Sylvie Crosslard teaches the Issachar anointing from three Scripture passages: Proverbs 31:16, Ecclesiastes 3:1, and 1 Chronicles 12:32. She frames it as a special discernment for women in business to know when to act, invest, or pause. She also introduces a complementary Zechariah anointing for prayer-warfare.

This week we begin our crossing into Canaan, and you're only catching on. This is the third one of the series. I'll be sharing text from my devotional Crossing into Canaan every day. The link is in the description, as well as all the other links towards the devotionals and journals for all other 5 weeks. Um, Crown is free, but the others are half price currently, so Get hold of them before this promotion ends. Shiyar bebebe. Oh, da da da da da da da. Let's pray, Father. Oh, grant us your exact anointing. Ha. Who? Knowledge of all these times and seasons. Who? Shiyar bebebe. And knowing what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Ha. Knowing what to say, how to say it. Ha. Knowing when to go, how to go, where to go. Ha. Shiyar bebebe. Ha. Knowing what to say, how to say it. Ha! Knowing what to pray, how to pray it. Knowing what to prophesy, how to prophesy it. What you prophesy. Oh ha ha ha! And whatever else we need to need to know at the right time, Lord. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen. This topic: Isaka's name. Ha! From the NLT. Proverbs 31:16. She goes to inspect the field and buys it. With her earnings, she plants a vineyard. Ecclesiastes 3:1. A time for everything. For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven. 1 Chronicles 12:32. From the tribe of Issachar, there were 200 leaders of the tribe with their relatives. All these men understood the signs of the times and knew the best course for Israel to take. To understand and know when to do things, you need The Isakar anointing. Businesswomen this season are being anointed afresh to listen to the Spirit. Discernment lives in your Noah, in your gut. The enemy will try to throw things which will come into play. That's diversion. The anointing for business is tied to the Isakar anointing, to know when to stop, finish, draw, invest, or keep running. This season brings sharper discernment to women in business who have felt wrapped in delay, cloaked in deception, or apathy. The Zechariah anointing is also a prayer warfare anointing to know which weapon to use and when in spiritual warfare, and when to get help. Let's pray. Thank you, Jesus, for a new Easter anointing falling on the people who listen to this, but who also read the devotional. Thank you, Jesus, that you are equipping us afresh with new capacity, new company, and new roles. Be blessed. Bye for now. Thank you for listening to the Align Leader Podcast. Subscribe, like, and share this episode with your friends and church buddies. May the Lord bless you, keep you, and make his face shine on you. Bye for now. Bye.
