What I'm figuring out right now because my silly self. I'm all in. These short term rentals, I'm all in. I'm living in the old storage unit right now. I'm all in. I'm so far in that when I was telling y' all about, you know, how you get into.

So how committed are you? How into this are you? So I'm living in these short term rentals, full transparency. Last month I paid the last of my savings into this business. My issue in the short term rental businesses, I am booked on the weekends, during the week is tumbleweed around this mug. And as a business, you can't sustain like that. You have to have some activity during the week or else the expenses that are incurred, my mortgage, I mean my rent is $14,400.

Right? So of course I have to make over that in order to, for all of my bills to be paid. So rent, then another about $7,000, maybe a little bit less expenses.

That's commitment. Do I, do I say that's for everybody? You know, I am going through the point of going back, backtracking, talking to my accountant, talking to everybody. Am I, am I doing everything right? No, I'm not.

When I do it the next time, will it be better? Absolutely. Absolutely. Am I gonna win this time? Hey, I'm swinging. I'm swinging with everything I got. Did I just tell you I paid my last $8,000 to my name? Yeah. So my more, my rent is 14, four, bill seven. Need about 21,000 if I'm thinking right to be able to cover everything. Hold up one second. That was my neighbor. So little girl got her little bag that I gave her with her little drawers and two shirts in it, and she went over to my neighbor house. She ain't got nowhere else to go because you can't come to my mama house. Can't go to my cousin's house. Don't go to none of my family house worrying them hello. So then he gonna walk himself over here acting like my grandmother told my, hey, how y' all doing? Like you don't know what, baby, if that ain't LT Baby, my grandmother was the queen. I don't know what's going on. I was just coming to see how y' all was doing. Why you acting like you don't know?

So, y', all, when you see people and they look like they're doing. Oh, I did two shops today at two high end apartments. I made a hundred dollars in an hour. The apartments were very close to each other. Okay. Ain't that the truth? I love it.

And Natajan, you could do that at McDonald's, you could do it at all kind of different places. I mean, all kinds of different places. And you be surprised at how much money you get. Like this time a couple of years ago, they wanted you to drive these luxury cars, and they pay you a hundred dollars to just test drive a luxury car. Isn't that awesome? That was fun.
