Hey, so this is TJ with solutions by tj. And welcome to Sunday Funday. Tonight I'm getting started a little bit early. I think I'm three minutes early. Don't worry about it. I did that to let everybody come into the room, let everybody know that I am on and I am live. Hey, Chance, how you doing tonight?
I'm excited, man. This is a new year and we have so much to do, right? I. My goal is to get y' all to 10 to $20,000 a month. That's my goal. And also.
Another one of my goals is to figure out, you know, I'm still going through what to do regarding this channel, how to grow it, how to help you guys. But my number one goal. Hey, everyone. How are y'? All?
Hello. Hey, Tara.
I do. I do. Danjala. I offer one on one mentorship, and I can give you that.
I can give you. Email me@supportolutionsbytj.com.
I am putting my email address.
There. It is supportolutionsbytj.com and ask them to send you the information on One on One Mentorship.
Hello.
Hey, why Donard Queen v. Jacqueline in the house?
Ms. Gonzalez. Hey, Janice. Ms. Kelly. Ms. Davis. What it do? What it do, baby? Thank you, Jacqueline.
Happy New Year, Tanya.
Tanya. I'm Tanya. My name is latonya and yours is Tanya. Hey, Sarah.
Hey, Sea Hunter. I appreciate you too.
All right, so listen, like I said when I first came on, my goal for this year is to get my family to 10 to $20,000 a month. And we go, we doing this. Really? So if you are serious about that, if that's something that you are interested in, there is an app on a. On an app. There's an app called Clubhouse. One word. Clubhouse. When you look at the icon, when you go to your icons, it's on iPhones only, I think right now. But when you go to.
Your iPhone, look under apps and it's Clubhouse.
Okay.
Hold on, y'. All.
Okay. Yeah. So on Clubhouse, me and my cousin will be talking tomorrow about how we can help y' all get to 10 to $20,000 a month. Anybody up for that?
And you know what? So do me a favor in the. In the comments right now, let me know how much you make. Like, let me know the range that you are making. So put your. Your. The range that you're making as a notary public loan signing agent. If you are not working right now, say either I haven't started or. Or I just got my printer or whatever. So I want your Salary range, monthly and whether or not you are doing it part time, full time or not yet.
Okay.
Part time, full time or not yet.
So give me your salary range, what you're making now, because I want to get an idea of, of who's in the room and how we can help y', all, because this is serious for me. You know, I tell y' all all the time, I'm taking my family with me and.
Okay, two to three part time. All right?
Okay, y' all let me know how much you make, a range of how much you make and whether you're full time, part time or haven't started yet.
All right? And Janice, that's 200amonth.
Or 2000amonth.
Okay.
I'm excited, y', all, because listen, I'm not playing. I really want y' all to know I'm not playing. Like, I don't just get on here and just talk what I say. I mean, and hopefully, you know, I know that there are some people that got offended during the launch because they said it was raggedy blah, blah, blah. But hey, I'm doing my best to get everybody what they need, right? And what I want for my family is for Everybody to make 10 to 20,000amonth. And my cousin and I are going to get on, on, on Clubhouse tomorrow. So follow me. Solutions by tj Just, you know, when you get on the app, it's called. The app is called Clubhouse and I'll type it in. C L U B H O U S E.
And search solutions by.
Solutions by TJ and you should be able to see it.
So let me look down. Let's see what these salaries looking like. I'm seeing a lot of not started. A lot of 2000s. Just started. Did one signing agent job for 85. Okay. Currently making eight to 12, Ms. Davis full time. All right, that's not bad. But we're gonna figure out how to get to 20. So if you, you know, if you haven't made it to 10, don't worry about it. But if you add between 8 and 12, we're gonna show you how to get to 20.
Okay.
Part time. 900. That's not bad. Haven't started yet. Come on. Getting printed tomorrow. Come on, Velma.
Get that dog on printer so we can get started now.
Have everything I need to do. Hey.
If you don't call me tomorrow.
Hey, Monica, give me a second.
That's scared.
I ain't gonna do that. Scared man. Scared man. Can't make no money.
3K chance. That's good. That's good. Hey, Malcolm.
Can you share your Clubhouse live with YouTube as well?
I don't. I know it's only for Clubhouse, so I can't find it. And how do you get an invite to Clubhouse?
Okay, so if you know somebody who is on Clubhouse, like for me, I just got my sister on because there's an icon at the top and one of, one of the, one of our own family didn't walk me through this whole thing on Clubhouse. When you get on Clubhouse, there's an icon at the top that looks like an envelope. You click on that and you can add your friends.
So.
I gotta figure that out, y'. All. But go on it because when I see somebody, I just go on and add them. So. So go on and add the app now and maybe somebody will look in their back office like I'm doing and, and give me and give you and let you in.
I'm trying to figure out how to do it, y', all.
Because I don't want anybody to miss out on it because it's going to be awesome.
And Ms. Monica is on today also. She's going to be talking about. So Joseph. Hi TJ Want to sign up but I live in Tennessee and there's some misinformation about Tennessee being an attorney state. Do you know if Tennessee is one of the states that can do the loan signing agent?
That's some research that you're going to have to do. But I don't know if is is Tennessee. Who else is on here from Tennessee? Is Tennessee an attorney state? But even if it is an attorney state, you can still do it. And Monica is going to talk to us about that. Still waiting on my stamp. So Thomasina, contact, contact the National Notary association and see what's going on part time. Hey, Malcolm.
Looking to go full time now. I'm a Ryan Commission. Okay, so what if you're just now coming on. Thank y'. All. Hey, Happy New Year. Do me a favor. I want to know if you are. I want to know how much you're making as a notary public loan signing agent. Because I want to take the entire family. That is my goal. Take the entire family to making 10 to 20 thousand dollars a month. And me and my cousin are getting on an app called Clubhouse tomorrow to talk to y' all about it. The good part about Clubhouse is that you can have a one on one conversation. So it's not like you know this where I'm reading stuff and can the dagum screen keep jumping? I can't read and look at the doggone monitor. It's just retarded. Okay, but so on Clubhouse, we can let you up, you can raise your hand, we can let you up, and you can ask your question one on one. But we are dropping some gems. And, you know, if I see that once we get on there that y' all can't get in, then of course, I'll see how we can do it here as well.
But let me know if you're part time or full time and how much money you make a month as a notary signing agent.
Clubhouse does not allow. Right, Dominique? Clubhouse does not allow recordings, so it will not be shared anywhere else.
And that's Dominique. She'll be the moderator for tomorrow's event. And she is awesome at it. She showed me. Came into a room and showed me kind of, you know, how to do it. Look, I call her the clubhouse guru, because anybody that knows two seconds more than you is the guru to you. Hello.
So she knows about three, four seconds more than me on that.
But this is exciting. So that's. That's number one. That's my goal for all of my family. Let's get to 10, 20,000amonth.
I'm excited. I'm excited because that's big. You know, number one, it's big for somebody to aspire to help other people get to that point, especially with free information. Can I get an amen? Because nobody has helped me and told me nothing. All of the big people, nobody has reached down and said, tj, come on, this is how you. This how I go.
I wish. That would be awesome. A God. If there is anybody that, you know, you. You want to send my way, I'm. I'm taking it. I want somebody to tell me how to get to the next level, too. But I'm gonna tell you free game how to get to the next level. This is. This is not something that you have to pay for. We just on here talking, and I'm gonna just tell you the truth, how to get there. Okay?
And I want to know, do any of you, you know, where are you in your life? Like, are you at a point where you love your job? You want to keep your job forever, you love what you do? Or are you at a point where you're ready to be free from corporate America or whatever you do and take on this notary public loan signing agent thing full time? Because it can absolutely be a full time thing. Okay?
So, Ms. Davis, so in it for everybody, Clubhouse, just go on there and sign up because you. You'll you will get a text once you sign up for it. Don't worry about it. I'm sure somebody will let you in. I don't even know the person who let me in, but I was let in within a day. So if I see that y' all can't get in, have no fear. I'm gonna work it out. But I want my whole family there. Okay? All right, so that's thing number one. I have Ms. Monica on, and she's going to talk to us about some stuff with the attorney state. But before I let her on, I just wanted to go over some New Year stuff with y'. All. And yeah, New Year's resolution that I have for y', all. I don't know what your New Year's resolution is, but the New Year's resolution that I have for you, okay, is that you start making 10 to $20,000 a month. And if you, if you are not doing that at your job.
I want to understand. Do you want to transition into being a notary public loan signing agent full time and letting this be your full time gig?
So there are a couple of things. Let me, let me, let me tell y' all something.
I am so. I love this platform. I love doing the lives, right? Because lives, you just get on here, you talk, I give y', all, you know, what I have to give, and then we go. Creating videos for YouTube is not easy. When you see me do a video.
It'S not easy. It's a lot of research that goes into that. Editing, shooting different takes and all of that. And I'm trying to figure out if that's stressing me out because I think it may be causing me some anxiety because that's not one of the things that I'm like, oh, tj, you good, you cute and blah, blah. I don't do the camera. I'm not one of those girls who. Okay, let's take a picture. Oh, girl, over here. That's not me. That's not me. And it has never been me.
I don't think I'm real photogenic. I mean, do I believe I'm attractive? I do, but I just do the picture. Don't do me justice. Every time I see a picture, I'm looking weird and retarded on it. I don't know if anybody can relate to that. But. So I'm trying to figure out a shooting them videos is stressing me out.
And I like it. You know.
My motivation for doing it is you and only you. But is that motivation enough to keep me Doing it if it's stressing me out because there's so much other stuff that I could be doing, I don't feel like being stressed out, bruh. I don't. So just to let y' all know what this one right here, Me, I her, she what I'm good at. I'm good at listening to ideas. If you have a business idea, I am the Jordan. I'm telling you, I am the Jordan of taking your idea, listening to it, and making it into a million dollars. Hands down. I can hear an idea, and I am, baby. It is my superpower. Seriously. So outside of the notary stuff, if you have other ambitions, other businesses, whatever, that you want to really take to the next level. Oh, my God. That I don't see. If you can see that right now. That excites me. I enjoy that. Right? So that's one thing. The second thing is I am very, very intuitive. And, you know, I. I'm not. I'm not one of those intuitive people that God has just shown how to use it all yet. It comes to me in pings for certain people. And when we have some type of connection, then I can just. I can know when you about to call me, I can read what's going on with you and call you.
Telepathically in a way. It's weird. That's some woo woo stuff, I know, but that's kind of really one of my superpowers. And I can hear things about you that I can deliver to you. You can call it prophecy, whatever you want to call it, but I can just sometimes when we're so bogged up in life and in the world, we can't hear from God. And I know you see Buddha sitting here, but Buddha reminds me to remain calm. It's just like, you know.
Remain calm and centered. So I have that all around my house of peace, calm and centered. But I, Latanya Sri Johnson, I believe in Jesus Christ.
And in saying that sometimes when we're all bogged down and wanting something so bad, we can't hear for ourselves. So we have to depend on other people to hear for us. And I can hear for some of my friends.
And family. So my superpower is hearing an idea and showing people how to take that idea to a multimillion dollar idea. Another thing is getting on, helping people. I love that. I love the service of it. And especially my people, man. All people, especially. But we have been just marginalized so much and so far behind on every doggone thing that, yeah, that makes me happy. Y' all. So.
Die. You say rub on it. So I'm not looking at these comments because I'm running my mouth, y', all.
But.
I'm excited about it. I'm excited. I'm excited. I'm excited. So that's a part of what I'm doing for my new year is trying to figure out what the heck stressing you out, bro, and how can you eliminate that? And I can't eliminate YouTube because that's how I communicate with y'. All. That's how I share with y'. All. I love seeing y', all, and I'm trying to figure out how can I put out content that ain't stressing me? Oh. Because.
It'S just so much. It's a lot. It's a lot. Also.
I'm looking through and figuring out just my business stuff, too. You know, I need to sit down and write out my goals for the business and how I plan to get there. So I did it for you before I did it for myself. We figured out how to tell y' all to make 10 to 20 thousand dollars a month because, hey, that's the first thing is to get comfortable, baby. Before you can get to 10 to 20,000, you got to get comfortable first. You got to get to an income level where it's comfortable for you.
Right?
Thomasina, can you please contact me? Because I'd be trying to meditate, and for whatever reason, my mind is not before I go to sleep. And I believe in meditation. I've done it before, but I have not been able to. So I thought about breath work, and I need somebody. I need a breath work practitioner to take me through it. So please reach out to me.
I can give y' all my information if I could find it. You can send it to the supportolutionsbytj.com.
Again, that supportolutionsbytj.com.
That email address. That'll work. But, Thomasina, reach out because I need some help shoes. I'm not sure of how to do this.
And.
I'm just going to show this here in case anybody is interested in the apostille. I mean, in the mystery shopping. And then a little bit later, I'll put up the apostille stuff.
No videos via face audio and a Buddha pic. What? Is that what you mean?
How do you say your name? Providencia. That's it.
Providencia.
And I try to. I have Insight timer app on my phone. Girl, my mind be all over the place. I mean, I'm a Joe Dispenza, girl. I love him. Box breathing. Malcolm, what is that?
The calm app has worked for you.
Oh, Billy Carson is having a class on breath work next Saturday.
And Billy Carson is the guy with. I've seen him on Instagram.
Thank you, Sunday Sunny candy.
I appreciate y' all too. And I'm just going through and looking.
Looking through these comments real quick. Okay, so. Okay, so, yeah, I'm a quit playing. All right, so somebody has asked me too, about the Apostille.
Okay. If you're interested in the Apostille offer, it's. It's available. You can still buy it. Some people ask me, please, because it was Christmas not to take it down. Which I understand people were trying to get Christmas presents, get their money together. I get it.
The certificates. I talked to my partner and she is getting those certificates together. She revamped them so they're going to be super cute. I'm getting the certificates to you. Don't worry. The order form, she's also redone the order form to include COVID 19. COVID 19 language. Because you can actually get sued if your paperwork, if you know, the country shuts down and your paperwork doesn't get through. People in, in the United States are so litigious. Litigious.
If I'm saying that right, whatever. We sue a lot. Okay? We'll sue for anything. But it, you know, if the government shuts down, it's not our fault. So she's putting some COVID 19 COVID 19 disclaimers in there. And I'm getting you everything I said I was getting you. Now for.
The remote notarization video, I have such a surprise for you. You are going to love it. You're gonna love it. You're gonna love it. I'm gonna show you in the video in the Apostille training the platform. And guess what? The people who own the platform are gonna get on with me and walk my people through the platform. Super simple, you know, it's easy peasy. Awesome information. Awesome information. So I'm excited about that as well. So that's coming this coming week. We'll be doing that video hopefully tomorrow. If not tomorrow, then sometime this week.
I'm excited about it.
Hey, Dolores. I'm a registered nurse and want to change professions. I have my commission. The next step is getting to certified through the NNA and the background check. Dolores, check out that Apostille offer too. Because you don't have to be a signing agent to be an Apostille. So you may want to look at that. Hey, Marvin, how you doing? So for those who are just coming into the room. Ms. Dominique told me how to reset the room. We do that in Clubhouse. I told everybody to download the Clubhouse app. It's only available for iPhone users right now if you have an iPad. Cool. If your kids have an iPhone, if somebody has an iPhone, download it and try to get on it, especially for tomorrow. Because my New Year's resolution for my family is for everybody to make it start making between 10 and $20,000 a month. And my cousin and I are going to walk you out through that and show you how to do it.
Absolutely.
Tomorrow on Clubhouse, It'll start at 6:00pm Central Standard Time. That's 6:00pm Central Standard Time.
And we'll probably be on there for a while because once you get on there, for whatever reason, you can't get off. I mean, I was on there talking to Dominique the other day with a couple of other ladies for a while.
And it looks like. So let me show you. Hold on.
Let me show y'. All. Let me make sure.
So you see that app with that guy.
All the way to the left of the screen? That's what it looks like.
The black guy. That's what it looks like. And it's called Clubhouse.
Okay, Velma, did I answer your question?
Okay, what did they say? Malcolm asked a good question. Let me look. Malcolm, what did you ask?
How. Okay, so how do I get the certificate in my business name instead of my personal name for the Apostille training? Well, I know you wanted it in your business name, baby. Send it to me. Email it. TJ Solutions. I mean, I'm sorry. Don't email me that one. Supportolutionsbytj.com supportsolutionsbytj.com supportolutionsbytj.com and Tiana will get that over to. To Ms. Judith.
And so I wish I could invite people. I think you can only invite people that are on your phone, but Dominica know better than me, so I'm.
I need to figure that out, y'. All.
So, yeah, I'm excited. I'm excited. I'm excited. So what I'm gonna do now is have Ms. Monica come up and talk to us because so many people in our family have been asking me, okay, latonya, I live in an attorney state. How does that work? So, Miss Monica. Hey, Miss Monica.
Hi, guys.
You look so beautiful. Thank you for joining us. I appreciate it.
Thanks for having me.
So Ms. Monica lives in an attorney state, and.
She can answer some of your questions regarding an attorney state. And Ms. Monica, the first thing we've Been going back and forth and you have been so patient with me. So thank you because I know I'm busy in the dickens to get in. Girl, I'm hard to get. I'm hard to get in touch with myself. So don't worry about it. I'm looking for me. That's why I had to take a nap today. I just Woke up.
At 7:30. I needed it. I needed it.
So let me see up in the beginning of the chat.
I can't remember who it was from. Tennessee was saying that they wanted to be a notary public loan signing agent. But there's some miscommunication or something about Tennessee being.
An attorney state. So first of all, what does it mean to be in an attorney state and how can notary signing agents still make money and be in an attorney?
So what I'm understanding is I'm in Maryland.
Okay.
So I'm understanding that Maryland is one of the more lenient states of an attorney state. We have to have an attorney involved in the process. So an attorney. I don't have to be in an attorney's office to do a closing. I can do mobile notary closing also.
Whereas I think I'm in Georgia. You have to be under the direction of an attorney.
Gotcha.
So check with the NNA or check with your state secretary of state and find out what that means for you. But in Maryland we are a little more lenient. We have to take a test in order to be a title insurance producer, which allows us to do notary signings. So you have to have a notary and a title insurance producer license in order to do signings. In Maryland if you're not an attorney.
Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.
Okay. Okay. So other states are not other states. You may have to have an attorney with you at the actual closing.
Yes.
But in Maryland and see and see, that sounds a lot like. A lot like Texas. Like we aren't an attorney state. However.
An attorney is. Is in the process. Like when you do something through the title company and an attorney, the attorneys work for the title company. So they are part of the process. Anybody else here among us in an attorney state? Okay, so this is Kiki. In Georgia, attorney must be involved.
Right.
Phone or on Zoom.
Yeah. So I'm learning that Georgia is a really stringent. They're really strict about their.
Their notaries doing signings without an attorney. So as Ms. Kiki says, it has to be involved directly either on Zoom or the phone.
Okay.
It's just a legal east language that's in the contracts that they want an attorney to go over.
Because there's questions that can come out of that that you need to be an attorney.
Gotcha. So is it any kind of attorney or is it a special attorney or what?
Preferably a real estate attorney, but it doesn't have to be. It has to be an attorney. But again, check with your state.
Yeah. Mm.
Hmm. Interesting. Okay.
But in Maryland, we have to take a test that.
They just changed it in October, and we now have to take the test that's a little more aligned with the attorneys because they are trying to keep it more an attorney state than signing agents going out. So the test just got a little harder. I passed it before October, but I'm told from people who's taking it, it's a little more difficult. They're having a harder time passing it.
It's the same test that attorney taken.
Wow. Okay. And so part of the. In an attorney state, part of. Of. Wow. So what's the name of that test?
It's called a title insurance producer.
Test.
Okay. What's the short name? You told me. Itacres.
Yeah. So it's tip pick or tip.
Yeah.
You're a tick pick if you're independent contractor. If you don't work for a title company, you're independent contractor. So you're a tip pick. So I'm a tip pick.
Okay, so Ms. Thomasina said, I used to live in Georgia and sold real estate, and we did closings at Attorneys Homes, and the signing agent would do the closing.
And us and the signing agent would do the closing. Attorney. What does that mean, Thomasina? So y' all would do it at the attorney's house.
So maybe the attorney's directly involved. They're. They're present, but they're not in the room, maybe.
And so quiet storm, you said. So that explains why I'm not getting any. Any calls. As in an attorney state.
You still get. You still get your. You still get your leads from Snapdocs just the same as I do, though, correct, Monica?
I do get them from Snapdocs or other signing companies. Yes.
Okay.
But also aligned with title companies.
I go directly Title companies also.
Okay. Okay. That's awesome. That's awesome. All right, so Joseph said on the NNA side, it's not an attorney state, which you look at the bottom disclaimer Sundays as of 2019, but I printed out a first American title form that says Tennessee was an attorney state. So if I were you.
The National Notary association used to be super good at answering questions like that. And they are supposed to be, like, the.
Authority on that matter. I would call the National Notary association tomorrow if I lived in Tennessee. And if I talk to somebody who didn't sound like, you know, they had been working there for a while, number one, I'd ask them, how long have you been working there? To know that information? If they don't know it, then I'd ask to speak to a supervisor, because it's something that you really need to make sure on. And they have a whole bunch of new people. So that's what I would do.
I actually printed off the NNA's listing today, and Tennessee is not on there, but he should call NNA or call his secretary of state.
Right. And so Keisha Berkeley said Tennessee is not an attorney state, but absolutely. I will check and make sure. I will check and make sure. Definitely.
Definitely, definitely.
So y' all be patient with my friend Dominique now. She's trying to help y' all to get on this app. You know, y' all can be pushy. Don't cut up.
Before she don't moderate for us tomorrow, and then we all be looking crazy. She gonna log off. I thank every. Thank you, Dominique, for everything that you're doing. So that is interesting. Okay. Regarding the attorney state, because seriously, I know nothing at all about it. Like, I'm. I'm real green and brand new to that because we have, like, we're not an attorney state. We have the attorneys who are a part of the entire transaction through the title company. But, yeah, we aren't an attorney state. So. Monica. I do appreciate that Monica has hooked me up with the lady who taught her how to pass the test in Maryland, correct?
Yes. She's actually then one of the few instructors for the title insurance producer in Maryland, so they have to pass the test also in order to teach us. But she's been in the game for, like, 40 years. She knows everything. So she's been really helpful. And one of the things she did was when I didn't pass the test the first time, I called her and gave her my results and some code that she recognized, and she sent me videos and talked me through it, and I got. I passed. So she was really good.
So does she only do that in Georgia? I mean, I'm sorry, in Maryland. Or does she help people pass throughout the United States?
I think she only does because the test is specific per state. So she only does it for Maryland.
Gotcha.
It's a status. But Indiana. And she gave me a note. She told me that.
Indiana, Maryland And Minnesota are very similar in their testing.
Indiana, Maryland and Minnesota.
Yes.
Okay. So I'm probably going to have her whenever we can out schedule something to have her on on as well so that she can talk to us. I'll schedule it. Probably, probably try to schedule it this week. Somebody had a question about the tip. So the, the, the testing that is there, there are different tests but is it the same name of test? The Tippic test?
Yeah, for America Title insurance producer testing. And it, you could take it, you take the course and you have six months from the course to take the test and then you have six months to retake it if you don't pass the first time. So within one year you need to have completed everything.
So that and you can only get an admitted to taking the test if you take the course course and your teacher passes you with 70 or greater. So then they put your name and your ID number into a system and then you can register for the test. So you can't just wake up tomorrow morning and say I want to be a tick pick because I'm a notary in Maryland and go and take this test.
Gotcha. Gotcha girl you are a gym. Because I don't know nothing about that. So no, you don't have to pass. Ms. Carrie Ann asked do you have to pass a test here in Houston? And as far as testing, we don't, we don't pass the same attorney test. But you have to get go through the certification process through the National Notary Association. They do offer a test in order to do that and it's an open book open note test. It's not timed. So one of the offerings that we have through our offering and I wanted to mention that to you all as well is if you are having problems passing that dog on test through the National Notary association for whatever reason, I mean it's an open book test but there are some people who are just so scared of tests that they need help. Right. So we are starting to offer test help. Now of course we can't give you the answers.
Hello Saint. We can't give you the answer but we can tell you where to find the answer in the book. Okay, so we are offering that the price of that will likely be between 1:25 to 1:75.
And yeah, reach out to us@supportolutionsbytj.com if you are interested in that offering. Again, so we are offering test help. We can sit on the phone with you and go through it for about 45 minutes and yeah, you'll Be done and you'll be on your way to go. So the price for that is 175. Because it's quite a bit of work. So let me know if you're interested in that.
So also, teacher, after we take in Maryland, we still have to go through those SNAP docs and the NNA test. Also after you pass the tidbit test.
Yeah.
Other tests to get on the platforms.
So Edward Cannon said. So is it worth being in this business in an attorney state? He's in Georgia.
I don't know how Georgia specifically works. Someone else had to answer that question.
So anybody here in Georgia, any notary public loan signing agents currently working in Georgia?
Let me look.
It is in Maryland.
It's still lucrative. I mean, you, you know, you make your money however you do it. Whatever the do. I think that it's worth it, especially where it's harder to get in is super worth to me because you'll make a gang of money. So, Edward. Yeah, that wouldn't, that wouldn't limit me. You do this full time? Monica?
I just started it in September and my goal was to do five a month. I had no idea that it was this lucrative in Maryland or period. My goal was five a month, and I haven't seen five a week. I mean, I've seen greater than five a week.
Absolutely. You should. Hey, I see greater than five a day.
My goal was five a month, and I never. I surpassed that the first week. The first day. Yeah. So it's definitely.
Something you should go after in Maryland.
Okay, so let me see. Elaine is saying after you pass the tippic, you are allowed to conduct loan signings via the loan signing services or direct from direct relationships you build with escrow officers, title companies. Gotcha. Exactly.
Let me see if anybody here is from Georgia.
Miss Thomasina is saying that attorneys will work with you. You just have to establish relationships. This is a relationship business, y'. All. Seriously?
Definitely.
You know, I took your advice. When I first started listening to you, you mentioned to send thank you cards to the title companies. And I started sending type and thank you cards out every signing. And I started getting calls saying, thank you for sending a thank you card. Are you available?
Yes.
So definitely reach out and make relationships.
Absolutely. And I mean, if you haven't heard from them, give them a call and just have general conversations. Like, I can call people and not even want a signing. I just remember, you know what? I haven't heard from such and such. Let me call. Hey, girl, how you doing? I was wondering if you were still working here. How's business going? Everything good?
You know, I'm gonna tell you a story about.
So there's a title company that is in my neighborhood. So I deliver them to them directly.
Yes.
Contract with snapdocs. So they. They request me directly.
Stop giving me the direct signing because it's more money. So they caught me and say, hey, we haven't, you know, we requested you a couple times. Are you still available? So we recently had a meeting. The title.
Company, the attorney that works there, and snapdocs representative and myself. Because why aren't you giving them to me? And it was. Because it was additional money.
I don't understand that. Because snapdocs just takes, like, for our organization, we use snapdocs, right? So we pay snapdocs their fee. They have nothing to do with the additional money. You know what I'm saying? So that doesn't make sense to me. Like, even if they gave you $200, they pay snapdocs outside of that. So it really doesn't make sense.
It was snapdocs that didn't want to give me the additional dollars.
So what was the. What was the outcome of that?
The outcome was that the agency will contact me directly. And we signed our own little contract.
Boy, relationships always win, people. Relationships always win. Angela Boyd. Is it possible to do online.
Mastery from home? I live in Michigan and need to know, is it possible to do online mastery from home? Let me know what you mean by that.
Thank you, Tammy.
Y'. All. So these lights in here are super bright. And I went to brunch today, and then I came home and went my butt to sleep because I had two mimosas. I know I'm weakest drugstore kind, right? Two mimosas, I'm out of there.
But they have this nice little Jamaican restaurant, and me and my. My good neighbor, we got dressed and went and had brunch today. And then I went to sleep.
So I still have on my brunch attire.
Okay. How does the RON work in an attorney state? Ms. Monica?
So Maryland just became Iran state in October. The law just changed that we could do Ron non emergency. We had emergency mandate in April, but the platforms still weren't open to us as frequently as they are to others. So we just started in January. Being able to October changed the law, but it went into effect in January. So it's January now. So we're just waiting for it to open up.
Okay.
So you can do individual ones, but for you to be like a notarized platform, not until now. We can Start in January.
Awesome. Well, this is January. We're here.
Yes, I started signing up.
Yeah.
Okay, so Mr. Laura says she just took her test in Indiana through the Daniel Lewis program.
Good job. Okay, go to the NNA type immigration consultant and you'll see the course, y'. All. I, you know, I'm not in the comments, but the immigration consultant. So listen again, if you're talking about immigration consultant and all of that, check out that Apostille course, y', all, because if you're coming in contact with people who are coming, you know, are migrating to the United States, then they will one day need the service for the apostille, and they'll remember you and be your client. So, hey, telling you, you pile money on top of money.
Money on top of money.
So Ms. Monica, Ms. Lynn is asking, do you offer assistance in Maryland?
What is she looking for? Like a ment.
What type of Lynn, what are you looking for?
No, Monica can't see the chats, y', all, unless she's on. Unless she's on YouTube herself.
Yeah, I can't see them.
She's saying.
Yes. Lynn is saying yes. Do you offer mentorship?
If she would like? Yes. I'm open to it.
Okay, so how can I give them your information on Facebook? So don't give your email address on here because this is a public platform. If you have a Facebook something, ask them to DM you on Facebook or Instagram.
I don't have Facebook. I'm one of the few people in the world, I guess it don't have Facebook or Instagram. I don't use it. I don't know how to. I don't know how to use it.
Okay, so what.
What's the.
What would be. How. How would you want people to get.
Into my email address? And you don't want to give that out because it's public. So that's all I have.
I'm not.
I'm very simple.
Well, it's up to you. If you don't mind putting your email address on the World Wide Web, then that's fine with me.
But again, I don't. I'm very simple. So the only way you can get me is email.
Okay. Okay. Well, what's your email address?
It's heirloom notary.com.
That for me?
H E I R huh? L O O M huh, Notary.
Okay.
Service dot com.
Oh, okay. So where's the. At Heirloom Notary Service?
Gmail dot com. I'm sorry. Thank you. Very simple.
So Heirloom Notaryservice. Gmail dot com.
Yes.
Okay, I put it in the chat for you. Now listen, y'. All. Now listen.
Let me put my disclaimer out there. I have never used Ms. Monica as a mentee or as a mentor, so I don't know, use at your own risk. But I like her. She's very diligent. She, you know, she's always contacted me on time and every time, and I appreciate her, but I have to put disclaimers on here.
Absolutely.
All right. All right, so we're coming up on 52 minutes and 27, 28 seconds. And just to recap what I Talked about before, Ms. Monica, thank you so much for being on here. I appreciate your help. And I'm definitely going to reach out to Ms. Jessica and have her on as well to talk about stuff and get her perspective and maybe some other attorney states also. But, man, thank you for reaching out to me and being so patient with my little old crazy self.
No problem.
All right, honey, buddy, you have a good night.
Thanks.
All right, bye.
Okay, so please like this video. Subscribe if you haven't already done. So listen, family, we making 10 to 20,000amonth. That's my New Year's resolution for you.
If you haven't thought that big, then get into it because that's where we going.
That's where we're going. So even if you are doing it part time, I want you to start thinking about, how can I? If you like your job, stay at your job. If you don't like your job, let's start thinking, guys, how can I make this full time? And before I jump out there on my own, what do I need to do in order to.
Secure myself and start making, at a minimum, you know, replacing my salary with this? So once you replace your salary and you do it consistently and, you know, hey, listen, every month I'm at a minimum making 5, 6, 6,000. I can pay all my bills doing that. As soon as you get free, then you can just increase it up and up and up and up, up it to that 10 to $20,000. That's how it goes. So I want to drop y' all some game. You know, the people who never look till the end of this will never, ever, ever get the goods from me. Right? Let me give y' all something.
Svc l I l.
I'm typing it in the chat.
Check those people out, y'. All.
Check them out. That's good. Tammy, you like your job, Tammy? Make sure you call me girl. Just don't make no sense That I can't. Text me real quick while we're on here.
Oh, she made a mistake on her email, so let me put it back in.
It's not. It's heirloom notary services. And that. That is Ms. Monica's email address.
Lawrence. Yeah, I will definitely try to. So I'll ask y' all probably next Sunday if you were or weren't able to get on, and I will definitely try to do that. Oh.
Hold on.
All right, so my phone is going dead. I mean, my. My dog on.
Camera. So much be going through my mind, I can't even speak.
All right, y'. All.
And then I'm getting text messages.
Okay. There you go. Thank you, Tammy. I sure appreciate it.
And I thought I did that.
Tammy, let me do it now.
Okay.
All right, so I love y'. All.
Y' all gonna get the doggone invite, and if you don't get the invite, don't feel bad. I swear to God, we will do it again, me and Mariama, if. If it. If it doesn't. If we are not able to get everybody on to the Clubhouse app, then don't worry about it. I'm coming back for y'. All. Don't feel bad. All you got to do is let me know next week, and I'll have Mariama. I'll have.
My cousin on with me.
So don't feel bad. I got you. I got you. I got you. I got you. All right, so this is TJ with solutions by tj. I love y' all to life. Listen, we're doing it big. In 2021, there was nothing that is gonna stop us. We are gonna have a ball, make a whole bunch of money, and, hey, be a big old family and do it together. So that Clubhouse app is absolutely awesome. I'm totally excited about it. A lot of good things happening over there. It's just a good place because you can actually have a conversation with somebody. Like, I feel like I'm talking to myself even though I'm reading comments. It's not a back and forth conversation. Okay, so we'll continue doing this, but we'll do that also. It'll be another means to communicate with each other. And I am so happy.
That you all join me tonight. Please, like this video, y'. All. Hey, Malcolm, will there be a zoom call for us who don't have Apple to get the same info?
So, real quick, the mystery shopping opportunity is throughout the United States if you are interested. Every. Even country towns. Every single place that I have seen has the mystery shopping okay, so here's the link. Tinyurl.com re mystery shopping. That's first of all. So is it available where you are? Yes. Can you do mystery shopping in an attorney state? Yes. Can you do closings in an attorney state? Yes. You just have to know how. I think if there's a test that you have to pass, and I'm still getting information on that. If you're in a state that has remote notarization that offers that, that where that's approved, then we got to look into that. Right? I believe that you can, but this I. I'm not in. I'm not in an attorney state, so I don't feel comfortable telling you. So that's why I'm bringing people on who can give you that information. Okay.
All righty. D.
Thank y' all so much. I do appreciate you all, and I love you all to life. You all take care and be good. And if you need me for anything, let me know. Man, we are going places this year, you all. I'm excited about it. All right. Take care. God bless. Bye.
