Sylvie Crosslard explores Psalm 23:2 and what it takes to enter places of divine provision: obedience, faith, submission, and humility. She explains how blessings work as both gifts and tests, revealing worthiness when accepted and exposing pride when rejected, which can trigger a poverty spirit that blocks prosperity.

From the NLT, Psalm 23:2: He lets me rest in green meadows. He leads me beside peaceful streams. Master, Simon replied, we worked hard all last night and didn't catch a thing. But if you say so, I'll let the nets down again. When you enter the home, give it your blessing. Jesus is in the business of providing. When we're not led to places and spaces of provision, he's not at work. Arriving to the place of provision is a process that takes obedience, faith, submission to authority, and humility. Jesus leads us to the swirl, to the cloud of glory. He leads us to our place of being abundantly blessed. However, it takes the same humility and faith of a sheep to get there. Blessings are tools to Provide for us and also to share. However, blessings such as the shalom have revelatory properties. They reveal if we are worthy recipients, if we're ready to receive happily, if we are in the place of obedience, humility, and submission where this can happen, in which case the blessing acts as a balm, a healing. If we're not ready to receive it, it reveals a need for deliverance from pride, Arrogance, self-help, the flesh, and acts as a boomerang. In that case, the person who blessed backs up and leaves because not receiving a blessing gladly is dishonoring that person. Where there's dishonor, there's a poverty spirit, a spirit to rob the person from her or his prosperity and healing. Let's pray. Thank you, Jesus, for plucking out of my heart all the things which want to rob me of my blessings. Thank you, Lord Jesus, that the pivoting leads to the provision. Thank you for listening. Bye for now. Thank you for listening to the Aligned Leader Podcast. Subscribe, like, and share this episode with your friends and church buddies. May the Lord bless you, keep you, and make his face shine on you. Bye for now.
