Hello everyone. Happy Friday. I can't believe we're at end of Q1 and this is the time a lot of sales leaders and entrepreneurs, we all need to reflect what happened in the Q1. And here are some of the things. Number 1, conduct a thorough pipeline review. Analyze what deals are winning, that we are losing, and make sure that we review all these things together. Evaluate sales team performance. Review each rep's activities, metrics, and the quota attainment in a way— especially focus on the inputs. For the underperformers, make sure that there is a coaching plan and improvement scale that you are providing out there. Number 3, assess sales enablement and training needs. If there are new product enhancements, pricing changes, make sure that each and every rep knows about it. Ensure that reps are having the right tools that they need to do the job well. Automize the sales process and technologies that you have. What parts of the methodologies are working fine? What needs improvement? And most importantly, don't change something that is working well, really well for you. And make sure that you are aligned with the marketing teams. And that's exactly where a lot of MQLs and SQLs And are we qualifying it enough and everything? Last but not the least, make sure that you are setting the data-driven quotas for your sales team so that you don't want to keep too high of a quota that nobody's able to achieve, or you don't want to set it too low that everybody just achieved it within the first 1 month. And these are the things that we are thinking through and talking to a lot of sales leaders. Give us the feedback on what worked, what didn't work. And we are talking to tens of sales leaders every single week with SalesTable and how they're performing. And would love to take in your feedback and see what we can provide as value for all of you. Thank you.
