Peace and blessings. Those of you, in case you don't know who I am, I'm Dr. Taj of Sappy Life Wellness, where healing is your birthright. They call me an ND, IHP. If you don't know what that is, these are just titles in simpler form, maybe wellness coach, wellness practitioner, if you will. I just say I do transformative work of the mind, body, and soul, and I just say that I do what I've been called to do. I like my clients to see results. And this morning, I just wanted to share— I know someone out there definitely needs to hear this— transformation is 80% mindset. So I know there's someone you know, out there struggling with grief, pain, worry, anguish, concern, just burdened with a load of emotions. And you know what I— what has been placed on my heart and mind is to share that transformation is 80% mindset. So the impact that stress, grief, all these worries and concerns that we have on a day-to-day basis that sometimes are even in extreme amounts, especially the time that we're living in. And, um, it has a direct impact on your physical body. So an overload or an abundance of stress and grief, the impact that it has on our mind is that it neurological impulses and messages from our brain throughout other parts of the body. So even to your gut, you know, it stimulates chemicals in the brain that release into your body. In high dosages, it's not healthy. Of course, it's a natural response— fight or flight, cortisol release, adrenaline— these things are all natural. However, When we're dealing with heavy levels of stress, it's released in high dosages and it's running through our bodies for too long, to the point that it incites inflammation, which is the basis of all disease. So it's no wonder when you're under stress and pressure and anguish, grief, all these heavy emotions that we deal with, there's no coincidence that you also may be dealing with a lot of physical and physiological issues. Gut issues, you know, some of you may not have an appetite, not able to eat, or you may have a tremendous appetite and feel like you can't control your eating. Skin issues that you see that you typically don't have or haven't had in the past. And now you're just not understanding why, how all of a sudden now you've been diagnosed with eczema, or, you know, any of these issues that you've never dealt with too much in the past. It's because the mental has a direct, direct correlation to the physical. These cells are impacted by the neurological impulses that are sent from the brain to the rest of the body. Because our brains and neurological system is a very complex communication network system. It's both a blessing and a curse. So when we're dealing with these issues and we're sending signals throughout the rest of our body that we're stressed, it just sends the memo to the other cells in your body to jump on board, to synchronize. So if you're stressed up here, then it's no wonder that now you feel, you know, joint pain, you feel heart palpitations, you know, you're more fatigued, low on energy. All these symptoms are just signs and indicators that we need to manage something and balance something, which starts in the mind first. So mindset is 80% of transformation. One thing that I've learned is with every session, no matter what the session, program, any type of workshop or anything I've ever done, I'm always led and guided towards addressing that 80% 100% first, or making sure that that is heavily incorporated in the process, which is the transformational work. My pathway is meditation. Meditation synchronizes the cells throughout your body, similar to the neurological communication network that I spoke about. It synchronizes these cells. There's high technology and high intelligence within every cell in our body. So these cells synchronize, they communicate with one another, and they reverberate on a frequency that scientists say is a healing vibration. So I've had people asking me lately, am I going to host another meditation workshop, which I have not done since COVID and I just haven't had time. But because you all are so special to me and I'm so happy that you took time out to even join my group, I decided to do it right here with you today, with my community, or your community, our community, right here within 14 Days of Total Transformation. I just appreciate that you are in the group for those of you who are always commenting and interacting, I appreciate you 1,000%. I feel it's only right for you to experience some aspect of mindset transformation in the form of meditation. Before I start a meditation, I like to shift my mindset with some aroma such as a natural hand-rolled incense. Or if you have a diffuser with essential oils, it's fine. My favorite— and of course this is my product, but like I said, I want my clients to see results— the relief pads. If you've never used it, it has aromatherapeutic properties that brings a sense of euphoria. It's a very effective mental pick-me-up. So even if you have good skin, you have great skin, it doesn't matter. Everybody needs a mental pick-me-up, especially in the morning to get your day started. Relief pads also comes in a solution. You can just saturate your cotton ball, you can wipe it along your neck, your face, um, behind your ears, or you can go ahead and exfoliate your face depending on what you have time for. It's a great tool to help you snap out of it. Get your morning going and get charged up and ready for the day. Don't worry if you've never meditated before. If you've meditated and you feel like you can't meditate, you don't know how to do it, you can't concentrate, that's perfect because meditation is not concentration. Concentration generally is an end result of meditation. We're just gonna be and feel follow my words as the guide. So with that being said, please join me with this quick Monday meditation to keep you motivated throughout today and have a great start to your week. Peace and blessings.
Magical Monday meditation.
The correct posture for this meditation: please sit comfortably with your spine erect. If you need some support, it's Okay to sit up against a wall, a headboard, in a cross-legged position. If that is uncomfortable for you, extend your legs out straight with your hands facing palms up, rested on your thigh, and follow the guidance of my voice.
Close your eyes.
With 3 deep inhalations in through the nostril, out of the mouth, Inhale, inhale deeply, exhale to exhaustion.

Ever so gently, return your breath— return your awareness to the breath at the tip of the nostril. Thoughts of the past, present, and future draw you. It's okay. Once you are aware, ever so gently return your awareness back to the breath at the tip of your nostrils. No need for force, no need to push nor pull. Ever so gently, return your awareness to the breath at the tip of the nostril and take your awareness to the breath at the tip of your nostril. This will be your guide where all your thoughts and your awareness returns to the breath at the tip of your nostril. Your mouth is closed. There's a natural breath. No need to control your breathing in this moment. Just allow your body to breathe naturally. As your awareness drifts, is it likely Will.
