Unleash the Power of AI: A Comprehensive Notary Signing Agent Guide

Hey, beautiful people. I'm going back through the process of signing up with various signing companies. And guess what? I figured out a way, man, to make you look in freakin credible. I've been using artificial intelligence, specifically ChatGPT, to create profiles, to learn about areas, to get zip codes and all kinds of stuff. So I have some tips and tricks for you to create content. A million dollar profile. You can create a profile that's so cold you're a signing service, a notary public loan signing agent, or just a regular notary. Your profile can be created to look extremely professional, to make you look like you are not just an individual, but a multimillion dollar business, if that's where you choose to go. Because in this business, you know you can do that. So I want to dive into showing you exactly how I created my profile. And I mean, I have several different companies that I'm creating profiles. The first one that I created a profile on was signing order. Okay, so I'm gonna take you through that and show you exactly how I did it. Okay, so let's first go to the website, signingorder.com.

Okay, so this is your website. Now click on sign up and it'll say sign up with signing order. Enroll with us anytime. By filling out the information on this page, we'll get in contact with you as soon as possible. So I want you to first visit the notary resume.

It's going to ask you to check your email for an account. I actually already have an account, but put your email address in here because I forgot I had an account. So put your email address in here and let it check to see if you do have an account. And if you don't, at the very top up here.

Right here, you can either sign in or sign up. I'm just gonna go to my other screen. All right, so this is what it looks like. And when you first get here. Okay, I gotta sign in. No worries. When you first get here, it'll take you to the profile screen. This is for some reason saying my profile is not complete. Which I don't know why because I just completed it, so I'll have to contact them. But I have my email address, my time zone date format. I like the date format of just, you know, regular 10, whatever. Okay. I'm not adding a new password. They don't have to do that. Require MFA for login. I didn't want to do that.

And you scroll on down and then it asks for your contact information, your name, the name of your business.

Now you can Put an alternate email address, but you don't have to. I only added my social media and add a professional looking headshot.

If you don't have one, there's a way to create a professional headshot using artificial intelligence. And I'll show you how to do that in another video.

Hide the profile from public. No, you want everybody to see it.

And before I get into the intro and experience, I'm going to talk about availability. Now my normal business hours are every business's normal business hours. 8am to probably 5pm most people are.

Open. I said.

6Pm just to give people after work a little bit extra time. But my after hours is Saturday, Sunday and anytime before 8am or after 6pm Central Standard Time.

And make sure, if you don't want to be pissed off and irritated, to scroll up and save after every single step. I did this. This thing erased everything I had and I had to try to remember what in the heck I had done. So don't be, don't be Latonya. Okay.

So I want to go back to my profile.

And edit. So when you go back at the very top of this page you could just click on Edit profile then scroll on down. Now we've gone through some really important stuff, but this is where this thing gets juicy. I wanted to in my info and experience. Okay, I'm going to show you what it is on signingagent.com so when you go to signingagent.com which is a part of your national notary association, it asks you all of the information, information about you, your contact information, your service areas.

Diverse type business. And this is the additional information. And I haven't changed this since I started being a dog owned signing agent. So it's old.

So I have, I am NNA certified and an NNA member. I talk about my service area and then I talk about my experience. That's probably the only part that I have.

Updated. But these zip codes, I want something better than this now. So what I did was I went over here and I said.

Let me go into Chat GPT. And all you have to do is go here, type in Chat.

And this will come up right. So you click on Chat GPT. I'm already a member so it automatically logged me in. But you can sign up. If I can sign out. I don't want to sign out, but you could just sign up for it. And I'm gonna get out of that window because I already had another one open. So the first thing that I did was.

Scroll up to the very Top I wanted to add zip codes closer to this zip code. Now you can add zip codes. My normal service area where I want to do sign ins is between where I work, where I live and my child's school. That's my central territory where I want to do business. And I recommend that you do the same because you want it to be convenient. And there's more than enough money in your direct area now. Cool. You can get signings all over, you know, your city, all over your state. To be honest with you, however, these are the territories that I wanted to focus on. Something that's easy for me to get too close. And I don't feel like I gotta charge you $9 million because you raping me. Because I'm going 30 minutes out of my way. All right, so here's a zip code, and this is what I said. And this is what I want you to say. This is how I messed up the first time. And I'm gonna show you, man, it's okay to mess up. So I put in the zip code 77025, the zip code located in the southern. Oh, okay. I said Houston. This is all I said, Houston zip codes near 77025. Houston zip codes near 77025. This is what it gave me. 77025 is a zip code located in the southern part of Houston. Here are some neighboring zip codes. So it gave me some neighboring zip codes. Then I started thinking, you know what? I need to not only know the zip code, but I need to know the name of the area just in case signing companies are saying near Montrose or near Heights or somewh.

So I went on and typed something else. Provide the name of that area along with the zip code and provide zip codes within a five mile radius. So provide the name of that area along with the zip code and only provide zip codes within a five mile radius. And it said, certainly. And so this is what I got. This is exactly what I wanted. The 77025 and what that area is called West University, right? And so I went on down.

And I said, okay, continue. Because I wanted more zip codes. All you got to do. It didn't give me every freaking zip code. So I wanted more zip codes. So then I went over here.

Stated continue, continue. And it went on and it actually gave me a few more details, okay? So I did it again. I wanted another area because we have an area that's not that far and it's called Bel Air. So I wanted the zip codes in Bel Air. There was Only really one zip code. It also gave me some that I already had as well.

And I wanted zip codes in this area as well.

And so I just typed that in and it gave me that zip code. Okay? So I went over to. I copied all of this and to copy it, I just pressed. I put my cursor here, held it down, and then just started moving my cursor. And since it was held down, I pressed the shift key and the up arrow and just went all the way up the page.

Because I want it to stop right there. Let go of Shift and press Ctrl C to copy it. Then I opened a notepad. All you got to do is at the bottom of the screen, type in Note.

Pad.

And press Enter. You see notepad right here. Press Enter and it'll open a notepad. I already have one open.

So this is my notepad.

And.

These are my zip codes. These are my zip codes, okay? So I just wanted to get all of my zip codes in one type area, right? And then when I entered all of my zip codes over here, I got rid of all of the stuff that I didn't want because remember, I had a whole bunch of stuff like it gave me a lot of details that really weren't necessary. So all I did was control and copy that and just erased it because all I want is the zip code and the name of the area.

So over here, I have the zip code, the name of the area. Then I open an Excel spreadsheet.

And so all of these zip codes, when I first got them, they weren't in order. So now, as you can see, they are not in order. I simply press this, this button at the top to select this whole sheet and I go to sort and filter. And I want to sort this so that the zip codes are in order from smallest to largest. And so I just press sort. So now all of my zip codes start from 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and then go on down. And that's, that's a personal preference. That's the way I like it. However you want your stuff to look, baby, that's on you. Okay? So I have all of my zip codes on my notepad. Now I'm going to go back over to Chat GPT.

And I'm going to type in.

I'm going to type in. So these are still even more zip codes that I was typing in, and that's pretty much all of them. But.

I wanted, I said create a professional and engaging notary profile. This is how I got that dynamic profile Create a professional and engaging notary profile based on the following details. And all I did was go to my old profile. I copied this.

Went to ChatGPT.

And added. So this is the old profile. I added all of my new zip codes.

And this is still part of that old profile. And so this is what it created. Professional profile, notary profile. I didn't need my name and stuff, but it just, it.

Made sections for everything. For instance, certifications and affiliations, my availability, my service areas. It made it look even better, right? Y' all see, that looks nice. It just said the name of the place and the zip code. Then it talks about my experience.

And my personal statement. Love it, love it, love it, love it. You see how easy that was? So all I did again, hold that down, press Control C and the up arrow.

Did I do it?

Okay, I'm gonna go down instead. I'm gonna press Ctrl C in the down arrow and shift and down. Because I don't think anything is after that because I don't want to go too far ahead of it.

And after I get to the end, I'm going to press Control C and I'm going to put all of this in notepad.

So here it is and you just make it look pretty however you want it to look. You just make it look pretty. Then after you make it look pretty, you just say Control A. I'm telling you to put it in notepad for a reason, people. Because it basically erased all of my stuff. So if you don't put it in notepad plus you're going to use this for other profiles. That is the main reason why you're putting this in notepad. Okay, so you press Control A to select it all, then Control C to copy it all. Go back over here to your signing order profile and where it says intro and experience, press Control V and copy it in there and that's it.

Alright, so on your profile it's super important for you to make sure that you can get text messages.

Where your checks are going to go to.

And they want you to put your fees I because I believe gas is about to go up. I'm charging a fuel surcharge of $15 and an after hours charge of $50. And then.

These are all of the things that I can do. It allows you to click these for your capabilities and experience.

And that is it for that part. Make sure you go up often and press Control C. Save it, save it, save it, save it, save it. So that's your profile. Then you go over to your.

Update your credentials. You can get a W9 by going to Google and typing in 2023 W9 form.

That'll be the latest form from the IRS.

Okay. And it should allow you to print this form off.

W9 form PDF. You click on this and it should download.

Simple as that. Go back over to Signing Agent.

I don't know where you got your background check from. Maybe NNA or the association of Notaries. You simply go here, add the nna, the date and then the URL will be your signing agent profile and upload the background check. Same with Errors and omissions insurance. They want the company, the policy number and all of that. Then your commission and license, they want you to upload that as well.

Along with the expiration date. And I am not a title producer, but they have that. I am not an attorney, but I do offer electronic notarizations and I put that in here. And if you have other certifications from Loan Signing System notary to Pro123 notary, you can add those here as well. And Solutions by tj, you can add those here as well. And click the save button. Make sure after you enter your stuff, baby, every time, click save. Unless you want to get off this page and ain't none of this stuff saved and you want to just throw the whole room away.
