Very rarely do I get to come back and see one of our flips after 8 years of wear and tear on it. And this particular one we sold to a friend of ours, uh, actually referral from Brian North, good friends of ours, Don and Mary. And they bought this as a VRBO and a second home in Scottsdale, and it looks absolutely amazing after almost a decade. You know, Wendy remodeled this, and this place was a hole when we bought it. But I'm pretty impressed of what we do. And like every investment, it's a chess piece. So this one we're getting ready to sell.
