I could lose a little money on this one. How much you talking? All right, dude. What's popping? What's one problem you're currently in the middle of solving this week? One problem I'm currently solving this week. We had to solve for a house that we're in the middle of purchasing and come to find out that the 1,000 square feet on it were added with no permits, which is going to cause a problem. And I had— the sellers were super graceful and contributed a little bit more to the problem that I found. And I found the problem outside of the inspection period. It just came up when we looked at something different. Nothing I can do about it. So, I asked. It didn't make anybody's day great yesterday. But we worked through it. We got it resolved this morning. We're going to close on it. And then we're going to see what to do with this POS. Wish me luck. Hehehe.
