Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. And thank you for joining me tonight. It's June. Juneteenth, is it? No, Juneteenth was yesterday. Today is the 20th. Today is Father's Day. So let me start out by saying happy Father's Day to all the real men in the world. You make the world go round. You are the difference that every girl and every little boy and every wife need. Right? We thank you for what you do for our children. You are a necessary part of our lives. So thank you, thank you, thank you. Hopefully, you've had a great day.
We love you around the world. I send you love because you're special to me. This evening, just going to go over a few things. I want to know what you guys have, what you want, what you need. You let me know definitely. Also, let me know if you can hear me clearly. The best way to experience this, this live cast is on YouTube itself. So if you are here and you are on Facebook, head over to YouTube Solutions by TJ is the page. I don't know, you know how. How well you guys hear me. Hey, Demetria, are you. Can you hear me clearly? That's the first thing I want to ask. Glad to see you. By the way.
Let me text my daughter and make sure that Internet cord is plugged in, y'. All. We got a new baby in our family. Her name is Blue. She is giving me the blue ooze.
Hey, Mr. Hank. Thank you, Lashawn. Yes. Happy belated birthday to me. Hey, Miss Anita, Michelle, Trina, Stephanie, Oliver. Thank y'. All. Okay, everybody can hear me clearly.
I'm glad. Yeah. So we have a new Cane Corso. Let me tell my daughter. Look, I gotta text her in another room. That's crazy, right? Do y' all do that with Yalls children?
So I text her because I want to show y' all our baby. She is a mess. Oh, the video is a little fuzzy. Not sure why.
Not sure why. Thank you, John. Thank you for being here. I don't know why my video is fuzzy, y'. All. It looks clear on my end, so I am not sure. I'll tell my daughter to make sure that the Internet is plugged in, but yeah. So we got Blue in Dallas from a place called La Potenza. A breeder. And boy, she is something else. Bring her around here.
See, my daughter is trying not to be seen. So this is Ms. Blue. Say hello. Say hello, everybody. Say, my name is Blue. She's a girl. She's nine weeks now, and she's something else. She gets into everything. She wakes us up in the middle of the night. We have a newborn baby in the house and boy, do I feel it. She makes me tired. She's hard headed, just like a little kid and say, I, I, I was potty trained for the first week and then I got comfortable and then I just, you know, I just look her in the eyes and just pee on that rug. Cause she get on my nerves. Talking about potty blue, Potty, potty, potty blue. Sick of no dog on potty. I'm not gonna party. Oh, you got me. You got me dead in the lips. No. Here you go. Make sure that the Internet is plugged in upstairs. The blue cord. Thank you. So, yeah, that's Ms. Blue.
Thank you, John. Yeah, she's something else. She didn't kiss me in my mouth. I'm about to.
I don't do dog dog kisses.
She's something else. Thank you, Reina.
So, yeah, we needed a dog. You know, I grew up with dogs. So did my, my daughter. But man, it's different having a baby in the house. Oh, we were not prepared because she wakes up in the middle of the night having to use the restroom and hungry and wanting water and not wanting to stay in the cab. And I haven't trained a baby dog. This is probably my first baby dog, my first puppy.
Like I said, we got her when she was seven weeks. She's nine weeks now. We've had our two weeks. It feels like forever.
Because her butt is.
My screen. Okay, here we go. How are y' all doing?
Let me know. Let me know what's going on in the notary world for y'. All. Ms. Thomasina, are you in the room? How is, how is, how is the world of, of signing agent. The signing agencies? Lashawn, let me know what are you seeing out there? Hey, Mr. Hank. Demetria. Anita. What are y' all seeing out there? So are y' all seeing any slowdowns? What do y' all see? A couple of things that are coming down the pipeline. Is that the moratorium on foreclosures. This is the end of the month, so they say it. We'll see when it finally gets here. This June is supposed to be the end of the foreclosure moratorium. We'll see how is that affecting your city? I haven't seen much right now in Houston, but you know, man, people wait until the last tragic minute to make a move and do things. So. Good Lord says the same. Everything will be okay.
All right, John, Said he did his fourth signing the other day. You're in Austin. Okay. And John, have you signed up quite a. Quite a few platforms like who's most of your business coming through? LaShawn, you're seeing slowdowns in the area?
Yeah, I mean, I've seen some slowdowns here. I'm not getting half as many notifications as I was.
Oh, okay. Michelle says she's getting more car signings. That's cool.
But, yeah, I'm not seeing as many right now. We'll see how this goes. I think, you know, we did a whole bunch of mortgage.
What is it called, loan modifications and all that stuff. And it's. She's having a. I'm having a slowdown in Birmingham, Alabama, but I'm going to stay positive. Oh, signing order. Awesome. So, John, I don't know if you're a member of. Of our group on Facebook where we have solutions by tj, Notary networking and knowledge. And at the top of that page, we have, like a list of signing companies that I like, and one that I'm really impressed with is notary 1, 2, 3.
It's worth the money, y'. All. I don't, you know, I do not advise people to sign up for stuff other than notary 1, 2, 3 and signing order, because those are the two that I see. Really, you know, they make a difference. Like, for instance, notary 1, 2, 3, people just start calling you. It's like, I don't know, it's like the Google directory or something. It doesn't have to be.
Signing jobs. It could be anything. But you being on that board makes a big difference.
Thank you, Lashawn. Ms. Lashawn said.
Make sure to give this video some thumbs up to get the word out about it. No slowdowns in. In Ohio. That's cool. Yeah. So John is. John said he's very frustrated with the Texas cash out. And, you know, John, I, I get it. The key to the cash out situation, right, Is developing a relationship with an attorney. That's it. You need one attorney to say, yes, you can use my office or a title company because those closings have to happen either at an attorney's office or a title company. Normally, they charge you anywhere from $50 to $125 to perform the signing at their office, and it just has to be at that type of office. So once you have that connection, it becomes easy. And a lot of people like me turn those jobs down. I just don't have time. Like, I have attorneys that I could probably use, but it's just too much. So if you have that relationship already and you have an attorney that you're close to that has an office that doesn't mind you using a conference room or something, those are the easiest jobs in the world. Hey, Crystal Davis.
Okay, Demetria, you're waiting on your seal so you can start doing the pot stills. Have you put up your Google page yet?
Because even if you don't have it, you can transfer that on and take, you know, depending on how much you charge, which I've charged up to between 135 and 165 for one page. Right? One page. So I can pay another notary $100 and I take the 65 or pay another notary the hundred, or we cut it in half or something. It's one page to process. So if somebody did me like that, I would take it for money that didn't come through me. So go on and. And set up your Google business page because that's super important.
And for those of you who are not accustomed to the Apostilles.
It'S the process where you. It's the process of authentication for documents that are going to foreign countries that are a part of the Hague Convention. It just makes the transfer of documents and authentication easier for documents that are going overseas to certain countries. Not every country is a part of the convention. And those that are not a part of the convention, you do what's called the embassy legalization, whole nother process. But we teach all of that in our training through solutions by TJ and man. I did something today, and I'm so freaking proud of myself because I have put it off and put it off and put it off. I needed to create a video.
And it's a long video. It was scripted, so I had to memorize it and I did it. And it feels like such a freaking weight off of my shoulders.
So thank you, Lord.
Okay, you have to get a Google business number. Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.
And you don't necessarily have to have an embosser either, unless that is necessary in your state.
So Ms. Thomasina said.
What you saying? Thomasina.
Pa septic transportation invited me to join their business procurement division for vendors to become the go to notary for their annual app. I love it.
Yay. Happy fingers.
All right. How did you go about getting that?
Everybody wants to know, how did you go about getting that? Did you just sign up on your city or state website? How did you go about getting that? So our family can know how they can possibly do that in their states as well.
Hey, Montina, awesome. Take that tipic exam in Maryland. That's pretty cool.
All right, Anita. Yes. Two inquiries. And I. I just want to throw out there. So for the apostles and the inquiries and all that, the Google page is going to do its thing. Make sure. Just check back, see what your status is and where you are, where your business stands on your Google business page. Remember what you name. That page is super duper important. Like I teach you in the training, it cannot be Ms. Maybelle's mobile notary and apostilles and people find you. They could, but it would be easier if you did it my way. Okay. Some people had to do some wiggling to get it my way. It was pretty easy for me. It's been easy for a whole bunch of other people. But, you know, make it work. That's what I'm going to say. Make it work. Another thing is, as with the whole mobile notary signing business, you have to actively go out and get business until you are well known.
Go out, make friends with immigration specialists, people who process immigration documents, attorneys that deal with a lot of foreigners. Work yourself and build that business up. Because.
I know Crystal Thomasina be having the gems, baby.
But yeah, work that business until you get it up and going and where it's going on its own. Hey, Kayla.
And then once you have it on its own, it's just gonna take it from there. One of the other things that I'm gonna teach you guys, I'm gonna talk to Burris about this pretty soon. Now that I've gotten that other part out of the way, that was just on my heart. Lord Jesus, I can talk to him about showing you guys how to do Facebook ads and.
Facebook ads and Google Ads for your business, but we gotta kind of play around with that. So I'm gonna get into the group of my students and ask who wants to be like a test testing person for that to see how we can get that good and clear in your area. So this is what Thomasina said. I was curious about the different types of notarizations. I googled all types of docs for notarization. I asked what type of docs require notarization, and their sample contracts popped up and she called.
Aha. That's good.
That's good, Michelle. I am glad. Hallelujah. So which do you prefer? Do you like doing the apostille work? How do you like that?
So, Crystal, you know, I talked to somebody else about this today. Who did I talk to? Lord about the. Oh, I was talking to my cousin Josie about the. The small business or women owned certified business certification and how that document needs to be notarized. And looking up whether or not in state or where you are, you can be the go to notary for those types of notarizations. Can they refer you? Maybe there's a government contract for it.
I check into that. So, Crystal, how did that work for you? Did you take the minority women business certified certification class, or were you the notary for it? Tell us a little bit more about that.
You're in Georgia. Okay.
Awesome. Awesome.
Yeah, tell us a little bit more about that. And so I'm gonna do. I'm look, we're gonna go on a trip on our favorite rocket ship and do what Ms. Thomasina said. So she said she googled all types of docs for that require notarization, and their sample popped up. So let's see. Let's share. I'm share my screen.
And I was looking for a pet collar for blue. Don't judge me. So I'm gonna say documents that require.
A notary.
In Texas.
Okay, so transfers of ownership, real estate docs, loan docs, title and escrow deeds, quick deeds. Let's see.
This is another notary's name. Oh, but this is super cool.
Advanced medical directives, travel consent, name changes, declaration of guardianship, school district, residency, of course, wills and living trust, bank power of attorney, dissolution of marriage. So that's divorce attorneys. They probably have someone in their office that does it.
Business partnerships, business contracts. This is. That's pretty cool. It's a good list. They did a good job. Let's see what else pops up.
I think this may be the same thing. Oh, that's Houston Chronicle.
Interesting.
How to notarize a document. The ultimate guide. That's pretty cool.
There's some good stuff on here, but I don't see no doggone notary. I mean, let me look at the images. I don't see nothing like what you saw.
Oh, you gonna have to give me some. I need some more. I need some more juice. Thomasina.
I'm need some more juice. So I don't see it, but that's okay. We'll look for it again.
But I love that idea.
Love it, love it, love it. Hey, Sarah.
I do. I love that idea. That's. That's pretty cool. Sarah, are you seeing a slowdown of signing agent work in San Antonio? Let us know. Ms. Miranda know I'm live. And she's good news. Credit went up. Oh, okay.
Hey, Babe. Yay.
Awesome. Come on, Ms. Miranda. So, you know, me and Ms. Miranda have some good news that we're going to be announcing soon.
She's working on some stuff for me, and I'm going to introduce her to you guys. I'm so appreciative of.
Is.
It is well. It is well. It is well.
Oh, cool. Okay, let's see what Crystal Davis talking about. Okay, I just signed up for classes for free. I need to contact the SBA as well. They're charging $500, so I put it on hold because they want a lot of information. So you signed up for the class.
What classes did you sign up for for free?
The Women Owned Business certification.
Sarah said it's busy in San Antonio. Super busy. I love it. Hopefully you getting all the money. We want all the money, right?
So Thomasina said once you identify the type of docs, focus on the company's examples. Oh, trucking companies. Ask what type of docs do trucking companies need Notarization. Oh, I love it, boy. Asking the right questions, baby, that'll get you. All right, I got it. I have it now. Did y' all catch that? Did you catch that million dollars she threw at us? I hope y' all caught it, because I did. That was a good one. That was good. I wonder where Mr. Tommy is. He may come a little later. Let me look up in here in the thread and see Ms. JP.
Yeah, I don't see Mr. Tommy. Mr. Hanks is in the. Okay, so Mr. Hank said it's very busy. That's good. In New York. And I can imagine, because there was a huge transfer of wealth, in my opinion, in both New York and California because a lot of people, once it was open, you know, open more, just started leaving. Hey, Tommy. Okay, there you are.
A lot of people started leaving, like New York and. And Los Angeles, and so the real estate did some things. All right. Yeah. Miranda, you caught that too, huh? I like that. Digging for gold.
I know, right? Hey, Tommy Watkins. Look, I'm going all through the thread looking for you, Tommy. I'm used to you being here. That's. That's a mess, ain't it? Say well, my friend.
Awesome.
Okay, so Ms. Crystal said, yes, she did it with the local bank also. Hold on. Yes, I did with the local bank also with another government contract company. I was told it should be for free. Okay, cool beans. The class is for free. Gotcha. And so, yeah, I've looked into that before. The designation for a woman owned business. And they do want a lot of stuff Right. You have to.
Give them the name of your firstborn and everything else. And it just seemed easier at the time to me to pay somebody for it. I don't have time to mess it up. Go back and forth.
All right. Tommy said it's been steady for loan signings in Birmingham.
Which I can imagine. That's good. That's good. And I know that Tommy was talking about. I think you were talking about field inspections last week and actually adding another niche to what you already do. So that. Okay, this is June, when normally when the slow season, it starts in June, but then in July, we in it. Right. And so that's why I'm really, really excited to start telling people even more now. Hey, get something else. Work on it. Dominate your area for your specialty because you can, for instance, I said create a Google business page for your apostille business. But guess what? You can do it if you're a field agent too. So Tommy is a field agent in Birmingham, Alabama. He can create a Google business page that says Birmingham, Birmingham field agent specialist or something like that.
Oh, okay, Miranda, Zoom in. Title365 got bought out by another company. Do you know the name.
Of the. Oh, you said fingerprinting, right? Fingerprinting. You're right.
So you could just call it Birmingham Fingerprinting. Right.
Birmingham Fingerprinting Mobile ink Fingerprinting community soon entitled. Well, see, when you create your Google business page, Tommy, that's what I'm saying. They ain't googling that baby. That's what I tell everybody they're looking for when they go to Google. They are not typing in fingerprinting gurus. They're gonna say Birmingham Fingerprinting. Fingerprinting in Birmingham. Fingerprinting in Alabama. You know what I'm saying? Fingerprinting in a specific zip code. That's the type of stuff people are looking for. So for your Google page, that's it needs to be the name of your area plus what you do.
Does that make sense?
You have to have the keywords. Exactly. The keywords for what people are searching for.
Exactly.
Oh, okay, okay. Look at Miranda over there with the connects. My connect didn't tell me all that. She just gave me the inside information. I just got the juice, that's all. I don't know all the details. I know. That's right. I love it when we have connections, right? And we can be the first to know stuff. That is awesome. So now that that has happened, I wonder what will change, you know? What, what, what, what do we. As notary public loan signing agents need to do in order to make sure that if we're working with those companies, we stay on top and do everything that we need to do to keep you in business from them. Hopefully everything transfers over. And, you know, I think they use Snapdocs if I'm not mistaken. So it shouldn't be a problem.
It should not be a problem. Amrock said we have to go down and pay $5 to get the notifications. I don't understand what you're saying, Miranda. Amrock. Hold on, let me put it up. Maybe y' all understand. Amrock said we have to go down in pay $5. Oh, okay. So I think what you're saying is Amrock said that if you reduce your fee by $5, then you'll start getting more notifications. Is that correct?
Oh, what's going on? Okay. She said Amrock is slow in Georgia. That's what Crystal Davis said.
Miranda, make sure that you. You. You tell me exactly what you mean about that $5. I think I got that correct. If you reduce your fee by $5, then.
What'S B.S. tommy?
Now, y', all in these one liners. Listen, we are not having a conversation face to face. I don't know what you mean when you hear be bs. Yes. No.
So I need more context.
Miranda, for this month, since it's slow. Oh, okay, gotcha. So you need to reduce your fee, Miranda. Correct. Say yes or no. You need to reduce your fee by $5 according to AMROP, if you want to get notifications this month since it's slow. Is that right?
Tommy said. Amrotha, how you working for free if you let them.
Okay, I get that. And a lot of them will. That's them trying to pay less.
Yeah.
I mean, that's why you start at 125. I can reduce $5 for you, but then you start playing those games with people, right? And you fool around and you at $30, that's. That don't make no sense.
Thomasina said reduce Amrock and go somewhere else. Hello, Saint.
I agree. So, Miranda, what did you have to reduce your fee to? Was it at a hundred and you went down to 95? What did you reduce it to? I'm sorry, y'. All. Airbnb is. Somebody's trying to get in touch with me.
Oh, okay.
Hold on one second.
Unit 5. One moment.
5845. Hold on, y'. All. I'm sorry.
Let me do this real quick.
Let this guy in and change his passcode.
I don't know why my little Phone trying to die on me.
I'll call him when we're done.
Why did he tell me that?
Okay.
Hold on.
All right. Sorry about that. I was on.
Okay, so my cousin is doing it too. So both of us are on Airbnb, like.
Anyway. I know. What's the Amrock fee? My phone keyboard got stuck. Girl, what's the Amrock fee? Rhonda.
Did you lower it to from 100 to 95 or what was it? And what else has been going on? Hey, all of the 62 people. So on the screen, I'm probably not seeing all 62 of y', all, but let me tell y' all again, I don't know whose father. Who are fathers, Tommy, if you are a father or John. But I just want to publicly say from my little heart to yours, thank you. If you are one of those dads who do what you are supposed to do and put your kids number one, I promise, I promise, I promise. You are making a difference. It makes such a big difference to have a dad in your life. So thank you. Happy Father's Day. And I hope that you received a lot of love today. And you didn't just receive socks and draws like we normally do. My grandfather, okay. Because he needs them and he never wears them. He still has a pin in the mold. Draws. I just don't understand. Why do you have a safety pin when you have a drawer full of new underwear?
I don't understand. But anyway, must be a man thing. Gotcha. Mind my business.
Father of two daughters, 10 and 17.
Awesome. Well, happy Father's Day, Tommy, to you. I have a 14 year old, her dog, her dad is in. In.
Atlanta, and we sent him a Happy Father's Day and. And sent him 50 bucks to go get himself a. A drink at happy hour. I love it, Tommy. I love it.
I love it. I love it. Y' all tell your husbands. TJ with solutions by TJ said Happy Father's Day as well. Man, this is a. This is a great day. And. And I tell you, my grandfather was more so like my father, and I'm just so blessed to have had him. And my arch nemesis was my uncle. His name was Anthony. So when I was a little girl, he was the. He was the uncle that would grab your ponytail and take out a knife and act like he was gonna cut it. And my ponytail was super duper long, and I'd be fighting trying to get away from him. So imagine that relationship going on into adulthood. We stayed like that. He was a twin, so his twin was My favorite, it was Andrew. And Anthony couldn't stand Anthony loved Andrew. When I had my daughter, Andrew was Anthony. My arch nemesis, was living with my mom at the time.
So she believes that that is her. That's the only man that has ever been, like, been steady in her life and lived with her. So that's like her grandfather. And, oh, my God, he gave me the blues. He would not let me discipline her. She say, and look down the hall and he's on his way to come and get her. I couldn't get her to go to sleep. It was just a man. Oh, he wore me out. God rest his soul. He ain't here, but, Lord, he loved that little girl, and she loved him. She. At 12, she was talking about, when I grow up, I'm gonna get my uncle's name tattooed on me. I'm like, oh, don't do it. Don't do it. It's not worth it. Ms. Sophia.
Mr. Hank. Absolutely. Happy Father's Day.
Happy, happy Father's Day. I'm so glad when y' all join me. I do appreciate it. All right, what else, what else, what else? So anything else happening in the notary world? Lashawn, Are you Lashawn? What have you been up to?
What do you have going on?
Hopefully she's still here. I want to know because I, you know, man, I had to take a break. Still trying to get my little old self together. But since I got this big thing out of the way, this today, I'm going to start back going real heavy on videos, bringing y' all new content.
New ways to think about things that I'm learning. There is a book that my mentor told me to get, and I got it.
I can attract.
5,845. Let me tell y' all the name of the book.
It is called the Startup J Curve, and I really like it so far. So far, it's by a guy named Howard. And, wow. I don't know why they covered up the dadgum name.
Howard somebody. Why don't they give me info, title, details?
Okay, Howard Love. It's a really good book. I have it on audible because I don't know why I don't have the. I don't have what it takes to read these days. I need to be reading inside the whatchamacallit as I drive. So Tommy says I've started a Facebook community entitled Fingerprinting Gurus, which I'll be teaching other mobile, mobile business, and business aspects of the niche. I am not accepting members. Okay, when will you be Accepting members. Tommy, how does it work? How do people get involved?
Fingerprinting gurus.
That's pretty cool.
Pretty, pretty cool. Yeah. Let us know how we can, how we can support you in that endeavor and how we can learn how to do it too.
Because I've never, you know what I've been, I've been to like there was this shopping center and, and I got my fingerprinting done on a machine before and I was like, oh, that must be really, really expensive.
Okay, so Tommy said once he gets his course content down, if you need any help or need to talk to me about anything, I'm open to talk. So let me know. Me and lashawn can definitely share some pointers. She's cold blooded with her stuff, so I'm happy and excited and I don't know if you guys know, but let's. Lashawn also has a podcast. Have any of you ever joined her on our podcast?
I've heard a few of them, but they are super cool. I can't remember the name right now. It's probably the Notary institution.
Yeah, so Miranda is saying reapply to Amrock. They denied her twice and that's what I kept telling her. You know, the one thing about this business is that you can apply, one person tell you no, you can wait two days, get another person and that person will say yes. That's just the best way this thing goes, y'. All. That's just the way this thing goes.
You know? Okay, let me look it up. Hold on. I think it's Notary Institution. I don't know where she. Hold on, let me text her.
Okay, I just sent it to her. Also, she gave us this really cool link.
This really cool. Oh, that's it. Okay.
So yeah, the notary institution. Thank you, Tommy.
I thought that was it. I just wasn't completely sure.
And I just text her to make sure. But that J Curve book, I like it. And then.
It was another book too, that I was. That.
That was really good. I'm gonna let y' all know. But you know what, man? You cannot grow as a person unless you continue to expand your outlook and your thinking. And you can do that. We can do that through books, right?
Through books. Thank you, Tamika. I appreciate it. How have you been, chica? How's everything going for you?
Oh, that's. What's the name of it. Okay, hold on. She just text me. Yes, the Mobile Notary Business Expert Secret podcast. That's it. She just text me.
The Mobile Notary Business Expert Secret podcast.
What is my zip streams. She's so fancy.
Oh, it's cute.
Okay, so let me put. How do. Let me see. Oh, there it is. Okay.
So she just gave it to me. Let me put it in here. HTTP.
Okay, I just put, I just put the link to her podcast in. Let me make sure I spelled it right. Let me know if that link works. My zip streams.com backslash LaShawn.
That's where. That's the link that she gave me.
And then you click listen and you enter your email to play the podcast. So I'm not, I'm not real sure of what platform.
I'm not real sure of what platform.
However, go to it and see. I'm look, I'm doing it on my phone too. So that's why I'm slow. Oh, look at her avatar. Avatar.
I like her Facebook avatar. That is too cool. She got like this, the cartoon animation. Okay. Demetria found it on Apple podcast. Perfect. My dog does big things. Oh, look at Thomas. Boy, Thomasita be putting in work. Thomasina sweater. God, you need to be at the twenty thousand dollar level. All the stuff you do, man.
I did a fingerprinting job when I first got into the business. It was for a nurse new. A nurse's new employment. I had to do over 20 packets for FedEx. I only had to notarize a few pages. That's pretty cool.
That's pretty cool. I love the way you try new stuff. Like you've gotten into this business, which a lot of people kind of don't do. They just go to one segment and never try. But I love the way you making this. That's how you do it, man. That, that's what I tell people, right? You gotta try it and you figure out what your niche is and what you like and you go from there.
Because it's a lot of money to be made and it's not just, you know, signing stuff. You need to figure out how you can continue making money during the slow season, fast season, on season, off season. Plenty of money out here. Excellent money in fingerprinting. Awesome, awesome, awesome. I'm just curious though, Tommy, about the scalability of fingerprinting from an individual standpoint. I can see it from a teaching fingerprinting standpoint how you can scale that. But as one individual.
And I might be answering my own question, let me ask you a better question, Tommy. How much can you charge for fingerprinting? Let me ask you that question because as I've said, 5 million 399 zillion times. Before. $500 a day to make $10,000 a month. Right. Double that. A thousand dollars a day to make 20. Right. $500, five days a week. $500 five days a week. $10,000. If you made $333 seven days a week, you can do the same thing for $10,000 a month. Very scalable.
Awesome.
Oh, I love that. You can't be one dimensional. You are so right. So Tommy said 85 for one card and 20. Okay, gotcha. For any additional.
So in truth, if it's $85.
And divide. So.
500 divided by 85, you just need six jobs a day. That's it. Five days a week, six people to walk through the door, and you had $10,000. Not bad, Saint. Not bad. And you can do more, depending on your area.
And do you go to them, Tommy, or do they come to you? How is that working? How does that work?
And I love that you're going to teach this as well. You're getting your curriculum together, your platforms, because that's important.
Oh, boy. New York can make 125 to 150. Got it.
Oh, Miranda, that's some good money.
So, hold on, Rhonda, make relationships with. Hold on, I missed something. Miranda, make relationships with colleges, with nursing programs. They all require fingerprints.
That's awesome.
Okay. I tack on travel fee to go to them. That's absolute. Yes. And I know that you said, Tommy, you were gonna buy, like, the big digital machine, but what do you use now to do fingerprint?
What is that called? You know, I'm not no fingerprinting expert, so I have to ask you.
You sure are. Because even if it's just some graduating classes that are having to go, like, you know, 50 times. Hold on, Saint, get my Handy Dandy calculator out. You said 50 times a hundred. That's $5,000.
That ain't bad. Oh, ink fingerprinting cards. I have a whole professional setup. I love it.
I love it, I love it, I love it.
I love that. That is perfect.
I know you have. I know people will look at this and say, wow, so 85. That's not bad. Six people a day. Because that's really the way that you have to look at this thing. What do you want to make? And how many people do I need to touch on a daily basis? Five days a week. So I'm not working on weekends in order to make the money that I want to make. Now, let me tell you, when you do that, you're trading what time for Money, it's sort of the same as a job. But you're self employed, right? You want to go. When I talk about scalability, you want to go from being employed to self employed to a business owner. And when you get to that business owner level, you're out of the day to day. You're paying people to go and do the job. And. And that's the scalability of the thing that I'm talking about. I don't want to have to get six people and make sure that I do this every day. I don't physically want to do it. I want to have a business where eventually, you know, their systems, processes, and procedures set in place. Where TJ is in, you know, the Maldives, chilling, and my business is still running smoothly because I have everything in place and everybody is doing what they're supposed to do. Does that make sense?
Demetrius said, I've seen the wet ink kit on Amazon for one, for 95 to 150.
Demetrius said, Tommy, did you get your. Oh, Tommy, did you get your setup from Amazon or somewhere else?
Okay.
Boy. That's why you gotta tap, tap, tap in, baby. You gotta tap in the solutions by tj. Because every. You know what I love about y'? All? I don't be the only one working. I learned. I mean, it is such a mutual right. It's a mutual thing, bro. It is mutual. I learned from y'. All. Y' all learn from me. And that's why I don't mind helping. I mean, whatever I have, y' all are welcome to it. Knowledge, ideas, information, like I've said, and I'll say till I'm out of breath. I want all of us to be rich, not just me.
Yes. I want everybody to eat. Everybody. There's no reason we shouldn't, though. None whatsoever. I was talking to Nico earlier today, and she was talking about. She had a. A dream. What a silly cell. She had a dream.
Like this dream that just wouldn't go away about her starting this lingerie thing and mixing the colors and doing sets for people. And she just has so much talent, man. I'm telling you, God can knock you down, knock on your shoulder, push you down. What is it gonna take? People, we cannot. Look, my name is Latonya Johnson. I'm not talking at you. I'm not talking to you. I'm talking with you. You heard me. We cannot be afraid of our own success, because I'm not gonna lie. Listen, getting those Airbnbs.
Baby, that was a stretch on your girl. That was a lot of money. At one time, especially from somebody that has been up all the way, leveled down.
But you cannot be you, you, you. You gotta do it scared. You have to do it afraid. Fear is not like that. That can't be your answer. I'm just too afraid. Do it scared.
It ain't easy, but that's what has to be done.
Okay, so Mr. Tommy says that's for the course, but Amazon is one source of many of as many as 10 vendors that he has.
Awesome, awesome, awesome.
I know, right? Oh, that'll be good, Miranda. So Miranda said her husband just got his notary and they can do it. Hey, that's the way to do it. Get your husband out there on Saturdays, y' all go do the fingerprinting. I love it.
So Tommy said he's in the process of putting, you know, his course together. It's not all the way up yet. He's not ready to go live. But, hey, when he does, he is welcome, welcome, welcome to come on here and let us know. And I can even have you, Tommy, on. On here.
If you email me at Support Solutions by tj. I gotta check that email, but if you email me, I'll definitely give you my phone number so that we can connect. And whenever you're ready, bro. I'm willing to.
Tommy is putting together a fingerprinting course, but I believe that the NNA has a course on fingerprinting right now. What I would do if I was in a hurry to get it is Google it.
Fingerprinting course. Yeah.
I'm so proud of Sarah. That just makes my heart smile. I am so proud of you. Tell your fiance. I'm not sure if y' all got married already, Sarah, but tell him that I said, happy Father's Day.
Live Scan. What is Live Scan? Tommy.
What is live scan? Let's go see what live scan is, y'. All.
Live scan.
Ah, okay. Live Scan.
That's the equipment. Live Scan equipment. The fingerprinting equipment.
Houston. Live Scan Fingerprinting. Oh.
Gotcha. Digital fingerprinting.
Live Scan is an inkless electronic means of capturing fingerprints in a digitized format and then transmitting them to a state repository.
How much is Live Scan, y'? All. Let me see Live Scan costs.
The total cost for this service is $50. This cost includes live scan, fingerprint collection, FBI fee, and access to the report. I'm just. Just, you know. How much do Live Scans cost? They said $50. This person said $22.
Oh. How much does the fingerprinting machine cost? A small USB fingerprint scanner can cost as little as $50. And a sophisticated 10 finger scanner can cost as much as 2,500. Not bad.
Not bad.
The fingerprint scanner. It's one of the smallest fingerprint readers around, which means portability and the ability to leave the dongle plugged into your laptop. You'll be able to improve the security of both your home and PCs and work PCs with nothing more than a finger. Oh, okay. Oh, well, see, that's something different. That's to open like your. That's something different. But ain't that ain't what we trying to look for.
California resident licensing.
Baby. Live scan equipment. Let's see what this is.
Pricing for last band equipment depends on the type of hardware you decide to purchase. Refer to the table below.
Okay. You have the Chameleon Suprema, the signal tech. Oh, okay. Okay.
All right. Got it. That's kind of interesting, y'. All.
That's real interesting. So the NNA is doing the digital process.
Die. Miranda said thank you. If you need any beta testers. I know. That's right.
You are welcome.
That is too cool.
So the machine is 5 to 10K. You can put it on your business credit. You could put what on your business credit? Oh, you can buy the machine with your business credit? Is that what you're saying around Miranda? Would you please stop talking like you in Florida and tell us what the heck you talking about? You could put it on your business credit. Put what on your business credit?
Look as I talk like I'm in Texas.
I love it. Yeah. Okay. I got it.
Ms. Hall is texting me. Am I done? And the answer is no. No, no, no, no, no.
She probably needs to bring Blue down here.
Baby. This little baby dog has worn me out. Wait, you know. You know you from Texas. When you don't say puppy, you say baby dog. Hello. Oh, this little baby horse. That's what she is. Because somebody's big. That baby horse is wearing me out.
Oh, she's a big girl.
I know, Tommy. So I'm doing the same. I am doing the same. I'm getting my. My personal and business credit up and going and everything is. You know, all is well. I have. I've restructured my business into a Series LLC. A series of LLCs. It's called Series LLC. It's doable in Texas. You. You stupid Seattle. You hear me? Baby dog.
Baby horse. Honey.
Yes. Okay, so my course won't just teach fingerprinting, but teaching businesses to become. Teaching businesses how to become fundable. I like that. That's. That's big. Tommy. That is big. That's why I'm getting all of my ducks in a row.
Oh, awesome. Okay. Congratulations.
I love it. I love it. I love it, I love it. So gang love it. Laughing at me. That's too funny with me. Talking about baby dog, not puppy baby dog.
This baby dog has worn me out.
She's something else. And then she rolls her neck like, you tell her to do something. She with an attitude like, forget you. Then I'm like.
You get a little bigger. You wait till you get a little bigger. I'm gonna get my paint stick. That's what I used to have on Madison when she was little. I'm gonna go get that paint stick on the baby dog.
Yeah, she is gonna be ducking.
Duck gonna be her name. Because that little thing got an attitude already. Ain't been in the world a good six months and you have an attitude. She's smart.
She was here week one. She. We have this. This pad. Southern dog. I like it. I like it. John. Southern doll. Oh, my goodness. We have this thing. It's called a pet loo, though. And it's like this square thing where she can use the potty in the house. So if it's raining. Because we want to go in the rain, if it's raining, she can use it there. She did so well with training. And then she just gets an attitude and looks at me, and she'll just do her little business on my rug. So I Papa Little self. She is some. She's something. She's something. But she's gonna be a big girl, so we're gonna have to get her well trained. Right? She's a Cane Corso. I don't know if I told y' all that. So she's a baby horse. She's a baby mule. She'll. I'll sit here and she'll be at my face with her big old self.
But we love her. She's a good addition to the family.
I know. Yes, indeed, we are. I want to do a family reunion. A Solutions by TJ Family reunion. I still want to do something where I'm going to different states. Sarah. I just cannot. Me. Latonya Johnson. I can't be the one to put it together. I just don't have.
What that takes right now. I need for somebody to coordinate that for me. And I just go and they tell me where to show up. Everything is done and ready. I leave and go to the next one. That's what I want. So if you put something together, I'll come.
I just Can't I. It's. You know, I'm gonna drive myself crazy. Even if I try to do that, this week is going to be about.
Continuing to get.
Oh, Miranda. Let me know.
Let me know when we travel into a resort. I'm ready.
I. I'll give my plane ticket and we can go. You agree with what? LaShawn.
So, yeah. Yeah, I can't do everything. It's pronounced.
Connie Corso. She's an Italian mastiff. Yeah, so I've heard people say Connie Corso.
However.
I'm gonna have to look up the pronunciate. Let me see what girl I'm from. My name is Latonya Johnson. I'm from Houston, Texas, and I call it a Cane Corso. Hello. It's called C A, N E. Cane. Course.
You know, we ignorant in Texas about that mass thing. Lord have mercy. Jesus. We just gonna go. Yeah. You tell us to go right, we are going left. That's what it is. We just. We did really well during the lockdown. We stayed our butts locked down. Nobody was on the street. But after that was over, it was over. So.
Lord be with us all. Texas stuff crazy. That's what it is. Just insane.
Hey.
Ms. D.J. bolte. We were talking about fingerprinting, and then we were talking about my dog, who's a. I don't know how to pronounce. Kanye. Kanye. Connie Corso. Kenye. I don't know Kanye Corso. That's what you're trying to say. Kayla.
Stop laughing at me. Italian Cane. Oh, Kanae. Kane. Kanae.
Oh, yeah. We can get a conference room. Miranda.
Yes. You're right, lashawn. I need somebody to plan it all. I just cannot do it.
I know. Miranda is the one stop shop. Right, Sarah?
Can a Corso. It's Italian. I'm gonna have to get on Google Translate because I need to hear it.
Can.
A. Is that it?
I know. I'm looking so retarded. Oh. So.
You asked me what was the topic for tonight we were talking about earlier. Okay. Kanye Corso.
Yeah, I got a Kanye Corso. Y' all get on my nerves about the ebt. Y' all get up my nerves. We talk about everything but EBT tonight. Okay? Kanye Corso. That's it. That's what she said. Stacy.
Yes. What? It's called Kanye Corso. Kayla, stop it.
Ken.
My name is Latonya from Texas, and this a Cane Corso in this house. Because I can't. I can't. Oh, Kanye.
Forget it. I see. You know what? That's What I don't like about YouTube because I need to know. I need to be in on the conversation.
Oh, my goodness. Y' all are crazy. But so, yeah, we were talking about fingerprinting, and we got all the goods. Well, some of the goods. A lot of the goods from Tommy. He was sharing all the good information. If you go back through the comments, you'll see what we were talking about. Really, really good information. And he's putting out a course. I'm excited about helping him any way that I can con.
Hold on. Well, you know what? I'm sick.
Let me see. We going over here. Oh, those are the pet collars I was looking at earlier. Hold on. I go too far, y'. All. Whatever I do. TJ Going too far. Okay, so out to P, R, O, N, O, U, N, C. Cane corso.
R S. Okay, now let's listen. Cane, corso.
See? Cane corso. That's what I was saying.
What is the proper way to pronounce cane corso?
Cane? The same way you do Candy cane.
Oh. When referring to more than one, you can impress someone by using the Italian plural, corsi.
Why? Are they dangerous? Due to the massive size and build, it can easily overpower some people and animals. Oh.
Ain't nobody bothered about her.
Okay, let's. Let's look at this. Let's look at this. This is a video.
Come on. Plans inevitably change with roadmaps and JIRA software quickly adapt and adjust to changing priorities.
Now, this ought to tell us. Now we are looking at how to pronounce the name of this dog. Of a large, athletic breed of mastiff developed in Italy. The name itself comes from Italian. The word cane, meaning dog in Italian. And corso.
I got it.
That's what she was trying to tell me. Connie Corso.
Shut up. What? What? What? I want to impress. I just was like.
Got it.
I'll join the. Okay, I will. I'll join the groups on Facebook. Hello, teeth. Right now, today. She didn't. Got popped in the mouth for biting my toe already. Hello. Teeth are sharp. But she has gotten the hint. Hey, Stacy. She has gotten the hint not to bite mommy's feet.
Ah. Okay, look. Look at. Look at Miranda's T shirt. I monetize everything I learn. Okay?
That. Ain't that the truth. That's what you better do.
That is what you better do.
That's what it's all about. I mean, that's why I love Thomasina. I love Miranda. Because when you tell them something and give them an idea, they try it. Now do they like all of the ideas? You know, maybe for Ms. Thomasina, fingerprinting wasn't for her, but she tried it, so she knows how to do it. And then if you know how to do it, if you do have a client that comes to you and asks for that service and you know how to do it, you just made some money there. And the Google pages are free. They don't tell you you can only have one per service. So listen.
Absolutely.
Yeah. She's a sweetie. She. Okay, so.
So we've been driving. You know, I don't sit in one spot, and now that we have a baby dog, she has to come everywhere with me because I don't have time to slow down for her to figure out how to be in the cab and do this and do that, right?
So she comes everywhere with us, and so we're driving, and she just got her little head in my chest looking up at me. I'm like, girl.
That'S my baby. With her beautiful gray, blue, bluish gray eyes. Girl, she cute, but she's something else. She's bad, too. Little attitude, self. Anyway, guys, I love y'. All. To life. Y' all have a great week. I learned something. Thank you to everyone who participated and came to join us today. I'm telling you, boy, you missed this. You didn't miss you every day. Every time you miss Sunday fund day, you miss some money. I'm telling you. Because somebody gonna drop something, that's gonna be like, whoa.
And today, my woes were, number one, that Amrock fee, dropping it $5 so you can get the notifications. Okay. Okay. Number two was the fingerprinting and Tommy's course. I like that. I like that. I gave y' all Ms. LaShawn's podcast information.
Oh, and that notary. I mean, that nurse fingerprinting Miranda's on that. Okay. Okay. That was huge. And then we talked about. About this, the. The dog. So, yeah, we learned some stuff. I love y'. All. To life. Y' all take care. Have a great week. If y' all need me, you know where to get at me. Support@solutionsbytj.com and. And I will help you with anything that you need that I can when I'm available.
Okay? God bless y' all and good night. Y' all have a great evening. Bye.
