted to do. You know, we ate, we slept. We, you know, went to my friend's 50th and that was good enough for me. I. It doesn't take a lot, surprisingly, to please me. Hey, Ms. Charlene. Gwendolyn.
But yeah, so. And you know, I've been working a lot on the short term rental business, and I had to bring myself to a real reality, right, because we can be kind of crazy. My name is tj and I might be kind of crazy. So I had my first client on Airbnb on April 14th. So that's April 14th. May 14th was one month.
May 14th to tomorrow is just two months, bruh. I'm too hard on myself. Two months. Last month we made.
We. I didn't quite make profitability. I was 3,000 off of profitability, but I was able to pay all my bills. So in just two months, man, that ain't bad. That ain't bad. It's gearing up. We're creating the standard operating procedures for our cleaners. We're getting everything together. And by July.
I'm gonna turn this old thing over to a business manager. Hopefully my cousin can do it for me. If not, I'm gonna hire somebody else. And that's where we are. Hey, Monica.
I'm glad to see you too, Monica. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Hey, Elaine. So, you know, if y' all can't find me, I don't know if y' all are on Instagram, but I'm on Support Solutions by TJ on Instagram. So if you are ever wondering where I am, go to Instagram. Because if I'm not Here. Then I'll post a picture or something to let y' all know where I am. Normally, I try to come here and at least let y' all know what's going on. Thank you, Gwendolyn. Thank you. Thank you, thank you. Yeah, so I did. I had. I had a. You know, June 5th was cool. I'm 46 now, so I can't complain. God is good and get better every day and. And surprisingly, man, you know.
Let me tell you a secret. When you ask for more and you get it.
Don'T get scared. And even if you do get scared, go back to the source and start praying about it, right? Because stuff can come real fast, man. I'm talking about when God opens the floodgates. It can come real, real fast. And sometimes it can be overwhelming. But that overwhelming is a good thing as long as you are connected to the source, right? The source and the supply. So that's what I'm trying to do, stay connected to the source, but it's a lot.
God is good. The rentals are rented out every single weekend, booked to capacity. Now, I'm trying to get. I am getting more bookings through the week, and I'm working with. So a lot of things that I didn't know. Let's start off. There's. I want to share with y' all some of the startup costs that I didn't even think of when starting my Airbnb. For instance, you have to have your unit with.
Four before turnovers ready mean for four different clients, right? And that means for towels, for sheets, for amenities, for everything. So my unit can fit six people. So I have to have six people times four turnovers, right? That's 24. Six people times four turnovers. And I have eight units that are operable. So six times four times eight, what is that? Six times four is 24 times eight. That's 140, 192 towels. And that's just large towels. So for the six people, I have one large towel for each person.
One medium towel. So that's six large, six medium, and 12 small towels. Each person gets two small, small towels. Plus, you have to have amenities. And those amenities include, like, shampoo, lotion.
Conditioner, a makeup towel, makeup remover, because maybe you do not want that makeup on your good towels. It'll ruin them. And, you know, these days, oh, people wear a lot of weave and a lot of makeup. It's hair everywhere. So that is. That's. That's. Those are a couple of things that are super important.
Yeah, Refilling the coffee. We have Keurigs refilling the coffee and the creamer, the teas. I did not know people like tea as much as they do. I put tea in there, boy. And those teas are gone before everything else. I think people just packing my dadgum tea home to be honest with you. They like. Oh, she has some good tea.
Thank you, Tara. Hey Ms. Brenda. But yeah, so those are a couple of the startup costs and I have more on my phone. Let me look at it real quick.
Because I created a whole list of them for my group because everybody asking like tj so what actually does it take? So the first thing that you'll always pay is insurance. Because you have insurance. I mean you have an air, a short term rental insurance. You'll pay your Internet, of course, you'll pay your rent, you'll pay water and you'll pay for the security system. Those are five costs that you're going to just that's every month. In addition to that you have in the kitchen, the creamers, sugar are sweet and low. The teas, coffee pods, small bottle of olive oil. Don't forget your paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, the automatic automatic dishwashing pods for the wash, the dishwasher, laundry pods. Because each of my units has, I have two bedroom, two bath. So each unit has a washer and dryer, fire extinguisher, first aid kit. Again, again, the four sets of guest towels, extra set of sheets for each bed, extra duvet covers. Right. Because I had to get duvets for the beds and so you have to wash those duvets. And then I mentioned the insurance, the photography. There are some software costs. And the software that I use is when I was doing the research to figure out like what pricing was for my area, I used this, this website called Air DNA. A I R D N A. I use.
Smart BNB to.
What is it called to automate my correspondences and.
Price labs that automatically adjust my pricing based on just all kinds of stuff. As far as the season, who's renting and who's not. I mentioned electric, Internet, water and rent.
A supply closet or shed.
Bookkeeping. Those are some of the startup costs. And that's just a little bit of a hay. Kayla. Hey, Ms. Solo, Ms. Lynn, Lady Lynn from Baltimore. So yeah, those are some of the startup costs, just things that you have to think of. And when I do my class, I'll have like an inventory sheet that people can use to again start creating your own inventory sheet. But to put everything together to where you can easily see what your costs are.
So, yeah, that's what I have been doing. Do y' all have any questions for me?
If you do, please let me know. And I'm also curious as to what's happening in the notary world. Has it, you know, is it picking up, slowing down? It's June, so again, the slowdown is coming, right?
The slowdown is coming.
So how is it looking in the field for y'? All? Put it in the comments and let me know what you're seeing.
Cynthia, that is so interesting about that retrograde. I didn't even know that. Huh? So Lynn said it's already slowing down. Is it slowing down for anyone else? Okay. Steady refis in Houston. Okay. Turtle Life said. Ms. Davis.
Ms. Mia. Oh, it's. It's a. There's an uptick, Tommy. That's good.
Awesome.
So, Ms. Mia, why is the notary. Why is notary going to slow down? It slows down every year. That's just something seasonally that happens.
It can start in June, but it normally, like, is super slow in July. From July to about October. It starts picking up in October. Okay, so there's an uptick in Alabama. That's good.
That's good.
That'S good. And during COVID to be, you know, it didn't slow down. So I don't. We don't really know what. What's going to happen. Countering all orders. Too many. Low ball. Yeah. And. And Kayla, are you getting, like, the prices that you. When you counter those prices, do they give you what you're asking for?
So, Ms. Mia, one of the things, and let me tell Ali, I've been. I preached this. Boy, I've been preaching this since I started this channel about the slow season.
Mr. Tommy said it's a good time to get into other niches, people, so. Absolutely. Tommy, I've been preaching this since I got into being on YouTube. Right.
You have to.
In the notary business, there are a million things that you can do. You can be a permit runner, you can do Apostilles apostle. In my opinion is one of those things where you just make money. I mean, once you get it going, you make money hand over foot. Like, it's just crazy. People are calling you. What I found is a lot of people that have taken my class. I don't know why. Some people jump on it and are just going crazy with it. Other people act like they scared to do it. But I mean, for the people who jump on is. It is very, very, very, very lucrative. Right? Now the price is 247.
However, we are going to be advertising for that. That price is actually going to 350 because 347. Because we're going to be advertising. So you better get it if you don't have it. So the Apostille offer is where you learn how to do Apostilles. Of course, you have the mystery shopping. Mystery shopping is year round. And some people are saying, well, I noticed that in some things it slowed down. But then you have to keep looking and dig deeper and deeper. And there's always, always mystery shops. Right.
Which one did you jump on? And it fizzled out. Tommy.
Lynn, what does NPR mean?
I'm not good at acronyms at all.
Apostille. So what do you mean, Tommy? It fizzled out because it's one of those things where you build relationships with attorneys, with immigration specialists, you build your Google website, and you even sometimes run ads. So there is really no fizzle out if you're constantly building those relationships. And let me know if you've got a relationship where they're funneling you business. And also. Okay, so I said the Apostille and the remote notorizations that my friend on notarized. Still killing, never leaves, always running year round. Sean is still doing very well. He and I have some trainings that are coming up on that to show y' all his little secret sauce. Yeah, the notary permit runner. There's a lot of stuff that you can do.
And so Kayla said, I love mystery shopping. It's best to get signed up with 20 plus companies and take all the classes, webinars. And get into the higher paying. Exactly. Exactly. Santia, are you still here? Let me know how mystery shopping has been going for you as well.
Yeah, Notarized isn't in Baltimore yet, but from my understanding, they have something, Lynn, that in. In. In most of the states, from what I've heard, they have something comparable to notarized.
All right, Tara. I like five guys. Field inspections are.
I understand, Tommy. I. I totally understand. But what I. I do need to know from you is like, what questions did you have? Because you got to reach out to us. If you have questions, you got to reach out and get those questions answered. And we're definitely here for you. So did you ever reach out to.
To.
Judith? And.
We'Ll answer any questions you have because I want you to feel comfortable because it's a lot of money. I'm telling you. Trust me.
Cynthia says she makes no less than 500amonth with mystery Shopping.
So Yeah. I mean, and this is the travel season, so just imagine. I mean traveling and doing mystery shopping. It's. It's awesome.
Gwendolyn said, I've never heard of those other notary jobs. I'm new to all this. I've done my second mystery shop. Awesome, Gwendolyn.
So Tommy, did you take my course with Judith or did you take just Judith's course?
That's good, Lynn. Now that is good. How is that working with you? With. With going after direct business?
I know. So, yeah, the NNA conference for 2021 is coming up.
Yeah. So. Oh boy, Tommy. Yeah, I get it. I totally understand that my course with her is a little. Is a probably a lot different one.
You just gotta see it. I can't even tell you because my. Me and the tribe add so much sauce to it. As far as getting to the meat and, and getting to the. The real questions.
It is. It was real good.
Santia. So Santia is saying, tj, I'm using the formula you gave me for notary direct business in my business. In my new business venture. It's working. Opening a new business. I want to hear about that. I want to hear about that. Awesome.
Awesome.
I want to hear about your new venture.
So. Hey, Lazy Elizabeth, thank you for coming. So the permit runner.
Is basically somebody who gets paid to take permits down to the city or the state and get those permits approved. There is a training from my understanding on the National Notary Association's website regarding a permit runner. I've seen it before and I think somebody else offers the permit running course.
So with the group that I'm in, I've said before, I'm in Jay Massey's group.
And.
He teaches to do apartment complexes like have multiple units in one spot. Why? Because it just makes everything easier to have. Instead of running all over town from this rental to that rental, you know, all of my cleaners can be in one spot and knock them out. So I, I personally have nine units in a 10 unit apartment complex. All of them are two bedroom, two bath, two car garage. I mean not two car garage. Lord, two bedroom, two bath, one parking space per person. They can. There are I think five extra spaces. No, maybe there are four extra spaces. And this first come, first serve, whoever pays for those four.
Okay, Tommy, you're doing super well with the mobile ink fingerprinting. Yeah, I've heard that fingerprinting as well. Oh, okay.
So my friend has one of those, those parlors in Dallas and it went very well.
Went very well. So Lynn, make sure that you reaching out to those people and calling and talking to somebody. When you go direct, try to get somebody on the phone and talk to them personally.
If you.
Thank you, Lady Elizabeth, about my skin.
So anybody have information on that permit runner and where Miss Lady Elizabeth Amari Bradley can get more information.
On that training?
But yeah, so during that slowdown season, like Tommy said, man, you got to find other things to do. And it's a lot of ways to just make money and stay in this industry. Even in doing, people just discount general notary work, right? And you can still make $75. 55 for general notary work, notarizing just regular documents and being a regular mobile notary. So don't discount that.
And say, Demetrius said, I heard a lot of people on Clubhouse say Cynthia Alexander has a great permit running class. She's in Florida.
So, yeah, it's stuff like that. Me and Tommy is talking about the mobile ink fingerprinting. Hey, Tommy, do you have to have a machine for that? That machine was expensive. So do you have to have a machine for that or can you just use the ink pads? How does that.
And everybody please do me a favor like this video. Share it on your channels. Make sure that we get the word out. I'm still here, man. I am still here and kicking. I want to. It's a lot of stuff on the table that I'm trying to do.
My cousin has been helping me tremendously this month. However, I'm on my own because she's in and out of town and she went to California, then she's going to Mexico, and then they're going to Aruba. So I'm on my own. So all of this is on me. And it's. I got a lot of stuff to do, but I really, really, really am going to get back into creating more videos once I get probably in July, you know, when I get all of my business up on this end transferred over. Where's the bag to that?
Hold on one second.
Let me let somebody in the door.
I'm sorry, y'. All. I have somebody trying to get into a door.
And I'm opening it for him. And the good part is I have a system called Vivint V I V I N T. And it allows for me to open the doors right from my phone, which is amazing and awesome because I don't have to be there. So I can control the alarm system. I can control the doors. I don't have cameras on the inside because that would be, like, really weird, right?
That's a weirdo. That does that. But they are at the doorbell. 3870.
They are at the doorbell of each unit. So I can always kind of see what's going on and make sure everything is cool. I know before anybody else if there's a party on my. On my property.
Okay. General notary work. Okay, Kayla. She said general notary work. Notary work is her favorite stock. And build relationships with daycares, FedEx businesses in the area. Yeah, yeah.
The process I'm doing is ink card fingerprinting and not live scan. Gotcha. I'm looking to move to Live Scan direction in the fall. So that. That live Scan thing, that's. That's. Is that the big machine? Is that what the live scan is called? And that's an investment. I know, but that is awesome.
Kayla, they're asking what type of notarizations do daycares need?
Yeah, Tania, you're right. Local lawyers always can use a notary public, especially the independent lawyers who are not, like, with a big firm, the smaller lawyers, because a lot of the big firms have their own, you know, personal people who work for them who are. Who are already notaries.
That's awesome. So, Lynn, with your no general notary work, are you doing pretty good? Like, what are your charges? You know, do you make the $50 to $75 and up for general notary work? Because that's good money, man. I mean, and it's less pages. You can't beat it.
Yeah, Tania, that's awesome. And I love that you're building relationships, because in order to do a lot of the local private lawyers, you have to build those relationships for them to even know that you exist. Right? My logo looks weird. Oh, I'm moving it the wrong way. Okay, I'm gonna redo my logo, y', all.
Soon.
That ain't working.
Okay. All right. Hey, Miranda.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. So, yeah, yeah, that general notary work. I mean, there are a million ways to just stay getting. Getting work here, but you have to be proactive and do it. I mean, this is not always one of those businesses where everything is just going to come to you. You gotta go out and get it. And so I want y' all to keep that in mind. You gotta go out and get it and build various sources of income. Right.
That's why I'm, you know, I'm always on. On other stuff, trying to make everything happen.
Oh, okay. So Kayla's saying about the notarization when the kids are in foster care, adoptive guardianship, medical paperwork, etc, and they have to have fingerprinting for every employee. Ah, that's super good.
Wow. That's a niche, people.
That's awesome, Tania. And so a lot of people think that there's no money in general notary work. They think that you just get the six to ten dollars and then that's it. Tania, are you getting real money for your general notary work?
Let us know. Because some people think that that's just it and it doesn't have to be. I mean, you know, at a base, I know people who charge just for coming out, even if you come to them, it's gonna be $35. Period.
Period. I mean, one page, 35. If they come to you, it's no less than 75. If it's multiple pages, then you going in the hundreds for show. So.
Yeah, Lady Elizabeth, she's doing. She was referring to General Notary work.
Ms. Mia said, I'm getting minimum $25 just to come out. So Ms. Tania said I make $25 to 45 for driving two miles and five minutes of work. Yeah, exactly.
Exactly.
You hit it on the head that networking and going out talking to people, letting up people know exactly what you do. That is the flavor of the day, right? That's how. That's how you eat. That's how your kids are gonna eat. So that's what makes the dream work.
Yes. I love it. Tommy. Tommy says I get real money in Alabama for general notary work. Alabama. You don't have a cap on travel. I do power of attorney here at 125. Absolutely.
Absolutely.
And that's really good money.
So Ms. Tania says she goes to all the senior communities and rehab centers. They all need a power of attorney.
I love it. I love it. Because you can. You can stay just picking up your change all the time. That's what I'm talking about, man. I love it. I love it. Adoption agencies private and government ran need notaries all day long.
And that's why I love this channel. Because you know what? Yeah. It's such a give and take with the information from. From y'. All. I'm always learning from y'. All. Y' all get stuff from me. So that is what this whole thing is made of, man. I love our community.
I haven't been on. On Clubhouse or anything.
I would. I haven't been on Clubhouse. I've just had my head down, man, and I've just been, you know, working on my little stuff. So.
That is what is going on. But, yeah, I wanted to get on here because the slow season is upon us, people, and it may be time to pivot and, and get into those things that you've taken the trainings for and go on and make it happen, you know, so that your money does not slow down. You didn't get into this to be broken. You got into this. My. If you recall, January, I said my goal for y' all was 10 to $20,000 a month.
10 to 20,000.
I want to know that y' all are there.
Hey, Thomasina.
I want to know that y' all are there when you get there. I want to know it because that's the goal. That's. That, that's the, that's still the goal. It's still 20, 21. That's the goal for this whole year. So, yes, absolutely. That's where I want y' all to go and I want to help y' all get there in every way that I can.
Hey.
So creative, frugal. We were talking about.
Doing, you know, that, that it's going into slow season between. It starts sometimes in June, goes all the way to October and starts picking up actually in October. November area still a little slow in October, but it starts picking up. Right. And we were saying to get into other things like the apostille fingerprinting permit, running general notary work. And a lot of people in the thread in the comments are talking about, you know, exactly what they're doing and what they do to keep everything going and how the general notary work is really good to them. Yeah, Homesteads, I got it.
Yeah, Thomasina, you can easily change that. This is one of those things. 5K. But yeah, but see, you've seen the 10,000amonth too though, right? And you know, in my, in my, I'm doing a commercial now. And in that commercial I'm saying when I first got into this, everybody was saying doing and being a notary public loan signing agent was the way to go and the way to start making the big money. If you look at the videos, that's what everybody is saying. And that's true. You can get there just doing that. But a lot of people are not just doing that. They put the notary public loan signing agent work along with something else and then they reach that ten to twenty thousand dollar level. And I can see how when you do that, you can do more, right? Because say, for instance, on one day you don't get any, any, any sign ins from snapdocs or wherever. You could still do general notary work that day and still you know, $500 a day, five days a week. That's 10,000amonth.
That's your goal. Every day. Every day. You need to set your calendar to make $500 a day. If you're doing general notary work at a hundred dollars per pop, that's how many? Five and you're done.
So that's what you need to set your calendars to approximately $500 a day.
And so, Tania, you know what? The bigger jobs are worth it, especially if you go direct because you can.
You can get to the $200 per job range. But if you do Apostilles, you already closer to 200, you know, without all of the documents and printing. That comes with the general notary work. I mean, that comes with the notary public loan signing agent work.
Let me put that up. So you know what? Hold on. I want to. I'mma take y' all on a trip real quick with me because so I have a new website. I don't think we're all the way finished with it.
It's right now. It's on solution. Oh, let me go back. I don't think y' all with me. Hold on, hold up.
Let me share my screen is what I'm doing.
Okay, so this is my website. Right now. It's on Solutions by TJ Club. And that's going to change. And I'm going to redo this logo. I want to make this smaller kind of. But anyway, so this is my website.
So I'm gonna click on mystery shopping.
And you should be able to come to this page and get everything that you want.
So I'm gonna control C.
That'S me and Ms. Nico. So I am actually going to create a banner with this Mystery Shopping.
Hopefully for y', all, it comes through as a link.
I don't know why it says that, but.
See, let's see, let's see, let's see, let's see.
That is it. I don't know if it comes through as a link. Hold on. Did I put it in the comments? Hold on, y'. All. I didn't do what I was trying to do. That's what I was trying to do. I ain't mean to make a banner out of it.
Let me delete that banner.
So I put that in the comments. That's the Mystery Shopping link. That's the new website. Dang. Something gave me an error.
Tommy said, anyone within the platform successful completing the notary permit runner in their area. I have the course and marketing material ready, but haven't Executed locally.
Awesome, awesome, awesome.
Thank you, Miranda.
Oh, Tanya. It's not okay.
Tanya. Oh, okay. So you know that's my name too. I'm saying Tania. Okay. Because that's how it looks. But yeah, I got it. I got it now. Tanya.
Got it, got it, got it.
So, yeah, absolutely. Tanya Matthews. I love it.
So, yeah, that's the mystery shopping. That's my new website. If you want to. To make it easier, just goes to. To.
HTTP Solutions by TJ Club. It's not.com just yet. We haven't put it live on my website.
So I just put that in the.
I just put that there in the comments. But yeah, you can go there. And all of my products are there. I mean, mystery shopping, everything. I'm still in the process of changing some things out. I don't know why I'm getting a.
I'm getting an error message when I'm trying to send comments to Facebook for whatever reason. Don't know. But.
Yeah, I'm. I'm fleshing everything out. Everything is coming. It's coming along, y'. All. It's coming along. Really is. I want that top picture changed up there and I need a.
Someone to edit my photograph. So if y' all know a really good person to edit photographs, let me know because I would love to get that done for some. A few photographs that I have.
Hey, Rosalind. The apostille course takes.
We have. The first course took four hours.
To go through and then we have like some. One, some Q&As that took two. We have four Q&As that took like two hours a piece. But when you go through it, it is so thorough because you have the whole family asking questions. You have the whole family breaking down the information so that everybody can understand it. It's really good.
Hey, Gio. First time commenter, long time watcher in Maryland and passed my exams. All I need to know is my surety bond. It's $750. After that I'm well on my way. All I need now is my surety bond. Okay, cool. So Geo, did you get your bond from the National Notary association or where you getting your bond from?
Let me know. So, Lady Elizabeth, regarding the apostille work, it really depends. Like for those who don't know what, what the apostille is, it is where a document is going to a foreign country that is a part of the Hague Convention. And it's long story about the Hague Convention. It's basically where countries got together to make the process of authenticating documents easier between countries. Right. So when a document needs to go to another country, if that document is a part, if that document is going to a country that is a part of the Hague Convention, then the process has to go from where they are to the Secretary of State and then, you know, the Secretary of state provides an apostille stamp and then you give it to your client. How many pages? It could vary from one page to. It depends on what type of document needs to be authenticated. So it kind of varies. But I mean, one page, you can chart one page, $165. If that one page needs to be rushed, that one page can turn into $300. Crazy.
One page.
And I mean how many pages do you have to notarize? It just kind of depends, you know, it depends on the documents.
Yep, yep, yep. So all of that is on my website right now. Like I said, It's 247. But we're changing all of that because we're about to start running ads. So.
That's what's going on, people.
Well, I'm not gonna stay on here all night tonight. I'm. I'm feeling kind of out of whack. I drunk some Pedialyte and poof. Still I've been sleep half of the day. But yes.
Oh yes, it's from the nna. I was on their website looking to see if anything was on a special but I know, right?
Awesome. Gio.
Okay, Gio, look at Mon. Look at Monitor Proctor's stuff. She's talking about the state of Maryland doesn't require the surety bond.
Okay, look on the Solutions by TJ Club.

Lynn, I don't know. I don't know if I feel okay. I. You know, I've been sleep at my mama's house all day. Like I don't know something was going on with my stomach. I drunk some pedialytes and I just think I'm. I was tired because I, I took on the double shift. So now I'm doing what I normally do, plus what my cousin does and baby, it's a lot. It's a lot. So just going back and forth, I was just super tired. So I rested today. I rested yesterday. Look, me and my, my, my daughter and the dog didn't get up until 10 o'. Clock. We went and ate and got back in the bed at noon and slept till about 4, so I know. Okay, Miranda, you right. I need to get my ingredients for my tea. You are so right.
I gave Miranda this. This. So one of my friends gave me the ingredient for some tea during the time when everybody was sick, when the coronavirus came. And Miranda's been drinking that good tea, and she listen, they call it miracle tea because they say, boy, I'm. Everybody that has tried it is like, whoa, this stuff works.
Okay, Geosio.

You need some Jamaican sea moss. Add organic turmeric, ginger, and with elderberry. Oh, wow. Okay.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. And I know my cousin has the Jamaican sea moss. Lord have mercy. The consistency of that stuff is just fine.
But I swallowed it. Hey, Sean, thank you.
