$unDay FunDay Notary Signing Agent Q&A

Live Q&A hosted by LaTonya Johnson (TJ) on Jan 31, 2022 focused on notary signing agent business practices and marketing. TJ and participants (Oswald, Shayna, Kayla, others) discuss direct marketing channels (title companies, signing services, real estate events, Thumbtack), the value of securing even a single direct client, and diversifying into apostille services, RON, and live-scan fingerprinting. Practical tips include Google Business naming (use location+service), using ads and social media, and language/translation challenges (Spanish) with suggestions like Duolingo and Google Translate. The stream also references a sold-out “Mark Will” loan signing conference in San Diego (Aug 20–21).

It.
Okay, folks. Hey, Oswald, how are you?
It's 1001 here. Oswald.
Go get that. Okay. You know what? I feel a lot better tonight. I don't need caffeine.
Thank you for checking.
How are you tonight?
You are too funny. Talking about I'm late. Why ain't my light. Let me see. It's this side.
Hold on. Oswald.
Is that better? No, that ain't no better. It's this side.
Huh? This side looks fine. No.
This side.
Okay.
I'm busting your. I know you busting my chops. Look at you, you. You a mess.
Wow, I am glad to be here tonight because, baby, I almost wasn't. Oswald so Blue has been throwing up all day today. Hey, Shayna. And I don't know if I done caught whatever the heck she has, but Lord have mercy.
What lost tickets?
What lost tickets are you talking about? Oswald, I have a question for you today. What direct marketing vehicles do you use? Do you use thumbtack? Do you stop by title companies, builders, real estate agencies? What direct. What direct marketing avenues do you use?
Yep. Does that mean all of them?
Shayna, how you doing this evening? How was your week in Pennsylvania?
And y' all let me know if. If this looks weird if it goes, you know, because I'm plugged into the Internet, so everything should be fine. But let me know if it looks foggy on your end. And I'm going to plug in on my own doggone self.
On YouTube just to see a lot of snow.
Oh, no lines. Loan signing service tickets. They have another event coming up, Oswald.
Good. So it's a lot of snow, huh? It's not snowing here, but the weather is real. Boy, I tell you, as crazy as I'll get out.
You go directly to the title companies. Does that work well for you, Oswald? Going directly to the title companies.
Okay, I look pretty clear.
Let me find a mute on my thing.
Awesome. How many direct clients do you have as well?
Good. My system looks clear. Because sometimes, man, it was looking so foggy. I think y' all were getting sick of me looking hazy and would tap out. I had a lot of success going direct. And really, you know, one client, one direct client can change a whole business. One. Because all I had was one. I went after others, but I was full of business with just that one.
Mark Will said he sold his tickets dang.
In 4.5 hours, right? Whoa.
You have seven direct clients. Wow.
That's good. That's good. Are you going to Mark Will's event, Oswald?
Four and a half hours. He Sold out.
You taking your thousand dollars and going to Dubai with that?
I know. That's right. Let's go see what his event is about. Hold on. I'm gonna take y' all with me because I. I have. I haven't even looked at it.
Loan signing.
System conference 2022.
Let's look at it. Who are the speakers?
Oh, it's this summer. Learn every.
Learn everything Business. The nationwide notary public loan signing agent conference of the year, dedicated to teaching you how to get more signings and grow your business. Okay.
In the heart of San Diego. I Love San Diego. August 20th through the 21st. No fluff. 100% notary public loan signing agent, marketing training. Ah, so he's really good at marketing.
You know what? I'm trying to see if I could register now.
It ain't all sold out. Oh, wow. Yes, it is.
Inner circle, sold out. Vip, early bird, sold out. General admission, sold out. No seats available, baby. Go on, Mark. I ain't hating it all.
Town and country resort.
That is amazing.
That was pretty.
All of it is sold out. Wow.
Summer camp. Learn everything. This business conference, as well as Recordings from the 28, 2018, 2019, 2021. Road to six figures.
I wonder, is it just him.
Or is it.
Golly.
Sponsors. Nna.
Who is this?
Nicole Jackson. Manages the training and education department.
And then Jennifer Clever.
Notary Dash.
Cool. Okay.
So he's gonna be the main speaker. He ain't got nobody else speaking. All right, Mark.
Don'T stop. Get that.
All right?
The jobs are far and few between. Which ones? Which jobs are far and few between Oswald and. What is seven?
I am. I'm interested. I'm sort of interested in knowing what he has to say as well.
That is different from what he's. You know what everybody said. There's a woman there, Jennifer Glover. I do some apostille. Work with her. With. Is she with Notary Dash?
Who is Jennifer Glover? Hey, Tasha. How are you?
I'm sitting all sideways in this chair. This chair is uncomfortable. I need my other chair from my. My old.
Who is Jennifer Glover as well?
Hey, Shayna. What do you do for marketing your business? That question is also for you too, Latasha. Anybody who wants to answer, what do you do for marketing?
I have. We're gonna march into marketing in March.
Oh, the direct clients are far and few between.
What is the number seven for Oswald? You have seven direct clients. What is that?
I'm going to do a series, like I said. I mean, March is going to be completely dedicated to marketing. So I'm interested in what other people do because I have.
Some different tactics. I believe.
Right now we are working on me and Burris, that is my marketing guy in India. We're working on ads.
And scaling those ads for just everything. The apostille business, the short term rental business.
For everything. So I'm working on ads. But when it comes to direct, I ain't going for title companies anymore.
Nope, nope, nope. I have different ideas. I'm gonna do a whole video on it.
And I thought Jennifer Glover, wasn't she the lady that works for Notary In? She with Notary Dash?
I thought I just saw her at the bottom of his thing.
Let me see. She's one of the sponsors with Notary Dash. Hold on. Yeah. Jennifer Glover, Notary Dash.
At least that's what it says.
Is Jennifer Glover. Where are you? Person in Hires. Where are you located? Oh yeah, you're in New York. Is Jennifer in New York as well? Oswald.
Boy, did you see in New York where that Miss USA was it jumped off of? They're saying that you know, she was found dead. Possibly, possibly jumped off of her building.
Okay.
Gotcha. And is is. I'm not sure if she is. You're not sure if she's in New York? You don't know where she is?
Hey, Johannie, how are.
You? Gotcha.
Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.
I think so. I wonder, is Jennifer the same lady? I don't think so, but that owns Coast to coast as well. I know Nico was telling me about. She's talked to her before. I can't remember her name.
The lady that owns Coast To Coast.
My laptop is up.
I can't complain. I can't complain, Johnny. I'm good. Good, good, good.
Yeah. So you know my thoughts now in this ever changing market. Hey Sandy, how are you? Hey, I'm glad you're here. I'm good, good, good, good. But in this ever changing market, you know, we cannot keep doing the same thing and expecting different results. For instance, if everybody is going after title companies, I know at one point.
Bank serve, or was it Fidelity?
I think it might have been. Fidelity had gotten a lot of the national contracts for title companies. The big title companies like Fidelity, American, Stewart Independence, all of them had gone under one national contract. I don't know how that worked out. That was years ago.
Hey Tashina, how are you?
But so a lot of when I was doing a lot of calling, at least in Houston, they weren't available because they had all gotten, gotten gone after this big contract or they were all a part of a big contract. And that contract, you know, it was one. One agency that had all of these businesses under them taking on these title companies. And they only wanted to give notaries like 75, $80 for a closing. Hey, Kayla, what you been up to?
Sandy, Tashina, Johanni, what do y' all do? Even Kayla, what do y' all do for direct business? Like, what are some of your marketing. Marketing avenues?
You know what? I did not know that Fidelity owns Service Link and Bank Serve.
I didn't know that.
But that makes sense.
That makes a lot of sense.
I didn't know. I surely didn't know they own bank, sir.
That is interesting. I don't know why my little light over here ain't working right. Because it's on this side. No, it's on this side.
There we are. It was too low. All right.
All right. Tashina. Hey, hey, hey. Hey, Janice, thank you for joining in.
I did not know that.
Girls. Kayla, we gonna have to go to some of these real estate events together. Have you gotten any direct business from these real estate events?
All right, so Sani, this is what I tell everybody about that Google business page. Do not name it. Sani Mobile Notary Services.
Sani Mobile Notary Services. Name it after where you are and what you do. For instance, Houston, Texas, Mobile Notary.
And Apostille Services. Or Humble Notary and Apostille Services. Humble is somewhere in Houston.
Social media marketing and text follow ups.
So who are you marketing to on social media?
Are you marketing for general notary work or are you marketing to.
Title companies?
Lisa Bittner. Ah, yeah. Lisa Bittner. Gotcha.
You are so right. Hey, three 3M mobile notary services. How are you? Thank you for joining us this evening.
So, Sashina and Sani, if you guys need training, let me know.
Greater OC Yeah. Good. You follow directions. Praise God. I'm glad, Sandy. Thank you. Because I don't know, man. So many people miss that part.
So many people miss that part.
You know, and there's so much, so many other things to do, Tashina, other than just the loan signings. There's so much more to do. Yeah, the Apostille business, that's the one that I, I really, man, I'm so grateful.
You know, for our colleague telling us about that. I'm really grateful because that's a. That's. That, that. That's real good to me. I. I appreciate that.
It has been an amazing avenue. General notary work. You're in real estate groups, Marketing. I want to work with investors, builders and developers. Exactly.
Yeah. You know, I've gotten a lot of inheritance stuff lately, like people inheriting property they have, you know, trying to get airship affidavits signed and all of that stuff.
That general notary work will feed you. Now don't. Don't sleep on it because I don't leave out of my house for nothing less than a hundred dollars on general notary work and I get the money.
Awesome. Well, hey, if y' all want it, call. Email me at Support Solutions by TJ.com and I'll definitely give you the links.
Oh, boy. So like New York is in the house tonight. Is there a blizzard going on? And what did they call that? Blizzard? Hold on.
I think they had a name for this blizzard.
Brutal, cold bomb, cyclone dumps, record setting snow. That's crazy.
Why do you hate general notary work, Oswald?
I don't mind it a bit. It's quick, it's fast, it's to the point you in and out. And I made a hundred bucks. I'm good.
I don't mind.
I'm gonna post as soon as I can get a better picture.
One of our.
Colleagues sent me this thing with like just a general price list for apostille work throughout the nation.
If I could find it.
I'll find it. I know I will. But it was really good.
Really, really good. It's in my text messages.
So I'll find it.
Oh, nor'. Easter. That's what it is.
Oswald. Houston is actually larger than New York. But per capita, as far as people are concerned, I understand what you're saying. We're the fourth largest. New York is what, the first.
Nor'. Easter. What? Nowhere I had never heard of that. Is that for northeastern winds? Does that what? Is that what that stands for?
Oh, Kayla, you said your sister lives dead in the Bronx. They were plowing and playing.
That's not true, Oswald. They pay. That is not true. My people pay. Don't mind paying.
Let them know my price and they pay.
$2. I don't do nothing for $2, Oswald. You got the wrong people.
Is that what that stands for? Tell me, that Nor', easter.
Does it stand for Northeastern winds or something like that?
So I'm gonna do a whole video on getting direct business and just give y' all my thoughts. I don't want to give them here because I want to save it for a video. I'm gonna do that video this week. I'm also gonna do a video on.
You know, Texas is open carry, so I've Never had this issue. I've never been to a closing and felt uncomfortable like my life was in danger or compromised in any way. But there are people.
There are people who carry guns and tasers in the closings with them. And I get it. You going into somebody else's house. I totally understand. I think I feel more that way for general notary work than I ever did for signings. Because with the signings, you're going through a company. Through a company. You have their identification. You have copies of their driver's license. It's like, how are you gonna get. You. You. You're gonna get caught. You're not gonna get away with killing me. Honey, they have your driver's license, your Social Security number. You're on file, plus you're going after a multi thousand dollar. Some multi million dollar deals at the closing table. So, I mean, if you look at it statistically, most homeowners are, you know, married couples with kids. That's statistically so more than likely the wife will be there.
So I've never had a problem. Have y' all ever had any issues at closing? I. I read about this one lady who. She had an issue where the guy got really upset with her because he was supposed to get money back at closing, and it wasn't nothing but like, maybe $5,000, and he pulled a gun on her in his house. I'm supposed to get this money, and y' all are cheating me and something. It was a mess. She was fearing her life over $5,000. And I guess he thought that. I don't know if this was a refinance. I'm not sure of what the. The details of the deal were, but he thought that she had his money.
A nor' easter or an east coast low. Oh.
Synoptic scale extra tropical cyclone in the western north Atlantic Ocean. The name derives from the direction of the winds that blow from the northeast nor east. I knew it was something northeast.
Cool. Okay.
Yeah. Like Kayla said, it's all about your clientele and who your target is. General notary work is hot, fast money. And a lot of people just, you know, a lot of banks, the lobbies are still closed. They're understaffed. So you can't go to the bank like you used to be able to and just get a note, get something notarized. That used to be the quick way for general notary work. Right. It's not the same anymore. There's actually an article that was posted on.
Let's go there. I was reading that before we came On. On.
This is on the NNA's website, the Blog to Succeed in 2022 notaries change the way they do business.
Starting to get comfortable with the idea that this virus is going to be around a long time. Always tell them I'm willing to notarize outside if that makes you feel more comfortable. Yeah. Instead of notarizing inside the house. They know I did that, especially when Covid first started.
Electronic purchasing opportunities. It talks about remote online notarizations and having the ability to go remote.
And then this guy's talking about advertising more and getting certified for apostilles as well as a process server.
And learn how to do live scan fingerprinting. So there are several streams of income coming in.
Yeah. So most people are doing a variety of different things.
Which is really good, really cool, and necessary. I mean, having all of your eggs in one basket just doing loan signings. Loan signings are cool. But in this business, man, there's. There are other ways to make money.
Other ways to make money. That general notary work is a beast. It is a beast. I've been getting a lot of calls. The way that I'm missing business right now is because I do not speak fluent SPEEC Spanish. And so.
One of our. Our viewers reached out to me to interpret. And then I'm also in contact with another lady. I'm gonna have to call her tomorrow because I text her, and she didn't text me back when I had a general notary job.
Latasha. Okay. Latasha says she's licensed to carry. So you carry. Not afraid. It's for safety all the way around. Exactly. No, I totally understand. And Mariama carries a Taser, and so I'm looking at both options. I need to carry something because, I mean, even in real estate, in wholesale and flipping, you're going in and out of houses and doing all kinds of stuff. So.
Yeah.
Go find out who is a part of Fidelity.
Fidelity what? Fidelity title services.
F I, d e l I t y.
National title.
Yeah, I knew they had a lot of companies under them. I wonder, is this the link?
I don't think this is it.
Oh, this is it.
Well, is this the same? Oh, yeah.
Title Insurance.
So they own Alamo Chicago.
They own timeshares. Okay, service link. I don't see bank serve. Lawyers title ticor.
I do see Service link. What is this? Additional services.
Oh, here it is. Bank Serve, Fidelity Inspection and Consulting. National Agency Solutions. Residential Solutions.
Very interesting.
I see that.
Yeah. I knew they owned a whole bunch of stuff.
And they're steadily acquiring.
Latasha. Okay? And see, Latasha, I took Spanish from, shoot the sixth grade all the way to the 12th grade.
And my spit. My. My. I can read Spanish and I can actually speak Spanish. These people talk too fast, though. Golly.
They. They talk too fast. It's too much.
They talk too fast.
And. And even if I understand what they're saying, which a lot of times I do, I don't feel comfortable. I just need to start doing it. I need to get out of my shell. I was about to say, I don't. I don't feel comfortable having. Holding a conversation, but I'm really just gonna have to start doing it. There's a lady that I saw on.
Instagram who's offering services to teach you conversational Spanish for your business.
Oh, yeah. Johanna said her part of her marketing is search title companies and signing companies near you email them by introducing yourself. Trust me, it works.
Gotcha.
I had a lot of success with those no name title companies. The ones that are like, you know, not the big ones, not the Americans, the Chicago lawyers title.
Viola Carrington title. That was my title company, bro.
Me and my whole family ate off of them.
Okay.
Please email me, please.
So that I can get your contact information. Support Solutions by TJ.com.
Support Solutions by TJ.com Email me. Today.
I need to learn more Spanish. Yo habla espanol.
You speak Spanish, but you need more practice. Yes, exactly. I need a lot more practice. And see, I read Spanish well.
I need more practice.
That is so true.
And you know what? So you know, I'm just lazy because. All right, let me show y' all this app that I have. It's called Duolingo. Let me find it. Duolingo.
It's a green app. Can y' all see that? Duolingo.
And so on this app.
It teaches you various Spanish words, but you can actually go on here and talk to other people.
And that's really what I need to do. Why don't I do that?
I don't know.
Because there are people on here who are just holding conversations.
So audio lessons. Tune into these short lessons to practice speaking and listening to Spanish. So greetings.
And I just. Yeah.
Where is it? Because they had them. They might have stopped it.
But they had a whole place.
Where you could.
Just speak Spanish with different people.
I don't even see it. Maybe they stopped that portion.
But. Yeah.
Look at you. Look. Look at Kayla.
Kayla, you know Spanish.
And I just be feeling like I'm so slow.
I know. True Blue. So, I mean, even with the Translate app, man, they. They are talking so fast. The Translate app can't even keep up. Keep up with what? They're saying they are talking fast. I don't know if it's a fast talking contest in Texas or what. It's like, God dang, my family doesn't even talk that fast.
Oh, really?
I didn't know that, Kayla.
So which app is that? True blue.
And how do you use that app when you're on the phone?
Because that's what I needed. I need the doggone app when I'm on the phone. I guess I'd need an. An another phone.
So I have. Is google translate or what? I have google translate.
And that doesn't work. Well, you're gonna have to call me.
I can't stand as well. Shut up, Oswald. Anybody. Make no goddamn excuse. Hey, Fahim, how are you?
Get Oswald over there. He messing with me ugly self.
I know. I'm looking at Translate, so I think Translate is a Google product.
Oh, there's another Translate, too.
I see two of them. I have both of them on my phone.
Oh, and this one has conversation. But can you use it while you're on the phone? You say it's blue and white. Hold on.
Both of them are blue and white. Look at my phone.
Over the other way. Okay, so you see the one on the far end?
So there's one all the way to the right and all the way to the left. Those two say translate.
And both of them are blue. One is black, blue and white, and the other is white, gray, and white. Which one is it?
Yes, I watch the novella shows Despacito.
I can read it really well. Claro quesi. I can read it really well.
What? True blue. A in white, Japan in the other.
Oh.
What do you mean? A N, white, Japanese in the other. You mean.
Gn white. That's what you meant?
Yes. Okay. Yeah. So that's a Google product, I think.
Oh, I know.
Novellas. I love them. They so messy. Novellas is good. Oh, they messy.
Okay, hold on. Let me see if I can help. Let me see if I can focus this.
Okay.
Okay.
Is that better? Can you see it?
Wait. Okay, maybe that's better.
Yeah, that's.
That's Google Translate.
Nihau, you know who taught me Nihau. Oh, man. What's her name? Madison, who taught us Nihau. It was on. It was on a cartoon. Nihau.
Univision, who taught us Nihau.
What cartoon was that? With Nihaul.
The looker act like she don't know, you know, it was a cartoon when you. A little Nio.
As well. You spamming me now.
Does she?
Yes.
But I can listen. Okay, so I need to speak. I need practice speaking. I need practice.
Speaking. That's what I need. So, Kayla, you gonna. Come on now. I need to practice. You're gonna. You're gonna be my practice partner. You're close. You're right here. You can be my Spanish practice partner. You and Johanni.
We need. I need some practice partners. Dora. No, it's not Dora.
It ain't no Dora.
Let me find her name.
It's a little girl and she's too cute. Oh, this is it.
Yeah. K. Lynn. That's what she was trying to say. Kayleen. That's her name.
Kayleon. Is that how you say it? Kylaine? Anyway.
She'S about not Dora. Okay, so you so silly. Oswald. See, you are spamming people on here. You. You are. You are a cyber bully. That's what this is called, cyber bullying. But that's okay, because when I come back and my channel is in English and Spanish, don't behave.
Ah, got it.
Oh, cool. Got it. Okay. Yeah, that's the app. So I think that's a Google product. But how do you talk when you're on the phone?
I used to speak the Dominican Spanish as a child. Then I learned the Haitian Creole. And Spanish is gone from my mom.
Okay, True Blue. Got it. I got the text. Shushy. Come sit your down.
Thank you. Good girl. That's mommy. Good girl.
Blue made me so sick, y'. All. Oh, my God.
She not feeling good today. And then, look, it was coming out of one way with her and I had to clean it up and it didn't go so well.
She looking sad. And look, when I'm. I'm. Oh, Hola, Johnny.
Combo.
Oswald. You know what? Go to time out. You go your the time out right now.
Come here, Blue. Come here. Let the people see you. Come, come. Come here. Come here. Jump. Any other time. I couldn't get you not to jump. Come here.
Come on. No. Come over here.
Come on, Daddy. Go. That did go. Look at the people. Look. Look at the people. Oh, I didn't mean kiss me. Look at the people.
You see how it says she? I'm a girl. I have my collar on. You okay? Why did you kiss me? I'm gonna throw up.
You got me dead on the lips. You know, you're not feeling all that great.
Blaming the dog for what? No, she did. I'm trying to tell you she knew I wasn't feeling good and her wasn't feeling good either.
Johani. Is that how you pronounce it? Johanni. Johanni, you look so sad. What's wrong? You don't feel good? Oh, blue. Oh, blue.
You don't feel good? Blue don't feel good. Y', all.
Look, Oswald is on his favorite people. He talk about. I know your name is Johari.
Go lay down. You could go lay down, girl.
You could go lay down.
Oswald is a mess. Johani.
He talking cyber bullying all of us. And then here this thing go. Here come the bots. You didn't call them?
Okay, I'm gonna block the bots.
IQ Syria. Okay? City out. We're not talking about Syria. Oh, dang y'. All. Here go the bots. They just started spamming us.
That is too funny.
Oh, you text me again.
Okay, but can you do it when you're on.
Can you do it when you're on the phone talking to somebody? That's my thing. True blue. When you're on the phone talking to somebody, can you. Can you do this? Can you use the app when you're on the phone talking to somebody?
That Goddard, Oswald tickles me. That's my baby. Oswald, quit playing.
Why? Where is your wife while you on here cyber bullying me? Hello, I need to speak to Ms. Oswald.
Shoes.
Because you are just a cyber damn bully.
You talk about you wasting 15 minutes with your dog.
Okay, I'm gonna try it while I'm on the phone, because I think I tried it one time, and it wouldn't allow it. Like, I tried it when I was on the phone. I gotta practice that. Kayla, I'll call you tomorrow so we can practice while I'm on the phone.
To see if that app works when I'm on the phone.
This is good. Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good.
But, yeah, that's one way I'm losing business. There's too many people, man, who call me, and I can't speak Spanish. So then I gotta lose business. I cannot have that. I have to get out of that bucket. I lie spaniel. No, no, I like spaniel. That's the first thing I say. Instead of even trying, I need to try. Then they go off talking fast, and I just get frustrated. I'd be like, no, I'm less than y', all, so I gotta do better. Hush up.
I can do it. I can do it.
I can do it.
So you speak a little bit of Spanish as well? Is that what you're trying to tell me.
Misses Oswald is on a monthly seven day personal vacation.
Well, all right. You keep working them nine jobs, baby.
Seven day personal vacation. I love it. I can't wait to give me one. That's what I need. A monthly.
Seven day personal vacation.
I think so.
I believe that it is okay to use the app at an appointment. I don't think your clients would mind either. I actually, the title companies will provide translators as well while you're at the table.
And the signing services they'll provide. If you tell them that you need translation services, they'll. They'll have somebody available for you.
You say she owned a monthly seven day personal vacation? That could either be good or bad.
Hopefully you're talking about a real vacation instead of the other one, because baby, poor thing. Lord Jesus.
Well, guys, we've been on here 55 minutes. We've talked about a little Spanish. I need to go to bed. Good night, TJ and everyone else. I'll send you an email and you can forward it. Thank you.
It's Puerto Rican Spanish. Hey, I'll take it.
I know Blue is part of the family. Lashawn, call me. Call me. I don't know what's wrong with your phone number. I've been trying to get in touch with you. So text me. Call me when you have an opportunity. All right, y'. All. I love y' all to life. I'm about to go.
Oh, you want to accept appointments for Spanish speaking to get more signings? I believe that could work as long as you use the app. Especially if it works when I'm on the phone. When I test that and that thing works on the phone, oh, it's game over for a whole America. It's on and popping. Oh, I know what you're talking about now as well. That. That three to seven day monthly vacation. Tell her to get the morena and then she won't have that problem.
Look it up.
Oswald, I will give you that 15 minutes.
How you gonna change your number, Lashawn, and not give me your number? Oh, that's shady, Daddy. I swear to God. I can't remember what I wanted, but I wanted something and I was trying to get in touch with you. Good night, Johanni.
Thank you. I look forward to your email.
