Other people call it Airbnb, but Airbnb is a brand, it's a platform. It's not the, the business name. The business name is actually short term rentals. So I'm exposing these holes this time.

I'm exposing the lies. I'm gonna tell y' all the real truth and I'm gonna tell y' all a lot of solutions that I found in the process of me having to.

Whoa, whoa. Getting punched and jabbed and all of that in the face. I figured out a lot of stuff, a lot of good stuff. And so that's the, that's the best part of it. You know, it's always a blessing in the mess when you go through things differently than other people have. When your experience isn't what theirs has been, then you find new and creative ways to make things happen. So I think if anything, that's been the best, the best part of this is that, you know, I'm creating a way more than I anticipated. One of the other things that we'll be doing in the membership site is I'm going to be showing y' all how to create ads. I just raised my bid and my budget on ads for Google. Got a call today. I'm anticipating a lot more calls this coming week.

I spoke to one of our subscribers, and here's. This is the good part about you, you know, reaching out to me. So she reached out to me to ask me some questions about. Because she didn't understand. So we have two different programs coming out. We have the membership site, which is 97amonth for content. You're not getting anywhere else, I promise you. Because I like to be. You know what I'm saying? I like to have different stuff.

So she called me and asking me for clarification on the classes, the mentorship and the membership. And we were talking, I think we Talked for about 30 minutes. Long story short, I was telling her, you know, one part about my business because she's getting, she's working to get started. And I was giving her some. Well, she's already started, but she wants to scale and do it full time. And so I was giving her some pointers. And one of the things that I said was, you know, know, I'm getting a lot of calls from my Google Ads for Spanish speaking clients and I need a translator.

I need a translator. So she speaks fluent Spanish. Yay. So exchange services, right? She translate for me and then I give her access to the membership site. So yeah. Oh, yeah, I got you. I got you. June. I haven't been on Clubhouse, so I get information overload. And I have so much going on in my learning process in the short term rental business that I had to back up and focus on this right here. Right? Because I was on there. Nobody, man. You know, I think one of the major lessons that God has taught me in all of this is stop looking to the left. Stop looking to the right. Keep your eyes on me. Keep your eyes on me. You know what I'm saying? I mean, 1000% keep your eyes on me, man. You looking for somebody to tell you something. They not, they not coming through. They're not the people that you've contacted. I did everything I could, contacted everybody I could for information and nothing came through. I'm figuring this out on my own and prospering.

Finally prospering. And it's not just me, man. I. I got a whole conglomerate over here that's walking through. It's. It's amazing because I think earlier this week I was going from door to door and I'm just seeing feathers everywhere. These feathers, my angels just showing me they here. Boy, I had a horrible week.

Yeah, this last week was hard. It was hard, but I had a horrible week. Week before last, but then I just kept getting signs. A ladybug just flew on my arm and flew in the car. One of those, you know, those flowers that we used to blow the little stuff off of them. Willow something. I don't know what it's called, but for no reason. And I looked all around for a plant that had that thing. It was nowhere, but it was, it was going around in the gym, inside a closed gym.

And I caught it in my hand. So God Is good.

I have not talked. Nico was. Last time I talked to Nico, she was having issues with her leg, I think I've been in my cocoon, baby. I had to just be with me and Jesus and just pray my way through.

So I did a few videos this week about the lies about the notary world because it's a whole bunch of bad information going on around here too. One of them was one of the lies is that it's easy to make the 10 to $20,000. You know.

It'S. It's simple, but it's not easy. You know what I'm saying? It's simple. It's simple, but it's not easy to be consistent. It's not easy for a lot of people to make the cold calls. It's not easy for a lot of people to become friends and build relationships. It's simple, though. You make a call, talk about a little stuff, get to know the person. It's simple, not always easy.

So that's one of them. I did a video also, because I want to go back to the basics, because I'm asking people simple questions like what's an affidavit? What's the difference between an acknowledgement and a jurat? What's the difference between an oath.

And an affirmation? Right? People don't know that stuff. If you on here tonight and you gotta think about it, then when I put these videos out, y' all need to look at them.

Because that we gotta. These are, these are critical things that we have to, have to, have to know off the top of our dome.

Yes, we have to.

We have to know it. If any other job, you gonna know it, right? And Mariana made such a great point this week. She was saying, shoes, I don't mind doing the seven dollar job, the 75 jobs, 30 jobs, whatever. Because if you add it up, you know, you wouldn't be making that kind of money on your 9 to 5 job. So however much the job is paying, get the job and go for it.

Right? Get the job and go for it.

So she did, she put that into perspective for even me, because, baby, I'd be like, oh, I don't want to do that for $12.

But yeah.

You do. What works?

75 an hour isn't bad. Exactly.

Yeah. There are things that you have to know. So I did, so I did some lies videos and I did those basics videos.

And I'm going to be doing some more this coming week. I want to get about 30 videos if I can out.

But, you know, one day at a time. Sweet Jesus, one day at a time. I think I'm gonna just go back to doing one video a week and let my channel grow that way. Because it was really growing, you know, it's still growing. It's not growing at the same rate because as I was doing the, the short term rental stuff, I had to put all of my focus in that area because I spent so much freaking money. And then it wasn't like they said it was gonna be like they was acting like you put it on on Airbnb and everybody gonna come. And so I was booked, and I am booked every weekend from the very beginning, rock solid. But you can't pay your bills just on the weekend. I need to make money during the week as well in order to be able to pay my bills and make a profit.

So that's why all of this is coming from. And God is great because, you know, I have people coming, I have people here during the week. The sports team just spent like $4,000 and buying up some stuff. So I'm excited about that.

And then I probably have other stuff as well that's coming. So we're good, you know, we're good. December so far is looking good. I won't complain if anybody knows how to make thumbnails. I need for somebody to make some thumbnails for me.

Meaning location wise, and then taxes. So Houston, Texas, Tax preparation or something like that. Or South Houston tax preparation. Why? Because when people are on Google and they're looking for stuff, then that's how. You know what? That's how they find you, because you're talking directly to their language. Mobile Notary Houston. It's decent, but it's not as good as Notary Houston. And if you can look, the bid is real, real low for Notary Houston.
