In this 90‑second monologue, third‑generation real‑estate investor Steve D. Valentine challenges homeowners to weigh the potential $100,000 profit from selling against the 90‑day selling process and its emotional toll. He frames the decision as a blend of hard math and "experiential wisdom" drawn from 27 years of investing, flipping, and navigating seven distinct market cycles. Valentine shares a client story (Ethel) to illustrate how personal life goals—raising children, family memories—can outweigh pure cash gain. He critiques the limited advice typically offered by agents, wholesalers, and cash investors, which he says relies on personality, presentation, and price opinion alone. Instead, he proposes a structured roadmap built on experience, market knowledge, and a clear decision framework (options, strategy, clarity). The video ends with a call‑to‑action: viewers should click a link, complete a detailed intake form, and receive a personalized property roadmap that quantifies what the house can do for them at their current life stage.

Is $100,000 more for your house worth the next 90 days of your life? You see, it's not what your house is worth. It's what your house can do for you in the current stage of life and the goals that you're trying to accomplish. So, let's pause for a second and let's identify the math with the combination of experiential wisdom. So, for the last 27 years, I have invested in real estate, bought real estate and I've showed people just like you what is possible with their property. But first, we have to take a pause and have that conversation. Because we want to identify whether or not that $100,000 putting the house on the market, going through inspections, going through the unknown risk is really worth it at this stage of your life. You see, I have a lot of clients like Ethel on this property where it wasn't worth it. The reason being is that in her identifying her goals and dreams, she realized that the house had served its ultimate purpose which was 2 things. A return on life which was raising her kids here, seeing her husband pass here, the memories of her grandkids running around the yard. And then she realized, you know what? It's not as important about the money as where the house is going and what it's going to do because it has served its purpose. It's done well for me. And so, the response is coming to the conclusion with clarity, options, and strategy to make a decision as to whether or not you want to stay and fight through the emotion Of somebody tearing your house apart during inspections and knowing that investor is going to change it. Or if you can just make that decision with ease and certainty or knowing that, yes, that $100,000 is important and I do want to go to market and I do have the time. At the end of our conversation, you're going to know the decision that you get to make based on math and experiential wisdom. I'm Steve Valentine. We have been in real estate for 27 years. My— I'm third generation. And we specialize in providing sellers and buyers Roadmaps to the decision that works best for them rather than decision that works best for us. What I know about our industry is that if you were to interview 3 real estate agents or 3 wholesalers or 3 cash investors, you're going to make a decision based on 3 things. 1, the personality that's in front of you. How good or how bad they are. 2, their presentation and what they gave you and who they are. And 3, the opinion that they have on what the house is worth or what it will sell for. But But in that, there's not a whole lot of options. And you're basing that on those personalities. Here's what I want you to base your decision on on our roadmap. Is the experience behind it. You see, I have owned more real estate and flipped more real estate than 99% of real estate agents will ever transact in their career. That's not saying with ego. That's just saying with purpose that I have more experience to show you and guide you through the math. through the market. You see, we've also lived through 7 different shifting markets including the current one. And we've learned new ways to do business with you and for you in each one of those markets. That's where experiential wisdom comes together. And at the end of the day, real estate is simply a math problem that we can solve through options, strategy, and clarity. I'm Steve Valentine.
