In this episode of the Land Leader (also called Aligned Leader) Podcast, host Sylvie Croslard continues the five‑week “Let There Be Light” series, which is designed to equip listeners to do deep, scripture‑based exegesis on their own. The focus of the episode is the principle of “multiplication,” presented as a spiritual realm rather than a mere process. Sylvie cites three biblical passages—1 Kings 3:8 (the multitude of God’s chosen people), 2 Kings 4:8 (Elisha and the generous woman of Shunem), and Isaiah 22:22 (the key to the house of David)—to illustrate how God’s doors open and close in alignment with His purpose. She explains that multiplication is “voice‑activated,” an “angelic” principle that requires alignment with Christ, support from like‑minded believers, and speaking into the realm. The episode includes a prayer of gratitude, a brief promotional plug for her devotional journals (free and half‑price options), and a call to subscribe, like, and share the podcast with friends and church members. The tone is devotional, conversational, and instructional, aiming to inspire listeners to seek alignment with God’s tables of giving and to recognize that outcomes often appear in unexpected places.

Hello and welcome to the Land Leader Podcast. This is your host, Sylvie Crosslard. Today we carry on with our 5-week series called Let There Be Light. We see scriptures and pray. If you were listening previously, we're keeping our momentum, and if you couldn't listen to the Crown Series, you need to get to episodes 1 to 8 of this season, which is season 3, first. And so we carry on with, um, our study of crossing into Canaan this week. I'm sharing the text from this devotional. Everything that I share in this podcast series comes from a set of devotionals and journals, um, that I've published. The links are in the description. Um, current is free, but the others are half price currently, and the promotion will end when this series is finally Published when the last episode is published. Whoo! Thank you, Lord Jesus, for anointing our time together. Our topic today is, the outcome is not where you think it is. From the NLT, 1 Kings 3:8, and here I am in the midst of your own chosen people, a nation so great and numerous they cannot be counted. 2 Kings 4:8, Elisha and the woman from Shunem. One day Elisha went to the town of Shunem. A wealthy woman lived there, and she urged him to come to her home for a meal. After that, whenever he passed that way, He will stoop there for something to eat. Isaiah 22:22. I will give him the key to the house of David, the highest position in the royal court. When he opens doors, no one will be able to close them. When he closes doors, no one will be able to open them. Multiplication is a principle, not a process. However, to get to the place of multiplication, you need support from others who are aligned with you, with your ministry, your business. To get to the place of multiplication, you need to encounter Christ, the Lamb who went to the place of sacrifice in order to save lives. To open the door to multiplication, your mouth is sufficient. Multiplication is a voice-activated realm. Multiplication is also an angel. Some will know multiplication as a principle, a realm, or an angel, but all will come to eat at new tables of alignment and knowledge. Let's pray. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for bringing us to know multiplication the way you want us to know it. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for realigning us with the tables which keep on giving. Thank you so much for listening. Be blessed.
Bye now.
