Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. And welcome to Sunday Funday, friend. I need to know what happened with you this week. This was an interesting week for me. I'm still working on my 369 journal that I told y' all about. And it's going well, man. I manifested this weekend. Hey, I was. It was popping and at the Airbnb property, to be honest with you. And I'm doing it every day as I can now. I gotta admit, I want to do better on consistency.
I'll do it one day, miss a day, do it the next day. I need to do it every day, morning, noon, and night, because it tells you to do it three times. So the way that 360journal works is that you start in the morning, you write it down three times. In the afternoon, you're supposed to write it down six times. And then at night, you write it down nine times. And if you buy the journal, it's called the 360 Project. I showed it on the last Sunday Funday. If you buy the journal, it explains in much better detail than I can what360 is about and the significance of those numbers, basically. I mean, those are the numbers that are not. You can't divide by them. You know what I'm saying? You gotta. I ain't gonna even try. Hello. Hey, Tawana. Scott.
But it's awesome. And all is well, man, you know, I think. I don't know if I told y'. All. Last week, I had this little breakdown, honey, while I was crying in the parking lot. And I. I was upset with God because I kind of felt.
Disappointed. And he was like, well, finally I was like, what you talking about? Finally, it took all of that. I was like, wait. And basically what he said was that I'm not a crier. And it took all of that for me to break this bubble of.
A lot of stuff. I mean, I. You know, when I envision what that a lot of stuff is, it's of trying. Of anger, of loneliness, of figuring it out, of doing, of moving, of tackling, of talking, of all of this stuff. Just everything that's on my back and has been for a very long time, God said. Finally. I was like, wow. So I cried. And I felt such relief, man. And I. You know, I still feel relieved. And then after that, I felt this knowing, like, I'm good. I'm good. I am good. I don't care. I can't even feel bad when I want to. It's like, man, he got it. I'm Good. I ain't even tripping, so.
Hey, Dawn. So Don said you from in Tennessee in the house.
You. I need to be consistent with my affirmations. I've been better with my devotion than gratitude. Hey, Demetrius. Todd. I know, right? So, I mean, and that's the key to everything. Like, even with. You know what? When my. When. When YouTube blew up for me, it was consistency. It was. I was making videos all the time. It was consistency. And that consistency will get you rich or make you poor. So we gotta work on our consistency, not just in this, but in all things. That consistency is key. Hey, Ms. Brenda.
So, you know, thank y' all for being here. I got 22 people on. If y' all hear anything this evening. That's how we say it in Texas. If you hear anything this evening that blesses you or helps you in any kind of way, give me a like or a heart or a subject, something like, show me some love, let me know. Because, baby, I gotta wake up with the girl and baby dog at. And be at school.
Rewind. I gotta be at her school.
Rewind again. She has to be in the building where she's supposed to be at 5:45 in the morning.
So what time does TJ have to wake up? Oh, I'm okay. No letting. I'm. I'm awake and no later than 4:20. Baby dog refuses to get up. She look at us like, y' all must be out your.
Yeah, she won't even get up to use the restroom. She look at me. I open the cab and she'd be like, girl, bye, and lay herself back down. So.
Yeah. Yeah. Hey, Creative frugal. Creative frugal said.
I love that you can talk with and hear God. I have similar experiences in conversation. I also believe he has a sense of humor. Oh, man, he does. And I do. I. I talk to him and I hear God. And I mean, you know, he is hilarious, actually. His sense of humor. Things that have happened to me, boy, you'll never. I was cracking a joke on God one time with my roommate, and she says something about I'll be back. And I said, lord, I hope you ain't on God's time with the hobby back. And, boy, I swear he pushed me down. It was like I felt a pain all on the right side of my body and I fell to the floor. And I was like, oh, you. You know what? That was just Joe Game. You really have to do that.
You.
You have to knock me out that chair like that. I'm gonna let you make it and I mean, it's just, you know.
Why did the camera go off?
Come on, Saint, what you doing? Why did the camera go off?
I don't know why the dumb camera went off. Oh, let me try it again. There you go. Okay. Yeah. So thank you, C. Hunter. I appreciate it. Hey, Shayna, Shayna. What does that for me?
My people in the house, y'. All. I'm so happy. I'm so happy. I get happy every time I see y'. All. I need yalls help. I want to start back creating videos. And I know that one part of the videos that I want to start back creating are about the basics. Because I still get questions just about basic notorial acts and the questions that you can and cannot ask a signing company or what's a damn dumb question, you know what I'm saying? Like, I think people are scared to ask the signing questions, some questions because they don't want to seem dumb because they're new. But the documents change all the time. So I want to clear this up.
For a notary signing agent, we are supposed to know our notarial certificate. There are changes in the wording sometimes, but normally it's the same and you can kind of figure that out. That is your job. That's your number one job to make sure that the person that is in front of you is who they say they are and use validation, meaning not expired, a form of non expired identification to prove that they are who they say they are. And you fill out the notorial portion of the document.
That's your job.
Knowing everything that those documents say and understand that all the way. Not your job.
To be able to walk your client through it and give them a general understanding and read back to them what the document says. That's your job to show them where something is on the document as far as a percentage or you know, their payment. That's your job. But when you run into certain things on these documents and you're like, huh, that's not part of the notorial certificate. The notary certificate, not your job. So you can ask whoever hired you about that portion of the document.
Got it.
Hey, L.M. tanner.
Okay, Shayna, make an appointment. Oh yeah, 4am.
Yeah.
So somebody is saying, ron, please. Identitrust is driving me bonkers. What do you need to know, dawn, about identitrust?
Anyone know how to find out what signing companies and title companies use? Nexus Clear sign for Ron also. Anyone? Done Ryan for service link.
Done Ron with service link before.
Yeah, service is a service.
Link.
No, you know what? I have not. I have not. But Sean would be a good question, a good person to ask those questions too.
And of course, we can have him on.
Okay, so identitrust is one, but I need to know what exactly you need to understand about identitrust and the rhyme stuff and Creative Frugal. What do you need to know about Service link and LexisNexis? Like, what are your specific questions? That's what I need to know.
Thomasina in the house. What's up?
Hey, Rachel. All right. Rachel is in Houston. I remember your Rachel. Your fiance or husband is an attorney, right?
Thomasina said I had a debt settlement and it was a doozy. Those dang people had me to do the signing and then three days later sent me a link to a test in what?
Why did you have to do a test in order to get paid? I'm confused. I ain't never heard of that. Thomasina.
What kind of test?
I look like I got a little bird's nest on my head, but I'm gonna get it together. I was rushing, y' all because I cut my hair this evening.
Yeah.
Oh, your husband is in hospitality. Okay, no worries. I'm in hospitality too. Okay, Ms. Creative, Frugal, Amrock and Service Link use Nexus and love that I'm on their platform with the other. Cut down training, trying to find others that use Nexus for rom. Oh, okay.
What do you mean, and love that I'm on their platform with the other. Oh, I wish we could talk, man. We gotta find some way to talk, y'. All.
I think I'm gonna have to.
I'm gonna have to do something where I start something where we. At a minimum, once a month, you know, maybe have a speaker and just talk. Okay, so twice a month, one week we talk, and then the other week we talk, we have speakers come in. What y' all think about that? Because I be wanting to talk.
Oh, gotcha. Service Link doesn't have to train you.
Oh, that's a good idea.
Set up a call in line.
What service do I use for a call in line or a zoom call? What call? What? What do I use for a call in line.
Or para.
Oh, that's cool.
Oh, you're right. So y' all would. Okay, so Ursula, would y' all be on here and on Clubhouse? Like, how would that work? Or y' all would be on Clubhouse and I'd be on here, and then people could ask questions and I'd hear it.
Okay, let's try it out. Y', all.
Hold up. Oh, I was watching a good movie called. Hold on, let me see. It's on Amazon, y'. All. It was so good. And it's with one of my favorite actresses, too.
Melissa McCarty. Oh, McCarthy. Maybe that's her name. Melissa McCarthy. I love anything she's in. And. And the Judd girl, too. Anything they're in. I'm watching it. It's called the Starling. It was good. No, I'm off topic. Sorry, Squirrel. Okay, I'm going to Clubhouse. I know, I know. Stop it.
That girl get so doggone.
Distracted. Okay, y' all go to Clubhouse. Oh, I'm supposed to add a title. I didn't add no title. Okay, y', all, I'm on Clubhouse. Hey, Felicia.
Priya. Priya. How are y'? All? Ms. Jacqueline. What's up?
Let me open this to anybody. Rooms are for club members. Let me open it up to any and everybody. Let visitors in.
This will let everyone on Clubhouse join you. Oh, that gum. That. Visitors in. Y' all know I don't know what I'm doing.
All right, so. So we're gonna try this out, too. I'm on Clubhouse as well, y', all, so we can talk. If you need an invitation to Clubhouse, let me know.
And I'll try to get it to you as quickly as possible.
I watched that today. TJ wasn't. I know. Tawana Scott. Oh, yes. Oh, I love her. I could give her the biggest hug. Girl, I love Melissa McCarthy. She is just so soul. She's just everything. She's funny. She's beautiful. To me, she's just everything. Hey, Kurt. Hey. My clubhouse family. Ms. Jacqueline, Demetria, Veronica.
Ah. Okay.
Okay. Yeah, we can do Zoom, too.
Do you need anything specific to do what? Alicia?
Yeah, Don. Clubhouse is an app.
Clubhouse is an app on both Android and. And Apple now.
Hey, Junior. Ms. Robin. Anybody on this on Clubhouse? Do y' all have any questions? Because, listen, I can hear y' all now, so come on with it. Just raise your hand and you can come up and ask your question.
For real.
Rachel, Say, I watched it yesterday and cried my face off. Oh, see, I ain't in the mood to cry.
Okay, Legal Professional, per Thomasina. Thomasina, you got a question from Alicia? Bugs, did you answer that?
Legal professional.
Hold on. I missed something. I'm all.
Let me go back.
Oh, paraprofessional test.
Okay.
Oh, that's pretty cool. So. So, Thomasina, when you did the job for the debt settlement.
Were you already.
Why did they give you a test? I'm still confused about that. Why did they give you the paraprofessional test?
Okay, Ms. Creative Frugal said she would love to know more about Airbnb, what arrangement, contract terms you have with the owner, and how you furnish nicely without huge debt. Okay, I can do that.
I can do that.
All right, Did y' all get on? Now, now, let me know if y' all are on Clubhouse. I guess I should have given this a name.
I didn't, though.
It just says Solutions by tj. You know what? What does that high audio thing do?
Hey, Demetria, you on Clubhouse G?
Ah, you got the signing through Snapdocs.
Okay, Thomasina, were you already a legal paraprofessional or did that test? What was the test? I'm confused. Okay, according to their platform, they now require notaries and legal professionals pass an assessment test. So according to Snapdocs platform.
Because they. Yeah, I've passed a test. They used to. And that gets you higher in the rankings whenever you take that test as well. So I've taken the test. I wonder, is it something new?
Oh, I can't wait.
Excited? Y' all see my shirt? Oops, it's all twisted. Hold on. Well, whatever. Faith. That's how I feel, though, man. I mean, I'm just, like, in this.
Knowing phase where I'm relaxed. Ever since I had that cry, I calmed down and everything. All of my fears, all of my anxiety just been chilled and I'm sleeping better and everything. I don't know. I mean, God, I guess. Well, I was almost there about to say, I guess God is right. But when is he wrong?
Hello.
I needed to break that bubble. Thank you, Jacqueline Alexander. How you doing?
Okay. So back on Content Ideas, y'. All.
Give me some content ideas.
Give me some content ideas. We are now on both YouTube and Facebook if you want to join in the conversation and actually talk, which I want to talk, so that's why I came to Facebook. I ain't come to. I mean, look, that's why I came to Clubhouse, because I want to have a conversation. Hey, Brenda.
I know. See, Hunter, I needed a mental and emotional purge. Brenda, I didn't see an email. So did you send it to Support Solutions by TJ.com because I'll be getting some emails in some strange places sometimes, and I don't check all email places. I can only check 1, 2 places at the max. So that's why I always say support@solutionsbytj.com.
Oh.
I sent them an email. When you say them, Thomasina, if you don't come to Clubhouse. Who the heck is them? I sent them an email.
To send all debt settlements for specific areas. The presentation is easy, very little paperwork.
Are you talking about Snap Apps?
Oh, you sent it to support. Okay, I'm gonna look it up. Hey, Jacqueline. Woo. Jacqueline raised her hand. Praise the Lord.
Wave at Jacqueline if you're up for talking with them. Okay. Wave. Invite to speak. Okay, Jacqueline, I invited you to speak.
Hey, lady.
Oh, how are you?
I am wonderful. How are you?
I am doing great. It is so. I mean, I have been, like, listening to you for over a year now.
Yes.
So wonderful to actually be able to speak to you.
Yes, girl. And, you know, it gets boring, me talking to myself all the time, or at least that's how it seems. Or. Or I'm trying to read the chat and I can't read as fast as y' all are typing.
Absolutely. Well, I can tell you that you have been very instrumental in me becoming a. And getting everything together to become a notary professional. And. And I. I was. I've been able to do a lot of things. I get everything. And then I just became a remote online notary a couple of weeks ago.
Yay.
Yes. And the only thing is, it's been a little difficult getting signed on with a platform. I tried with Notarize, and they're telling me that my digital certificate is outdated, but I just bought it, so that part I'm not understanding. So I was hearing from some other people. They take you through the runarounds first before you're able to get on. So I'm not sure what's going on, but it's been. Been very difficult to figure out everything, you know.
Okay. I'm gonna get Sean with Death Row notary to come and join us.
Okay.
And we gonna do a little pop up impromptu sometime this week. I'm gonna see what Sean's availability is. So make sure that y' all have that notification bell on.
So that y' all know when Sean is on.
Okay, great. This is my first time talking on Clubhouse. I. I get the notifications all the time, but this is my very first time experiencing Clubhouse. Yay. Yes. I have Clubhouse on my iPad because I have a Samsung phone, so.
So awesome.
Yeah, I have you going on YouTube on my phone and on, you know, Clubhouse on my iPad.
And so, you know, I used to be on Clubhouse quite a bit. It's just so much going on, man. I can't be on everything that gummies.
Yes.
So I'm. I'm again, you know, since I've gotten these Airbnb units. They've gotten all of my focus. When I first got into it, I don't know what the heck I was thinking, man.
You know what I'm saying? I mean, I am. This gets all my focus. I don't know what else to say, which is a good thing. But then I. I do. I have to get back to creating videos for y', all, too, because it's so much content that's in my spirit.
Yes.
You know what I'm saying? So I want. I want to make sure that I give y' all what y' all need as well. What do you do full time, Jacqueline?
So I was in the insurance industry before the pandemic, and we all got laid off, and then. And so I still do. Well, not anymore. I started building my notary business during. During 2020, and I had a very sick mother. Don't mean to be a Debbie Downer, but that's also. Was what I've been going through. And we, you know, unfortunately just buried her Monday. So, you know, I've been going through that. So I haven't even been on any of your lives in the past few in. In the past four months or so dealing with my mother who was ill. So. Yeah. So I. But I was doing insurance, and then I'm also a claims adjuster.
Awesome. Okay. Hey, listen, it ain't Debbie Downer, the bro. It's life. I mean, we all are going through something, you know.
Yes.
And it can be. It's minor surgery or major surgery. It just kind of depends on who's who. Who's getting the surgery. Right.
You know, everybody's. Everybody's event is important to them, but I get it. I get it. You know, I was thinking the other day, I'm gonna do probably a video because I still want to reach more people. I know that there are people who are nurses, people walking off of their jobs because they don't want to be forced to take, you know, all of the stuff that they.
This.
The world is trying to give them right on their jobs and everywhere else. And I just want to. That just makes me want to tell even more people, hey, come this way. Because you make the money doing this. That many professionals, like engineers, nurses, even some Doctors make like 10 to 20 thousand dollars a month. That's a. That's a high profit. That's a six figure job. Yes. So.
And it's on your own terms. So it's even better than a job.
It's absolutely. Absolutely. It's a six Figure income on your own terms when you want to do it. And you can go as hard as you want or as soft as you want. I. Yeah. Yeah.
Yes. So I haven't really gotten to the. Getting really busy as a notary. I've done. I've been working on this big case right now, though. I don't know if you guys have it down there in Houston. I'm in Arlington, Texas, so.
Okay.
I lived in Dallas, now I'm in Arlington. But they have this big case going on with tr. This. That medicine. Trata. That people was taking a medication and now. I mean, it caused them. It. It caused them to.
It was more detrimental than helpful. So they're paying out hundreds of thousands of dollars to the people, but they have us as mobile notaries going out looking for the people. And so I've been working on those through notary to go. They've been sending us out to put, you know, to find the people because a lot of them don't have the same phone numbers, have moved, change addresses. So we're trying to find the next of kin because a lot of them have sadly passed away.
Wow.
Yeah, it's. It's really sad. They're paying out, but the people are gone. It's only their next to kin. So far, what I've been going through, I've been going out looking for the people, you know, basically doing their detective work. And it's been. It's been kind of scary a little bit. But then I. I feel, you know, it was. It was so wonderful when I found a lady, and I've been helping her even outside of notary to go to get the information she needs to get to the big law firm because her. She lost her husband. He was taking Truvada, and it's because of Truvada that he's no longer here. You know.
Wow. Girl. Stop it. That's. Listen. That's frighten.
Mm. And I was getting notifications throughout. All throughout the middle of the night from notary to go. To go out and help with these. With this particular case, this big class action lawsuit.
Yeah. So I haven't had. It's really not that much money. They give you, you know, $40 to go initially, and you have to wait. If they're not at the door, you have to wait. And at 32 hours, and then you go back and you send them, you put the first attempt letter on their door, then you go back two hours later, second attempt letter on there. And then the third time, you put the third attempt after the third attempt, you don't have to go back anymore, but they pay you an additional $25 for each time you go back.
So they give you names.
Yes, names and a possible address.
And who do you get this from?
From Notary to Go.
Okay.
Okay.
You know what? Let me put that in my phone.
Okay.
Because that might. That's good.
Yeah. And when I click on Notary to Go, it goes to Notary Dash and that's where all the information is stored on Notary Dash.
Okay. I gotta figure out who owns Notary to Go.
Because I might be able to help them out with that.
Oh, okay.
Yes. Okay. Well, I'm proud of you. That's good. I mean, that's. It's not. So how much are they paying?
It's only, like I said, $40 just to go out initially and then 25 for each attempt.
So that's really not bad. Especially if it's in close proximity to where you are.
Yes, yes.
Now if you want all the way across town, your gas is $20. That ain't worth it.
Exactly. I did go across town because I wasn't. I didn't realize that I was going to have to try to go to neighbors homes because they out. They also ask you to ask the neighbors, you know, if you could find the person because they want to. They have to find these people. And, you know, like I said, these people have been taking this medicine for 10 years plus, and now there's this, you know, big class action. They're just now finding out, I guess that it was harming them more than helping them.
Okay.
Okay. Yeah. I think Nico gave me some information on Jennifer. I don't know if her last name. I don't know if she owns Prestige too. I gotta figure it out.
Okay.
But that's good. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Cool beans.
Welcome. You're so welcome. But you have really helped me a lot and I'm getting back into the swing of things now and. But I haven't done anything more than loan modifications and seller side closings and stuff like that. I haven't done really much. I've been, you know, trying to figure out what companies to kind of sign up with. And I did see eight months ago or so a video where you were talking. It was your cousin, she was on the line and she was going through a long closing and everything. And she was just talking about how, you know, you just got gotta. And you know, you gotta go beyond. You gotta get out there, like you said, get on their nerves, you know, yeah.
You know, absolutely.
So, yeah, that's what I have to do next. I have to market myself because I should be further along than I am right now. But I have to understand. I did have to take time back for my mother, and then now I'm ready to. My mom told me, live your life. And so that's what I'm gonna do.
I love it. I love it. Well, sorry to hear about your mom.
Thank you. Thank you. You know, I need that shirt, too. I need your T shirt, man.
Hey. He is worthy. He answers prayers. He hears you. He's there with you all around you. You have a whole soul tribe that is around you, loving on you at all times. You just have to realize it and.
Just be still and feel the love. You know what is interesting to me sometimes, well, today, in other times, I'm just, like, driving, and instead of focusing on the road, I'll allow. I allow my consciousness to expand to, like, what's in front of me, around me, and just take my whole environment in. Right. And all of a sudden, like, today, I just felt the same sun, like, hitting my face. And every time that happens, I feel like that's a kiss from God. I've been on the plane and I felt like, oh, you know, or. Or, you know, driving. It just feels like this kiss from God, you know?
Yes, yes.
It's so beautiful. But, I mean, you know, if you just notice little things, you just feel God loving on you all the time. So I pray for you and your family and that you. Yeah, I hear you.
Okay. Okay. Got it. Okay.
Yeah. I pray for you and your family and that you feel God's love and your mother's love because, you know, we. Hey, we just passed on the other side of the veil. We. We. We're never gone all the way, right?
Yes, you're right. You're so right about that, and I appreciate it. Thank you.
Absolutely.
Yes. So I don't know if anybody else has questions, you know, but I. I'm. As you talk, I may have questions coming up, so.
Okay.
Else, take the floor.
Nobody else's hand is raised at this time. Y' all can come on. Come on in the room. Yes. Yeah, I mean, I'm just here. I'm. Listen, what I wanted to talk about today was really content and the videos that I'm gonna shoot, and you actually gave me an idea. I'm gonna shoot some videos on how I'm going through LinkedIn, finding people to call and talk to, because you can, you know, you can go through notary Companies, and that's cool. But sometimes that direct business is amazing. And not just for the apostille work, but for just general notary work. I mean, people need folks all the time, so why not you?
Yes, absolutely.
Oh, and I'm gonna show y' all my branding stuff. I've been working on my branding stuff, too. So I came across the name. It's Scottish Gaelic.
And it means. Hold on. It means prestige in Scottish Gaelic. So that's the name that I chose for my business with the Airbnb property.
Yes. That's nice. I love it.
And it's called. It's pronounced. It's spelled C L I U. And it's pronounced clue. The clue. C L I U. I like that. So let me show y' all my little.
Let me show y'.
All. Yeah, I want to thank everyone in the chat for their condolences as well.
Absolutely. Okay. I'm gonna show y' all on fate, on why the heck I keep saying Facebook. I'm gonna show y' all my business cards. And Lashawn actually.
Referred these people to me, and, baby, did they not disappoint. Oh, my goodness. So I will give y' all this guy's information as well. What I wanted was something super regal and just really pretty and beautiful and classy. Oh, here it is.
I'm not sharing my screen. Father God. Okay.
Share screen.
Move me out of the way.
Okay, so I think this is it.
Oh.
Okay. Okay.
Okay. So this is my. My. These are my business cards, y'. All. Look at that. Isn't that cute?
I don't. I can't see it.
Can y' all see it on a. On a stream yard? On YouTube.
Oh, I see it. I see it on YouTube. YouTube.
Isn't that cute?
Yes. I love it. That's beautiful.
Yes. Okay, so I'm gonna show y' all the back, too. So this is how it looks on the.
And then this is the mock up. Like, they show, you know, how it looks on a table. I'm so proud of that. That is sexy, honey.
I love it. That's beautiful.
Who did your heart?
I'm about to share it in the chat, so let's go over here.
And like I said, Lashawn introduced me to this guy. How do I find him? Oh, rigor riggers, Papa. It's. I think it's a girl, but they do. Okay, so let me see how. I'm gonna. See if I can.
Okay, I'm gonna share this. In the chat, they did my logo, and then they. And then I Hired him to do the card because I was trying to do it myself. And, yeah, it was looking a little bootleg, so, child, let the people do it. Who? The people who do it, you know? And it didn't even cost me a lot. Like, I think I paid him.
$35 for the card. Wait, no, the logo. I think I paid him 75. And it looks 75 work to me because he hand draws it. You are not getting something that's like an image that anybody and everybody already has. This is mine, right?
Love it.
It's a hundred percent original artwork. And then he made the card. So. I love it. I love it, I love it.
I love it. Yes. I love them too. Those are beautiful.
And again, I gotta thank Lashan for that one, because, baby, he did.
So hopefully y' all got. Y' all could see it. I put it in the chat for y', all. The link.
Oh, cool. Okay.
Thank you, Thomasina. Thank you, Shayna. So, yeah, that's my. That's my brand.
And so I decided in order to just create a brand for the properties, for my nine properties, creating a lifestyle brand. So it's the Clue Experience is what it'll be called the total name, the Clue Experience. And I'm gonna offer concierge services. So when you come to this place, you can have a massage, you can have a personal chef, transportation to and from the airport all around town. If you want it, you can rent cars, luxury cars.
You name it. I mean, this is gonna be the place to be. And. And they're all two bedroom, two bathroom. And you know, one thing that I. I'm getting this place to the point, because this place should never be rented out for less than 200 a night. 200 per night. It's two bedroom, two bathrooms. People are so cheap, though. They think that 125 for a whole apartment. Nah, I ain't gonna be able to do it. You just being cheap. It's two people. You know what I'm saying? Stop it.
Yes.
I mean, and of course I want it to be rented. I do. But come on. I mean, I just got a.
Request. This guy wants 12 people. So there. Okay. So I created a new listing that includes three of my units, and he wants to get each unit. It's 12 of them. So 12 divided by three is what? Four? Yeah, four. So four people will be staying in each apartment, and they want to get it for $126 a night. Not bad. I've done worse.
I've done worse.
But he's still Trying to haggle with me on this price, man. And he just does not have a clue of what he's getting. It's like, should I let you go? Because.
I don't want to say that's pride, but I do know that the product that I have is amazing.
But anyway, I don't know. I'm working on it. Pray for me.
Pray for me.
Yes, we would keep you lifted, right?
And. And that's part of what I'm doing with my 369 advertised. My. My 369 project. Thomasina. I'm writing down. These units are booked every night. Luxury cars in the parking lot for no less than $200 per night.
What'd you say.
Madison? Talking about I'm on here looking crazy because my hair messed up. I look like Chicken Little. Whatever.
You know? You're chilling, baby. You're chilling. Be the worst critics. Oh, her and Baby Dog. Well, me, I. Y', all. I almost had to filet filet Baby Dog this week. Lord have mercy.
Oh, no.
Baby Dog has the unmet. Okay. So she has this friend that's around the corner that she loves. They play every day. He's a year old, 14 months, and baby dog is five months. She's never had a friend before, and so I know she gets lonely. I am so happy. His name is Butter because he's like a peanut butter color, and he has. He's like. He has these tiger stripes on his back. So she just got out of hand. She started peeing everywhere. I don't know what the heck was wrong with Blue. And so I popped her with my shoe, and she growled at me and kind of snapped, and she snapped, and I snapped. And why did that happen? Baby girl? My snap gonna outweigh yours all the time. You gonna lose your life.
Oh, yeah, my mama. I mean, my mama. Madison. Time I tell them what Butter did. So Butter saw all of this going down. Butter walked between me and Blue and kind of pushed me with his butt a little bit, like, okay, everybody be cool. Everybody be cool. Y' all good?
Yeah.
I mean, dogs are so funny. He was just trying to break it up, like, all right, ladies, break it up. And then he kind of rubbed up against me a little hard. I was like, nah. But I gone. Butter. She being disrespectful. But I said, oh, it's getting hot in here. But I had to step in. Madison was laughing.
He was trying. Butter was trying to calm me down.
Cause I feel like she wanted my kids on ground. Hey, you getting besides yourself.
Your Dogs are very smart. That is amazing.
You know, Madison thinks she YouTube famous now, y'. All. She over here talking about. Blue is in the bedroom looking at the door with her head to the side, like, is she talking about me? Do I need to get up and go on live to defend myself?
These.
These people in my household. Butter is. Is a pressa canario. Let me show y' all what that is. I didn't know, because that's why I'm showing y'. All. He. Let me show you. He's. He looks like Blue, but.
He'S bigger than her.
P R E, S A. Yeah, that's it.
That don't look like it.
So if y' all can see, this is kind of what Butter looks like. But Butter is like a rich, rich orange color.
Gorgeous Dot. He actually looks like a Cane Corso, but I think they're shorter and stock.
Yeah, he looks vicious now. Yeah. Oh, this looks a lot like Butter. That's. That's the most I've seen it looks like. But he's big.
How old is he?
So he's. Butter is 14 months. Okay. And.
He'S so patient with her, man. He lets her bite him, and she's. She'd be trying to be vicious. She half crazy like us.
And he just lets her drag him by the ears and everything.
Oh, he's five times bigger than Blue.
Wow.
But. So she has a friend.
Madison talking about. I'm not eating the dog. Listen, I'm gonna filet all of y'. All. Don't. Quit playing with me. Y' all know I don't have.
Good sense sometimes. Okay, Let me look at my check. Okay. Don said. Oh, thank you, Don. I appreciate it.
Yeah. Don said. Yeah, the condolences. I love it. I love it. I know. Exquisite Caribbean queen. He's haggling. He's haggling too much.
Yeah. It's amazing how a lot of us are going through the same thing.
Yes, man. Oh, my goodness. Yeah. That is so disheartening, though, about that drug thing that you're talking about. Oh, yeah. And that just makes you think about these people pressing this medication in us. Baby. Hold on now. Oh, whoa.
Exactly.
Yeah. Yeah.
It's all these class. Because it's another pass matching lawsuit that I was privy to as well. And it's. It's. I think it's pretty. It's not over, but I'm not dealing with it anymore. And it was the Roundup case. Yeah, yeah, the Roundup case. They're paying billions of dollars out to people right now. But those people mostly aren't around anymore.
Is there, you know, their heirs?
Is there a can?
So what is the. What was the roundup case? I think I heard about that as well.
The weed. The weed killer stuff.
Oh, yes.
Somebody else told me about that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It is. It is.
So, Don, thank you. You said, tj, you will be in my prayers, too. Special meal session in the morning, so hopefully you'll feel the love. Thank you. I always feel Yalls love, and I think that's why I come here, because I love y' all so much. And it's like, for me, I don't know how anybody else feels about this, but like I always say, man, I feel like I'm coming to talk to my family once a week, and this is my time to, like, catch up with y' all and, you know, we just do our thing. I just love that at least on a Sunday, I get a chance to talk to my family, because all of the other days, I'm ripping and running and doing this and doing that, and. And we can just sit down and chop it up and whatever is going on, you know, talk about it.
Yes. And I'm so glad that you created this platform.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
You helped me through a lot of stuff.
I appreciate. And that. And that. Yeah. You know what? That's what all of this is for, Jacqueline. It's. That's what it's for. That's. That's why I did this. I ain't really do this for me. I was thinking about, okay, what can I do to help other people? And I'm blessed that y' all feel that, because it's a lot of times, man, like I said, I. I'm gonna have to get off of here at 10 because I have to go to bed. I'll be trying not to drive sleep in the morning because I got my. My prized possession in the car, but, boy, that 4:00' clock is hard. Jesus.
And I slept today. Like, today I slept most of the day. I woke up. Well, I woke up in my regular time because my body just wakes up, and I don't know what it seemed like. I can't remember what we did, but me and Blue got up, we did something, and then I was like, who? Blue? I'm sleepy again. And I went back to bed. Wow.
So Rachel said, no. Stand your ground. Last night, Hotel room for a king. Regular room weight was 229 +17 tax. That's not even a sweet. My 9 to 5 is also hospitality. Wow. Thank You. So, Rachel, call me, because I need to talk to you. Where are you located, Rachel?
And contact me support at Solutions by tj and then I'm gonna give you my number. You may already have it. I don't know why I seem like I've talked to you before.
Yeah.
No. Rachel Perez.
Paez. I think that's how you say it. Lashana Williams. 200 for four people in each unit is nothing. 50 each person per night? Yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah. I include a cleaning fee. So my cleaning fee per unit is $125. Yes, $125. So for three units is 375. And I can actually go up on my cleaning fee to 150 because I have the best cleaners in Houston. Oh, they good. I'm talking about in the. In. In the. In the upholstery. They leave these lines. You know how you have your lines in the carpet and they make your whole house feel clean? Baby, they put that on my curtains. They put it on my chairs. Everything got lines in it. Oh, it just makes me feel so clean. I love it.
I love them lines, baby. Them lines do something for me, so. Absolutely.
Demetria, Todd said she had to go. She has to be at work early.
All right, chica. Bye, Demetria. We love you. Take care. Thank you so much for coming and giving us your time this evening.
And I'm about to get off of here, too. I understand. Early. Hello. I'm trying to scroll down. Okay. That's what say about K.
Don, what were you saying about a Cane Corso? They crazy.
She's a good baby, you know, And I talked to the trainer. So yesterday I called the guy and his wife that I bought it from, and then there's a guy here in Houston who trains her as well. And I was telling them what happened. And then we were about to have Filet Me Dog. And they all. I mean, the wives were in the background on the ground.
Because they. I was like, I have a teenager and a dog, and I might be going through menopause. Everybody better step light around here. They were on the ground. Oh, they were on the ground. They thought that was so funny. I say, boy, everybody around here twisting their shoulders and going.
All right, y' all better get it together.
Yes.
Yes.
Okay.
Yes. I'm just getting back into the group, so I'm gonna think of some other stuff now. I'm probably late. Do you have a. A course on Airbnb? How to do it, how to do the business?
I don't. And A lot of people have been asking for that. And.
The easiest and best way that I know how to do it, to be honest with you, is to set up a zoom call. That's just easiest for me.
Because it's just easier. I mean, I can show you and walk through it. I. I don't. I'm not good at. Nico was talking about creating ebook. Well, I don't have time. I mean, if somebody could help me do that, I guess I could do the transcription thing. I don't have it yet, but it's coming out. It's definitely coming out.
Okay. Okay.
It's definitely coming out. So we'll. I'll let y' all know when that's coming out, and it'll be awesome.
Okay. And another thing, I'm late on the Apostille work. Do you. Is that in my area? I live in a big area. Area with a lot of people. Anyways, Dallas Fort Worth. So it's huge. Yeah, it's a good area for Apostille work. Do I have to drive to Austin?
No, girl. Oh, no. It's all over. You know, the great thing about this notary thing is that regardless of where you are in the United States, you can just go and get your notorial license and you right back at it like you're working. So there is no. I lost my job. So, I mean, you have to advertise again, possibly, but if you already have stuff going on, you're good. So I am going to put the links to the Apostille training within the chat on YouTube.
Okay.
And you know what? Dallas, Arlington. Great plate. Because the Apostille thing is it's basically notarizing documents that are going to a foreign country. The foreign country has to be a part of this group who all got together and said, hey, this is how we're going to process documents. We talk about all that in the training. But if there are foreign communities where you live, then, yes, this is the ideal thing for you.
I've been going on LinkedIn. I've been stopping by community centers. I've been talking to immigration attorneys. I've been going out to get business. So, I mean, that's, you know, hey, that's what you do.
Okay. Okay. So I'm definitely gonna go ahead and. Yeah, yeah, I'm definitely gonna sign up for your course for this.
Okay.
Because I. I really don't want to go back to.
To the nine to five thing. Yes.
Yeah. Because I don't have to. I spent the whole pandemic listening to you and Building my notary business.
Hallelujah.
When everything was locked down, I had tj.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. And see, and I was doing it from my cousin's house because I refused. So I'm single. It's just me and Madison. And I went to my cousin's house because that was not gonna be locked in the house with Madison hall again ever. Okay? So let me tell y' all what this heifer had me doing. We had during Harvey. We were stuck in the house for a whole week during Harvey. And Madison almost drove me to drink.
This helper had me watch. So number one, I don't watch the news. She like her daddy, and she here. She come out of her room, she wanted to watch the news. She wanted to watch all of the trauma going down around the city, trying not to scare myself.
Wow.
Then when we were not watching the news, she had me watching all these vampire movies. So every night, I'm dreaming about vampires. I'm just, like, all day. Shadow hunters.
Vampire. Everything about a vampire girl. All that stuff in my good spirit. Every night, I'm. I'm talking in my sleep about vampires. I'm jumping and going out, and she sleeps in the bed with me. So now she. She got nervous, said, oh, Mommy, you was mumbling in your sleep. Dude, you got. I didn't watch this for a full week. I said, I can't. It just can't. Oh, I'm talking about all of our awakened hours. We were watching something with a vampire.
Vampires and witches. I don't know what's with this lady about this and werewolves, right? I was like.
Yeah, that was too much in your spirit.
It was. I keep telling her, I don't bring that mess in my house. And I. At that time, we were stuck, so we were. We were. We were blocked in. So we stayed. My cousins.
One is my first cousin, and her and her daughter live right next door. And then there's a big lot in between them, and they have these huge houses. So we went over there and just. We call it the compound.
I know. That was covet. I was telling them why I wasn't staying with you during COVID by myself.
After Harvey, I was like, oh, no, we're. I'm getting. You know, I need. I need backup.
Yeah, we went to the compound. We went to the compound. Everybody was at the compound. We could. We had a. Oh, my God. We had fun.
Wow.
Madison talking about she was doing her homework for four hours a day. That online learning thing was horrible.
Yeah, I heard it was I heard it was.
Okay, so hold on, Ms. Solo. A story about title.
I got a call on Friday from a title company I did on Tuesday.
They said they were missing some docs. I said, okay, what docs? And he proceeds to tell me he only received 119 pages of 235 page document. Oh, wow.
So when he got the documents, how in the world. The physical documents. He didn't get all of them.
Miss Solo, to come on. On Clubhouse.
Yes, I checked the tracking and package was delivered weighing 3 pounds, which is consistent with the 235 pack page packet. Not sure what they did with the docs, but they were trying to use. That happens.
Wow. So I wonder, Ms. Solo, did they find them?
Did they find those pages? That's crazy.
And absolutely. Thomasina, we have tech to tech to track our stuff.
Okay, so Latasha said her Madison does the same thing. Girl, I. You know what? I was trying. She worked. She wore me down. Latasha. I was trying to read my book next to her, but then it started getting good as I lifted my head up. It was a mess. Child.
Probably telling stories. His printer ran out. Wow.
So did you upload the whole file on the snapdocs as well, Ms. Solo?
Because I know he's saying that when he received the physical document, it didn't have all the pages, but did you upload it? Was it, did you do scan backs as well?
Because that's crazy.
Super crazy. I, I, that's why. That's part of the reason I like scan bags. I think something about the docs were not right on their end and. Oh, wow.
Yeah, that's a lot.
That's crazy. Especially regarding the weight. And, you know, you did everything right. Hey, Veronica, this is tj. Yeah, I did send out the replay to for the apostle 2.0. If you did not receive it, then please, please, please email me at Support Solutions by TJ.com I don't know why your name looks familiar and it seems like I emailed you already.
But I'll check again. So email me at Support Solutions by TJ.com tonight, and I'll send you that link. And y' all want fingerprinting too. Okay, we'll do it. I'm gonna figure out a way for us to start meeting twice a week, twice a month, and we'll have speakers come in.
Oh, that's wonderful.
And you did contact Sean already about the.
I did.
Okay.
Yep, yep. He'll. He'll contact me back. Y' all know Sean? Sean with death row notaries is A busy man. He's doing a million things. Well, now, let me quit lying. He doing two things. But, you know, men don't focus like women. So let him focus on, you know. He be busy, though.
Yes, he's on notarized on and off all day long.
Wow.
There was something else. So. Yeah, he said he's so. Ms. Solo said he saw the 235 page scan. The way I package my docs, you would have to tear the package open. It's just not gonna come. Oh, gotcha.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And see, me, too, girl. I beating listen with my dogs. I put tape and tape and tape. Like, you gonna know if somebody has pried that thing open. It's. There's no, you know. No, you're gonna know if somebody has gone in there and manipulated anything, because I flap it over with the little tape that goes on the FedEx thing once, and then I start my taping routine. I tape it going around the perimeter at the top, and then I tape it from top to bottom. So, yeah, you gotta. You gonna be like, oh, T.J. you always do them up. Hey, PSOC notary service.
How are you?
Y'? All, let me get off of here. I gotta go to bed. I'm just running my lips. Exactly. Well, I love y'. All. To life. Same here. Jacqueline. Thank you for joining me, because you was the only one that raised your hand. Y' all just gonna leave me over here talking to myself?
And I'm gonna email you, too, so we can switch phone numbers as well.
Perfect. That'll be great, because I'm in Dallas. My best friend lives in Dallas. She's a doctor, so I'm not far from you all the time. Like, I'm. I'm in that area. Yeah.
Okay. Okay.
Oh, and we're. You know what? I wanted to tell y' all this, too. So my cousin is planning a meetup in Houston.
I'll let y' all know the date soon, and it's just gonna be for us to meet up. Let me know how y' all feel about it, if y' all want to do it. Say yay or nay. I'm gonna send out probably a survey or something just to see who wants to participate. Paid.
We are probably gonna go somewhere and eat, and I'll let y' all know how all that goes, what the prices are, and all of that. All right.
That's right.
Yeah. Hey, look, I'm gonna have to eat. Wherever we go, we eat.
Yeah. Eating has to be in the itinerary.
Exactly. Exactly. Dawn asked, does my cousin do Ron? She does do some Ron, but she doesn't do it all the time.
Yeah, Mariama. She does Ron, but she doesn't do it all the time.
How. How is Mariama?
She is. She is wonderful. Same old crazy.
Silly. We all are. We. We are silly. That's who I was in the pandemic with her mom. Her and her mom and her sister and their kids. We had sister.
So much fun. Okay.
Yeah. I could be stuck with them anytime because they are super fun.
Yes. I feel like I know you guys and y' all never talk to me. You know what I'm saying?
We so silly.
Silly, silly that we laugh so much.
Yes.
All right, y'. All. I love y' all to life. See y' all next week. Let me know if you all need anything support at solutionsbytj. Com. About to go on there right now, so if you did not get the replay or anything, let me know. I'm gonna send it to you now and then I'm going myself to bed. You heard me? All right. Love y' all to life. Bye.
Bye.
