I'm excited that y' all are here, though. Right? So that's one thing. The group mentorship. My friend Burris, if you were at the Apostille training, then you know Burris, he was there. He's my friend that's in India. They're working on the website. For me, everything is just coming together from an automation standpoint for all of us to be able to get products faster once we purchase and, you know, communicate better. All of that is coming together in one walk.
I'd love to talk to y' all on text because I know, you know, we can talk back and forth here. That's cool. But I want to be able to talk to y' all one on one as well and in groups. So please, if you have an iPhone, download an app called Clubhouse. Now, one of our. The people who are with us, one of our family members, Dominique, she has a channel. I cannot remember the name of her channel, but I'm gonna go to it. Dominique, if you are here, please provide a link to your channel.
In the comments. I'll see if I can text her, but she gives you the full breakdown on her channel about Clubhouse. It's an awesome way for us to have a conversation and talk back and forth. And I love it. I really, really love it because you can have authentic conversations, right? And everybody in the room gets an opportunity to benefit. Also, if you look within the description of this video, you'll see my text number. Please sign up for text. So go to that number. 713. Hold on, let me remember it. 713-366-487-9. Again, that's 713-366-4879. Go on and text me now so that you can become a part of my text community. Because it's so much easier for me than email. And when things come out, I'll be able to get it to you quick and easy, right? But, man, it's just so much. I'm going a million miles a minute today. I have a special guest for you as well. Last week we had Ms. Monica, and she talked to us from the standpoint of an attorney state. And then we still had some people in the room who were from Atlanta or from Georgia. And I want to make sure that my whole family is taken care of. So my Georgia family, the. The people who are in an attorney state, I want to welcome to the floor Ms. Samantha Smith. Hey, girl. Hey, girl. You look pretty. How are you?
I am great. How are you?
I am awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome. So my family is in the room and man, boy, look at them all in these comments.
So.
So the number again, hold on, let me answer them. 713-36-6, 4, 8 7, 9.
And I'll mention the other stuff a little later.
Okay, Let me see if Dominique is here as well.
I joined her channel, but I will also. Thomasina said, hey. Hello, Samantha.
She's one of our prize winners from our other platform. She was wrapping it up.
Girl, your facial structure is beautiful. You have the facial structure of a model.
I'm serious. Your cheeks and stuff. Hey, Ms. Miranda, I know I gotta call you. Please, please, please contact me after this. Clubhouse is an app on. On the iPhone if you're looking for Clubhouse. So, Miss Samantha.
Hold on.
They're saying we can't see you or Dominique on the screen.
Can you see me now, Tiana?
Let me know if y' all can see me on the screen.
Let me know if y' all can see me on the screen. Because I got a text from Tiana that she couldn't see me on the screen.
So anyway, we'll just go on and start. Ms. Samantha, so you are in Georgia. My big question Georgia is. Does an attorney have to be available and present at the closing, or does an attorney just have to be involved in the closing process?
Okay, so let me back up a little bit. Good evening, everybody.
Okay, that's it.
I'm just, you know, I'm southern, so, you know, we just definitely have to say, hey, how y' all doing?
My name is Samantha Smith, and I am a mobile notary here in the great state of Georgia, the great Georgia Notary Nation. Thank you, Ms. T.J. for letting me come on, for inviting me on. I was not expecting this at all, but definitely at any point, just willing to connect with notaries everywhere. My specialty, my focus is always going to be the Georgia notary community, because this is where I live. And so I want it to be a support to Georgia notaries as much as I can. So as far as our state goes, our handbook dictates that we have to have an attorney presence with our loan closings. When it comes to. In the wording, the direct wording is conveyance of property. And so that's when the property is moving from buyer to seller, seller to buyer, even in the cases of buyer, seller back to the bank. So when you're dealing with refinances and things like that, it's also important that an attorney be present and available during that. Now, where it gets a little muddy is that they don't specify how that presence needs to go down. So you have. For me, my presence is teleconference. I've done closings where the attorney is on the phone.
Navigating everything. I've done video conference where either through Zoom or through.
Duo, the attorney is present to conduct the closing. And as a notary, and my main role and responsibility is to be there to witness a signature, verify the identities, and to be an assistant, so to speak, to that attorney.
Gotcha. Okay, so let me make sure that I understand one more time. They can be on the phone on a conference call. What is Duo?
Duo is the iPhone. Well, it's not iPhone, really. It's the Google messaging app. Where is a video conference? It's kind of like. What's the iPhone platform?
FaceTime. FaceTime.
Yes. Yes. It's the same thing. Duo is the same thing.
I love it. I love it, I love it, I love it. Do any of you have any questions regarding Georgia? A lot of new notary public loan signing agents? Well, how do you get relationships with these. These attorneys?
Are they already a part of the transaction from the closing company, from the closing, from the title company, or how do you build those. Those relationships?
One of two ways. Either direct, where the attorney calls me and asks me to assist them. And that's usually they found me through signingagent.com through Google.
Just however they find notaries, they can contact me direct. When I get specific assignments from platforms like snapdocs or Signature Closers, I always request the attorney's information. It's really important. I think a lot of new notaries are a bit afraid to ask questions. And so that is really where a lot of the power is, in the fact that you can help make sure that you don't compromise your commission or. Which is essentially what it is. So when I get the assignment, I ask who is the attorney of record for this assignment? May I have their contact information so that I can reach out to them and find out how they want to participate in the closing? And I never. Either they're going to give me the information or I'm not going to do the signing. Just that simple.
So they already have an attorney that's in the process, within the closing process, and you just get the number for the attorney that's already representing. Okay, now that makes sense because you don't have to go out, hunt an attorney down, develop this relationship and find some. Oh, now that. That changes the pain, that makes it a lot easier.
And the thing about it is, you know, there is still nothing wrong with, I won't say hunting them down, but going out and building those relationships. Because you never know when an attorney may need you for a specific assignment and they can reach out and call you whether they have an attorney notary on staff or not. So the relationship building is always going to be key. But for the purpose of some of the signing company assigned appointments, you definitely need to talk, speak up on your advocate for yourself to get that attorney's information. And for me, you know, if I can't get it, then I can't complete this assignment. And I don't have a problem with accepting the assignment. And then when I can't get that attorney's information, I don't have a problem with saying, I'll need you to reassign this appointment.
Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha. I love it. Okay, okay. I do understand. So real quick, guys, I'm seeing that some people are having problems with that number. Put a one in the front and see if that helps with that number. I love that.
And do you all have to take the title test? What type of testing do y' all take to become a notary public loan signing agent in Georgia?
Well, like I was sharing with someone today, it's the role of the notary public and the role of someone who owns a notary business. So the business and the office of the notary public are two totally separate things. To become a notary, we just fill out an application and get accepted for the notary public loan signing agent or loan signing agent certification. Georgia does not offer that. It's not even something if for those who have a Georgia notary handbook, you'll see where it says that they don't even really want us operating in that capacity. They want us to use the attorneys to make sure we have an attorney whenever we're doing things dealing with real estate. But for the purpose of some of the signing companies that want you to be LSA or NSA certified, the NNA offers that certification. So that will be the place where you would go. And that's the place where most signing companies go, at least in my experience, to find NSA and LSA certified notaries.
Awesome. Awesome. So let's go to the chat and see who all is here.
Okay. So Ms. Deborah says, does the attorney have to be on the call the entire time or just for the introduction?
For me, this is anything that I say is something that I practice personally in my notary services. I require or I ask for that attorney to be on the call the entire time to go through the documents. I just don't want to do anything to compromise my commission and I would not recommend anyone else do that. And for those notaries who are always a bit disappointed because the whole notary attorney state rule law.
I don't have a problem with it. For me, it alleviates a lot of the accountability because I did not draft those documents.
Right.
I did not get a law degree. I have no desire to get a law degree. So those who are in place to carry out those tasks, let them do their job. And you go there and do your job.
It seems like it makes the process a lot easier to me because you don't have to worry about explaining anything. You know, you're just there to witness. You know, I was on a, on Clubhouse today and reminding people that our job is notaries number one, first and foremost, is to prevent fraud.
That's it.
So we are the frontline defense to say, yes, this person is who they say they are. Right. We also verify that this person is signing this document.
Under a sound mind. They understand what's in the document. Right. And they want this, this to occur. They. They approve of this transaction going forward. So those are, those are the things that you have to keep in mind.
Yeah. And not be so.
I guess, starstruck or money struck by.
Feeling like you can't do them because of the attorney state rule. The rule says that you can't do them without an attorney. It doesn't say you can't do them at all.
And there's plenty of money to be made, I'm certain. In Georgia.
Well, yeah. And the fact is that, you know, it depends on the service. So if you have great services, you can command what you want.
Yes.
You know, if you have services that are different or outside of the box, at the end of the day, if you're meeting a need, you can command the money that you want. Now, I will say this. I believe our notary handbook says that we cannot charge the fees of an attorney. Like, if an attorney charges $500 an hour as a notary, I can't do that. But if you're. Again, if you're meeting a need, if you're solving a problem, if you're adding value, you can put a valuation on that.
Perfect. Okay. So, Gloria, Gloria, I'm curious about your question. You're saying, how much notary and loan signing work is there around Savannah, Georgia? And I'm confused because then you mentioned Orlando, Florida. I don't know if there's a Savannah, Florida, too. But.
I believe. I believe that there's work all over. I mean, I have friends all over Georgia, and I'm talking about every little piece of Georgia, and they are working.
They are working.
They are doing very, very, very, very well.
Oh, yeah.
So, Mary Bell. Ms. Samantha. Hello. Is NSA. What is that? What is your question? Is NSA, I guess what is.
What is NSA and LSA certified? So NSA is notary signing agent, and LSA is loan signing agent.
Okay, perfect.
All right. And Ms. Thomasina is saying, do you print out the docs in Georgia or are they done by the closing attorney's office?
I think it really depends on the signing service that you get the appointment from. So as you talk to the attorney, they may send you the documents to print.
But I have rarely seen. I maybe have had a couple of appointments where the signers already had the documents. They send them straight to them. So it just depends on who I think is giving the assignment.
Perfect. Okay. Ms. Clacy. Ms. Fisher said. Wait a minute. Hold on one second.
Okay. Do the attorneys have issues staying on the call the entire time? Do they give pushback?
None of the ones that I've worked with, they've been very. They want to follow the Laws, too. They don't want to do anything to compromise their.
Licensure as an attorney. And if the rule is based out of real estate and based out of the state bar association, they are accountable to that law as well.
Absolutely. Absolutely. And so Maribel's question, Maribel, I think you're saying what is an NSA notary signing agent and a loan signing agent? They are the same thing. It's just called two different things. Like that's just the same thing with a different name. So loan signing agent, notary public, loan signing agent, same exact thing.
Ms. Dolores Rey, as the topic tonight? We have a couple of different topics, but right now we are talking with Ms. Samantha Smith. What do you own, Ms. Smith?
I'm the owner of she Listens Notary and business services here in Southeast Georgia.
And because I am not familiar with the laws and how it works in an attorney state, and we have a bunch of family that's in Georgia, I wanted to bring Ms. Samantha on to answer whatever questions you have about becoming a notary public loan signing agent in Georgia. You know, what is the process? Is it easy to get work? From what it sounds like, based on what she's told me, the attorney is already, when you get a signing from a service like snapdocs or other services that are out there, an attorney is already in the loop. So all you have to do once you receive that notification and accept that job is ask for the information for the attorney so that he can be, you know, you can contact him and figure out whether he wants to be on a phone call or how that'll work. Is that right, Ms. Samantha?
And that's been my experience the entire time.
Okay. And Ms. Vegas saying, are these attorneys real estate attorneys?
I would assume so, yeah. I mean, I don't see them being criminal attorneys or, you know, they would be real estate attorneys.
And I guess they're.
I guess their questions are coming from, do you have to personally find an attorney? And from my understanding of what you're saying is you don't have to find an attorney. An attorney will either find you or already be a part of the transaction. And they're looking for a notary. Right?
Exactly. And again, these have just been my experiences. I don't know what any other notary may have experienced, but again.
I have not had to go and secure my own attorney. It kind of wouldn't even make any sense because that attorney would not be familiar with that particular assignment or signer or real estate process.
Gotcha. And Mr. Loras, I'm pretty sure. That you personally don't pay the attorney. The attorney is paid through the title company or through whatever agent. Surely the notary ain't paying the attorney. Like we just said, the attorney is already a part of the process. So they either come to you because they may have already. The attorney is normally a part of drafting these documents and putting the transaction together. So they either come out and seek you as a notary to perform this service, or you. They con. They come through snapdocs or some other service and find you in order to do the notarization. So you. You are not going out and finding an attorney.
And we definitely ain't paying them.
Okay.
Okay. Thanks for the good info. I'll pass this info along. I'm in Florida, so I don't have this issue. Y' all both have flawless skin. Thank you, Dolores.
Thanks.
I told her that girl her bone structure is too pretty. Okay, let us see. Any other questions? And look at this. Hey, lashawn, I didn't even know that you could get a super sticker on here, so I'm glad that you got a super sticker. I. I don't. I can't even tell you how to get a super sticker. But thank you. I do appreciate it. And if you have any questions, I want to shout you out. Ms. LaShawn with Notary Institution also has a YouTube channel. She offers excellent advice. She is one of my colleagues turned good friends. So y' all go over and check out Ms. LaShawn's channel as well. We both have a different offering, so, you know, there's no hate in my blood. I believe that there's more than enough to go around because she may explain something a little differently. Same topic, but something a little differently than the way that I explain it. That maybe, you know, maybe suits your learning style. So go check out Ms. Lashawn at the notary institution when you have an opportunity. She also offers training courses that she sells online. I have not taken training courses, but, man, and just talking to her, I believe that they are top notch. And she gets to the point and shows you what you need to do.
Let me see if I have anything else for you, Ms. Samantha.
I hate the way this thing does.
Okay. Do you need an attorney for general notary work and notary public loan signing agent work in Georgia.
For general notary work? No, you need an attorney for real estate transactions.
Perfect.
Another question. So do you sign up for all of the signing companies as normal and they call you for the job and have attorney already assigned? Yes. Pretty Much. An attorney is already. Is already a part of the transaction. So you don't have to go out and find an attorney. You just simply ask them who's the attorney that is a part of this transaction. Can I have his contact information? You contact him. Y' all coordinate, you know, the when, what, where's, and hows, and then you go to the closing with your client.
Mm.
Are you a part of any loan signing agencies?
What does that mean?
I guess, like, Snapdocs and stuff like that.
Yeah, I think I'm signed up. I think I'm, like, right at the edge of 100 companies that I'm signed up with.
Aren't we all? I mean, when you say 100, that's about right for every last person.
Yeah.
Yeah, all of us. About a hundred companies.
Yeah.
All right.
Awesome.
Hi. I'm in Connecticut, and I'll start my process this week. How long would you recommend a newbie work with signing companies before going direct?
Forever.
Yeah. You keep money coming from every different direction.
Yeah, I. I hear a lot of people wanting to choose signing companies or direct business, and I don't think you should ever cut one off as opposed to, you know, trying to acclimate yourself with a new one. Sign up with all of them. Like, you know, don't. Don't limit any possibilities that you may have. There's too many opportunities out here to say you're going to just kind of abandon one or the other, because at any given time, one can slow down or both can slow down. So you definitely want to keep your options open.
All right, Miss destination mingle. What are the first three steps you'd suggest for a new notary to take to get started in the state of Georgia?
First step after you get your notary commission is to one, make sure you have your Georgia notary handbook.
Read and study that thing daily, weekly. I would also recommend that you sign up with the gscaa, whatever the initials are, the Superior Court. They have a.
A newsletter that you can subscribe to so that you can get information straight to your email inbox. I would also. I guess maybe the second step would be to decide how you're going to market yourself. You got to get. Get yourself out there. That there is. Even though there are training platforms that talk about marketing strategies, at the end of the day, you've got to go out and you got to market yourself, so you got to get out there. So two would be market yourself, and then three, begin to network with other notaries in your area. I can't speak for Anybody else, Everything is all based on me. But.
Let'S just say that everybody doesn't have the same business goals. So, you know, be very intentional about, you know, who. Who you market with and, excuse me, who you network with and how you're going to be out here networking. Because you never know when the next opportunity will present itself, and you also never know who that opportunity is going to come through. So get your handbook and be reading that. Start marketing yourself, and definitely network.
Perfect.
Let me change my mic. Hold on one second.
Okay.
Okay.
Let me put this on. Mic in.
Okay. Can y' all hear me?
You can hear me?
Mm.
Okay. Good, good, good, good. All right. So.
Are there any classes that are needed to be a notary public loan signing agent in Georgia?
Not provided by Georgia. So the state office only offers training about the office of the notary public. They don't necessarily have classes that are going to train you or make you a better public, a loan signing agent or notary signing agent. Again, those classes are offered through the National Notary association for that certification, and.
I'll just leave it at that. They're offered through the nna. Yeah.
So you're working on some type of training courses right now too, Samantha, what are you working on?
Look at you.
Just all up in my business and putting me out there in the streets.
I told you I was gonna throw.
You in the water. Yeah, threw me out in the streets, honey. So I. I am working on something that's going to be Georgia specific. I'm not saying that other notaries could not. Other notaries from other states could not, you know, get any value out of it. But one of the things I noticed coming into the business, my business and the office of the notary and is that there is no training available about how to handle both as far as the business side and the role. You know, successfully fulfilling your role and obligations as a Georgia notary public. So, yes, ma', am. I am putting something together now that I hope to be released and actually in the next two weeks.
Awesome. So if you are in Atlanta, I appreciate you. I want y' all to know something, right, Samantha. We're in Texas, and it's 9:30 here, so it's 10:30 her time and she has to go to work. And it's an honor and a privilege for people to stay up until 10:30 and they have to wake up in the morning. So I thank you so much for doing this for us. Thank you for joining us. You are awesome. Beautiful. And I'm gonna let you go and Go get you some rest if you finish uploading your videos. But thank you so much. I appreciate you. I look forward to building a long relationship with you too.
Yes, ma'. Am. Yes, ma'.
Am.
And thank you. Thank you all for your questions on tonight. Look, it's 2021. I'm encouraging everyone to build bigger and better business this year. Stay legal, stay out of jail, but definitely, you know, just look to grow and again, build bigger and better business in 2021.
And they are asking, can we follow you on Instagram or Facebook or how do they follow you?
Yes, ma'. Am. On Instagram and on Facebook. I am there as at GeorgiaNotary Nation. That's GA Notary Nation on Instagram and Facebook. I'm also on LinkedIn @Georgia Notary Nation as well. And look, if y' all have not gotten on LinkedIn, y' all are really missing out. Get on LinkedIn, you have signing companies that are there, loan officers that are there. Do not sleep on the LinkedIn crowd. It's different. You can't go on there posting selfies and duck lips and all this other kind of stuff. But when I tell you there's a wealth of information, there's a wealth of knowledge and people, they own their game on LinkedIn. So if you don't have a LinkedIn page yet, I would do definitely recommend you get your LinkedIn page and expose yourself to a different kind of notary community and notary vibe. So get on LinkedIn.
So what would make you on LinkedIn? Like, how do you get business from LinkedIn?
Well, LinkedIn is really so Facebook is like telling a story. This is how it's explained to me. Facebook is telling the story. LinkedIn is like those moments like, you know, I'm doing this now, I'm getting ready to do this. And then LinkedIn is more of. There's a lot of reading opportunities there. Again, when people see your post and see the things that you're doing and are able to connect with you based on more of a resume type feel. Again, I've had signing companies reach out to connect.
Loan officers, escrow officers reach out and connect via LinkedIn. That's a lot of spamming going on on LinkedIn too. But at the end of the day, you're able to do a different side of your business and yourself on LinkedIn.
Perfect. Okay. So it's basically just putting up your profile.
Well, no, you can post there too. Yeah, I try to post about three times a week. Again, it's just different. Like, if you're A notary that likes to write. You could definitely be writing articles for LinkedIn. There are job opportunities there. Again, you can connect with. I think I'm connected with Fidelity. I'm connected with Snapdocs. Like, they have profiles there for their companies. And so that's a good place to go in and. And find out and read about things you're not necessarily going to read about on Facebook or on Instagram.
Perfect. All right. She dropped y' all some million dollar game there because I'm not even on LinkedIn for that. So I thank you. I thank you, thank you, thank you.
Somebody put me on. So, yeah, we're gonna put us put each other on.
Exactly. Exactly. All right, honey bunny. Well, you take care and thank you again. And when you have that ready, you. You have my personal number, so. So please don't hesitate to ding me.
Thank you. Y' all have a good night.
All right, bye.
Okay, fam. So it's just me and you again. And.
Wow. I'm excited about this group training thing, y'. All. I'm excited about everything in 2021. I'm creating a. So I. Mariama, my cousin, dropped so much game on Clubhouse last week. I was sitting back taking notes. It was just like the topic. As I told you guys, my. My New Year's resolution for each and every person in my family is for y' all to get to the point where you're making 10 to $20,000 per month by the end of 2021. And she told us how to do it. I mean, point blank, she told us how to do it. She gave you the roadmap, the blueprint, how the journey looks, how to get there. She gave it to us. And I'm going to be. I wrote down those notes, but I'm also going to be giving them out to you guys as soon as I get some time to put it all together and put it out for you.
You know what? So put in a number one. If you have taken the apostille training, just put in some number ones for me real quick. I just want to see who all is in the room.
All right, So I just added a link in the chat where.
I just added a link in the chat for a survey. And I really want y' all right now to go to that survey. If you've taken. Whether you've taken the apostille training or not, go and fill out that survey for me, y', all, because I'm trying to understand how to better serve you, what you need, what you want, what you desire. And I'm so, so glad that y' all are here. Kreena, Karina Rogers. What do you mean? What's not offered in your state?
Because Apostille is everywhere throughout the United States and. Yeah, so there's a link. I'll put the link in here again. I just put it in the comments.
Survey monkey, little survey. Go there for me and fill that survey out. It should be super quick. It's about the Apostille training. What you like about it, what you didn't like about it. Feedback on how I can make it better.
Have you started? If not, why? Because I want y' all to spend money on things that you are going to implement. Right?
I want y' all to spend money on things that you're going to implement. And when you buy something from me, I'm gonna be on you to implement it, because you ain't buy it for nothing. So in 2021, told you what my goal for you is. We're going to be doing some challenges and I am going to hold you accountable. That's my resolution for you, and I am going to help you get there. The only way that I can help you get to $10,000 and then $20,000 is if I know exactly what you need. And that's why I want you to fill that survey out, because I'm not playing, y'. All. It is doable. It is time. It is time for us to make that type of money. I mean, how would that change your Life to make 10,000, $20,000 a month?
I'm listening. Yeah, exactly. It'll change your life. Even if you're doing this part time, you can begin to grow to a point through various avenues, not just the signing agent opportunity, y'.
All.
Even if you did this remotely, say, for instance, you know, most of the signings that are.
Most of the signings that are for loan signings are during the week. I've seen a few on the weekend. But you can do notary work throughout. Throughout the entire.
Month.
So it's very easy. You can do it anytime, any day, especially remotely.
So, absolutely, y'.
All.
Awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome.
Go and fill out that doggone survey for me.
If you would.
And yeah, y', all, Clubhouse. Thank you, Sarah. I appreciate it. Thank you. So, yeah, Clubhouse is only on the iPhone, I believe. I'm pretty sure they're trying to get onto the Android phones. It's in beta right now, y', all, so just be a little patient. But whatever we. Whatever we discuss. If you have an iPad, an Apple Watch. You can still probably get on Clubhouse and listen in because all it is is audio where we're having a conversation back and forth.
Okay?
All right, Bridget.
I was waiting on at least my notary commission I just got approved, and now waiting on my stamp to come in the mail. I want to make 15 to 20,000. My plan is to quit my job in the next two to three months. Oh, girl, you aggressive now. I ain't say two to three months, y'.
All.
I said 20. 21. But, hey, it depends on where you are now because you can get enough work, Bridget, to be able to quit your job. And I'm not. I'm not just saying that. Keep in mind, though, save your money, because from July to about October, it's dead. That's a little while. That's the dead time for loan signing. But guess what? That is not a dead time for general notary work. So that's why I say you have to have various avenues to make your money. And I want us to get there. Sean is on. He said 500 remote notorial acts and counting. Sean, listen, I am going to email you right now. Sean with death row notaries, with his silly, silly self. I don't even. I shouldn't even let you up here. You so silly. But because I'm down for a good laugh today.
I'mma send you the link.
All right? I just sent it to you, Sean, so you can come up and tell us what you got going on.
All right? Awesome, awesome, awesome. So y' all are saying that my number didn't work, right? The 7137-1336-6487-9713-366-4879. That number didn't work.
Because that's a problem. It will work. I'll contact them tomorrow if it doesn't.
Awesome. What Clubhouse? Hold on. Y' all had a. What's the clubhouse group name? So I don't have a group yet. I put in an application for one, but when I do, it'll be Solutions by tj. So it'll be easy, easy to find. And I also.
Have, you know, I start every Wednesday at 6pm we have a room. So just look on there Wednesdays at 6 and I'll have a room out for you and turn your notifications on because I, you know, I'm in and out of there all the time. I was on there earlier today.
All right. Kelly said the number did it for her, and Tammy said it didn't work. So I don't know. I don't know what's going on. And on Clubhouse, we had a tremendous turnout tonight of people just doing testimonials. Man wasn't even asked for. And I love that when our family just gets up and just starts talking about how well they're doing with the mystery shop. They paid A hundred dollars, $103, to be exact. And in one weekend, their first try out the gate made $500 for December in one weekend, pretty much, because she made 250 over the weekend and then the other 250 during the week. You can't tell me it doesn't work. Can't tell me it's not worth it. It is more than worth it, y'. All. So if you have not taken an opportunity to get onto the mystery shopping thing, Let me put the link up here.
Sign up for the mystery shopping. They were also on there talking about how awesome the doggone apostille stuff was.
The apostille training was, bar none. I mean, everybody was like. It was long, but it was very detailed and good. Listen, the way that I do training, I don't get off until every question has been answered, period. You came, you paid. I'm staying on until I answer your question. You gonna be sleep. And I am, too. So Kim Turner said the number worked for her.
And Lawrence said it worked for him. So awesome. Thank y' all so much. All right, let me bring oh, crazy Sean on.
You need. You need a better camera for your lives.
You look like you need to give me better notice. That's what you need to do because I didn't know I was coming on tonight.
You still need a better camera, Sean. I could.
I could have had that set up, but I didn't get enough notice.
Oh, you have a better camera.
Yeah, I do.
Look at you. Hey, Sean.
Hello. Hello.
Listen, I call Sean now. Sean over there just making money. He can't even answer the phone. He just making money hand over fit. You know, people get funny. So he. He's striving for that. That 10 to $20,000 a month as a note, as a remote online notary. Okay, Let us know what you've been up to, Sean.
So what I've been up to lately is doing notarizations, obviously, online with remote notary.
I'm mainly with notarized.com, but I give you the experience of what I'm having, and I want to make sure everybody's clear on this. If you're a new newbie notary, you have no clue what's going on. You just got your commission and you're trying to get your, you know, experience under your belt. The best thing to do is sign up with one of these platforms, notarized.com in particular, and, you know, get your experience as far as notorial acts. You'll understand, you know, what it means to do jurats, acknowledgements, certified copies, etc. Now, if you're an experienced mobile notary and you're trying to cross over to the wrong world, which is remote online notarization, and you just need to learn the tools and get acclimated with the platform, I still recommend getting on one.
Of these.
Platforms as well. Because what happens is once you figure out how quick and easy it is to do a notarization, your time travel time cuts down, but your volume increases. And some of the things I've been able to do as a remote notary, again, general notary work, I've done.
Formal and informal loan signing because they come into my, my call queue now. I've done an imposteel application as well. So I'm getting a wealth of.
Experience. And if you like tj, you know, you're a friendly person, like to talk to people. I meet some incredible people around the world. I made some, you know, insane contacts in other countries in the state of Georgia and, you know, Texas or whatever. I've even signed up other notaries trying to get something notarized. And they're like, well, what are you doing? I said, I'm a remote notary. They have no clue what this is. I didn't realize how, how, how much of it's in its infancy. And so I'm breaking it down, you know, exactly what I'm doing, give them information. And to be honest, because of what me and TJ are partner up, you know, working on on the back end, it's a great opportunity to pull in network. So I'm constantly getting asked, can I get your email address? Or I say, hey, can I get permission to capture your email address? So I got a client list that's building and they're waiting on, you know, information on how to become a remote NODI in their particular state. That's what's been going on. And by the way, tj, thank you. I did get contacted by that person that have an appointment with them this week, so perfect.
So what me and Sean have done, we've been going back and forth to try and figure out how to help y' all get set up as remote online notaries because there are some glitches and you know, all of this is like the world.
Wild, wild west. Meaning that it's not a lot of information out there regarding it. So we've created a document and I will get that up. I halfway hate to tell y' all because then y' all gonna be worrying me about it, but we've created a document to walk you through step by step. I have to get it put up on my platform and as soon as I do, then I will reach out to you guys and let you know that it is up and it is up for sale. For that document, we are charging 20 bucks. I believe that's what we said. And we'll follow that up with some videos on exactly how to sign up with the platforms. Because I've heard that that's a little complicated too, so hope y' all understand. I mean, I'm trying to make it as simple as possible, as economic as possible, but for everything somebody else does, you gotta. You have to pay people for what they're doing, right? Because they're going before you. Ms. Robin is in the house also with death row notaries. She shouldn't. Y' all crazy.
As I get out, Chignon is killing it in the Virginia streets. Straight mobbing these people in the northern industry. Trust me on that one.
Jay Carter, please do email me@supportolutionsbyteja.com if you have not gotten what you needed. If you have any technical issues or anything, you know, any service type related issues, support@solutionsbytj.com and people are asking me for the link for the Apostille offer.
There it is.
Also want to say something about Suge Knight. In particular her story. She started out as a traditional notary just in the month alone of December. 80 closings.
Dang.
And congratulations to her because I'm actually walking her through. She's at the final stages of becoming a remote notary as well.
80 closings in December alone.
Yes.
Is she tired?
Very. I can't catch her. Just like you can't catch me anymore. I can't catch you ignite anymore.
Hey, I get it.
I get it. You know how it is with me. So we're all super busy, huh? But that's what happens when you really start making money. You don't have a whole bunch of time to chitchat.
Exactly.
And it's not that you acting funny, it's just you. Hey, you out there getting it. Your head is down and you're grinding. Y' all asked for the mystery shopping link. It was up a few minutes ago, but I took it down. I just put it in the chat and then if you look on the screen that is the link for the apostille offer.
Your phone number was. You had a typo in it but somebody caught it and it was instead of like 336, it's 366. So that's where people having a problem.
I'm also curious to know I've been known about.
What is it Clubhouse months ago.
But I'm also.
Is there any.
Research or activity going on as far as the.
Android version of that? I've heard a few apps that are. That are up and coming. But have you because you're on Clubhouse. Are they still talking about adding leaving us Android people out? Because I'm not. I don't have iPhone. I have no intention to get one. We're missing out on good information. But I heard they were either adding that later or be prepared TJ to add another app to your, your arsenal that's going to be Android related doing the same exact thing we do on Clubhouse.
Wow. Now see that would be crazy if they didn't. That would be just insane if they only. I mean why would any business model just say no to Android? It's harder to get on the the iPhone app than it is Android anyway. So I don't understand why that platform wouldn't work just as well on Android. I mean from a business stand, from a business person standpoint, I just can't even imagine they wouldn't be on Android.
Right.
You're losing money, right?
Right, Absolutely. It's a whole. But it's in beta, you know, it's in beta. So we have to give them. And there are some kinks on there. Like you can go on there and all of a sudden it just starts kicking you out. And they're fixing all of that. But it's still the, I mean it's very high level conversations about any and every thing you want with hundreds of people in the room. Sometimes thousands of people in the room. Awesome information. The thing about it is it's just like, you know, sometimes on Facebook I remember a lot of people saying, oh, I don't like Facebook because it's messy. Well, if you're messy, then Facebook is messy. If you follow a whole bunch of messy people, Facebook is messy. So if you follow a whole bunch of messy people on Clubhouse are on Instagram, then all you're gonna see is mess. But if you start following things of your interest like business, health and wellness, just different stuff, then you'll get more of that content that's shown to you, that's just how these algorithms work. Right. So I, I mean, you know, I would recommend to you get on there. From a business standpoint, it's a bunch of money to be made.
Yeah. I want to co sign what Samantha said about LinkedIn too, because I, I, I've noticed the, the notary.
Community that's kind of picked up, it was kind of always there, but I've been on, I've been on LinkedIn as well, but I need, I probably need to separate and do a profile specifically for notarizations and stuff. But yeah, she's right about that. It just, I call it Facebook for grownups. No shade to Facebook, but that's what I call LinkedIn.
Mm. Oh, wow. And see, I have to get more active on.
More active on LinkedIn. I just don't have time to right now. I got, once I get all of my businesses set up here, once I figure out what those goals are for you guys, once we do our challenge and I get y' all the $10,000, 20,000, and I have some testimonials of that for 2021, I'm gonna be on cloud nine, then ain't nobody gonna be able to tell me nothing.
Can we, can we have a conversation on, based on Angela Williams question about not getting any.
I guess I'm assuming signings. Is she using snapdocs? Because I kind of had a similar experience. I'm just wondering what's going on.
Okay.
So.
Angela, I've been certified since October 2020 in Tampa, Florida, and I haven't gotten anything yet. Any advice. So I say this over and over and over again, and it's nothing to you. Angela and Argelia. Argelia.
Argelia. I hope I'm pronouncing your name right. You may not know, but listen, y'.
All.
You can't email them and expect for them to contact you. You got to be a little crazy like me. You gotta call, you gotta worry the heck out of them and you have to be persistent.
If you don't get anything on snapdocs. Cool. Take those little bitty jobs that they give for coast to coast. Those are very good jobs to start out with. They only pay $30. But do you make $30 an hour at your job? The coast to coast jobs, it's a 30 minute job. You'll make $30 in 30 minutes. Not bad, people. And it gives you, it warms you up, it allows you to get comfortable being in front of clients and, and helping them sign their documents. And from what you know, my good friend Nico, she was able to command her price after doing so many of those with coast to cost coast in a very short amount of time, she was able to raise her price and they started giving her better, better jobs. The $125 jobs and all of that just by having conversations and building relationships. This is a relationship business. You will not get anywhere by sending a text. You will not get anywhere by sending an email. Nowhere. You have to call, you have to talk to people, and you have to be persistent. So let me know. Arjelia. I wish I knew how to pronounce your name. I hate screwing people's names. Names up because I don't like people to screw my name up. So I want to get it right.
So I'll take. I'll tell you a story. Recently just happened to me securing a client. I had a transaction with. With the guy in my neighborhood years ago. And I never really. He's kind of like a serial entrepreneur. He always got something going on. So I wrote riding home the other day, I saw that he had. I noticed he had the mortgage business and I totally forgot about. He's always had it. I just never dawned him. I said, wait a minute, this dude has mortgage business. Let me call him. So I gave him a call, you know, jog his memory for a minute who I was. And then I said, so what are you doing about notarizations? How's that go? He's like, well, we had a lady that was doing it, but she. She retired. And I said, okay, you mind if I drop some business cards off on. At your. At your spot now, you know, because that's what I do. He's like, well, just mail them to me because, you know, we're all working from home from COVID I said, oh, by the way, I'm a remote notor. And which means you have to worry about those kind of situations. His ears perked all the way up and he was like, okay, here's. Here's my email. Here's my secretary email. Send me your information. So I sent that over and now I got a direct pipeline with the mortgage company and which is going to be, you know, the next level is going to be the title company. He's probably dealing. So just want to let people know. Like you said, you never know how you cultivate your relationship from past, present or future.
You are so right.
Ms. Williams. So you said you sign up with the five signing companies from my. From my site. So I think you're saying that you are on the Facebook group. And there are way more than five signing companies.
But even if you have signed up with them, make sure that you call them, introduce yourself, make friends.
Another one that I want to give you is service link, and that's svclnk.com svclnk.com sign up with them. If you don't hear from them, call them.
And let me know. You said you're in Florida. So it's a bunch of people in these comments saying that they're in Florida and they're getting a whole bunch of business. So.
I want y' all to.
Where in Florida are you again? I know you said it. Oh, oh, you are pronouncing it correctly. Thank you.
Thank you, thank you. Yeah. Where are you in Florida?
And as you can see, I see about three or four people are saying, hey, I'm in Florida. Make sure your account is verified and call them to ensure that it's verified.
My email address, I'll put it up in a banner. It's supportolutionsbytj.com supportolutionsbytj.com.
You are so welcome, Ms. Miranda.
Do notaries still need to give out business cards after completing a loan signing? You know what, Anita? I personally would. I always do.
Lashawn told me about this. Oh, I'm so glad. Boy, y' all be right on point. Lashawn told me about an app. Let me look for it. Where you can create a digital business card.
And it's free. And it's called hi, hello. Let me put it. It's this. It's this ver. It's the.
The purple one. Hi, hello. Is how it looks. Can y' all see it? Oh, okay. There it is. Hi, hello.
So go and sign up with hi, hello. You can create a digital business card, and that is dope. And who knows how long that's gonna be free? So go on and do it now.
So once you have the digital cards, you just text it to the person you you're talking to.
Absolutely. Yep. So when you're confirming the appointment, you have their telephone number, and you can text them the digital business card and they can sign it. I mean, they can. They can see it immediately.
So you're in Tampa. There's somebody else here in Tampa. Arjulia. I say hook up with them. Hook up with them. Try and get their contact information and exchange information with them, because that can just be an awesome resource.
Another story I can tell you in the remote world is I had a. Again, building relationship, so I had an opportunity to do a loan Signing, but I missed it because of the title company's issues they were having. But I got a call recently, and what's happened is it's a family of sisters. Three live locally, one lives in Maryland, and they're trying to handle some paperwork with the family property. And they were like, look, my sister's tired of driving down the one sister from Maryland just to sign, you know, some paperwork for a notary. Had no clue about remote notarization.
My name came up and I said, yeah. They said, well, you know, Sean, how does this work? And I was like. I said, we can do it what they call a split signing. I said, I can do a remote notarization with your one sister, notarize her portion of the document, and then get the rest of you, you know, in a group video or, you know, electronic mobile, where I'm there with the laptop and do the sign. They were. They were ecstatic because they were like, okay, she doesn't have to keep coming down here just for this one particular act, even though you know how this family, you want to see him. But the travel time was just wearing her out.
So, again.
Awesome, Arjalia. So Ms. Yolanda Denard is in Tampa.
Find her YouTube channel and see if you can reach out to. Her name is Yolanda Denard.
Or text me@supportolutionsbytj.com Yolanda. Can I give her your email address?
Let me know in the comments. Also, Thomasina said, I followed TJ's advice to set up my Google website, and my phone started ringing off the hook and my stamp hadn't even arrived yet.
I had to change my day to open my business. Listen, let me put you on game, Thomasina. I told Tiana that tonight, get close.
Get even closer.
Keep your Google business page up right?
Get those jobs. When people call you asking for general notary work, whatever type of work there.
Is.
You take it. Then you Google notary in your area. So I'd say Houston notary or Houston notary signing agent or Houston Apostille. You act as the middle person and you take a fee. So for an Apostille document, figure out what your pricing is. If it's 145, you're not doing nothing. But you can make $45 if it's for general notary work and you're charging, you know, I don't know, $25, $30, you can take 10. It's something. If it's a loan document, you get the idea. You become a business. You become a signing service yourself and start divvying it out. It's as simple as that. It's as simple as that. It is as simple as that.
I concur.
I have my. They call you, you look up and find another notice.
Now, how do you follow up with that? Right? How do you follow up with that process? So that's where. That's how SnapDocs does.
When we have signing services, we go through SnapDocs so that SnapDocs can send out that broadcast and find a notary, and a notary will respond. We hire that notary by saying, when they say available, we say, cool, we'll do you. All of that notary's credentials are on the back end of snapdocs. Snapdocs really is an expensive. Expensive for a business to sign up for on a monthly basis either. So if you're getting that type of volume, baby, I would definitely look into it. Because until you get your sign in thing, hey, why not? Don't shut it down. Never shut your money down. Don't slow it down. Keep it going so that it can build and build and build and then build relationships with various notaries where you are so that you can just start feeding them and help them to understand that you want to help them reach what do you. What is your goal? You know what I'm saying? Ask them just like I'm asking you what is your goal? I want to help you reach your goal. It ain't fake. It ain't phony. They're all trying to make money. I just gave you a million dollars. You welcome. You're welcome. I'm just kidding. But I did give you a million dollars, though.
All right.
Okay. Who else is in? Somebody else just said that they are in Tampa.
Let me go back up this thing.
I hate it. Yeah, okay. Why Denard is in Tampa. Mr. Sean, do you advise where do you advise getting a notary seal from?
That was easy.
Okay. Elaine says she has used that number with and without it. I'll have to call them tomorrow. Keep that number in your back pocket though, and try again tomorrow night because I'll. I'll call the. The company and see what's going on. Who knows?
Who knows? Who knows what video is Google business page in? So the Google business page is on my back end. For the Apostille offer, I went through in great detail within the actual Apostille training as well as a full video dedicated to how to set up your Google business page within that training. So you don't just learn about the Apostille stuff. You learn a little Bit about.
You learn a little bit about the RON information that about a site that I recommend that you sign up with for Ron that a lot of people don't know about. If you want to be independent, not if you want to go the contractor route, but if you want to be independent, then there's a site that I recommend back there. And again, the apostille offer is www.solutionsbytj.com backslash launch L A U N C H.
Let me.
And for those who are already commissioned and considering the RON jump into the remote world. I am doing a consultation for that. I'll provide the information to tj.
Google websites are free and Google business pages are free. What Ron platforms do you use, Shawn?
There's notarize, there's notary cam. My application's still pending with them. I don't have a user specifically but. And one notary and one notary.
Sean, what.
Can you type into the comments what your calendar is?
Sure.
Thank you. So if you want to schedule an appointment with Sean to talk to him about getting set up, we can definitely do that. He can email you the document that he's created. Yeah, we can get you set up.
How can we connect with Sean? I have my seals. Not sure where to start on or on what?
Girl, I can't read. Hold on, let me put it up. How can we connect with Sean? I have my seals. Not sure where to start. With online platforms. Yep, we went. Sean and I went over it today. It's man, I mean it's 1, 2, 3. It's dummy proof.
And if you don't treat you right, contact me and I'll slap him upside the head. From Houston.
I just sent that to you.
To me? Did you put it in the comments on YouTube?
I don't know how. That's why I sent it to. That's supposed to put my business in the street?
I don't know how.
No, it's in the. In the studio thing. Studio.
Oh.
Jesus.
This is how we do, you know, just on the fly.
Stumbling waddle dottle head.
Googly doogly head.
Okay, in the camera.
Huh?
Let me get your daughter in the camera and call you out.
She makes me sick. Live notary and one notary. Platforms are good for ro.
Is there a lot of business in Houston? I'm new to Houston from Atlanta. I'm in the Woodlands. Whole bunch of business in Houston. Hey, you are in the right place to do whatever you your heart desires. Because it does not stop here.
Dolores. If you bought the apostille training, it's in the back. It's on the membership page.
Ms. V. Wilkins wants to be a subcontractor. So Sean mentioned one notary, Notary cam and notarized. Sean, which one are you making the most money off of? Notarized, Notarized. How much? Just in general, how much are you making?
Let me break it down to y'.
All.
These are five dollar notorial transactions. I'm still cashing checks. Six hundred dollars, seven hundred dollars, a thousand dollars.
Another seven hundred. I don't even. I don't even keep track of Woody. I just cast a check and keep pushing at this point.
24 hours a day, you jump in there. I can Press play on YouTube, press play on Netflix, press pause, do my notorial act, unpause and keep it pushing Quick when I want to quit, Start when I want to start. And again, meeting amazing people around the world.
All right, sounds good.
Okay. Ms. Nesbitt, Ms. Nesbitt is saying, do I need to set up a business to start my Apostille and notary public loan signing agent business? I have everything else. No, ma'.
Am.
Just start. You can. No, I'll give you everything that you need. You don't need to set up any type of business structure. If you want to set up an LLC or something like that, contact your attorney or your CPA and get their advice on. But what I recommend as a solopreneur as you doing it by yourself without hiring other people. The way that I did it was I did not set up. I did not set up an LLC until I started hiring other people. So I told you in the video how to name your Google business page to get the absolute best response. Because people are not going to look for Dorothy Nesbitt's mobile notary. They're not looking for it. They're going to search for Houston Apostille.
Does that make sense? So, Nico, I don't understand what you're telling me to do, but I'll talk to you after this and I'll call you. Are Apostille signings done on the weekend? They can be. You schedule your own Apostille training so they can be done whenever you want it to be done.
Let me give it.
Don't be up there high fiving. No, Nico, please.
Y' all trying to high five and chest butt on me. I see it. Virtually or friends.
Tj, what is your website again? Solutions. You got to put this stupid WWW in front of it. I gotta remember to tell them to Change that. But www.solutionsbytj.com.
Backslash launch L A U N C H.
Yes.
Okay. Are a pot still done on weekends? Okay. It says live notary has a transaction fee of $10 for each notarization. Okay. Is notarized mostly for Ron. Sean. I don't know is it?
I don't understand what they mean but it's strictly for Ron. I don't really understand what the. So what do you mean by mostly?
Okay.
You have to be a, a electronic note. You know, you have your electronic credentials to sign up to use the service.
Ms. Wilkins said dang. Five dollar transactions. How many do you do a day? Okay.
That'S so quick.
Yeah, they go let's, let's, let's speak on that. A notorial act. You looking at five.
Minutes or less best case scenario average in about maybe 8, 8 minutes, 10 minutes max. When it's, when it goes smooth on the business side when we come in there at first. Do you have some learning curve? Yeah. You might lose some time on some other ones. Sometimes I lose time on time and money on purpose because I'm developing a relationship with somebody on the other end. So that might be a 15 to 20 minute call, you know what I'm saying? But that's my choice. But they go, they go quick. I'm not on these calls. The certificates are already pre built 90% of the time. And then you just, all you do is add your information and you seal and you stamp and you know, whatever you need for your state requirement, I'm out the door on to the next one.
So he's doing volume and they're five to eight minutes and then he's doing another one. So this is a volume and are they, are most of them five dollar transactions or do they range five, eight, ten dollars?
So they have tier system. When you come in as a newbie you're doing random notorious acts for anybody. I after 50 signings you graduate to the business queue. That's where I'm at now. And then from there it's still $5 but the volume is double or even triple what it is in the random, in the, in the first stage after that is what they have is the real estate queue which is 25 per transaction. But again the average signing is about 30 minutes.
That's what I'm, I'm already qualified for that. I'm just waiting for them to, you know because of the new year, how they're going to set it up and then on top of that again they're trying to compete with one notary because they're having it where you can bring your own clients.
On their platform.
Okay. Is there a slow time of the year for apostille signings?
No, it's not like loan. Because what an apostille. What the apostille process is, it is authenticating or certifying that your stamp as a notary is valid and correct. Right. So when you send a notarized document to the Secretary of State, they're actually saying that your notary stamp is valid and correct. And then you can push the document onto another country and the other country will accept that your notary stamp and seal are valid and correct. There is no downtime because people have adoptions. People send over government documents that require an apostille. Adoptions from country to country. Any type of document that's going overseas can go through the apostille or the authentication process. If you are in. If the. If the country where the document is going is a member of the Hague Convention, then it will require an apostille. If they are not a member of the Hague Convention, then it will require another type of either legalization or authentication.
Okay, she makes a great point with one notary as far as mock signings, because they have what they call a simulation mode. So you can bring on anybody and practice your remote notarization before you decide to go, you know, professional.
I saw another question on there. Yes, you can. You can do multiple.
Ron platforms. As far as sign up, there's no allegiance to one and I only can work for one. I can work for as many as I want.
Okay, let me see notarizes on the. Oh, Lord, I hate the latest thing. John. Sean, where slash, what do most of your remote business come from.
As of now? Because I was doing. Developing the relationship with notarized. That's where I do most of mine. But now as now that I've gotten that out the way, I'm starting to veer off into, you know, more of my independent again. Like I said, I've secured two clients. I actually helped another.
Notary who was being. They used to be in the game back, like in 2016, and they decided to come in. So you know how in Virginia the process is when you become a notary, you have to get your application signed by another notary. So I use one notary for that situation. So I notarize the document digitally. So now they can take that paperwork to the Secretary of State and get recommissioned and then their next step is they're going to become remote as well.
John, I was having trouble Downloading my certificate. Do I have to have Windows to download it?
I'm. Yeah, I'm assuming. Are they on a.
Like a Chromebook, if you. Anything like that? I just went through that earlier tonight and yes, I. I'm on a Windows. I don't have any experience, any other type of operating system. But again, I had a problem tonight trying to help somebody and they were on a Chromebook and I told them they were already getting.
Windows computer on order. So I said just wait until you get your Windows computer.
Are there monthly fees to Ron work?
Do you pay any kind of monthly fee?
No, they. They take their cut and that's it. The monthly fees is if you're using somebody's platform, like one notary, they take their cut. The one you, the platform you're talking about that you plan on having the show about particularly, they have a monthly fee, right?
Yeah. Me.
Yes.
What was your question? I was reading. I was reading the comments.
TJ is not paying attention to me. I. I don't feel loved.
I never pay attention to you.
Cut the camera off.
I'm gone.
No, no, the platform pay attention to you. Only Madison pays attention to you.
Okay.
Hey, Sean, he is not on the phone together. Hold on.
So the question was there are platforms that charge a monthly fee like the one you're going to have a show in particular with that you'll announce later.
Right. Okay. Right. Right. And that's when you're doing independent Ron work.
Exactly.
Not when you are working as a. Not when you're working for or another organization. So this question is, Sean, if Maryland notaries do live lss, you must complete the tippic training. Is that a requirement if we do loan signings on Ron?
So you remember, what was the lady's name you had from Maryland?
Ms. Monica.
Right. The tipic stuff is what's the requirement in Maryland as far as a requirement? Or can you leave that question up? Because I don't remember what. What they were asking.
Okay.
Is that a requirement if we do loan signs as a wrong in your. In your state? I would say so, yes. Check with your local.
Secretary of state website to confirm. But in, in Virginia, you have to have. We don't need. We don't require tipping.
Okay. Miranda, I don't understand your question. You're saying after you take your state course, do I buy everything from the NNA that. The gentleman quoted me over $300. So we'll talk offline. I'm sleepy, y'. All. I'm sorry.
I know this is YouTube and maybe I'm not supposed to be sleepy, but my eyes just started burning. So we've been on here for an hour and 24 minutes. I don't know why my eyes started burning. I didn't. I dropped so much.
Boy, y'. All. Running through my mind. And I didn't drop so much gold tonight.
You heard me?
That's why I'm sleepy. Y' all just. Y' all have taken my energy.
Anyway. Shut up, Sean.
All right? Can you. Okay, don't ask no more questions because I gotta get off of here. So I'm asking a couple of other questions. Answering. Can you work for one notary and notarize and work mobile?
Yes. Yes, all three. I do all three.
How could you make that work? Or should you just work one platform and when you're off ship, off shift online, advertise mobile work? What? I can't even read no more, John. Read it.
So basically, you can be a electronic mobile notary with your credentials. You can work an independent platform like one notary, or you can do a. What I call dependent platform, like notarize. You can do all three at the same time. Your choice. You make your own hours and how you want to do it.
Perfect. Okay, so, Ms. Nesbitt, I know about them certificates. Rita got hers tonight. I swear to God, I just got all of them this last Friday. I was sending them out tonight. Several people got them tonight. But of course, y' all know that there are for real hundreds of those things. So I am sending them out this week. So you should have it by the end of the week, because Tiana and I are going to be sending them out.
Please do me a favor. And I just submitted the link for a survey. In order for me to help y' all and serve y' all better, please complete that survey for me. And I love y'. All. And Nico, look, Nico talked about. I love y', all, but good night. It's my bedtime. I know. I love y' all life.
I'm about to work some more the rest of the night because that's the flexibility I have. I'm gonna be up the rest of the night making some money. Y' all go to bed. Good night. Leave me the rest of the money. And I'm good. That's cool.
Sexual chocolate. We out.
All right. I love y'. All. Y' all take care. Good night.
