bitcoin is setting up for a BIG reversal (take advantage of this!)

Xuan breaks down a Bitcoin trade setup using order flow and candle range theory. He's waiting for price to close above 61k on the 1-hour chart, then retrace into an order block, with the 8:30 AM news window offering the highest probability entry. He emphasizes waiting for undeniable structural shifts rather than forcing early trades.

What's good guys, welcome back to another video. Just a quick heads up, we are currently running a giveaway. We're currently about 40% full, so nearly half full. If you guys want to take part in the $25,000 giveaway, feel free to just click the link in the description box below or something, or just head over to the X and you'll be able to see the pinned post. But with that out of the way, I'm going to break down the exact setup that we should look for in terms of Bitcoin today. I'm also going to break down the news event that's going to be coming today for Bitcoin and just give you an overall sense of what to look for in the market if you want to win. Speaking about winning, if you're new here, welcome, my name is Xuan. I've been making these videos over the last year and a half, and I've been publicly documenting the win rate. And so far, after 200+ trades called, I'm at about a 78% win rate. So if you're new here, just understand that you're probably in the right place because I tend to be right a little bit more than I'm wrong. So with that out of the way, let's get into the video. And I'm going to start things off real quick by saying that, like, in terms of the trade yesterday, like, we ended up taking a short here and placed a stop loss here, which, by the way, all of my entries are posted on X, not gated behind some signals group or whatever. And overall, the price just kind of like reversed and headed towards the range high, which was the scenario that I said, like, if there is one way the trade was going to fail yesterday, it was the fact that we have just swept out the range lows and we will go for the range high. Now, one of the other things to keep in mind is that this line right here was the undeniable CSD that I really wanted to see. And I did say that, okay, just because you have an early CSD does not mean that the trade is invalid, but we might want to go half risk on that trade simply because, like, this is not really ideal. If we ended up getting that undeniable CSD then this entire block right here would have become bearish resistance. And that's like a really positive sign for, you know, just the trade in general. And unfortunately we didn't quite get that, which is, you know, unfortunately it is what it is. But at the same time, it's also like, it's just one trade out. Like for example, the last 3 weeks has been absolutely amazing. I cannot even begin to tell you how many R's that I've made just in the last 3 weeks. And obviously I called every single trade with you guys over here. One thing that I am really happy to see is the fact that there is nobody like kind of like getting salty about the fact that, oh yeah, yeah, you suck as a trader, man. You lost the trade, blah, blah, blah. Which good for you guys because it shows that we have a really sophisticated audience over here who understands that just because you have one loss out of, I don't know, hundreds of trades doesn't mean nothing. And we had clear criteria going into yesterday as to, you know, what would make the trade from yesterday a high probability trade versus a low probability trade. Overall, enough conditions were present to where, you know, we took the trade. It just ended up not playing out, which is fine at the end of the day. Now, as for a little postmortem, it's just so you guys can understand why it didn't play out. It's the fact that yesterday, prior to the New York session and prior to the news event, we actually swept out the range lows. And the thing about sweeping out range lows is that usually when price is in some sort of a range, 80% of the time it actually does want to stay within the range. That's why you always see when it comes to ranges, you will have multiple sweeps of the highs and lows before ultimately price breaks out of it. For example, this was the previous high, you took it out, and then you head to the low. And after you take out the low, you went to the current high. And right now this is the new low and this is the new high. Now, I don't know where this will go, but what I can say is that we will look for a couple of signs that tells us that, hey, we are going to go for a range breakout. And yesterday, just not one of those days. Now, we did have a clear sign, and I think my mistake yesterday was not waiting for that undeniable CSD where I was like, okay, just because we have news, we could, you know, actually take the early CSD. And I think that was ultimately my mistake. So the approach that we're going to take for today is that we are 100% going to wait for the undeniable CSD. If we do get that, then this will be a very different trade compared to yesterday. So with that said, That said though, what would be the trade for today? Well, if we take a look at the daily bias, we are actually looking bullish, right? Yesterday ended up closing bullish, so we are going to be bullish for the day, or at least we're going to be looking for longs for the day. And I know that sounds incredibly simple, and yet this is based on a concept known as candle range theory. And this so far, like, I mean, proof is in the pudding, right? I don't magically get to a 75% and above kind of win rate if I can't, you know, predict the daily bias, or rather the daily direction correctly. And I know this sounds really simplistic, and yet this is the method that I've been using for for the past, I don't know how many years. And I'm not the only one using this to great success. There are quite a few students inside the program as well who've just been absolutely killing it. So yeah, Candle Range Theory. If previous day candle closes bullish, you are going to be looking for longs until proven otherwise. And obviously you don't just take that as face value, right? It's not about just taking one signal at one timeframe and just applying that. That's why we have three timeframes within the system, which speaking of which, we're getting into the second timeframe right now, which is the 1-hourly chart. And in terms of the 1-hourly chart, what I'm looking for specifically is going to be order flow. Now, I can already confirm that order flow is incredibly bullish considering that we've already had a couple of CSDs at these points. So LDR, order flow is already bullish right now. We just need to narrow down the area where we would like to execute from. And so far from what I can see, we already have a bullish order block right here because this candle traded above it. You came back down, you retested it, and so far you're trading towards the upside. Now by the time you guys watch this video, the undeniable sign that today is going to be 100% go-ahead is when we get a 1-hourly candle close above 61,000, which we are most certainly going to get. As we speak about this, price is slowly but surely heading towards that level. And once you get that confirmation, you are looking for a retracement back into this newly formed order block. That is the place that we're going to be taking a trade from. And yes, I know this is a very big kind of like contrast to the last, I'd say, 3 to 4 weeks of like, hey man, you want to sell Bitcoin because it's looking incredibly bearish. But this is also like a very important skill that you need to have when it comes to trading. People tend to mention the fact that, oh yeah, this last video is like, oh, bottom is in, or like something. And then the next video is like, sell here, the bull run, the bear market is still here. Sure, there is an element there where I am, you know, just making a thumbnail and I have to make it convincing enough for you to click into the video so that I can actually educate you. But at the same time, but that aside, something that allows me to be very successful in trading is my ability to remain flexible in the market by keeping an open mind and not necessarily getting too invested into a certain kind of like theory or concept or whatever. It's like the only thing that I am faithful and loyal to is the, is the motto that I live by when it comes to trading, which is the job of a trader is simply to listen to what the market is trying to tell you as objectively as humanly possible. Now, it's not every day that you will be able to achieve this, but this is the one thing that you're trying to do as a trader. And if you apply that, the way this is going to come across is that, yo, this guy changes his opinion every single day. But that's not true because I don't have an opinion. My opinion is literally whatever the market is telling me today, and that's the thing that I trade.. It's not about predicting what the market's going to do. It's simply taking the market, like the raw price action, putting it through your system, and you know, if it fits, that's a trade. If it doesn't, so be it. And so at the end of the day, like, I don't have an opinion about the markets. I don't care as long as I am filtering trades. And as long as I see an A+ trade, or if I see a valid trade, I take the trade. Chances are I make money. And if I don't see a valid trade, then, you know, I just sit out and go relax and do something else. It's really not a big deal. With that out of the way though, in terms of the 1-hourly order flow, like, that is the order block that you're going to want to take advantage of. Now just keep in mind that there is one other, you know, possibility that could happen here, which is the fact that this is a weak low, which means there is a possibility the price could actually come down here and sweep before getting that CSD. Now obviously this would not be as ideal because by the time all of this happens, I don't even know what time it's going to be. And the reason why I bring up time is because we have news later today at 8:30 AM, which means that you want to ideally look for this breakout and formation of this order block retracing into the order block sometime between 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Now, why that time in particular? Well, that's because that's the news window. The news window is the hour before news to the hour after news, and that usually is the highest probability trading window when it comes to our system. Majority of our wins and the majority of our biggest wins on the system have always come on not only red for the news days, but hour before news to the hour after news. You're going to want to look for this specifically within this timing. And the reason why I say that this is not going to be as ideal is even though it's still valid in terms of price action, is that by the time you actually sweep out the lows and by the time you confirm that CUSD, chances are you're going to be beyond that news window considering the fact that I am filming this close to 6 AM at the moment. So yeah, just keep in mind that this is, this is the playbook. And if you start heading lower, it's not to say that it's not valid, but I will definitely be updating you on Twitter if I do get into any trades. And I will kind of show you guys how to navigate this situation like this. But just to zoom into the 5-minute timeframe real quick, I can see that currently the Asia high has been swept, which is pretty interesting, which means that chances are we're going to be looking for a little bit of a retrace, possibly back to here at $60,000, like what, $600,000, and possibly, hopefully, a move towards the upside. By the way, just because the Asia high swept doesn't mean anything. Overall, the daily bias is bullish, and so we're just going to be looking for a long. Even if we were to sweep out the London lows, this is just going to be more likely than not some sort of a New York AM manipulation. Again, I'll keep you guys updated on X. But with that said, pretty quick video for today. If you enjoyed this video, you're probably going to like this one. Check it out.
