Right?
I'm TJ with Solutions by tj. I'm the, I'm the star of the show. Hello. And I just come to give you everything that I have.
Through the honor of God and for all that has been given to me, I want to share it with you. And so that's why I come every single Sunday, Sunday night live, every night, Every Sunday night that I can be here. I'm here just to share with you guys. So I'm glad for the people that are here. It's a better experience, it seems like on YouTube because we can talk and chat back and forth. Sometimes I can't see the chat for the people that are on Facebook, however. Hey, Kenyatta, how are you? Ms. Hill in the house.
So we're gonna get on into it. You know, people who come in late miss out on some stuff, right? So I gotta tell y' all about my good week. It has been interesting.
I am not a crier, right? I don't cry. I haven't cried in so long, bro. It had been a long time. Well, this Thursday I cried because of the appearance of something that I thought that wasn't even what I thought. And after, you know, I got it all out and argued and had a whole full one sided argument with God because he wasn't, he was like, okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm show you just keep it up, huh? What all you gotta say.
Oh, that too.
That's how you really feel about it, huh? Yeah. Then he revealed to me after all of that, hey girl. And I'm over here, look, I'm having a personal summer with the fan on. I'm hot, so I ain't trying to be sexy. I'm hot for real. Hello. My personal sum is. But so anyway, so I, I cried and then God revealed to me. Pray good. It took all of that just to make you cry, just to make you release that energy that has been bottled up and you've just been holding it. And then he started showing me how he was just blessing me. So.
Listen, I am tremendously blessed. LaShawn was here this weekend. She came to see my short term rental properties. She stayed in one of my units and I was so happy to have her. So happy. She had an event here in Houston and she came and we had brunch together today and it was awesome. Yeah, crying is.
I'm back. Magic. Crazy as I'll get out. Yeah. But hey, Ms. Pamela, Ms. C. Hunter, Ms. Kenyatta. I know I froze. I don't know what in the world happened, but I have a wired connection now, so hopefully that's better. Baby Dog is Baby Horse. She is big and she's in there crying. So I thought Baby Horse was sick today because at 11 o' clock she shut down and I kind of heard her through the night, like gnawing on a bone or something. So maybe she was up all night, but she was kind of shaking a little bit and didn't want to get up to eat or use the bathroom. I thought I was gonna have to take that lady to the emergency room.
Then at, when I get back home at 8 o', clock, she ready to play and run. Oh, no, girl, it's over. The party is over. You missed it. Don't sleep all day. I know you lie. Hey, Thomasina.
Hyped and motivated, dedicated. I hit the reset button. Watch out. Catch me if you can. All right. Hallelujah. So you hit the reset button. I love it. And so that's what I did with that crying purge, right? And you know, man, I feel better. I mean, so this weekend, the same day that, you know, I had the little crying episode.
I found out that there were two ladies staying here that work in the film industry and that they are filming. They worked on, on set while they're filming a movie. So they were telling me all about it and just how the whole crew could come because I have nine units in this complex. So what I've been going through this, this whole week is just figuring out ways to get more people here. And so that's what I'm going to talk to y' all about, too, regarding marketing. And I'm telling y' all everything that I did.
So I. I was so excited about that because they were such a blessing to my soul. Not just because of what they did, but because of who they were and what they spoke into my life. You know, just, you know, I'm a black single woman in Houston, Texas, with nine beautiful units and, and you cannot get the full.
Appreciation for what I've done here without seeing this thing in person. So let me tell you right now, if you come to Houston, Texas, and don't stay with me, I'm offended. Let's just put that out there. Contact me. You can reach me by railway. Hello? So many people have my number. Y' all better figure it out and call me. Get on my website, something. You better stay with me. If you come to Houston, if you have people who are coming to Houston. I need for everybody that sees this video. I don't care if it's 25 years from now. Contact TJ. She got a spot in Houston. Are we clear?
Hello.
Hello? Gotcha. All right, thank you. Now that we have that out of the way. So let me tell you what I did.
I started saying who would be my ideal client? That's the first thing that you need to do. And I think we talked a little bit about this last week. So, you know, for the apostille business. Let's talk about that. Let's hit home with you first. The apostille business. Who would you contact?
How about attorneys who deal with international affairs? Now let you know what, let's go on a trip on all favorite rocket ship.
We gonna go to the Google like my mama say.
All right.
What type of attorney deals with foreign affairs? Y' all see what I typed in?
What is a foreign attorney? What do international affairs lawyers do?
What are the types of international lawyers? Aha.
So we have two things that we can search for. International affairs lawyers.
And then there are many different types of international lawyers, including business or corporate attorneys, government based lawyers, and private practitioners specializing in human rights and immigration laws.
Hello. Not even to mention real estate.
What are the main two types of international law? I don't need that. Okay, so we have somebody to look for.
Right?
International affairs is what I'm going to look at. I'm going to look at international affairs lawyer. So I found this site this week. It's called Signal Hired.
Gonna sign in? I think I'm gonna sign in. Okay, there we go.
So you come over here.
And.
Y' all better write this down. It's called Signal Higher baby, baby dogging. They're trying to tear it up. And I'm gonna type into the.
Fairs lawyer.
Am I spelling that wrong?
Baby?
Can't find it. International affairs. Let's see what they have for international.
International Executive account manager. Accounting manager. Business development manager. Controller, Customer service Flight attendant. Key accounts payroll project manager. Recruiter. Sales, Sales. Sales, Sales, Sales Tax.
Tax, Tax. Tax Tax.
International trial manager.
What is that?
So let's see what it is. Have no clue.
So let's take all of these words out.
And.
I'm gonna go down to advanced search. Now this, this thing does cost name of company years. Oh, I had it on oil and gas. So I'm gonna go down to.
Law. You know what? I'm leave it open. I'm gonna leave this open. I ain't gonna choose no industry and then I'm gonna go back up here to tr.
How the heck that ain't.
Baby, that is not gonna come. So l a w e r.
Let's see.
So when I come over here, I got my screen down. So that's why I'm looking crazy. Because I got the thing Madison come close my door with with blue.
Industry years of experience. Those are the advanced choose the stat.
And I'm looking for them strictly in Houston. What I'm looking for anyway, this tool called signal higher. When you click on one of these, and I ain't using one of my good credits, but when you click on it, you can get the phone number and the email address.
Right? So I would actually go over here and say Houston. No, I would type in international.
Affairs.
Lawyer. L A W.
You heard that? Houston, Texas. I'm talking like my dear in the house.
Okay, so let's go down. I gotta. I'm trying not to have a glare on my glasses. So I'm trying to. The con law firm International Affairs. So these people, Hensley Krueger, Sebastian Simmons, the website mentions international protection, International affairs. So you know, this is the prime real estate for international affairs. When you get the onto the Google map, right? So when you're looking for people to call in your city or state, these would be the people who, who you'd call. It's as simple as. As googling it, right?
For what I was doing, it was not as easy as this. But I'll get to that in a minute. International Attorneys, Texas law firm. Jackson Walker Best Houston international lawyers. Top rated. This is what I'd go through. Top rated International lawyer Successfully mitigates matters throughout Texas and internationally.
And I just start calling them because that's what I did. So I'm gonna show you exactly what I did. Okay, so y' all write that down. Signal Higher and then also write this one down. So for my short term rental properties, what I was doing was I was looking for relocation specialists. Another thing that I wanted to look at for was Houston Rockets.
Team.
Travel coordinator.
Team travel. So team coach.
Let me take that bullion off and research it. But so when I get on here with y'. All.
T E A M.
T R A. Some of these. You gotta play with it, y'. All.
But I know the name Houston Rockets.
Know the name of the company. Monty McNair.
And then I'll get to title something about travel. Don't know what, but just travel. Now, I know you need to. Okay, I'll go to travel coordinator.
And then.
Broker Houston Apartments Insider. But this thing gives you all kinds of, like.
All kinds of information.
Yes.
And then you just gotta play with some of this, man. You really have to play with it until you find what you're looking for. So it ain't no rocket science that I'm doing. I don't have anything that I say that's, like, super duper. Ooh. TJ Knows exactly what to say. I'm just gonna start talking. So I can even reach the assistant general manager, the general manager of the. Of the Houston Rockets.
Basketball operations coordinator, director of security service. I mean, you know what I'm saying? Like, I can reach these people, and it'll reveal their contact information. I can call them and say, hey, my name is Latonya Johnson.
I have properties where that are available in one complex. Total of 10 units, sleeps 48 people. And when they're. When teams come into Houston, they can rent out the entire complex. Or when, like, professional teams come, their families can rent out the complex, and they can just stay here.
So, yeah, programming, player personnel.
And eventually director of corporate partnerships. Eventually, I will find who I'm looking for. That's my point. So let me go back over here and make sure I ain't lost, y'. All.
Let me remove this.
All right? Oh, lashawn.
Hey, girl. You made it home.
Hey, Latasha. Ms. Solo. Hey, she. Yushika.
Yes. Hey, Cynthia.
Okay, so that website was.
Signal higher. And so one great thing that LaShawn is doing is really getting her credentials as far as marketing, and she and I talked about that, and so she's gonna be teaching us some marketing stuff as well, so. Yep, yep, yep.
Yes, indeed. So do y' all have any questions? So, long story short, I started figuring out what my business needs, who I. I need to contact, and really just started brainstorming regarding the Apostille stuff. Who uses Apostille services? Who services? The type of client that I'm servicing. Right? Then I contact them, and maybe they offer one portion, and I can offer another portion. So. Hey, Aisha.
April.
Yes. So that's. That's what I wanted to Share with you guys. You got to get on here and start playing with stuff. And one thing that I love that I'm not afraid to do is call people, and I ain't afraid to stop by. Why? You can send a hundred postcards. You can, you know, send out emails, but it's very unlikely that when you're in somebody's face that they're going to be just completely rude unless they're just having a bad day. But in my time in doing this, man, I. I mean, I ain't made no whole. Whole bunch of connections, but the connections that I have made have been very powerful in just the hour or couple of hours that I spent doing this. And if I were you, I would brainstorm. Who do I need to talk to? What type of business owners may have clients who. Who deal with notary services, like, I think Kayla mentioned one time, specializing in the daycare industry, specializing in the automotive industry, getting on the phone, calling them, and creating that partnership. So when they need your service, they know who to call. You follow up that conversation with an email. Hey, this is Latonya Johnson. We spoke a moment ago. I wanted to share the flyers and videos that we have available to give you an insight on exactly what we do. And bam.
Yes, Thomasina. So, Thomasina, tell us more about what you reevaluated and how you went out. Did you go out on foot? Did you go and stop by different offices and talk to people? How did that look?
Because, I mean, you know, and. And it's not comfortable. It's not like TJ has all the dagum answers, y'. All. I just go. And if I stumble one time with one person, then I practice it a little bit, get it a little sharper, and I go to the next one, and I'm better the next time.
Thank you.
Yes. Ms. Lashawn stayed at my spot.
She stayed here, so she had an opportunity to see it live and in person. So one of the things that I need from y', all. Okay.
If you are in corporate America and your company sends people to Houston for business.
Please contact me and.
Let me know the person that I need to speak to regarding corporate travel.
So that I can let them know that I'm in Houston and I have this big, beautiful place available.
Yes.
Awesome, Thomas. Saying, I am proud of you.
Goodie bags your credentials in a folder and with folder with your picture on it now. Yes. That's how you do it. That's it. That's it. You just gotta go get it, and the universe will meet you where you are, whatever you want to call it, God. Whatever you want to call it. I mean, I have what I call. I call it God because the God that I know is. Is. Is vast, to say the least. You just can't put mine in no box. So. But yeah, you just go out and get it. You just go out and get it. You. You put one foot in front of the other and stop waiting on perfection number one. And you learn as you go sometimes. And no, it's not comfortable, but it gets you business. So your number one goals need to be money making activities.
You have to set a time, set aside a time for money making activities, meaning activities that are going to bring you more money one day or two hours a day. Making phone calls, stopping by places. What are you doing to generate revenue. Can't just be sitting there waiting on people to call you and say, hey, or are waiting on a text for somebody to give you a notary job. That's cool. But you need to be building relationships as well.
Because this, you know, if you. If you are waiting on a platform, then that same platform will make you sort of dependent upon it. You don't want to depend on nothing. You really don't.
All right. Thomasina says she signed on a direct with a funder for her other business. Pre lawsuit settlement. Gave yourself a big raise from. Whoa. Hallelujah. Good job, Thomasina. Oh, yeah. That 5% to 15, baby, is a big raise. Hello. That is good. Good, good, good. If y' all learned anything, if y' all learned one thing tonight, I need for you to give me a heart or like, or something. You know what I'm saying? Don't just sit in the crowd. Take all my good juice, and don't give me no love.
Yes, give me some love out there. Make sure you like this video. Share it, bring your people in here.
And let us know what you do for marketing. You know, I'm talking about that. Little Sean has some amazing ideas. Oh, my goodness. Oh, my goodness. Hey, Demetria, Tiffany. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I appreciate y'. All. But make sure y' all like this video and give it hearts as well. Thank y'. All. I. I appreciate the love indeed. And I love y' all back, man.
That's the name of the game. You gotta go and get the money. You have to. And. And if you are not taking 1 day, 1 hour, 30 minutes just to do that, just in business development of some sort just to bring in more money, you gonna miss out. You're gonna miss out on the big money.
Because that's how you get to the big money. You develop.
Direct relationships.
Look, and look what Thomasina said. Now, this is pivotal. I just get on the phone now. It cost me more not to. Because you'd be a ma. That which you are seeking, honey, is also seeking you. When I made calls this week, I promise you it was at least three people that were excited that I called. Oh, you can house 48 people in one spot. Excellent. Send me the information.
Oh, okay. I don't have anybody right now, but when I need you, I need you, and I need you fast. Because every time it comes to my desk, it's an emergency.
I mean, you know, they were. I'm. I'm. Look, what you're seeking is also seeking you. That husband you seeking, that he's thinking you too.
It's looking for you. It's just a matter of y' all converging. And so if ain't nobody out actively, you know, doing stuff, you have to actively do it. You gotta step it up, Kenyatta. You gotta step it up. I do it afraid, and the fear just goes away. And that's the truth. The. The more you do it, the less afraid you are. By call number three. And I think it's always like the third one. So even when I did my first signing, I was a little nervous. Second signing, I wasn't as nervous. Third signing, no nerves. Same with this phone. First call, I might be a little nervous. Second call, I'm less nervous. Third call, I got it. You know what I'm saying? That's how it's always. It just works out that way, you know? So you get past it, push past it. Force yourself to go on and do out and do it and step up and step out there and. Yes. Yeah, Wes, step it up. Let's do y' all not remember the dot com New Year's resolution. Are y' all at 10 to 20,000 yet? Hello?
If you're not at 10 to $20,000 a month, you gotta step it up. We are in September. We are in September, people. The year is almost over. You got to step it up. And all it takes is one hour a day, one day a week. Do what you can. Stop trying to put everything so perfectly into place. Get out there, do what you can. Scared of. COVID It's too many. Y' all almost made me cuss. I'm about to say something, but it's too many excuses. Stop looking for everything to be right. Go, go, go, go. Look up a number. Call. That's it.
I don't have no business cards. So emailing people, hey, this is latonya Johnson. Here's my contact information. This is what I do. These.
The services that I offer. And, you know, contact me when you need me and we'll discuss rates.
I don't have no website. I don't have business cards. I don't have. Man, whatever you have, use exactly what you have today. And go.
Yeah.
Good job. You shika, you got direct.
Okay, Miss Beautiful Heart, you did your first signing on Wednesday. All right.
Hey, beautiful Heart.
I'm glad.
Yes.
I'm glad you did. Thomasina. See, me and you, boy, we. We spirit partners or something because we were on the same wave.
Oh, now that's good, Wes. That is amazing.
Yes, that's awesome. We gotta end it strong. We have to end it strong, y'. All. We had a New Year's resolution at the beginning of the year.
And in the mighty name of Jesus, y', all, let's. All right, at this minute, visualize. You can leave your eyes open or close your eyes. Whatever you need to do. Just visualize. Money comes to me and me, meaning you. So repeat after me. Money comes to me easily and quickly in increasing quantities from multiple sources on a continuous basis in the best interest of all. Money comes to me easily and quickly from multiple sources on a continuous basis in the best interest of all. That I get to keep. All right.
Yes, let's visualize it. Let's. Let's visualize ourselves ending this year strong with that. Oh, boy. November. October, 10,000.
November. Looking in my bank account, I'd have made $11,000. December 12,000. Just your income constantly going up.
That I get to keep. Amen. Because, baby, you know, it can become like water. All kind of stuff can happen. But large sums of money come to me easily and quickly from multiple sources on a continuous basis in the best interest of all that I get to keep. Yes.
Yes.
My vision for myself. You know, when I sit down and visualize it, it's me. Don't know why, but I have. Right now, I have a. A rank, dark gray Jeep wrangler. But when I'm passing by, I picture myself. I visualize myself passing by in this white G wagon. And I'm passing by my property. And it is. I mean, packed to capacity. Gorgeous cars, luxury cars, all in the parking lot. Because I offer concierge services like transportation to and from the airport. If you're a big crowd, then we'll take you wherever you need to go around the city.
Chef prepared meals, massages, personal. Personal Stylist, you name it. We offer all of that. So. So.
I just passed by, and I see myself just looking over and seeing all of those nice cars, and my soul just raises and I. Then I just drive off. Just love it. That's my vision, man.
That's my vision.
Yes.
I love it. Thomas Cena said I stopped setting goals. I now set achievements on paper and work it. Yes.
Yes. You, Sheika. Yes, absolutely. Come on, y'. All. Come on, come on, come on, come on. Come on, Cletus. Come on, come on.
We finishing out strong. I'm talking about strong, dedicated. Sit down. Do what you got to do. Write it out. Plan.
Large and in charge, personal chef, trainer, assistant. Yes.
Yes. All of that. You gotta see yourself. You gotta visualize it. That's what we talked about, remember? Remember? We talked about this in our manifestation thing. I mean, man, this is big, and this is huge, and we have to be consistent. We have to see ourselves as we want to be. We have to raise our vibration, to be the person, vibrationally, that we really are. And that's what TJ Latonya Johnson. That's what I'm working on right now. So I just pray, man, everybody that's that sees this video today and years to come, share that vision with me. Share the vision of not just you making that 10 to $20,000, but everybody that visits this doggone video gets to the point where we making 10 to $20,000 a month. Easy.
Easy. To the point where we're saying, man, I need to level up, man. I want 50,000amonth. Yeah, it's doable. It's doable. So visualize that with me. Not just you, yourself, but everybody. Everybody that sees this video, that visits this place that comes after us, that's here now. We all are participating in this. Let these words flow forth to the universe and never come back. Void.
It's impossible. It's law.
Swimming in 10 to $20,000 a month.
Head down until you finish. Let's go. That's it. That's it. Let's get it. Let's get it. Let's go. Because it's possible. You can do it. I can do it. It is doable, y'. All. Okay. 369. That's it. That's it. I love it. Thomasina. That's it. I got my book. I've been working my book. Before I go to bed, I'm gonna write in my good 369 principles book. 369 project book. Absolutely. And if you missed it, if you don't know what we're talking about. Then we had an event and where we talked about.
We talked about, you know, how to bring things into your life and manifestations. And I provided the tools that I use in order to do that. And let me see if I can find it.
I think this is it.
Hold on, Let me check. Hold up.
Yep, it's 37. So, yeah.
I'm putting the link in there in the thing. So if you want to see the replay of that event, then it's 37. It was amazing. It was amazing. It was good.
I'm still in the process of creating. I don't know why Facebook wouldn't let me post it, but I was able to post it on YouTube.
But anyway, I'm still in the process of creating that manual for y'. All. It's taking a minute. Because, man, you know what? I'm growing every day. So every day that I grow, I'm adding something new to it. And.
We gotta be watchful of our thoughts to remain positive in our thinking, to watch our words.
I was talking about.
Talking to lashawn at lunch today at brunch. And I had so such a good time at brunch, because I was like, you know.
When you come into this world as a baby, you believe. You believe that all things are possible. And then through experiences, limitations are set up. And then you have to get over those limitations and learn whatever lesson that you are supposed to learn. But sometimes those limitations can create what we call fear. But you have to overcome that fear and figure out what the lesson was in that situation, you know, what the opportunity is, and flip it to being positive. And some things just don't seem that positive. But even if it doesn't seem that positive, there is some type of growth that you. You. You got to in that situation. So it has to be something in it is positive. Even if it's. That will never happen to me again. That's positive. Even if it's. If my nieces or nephews ever have this question, I can answer it. That's positive.
That is positive. What you working on a video for Thomasina.
Okay. Yes, girl, that is so true.
Yes, indeed.
Kenyatta. We also had. Yeah. The 369. So.
Within that. Let me see. I can show y'. All. Let me go to the screen. I don't know why I'm on there.
Okay, so in. In this, the link that I sent y', all, you just gotta see the whole thing. Because if I just tell you about the 369, then it ain't gonna mean as much to you as you see as when you see the.
That's when you see. The doggone thing is when you see the videos for $37 a video replay. So this is the book that I have. Project 369, the key to the Universe. And Thomasina is going to explain it, she said, in a video. But it basically asks you. You write down, what.
Six times in the evening. And then. I know. Three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times in the evening. And in that book, it tells you the significance of 369. And it's good. It's good. You got to see it for yourself, honey. You have to see it for yourself. It's amazing, though.
Thank you, Santia. I'm proud of you. You have so much other stuff going on. You have this going on. You are a multifaceted female engineer. I mean, female entrepreneur. I'm talking about engineer, entrepreneur. So I'm proud of y'. All. So y', all, it's been 42 minutes. I'm gonna jump off of here and take my shower. Madison hall has to be at hello, at. Hello at School at 5:45 in the morning. So I'll be riding dirty half sleep. So let me carry my little silly self to bed. Because being, you know, I be so crunk after I talk to y'. All. Normally it takes me till about 11, 12 o' clock to even be able to go to sleep. So I gotta wind my cell phone down, de escalate from fooling with y' all in this party thing we got going on every Sunday. Fun day. And then, you know, just calm down so that I could take my baby to school in the morning. Hello.
But I love y'. All. I love y' all indeed. Thomasina. I love it. I'm excited. I am excited. I'm so goddamn excited for all of us, for the vision that I see for everybody. Because it's light work and it's easy. It is easy. It is easy. You do it with ease. It's easy. It comes to you over calm waters. It's easy. Put one foot in front of the other and do what I'm telling you to do. And watch it work. Be patient. You ain't gonna always get a yes. But when you do get a yes, you know, I remember when I first started out in real estate. Investing in real estate. I always. And I think this to the this day, I. I'm one deal away. I'm one freaking deal away from making my entire salary for the year, I'm one deal away. One deal away.
One deal. So just think, if you hook up with a title company.
Get direct business, say from two title companies. Two title companies, direct business. You should have about $10,000 at a minimum a month. Can do that with one.
Add in your pot still business, add in other things, you should be able to get to.
You know, doing both of those, you should be able to get to 15, 20,000. Let's get it. Let's get it. It's definitely a race. Let's get.
Absolutely dedicated. That's what I'm talking about, Thomas Cena dedicated. So you mentioned tea. That's a good idea. I'm about to make me some tea. I'll take my shop. Look, I'm gonna steal what you just said, Boo boo, shower, tea, bed, and write out my night. Well, you know what? I missed my six. So I gotta write out my six and my nine. But that's okay. It's gonna get done tonight. Tonight. And I'm a little hungry, so I gotta take hall to go get something to eat. I'm gonna make me a good plate. I have chicken in there.
Oh, it was. Oh, Santiago, it was so good.
